Elon Musk Says Advertisers Are Returning to Twitter

By: Cristina Laila — December 3rd 2022 at 19:21

Elon Musk Saturday evening said advertisers are returning to Twitter.

“Just a note to thank advertisers for returning to Twitter,” Elon Musk said without offering any other details.

Just a note to thank advertisers for returning to Twitter

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) December 4, 2022

Elon Musk last month accused activist groups of “trying to destroy free speech in America” with their pressure tactics to drive advertisers away from Twitter after he took control of the social media company.

Musk said Twitter has seen a “massive drop in revenue.”

Twitter has had a massive drop in revenue, due to activist groups pressuring advertisers, even though nothing has changed with content moderation and we did everything we could to appease the activists.

Extremely messed up! They’re trying to destroy free speech in America.

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) November 4, 2022

In September General Motors announced a suspension of advertising.

In early November other companies including General Mills, Pfizer, Mondelez and Audi announced suspension of advertising on Twitter.

According to reports, Twitter lost 50 of its top 100 advertisers after Elon Musk took over.

It is unclear which advertisers have returned to the platform.

“Madam Speaker, the American People Have Spoken – They Fired You” – US House Representative Lauren Boebert to Corrupt Nancy Pelosi’s Face

By: Joe Hoft — December 3rd 2022 at 19:00

US House member Lauren Boebert told creepy and corrupt old Nancy Pelosi that she was fired by the American people.

No Congressman has done more to destroy this country than Nancy Pelosi.  She pushed through spending bills that will never be repaid. She lied every time she opened her mouth and thereby destroying the image of the House.  She said terrible lies about President Trump and then set up and arrested his followers for made-up crimes.

At the end of her term her husband, who’s benefited tremendously from insider tips from Pelosi, got caught with a man in his house and claimed the man had broken into the house and made it to his bedroom without any of the multiple individuals and services knowing.

Americans had enough of creepy old Nancy Pelosi and her crooked husband Paul.

Lauren Boebert let Pelosi know that she is fired.

“Madam Speaker, the American people have spoken.  They fired you and have chosen to end the Democrats’ one-party rule throughout our government,” she said.

“The days of this chamber being treated as Pelosi’s house instead of the people’s house are over,” she said. “The American people will once again be allowed into this chamber to see their representatives at work.”

Now it’s time to deliver on our promises. pic.twitter.com/Ek1MS8ZusE

Elon Is Catching On

By: John Hinderaker — December 3rd 2022 at 17:54
(John Hinderaker)

I was initially skeptical of Elon Musk. After all, he has never been, or claimed to be, a conservative, and he voted not only for Barack Obama but for Slow Joe Biden. But give the man credit: he is catching on fast.

Thus his apt characterization of the utterly dishonest New York Times:

That is because The New York Times has become, for all intents and purposes, an unregistered lobbying firm for far left politicians

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) December 3, 2022

I suppose Musk’s eyes have been opened by the over-the-top attacks on him by liberals, who in most cases loved him before he came out for free speech.

Next, it will be interesting to see what he says about the Washington Post, which, like the Times, is keeping the news about Twitter quiet.

A lopsided debate

By: Scott Johnson — December 3rd 2022 at 16:01
(Scott Johnson)

Matt Taibbi and Douglas Murray debated Malcolm Gladwell and Michelle Goldberg on the proposition “Be it resolved, don’t trust mainstream media.” Taibbi and Murray took the affirmative, i.e., the mainstream media are not to be trusted. The event took place this past Wednesday under the auspices of the Munk Debates in Toronto, Canada. Before undertaking his dive into the Twitter Files, Taibbi wrote it up here at his Substack site for his subscribers. He proudly noted the lopsided nature of his and Murray’s victory in the tweet below.

Mainstream Media Slain in Canada:
In a wild and oddly nasty standoff, author Douglas Murray and I steamrolled Malcolm Gladwell and Michelle Goldberg in the most decisive win in the history of Canada's Munk debateshttps://t.co/3jgSZ11csM

— Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi) December 2, 2022

National Review’s Ari Bluff reports on the debate in an accessible story here. As he notes, “Taibbi and Murray won by the largest margin ever recorded at a Munk Debate.”

I watched the whole thing on Vimeo here and found it incredibly entertaining. The pace of the debate was swift. Gladwell proved himself a sanctimonious nitwit whose strong point is condescension. He played the same stupid race card several times on Taibbi — because Taibbi praised Walter Cronkite in his opening statement. Gladwell could not be bothered to pronounce Taibbi’s name correctly either. It was somehow beneath him.

By the same token, Gladwell also persisted in calling Murray “Doug.” Murray returned the favor in his closing argument: “Well, Malc.” Murray referred at one point to Gladwell as “glib,” and that aptly characterized the nature of Gladwell’s remarks in toto. Murray showed how it was to be done with style in his second rebuttal (I think): “It’s so strange hearing you debate, Malcolm, because you listen to nothing your opponents say.” At least there was no false bonhomie.

Murray was magnificent throughout. The clip below comes from his opening statement.

WOW!🔥 You will NEVER hear a more eloquent takedown of Canadian legacy media than this. pic.twitter.com/EVWdrnlewu

— Canada Proud (@WeAreCanProud) December 1, 2022

I would love to have responded to Gladwell’s testimonial to the New Yorker’s legendary fact-checking (by means of an interruption deep into the debate). The New Yorker’s fact-checking did not make a dent in Jane Mayer’s 15,000-word profile of Christopher Steele, for example, and yet the profile got essentially everything relevant wrong. (I wrote about it at length in a series of five posts that I called “The Dossiad.”)

Wuhan Did It

By: John Hinderaker — December 3rd 2022 at 15:24
(John Hinderaker)

America’s National Institutes of Health funded a group called EcoHealth Alliance, on multiple occasions, to collaborate on research done at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. At least one project consisted of gain of function research on bat coronaviruses. Because of concerns about the dangers of such research, NIH shut it off in 2014, but re-started funding gain of function in 2017, largely at the instance of Anthony Fauci.

From 2014 to 2016, Dr. Andrew Huff worked for EcoHeath Alliance, the latter two years as vice president. He has written a book, which comes out on Monday, titled The Truth about Wuhan: How I Uncovered the Biggest Lie in History. Dr. Huff is not given to understatement.

The Sun writes:

In his new book – The Truth About Wuhan – whistleblower Dr Huff claims the pandemic was the result of the US government’s funding of dangerous genetic engineering of coronaviruses in China.

The epidemiologist said China’s gain-of-function experiments – carried out with shoddy biosecurity – led to a lab leak at the US-funded Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“EcoHealth Alliance and foreign laboratories did not have the adequate control measures in place for ensuring proper biosafety, biosecurity, and risk management, ultimately resulting in the lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” he said in his book, an exclusive pre-release copy of which was provided to The Sun Online.

EcoHealth Alliance had been studying different coronaviruses in bats for more than ten years with funding from the National Institutes of Health – and developed close working ties with the Wuhan lab.

Dr Huff, who worked at EcoHealth Alliance from 2014 to 2016 and served as vice president from 2015, worked on the classified side of the research programme as a US government scientist.

The army veteran, from Michigan, said the organisation taught the Wuhan lab the “best existing methods to engineer bat coronaviruses to attack other species” for many years.

And he claimed “China knew from day one that this was a genetically engineered agent”.

“The US government is to blame for the transfer of dangerous biotechnology to the Chinese,” he said.

Speaking to The Sun Online, Dr Huff added: “I was terrified by what I saw. We were just handing them bioweapon technology.”

In his book, the emerging infectious diseases expert claims “greedy scientists killed millions of people globally” – and goes as far as to claim the US government covered it up.

Former intelligence chiefs and diplomats have already claimed Covid was leaked from a Wuhan lab in the “cover-up of the century”.

I don’t know how credible Dr. Huff is, but I think the evidence that Covid came from a Wuhan lab leak is strong. He is, at a minimum, a voice from inside EcoHealth Alliance, a key player in the Covid story.

House Republicans Moving to Ban Federal Employees From Using TikTok

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 18:30

The House Republican Conference is working to ban the use of TikTok by federal government employees, according to a new report.

The social media platform’s parent company, ByteDance, has ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

According to a report from the Daily Caller, legislation will be introduced to the Judiciary Committee, which is set to be led by Republican Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, when Republicans take control in the next Congress.

“We’re working on something right now,” an unnamed Republican aide told the Caller.

The Caller report adds, “the measure comes days after Republican Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota issued an executive order that banned the use of TikTok by all state government employees and contractors using official devices. Her measure follows other bans issued by the U.S. military, Transportation Security Administration and several government agencies individually restricting their personnel from using the app, as well as widespread concerns that TikTok user data is accessed by the Chinese government to engage in malign influence within the United States.”

Former President Donald Trump had attempted to ban TikTok while he was in office in 2020, but was blocked. Many, including Democrats, have now admitted that he had been right.

Democrat Sen. Mark Warner, who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, admitted Trump was right during a recent appearance on Fox News Sunday.

The senator told host Shannon Bream, “as painful as it is for me to say, if Donald Trump was right and we could’ve taken action then, that’d have been a heckuva lot easier than trying to take action in November of 2022.”

Virginia Democrat Sen. Mark Warner on TikTok: “I think Donald Trump was right. TikTok is an enormous threat.” pic.twitter.com/8g2fRwxrF7

— RNC Research (@RNCResearch) November 20, 2022

“Did Washington simply not listen because they didn’t like the messenger then and what can we do now?” Bream asked.

“Well, I think Donald Trump was right,” Warner said. “I mean, TikTok is an enormous threat.”

Warner explained that TikTok is “a massive collector of information,” including from children.

“So if you’re a parent and you got a kid on TikTok, I would be very, very concerned,” Warner said. “All of that data that your child is inputting and receiving is being stored somewhere in Beijing.”

Sen. Tom Cotton also recently sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas demanding information about foreign TikTok employees in the United States.

“TikTok captures vast amounts of private information on users, including American citizens, and has long been suspected of providing the CCP with potential access to that information,” Cotton wrote. “This threatens the safety and security of American citizens, and also functions as an avenue for the Chinese government to track the locations of and develop blackmail on Federal employees and contractors.”

Creepy Planned Parenthood Sex Ed Director Claims Babies are ‘Sexual From Birth,’ Endorses Giving Children Porn

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 18:16

Planned Parenthood Center for Sex Education Executive Director Bill Taverner is facing severe backlash after clips surfaced of him claiming that babies are “sexual from birth” and that children should be given pornography.

Taverner, who has spoken about sex education at congressional hearings, claimed in 2015 that “we are all sexual beings from birth to death.”

“[We have] in our society, an assumption of asexuality of people with intellectual disabilities,” Taverner said. “It’s a myth that’s perpetuated, and really we are all sexual beings from birth until death.”

Planned Parenthood ran with Taverner’s extremist and creepy take, writing in a guide to sexual education called “Fundamentals of Teaching Sexuality” that “sexuality is a part of life through all the ages and stages.”

“Babies, elders, and everyone in between can experience sexuality,” the guide added, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

Around 2012, according to a report from Fox News, Taverner said “children of a certain age should be taught about pornography in sex education,” the article points out that this is a position he has maintained up until at least February 2021.

He does not support Parents.

“research indicates that parents are overwhelmingly supportive of comprehensive sex education”

“the problem comes I think when a parent decides…I want to shut down the program entirely” pic.twitter.com/MOHc459CVP

— Dalton (@DaltonReport) December 3, 2022

Taverner said, “I think that there’s this yearning for information that young people have that… hasn’t changed. [The] delivery of how we get information is quite different. I think that the internet is a major influence on how people learn about sexuality. There’s access to erotica, pornography. That was very different for young people 30 years ago. It’s certainly not as accessible, certainly not as instantaneous. So there’s a lot of information that is useful.”

The interviewer interjected that “some of it is wrong.”

“Some of it is wrong, a lot of it is wrong,” Taverner said. “But there’s good stuff out there as well.”

When reached by Fox News, Taverner claimed that “teaching about pornography in classrooms is similar to instructing children on how to use a condom.”

“There’s a resistance to… if we talk about porn, [some think] is it going to make people want to watch it? Which is the same faulty kind of premise as if we teach about condoms, it’s going to make people want to have sex with condoms or maybe that’s not a bad thing,” Taverner said.

Taverner continued, “getting back to meeting people where they are, if this is what they’re doing with their cell phones and tablets and their laptops, then we need to shift our education and stop doing the banana on a condom and think that, you know, we’ve done our thing. So we need to present opportunities for young people to think about…, for example, their values. You know, let’s do an opinion activity. Let’s do the ethics of porn. And that’s not to say that there’s a right answer.”

Additonally, Taverner has advocated for sex education to begin in Kindergarten.

“Sexuality education is not isolated to a particular point in a person’s life, it’s a continuous process. Young children are learning about sexuality from the attitudes their parents display… When we think of K-12 education… we may be talking about what makes a family, we may be talking about disease prevention… All of that sets the foundation for a basic understanding that is useful for further conversations when we’re talking about condoms… [and] pregnancy conversations,” he said.

“Age-appropriate sex education is so important,” he said. “And we have to let our experts guide us.”

The Kiss of Death: US Knocked Out of World Cup After Joe Biden Wishes Them Luck Before Game Against the Netherlands (VIDEO)

By: Cristina Laila — December 3rd 2022 at 18:00

Joe Biden ruins everything.

Joe Biden teamed up with USMNT to wish team USA luck before their game against Holland at the World Cup.

Team USA got knocked out by the Netherlands on Saturday.

“The United States’ return to the World Cup ended with a 3-1 loss to the Netherlands on Saturday in the round of 16. While the Oranje extended their unbeaten streak to 19 games and advanced to a quarterfinal with Argentina, the Americans contemplated how far they came and how short they fell.” the AP reported.

“Defensive lapses gave the Dutch a treat as Memphis Depay scored in the 10th minute and Daley Blind in first-half stoppage time.” AP said.

The US lost 3-1 against the Netherlands after Joe Biden teamed up with captain Tyler Adams to wish Team USA luck.

“Hey Mr. President – heads up!” Tyler Adams says as he kicks the ball to Joe Biden.

Biden catches the ball in a heavily edited part of the video (imagine how many times they had to redo this scene)

“It’s called soccer. Go USA! You guys are going to do it!” Biden said.

Joe Biden tweeted the video Saturday morning.

Later that day, the US lost to the Netherlands.

Thanks, Joe.

Retired Maine State Trooper Awarded $300,000 in Whistleblower Lawsuit Over Law Enforcement Targeting Gun Owners

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 17:30

A now-retired Maine state trooper has been awarded $300,000 in a lawsuit after facing retaliation for blowing the whistle on a state police division that was gathering intelligence on several groups of people, including gun owners.

George Loder, 53, had filed a lawsuit over retaliation he faced when he went to his superiors with concerns about the intelligence operation.

Aside from gun owners, the division was working with the Maine Information and Analysis Center in Augusta to collect intelligence on power line protesters and employees at a camp for Israeli and Arab teens.

None of the people targeted for surveillance were engaged in illegal activity, according to the whistleblower.

ABC News reports that in the lawsuit, Loder alleged that he was “reassigned to a desk job two hours from his home and then improperly denied a transfer. He has since retired.”

“In his suit, Loder raised concerns about data gathering by the Maine Intelligence Analysis Center, which shares information it collects with other law enforcement agencies,” the report continued. “The lawsuit prompted questions about the center’s work and a legislative effort to eliminate it.”

According to a report from the Press Herald, “the Maine Intelligence Analysis Center was created through a 2006 executive order authorizing the sharing of intelligence between federal, state and local governments. It was one of dozens of similar intelligence and surveillance centers that were established across the country following the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Since then, the center’s focus has pivoted away from terrorism toward more mundane domestic crimes, its leaders have said.”

On Friday, the jury sided with Loder after deliberating for more than five hours. They determined that the agency had violated the state’s whistleblower protection act.

The State Police have continued to deny any wrongoing.

Newsmax's Chris Salcedo Slams Media for Silence on Dem Anti-Semites

By: Jeffrey Lord — December 3rd 2022 at 18:10
Well, bravo. Over there at NewsMax, Chris Salcedo, the host of “The Chris Salcedo Show”, nailed it exactly when covering the dust-up over the Trump-Kanye West dinner that, unknown to Trump, would include decided anti-Semite Nick Fuentes. The problem? The liberal media instantly jumped on the dinner - and that’s fine. Salcedo himself pointedly noted that Ye had been spewing anti-Semitism and he, Salcedo, condemns anti-Semitism no matter where it comes from. He’s right, of course. There’s no room for anti-Semitism and white supremacism in America -- period. But as Chris vividly illustrated, this liberal media outrage strangely disappears when the anti-Semitism is coming from, yes, anyone on the left. In his preamble segment, titled “Identifying Enemies of Your Freedom”, he made the point that one of the "biggest threats to your freedom” is leftist media pushing narratives instead of actual news. He went on: “The press has been obsessed with anti-Semitism” since the news of the Trump dinner emerged he says. Then, pointedly, saying he has looked at the background of Fuentes, he adds that Fuentes is every bit as anti-Semitic as “AOC, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Louis Farrakhan are.” For Trump to dine with Ye and Fuentes, he said, was just as bad as if he “broke bread with Ilhan Omar, the leaders of BLM, or Linda Sarsour, or any leftwing Jew hater.” He went on to zero in on MSNBC, showing a commentator on host Nicolle Wallace’s show saying Kanye West had been spewing anti-Semitism “for weeks.” To which Chris correctly noted that “Democrats that have been uttering anti-Semitism for years…Nicole Wallace and her network have expressed…barely a peep over this long festering anti-Semitism from the Democrat Party.” Then he flashed a Newsweek headline from 2020 that read: Why Won’t Joe Biden Repudiate Anti-Semitic Democrats?, the piece written by Bruce Abramson and Jeff Ballabon. Next he screened a panoply of Democrats who had either made anti-Semitic remarks over the years or refused to condemn those that did. The list:  Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Linda Sarsour, Tamika Mallory, (the latter two featured speakers at a Democratic National Convention, with Sarsour being a former executive director of the Arab American Association of New York and Mallory a social justice activist), Louis Farrakhan, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, Democrat Reps. Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, James Clyburn, (the latter the Democrat House Majority Whip who said that anti-Semitism was acceptable when it came from “women of color”), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and neo-Nazi activist Richard Spencer, the latter who endorsed Biden for president. He noted that no less than ex-KKK head David Duke had praised Omar for her anti-Semitism. All of these people, Salcedo points out, are either “pushers” of anti-Semitism or have refused to condemn those that are, yet they have escaped the kind of intense, repeated scrutiny Trump has faced over the last week. He noted that famed lawyer and pro-Israel activist Alan Dershowitz had been on his program and expressed alarm at the rise of anti-Semitism in the Democratic Party. “Yet the biased press suppresses that condemnation and coverage of Democrat hate.” He adds that MSNBC only condemns anti-Semitism when it benefits their left-wing politics. Then, as a Wallace guest cited conservative Ben Shapiro (an admitted rarity on MSNBC!) for saying the best way to avoid having dinner with an anti-Semite you don’t know is not to have dinner with an anti-Semite you do know, Chris noted that Wallace couldn’t bring herself to mention Shapiro’s name. Wow, said Chris. “That’s the level of respect” Wallace has for a Jew who is…conservative. The bottom line here is that Chris Salcedo nailed it exactly in this segment. The left-wing media will drill in on anti-Semitism as long as they can attack Trump. The very same Trump who has a Jewish daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren, successfully negotiated the Abraham Accords, became the first president to visit the “Wailing Wall” in Jerusalem and moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem. In fact, Trump is so popular in Israel that he has had a train station in Jerusalem named for him. But when it comes to serious and similar intense media coverage of blatantly anti-Semitic Democrats or left-wing activists there is no such coverage. It doesn’t exist. Not good. Not good at all.

Thieves Attempt to Steal Mural From Street Artist Banksy Off of Building in Ukraine

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 16:30

Thieves attempted to steal a mural painted by the world-famous street artist Banksy off the side of a building in Ukraine.

Many of Banksy’s paintings have sold for millions of dollars and are often worth more than the buildings they are painted on.

The mural that was targeted depicts a woman in a bathrobe and gas mask holding a fire extinguisher. It was painted by the artist on a damaged building in Hostomel.

Kyiv Regional Gov. Oleksii Kuleba announced the attempted theft in a post on Telegram.

According to a report from NBC News, Kuleba said the thieves “were detained at the scene,” and the image was “undamaged” and under the protection of law enforcement.

“These images are a symbol of our struggle against the enemy,” Kuleba added. “These are stories about the support and solidarity of the entire civilized world with Ukraine. Let’s do everything to preserve the works of street art as a symbol of our future victory.”

Banksy has done several murals all across Ukraine since the start of the conflict with Russia.

Banksy is based in England, but his identity has long been a secret.

“His work, normally sprayed on the sides of buildings, has been threatened by thieves before,” the NBC report continued. “In June, eight were convicted in Paris over the 2019 theft of a Banksy mural at the Bataclan concert hall in Paris which commemorated the victims of a 2015 terror attack at the venue.”

"I think it is a compliment, but, it's a big price to pay. It's not a lot of fun. I loved my career for 50 years. I was happy to be an award-winning and honored and appreciated actor, and I miss my career," he said. Police Arrest 82-Year-Old Alabama Woman For Not Paying $77 Trash Bill

By: Cristina Laila — December 3rd 2022 at 16:00

An elderly Alabama woman last Sunday was arrested for an unpaid trash bill totaling $77.80.

The 82-year-old woman was cuffed and charged with misdemeanor offense of ‘failure to pay solid waste fees.’

Martha Louis Menefield, of Valley was released on bond, according to a statement from Valley Police Chief Mike Reynolds.

“When contact could not be made, a door hanger was left at her residence,” Mike Reynolds said. “The hanger contained information on the reason for the visit and a name and contact phone number for her to call. The citation advised Ms. Menefield that she was to appear in court on September 7, 2022, in reference to this case.”

Police said Menefield was cited in August for failing to pay the trash bill three months in a row.

Reynolds said Menefield has a history of failing to pay her trash bill.

“While our officers can use their discretionary judgment on certain matters, the enforcement of an arrest warrant issued by the court and signed by a magistrate, is not one of them,” Reynolds said in the statement.

“Ms. Menefield was treated respectfully by our officers in the performance of their duties and was released on a bond as prescribed by the violation.”

The Valley City Hall’s Facebook page was flooded with people expressing outrage over the arrest of an elderly woman.

“Without government, who would kidnap an 82 year old for forgetting to pay her trash bill for a couple months?” One Facebook user said.

God forbid some of your officers pool together the less than $100 to pay it. I’m sure it cost way more than that in police resources to arrest her. Mayor Riley, you have the ability to fix this nonsense by pardoning Ms. Martha. Use it.” he added.

“Good thing none of the entire police staff has a heart and could try and arrange to help an 82 year old woman with a less than $100 trash bill before coming to arrest her. Y’all just keep flaunting your heartlessness and see how far that gets you with public opinion and trust,” another FB user said.

“They treated this elderly lady like a criminal. The only thing criminal about this entire situation were the actions of the city, judge, and police department.” another said in response to Reynolds’ statement.

Former Oriental Trading Co. Employee Has Been Sentenced to Four Months in Prison for Leaving Twine Noose on Floor Scrubber

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 15:30

A 66-year-old former Oriental Trading Company employee in Nebraska has been sentenced to four months in prison for leaving a twine noose on a floor scrubber.

The prosecution claimed that Bruce Quinn left the noose on the equipment, knowing it would be used by a black employee.

In September, Quinn pleaded guilty to a federal civil rights violation.

“Federal courts have long recognized the noose as one of the most vile symbols in American history,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division in a statement to ABC News. “Individuals, like this defendant, who use a noose to convey a threat of violence at a workplace will be held accountable for their actions.”

The family and friends of Keith Kirksey, the victim of the small twine noose, told local station WOWT that four months wasn’t enough.

“I thought it was rather light,” said friend Donald Robinson. “I also feel with the climate that’s been going on all across the world a greater message needs to be sent.”

The family claims that the incident put them through “traumatic stress.”

“It put my family through traumatic stress due to the fact that Keith is one of my younger brothers,” said the victim’s sister Jacqueline Y. Kirksey. “Living in the state of Nebraska I never thought I would have to experience something like my brother went through, due to the fact that it is now 2022. And it made me think of Willie Brown, Emmett Till. I thought we were beyond that however today proved that we’re not.”

Another friend said that they wanted a “greater message sent.”

“I thought it was rather light,” said friend Donald Robinson. “I also feel with the climate that’s been going on all across the world a greater message needs to be sent.”

According to the report, the judge told Quinn that “what you did quite frankly was to terrorize Mr. Kirksey.”

In addition to the four months in prison, Quinn will also have one year of supervised release.

Quinn had no prior criminal history.

Podcast: The 3WHH on the Crisis of Our Time

By: Steven Hayward — December 3rd 2022 at 13:04
(Steven Hayward)

This really should be a Two Whisky Happy Hour this week as the whisky bar is short one bartender. John Yoo is overseas yet again to Italy for some nefarious purpose, so it’s just me and Lucretia slinging the 180-proof analysis of the Twitter revelations and other news headlines of the end of the week. But the main topic is following up on the mid-week conversation with Glenn Ellmers on “Hard Truths & Radical Possibilities,” which excited considerable discussion in the comment thread on Power Line.

It is tempting here to recur to Stan Evans’s First Law of Insufficient Paranoia, which holds that no matter how bad things look, it is usually the case that when you look more closely, things are even worse than you thought. My corollary is that things are going to get worse before they get worse, and in an amazing switcheroo, Lucretia is actually more optimistic than I am in the analysis of the fundamentals of our crisis. It a fit of foolish impetuosity, I tried to invoke the controversial German thinker Carl Schmitt to illustrate that behind the problems of the administrative state are the defects of the liberal tradition itself, but Lucretia wasn’t buying any of it.

To be continued next week, when we’ll take up John’s completely defective article in National Review about why Texas Governor Abbott is wrong to invoke state power to protect the southern border from federal neglect, which, we note for the moment, has drawn some heavy fire from some of our other friends.

We do end on a happy note, sharing a message from John from the Munich airport Friday morning, where he met by chance a European listener of our podcast—who knew?—and then I offer up some especially obscure exit music mostly to annoy Lucretia and mess with peoples’ heads. Though “See the deadly nightshade grow” seems like a fitting lyric for our grim topic.

So listen here, or with our wholesale whisky suppliers at Ricochet.

University of Idaho Murders: Clear Handprint Found at Crime Scene

By: Cristina Laila — December 3rd 2022 at 15:09

It has been three weeks since four University of Idaho students were stabbed to death in a shared house near the campus and police still have not identified a suspect.

The four deceased students were identified as 20-year-old Ethan Chapin of Conway, Washington; 21-year-old Madison Mogen of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; 20-year-old Xana Kernodle of Avondale, Arizona; and 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves of Rathdrum, Idaho.

The two surviving female roommates, who were on the 1st floor/basement floor and slept through the murders, were identified: Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke.

Police say the surviving roommates have been ruled out as suspects.

A clear handprint on a window of the house where the murders took place was tagged as evidence by police.

Fox News reported:

A handprint can be seen next to an evidence tape on the window of the house where four University of Idaho students were murdered on Nov. 13.

Pictures taken by Fox News Digital show the inside of several rooms through windows of the house. One window has an evidence tape attached to it, along with a handprint nearby.

A “No network detected” screen can be seen on the television in one of the rooms of the house. In the kitchen, a bag with red Solo cups and unwashed dishes can be seen.

Fox News contributor and former Washington, D.C., homicide detective Ted Williams told Fox News Digital that the killer may have touched walls or other portions of the home, leaving behind evidence.

“I would have to believe, as I’ve said before, that they were very bloody or their clothing and certainly they would have tread themselves through blood. So they would have like perhaps touched a wall or other portions of the home. And those and that is information that would be evidence for the investigation here to try to determine who killed his people,” Williams said.

He added that police likely put the red tape on anything where it’s possible evidence may exist.

Other facts about this murder mystery:

  • The 911 call came in nearly 9 hours after the murders from a cell phone of one of the surviving housemate’s, however police have not revealed who made the call.
  • According to reports, Moscow police have received hundreds of tips from people claiming Kaylee Goncalves had a stalker, but the information has not been verified yet.
  • It was also revealed that Kaylee Goncalves called her ex-boyfriend several times between 2:30 am and 3:00 am just before the murders.
  • A dog was found alive and unharmed at the crime scene on the morning the four murdered students were discovered by a housemate inside the home.
  • It is unclear if the dog was barking or not.
  • A sixth roommate was listed on the lease at the Moscow home; police do not believe this person was involved in the quadruple murder.
  • Police believe it was a “targeted” attack

State Supreme Court Reverses Lower Court, Hands Victory To Conservative Students In Free Speech Case

By: ProTrumpNews Staff — December 3rd 2022 at 14:45

In July of 2021, Young Americans for Liberty students at the University of Alabama in Huntsville were told they needed a permit to protest political issues.

The policy at the University of Alabama in Huntsville states that students need clearance three days in advance for a protest.

The YAL filed a lawsuit over this policy — saying it violates Alabama’s Campus Free Speech Act.

WHNT reported:

In July 2021, University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) students with the group, ‘Young Americans for Liberty’ (YAL) were told by the university that they needed a permit to freely protest political issues.

UAH’s policy states that students are allowed to protest, but not until they get clearance at least three days in advance, and they must get university approval before doing so.

YAL is a “libertarian, classical liberal and conservative student activism organization,” according to their website. UAH student Joshua Greer filed a lawsuit in the Madison County Circuit Court on behalf of the organization against UAH and the UA system in response to the policy.

The group representing the students, Alliance Defending Freedom, says the policy violates the Campus Free Speech Act, which was signed by Governor Kay Ivey in 2019. It requires public universities to develop policies protecting free speech. However, attorneys say the school’s message does not align with that policy.

A big win in court!

The Alabama Supreme Court will allow the lawsuit to go forward.

College Fix reported:

A free speech lawsuit against the University of Alabama in Huntsville by its Young Americans for Liberty chapter over a policy that required permission to speak on campus will proceed after the state’s highest court reversed a lower-court ruling.

The lawsuit challenged a UAH policy that “limits most student speech to small ‘speech zones’ and requires students to obtain a permit three business days in advance to speak on campus,” according to Alliance Defending Freedom, the legal nonprofit that represents the YAL club.

The group challenged the permit requirement and argued it violated the 2019 “Alabama Campus Free Speech Act.” University spokeswoman Elizabeth Gibisch has not responded to an email sent in the past week that asked for comment on the ruling.

Now that the Alabama Supreme Court has allowed the lawsuit to continue, “the case will proceed on the merits in circuit court,” according to attorney Mathew Hoffmann.

Important win for free speech!

French President Emmanuel Macron met with Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk as part of his visit to the United States this week.

According to reports, Musk and Macron spoke for about an hour about topics including green energy and social media moderation and regulations.

“In accordance with our ambition to decarbonize and reindustrialize France and Europe, I discussed today with @elonmusk on future green industrial projects, in particular on the manufacture of electric vehicles and batteries,” Macron tweeted, according to a translation.

Macron said in another tweet, “Transparent user policies, significant reinforcement of content moderation and protection of freedom of speech: efforts have to be made by Twitter to comply with European regulations.”

The billionaire and the world leader met in New Orleans.

Macron met with Joe Biden and other lawmakers on Thursday, including Kevin McCarthy.

“This state visit enables us to put France, and with France Europe, at the heart of the American agenda. That’s a good thing,” Macron told journalists in French, according to a translation from pool reporters.

Speaking on Good Morning America this week, Macron claimed that free speech must have “limits,” even though our Constitution says otherwise.

“Free speech and democracy is based on respect and public order. You can demonstrate, you can have free speech, you can write what you want, but there are responsibilities and limits,” he said.

GOP Flips California House Seat – Majority Expands

By: ProTrumpNews Staff — December 3rd 2022 at 13:45

Republicans got some more good news out of California.

Republican John Duarte just flipped a House seat.

Duarte narrowly beat Adam Gray 50.2% to $49.8% – Adam Gray has conceded.

The district has not elected a Republican since 1974 – Democrats outnumber Republicans 42% to 24% in the district.

The Epoch Times reported:

Republicans have flipped a U.S. House of Representatives seat representing a central California district, expanding their majority in the next Congress.

Farmer and businessman John Duarte, a Republican, declared victory on Dec. 2.

“I promised our Valley families that I would be their bipartisan champion in Washington, D.C. by fighting for food on our tables, gas in our tanks, and water on our farms. That is exactly what I am going to go there to do,” Duarte said in a statement.

California Assemblyman Adam Gray, a Democrat, conceded.

The GOP now has 221 seats in the House to the Democrats 213.

KRCA reported:

This race was California’s closest Congressional race and one of two Congressional races that had still be undecided in the country. With Duarte’s win, Republicans control 221 seats in the Lower House while Democrats hold 213.

Only one House race remains undetermined from the 2022 midterm elections – that is Lauren Boebert’s seat in Colorado.

FedEx Driver Confesses to Kidnapping and Killing 7-Year-Old Girl After Delivering Package to Her Texas Home

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 13:30

A FedEx driver has confessed to kidnapping and murdering a seven-year-old girl.

The girl’s body was found two days after she disappeared from her home in Paradise, Texas.

The driver, Tanner Lynn Horner, 31, confessed to the murder of Athena Strand after his arrest.

Police believe that the child was killed within two hours of being abducted.

It does not appear that the driver had any connection to the child other than delivering a package to her home.

Wise County Sheriff Lane Akin said at a press conference on Friday night that Athena was dropped off at her home after school around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. She is said to have had an argument with her stepmother and went out into the driveway. Her father was on a hunting trip and not at the house.

At 6:40 p.m., the stepmother reported the child missing.

The Daily Wire reports, “Wise County Sheriff’s officers worked with Texas Rangers, and FBI agents, quickly zeroing in on Horner following a tip, Akin said. Athena’s body was found about 10 miles from the home after hundreds of volunteers joined the effort.”

“It’s one of the toughest investigations that I’ve been involved in,” Akin said.

“Anytime there’s a child that dies, it just hits you in your heart,” Atkin continued. “You compare that child to your own children when they were that age, and it just takes the wind out of your sails.”

Horner has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and capital murder. He is currently being held on a $1.5 million bond. It does not appear that he has any prior criminal history.

“Words cannot describe our shock at the reports surrounding this tragic event,” FedEx said in a statement. “First and foremost, our thoughts are with the family during this most difficult time.”

DEVELOPING: Elon Musk to Release ‘Episode 2 of Twitter Files’ Today – Will Expose Shadowbanning, Boosting, Follower Counts Etc

By: Cristina Laila — December 3rd 2022 at 12:50

Elon Musk will be dropping ‘episode 2 of Twitter files’ on Saturday.

Elon Musk Friday evening released Twitter’s internal discussions that led to its decision to block any links exposing Hunter’s laptop from hell.

The New York Post released damning and explosive contents from Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020 several days before the general election.

Twitter banned The New York Post at the time for their reporting on crackhead Hunter and his illegal dealings.

The first file drop revealed Joe Biden’s team had a direct line with Twitter executives and demanded tweets unflattering to Biden be deleted.

Biden’s team also demanded Twitter suspend accounts.

Democrat lawmakers said they want more content moderation because they believe “THE FIRST AMENDMENT ISN’T ABSOLUTE”

It was also revealed on Friday that James Baker – one of the architects of Spygate, was also involved in Twitter’s decision to block the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Disney Sets Date to Close ‘Splash Mountain’ Ride for ‘Racial Stereotypes,’ Will Get ‘Princess and the Frog’ Make Over

By: Cassandra Fairbanks — December 3rd 2022 at 12:36

Disney has announced that they will be closing the iconic Splash Mountain ride over “racial stereotypes” in less than two months.

Splash Mountain will be closing for good on January 23, 2023.

The ride will get a full-on Princess and the Frog makeover — Disney’s first animated film featuring a black princess.

The new attraction will be called Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Splash Mountain is currently based on Br’er Rabbit’s adventures in the 1946 movie, Song of the South.

The film has faced criticism and calls for censorship in recent years over the portrayal of life in the antebellum South.

“I’ve felt, as long as I’ve been CEO, that ‘Song of the South’ was – even with a disclaimer – was just not appropriate in today’s world,” Disney CEO Bob Iger said during a March 2020 shareholders meeting, according to a report from Fox Business.

In 2019, the outlet notes, a petition to rebrand the ride gained over 21,000 signatures. The petition claimed that the ride was offensive and that the park needed more “diversity.” A plan to replace it with a Princess and the Frog attraction was announced the next year, but no official timeline was given.

After Disney announced the planned change, another petition was created and called for the theme park to save the ride. This one received 93,000 signatures.

The petition stated, “Splash Mountain is an iconic ride at Magic Kingdom, loved by millions of fans all over the world for over 30 years. Re-theming such an iconic ride would erode the nostalgia that lives in Disney World and take away a little bit of the magic.”

“‘Song of the South’ was based on a book of short stories taken by Joel Chandler Harris and Robert Roosevelt (Teddy Roosevelt’s Uncle), who spent a lot of time in the slave quarters in the mid 1800s,” the petition continued. “He first heard the story of the Br’er Rabbit, along with many others, directly from the telling of African folklore. The controversy from these stories and Song of the South comes from the misunderstanding of the depiction of Uncle Remus(the characters name in the books) and his relationships with his employers on a Georgian plantation which takes place AFTER the Civil War, during the Reconstruction era.”

It continued, “Splash Mountain has never included depictions of slaves or any racist elements and is based solely on historical African folktales that families of all ethnicities have been enjoying for nearly a century.”

“It is absurd to pander to a small group of ‘Disney haters’ that dont understand the story, and re-theme such a nostalgic ride,” the petition’s description concluded. “The characters in Splash Mountain do not specifically generalize any race or group of people, they are nothing more than caricatures based on the turn-of-the-century America. Modifying Splash Mountain will not change history and will only encourage the “easily offended” to continue making desperate attempts at finding offence in additional attractions. To change them would be to remove a bit of our art history from the world and to be ashamed of it.”

Out On a Limb

By: John Hinderaker — December 3rd 2022 at 12:32
(John Hinderaker)

Joe Biden tried to make political hay out of the Kanye West/Donald Trump fiasco by denouncing Hitler.

I just want to make a few things clear:

The Holocaust happened.

Hitler was a demonic figure.

And instead of giving it a platform, our political leaders should be calling out and rejecting antisemitism wherever it hides.

Silence is complicity.

— President Biden (@POTUS) December 2, 2022

How bold! Is Joe cutting-edge, or what?

Of course, if Biden actually wanted to do something courageous–something that might make a difference–he could denounce the anti-Semitism of Al Sharpton. Or Ilhan Omar. Or Rashida Tlaib. But he wouldn’t dream of doing that; those are powerful figures within the Democratic Party.

Is silence complicity? Not always, certainly. But in this case, leaders of the Democratic Party like Joe Biden are indeed complicit in the anti-Semitism that has long characterized key elements of their party.

Is the Right Man Behind Bars in the Malibu Creek State Park Shooting?

By: Joe Hoft — December 3rd 2022 at 12:00

(Above a picture of Sgt. Tui Wright, Chip Croft and Dr. Ronda Hampton)

The material in this article is reprinted with permission from Cece Woods at The Local Malibu.

Cece Woods writes:

In the fall of 2018, after months of terror with a shooter on the loose in Malibu Canyon, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42 year old Anthony Rauda in connection with the murder of Tristan Beaudette and multiple shootings  in and around Malibu Creek State Park that occurred between November 2016 and June 2018.

But was this the right guy?  After four years there is still no court date in the case.

Woods writes:

For the last 13 years, there have been four high profile cases in Malibu Canyon that have had serious issues with law enforcement cover-ups, corruption and intentionally misleading the public and media.

All these cases have one common denominator, (now retired) Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sergeant Tui Wright.

Sergeant Wright was in charge of the searches in all missing persons cases, most notably the unsolved ones, as well as conducted independent investigations in the Malibu Creek State Park Shootings.

Wright has a history of court documented psychological issues, PTSD and has on-record expressed the capacity to fatally harm others dating back to 2012.

The most famous case Wright was involved in, is the death of Tristan Beaudette.

In 2009, Mitrice Richardson, 24, was taken into custody by deputies from the Malibu/Lost Hills Station for failure to pay her bill at Geoffrey’s Restaurant in Malibu.

Witnesses and staff at the restaurant noticed she was experiencing a mental health episode and notified responding deputies. Deputy Armando Loureiro was ending a double shift when he responded to the Richardson call and rather than booking her on a 5150 so Richardson could be properly evaluated, she was taken into custody at the station.

According to sources revealing new information, Richardson originally was booked on felony burglary, which was later reduced to misdemeanor charge of Failure to Pay an Innkeeper and possession of under an ounce of Marijuana.

Richardson was released from custody from the Lost Hills Station shortly after midnight on September 17th, 2009 with no money, no cell phone and no transportation to safety into the dead of night.

Because of the location and circumstances of Richardson’s disappearance, the case gained media attention almost immediately.

Sgt. Wright was involved in the search for the young woman’s body.  His actions in these searches were very suspicious.

According to multiple sources, Wright continuously and purposefully failed to follow department protocol. During the first search in 2009, he intentionally stopped the K9s after they picked up Richardson’s scent. Initially, the search was scheduled for two days but after the dogs picked up Richardson’s scent, Wright decided not to have them return the second day.

A few months later, during another search in 2010, Wright intentionally led a drone operator away from the area where Richardson’s body was found.

The young woman’s body was eventually found in the park.  One man has been charged but many are wondering if the right guy is behind bars.

‘Pelosi in the House’ Marks New Low for Media Bias

By: Christian Toto — December 3rd 2022 at 13:43
HBO has a well-earned reputation for pushing progressive causes. The pay channel’s original films, think Game Change, Recount, and Confirmation, routinely lean to the Left. So do Real Time with Bill Maher, despite its host’s occasional independence, and Last Week Tonight. The channel no longer airs specials from Dennis Miller, one of the few openly conservative comics to grace HBO in recent years. That history suggests any HBO project focused on Rep. Nancy Pelosi would follow a similar trajectory. Except Pelosi in the House could make that biased content look downright conservative by comparison. The new documentary, debuting December 13 on HBO, is directed by Alexandra Pelosi. Yes, that’s the House Speaker’s daughter, a veteran filmmaker whose body of work reflects her family’s progressive bona fides. To be clear, HBO hired Nancy Pelosi’s filmmaking daughter to shoot a documentary about mom. Just imagine a platform like HBO or Showtime releasing a docuseries on President Donald Trump produced by Ivanka or Eric Trump. It’s not possible because it wouldn’t happen. Nor should it. HBO’s marketing team makes no effort to hide the nepotism on full display, to its credit. The film’s synopsis, though, suggests an attempt to place the outgoing speaker in the context of modern history … as seen through the eyes of a daughter who shot, produced and directed the film. Here’s the official synopsis: Filmed in a cinéma vérité style over the course of three decades, PELOSI IN THE HOUSE provides a unique, longitudinal window into the life of a longstanding Democratic politician and history in the making. The film goes behind the headlines as it tracks Pelosi’s life in public office from her election to Congress in 1987 and becoming the first female Speaker of the House in 2007 through the 2020 election and President Biden’s inauguration. Following Pelosi at both work and home in real time during consequential political moments in the country’s recent history, the film offers a unique look at American politics through her efforts on the Affordable Care Act, the COVID-19 relief package, two impeachments as well as a record of the events of January 6, 2021, following Pelosi and other lawmakers at a secure location as the crisis unfolded. Even if Alexandra Pelosi could capture her mother’s political life in an unflinchingly neutral fashion HBO shouldn’t choose her to film such a project. Had Pelosi in the House focused more on the speaker’s personal life, not her decades of Beltway maneuvering, the mother-daughter connection could have yielded some revealing morsels. As is, the project clearly hopes to put Pelosi’s political life front and center, with a side helping of Jan. 6 content to appease HBO’s progressive base. Naturally, august news organizations like the Associated Press reported on the news without an ounce of skepticism about the viability of the project. Alexandra Pelosi is an Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker who was with her mother filming during the Jan. 6 insurrection. She’s specialized in political documentaries, earning four Emmy nominations for her 2002 film Journeys with George about George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential campaign. See, she’s fair and balanced!  Don’t expect any chin-stroking think pieces on the fallacy of this approach elsewhere, either. The young Pelosi deserves some credit for making movies that attempt to reach across the aisle. She invaded Trump’s America for Outside the Bubble, for example. She also loves her mother, of course, and that can’t help but come out during media appearances. “She’s been around. This is not her first rodeo,” her daughter Alexandra, who is also a political reporter, told CNN. “And that should make you sleep at night knowing that at least somebody in this town knows what they’re doing.” None of this is new. We’ve watched pop stars like Taylor Swift release documentaries about their careers that avoid material that would damage their brands. Recent documentaries like Fauci, Bring Down the House and Hillary similarly fawn over their subjects, pushing objectivity to the curb. At least Pelosi in the House silences any chance of a fair and balanced look at a consequential Democrat right from the start.

Flashback: The Media’s Clown Show Coverage of 2015 Terrorist Attack

By: Rich Noyes — December 3rd 2022 at 12:35
Seven years ago, the national media made a spectacle of themselves for both the speed and stupidity with which they seized upon a horrible mass shooting in San Bernardino, California, racing to promote their anti-gun agenda, bashing conservatives and prayer in the process. The December 2, 2015 attack, which left 14 dead and 21 injured, was conducted by a husband and wife, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, who had earlier posted on Facebook they had “pledge[d] allegiance” to the leader of ISIS. The FBI declared it an “act of terrorism.” Yet before actual facts were known, TV viewers heard baseless speculation about who might be at fault. During live coverage on December 2, CNN law enforcement analyst Tom Fuentes suggested the perpetrators could have been “a domestic militia group, an anti-government domestic militia group wanting to attack the government.” “It could be some right-wing group, for all I know,” CNN analyst Harry Houck echoed a few hours later. The next day, when the identity of the killers was known, CNN host Erin Burnett still wondered why the wife joined in the attack. She asked an FBI profiler: “Could there be something else, anything else that could have explained her involvement? Something like a postpartum psychosis?” Over on MSNBC, Chuck Todd fretted about the blowback upon learning the killers’ identity: “I have some fears of where this conversation goes, if this turns into being an American Muslim, an American citizen, and the investigation comes out that this is a radicalized situation and all this stuff. I think the consequences on our politics could be very ugly and very negative....It’s just going to raise the issue of Islamophobia again.” Then there were usual suspects in the media’s anti-gun lobby. Despite the shooting occurring in deep blue California, which already had some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country, angry journalists lambasted those who offered thoughts and prayers instead of instant legislation. “Dear ‘thoughts and prayers’ people: Please shut up and slink away. You are the problem, and everyone knows it,” Washington Post columnist Gene Weingarten tweeted on December 2, just hours after the shooting occurred. “GOD ISN’T FIXING THIS,” screamed the New York Daily News in a headline the next morning. The paper’s not-so-subtle front page message: “As latest batch of innocent Americans are left lying in pools of blood, cowards who could truly end gun scourge continue to hide behind meaningless platitudes.” The rest of the New York media chimed in. “I thought that headline was very powerful,” an impressed CBS morning host Gayle King told viewers. “We have to do something. As the New York Daily News said, God is not going to fix it. We have to fix it,” King’s co-host Charlie Rose agreed. And they weren’t the only ones. Trump Responds To Massive Twitter Files Drop – “Fraud” – “TOTALLY CORRUPT”

By: ProTrumpNews Staff — December 3rd 2022 at 11:45

Elon Musk released bombshell Twitter files on Friday Night exposing just how corrupt Twitter was throughout the 2020 election.

It showed that throughout the 2020 election the Biden team reached out to Twitter about deleting certain tweets.

It showed that Twitter employees knew the Hunter Biden story didn’t contain hacked material but they kept it censored anyway.

Major corruption that impacted the 2020 election.

BREAKING: HERE IT IS: Elon Musk Reveals Why Twitter Suppressed Hunter Biden ‘Laptop From Hell’ Story

Trump responded with multiple Truth Social posts.

Friday night, Trump called it “a really big story” and added nothing will be done about it because “THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT & FBI ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT.”

Truth Social:

Wow! That’s a really big story about Twitter and various forms of government Fraud including, specifically, Election Fraud. The same level of Fraud took place with the other Big Tech companies, if not even worse (if that’s possible?). We are living in a VERY CORRUPT COUNTRY &, AS THEY ARE SAYING ALL OVER THE INTERNET, “NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT & FBI ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT.” But they’ll keep investigating “boxes” that were legally & openly taken from the W.H.

Saturday morning he sent out another post asking if “you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION?”

Truth Social:

So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great “Founders” did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!

This is just the beginning of the truth coming out.

Elon Musk said that more information is going to be released.

The Daily Mail reported:

Elon Musk has vowed to release additional internal documents later today illuminating Twitter’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

Musk, the billionaire owner of Twitter, gave journalist Matt Taibbi access to the explosive documents, which he first began to publish excerpts of on the social media site on Friday evening.

Will the media finally admit the truth?

By: Cristina Laila — December 3rd 2022 at 11:05

Bay St. Louis Mississippi – Mark Wells, 51, of Biloxi bit off another man’s nose during an argument over a game of golf earlier this week.

A brawl between two men in the parking lot of Hollywood Casino resort led to a serious facial injury.

The two men had been arguing all day on the golf course when it escalated to a violent fight in the resort’s parking lot.

Wells took off in his Tesla before police arrived on the scene.

According to police, the nose was never found.

Mark Wells turned himself in on Wednesday and was charged with felony Mayhem.

WXXV 25 reported:

Bay St. Louis Police have arrested a man who allegedly bit the nose off another man he was fighting with.

Police Chief Toby Schwartz said the suspect is 51-year-old Mark Curtis Wells of Biloxi. Wells turned himself in was booked into the Hancock County jail at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday on a $50,000 bond. He paid the 10 percent down and was released shortly after.

Schwartz said officers went to Hollywood Casino on Monday night after receiving a call about an assault in the parking lot.

When officers arrived, they found the victim with a facial injury – his nose had been bitten off. The nose was not found and the victim was taken to Memorial Hospital at Gulfport.

An investigation showed that Wells and the victim had gotten into an argument while playing golf earlier in the day at Bridges Golf Course, then continued throughout the day among several of the golfers until it spilled into the parking lot.

After allegedly biting the victim, Wells fled in a dark-colored Tesla.

Wells has been charged with mayhem, which carries a penalty of up to seven years in prison.
