Video footage captured the moment several migrants in New York City beat the tar out of each other earlier this week in broad daylight in Midtown.
The New York Post reported that over a dozen so-called asylum seekers faced off Sunday afternoon outside The Row Hotel on Eighth Avenue. An X user captured two separate brawl videos and posted them on his account.
The user who captured the videos identified them as Venezuelans, but this has not been confirmed.
The video opens with one migrant getting hit from behind with what appears to be a drink. They then start circling each other with two swinging their bats for several seconds.
The first part of the footage concludes with one of the fighters getting dragged to the ground and pounded one by three other migrants.

The second part of the video is arguably wilder, with the combatants using their own helmets as weapons in addition to bats. One migrant fighter is seen getting chased from the sidewalk to the street.
The footage also shows one yanked down onto the street in front of oncoming traffic. Four others kicked and hit him with bats while on the ground.
The final part shows a migrant being chased while being hit with the bats.

The Post reports that it is unknown what sparked the violent brawl. The NYPD is not commenting on the incident at this time.

Joe Biden is strongly considering granting over one million illegal aliens amnesty by the stroke of a pen just in time for the 2024 Presidential election and amid the worst immigration crisis in American history.
The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that this executive order would grant legalization to illegals married to U.S. citizens who are barred from receiving green cards.
The pro-illegal alien FWD.us notes that 1.1 million illegal aliens are currently married to American citizens.
The Daily Mail reports that the primary reasons these illegals were denied citizenship in these cases are because the individual has repeatedly entered the country illegally or forged legal documentation in the past.
To get around this “problem,” the Biden regime is looking at a so-called “parole in place” program for spouses of U.S. citizens not initially granted citizenship.
This status would ensure illegal aliens could obtain work permits and a path toward U.S. citizenship.
It would mark yet another cave by Biden to his radical left base on this issue. Reuters notes a group of 86 leftist Democrats sent a letter to Biden and disgraced Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas last year to urge them to “protect” spouses of U.S. citizens and create a so-called family reunification process for those outside America.
Such a decision by Biden would also negate alleged plans by him to limit asylum claims by invaders, as previously reported by the Gateway Pundit. The actions he has been weighing somewhat resemble what President Trump did to secure the border before Biden dismantled them upon taking office.
A White House spokesperson declined to comment on the matter but did say they were evaluating all options.
“The administration remains committed to ensuring those who are eligible for relief can receive it quickly and to building an immigration system that is fairer and more humane,” the spokesperson said to the Wall Street Journal.
TGP previously revealed that Biden was considering granting legalization to illegal invaders who had lived in the U.S. for over 10 years or had citizen relatives who would “suffer” if shipped back. It’s not clear if Biden is also still pondering this scheme.
If he is, one can add millions more to the estimated 1.1 million under current consideration, potentially wreaking future havoc on American elections.
We all know how these future citizens will vote as well.

Facing dire polling numbers and a lack of left-wing enthusiasm for his “re-election” campaign, Joe Biden is considering taking an extreme measure that should send chills down the spines of any American who values liberty.
During an April 19 broadcast of the Fox Business Show The Bottom Line with Dagen and Duffy, co-host Sean Duffy revealed that the Biden White House told Fox Business that it is considering defying the Constitution and declaring a climate emergency. He then turned to his guest Marc Morano, a former Republican political aide who runs a climate change skeptic website called ClimateDepot.com, and asked him what impact it would have.
Morano cited an NBC News report indicating that if Biden declared a climate emergency, he would have COVID-like emergency powers. This would include the ability to implement the socialist Green New Deal along with up to 130 measures without approval from Congress.

Sean Duffy: The White House told Fox Business that it is now considering declaring a national “climate emergency.” If the President declares a climate emergency, what impact would that have?
Marc Morano: This is the serious story of the day. NBC News has reported that if Joe Biden declared a national climate emergency, he would have COVID-like powers under that emergency, and NBC also compared the climate emergency powers to the 911 emergency powers. The Center for Biological Diversity has estimated Joe Biden would get about 130 wartime-like powers by which to bypass democracy and impose the Green New Deal on America without a single vote of Congress.
This is truly a Halloween story, not a story for Earth Day. This is a truly frightening story, and he might just be desperate enough to declare it.
Bloomberg reports the unchecked powers “could be used to curtail crude exports, suspend offshore drilling and curb greenhouse gas emissions.” The Biden regime believes this would enable them to meet climate targets with the stroke of a pen despite the deleterious impact it would have on millions of American jobs.
Bloomberg also notes that some White House officials believe that declaring a climate emergency would also energize leftist climate voters months before the election.
White House spokesman Angelo Fernandez Hernandez played coy when asked by Bloomberg about the possible climate declaration.
“President Biden has treated the climate crisis as an emergency since day one and will continue to build a clean energy future that lowers utility bills, creates good-paying union jobs, makes our economy the envy of the world, and prioritizes communities that for too long have been left behind,” said Hernandez.

Irony struck in the Land of 10,000 Lakes on Monday when a Democrat politician was arrested for burglary after recently pushing to disarm citizens.
As the Minnesota Reformer reported, Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell (DFL-Woodbury) was arrested Monday morning in Detroit Lakes and booked into the Becker County Jail for suspected first-degree burglary.
The Becker County Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing the report and has not determined yet whether Mitchell will be charged, according to KVRR.
Detroit Lakes Police Chief Steve Todd said at 4:45 a.m., a 911 dispatcher received a call from a startled homeowner on Granger Road who revealed that a burglar had broken into their house.
Officers proceeded to arrest Mitchell at the scene and transported her to prison, where she is listed on the jail’s roster.
Mitchell is in her first term as a DFL senator, having been elected in 2022. She serves as vice chair of the Senate State and Local Government and Veterans Committee.
Before entering public office, Mitchell was a TV meteorologist for KSTP and Minnesota Public Radio. She also served as a commander in the Air National Guard’s 126th Weather Flight.
Marc Kimball, the spokesman for the Senate DFL, released a curt statement saying he will not comment on Mitchell’s arrest.
The Senate DFL Caucus is aware of the situation and has no comment pending further information.
Before her arrest, Mitchell met with members of the far-left gun control group Moms Demand Action last Tuesday to push for “common-sense gun reform” and “safer communities.”

An exemplary student with a 100 GPA lost out on her dream school thanks to a racist and “subjective” DEI scheme rewarding less deserving students.
The New York Post reported Saturday that 14-year-old Kristina Raevsky, an eight-grade student in Queens, discovered on March 7 that she was rejected from Townsend Harris High School in Flushing because of a lottery system in NYC that placed her perfect test scores with kids who scored over 94.
She told the Post the news “shocked” her.
“I was shocked,” Raevsky said. “Everyone I told said, ‘How is this possible?’ And I told them, ‘I don’t know, it isn’t me that is the problem. The system is the problem.”
“Prior to the lottery, before COVID, my mindset was, ‘Well, I have a 100 average, I’m at the top of my class, I have perfect attendance, and I did well on the state tests,” she continued. “What could possibly go wrong?’”
Ravesky drew a lottery number that put her in the 72nd percentile of applicants despite her perfect grades. Former Mayor Bill De Blasio is primarily responsible for this.
The Post notes that before the COVID-19 pandemic, so-called screened schools like Townsend Harris utilized their own admissions criteria. They have traditionally used standards such as state tests, attendance, and letter grades when choosing their students.
However, in 2020, the communist de Blasio overrode their rights, canceling attendance, state tests, and letter grades as standards. Instead, he implemented a system where students with an 85 or above were entered into the same lottery pool to “diversify” selective schools.
Essays and video submissions became commonplace as a result.
In 2022, Mayor Eric Adams’s administration attempted a “fix” instead of abolishing the awful scheme altogether. They decided to narrow the top tier of kids to those with a 94 or above while restoring the screens, still leaving out impeccably qualified students like Raevsky.
During her interview with the Post, Raevsky astutely noted the difference between a 94 GPA student and a 100 one.
“I can tell you from experience that the difference between a 94 and a 100 is miles apart,” she told the outlet. “The 100 students are sitting there the moment something is assigned, thinking, ‘How am I going to complete this assignment? Let me start planning.’”
“The 94 student says, ‘Oh, I’ll come to the movies even though there’s a test two days away,’” she continued. “The 100 student says, ‘I’m sorry, but I can’t come. I’m studying.’”
In addition to being a world-class student, Raevsky has authored four books. Her latest, “Marriage or Espionage: Read Between the Lines,” is a fictional novel about a spy during the American Revolution.
Raevsky’s other books are “Fly Me to the Moon and Other Stories,” “A Sheep’s Tale – Young Patriot’s Guide to Saving America,” and “Wings.”
Raevsky told the Post she is now attending a private school, where she was offered a scholarship.
“I’m really glad I’m going to a private school,” Raevksy said. “I’m finally going to be in a place where I belong and am appreciated for my merit and my academic abilities.”

Wild and disgusting scenes were widespread during spring break at a popular island near Savannah, Georgia, with hordes of college-aged youths acting up.
As the Daily Mail reported, celebrations devolved into total mayhem at the annual Orange Crush gathering Saturday on Tybee Island, which is a barrier island and small city located 20 minutes from Savannah, as stunning videos show topless brawls and piles of garbage washing into the Atlantic Ocean.
The Orange Crush is an annual college spring break party on Tybee Island, which is held every April. It is popular with HBCU students, especially from nearby Savannah State University.
This year, more than 6,000 individuals, mostly HBCU students, flocked to the popular island to have fun, according to WSAV. There was also an increased police presence compared to recent years.
One video captured on X shows a huge fight erupting on the beach’s boardwalk as several young women violently slug and scratch each other while their tops fly off. Both men and women cheer on the combatants, with curse words flying.
Some young females stopped fighting at points and tried to put their tops back on. A lady in a green swimsuit continues to brawl even after her breasts are exposed.

A short female youth with orange hair appears to be the top instigator in the video. The woman can be seen yanking another one to the ground, exposing her breasts in the process, and starts hammering away. She also slugged the woman in a green bikini so viciously that her head snapped back.

Despite the despicable actions of so many party-goers, Georgia state officials described the overall behavior as “pretty good.”

Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) daughter Isra Hirsi was suspended from her inordinately expensive college after being arrested during a pro-Hamas protest at Columbia University last Thursday. Now, she’s homeless and hungry despite having a wealthy Democrat politician for a mother.
The 21-year-old Hirsi is a student at Barnard College, which costs $90,000 per year to attend. She calls herself an “angry black girl” with a communist hammer and sickle symbol in her X/Twitter profile.
Hirsi revealed during an interview with Teen Vogue that she has no place to sleep or stay after being evicted from Barnard campus housing and barred from using the dining hall.
“I was a little bit frantic, like, where am I going to sleep? Where am I gonna go?” complained Hirsi. “And also, all of my sh*t is thrown in a random lot. It’s pretty horrible.”
“I have like four shirts, two pairs of pants,” she continued. “I don’t know when I can go home, and I don’t know if I ever will be able to.”
Hirsi next told Teen Vogue she is having trouble finding food due to her suspension from Barnard College because she relies on the school for her meals.
“I sent them (Barnard administrators) an email like, ‘Hey, I rely on campus for my meals, I rely on my dining plan,’ and they were like, Oh, you can come pick up a prepackaged bag of food, a full 48 hours after I was suspended,” she whimpered. “There was no food support, no nothing.”
Hirsi further noted that she was zip-tied for several hours after being taken to 1 Police Plaza in Manhattan following her arrest.
“We had so many people who were born female in our group that they didn’t have enough space for us. It was a very slow process in getting everybody into the cells,” Hirsi whined. “I was zip-tied for about seven hours and wasn’t released for about eight.”
Hirsi also claimed Laura Rosenbury, the president of Barnard, was taking an overly aggressive approach to handling anti-Israel protesters compared to Columbia University’s president Minouche Shafik.
“I think it’s really on a school-by-school basis, and Barnard has decided to take a very egregious stand against us,” Hirsi said. “I think that they feel like there isn’t a big limelight on them right now and that they have the ability to do this because Shafik was on the congressional stage and is actively being harassed about what she’s doing, versus Laura Rosenbury, who has the ability to skirt what’s going on.”
Hirsi will remain without a home and will presumably be hungry until Monday. She is supposed to receive a hearing date from the school then.
“They told us that we would receive a date by Monday at noon, so I’m basically at least houseless until then,” she said.

A senior policy advisor in former president Barack Obama’s administration is facing potential jail time for crimes involving children.
The Daily Mail reported Sunday that 46-year-old Rahamim Shy was arrested by British police in Bedfordshire in late February. Court documents obtained by the Mail reveal Shy is accused of arranging the commission of a child sex offense.
Shy has also been charged with possession of two category C indecent images of children and possessing a prohibited image of a child.
The Mail reports he appeared at Luton Crown Court via video on Friday wearing a grey prison-issue tracksuit.
Shy is an American citizen who lives in New Jersey. He worked for the White House under Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. While working in the White House, Shy was responsible for directing the US government’s strategy to combat Islamist terrorists such as Al Qaeda and the Taliban.
Shy specifically worked in a senior role at the US Treasury Department from 2008 to 2014, advising officials on countering the financing of terrorism and assisting foreign governments to impose sanctions on hostile regimes. This probably explains why he was brought into contact with Clinton since the State Department imposes sanctions on foreign powers.
He also provided strategic policy analysis to chiefs of staff at the Department of Defense (DOD)according to to the Mail.
As part of his work with the DOD, he went to Afghanistan to provide “expertise” to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), a NATO-led group responsible for maintaining stability following America’s invasion more than two decades ago.
After leaving the White House, Shy went to work for Citi Bank, where he held a variety of top executive positions according to his Linkedin page. A spokesman at the bank told the Daily Mail that Shy is no longer employed there.
Like a typical woke leftist, Shy’s pronouns are proudly displayed in his LinkedIn bio, as one can see below.
The Mail reveals Shy has not entered a plea at this time and is currently in police custody ahead of hearing in June. He is scheduled to go on trial in August.

A horrifying video has emerged showing the moment an evil Michigan caregiver assaulted a 93-year-old dementia patient, and the victim’s daughter is speaking out.
According to WEYI, the incident occurred at Landings of Genesee Valley in Flint, Michigan on April 4, but the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office obtained and released footage of the assault Thursday during a press conference.
The sick footage shows the perpetrator repeatedly smashing a full diaper over the elderly woman’s head while she sits in her wheelchair and raises her arms.
The sinister caregiver then chokes the woman in the bathroom before violently slapping her in the mouth. The footage concludes with the young monster raising her fists and threatening her victim.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office identified Dontia Shawnra Arrington as the person who assaulted the innocent old woman.
During the press conference, Sheriff Chris Swanson said the patient had no clue what was happening due to her severe dementia.
“She has no idea what’s going on,” he said. “She can’t process what we process on a regular basis.”
“You see the vulnerability of the victim and the fact that she’s getting hit with a two-to-three-pound soiled diaper,” he continued. “But if that isn’t enough when she brought her hand across her throat in a chokehold, that can kill people, especially a 93-year-old.”
The heartbroken victim’s daughter also spoke at the press conference. She was puzzled about how anyone could be capable of such malice.
“I’m watching, and all I kept saying was, ‘Why are you doing this to my mom?’ she told the press. “She’s 93, 5-foot tall, a little 130-pound lady, never been in a fight her whole life.”
“Horrified. Just horrified,” she added.
The daughter then revealed how they caught the assault on tape. She explained that her family planted the nanny cam in the room back in December to discover why her mother had been suffering bruises. It took a few attempts to catch the abuse.
The camera also caught staff stealing from her mom, who was a patient at the facility for around five years.
She noted her mom has since been transferred to another facility where she is receiving proper treatment.
Arrington has been charged with torture with intent to cause cruel or extreme physical or mental pain and suffering. This carries a sentence of up to life in prison.
She is also charged with vulnerable adult abuse, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, and assault with intent to cause great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation. The latter carries a maximum penalty of 10 years.

A brave school girl in Pennsylvania unleashed on cowardly school officials while revealing in graphic detail how they allowed a transgender (Bio-Male) student savagely beat her friend to the point of hospitalization while woke school officials did nothing to stop it.
As Reduxx reported, the brutal assault took place at Pennbrook Middle School in North Wales, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, when the 13-year-old trans student going by “Melanie” blindsided her 12-year-old female victim in the school cafeteria using a Stanley cup. He smacked several times on the head, creating an open wound and causing her to bleed.
The 7th-grade girl had to be hospitalized and receive staples to close the cuts in her head before undergoing concussion protocol according to the Daily Mail.
During a school board meeting on Thursday, School Superintendent Todd Bauer called the horrifying attack “deeply disturbing’ in a statement. But a young friend of the victim’s was not having his nonsense.
The unidentified girl revealed she and others warned several teachers on Wednesday morning the assault was going to occur at lunch that day. She also noted she was second on the trans student’s hit list.
The school counselor dismissed her, telling her nothing would happen. The girl received word she would not be seeing “Melanie” for the remainder of the day.
But this was a lie. The girl revealed she was at lunch when she heard screaming and “everyone running” in panic.
She then went on to describe the assault in graphic detail:

The girl revealed “Melanie” snuck up behind her friend and began smashing her head with the Stanley cup. The trans student also pulled her hair and hit her against the table.
“I just hear all this screaming and everybody running. All of a sudden, you hear these terrible loud bangs of the Stanley bouncing off her head,” the student explained. And then you see Mel grabbing her hair and hitting her against the table and just repeatedly hitting her with the Stanley.
“There was blood going everywhere, she continued. “We had to sit in there and watch them clean up the blood off those tables and ground, and we had to watch them take her out with blood dripping down her face, and I will never forget that.”
The 7th-grader also revealed “Melanie” screamed “I’m going to murder you!” to her friend during the beating.
The girl then went off on school officials for their negligence.
“You could’ve stopped it!” the brave young girl said. “It was five hours from when I told you it was going to happen. I don’t get how you couldn’t have stopped that.”
The girl added once the attack began, it lasted 28 minutes, despite the school board claiming it was just eight minutes.
“We had to watch her taken out with blood dripping down her face, and I will never forget that! Laying in bed last night, I just kept repeating it in my head.”
Reduxx reported the biological boy had only recently been transferred into the school where the assault, having been reportedly expelled from his last school due to violent behavior. He also maintained a long “hit list” of girls he wanted to assault.
The school was well aware of the boy’s violent tendencies thanks to student warnings and had him solo-escorted into school every day. Despite this, woke school officials allowed him to use the female restrooms at the school and never lifted a finger to intervene when he acted up.

A huge, bloody party boat brawl erupted Saturday in Brooklyn and left multiple people with injuries, including two stabbing victims.
The New York Post reported the disturbing incident occurred just after 5 p.m. at Pier 4 at the Brooklyn Army Terminal near 58th Street in Sunset Park. The individuals were onboard the yacht, Cornucopia Majesty.
Video footage shows the brawl beginning inside the party boat, with several unidentified individuals shoving and punching each other. One man can be heard shouting “Calm down!” and “Stop” multiple times in an effort to calm tensions. He then calls out for security.

The Post reports that after the stabbing, several bystanders were shrieking in horror upon seeing one wounded man bleeding profusely on the floor.
“Somebody pick him up!” one witness yells. “He got stabbed!”
Some bystanders then picked up the injured male. He was passed over the fence to a group of males who put him in the ambulance.
Police arrived at the yacht to find multiple injured people, two with knife wounds. One 32-year-old male had been stabbed in the torso and a 40-year-old man was left with several stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.
A 28-year-old male also had been bashed on top of his head with a bottle while an unidentified, injured female was also put on a stretcher and was put in the ambulance. Police then evacuated the yacht.
One passenger, who identified himself as Java, told the Post everyone was having “a good time” until the end.

The Post reports the three wounded men were taken to NYU Langone Hospital. All are reportedly in stable condition. There is no word on the female’s health, however.
The other injured people did not require hospitalization.
Police say the brawl started after an unknown argument and began after the boat docked at the pier.
According to the Post, no suspects have been identified at this point.

But the Chinese government is opposed to a sale with no evidence that minds have changed. Thus, the 170 million TikTok users in the U.S. can kiss their favorite social media platform goodbye in the coming months, barring a miraculous turn of events.

Video footage captured the moment Seattle police unleashed a hailstorm of bullets in self-defense on an alleged p*dophile trying to meet up with two young girls at a hotel, killing him.
KIRO 7 News revealed the incident occurred in the DoubleTree hotel on Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila, a suburban city located just 11 miles south of Seattle, after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The brave police officers were conducting a sting operation against a 67-year-old man who was being investigated by the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, according to to FOX 13 Seattle.
The suspect, a 67-year-old man, arrived at the hotel believing he would be meeting up with two little girls, 7 and 11 years old. Instead, he came face-to-face with three police officers waiting inside the hotel room.
In the footage below released by the Seattle Police Department Friday evening, you can see the police orchestrate the clever sting operation. Once the police identify themselves, the suspect starts to take out a gun, which proves to be his final mistake.
One police officer can be heard screaming, “Gun!”
The police quickly fire multiple bullets into the suspect, killing the man instantly. It’s not clear how many shots are fired, but one officer is seen loading another magazine into his firearm as FOX 13 Seattle notes.

KIRO 7 News reported that one of the officers was injured during the fatal altercation but did not have to go to the hospital. The officer suffered a minor graze wound to the leg and was treated at the scene.
The outlet reports the Force Investigation Team is now investigating the incident.

They then passed a measure to Table the Motion to Reconsider the legislation on Monday.
The Democrat-run Senate unsurprisingly followed suit just after midnight Saturday, passing the spying bill, which will extend Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) for two additional years, just minutes after it was scheduled to expire. The legislation now goes to Joe Biden’s desk, who will sign it into law.

Before the final vote, the Senate defeated six amendments attempting to expand civil liberties in the process. This included an amendment offered by Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) requiring the federal government to obtain a warrant from the FISA Court before spying on Americans’ private communications, which failed 42-50.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) gave a gloating speech on the Senate floor after the despicable bill’s passage.
“In the nick of time, bipartisanship has prevailed here in the Senate,” Schumer crowed. “It wasn’t easy, people had many different views, but we all know one thing: letting FISA expire would have been dangerous.”
“It’s an important part of our national security to stop acts of terror, drug trafficking, and violent extremism,” he continued. “Thank you to all my Senate colleagues on both sides of the aisle for their good work in getting this done.”
As previously reported by Jim Hoft, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) revealed that Congress gave its members a special carve out in the FISA bill.

Requirement: The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation shall promptly notify appropriate congressional leadership of any query conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation using a query term that is reasonably believed to be the name or other personally identifying information of a member of Congress, and shall also notify the member who is the subject of such query.

Residents of a California border town have kicked their woke trans mayor out of office amid the city’s struggles with serious social issues.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this week that 26-year-old Calexico mayor Raul Ureña, the first trans mayor in the Golden State, was facing a serious recall effort from residents fed-up with his so-called leadership. Calexico is a small, heavily Hispanic city in southern Imperial County that sits on the border of Mexico and California.
Calexico has experienced rampant crime rates and the emergence of homeless encampments. Ureña’s reign has left the downtown area in distress.
While a biological male, Ureña identifies as a transgender woman and uses she/they pronouns. He stopped using traditional suits as office attire in favor of low-cut dresses that showcase a still-hairy chest.
Ureña has described himself as “sexy as hell” on various occasions, according to the New York Post.
Now, he is probably feeling a little less self-confident. The Daily Mail revealed that nearly 74 percent of voters voted to recall Ureña on April 16, a massive landslide victory for sanity.
The news only got better when another radical-left Calexico politician also got the boot. The Daily Mail revealed Councilmember Gilberto Manzanarez, a supporter of Ureña, saw 73 percent of voters vote in favor of his recall.
4,933 total votes were cast in the recall, according to the outlet. What makes the landslide numbers against Ureña and Manzanarez more impressive is Republicans only make up 27 percent of the heavily Democrat city’s population.
58-year-old Maritza Hurtado, who worked as the former mayor for Calexico, led the recall of both Ureña and Manzanarez. She recently detailed a heartbreaking encounter on Facebook with a local business owner that was receiving no help despite the presence of drugged-up individuals hanging around her place of work.
I met another Calexico Downtown business owner yesterday who showed me these videos and, with tears in her eyes, asked, “What can we do?” These videos show two people in front of her store who are hunched over in a “zombie state” and frozen for a half hour! She got no help from the city.
I told her, ‘We are going to organize and push for a safer downtown TOGETHER.” I honor all my fellow downtown merchants who are struggling thru this nightmare situation, We have work to do! Vote YES on Recall!!! Vote SI.’
In response to the righteous backlash, Ureña refused to accept responsibility for his failures. Instead, he whipped out the transphobia card as the real reason behind the recall, citing alleged personal attacks and photos meant to discredit him.
“Predictable transphobia,” he whined.
Ureña also worried he might be more vulnerable if not in an elected position due to his “identity.”
“I might even be more vulnerable if I’m not in an elected position where people have elected me to represent a lot of people who don’t identify as LGBT,” he said.

West Virginia middle school girls on Thursday took a bold stand. They refused to compete against a biological male in a major track and field event just two days after the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked a law that mandated competing in the category that matches biological sex.
As previously reported by the Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra MacDonald, the federal appeals court claimed the law violated Title IX, the federal civil rights law that is supposed to protect female sports. The ruling was 2-1 and only applies to 13-year-old student Becky Pepper-Jackson, who supposedly began “transitioning” in third grade.
Outkick.com revealed that five teenage girls “stepped out” during a track and field meet at the 2024 Harrison County Middle School Championships on Thursday afternoon at Liberty High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to protest the inclusion of Pepper-Johnson. In doing so, they forfeited potential glory in exchange for fairness and justice.
Seven schools were at the meet: Bridgeport, Heritage Christian, Notre Dame, South Harrison, Lincoln, Mountaineer (Clarksburg), and Washington Irving. Pepper-Johnson competes for the Bridgeport Middle School girls’ track & field team in Bridgeport, West Virginia, specifically shot put and discus throwing.

Shocking footage captured the moment a vile woman brutally murdered a young mother in a downtown Seattle alley.
As KIRO News reported, 33-year-old Rickesha Overton overpowered her victim, 20-year-old Alisia DeCoteau and forced her down the stairs of the 3rd floor of the Ellis Court Apartments and into the alley where DeCoteau drew her last breath.
The violent murder occurred on March 3, just after 1 A.M.. However, a journalist named Jonathan Choe leaked video footage of the crime just yesterday.
The video shows Overton forcing a terrified and screaming DeCoteau down a flight of stairs with a gun to her head. While marching down the stairs, Overton tells DeCoteau, “I’ll blow your mouth! Say I won’t! Say I won’t!”
Overton then opens the door and shoves her sobbing victim into the alley before going back inside for a few seconds. Once Overton returns, she yells at DeCoteau before shooting her twice at close range, including once in the head.

Overton next tries to unload even more bullets but cannot do so. Police detectives say she ran out of ammunition.
The deranged woman then starts kicking a lifeless DeCoteau several times while screaming, “B**ch you dead, B**ch you dead!” But Overton, for some reason, begins to think her victim is still alive and exclaims that she is still breathing.
A crowd from the alleyway then starts screaming at her in the background. Overton tells the nearby crowd, “That b**ch is crazy; she tried to kill me!”
Overton is about to return inside before the crowd screams at her again. She turns around and rushes toward them with her gun while screaming obscenities.
The video footage ends with Overton once again screaming and pointing her gun at the crowd, yelling, “I’ll blow your mother f**king brains out!”
KIRO 7 News notes this is not the first time Overton allegedly attacked DeCoteau. Police revealed they were called to the same apartment building on January 1 at roughly 2:35 p.m. and arrested Overton for assaulting DeCoteau.
While court documents did not describe the relationship between Overton and DeCoteau, family members confirmed to KIRO 7 News the two were friends on Facebook.
Overton is charged with first-degree murder and second-degree assault. Her bail has been set at $5,000,000.
DeCoteau leaves behind a one-year-old daughter, Mariah, who is now being cared for by her older sister, Jessica Ceja.

All jurors, including the replacements and an alternate have been revealed in President Trump’s “Hush Money” trial.
As Jim Hoft reported, Fox News host Jesse Watters previously revealed seven of the jurors selected to serve in Trump’s “hush money” trial involving porn star Stormy Daniels. Two were dismissed after radical-left Judge Juan Merchan agreed they could not be fair to Trump.
But the jury pool is still tilted far to the left and even includes a woman who has called Trump “very selfish” and “self-serving.”
As Hoft notes, Merchan’s daughter is a top activist for Democrats and Joe Biden campaign. Judge Merchan is pushing charges against Trump that are not a crime. He needs jurors who believe like he does that Trump is guilty of a crime because he is still alive.
Here’s the FULL list of people deciding Trump’s fate. The following information is gathered from both Watters and The Daily Mail, which filled in the final details on the jurors:
The Foreman, juror number one, is an Irish immigrant who works as a salesman from West Harlem. He used to be a waiter, didn’t finish college, and loves the outdoors. He’s married with no kids.
He claims that he receives his news from the liberal New York Times, the Daily Mail, Fox News, and far-left MSNBC. Watters previously noted this was suspicious since he knew no one who watches both MSNBC and Fox News.
Juror Number Two. This is a replacement for one of the dismissed jurors, who admitted yesterday she could not be fair and impartial after being exposed by Watters.
This juror is a man who works as an investment banker, has an MBA in finance, and is similar to a liberal activist to an extent. He also has family members who are lawyers.
While he follows Trump on X/Twitter, he also follows Trump’s disgraced former lawyer Michael Cohen and his podcast and the leftist account Mueller She Wrote, which lionizes corrupt former FBI director Robert Mueller. He also closely follows news on Israel and Ukraine and receives his news from the New York Times.
The man enjoys hiking, music concerts, and exploring New York City in his spare time.
Juror Number Three is an Asian lawyer in his late 20s or 30s and is originally from Oregon. His corporate law firm features DEI on its homepage. He’s single, lives in Chelsea, and claims he’s not very familiar with Trump’s other charges.
He likes to hike and run and receives his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Google.
Juror Number Four. This is the second replacement. The previous one was dismissed after it was learned he was previously arrested in the 1990s for tearing down Republican campaign signs.
The new juror is a security engineer originally from California who now lives on the Upper West Side. He claims he listens to comedy podcasts and several news organizations, though he declined to go into detail.
His hobbies include “various things,” such as wood and metalworking, but he spends the most time caring for his three children.
Juror Number Five is a black woman in her 20s originally from Harlem who has a Master’s degree and works a teacher. She’s unmarried, has no kids, and lives with her brother. She gets her news from Google and TikTok and listens to the leftist podcast The Breakfast Club.
She was evasive when asked whether she had a strong opinion of Trump. She only said, “There was a divide in the country, and I can’t ignore that.”
Juror Number Six is a recent college graduate in her 20s who works for Woke Disney. She previously made the courtroom laugh because she wanted to know if the trial would be over before September because she’s a bridesmaid at her sister’s wedding. She’s unmarried, has no kids, and likes to dance.
She lives with three roommates and gets her news from leftist outlets like the New York Times, Google, Facebook, and TikTok. But she claims she doesn’t have strong feelings about Trump one way or the other.
Juror Number Seven is a middle-aged, balding white guy with a tan and glasses. He lives on the Upper East Side and is another lawyer whose firm is big into DEI and ESG.
He’s originally from North Carolina, married with two kids, and his wife works at a bank. He gets his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, the Washington Post, and NPR.
Regarding Trump, he said there were policies he agreed with and ones he disagreed with, but he didn’t have any particular opinions of the man personally. He says he is aware of the other lawsuits against Trump.

Chinese hackers are preparing to launch a major attack on critical U.S. infrastructure and have already infiltrated multiple companies according to the FBI.
FBI Director Chris Wray revealed today China is developing the capability to cause significant damage to our critical infrastructure at a time of their choosing. The only question is the time to launch a catastrophic blow.
“China is developing the ability to physically wreak havoc on our critical infrastructure at a time of its choosing,” Wray said at the 2024 Vanderbilt Summit on Modern Conflict and Emerging Threats. “Its plan is to land low blows against civilian infrastructure to try to induce panic.”
According to Wray, an ongoing Chinese hacking campaign known as Volt Typhoon has successfully infiltrated several American companies in telecommunications, energy, water, and other critical sectors. 23 pipeline operators are being targeted.
According to Reuters, Wray went on to note that China’s hackers operated a series of botnets, which are constellations of compromised personal computers and servers around the globe to hide their nefarious cyber actions. Private sector American technology and cybersecurity companies previously attributed Volt Typhoon to China, including reports by security researchers with Microsoft and Google.
Reuters reports that a Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson claimed the Volt Typhoon was unrelated to China’s government but is a criminal ransomware group.
China’s Embassy in Washington released the following statement in response to the MFA spokesperson’s comment.
Some in the US have been using origin-tracing of cyberattacks as a tool to hit and frame China, claiming the US to be the victim while it’s the other way around, and politicizing cybersecurity issues.
Some would argue that the operation may already be underway. Early this morning, there was a widespread outage involving 911 emergency numbers in four states: Nebraska, South Dakota, Nevada, and Texas.
Moreover, investigative journalist Lara Logan revealed that reliable intelligence sources have told her the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore, Maryland last month was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure.

A transgender high school student (biological female) was arrested Wednesday for plotting a mass shooting at a high school in Maryland.
As WJLA reported, 18-year-old Andrea Ye, who identifies as “Alex,” was stopped by Montgomery County Police (MCPD) and federal officials after they discovered she was planning to shoot up Wootton High School in Rockville.
Police revealed that they discovered that Ye had authored a 129-page manifesto outlining how she would carry out this horrendous act of violence. Ye called the manifesto her memoir.
Below are sections of the manifesto from the charging document, which was obtained by Brad Bell of 7 News DC. It contains several sick statements, including Ye bragging about pacing around her room “like an evil mastermind” and revealing why she thinks high schools are the easiest targets for mass shootings.
She also boasts about wanting to set the world record for most kills in a mass shooting.

The manifesto was reportedly shared with Baltimore police on March 3 by a person who became acquainted with Ye at a psychiatric facility in Maryland. WJLA reports Ye began receiving mental health treatment in December of 2022 after multiple alleged threats.
In addition to the manifesto, police say they also discovered several internet searches that led them to arrest Ye. Moreover, she previously considered targeting an elementary school.
Montgomery County Public Schools released the following statement noting the “close collaboration” with the MCPD. They also revealed Ye had not physically attended an MCPS school since the fall of 2022.
The charges are extremely serious, involving alleged threats to harm others. We value and appreciate the close collaboration between Montgomery County Public Schools and MCPD in this matter, which is an example of our shared commitment to identify and address potential threats with due process before they materialize.
The student, who has not physically attended an MCPS school since the fall of 2022, has been actively participating in lessons through a virtual program called Online Pathways to Graduation.
Ye has been charged with threat of mass violence and is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Center without bond.

Leftist actor John Leguizamo had an epic meltdown concluding with him destroying a piñata on Tuesday night after discovering President Trump is making gains with Hispanic voters.
As Fox News reported, Leguizamo, who was serving as a guest host on The Daily Show, mocked a classic Trump 2020 campaign Spanish language ad before complaining about polls showing the 45th president’s growing popularity with Hispanics.
I mean, clearly, Trump isn’t making any effort to get Latino voters or make them a priority,” Leguizamo whined. “But the thing that hurts the most is that his lazy a** strategy is actually working.”
The show’s producers then played a CNN news clip showing Trump leading Biden by six points among Hispanics in one poll. This was the moment Leguizamo completely lost it.
“Excuse me for a second, please,” said Leguizamo as he grabbed a small piñata underneath his desk and dropped a flurry of Spanish curse words.
“Coño! Coño! P*ta! P*ta madre!” he yelled as he pounded and tore apart the inanimate object.

As the Gateway Pundit reported earlier, the Senate, at Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s urging, voted to dismiss both articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, who has presided over the worst border crisis in American history. In doing so, they upset 227 years of congressional precedent.
Both articles were rejected on a party-line vote, though Senator Lisa Murkowski (RINO-AK) voted present on the first one. The final vote to adjourn proceedings was also on a party-line vote.
Schumer absurdly argued before the votes that the articles of impeachment against Mayorkas violated the U.S. Constitution. He claimed they did not “allege conduct that rises to the level of a high crime or misdemeanor” as required under Article 2 of the Constitution.
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), however, was not having any of Schumer’s nonsense. Drawing on his extensive legal expertise, he destroyed the loudmouth New Yorker’s asinine argument against impeaching Mayorkas.

Madam President, as wrong as the Majority Leader was moments ago in making this particular point of order as to Article I of the impeachment articles, Article I, remember, refers to the willful defiance by Sec. Mayorkas of the law.
As wrong as he was in making that as to Article I, and he was very wrong for the reasons articulated moments ago by the Senator from Texas, he is even more wrong – far more so – with respect to Article II, because Article II accuses him of knowingly making false statements.
This is a violation of 18 USC Section 1001, a felony offense. If this is not a high crime and misdemeanor, what is? If this is not impeachable, what is? What precedent will we be setting? We need to address this; we need to discuss it in a closed session.
For that reason, Madam President, I move that the Senate proceed with a closed session to allow for deliberation on this very consequential point of order that he’s just made that violates hundreds of years of Anglo-American legal precedent and understanding on the question required by impeachment rule 24.
Following the Senate’s dismissal of the charges, Lee warned the Democrats by insinuating that turnabout would be fair play.

House Education and Workforce Committee held a hearing beginning at 10:15 A.M. this morning titled “Columbia in Crisis: Columbia University’s Response to Antisemitism.” As the name suggests, the hearing focused on Columbia’s lackluster response to the threats Jewish students face on campus.
Columbia University’s president, Nemat Shafik, served as the star witness. She was originally asked to testify at the House Education and Workforce Committee’s hearing in December but had to back out allegedly due to “scheduling conflicts.”
Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) stole the show when he showcased a guidebook the school used that deliberately spelled the word “folks” f-o-l-x. This misspelled word is a so-called “gender inclusive” term used by the woke left to “appeal” to the transgender community.
He also pointed out that the term “folx” was used in the school of social work, making this a university term.
When he asked Shafik about this, she was left completely stunned and befuddled. The only thing she could think of was that perhaps the authors did not know how to spell and nervously laughed.
She then laughably tried to deny this was an official document, but Banks would not let her off the hook. She eventually agreed with him that the term was inappropriate but continued to deny the school officially uses the term.

The United States Senate was supposed to hold the impeachment trial of Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas beginning at 1 PM Eastern Wednesday. It actually proved to be a historically rapid dismissal by the Democrats.
As The Washington Post reported, the Senate at Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) urging voted to dismiss both articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, who has presided over the worst border crisis in America history.
Democrats voted along party lines on the first article of impeachment which charges Mayorkas with “willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law,” finding the charge unconstitutional. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (RINO-Alaska) voted present.

As Townhall.com’s Spencer Brown notes, this move by the Senate upset 227 years of congressional history. Only once was an actual trial not held when an individual was impeached, and that was because an impeached judge resigned before the trial began.

Last week, 43 Republican members of the United States signed a letter to Schumer highlighting the upper chamber’s “constitutional duty” that “requires the Senate to hold a trial.”
“In every previous congressional impeachment of the past 227 years, Congress has been faithful to the process set out by the framers,” the letter emphasized. “Never before has the Senate abandoned this duty, even when certain members believed the basis for impeachment was tenuous at best.”
“Since 1797, twenty-one individuals have been impeached by the House of Representatives,” the Senate Republicans’ letter further recounted. “Trials were held in every single instance, except once when an impeached judge resigned from office before the trial commenced. Absent Secretary Mayorkas’ immediate resignation, this impeachment should remain faithful to Senatorial precedent,” senators wrote.

A student earlier this week was caught on tape assaulting a North Carolina high school teacher during a vulgar diatribe. But the pupil is only being charged with misdemeanors despite the violent act.
The short video of the assault, which The North Carolina Beat first obtained, shows the youth confronting the teacher inside Parkland High School in Winston-Salem before viciously slapping her twice. He can be heard calling the teacher a “b*tch,” taunts her multiple times, and even drops the N-word.
The students behind the camera can be heard ooohing and laughing while the assault takes place.
Surprisingly, the teacher keeps her cool despite the pupil’s horrific behavior.

The North Carolina Beat identified the youth as Aquavious ‘Quavo’ Hickman.
The New York Post reports Hickman was charged with one count of Communicating Threats and two counts of Misdemeanor Assault, all misdemeanors.
The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Superintendent Tricia McManus released a statement condemning Hickman’s actions.
This behavior will not be tolerated. At no time is it acceptable for students to put their hands on a teacher in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools.
My focus now is on making sure that our teacher is taken care of and has the support needed to navigate through the lasting effects of this incident.

On Tuesday, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) obliterated far-left Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm over lying about owning individual stocks and proclaimed her the face of “institutionalized corruption” at the department.
As the New York Post notes, Granholm last year admitted to delivering false testimony to the panel last April by claiming she didn’t own any individual stock.
Granholm, the former Democratic governor of Michigan, laughably claimed during the hearing she made a “mistake” and had no clue she owned several stocks when she took over as Energy Secretary. In other words, she said she did not know her own stock portfolio.
Granholm then claimed she informed the committee as soon as she realized her testimony was false. But Hawley was having none of her nonsense. He introduced a board with a timeline showing Granholm quietly sold her individual stocks and then waited nearly a month before writing to the committee.
Hawley continued to pepper her with questions that left her flustered and stammering, including one about stocks in at least six companies that she offloaded in May 2023. He also pounded her questions regarding the foreign billionaires funding the Energy Department conferences and whether she was actually running the department. This just made her more flustered and angry.
As one will see, the destruction was so through that not even Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) could save Granholm.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier today that far-left National Public Radio (NPR) suspended its senior business editor, Uri Berliner, for pointing out the network’s partisan reporting, particularly regarding its coverage of the Hunter Biden laptop story. Now, several wild and wacky social media posts have emerged online exposing NPR CEO Katherine Maher.
Maher was named as NPR’s new CEO in January 2024, succeeding John Lansing. Prior to her role at NPR, Mayer served as the CEO of Web Summit and chair of the board of directors at the Signal Foundation.
She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Multiple social media users, including conservative activist Chris Rufo, the Bulwark’s Marc Caputo, and former Ted Cruz aide Steve Guest, have uncovered Maher’s years-old tweets from the past two days. Some of her most shocking posts include her claiming that former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld may be an alien lizard who eats Mexican babies, bragging about wearing a Biden grandpa hat and fantasizing about going on a crazy road trip with Kamala Harris.
She also posted tweets such as “We are not in fact baby factories for proclivities” and that “creeping sharia” would support a socialist agenda. Unsurprisingly, she also had several posts cheering on the BLM riots, with one referencing cheesecake. She even has a few posts whimpering about “whiteness.”

The United States Supreme Court is holding arguments in Fischer v. US, a case that could reduce criminal charges filed against more than 350 Trump supporters who participated in the US Capitol protest on January 6, 2021.
The Department of Injustice (DOJ) is using a statute called “obstructed a Congressional proceeding” to prosecute hundreds of these protesters simply for exercising their First Amendment rights. This statute is a serious felony with the potential of 20 years behind bars.
CNN notes that this case also has implications for President Donald Trump, who was charged by corrupt special counsel Jack Smith for exercising his First Amendment rights on that fateful day.
Justice Neil Gorsuch stole the show this morning by blowing up the foundation of the DOJ’s case against the nonviolent J6 protesters. While the Trump supporters simply exercised their freedom of speech, there were leftist individuals who committed actual felonies that the Biden regime gave a complete pass to.
Gorsuch threw out several meaningful real-life incidents involving these left-wing figures, including the unlawful sit-ins during a trial (which occurred during the Brett Kavanaugh hearing in 2018), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulling a fire alarm to prevent a critical vote to keep the government open, hecklers during the State of the Union, and so-called “mostly peaceful” protests (BLM riots).
Gorsuch asked Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar whether those actions would qualify for 20 years in prison. Prelogar tried to spin her out of the questioning. She claimed that the DOJ would need to prove “corrupt intent” and whether these incidents qualified as a “meaningful” disruption of the proceedings.
Of course, all of these incidents recounted by Gorsuch met those qualifications, meaning the leftists, including Bowman, should have received years in prison. But Prelogar could not really answer Gorsuch’s queries unless she wanted to admit defeat.

Gorsuch was having none of Prelogar’s nonsensical spinning and pushed back. “We went around that tree yesterday,” he told her.
He then pinpointed the most asinine part of her statement. “So a mostly peaceful protest that disrupts an official proceeding for an indefinite period would not be covered?”
Prelogar responded by trying to bring up the BS “intent” excuse again before Gorsuch finally shut her down.
Joseph Fischer, a former Pennsylvania police officer who participated in the J6 protests, is the person who brought the case to the Supreme Court. His lawyers point out Fischer spent less than four minutes inside the building and advanced fewer than 25 feet.
DOJ prosecutors argue differently, though. They claim Fischer warned his police chief that things might get violent, and he texted that protesters should drag Democrats “into the street and have a mob trial.”
A grand jury returned a seven-count indictment against Fischer in March 2021, just two months after the attack. The indictment included charges of civil disorder, assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, as well as the obstruction charge. He faces at least 20 years in prison.
The case before the Supreme Court involves only that last charge as CNN notes.
The Gateway Pundit has extensively reported on the suffering of J6 protesters under the Biden regime. In addition to outrageous sentencing, some were assaulted by Capitol Police officers, denied medical care, and have been beaten in prison.
A ruling favoring Fischer could help right the injustices many have suffered, but the scars will remain permanent.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, BlackRock is the largest asset management firm in the world, overseeing trillions of dollars worth of assets. It was founded in 1988 by Fink.
The company used to focus solely on risk management and fixed-income securities management but has since attempted to force companies across America to adopt a social credit system akin to Communist China focused on Environment and Social Justice (ESG) or face penalties. This includes forcing companies to go along with the radical left’s DEI agenda and pressuring firms not to fund coal and other fossil fuel projects.

Pro-Hamas protesters have blocked the road to arrivals and departures at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA), forcing passengers to leave their cars and walk on foot to the airport.
As KOMO News reported, several vehicles operated by protesters are blocking the road along with multiple people standing in the road.
The airport’s X account urges passengers to use alternate routes or public transit to reach their terminals.

KOMO News reveals police and several tow trucks arrived shortly after the protest began. The tow trucks reportedly have started removing the vehicles blocking the road.
There is no word yet regarding whether any protesters have been apprehended. Because this protest is occurring in Seattle, arrests will likely not happen for several hours, if ever.
The protest is part of a globally coordinated protest as KOMO News notes. The agitators want the United States to force Israel to surrender to Hamas in the conflict and cut off funding to the Jewish State.
Earlier today, pro-Hamas agitators blocked off a road entering Chicago O’Hare Airport. At the same time, police did nothing, forcing some travelers to ditch their cars and walk to the airport. They also completely shut down the Golden Gate Bridge as police arrive to confront them in riot gear.

Police across the country could learn a few lessons regarding how Florida takes care of pro-Hamas protesters who disrupt the daily lives of residents.
As WSVN reported, several of the losers were manhandled, dragged, and then arrested by Miami Police in riot gear and on horseback as they attempted to block the entrance to Port Miami. The incident occurred at roughly 1 PM on Monday.
The local police were joined by state troopers and armored vehicles in the process according to the outlet.
Bryan Griffin, the communications director for Governor Ron DeSantis, shared a clip of the Miami police taking out the trash. At the same time, other cities like Chicago and San Francisco coddled the protesters instead.

Haley announced Monday on her X account that she has joined the Hudson Institute, a conservative foreign policy think tank. She wrote that she looks forward to working with the organization to push her neoconservative agenda.

The Hudson Institute revealed that Haley will serve as the next Walter P. Stern Chair. The institute created this new role to acknowledge the accomplishments of former Hudson Chairman Walter “Wally” Stern. He played a critical role in making Hudson one of Washington’s most prominent research organizations.
Hudson President and CEO John P. Walters crowed that he was “honored” Haley decided to join their team and called her a “steadfast defender of freedom.”
“Nikki is a proven, effective leader on both foreign and domestic policy,” Walters said. “In an era of worldwide political upheaval, she has remained a steadfast defender of freedom and an effective advocate for American security and prosperity. We are honored to have her join the Hudson team.”
Sarah May Stern, chair of Hudson’s Board of Trustees, called the new role “fitting” for Haley.

KGO-TV reveals the protests are a part of A15, a worldwide economic blockade in solidarity with “Palestine.” They want an arms embargo and an end to US taxpayer funding for Israel.
KRON-TV reports even more protests are planned in the Bay Area, further inconveniencing residents. One is scheduled at noon Pacific at UN Plaza and Market and Hyde streets in San Francisco by the Marxist, anti-military group Code Pink.

On this Tax Day, when millions are paying taxes which fund the ongoing U.S and Israeli bombardment of Gaza, protestors seek to take dramatic action, alongside other @a15actions organizers worldwide.
O’Hare International Airport is one of the largest in the country, and there will be NO business as usual while Palestinians suffer at the hands of American funded bombing by Israel.

Chaos unfolded at the home of a Jewish law school dean this week after he invited pro-Hamas students for dinner.
As Berkeleyside reported, UC Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and his wife, law professor Catherine Fisk invited roughly 60 graduating law students for a celebratory dinner at their home Tuesday in what they assumed would an uneventful evening.
But the occasion quickly went south when Malak Afaneh, co-president of Berkeley Law Students for Justice in Palestine, rose to whine about the school’s investment in arms manufacturers for Israel. According to Berkleyside, she was joined by ten other students for the protest.
Afaneh opened with a Muslim greeting to mark the final night of Ramadan before proceeding with her rant.
Chemerinsky interrupted her and repeatedly demanded she vacate the premises. “Please leave! No. Please leave. Please leave,” he said.
Fisk then got physical with Afaneh. She is seen trying to snatch the Islamist agitator’s cellphone out of her hand as she filmed, pulling at her clothing, including her hijab, and angrily putting her arm around Afaneh as she pushes her to leave.
“It is not your house. It is my house! And I want you to leave!” Fisk says.

Fisk then threatens to call the police before saying she prefers not to.
Afaneh threatened legal action in response before the three-minute altercation finally ended after she and the other protesting students walked out of the yard.
Chemerinsky defended trying to force the despicable protesters to leave in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, pointing out that their actions were not protected by the First Amendment.

UC Berkeley spokesperson Dan Mogulof released a statement Thursday denouncing the unruly protest and expressed sympathy for Chemerinsky.

While our support for Free Speech is unwavering, we cannot condone using a social occasion at a person’s private residence as a platform for protest.
Afaneh told KQED she was left shaken by the incident and was upset that Fisk dared to lay hands on her.
“No one thought that this woman would put her hands on me,” she said. “I didn’t expect this reaction, of course. I didn’t expect it when it happened. I didn’t even get the chance to talk about Palestine or UC complicity.”

The House of Representatives on Friday passed legislation to continue their FISA warrantless spying on American citizens and give themselves a corrupt carveout from surveillance after hitting a snag earlier this week.
273–147: House passes two-year reauthorization of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

The final vote on Section 702 of the Foreign Surveillance Act was 273-147, with 126 Republicans in favor of betraying the American people. The legislation now heads to the Democrat-led Senate where it will presumably pass and then be signed into law by Joe Biden.
Section 702 is scheduled to expire on April 19.

Via the proposed legislation, here is the special gift that members of Congress tried to give themselves:
Requirement: The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation shall promptly notify appropriate congressional leadership of any query conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation using a query term that is reasonably believed to be the name or other personally identifying information of a member of Congress, and shall also notify the member who is the subject of such query.
Congress gives itself a carve out in the reauthorization of FISA 702 warrantless spying on Americans.
The bill requires the FBI to notify and seek consent from Congress before violating the privacy of Congressmen.

On Wednesday night, Joe Biden hosted a state dinner for Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishidaw with several elitist leftists in attendance as guests, including one infamous couple.
As the New York Post reported, Bill and Hillary Clinton showed up alongside several Big Tech billionaires, including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Apple CEO Tim Cook. The Post notes the Clintons were joined at the head table by deranged actor Robert De Niro in the White House East Room.

As TMZ notes, news of Simpson’s battle with cancer first emerged in February but details were cloudy at the time. Moreover, Simpson claimed back in 2023 that he had “caught” some form of cancer but believed he had beaten it.
Few individuals have ever experienced the fall from grace O.J. Simpson experienced in his years alive.
Simpson emerged into the spotlight as an all-American running back for the USC Trojans and won the Heisman trophy his senior season in 1968, along with the Maxwell Award and Walter Camp Award. After graduating, he was selected by the Buffalo Bills as the number one overall pick in the 1969 draft.
Simpson spent the next nine seasons with the team before spending the last two with the San Francisco 49ers. He retired as the 2nd all-time leading rusher in NFL history (he is now 21st). He was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985.
He then embarked on a movie career, starring in all three Naked Gun movies alongside the legendary Leslie Nielsen. Simpson also worked as a commentator for Monday Night Football and The NFL on NBC.
But everything changed forever on June 12, 1994 when his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman were found brutally murdered. Five days later, all TVs were focused on the most infamous Bronco chase in American history, when Simpson eventually surrendered to police and was charged with their murders.
Thanks to prosecution missteps and world-class gaslighting by a defense team led by the late Johnnie Cochran, Simpson was found not guilty of murdering Brown Simpson and Goldman on October 3, 1995.

Simpson was later found liable for the murders in civil trial and ordered to pay millions of dollars in damages (which he never did).
But Simpson experienced what many consider a bit of karma several years later. In 2007, he was accused of breaking into a Vegas hotel room in an attempt to recover sports memorabilia that he believed had been stolen from him. He confronted the owner with several of his cronies, armed with weapons.
On December 5, 2008, Simpson was sentenced to 33 years in prison with eligibility for parole in nine years. On July 20, 2017, Simpson was granted parole.
He remained in Vegas after getting out of prison where he remained until his death.

As Gateway Pundit readers know, FISA was used to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign illegally.

Shocking footage has emerged showing a helpless white female Greenwich High School student being brutally assaulted by multiple youths while witnesses loudly cheered and recorded the attack.
The Connecticut Centinal reported the incident occurred in Byram Park in Greenwich, CT, around 8:25 pm on April 9th.
The footage starts with the victim getting beat up by two individuals. They kick, punch, and drag her across the ground while onlookers gleefully yell and start taping the assault.

The beating briefly ceases, and the girl sits up while being surrounded by an angry mob. She then utters what witnesses claim is the N-word, and the onslaught resumes.
Two other youths began violently punching her until she lay unconscious on the ground. The unruly crowd can be heard demanding the beating continue and laughing before someone regains a semblance of humanity and screams, “Chill chill, chill.”
One youth can be heard exclaiming “that b**ch got knocked the f**k out!” while others laugh and suggest she got what she deserved for supposedly saying the offending word. The group then left.
The Connecticut Centinal reported the victim was transported to the hospital following the attack where she was treated for injuries.
Greenwich Police have not publicly identified any of the suspects or spoken about the nature of the altercation. The incident is currently under investigation.
Witnesses and others with information regarding this assault are being urged to contact Detective John King at 203-622-8052.

Video footage on Tuesday emerged showing the moment when plainclothes Chicago police officers unloaded nearly 100 gunshots during a traffic stop last month, killing a man and subsequently leading to negative anti-cop coverage. However, the narrative of police killing an innocent man runs counter to the facts.
As the New York Post reported, 26-year-old Dexter Reed was killed during a March 21 traffic stop in Humboldt Park on West Ferdinand Street after officers in an unmarked cop car pulled him over for failing to wear a seatbelt.
The wild footage opens with a female officer and four others approaching Reed’s vehicle while he rolls down the window. But he refuses to exit his SUV despite the policewoman angrily ordering him to do so several times.
The officers then back up, and a major shootout subsequently erupts, sending her scrambling.
“Shots fired! Shots fired!” the female officer yells. “Alert the neighbors!”
She and her fellow officers then fire several more bullets before stopping.

Reed is next seen on the ground near the rear passenger wheel of his car, which is full of bullet holes. The policewoman calls for an ambulance and reveals an officer has been shot.
The cops handcuff a motionless Reed and say that “he started shooting at us” while trying to locate his gun.
The corporate media, though, wasted no time slanting an anti-cop version of events. CNN, for example, ran a segment that was very sympathetic to Reed after the footage leaked.
The liberal outlet interviewed members of his family and the family attorney but did not bother to interview a dissenting voice. The attorney alleged without evidence that the cops conducted an unconstitutional search while the family members mourned Reed’s loss and painted him as an angel.
How did a traffic stop for not wearing a seatbelt end with 96 gunshots, an injured officer, and a dead 26-year-old? Meanwhile, here is how the far-left Washington Post decided to slant their coverage of the incident. Note the racial angle involved:
The Civilian Office of Police Accountability, however, revealed that evidence showed Reed had fired first during the shootout. One police officer was shot in the hand during the exchange.
Four other officers then returned fire, killing Reed. All told, 96 bullets were fired in 41 seconds.
“Available preliminary evidence also confirms that officers returned fire approximately 96 times over a period of 41 seconds, including after Mr. Reed exited his vehicle and fell to the ground,” COPA said.
In other words, this is a case of self-defense by the police officers.
But their actions are under investigation. Communist Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx said Tuesday that her office would determine whether the officers’ use of force was warranted or necessitated criminal charges.
It would not come as a surprise if these cops are punished and fed to the mob despite Reed opening fire first.

A far-left Democrat Congresswoman has suggested she is supportive of one the most shocking forms of racial discrimination: exempting black people in America from having to pay taxes as a form of reparations while other racial groups have to fork over money to Uncle Sam.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) made the suggestion to host Jehan “J” Carter on ‘The Black Lawyers Podcast’ last week, as the Daily Mail reported.
When Carter asked Crockett about reparations for black people, she told the host, “I don’t know, that’s not necessarily a bad idea” and that it may not be as objectionable to simply handing out money to people.
She goes on to argue that reparations in some form are necessary. “We end up being so far behind,” she whines.
Crockett then admits that the no-tax scheme may face challenges because poorer blacks are not paying taxes to begin with. She agrees with Carter that poorer blacks may just want checks from the government, like what happened during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sickening video footage has emerged showing the moment a Colorado woman who assisted children with disabilities brutally assaulted a special needs child while he was strapped into a harness on a bus. Even worse, the suspect has already been released from prison on bond.
As KUSA reported on Tuesday, Kiarra Jones, a bus aide with Littleton Public Schools, was caught on tape striking a nonverbal 10-year-old boy during the incident, which occurred on March 18. The outlet noted the footage was acquired as part of an investigation after one unnamed parent raised concerns about noticeable bruising on their child.
The students on the bus were being transported to The Joshua School on a bus provided by Littleton Public Schools, according to KUSA. Because they are nonverbal, they could not tell anyone about the beating.
The footage opens with Jones seated next to the little boy. After a few seconds, Jones elbows the child in the midsection and then smacks him in the face with her fist.
Jones then concludes the assault by stomping on his feet.

KUSA notes that while Jones was arrested on April 4 as a result of the incident, she is already out on bond as a free woman.
Attorney Qusair Mohamedbhai, who represents at least two families whose children ride the bus, released the shocking video to the media on Tuesday and had strong words for school districts failing to protect special needs children.
“The abuses of special needs children continues to occur because school districts treat this community as a burden rather than a blessing,” he said. “School districts routinely fail to train and support those who work with special needs student populations.”
KUSA reveals that while a background check shows this in Jones’s first arrest, authorities are investigating more abuses potentially involving her. An Englewood Police detective wrote in an affidavit that he personally witnessed child abuse on February 13 and March 1.
Englewood Police in a statement Tuesday also said more than one student was assaulted.
Littleton Public Schools released a statement to families of the school children on Tuesday afternoon. They claimed Jones was fired on March 19, the day following the incident, saying they do not tolerate “this kind of behavior.”
This kind of behavior cannot be and is not tolerated. As parents, you trust us with the well-being of your children and you should never have to worry about them being harmed when they are in our care.
The school district also said Jones did not have much access to students during her time of employment.

An illegal alien from Mexico who walked across the open U.S.-Mexico border last month committed one of the most heinous crimes imaginable.
As Fox News reported Thursday, 33-year-old Baltazar Perez-Estrada walked into the Carol Stream Police Department in Illinois on April 1 at 11:30 A.M. and informed them that he had stabbed his 26-year-old wife, Maricela Simon Franco, to death.
The incident occurred on March 31 at 10 p.m. when Perez-Estrada and Franco argued. Perez-Estrada was infuriated when he found out his wife had a boyfriend about two weeks after he crossed into the U.S., according to Law and Crime.
Perez-Estrada proceeded to stab Franco dozens of times in her head, neck, body, and hands in front of their two young children. Prosecutors revealed the attack was so brutal that Franco was nearly decapitated.
Franco was pronounced dead at the scene.
Prosecutors also discovered that the violent alien crossed into the United States from Mexico before the murder. But instead of being sent back, Perez-Estrada was just given a notice to appear before a court and allowed him to continue his journey.
DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin released a statement mourning Simon Franco’s death and expressing condolences to her loved ones.
“First and foremost, I offer my sincerest condolences to Maricela’s surviving family and friends on their loss and wish them strength as they continue their lives without the love and support provided by Maricela,” Berlin said.

Perez-Estrada has been charged with first-degree murder. His arraignment is set for April 25.

Over three dozen lots of hand sanitizer and aloe gel are reportedly being recalled because they contain a highly poisonous substance that can cause severe health issues, including blindness and coma.
The FDA said Friday that Aruba Aloe Balm N.V., which is based in Oranjestad, Aruba, is “voluntarily” recalling 40 lots of Aruba Aloe Hand Sanitizer Gel Alcohol 80% and Aruba Aloe Alcoholada Gel. These products contain alcohol modified with methanol.
As the FDA notes, exposure to methanol can lead to nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, coma, seizures, permanent blindness, permanent damage to the central nervous system, or death. The people most at risk for methanol poisoning are children who accidentally ingest these products and adolescents and adults who drink these products as an alcohol (ethanol) substitute.
Aruba Aloe Balm N.V. claims it has not received any reports of adverse events connected to the use of its products.
Aruba Aloe Hand Sanitizer Gel is used as a sanitizer to help reduce bacteria that can potentially cause disease. It is packaged in 12 fl oz green plastic bottles with white labels reading in part “ARUBA ALOE Hand Sanitizer GEL 80% Alcohol Made in Aruba World’s Finest Aloe.”
Aruba Aloe Alcoholada Gel is designed to provide temporary relief of pain and itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, insect bites, or minor skin irritations. It comes in 2.2 and 8.5 fl. oz clear bottles.

The FDA is urging customers to discontinue using the products and to throw them away. The agency also says customers affected by the product should contact their doctor or healthcare provider.

An out-of-control customer shot a 21-year-old fast-food employee during a brawl over guacamole at a Michigan Chipotle.
Fox 2 Detroit reported the shocking incident took place at the Chipotle on Evergreen Road near Civic Center Drive in Southfield at around 6:50 p.m.
Video footage shows the suspect showing his firearm at the employee, who responds by grabbing the thug by the shirt in an attempt to stop him from leaving the restaurant. A gunshot can be heard going off as the short video closes.

Thomas Huber, one of the witnesses to the shooting, gave a timeline of events to FOX 2 Detroit detailing how the incident unfolded.:
“I was just eating a bowl, and I heard shouting. And then I looked over, they’re arguing. One of the workers went to the back, I don’t know why, and then when he was in the back, the customer walked around the counter, tried to grab his food and put it in a bag,” Huber said.
“Then the employee came back, and they started fighting, and then we heard a gunshot and just ran out as quick as we could,” he continued.
After being shot, the employee was rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound in his leg. Southfield police say the man is currently in stable condition.
Police identified the suspect as a 31-year-old man from Detroit. He was taken into custody shortly after fleeing the scene.
It is unclear at the moment what charges the suspect will be facing.

Viral video footage has emerged showing the moment a former high school wrestler and current welder named Gabriel Pitzulo took matters into his own hands when he saw a vicious thug assaulting an innocent female Subway employee.
As Fox News reported on Friday, the incident occurred at a local Subway shop on March 22 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The video footage opens by showing the suspect throwing items at the employee just as Pitzulo walks into the sandwich shop. The former wrestler springs into action when the suspect starts storming out of the Subway.
He grabs the lowlife thug and takes him down with a hard tackle. He then pins the suspect to the ground, and they grapple for several seconds before the perp is finally subdued.
A witness in the background can be seen making a call, presumably to the police, before the video cuts out.

On Thursday, Pitzulo was invited as a Fox and Friends First guest to discuss what transpired. He first revealed more details about how nasty the suspect behaved.
Watch the latest video at foxnews.com“It was just another normal day at work, I was going to my local Subway where I go all the time,” Pitzulo told the hosts. “As I walked in, it was pretty hectic. People yelling, it was kind of loud.”
Pitzulo revealed the suspect also spit on the employee in addition to throwing objects at her. He told them that was the moment he decided to slam the suspect to the ground and hold him while witnesses locked the door and contacted the cops.
The former wrestler added there were “some words back and forth” between him and the suspect for a few minutes until law enforcement arrived. When the police got to the Subway, they let Pitzulo help them handcuff the perp.
“The cops got there. I helped him put the cuffs on, and they thanked me and told me what I did was very brave,” Pitzulo said.
Pitzulo closed with a message for young men in his situation: ignore the garbage talk regarding “toxic masculinity” and stand up for folks who cannot help themselves. In other words, men need to start being men again.
“I haven’t really been turning down interviews because I do want to get this out there for the young men. There’s a lot of talk nowadays of toxic masculinity, and I’m really trying to, you know, push this narrative that you should stand up for the people, innocent people, people in your local neighborhood. And, you know, that’s kind of what I take from it,” he said.
WRTV reports the suspect, Daniel Saunders, was charged with battery injury, battery resulting in bodily injury and disorderly conduct-fighting/tumultuous conduct.

One of America’s most popular dollar stores is closing its doors thanks in large part to the garbage Biden economy.
As Fox News reported, 99 Cents Only, which has locations across California, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona, will begin shuttering its 371 locations today as the company moves toward total liquidation.
99 Cents Only is considered one of America’s leading dollar store chains, along with Dollar General, Dollar Tree (which owns Family Dollar), and Five Below.
The company released the following statement Thursday announcing the sad news:
99 Cents Only Stores, together with its financial and legal advisors, engaged in an extensive analysis of all available and credible alternatives to identify a solution that would allow the business to continue.
Following months of actively pursuing these alternatives, the company ultimately determined that an orderly wind-down was necessary and the best way to maximize the value of 99 Cents Only Stores’ assets.
Mike Simoncic, 99 Cents Only’s interim CEO, called the decision “extremely difficult.” He blamed various factors, including the COVID-19 pandemic, shifting customer tastes, inflation, and “other macroeconomic headwinds,” for the demise of the dollar store chain.
Of course, Joe Biden’s big government policies are directly responsible for persistent inflation and an unfriendly business environment.
“This was an extremely difficult decision and is not the outcome we expected or hoped to achieve,” said Simoncic.
“Unfortunately, the last several years have presented significant and lasting challenges in the retail environment, including the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, shifting consumer demand, rising levels of shrink, persistent inflationary pressures, and other macroeconomic headwinds, all of which have greatly hindered the Company’s ability to operate,” he continued.
99 Cents Only was founded in 1982 by David Gold and is currently based in Commerce, California. The company employs approximately 14,000 workers who will now have to begin to search for new employment.

Kamala Harris sent a merciless internet into uproar Friday after making an extremely bizarre statement regarding women’s college basketball.
As Mediaite reported, Harris was being interviewed by Spectrum News’ Tim Boyum behind the scenes at a Charlotte, North Carolina, event on Thursday. She also claimed that a call between Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was “candid and frank.”
Once the interview turned to basketball, Harris stunningly claimed that the rise in popularity of women’s basketball was mainly due to a lack of brackets. Specifically, she asserted women’s teams were not allowed to have brackets until 2022.

A top Colorado Democrat legislator was caught showing up drunk to a heated community event and is now seeking medical treatment for alcohol abuse.
As the Daily Mail reported, Faith Winter, the assistant state senate majority leader, was almost 10 minutes late on Wednesday to a public hearing in Northglenn regarding a plan to open a halfway house for sex offenders near an elementary school. The outlet notes Winter is a sponsor of this outrageous and potentially dangerous legislation.
Once she arrived during the opening statements, an oblivious Winter was unaware she was supposed to sit with the panelist and had to be called to the stage. Then, things only got worse for her.
As she sat down, Winter proceeded to struggle through her brief remarks.

The Mail reported that at one point in the meeting, an audience member yelled at Winter for scrolling on her phone while people were expressing their concerns over the facility. She responded with a slurred speech, claiming she was using it to look up statistics.
Lissette Loya, an audience member, posted the video on Facebook of Winter looking down at her phone during the meeting and unloaded.
“This was Faith Winter yesterday at our meeting as people were speaking about their own experience with sexual abuse, she wrote. “She was so disrespectful being on her phone and claimed her faces were because she was ‘reliving her own trauma.'”
“Now we find out she was drunk!! Unbelievable.”
In an interview with The Colorado Sun, an apologetic Winter said she would be stepping down from her position as chair of the Senate Transportation and Energy Committee and would seek substance abuse treatment.
“I deeply regret my behavior last night. I made a mistake, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience or discomfort I caused. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I am committed to making things right,” said Winter.
“I especially apologize to the city of Northglenn and the citizens that came out. I deeply care about your thoughts and community. I am now under the care of medical professionals and receiving treatment for my substance abuse disorder,” she continued.

A TikTok video going viral captures the moment a deranged woman had an insane meltdown aboard an airline while other passengers laughed at her and cops tried to remove her.
The footage captures an incident on a Spirit plane from March 23 which was in the process of taking off from Las Vegas. TMZ notes it’s unclear what led to the meltdown to begin with.
The passenger, who is wearing a sleeveless sweater, a gold necklace, and sporting a giant Afro, is seen resisting officers’ attempts to apprehend her throughout the video.
The video starts with two police officers giving her a final warning while she sobs. She snaps when one officer attempts to grab her out of the seat.
“Stop! I can walk out on my own. Why are you doing that? Why are you acting like I’m a rascal?” she screams.
Fellow passengers start laughing and film her upon hearing this. The suspect then inquires: “Can I do it on my own? All I care about is freedom!”

When one officer calmly tells her she is under arrest, she retorts: “That’s fine. I’ve f**king been there before,” while looking around the plane like a possessed, bug-eyed demon.
The woman then raises her voice to claim that the cop was twisting her elbows and dropped the N-word in the process.
“This sh*t hurts my elbow; it’s hurting my wrist!” while making sounds reminiscent of someone undergoing an exorcism.
She then shouts, “You’re hurting me, sheriff! You’re hurting me, sheriff, before repeatedly screaming, “I can’t breathe; why are you touching my leg?”
She turns to other passengers and yells, “This is George Floyd!” One passenger can be heard yelling at her to get off the plane.
The woman continues shouting, “I can’t breathe,” even though no hands are near her throat.
She later slaps one of the officer’s hands away when they become more assertive in trying to get her off the plane. Everyone onboard reportedly had to deplane for the police to deal with the deranged woman, according to TMZ.
It’s unknown at this time what the woman was arrested for and the charges she is facing.

A terror apologist stood no chance against Mosab Yousef, the son of a Hamas commander during an episode Tuesday on Dr. Phil.
Yousef, also known as the Green Prince, grew up in the West Bank and his father was a co-founder of the Hamas terror group. He served as a Palestinian ex-militant until 1997 when he defected to Israel.
He worked as an undercover agent for the Shin Bet until he immigrated to the United States in 2007.
Yousef leans on his experience to expertly point out there is no difference between Hamas and the Palestinians on the West Bank because they support Hamas and are giving them cover. When the activist accused him of promoting colonialism, he responded by pointing out she had no authority to represent Palestinians and that she was promoting the cause of Hamas.
She was further left stunned when he responded yes to her question regarding whether Hamas and Palestinians are the same, not listening to his point at the beginning.
Yousef then dropped the hammer on her when she refused to condemn the Hamas terror attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

A porch pirate got more than he bargained for after walking into a creative trap set by a fed-up Queens homeowner on Saturday.
As the New York Post reported, Carlos Mejia was “done” with thieves trying to steal parcels from his doorstep and decided to take matters into his own hands. Last week, he began leaving “decoy packages” outside his door, hoping to catch one of the crooks in the act.
Mejia explained to Storyful that he wanted to “make an example for those out there doing the same thing, stealing from others.”
On Saturday, he got one to bite. Video from Mejia’s home security system shows a young man strolling into his yard, approaching the front steps. He then grabs a box and tries to stuff it into his backpack.
Mejia suddenly storms out of the house with a baseball bat, shocking the suspect.
“Oh, s**t, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, I just didn’t want nobody to take him, bro!” the porch pirate blubbered.
“I don’t give a f**k! Get on your knees!” Mejia yelled.

The footage next shows the thief trying to get away by scaling a fence, but the Mejia yanks him to the ground and holds him until the cops arrive.
The police arrest the porch pirate, later identified as 36-year-old Victor Stazzone. He is seen screaming at the top of his lungs that he needs an ambulance and whining about his hand.
“Officer, what am I being arrested for?” Stazzone cluelessly queries while being placed in handcuffs.
Stazzone was booked on charges of petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal trespass.

Last week, Moderna announced progress on several mRNA-based vaccines for diseases, including many reportedly linked to the COVID-19 shot.
The Defender reported that three of these shots in question, the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), Varicella-zoster virus (VZV, chickenpox and shingles), and Norovirus have advanced to “pivotal late-stage development.”
Moderna also revealed in their announcement that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will likely approve its respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine mRNA-1345 for older adults. The Defender notes this is part of an expected $52 billion market for Moderna’s infectious disease vaccines.
Vaccines for cancer and autoimmune diseases are also under development by Moderna.
All of this could prove problematic. The Defender notes that multiple reports have linked COVID-19 vaccines to shingles and EBV.

A 2021 paper reported 54 cases of herpes zoster (shingles) emerging an average of 7 days after COVID-19 vaccination. A 2022 paper reported 10 cases of herpes zoster reactivation within one to three weeks after COVID-19 vaccination.
French scientist Hélène Banoun, Ph.D., in “La Science face au Pouvoir: Ce que révèle la crise Covid-19 sur la biopolitique du XXIe siècle” (“Science versus Power: What the Covid-19 crisis reveals about 21st-century biopolitics”), wrote that the disorganization of the innate immune system and its receptors contribute to the reactivation of latent viruses — including herpes, shingles, human papillomavirus (HPV) and RSV.
Many people infected by EBV or VZV become healthy, asymptomatic carriers, according to Banoun.
“These viruses, as well as other viruses or bacteria — such as the Koch bacillus responsible for tuberculosis — can remain dormant throughout life or be reactivated during immunosuppression,” Banoun told The Defender.
Banoun also said that ancient diseases such as leprosy have been observed in several countries following vaccination. The Gateway Pundit previously reported there has been an uptick in leprosy cases in America.
Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, who previously warned that a massive tsunami of death among the highly vaccinated was imminent, said that vaccine-induced elevated levels of IgG4 (immunoglobin subtype 4) could lead to “turbo cancers.” Other scientists have reported rapidly developing cancers in younger individuals that have progressed to the late-stages right when they are diagnosed.
Banoun told the Defender that until a few years ago, Moderna developed mRNA vaccines only to fight cancer.
“It is certain that we are witnessing an increase in the incidence of cancer certainly due to anti-COVID RNAs,” she said.
If all this is true, this means Moderna is creating vaccines for illnesses allegedly caused by their most infamous shot. What a racket that would turn out to be.

Crooked Judge Juan Merchan, who silenced President Donald Trump from talking about his family’s financial ties to the current hush money case he is presiding over against President Trump in New York City, shot down his bid to use presidential immunity as part of his defense.
Trump previously raised the immunity argument in a March 20124 legal filing. He asked Merchan to postpone the trial until after the Supreme Court has ruled on the extent of presidential immunity in a separate Trump case involving Special Counsel Jack Smith, which deals with bogus federal election interference charges.
The 45th President claimed the Supreme Court’s review of the case would reduce the risk of having to retry it because the New York court didn’t apply the immunity doctrine properly.
Merchan was unmoved, however, claiming Trump had ample opportunity to raise the claim before last month. He went on to say the motion tests “this court’s credulity.”
“This Court finds that the Defendant had myriad opportunities to raise the claim of presidential immunity well before March 7, 2024,” Merchan wrote in the Wednesday ruling.
“The circumstances, viewed as a whole, test this court’s credulity,” he continued.
Trump is accused of falsifying business records to obfuscate an alleged affair involving porn star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 Presidential campaign. Specifically, prosecutors outlandishly claim he covered up a $130,000 hush money payment by disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen.

An X account Trump and other conservatives said belonged to Loren Merchan posted a photo of Trump behind bars. TGP has yet to confirm whether this is her account.
The photo has since been changed to a picture of Kamala Harris.
Merchan previously oversaw the tax fraud cases of the Trump’s Org and the Trump Org’s former CFO Allen Weisselberg. They were ultimately found guilty.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s Boeing government aircraft suffered a mechanical failure on his trip to Brussels for a NATO meeting, forcing a surprise road trip and a delay.
As the Daily Mail reported, the mechanical issue forced Blinken’s delegation to drive from Paris to Brussels for a meeting of foreign ministers at NATO headquarters. The driving distance from Paris to Brussels is 194 miles and lasts four hours.
Thanks to the mechanical failure, Blinken arrived about two hours late for the meeting. The Mail notes the U.S. Air Force owns and operates the Boeing 737 Blinken uses during his overseas trips. These have included several trips to the Middle East.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is currently addressing the foreign ministers at a meeting marking the 75th anniversary of the military alliance.

This is not the first time Blinken has endured an aircraft issue while in Europe. Back in January, Blinken was forced to exit a Boeing 737 jet in Switzerland and move to a new plane after a critical failure was detected.
Blinken attended the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, at the time. CNN revealed that he was forced to travel on a smaller aircraft during his return to Washington after an oxygen leak was detected in the first plane Blinken boarded.
Boeing has been in the headlines for several malfunctions involving their jets, including a plane catching fire mid-flight, a large piece of an Alaska Airlines plane blowing out, and a jet crashing off the runway.
A Boeing whistleblower died last month under suspicious circumstances from a supposed self-inflicted wound inside his car in a hotel parking lot shortly after testifying against the aerospace company.
The company then announced two weeks later that three of its top executives, including CEO Dave Calhoun, would step down amidst continued turmoil over the safety of its passenger jets.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) underwent emergency surgery Tuesday night to remove a blood clot and was diagnosed with a rare and potentially life-threatening disorder, potentially imperiling the GOP’s House majority.
Her hospitalization comes as she vies for the GOP nomination in Colorado’s 4th District seat in the November general election. She is running to replace RINO congressman Ken Buck, who resigned from Congress last month.
Boebert announced in December she would drop Colorado’s Third Congressional District to run in the Fourth.
Boebert’s campaign issued a statement in a Facebook post revealing the 37-year-old GOP congresswoman was admitted to UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland after experiencing swelling in her upper left leg. The doctors subsequently diagnosed Boebert with a condition known as May-Thurner syndrome, which interferes with a person’s blood flow.
“Yesterday afternoon, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert was admitted to UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland after experiencing severe swelling in her upper left leg,” the statement read. “After undergoing a CT Scan, doctors found an acute blood clot and diagnosed her with May-Thurner Syndrome, which is a rare condition that disrupts blood flow.”
“An exact cause is unknown, but dehydration, travel, and extended periods of sitting have all been identified as potential factors in causing symptoms of May-Thurner Syndrome,” the statement continued. “Women between the ages of 20 and 45 who have given birth are also more likely to have May-Thurner Syndrome.”
The Cleveland Clinic notes that May-Thurner syndrome makes it harder for blood to flow back into a person’s heart. This can cause blood to pool in the legs, leading to a blood clot.
May-Thurner syndrome can prove fatal if a blood clot breaks off and travels to the lungs. This is known as a pulmonary embolism, a life-threatening medical emergency.
Boebert issued a statement thanking the medical staff and said she was looking forward to getting back to Congress “to continue fighting for Colorado.”
I want to thank Dr. Rebecca Bade and the entire team at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies for their great care and providing helpful insight on my recent diagnosis,” said Boebert. “I’m looking forward to making a full recovery and getting back to Congress to continue fighting for Colorado.”
The campaign has not set a timeline regarding Boebert’s return to Washington, DC. Congressman Mike Gallagher(RINO-WI) is scheduled to resign from Congress on April 19, which will bring the GOP majority down to ONE.
This means if Boebert misses time beyond April 19, the GOP majority will be COMPLETELY GONE.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg this week used a faulty analogy on Fox News to taunt Americans for refusing to buy overpriced, environmentally damaging electric vehicles. But Americans on social media gave the inept and elitist Buttigieg a brutal reality check afterward.
Buttigieg was a guest on “America’s Newsroom” with John Roberts and Sandra Smith when he embarrassed himself. Roberts opened by telling Buttigieg about the collapsing Tesla sales and auto companies laying off large chunks of their workforces at electric plants.
He then pivoted to asking why the Biden regime continued to try to shove EVs down everyone’s throats. Buttigieg responded by spinning EV statistics before mocking Americans resistant to EVs being stuck in the past, comparing the situation to people who resisted the cell phone revolution in the early 2000s and wanted landline phones forever instead.

A world-leading virologist has issued a shocking warning to the American public that a “massive tsunami” of death will soon destroy the global COVID-19 vaccinated population.
As Slay News reported, the bone-chilling warning was issued by Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, a respected Belgian virologist, during an appearance on the KunstlerCast podcast, which is hosted by James Kunstler, on Friday.
Dr. Bossche is certified in both Virology and Microbiology and is the inventor of a patent application for universal vaccines. He has also authored over 30 publications and currently works as an independent research consultant.
Dr. Bossche, however, is most famous for warning about the potential dangers of mass vaccination programs amid the COVID-19 pandemic. He warned that the programs could lead to “monster” COVID variants.
The virologist told Kunstler that shortly, a “massive tsunami” of death among the vaccinated would happen. This would start with far more cases of long COVID, which would replace the surge of cancers, and end with a “hyper-acute wave.”
“What I am predicting is a massive, massive tsunami of illness and death among highly vaccinated populations with compromised immune systems, Bossche said. “You will see what will happen, for example, in the next coming week is more and more cases of more serious long Covid.”
“They will start to replace the surge of the cancers,” he continued. “It will end with a hyper-acute phase, a huge, huge wave.”
Dr. Bossche goes on to cite his expertise, noting that he has been studying COVID for four years. He next warned that all layers of society would fall apart during this hyper-acute phase, causing complete chaos.
“The thing I want your audience to understand, what we will be facing in the hyper-acute Covid crisis that is imminent, is that we will have to build a completely new world,” said Bossche.
“It is very, very clear that when this starts, our hospitals will collapse. And that means the chaos in all kinds of layers of society — financial, economic, social, you name it — will be complete.
Dr. Bossche told Kunstler that the best hope for vaccinated individuals to protect themselves is to find a way to avoid reinfection from COVID-19. Given how contagious the virus is, this will prove quite a tall task.
“What I can advise to all these vaccinated people: they need to avoid reinfection,” the doctor said. “It is the reinfection of vaccinated people that is responsible for this situation.”
“The only difference is, you will not be able to wait to take anti-virals until you have symptoms,” he continued. “As soon as people see that in one of the other countries, or one of the other states in the United States when this starts with hospitalizations going up very rapidly, they need to take anti-virals prophylactically, not wait until they have any symptoms.”

On Tuesday morning, the Texas National Guard defied the Biden regime and again took control of the El Paso border, installing concertina wire (razor wire) and a new anti-climb fence.
The new security measures are in place to prevent illegals from rioting and tearing apart the previous razor wire barrier as they did on March 21st.

One could say the Texas National Guard is “building back better.” Hopefully, illegals will have an impossible time busting through this unique barrier.
This news comes as over 200 illegal aliens previously broke through the razor wire and stormed the border, attacking the Texas National Guard. They were charged with rioting on Tuesday.
On Sunday, radical-left El Paso magistrate judge Humberto Acosta ruled that the “hundreds of arrestees” from the violent riot should have individual bail hearings within 48 hours of being charged. He also outrageously rejected the District Attorney’s request for additional preparation.
The New York Post notes Acosta then ordered the release of 39 illegal aliens brought before him over the rioting charges to be “released on their own recognizance,” despite injuring Texas border guards.
Fortunately, the illegals were instead transferred from state custody to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to avert their release back onto the streets.
ICE said it is waiting to assume custody of every illegal who charged across the border and promised to deport every one of them.

Liberal NBC host Nicolle Wallace threw a childish tantrum during her television show on Friday after President Trump called out radical Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter on social media.
As Fox News reported, Wallace was joined on her show by former federal Judge and Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer Michael Luttig, MSNBC’s John Heilman, Lisa Rubin, and Glenn Kirschner.
Wallace opened up by tossing her papers in the air, saying, “We’re not going to have this conversation again!” She then went on to whine that she could not believe the courts were ‘coddling’ Trump and bemoaned his success at getting his trials delayed.
The leftist anchor then went on to allege a conspiracy, claiming Trump “managed to enlist the Supreme Court” to delay the process.
She concluded by saying Trump is putting judges in danger due to his verbal ‘attacks’ and asked her panelists what steps they could take to counter him.

The judge ordered Trump not to make or direct others to make statements in public about witnesses regarding their potential participation, counsel in the case (other than Bragg, or about court staff, DA staff or family members of staff.

A sinister individual committed a heinous and criminal act in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee on Easter Sunday.
As WSMV 4 News reported, Wilson County deputies responded to a trailer fire at Old Lebanon Dirt Road and Chandler Road around 6 a.m. Easter Sunday. Mt. Juliet Fire Department crews contained and extinguished the fire, but not before the Bibles in the trailer burned.
Police revealed the trailer of Bibles was left in the middle of the intersection near Global Vision Bible Church and then intentionally set on fire. They did not reveal the person’s race or gender.
Sheriff Robert Bryan told News Channel 5 Nashville that investigators are reviewing the security footage, and said the car appears to be an out-of-state plate.
Global Vision Bible Church is headed by Pastor Greg Locke, who is a prominent Christian Conservative and supporter of President Trump. He has made a number of politically incorrect statements targeting Democrats and transgenderism.
Locke said in a Facebook post that his security team caught a man dropping off the trailer who then got out and set the trailer of Bibles on fire in front of the church. He also claimed that a woman drove through the night and was able to alert police quickly.
Happy Resurrection Sunday. This morning at 6:00 AM, our security cameras saw a man dropping off a trailer in the middle of the intersection and blocking the road into our church. He then got out and set fire to an entire trailer full of Bibles right in front of our church.
There was a lady that had driven through the night to get to our church, and she was in the parking lot and was able to get the police officers here quickly, but it was quite the scene to wake up to on my first morning back from Israel. Had to block traffic in all directions but they are almost finished cleaning it up. It’s going to be a great day in the Lord. The enemy is already.
Locke told WKRN he was shocked when he saw the burned Bibles. He also said the suspect was “very meticulous” and called the act a “rebellious statement” toward Global Vision Bible Church.
“It was strange because he had his blinkers on, and he scotched the wheels and everything,” Locke said. “He was very meticulous, so he had to be very courageous to do what he did.”
“We’ve had people do things to our building, we’ve been vandalized a number of times, hence why we have to have security, but never 200 Bibles being burned. That’s a pretty rebellious statement towards the church.”

Earlier this week, Guyana President Mohamed Irfaan Ali dished out an incredible beatdown of a woke British “journalist” in a debate over “climate change.”
The BBC’s Stephen Sackur, who hosts the interview program HARDTalk, attempted to ambush Ali with a question regarding the country preparing to extract oil and gas off its coast. He tried to hide behind “experts” who claimed this would result in billions of carbon emissions being emitted.
But Ali quickly flipped the tables on him with an extended, brilliant response based on cold, hard facts. He first pointed out that Guyana has a vast forest bigger than England and Scotland combined.
He then turned to Shakur, saying “I will lecture you on climate change!” after the Brit tried to interrupt him and continued his rant. He pointed out Guyana has the lowest deforestation rate in the world, and even with the most extensive possible extraction of oil and gas; the country would still be at net zero emissions.
But Ali was not finished. He then pointed out the hypocrisy of Western journalists lecturing poor countries like Guyana when their countries have destroyed the environment and destroyed biodiversity throughout the world. Guyana, on the other hand, has maintained its biodiversity and protected the environment.

Morbidly obese pro-Biden pop star Lizzo surprisingly announced she was quitting the music industry in a late Friday night post on Instagram.
The announcement comes less than a day after Lizzo performed at Joe Biden’s fundraising event in New York City with Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. As the Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor reported, the $25 million event was marred by leftist agitators interrupting the event to protest the Biden regime’s policies regarding Hamas and Russia.
The 35-year-old claimed she was retiring because she was “tired of being dragged by everyone.”
Lizzo wrote in her shock Instagram post:
I’m getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the internet. All I want is to make music and make people happy and help the world be a little better than how I found it.

However, the real reason for her departure from the industry could be legally related. The Daily Mail notes that last August, Lizzo was notably sued by three of her ex-dancers – Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez. They accused her of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.
The accusers’ lawyer, Ron Zambrano, went off on Biden in an interview with Newsnation for letting her perform at the fundraiser.
“It’s shameful that Lizzo would be chosen to headline an event like this amid such egregious allegations,” Zambrano said. “Without getting into the politics, I can’t imagine why anyone would want Lizzo representing them in any way given her reprehensible behavior. It’s just a terrible look.”

The Biden regime has issued the toughest-ever regulations targeting emissions generated from heavy-duty vehicles, including trucks and buses, in their latest effort to force drivers to adopt garbage electric vehicles.
As Fox News reported, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the new regulations Friday morning. The rules will go into effect beginning in 2026 for model year 2027 vehicles and become more stringent through model year 2032.
The outlet notes this will force more trucks and buses to be zero-emission vehicles within that time frame. Less than 1% of all new truck sales in America are currently zero emissions.
White House Climate Advisor Ali Zaidi laughably claimed these new regulations will “unlock extraordinary public health, climate, and economic gains.”
“EPA’s standards complement President Biden’s unprecedented investment in our workers and communities to reduce harmful emissions while strengthening our manufacturing capacity for the transportation technologies of the future,” said Zaidi. “By tackling pollution from heavy-duty vehicles, we can unlock extraordinary public health, climate, and economic gains.”
Fox News reports the new mandates apply to short-haul and long-haul tractor-trailer trucks, as well as vocational trucks like delivery vehicles, garbage trucks, school and public transit buses, concrete trucks, and fire trucks. By 2032, 50% of vocational trucks, 35% of short-haul tractor-trailers, and 25% of long-haul tractor-trailers could be electric, according to EPA estimates.
The EPA estimates the new limits will wipe out a billion tons of greenhouse gas emissions.
Todd Spencer, president of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, told Fox News the Biden regime seems determined to eliminate small businesses with these destructive regulations.
“Small business truckers, who happen to care about clean air for themselves and their kids as much as anyone, make up 96% of trucking,” said Spencer. “Yet, this administration seems dead set on regulating every local mom-and-pop business out of existence with its flurry of unworkable environmental mandates.”
As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, the Biden regime has been on a warpath against the gas-powered vehicles. Just last week, Biden issued the most radical environmental rules in American history to phase out gasoline-powered vehicles and force customers to drive ineffective electric cars.
Automakers will be forced to rapidly curb the emissions of greenhouse gases, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter from new passenger cars, light trucks, and larger pickups and vans, beginning with the model year 2027 vehicles.
When the tailpipe emissions rules kick in, automakers will be compelled to increase production and sales of EVs, plug-in hybrids, traditional hybrids, and fuel cell vehicles. Under one “low cost” model EPA outlined in the rule, automakers must ensure 56% of light-duty car sales are battery electric and another 13% are hybrid by 2032.
The Regime has also received backup from eight states to force Americans to drive environmentally damaging electric vehicles. These states are California, Rhode Island, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. The District of Columbia has also signed off.

New York Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul was asked to leave the wake for murdered NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller Friday afternoon following a confrontation with a man in attendance.
As the New York Post reported, Hochul arrived at the Massapequa Funeral Home on Long Island for the second day of viewings around 1:45 p.m. But the governor had been in the venue for only 10 minutes before she was spotted clashing with a man in a black suit, according to the outlet.
A member of the audience reportedly said, “Get her out of here!” before Hochul was booted.
Several police officers then reportedly clapped and cheered after she vacated the premises.
The Post notes that Hochul and other New York Democrat lawmakers have been blasted since Diller’s death over bail reform because one of the men involved in the shooting was set free following a gun charge last spring.
Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) points out that Diller would still be alive if Hochul had the guts to repeal bail reform. He said she should be ashamed of herself for showing her face at the wake.

The reception Hochul received pales in contrast to the reception President Trump received. As Jim Hoft revealed, family and friends of Officer Jonathan Diller broke out in cheers for Trump when he left the wake.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported young NYPD officer Jonathan Diller was killed in broad daylight late Monday afternoon by a career criminal who had no business living free thanks to the city’s lawless crime policies.
The senseless shooting happened around 5:50 p.m. in Queens after cops approached a dark gray Kia Soul that was illegally parked in front of a metered zone. Diller screamed he had been “hit” after the suspect opened fire.
The gunman was identified as 34-year-old Guy Rivera, who has 21 prior arrests. The vehicle’s driver was named as 41-year-old Lindy Jones, who has 14 known prior arrests.
Jones has been taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and possession of a defaced firearm. Rivera is being held without bail on first-degree murder charges.

A violent thug with a long rap sheet was captured on video sucker-punching a helpless Brooklyn school bus aide, knocking out three of her teeth and leaving her with a broken jaw. Unfortunately, in true New York fashion, he was given a slap on the wrist and will soon return to the streets.
As PIX 11 reported, 57-year-old Dulche Pichardo was returning home from work at about 5 p.m. Tuesday when a man approached and smacked her in the face on the sidewalk of Grand Avenue near Dean Street in Crown Heights.
“He just punched me on the right side here, very strong,” Pichardo told PIX11. “I was surprised. I said, ‘What’s going on? Why did you hit me? Why did you do it?’ I didn’t do anything. No reason to hit me.”
Pichardo revealed she lost three teeth and suffered facial fractures and nerve damage from the vicious assault. She also suffered a broken jaw, which has been wired shut.
The New York Post reports Pichardo will have to drink food out of a straw for several weeks.
Video footage shows Pichardo walking down the street with her assailant lying in wait against a wall. As she walks by, the thug swings with full force, hitting Pichardo square in the face.
Pichardo is then seen stumbling backward after the blow.

The Post reported that Pichardo’s brother, who owns a nearby restaurant, and an employee chased down the lowlife. Police later identified him as 33-year-old Franz Jeudy.
Jeudy has SEVEN prior arrests for assault, including one in 2018, when he was charged with second-degree assault in the attack on a cop.
Despite causing severe injuries to Pichardo, Jeudy was charged with third-degree assault, which is only a misdemeanor. Even worse, WABC reports he will be released back onto the street.
The assault on Pichardo is the latest involving lowlife thugs sucker-punching helpless women for fun in the Big Apple. The Gateway Pundit reported Wednesday that several young women posted their chilling experiences on Tiktok, reliving the horror of their violent attacks and detailing the injuries they suffered.
In one incident, Halle Kate, a content creator and influencer, was sucker-punched by 40-year-old Skiboky Stora while she was walking on the sidewalk and passed out afterward. Kate was left with a giant goose egg swelling on the right side of her head.
“I was just walking on the sidewalk, and my head was down, and I was like looking at my phone, just sending an email,” Kate said. “But there was so much room on the sidewalk, and literally nobody was around, and I guess this man, I don’t know if he punched me or if he elbowed me. I literally passed out.”
More innocent women will suffer similar or worse fates as Pichardo unless New York City removes their far-left city officials including communist Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. When will the breaking point come for everyday New Yorkers?

The Gateway Pundit reported last week that Joe Biden issued the most radical environmental rules in American history to phase out gasoline-powered vehicles and force customers to drive ineffective electric cars. Now, a new report has revealed the effort to finish off the gas-powered car is well-underway in eight states.
As The Daily Mail reported Tuesday, the rules being adopted in these states specify that only zero-emission vehicles, which include electric vehicles and certain plug-in hybrids, can be sold beginning with the 2035 model year. This is known as the Advanced Clean Cars II rule.
The eight states that have pledged to force their constituents to drive environmentally damaging electric vehicles are California, Rhode Island, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. The District of Columbia has also signed off.
Unsurprisingly, California was the first to adopt the rule. They want to have 35% of new vehicle sales emit zero emissions in two years and are raising that goal to a whopping 68% by 2030.
As the California Air Resources Board notes, the rule restructures the Golden State’s “growing zero-emission vehicle market and robust motor vehicle emission control rules and augments them to meet more aggressive tailpipe emissions standards and ramp up to 100% zero-emission vehicles.”
Rhode Island was the most recent state to join the list of states pledging to ban the sale of gas-powered cars.
The Mail notes that other states have adopted versions of the Advanced Clean Cars II Rule, but have not yet pledged to wipe out gas-powered cars entirely by 2035.
Delaware and Colorado, for example, last year finalized rules that require 82 percent of all new cars to be zero emission vehicles by 2032. New Mexico announced last July that it will set its own annual targets for the sale of zero-emission vehicles. But none of these states have endorsed the 2035 ban.

“The View” co-host Sunny Hostin was demolished Wednesday by writer and author Coleman Hughes after she accused him of being a “pawn” and “charlatan.”
Hughes was on “The View” to promote his book “The End Of Race Policies.” He argues in his literary work for a color-blind society centered on treating people “without regard to race.” Instead, he stresses the importance of using economics to better understand and help disadvantaged Americans.
Hughes emphasized these arguments throughout the segment. He also criticized the push on young people that “race is everything” and woke education under questioning from Whoopi Goldberg, who claimed race-based teachings were handed down to the younger generations because people like herself were never “educated” on racism.
“I think I view this notion of a colorblind society, similar to the idea of a peaceful society, which is to say it’s an ideal, it’s a North Star, said Hughes. “And the point is not that we’re never gonna get there, we’ll never touch it, but we have to know when we’re going forward and when we’re going backward, and we’re going backward when we’re doing woke kindergarten in San Francisco.”
He surprisingly received applause from the liberal audience for his politically incorrect statements.
Things were tense but civil until Hostin began her disgraceful interrogation of Hughes. Hostin, who was shocked to learn last month that her ancestors owned slaves, slammed Hughes’s commonsense and righteous advocacy as “fundamentally flawed” and falsely claimed that race is baked into socioeconomic disparity.
Hughes disagreed vehemently, saying a “Bill of Rights for the disadvantaged” based on what Dr. Martin Luther King pushed serves as a good plan to help all impoverished Americans.
Hostin proceeded to call Hughes a liar, claiming King pushed reparations while touting her friendship with King’s daughter, Bernice. She then personally attacked him as a charlatan and a pawn for conservatives.
“I think the premise is fundamentally flawed, said Hostin.” You claim that color blindness was the goal of the civil rights movement based upon Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. You know, content of character versus color of skin. Bernice, Dr. King’s daughter points out that four years after giving that speech actually, Dr. King also said this, “A society that has done something special against the Negro for hundreds of years must now do something special for negroes.” He also said in 1968, it was about less than a week before he was assassinated, “This country never stops to realize that they owe a people kept in slavery for 244 years.”
“So, rather than class, he did write about that earlier on,” she continued. “Right before his death, he made the argument for racial equality and racial reparations, and so your argument for color-blindness, I think, is something that the right has co-opted. And so many in the black community – if I’m being honest with you because I want to be, believe that you are being used as a pawn by the right and that you’re a charlatan of sorts.”

There are just a couple of problems: Hughes is not a conservative nor a Republican. Yet Hostin proceeded to embarrass herself by insisting he was one for the next several seconds even after RINO “The View” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin attempted to correct her multiple times.
Once Hughes finally got the opportunity to speak again, he turned the tables and started dominating the conversation. He stuck to his guns regarding a colorblind society and slapped down Hostin’s lies regarding him being co-opted. He also pointed out King wanted a bill of rights for a broad class-based society.
“I think it’s very important,” Hughes said. “The quote that you just pointed out about doing something special for the Negro, that’s from the book Why We Can’t Wait that I just mentioned. A couple paragraphs later he lays out exactly what that something special was and it was the bill of rights for the disadvantaged, a broad class-based policy.”
“I don’t think I’ve been co-opted by anyone,” Hughes continued. “I’ve only voted twice, both for a Democrats. Although, I’m an independent.”
“I think that’s an ad hominem tactic people use to not address, really, the important conversations we’re having here…I have an independent podcast. I work for CNN as an analyst. I write for the Free Press. I’m independent in all of these endeavors and no one is paying me to say what I’m saying. I’m saying it because I feel it.”
Hostin could barely get in more than a few words in response to Hughes’s calm evisceration before Whoopi Goldberg cut her off.

A man decided to take on the law in the middle of a busy intersection last week in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the law won.
As Fox 10 Phoenix reported, a man was killed after he started a shootout with police officers near Scottsdale and Cactus roads on Thursday afternoon around 5:30 P.M. local time.
Video footage captured from the incident shows an officer getting out of his vehicle to confront the suspect. The crook responds by exiting his vehicle and firing multiple rounds before returning inside his car.
Two officers then fired several bullets back at the suspect in self-defense. According to Fox 10 Phoenix, the suspect died inside the stolen vehicle after getting struck.

Police said officers discovered the car driven by the suspect was stolen out of Phoenix after automatic license plate readers alerted them.
Scottsdale Police Chief Jeff Walther released a statement following the incident revealing there had been four other officer-involved shootings in the last 14 months including one where a brave officer was injured.
Over the last 14 months for Scottsdale Police, I’ve had four different officer-involved shootings, each where the suspect shot at us. So we end up returning fire. Thankfully, Sgt. Galbreth recovered from his injuries, but we continue to see this over and over and over again.
Walther confirmed that the two officers involved in the incident were a junior and a senior officer.
The Arizona Republic reported Tuesday that Scottsdale police later identified the suspect as 52-year-old Laquanza Young. Police also confirmed that no one else was in the suspect’s car during the incident.
The outlet revealed both officers engaged in the incident were placed on leave until the conclusion of internal and criminal investigations in accordance with Scottsdale police protocol.

Former Democratic vice presidential nominee and U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman died Wednesday at the age of 82 due to complications from a fall, his family revealed. He was 82 years old.
Lieberman’s family released the following statement:
Former United States Senator Joseph I. Lieberman died this afternoon, March 27, 2024, in New York City due to complications from a fall. He was 82 years old.
His beloved wife, Hadassah, and members of his family were with him as he passed. Senator Lieberman’s love of God, his family, and America endured throughout his life of service in the public interest.”
Lieberman served as a United States senator for Connecticut from 1989 to 2013. During his final term in office, he was listed as an independent Democrat and caucused with and chaired committees for the Democrats.
Lieberman is most famously known for being chosen as then vice-president Al Gore’s running mate for the 2000 presidential election. He was the first Jewish American to be nominated on a major party’s ticket.
Gore and Lieberman came within 537 votes of winning Florida which would have handed the, the 2000 election. The Gore campaign then desperately tried for weeks to find ways to steal the election.
But the United States Supreme Court stopped Team Gore’s scheme in a famous 5-4 ruling.
Lieberman remained quite active in the political sphere after retirement. As Hearst Connecticut Media notes, Lieberman most recently helped establish the No Labels Party in an attempt to put a third-party candidate on the ballot in the 2024 presidential race.
Joseph Isadore Lieberman was born on February 24, 1942, in Stamford, Connecticut. He was the son of Henry Lieberman, who ran a liquor store, and Marcia Lieberman.
He was educated at Yale and received his undergraduate and law degrees from the university.
Lieberman was elected to the Connecticut State Senate three years after completing law school. He served there for a decade and later for six years (1983-88) as the state’s attorney general.
In 1988, he challenged Sen. Lowell Weicker, an ultra-liberal “Republican,” and was famously endorsed by many notable conservatives, including the great William F. Buckley Jr., the host of Firing Line and founder of the National Review.
Lieberman won by just over 10,000 votes.
As an Orthodox Jew, Lieberman also kept the Sabbath, which meant avoiding all business from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown, making him unique amongst all senators as Politico notes.

A protest organized on Tuesday by racist, anti-Israel Vanderbilt University students went south in a hurry after school officials took decisive action to spoil their little party, causing them to suffer and freak out.
As The Tennessean reported, nearly 30 students stormed into the halls of Vanderbilt Chancellor Daniel Diermeier’s office to hold a sit-in, with 30 more students on the steps outside. They were throwing a hissy fit after an amendment to the Vanderbilt Student Government Constitution, which would bar student government funds from going to certain businesses that support Israel, was stripped out by administration officials from a student ballot in late March.
Vanderbilt administration explained to The Tennessean that they decided to do so because the student-led resolution risked running afoul with state and federal laws.
Several videos captured during the protests offer a solid timeline of events. The first shows several unruly students forcing their way into the chancellor’s office lobby by grabbing and pushing past staff.

At various points during the unauthorized demonstration, the agitators screamed at and race-baited black police officers who were trying to quell the situation.

Vanderbilt administration officials next started laying down law on the spoiled crybabies and began suspending them. But this was the least of the protesters’ worries as officials went a few steps further.
They whined officials were “starving” them and not allowing them to take bathroom breaks during their demonstration. Some ended up peeing into water bottles to relieve themselves.

The protesters outside grew triggered by officials refusing to coddle their comrades. They started screaming, “Let them pee! Let them eat!”

They became even more upset after learning that officers were given water and food from Panera Bread according to The Vanderbilt Hustler.
Protesters also claimed that one student was “nearing toxic shock” with symptoms such as pain, nausea, and feeling feverish. Despite this, she was not allowed to use the restroom without being removed from the premises.

The student decided to remove her tampon during the sit-in.
All student protesters were removed from the building in the early morning hours, just under 24 hours into the sit-in. The Vanderbilt Hustler revealed four were arrested and 16 received suspensions.

A young NYPD officer was killed in broad daylight by a career criminal who had no business living free thanks to the city’s lawless crime policies.
As the New York Post reported, 31-year-old Jonathan Diller was fatally shot in the stomach after police tried to remove a suspect from the passenger’s side of a vehicle late Monday afternoon.
The senseless shooting happened around 5:50 p.m. in Queens after cops approached a dark gray Kia Soul that was illegally parked in front of a metered zone. Diller screamed he had been “hit” after the suspect opened fire.
Diller was then rushed in critical condition to Jamaica Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. He leaves behind his wife and one-year-old son.
A social media user captured footage showing the horrifying moment Diller was gunned down in cold blood. In the video, three gunshots can be heard as Diller collapses behind a parked dark gray Kia Soul.
Another office tries to help Diller as he screams and moans, “Oh God!” A third officer then jerks a man out the street-side door of the car and yells at him to “get on the f**ing floor!” before apprehending him.

The gunman has been identified as 34-year-old Guy Rivera, who has 21 prior arrests. He was shot in the back when Diller’s partner fired two return shots according to the New York Post. Rivera is currently in the hospital being treated at taxpayer expense with charges pending.
The driver of the vehicle was named as 41-year-old Lindy Jones, who has 14 known prior arrests. Jones has been taken into custody and charged criminal possession of a weapon and possession of a defaced firearm also known as a ghost gun.
NYPD union officials said a funeral for Diller has been set for Saturday morning at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Massapequa, L.I.
A GoFundMe for his wife Jennifer and their young son has raised more than $329,000 since it was posted two days ago.

Joe Biden’s attempt to promote more government involvement in American health care blew up in his face Wednesday as conservatives unleashed fire upon seeing his attempt.
Biden has pushed for a new government insurance system, known as the “public option,” as an alternative to the far left’s Medicare-for-all proposal. But this public option scheme would eventually lead to a single-payer system because insurance companies would not be able to compete with a cheaper government plan and employers would have an incentive to stop providing health care coverage to their employees.
Biden posted a tweet showing him and Kamala Harris smiling, perhaps in an attempt to show all is well in Bidenworld. Below is the message in the post, which may soon become a meme:

If one Minnesota Democrat has her way, women and those who identify as female will soon have the right to bare their assets.
As the Star Tribune reported on Sunday, Minnesota State House Rep. Samantha Sencer-Mura has proposed amending the state’s law so exposed breasts cannot be considered indecent exposure.
Sencer-Mura told the outlet that she was outraged after learning that a woman had been sentenced to 90 days in jail for going topless in public. She went on to claim the indecent exposure law is outdated given society’s “shifting understanding of gender.”
“That to me just seems really wrong,” Sencer-Mura said. “Particularly now, as we as a society are thinking differently about gender and gender identity, I think this law feels very antiquated.”
“If law enforcement believes that someone identifies as a female, then they’re going to treat them differently if they have their shirt off than they would someone that they perceive to be a male, she continued. “As we have a shifting understanding of gender, that law just doesn’t make sense anymore.”
Indecent exposure in Minnesota is defined as when someone “willfully and lewdly exposes the person’s body or the private parts thereof.” There is an exception for mothers breastfeeding.
But as the Star-Tribune notes, the statute defining indecent exposure does not specify what counts as private parts.
The Star Tribune previously reported that a woman named Eloisa Plancarte was sentenced to 90 days in jail after she was arrested by Rochester police in 2021. Police said Plancarte allegedly walked around a convenience store parking lot with her breasts fully exposed.
Plancarte appealed the conviction, saying it violated her constitutional right to equal protection under the law. She further claimed that men would not be charged if their chests were publicly exposed.
The Minnesota Court of Appeals denied her appeal in a 2-1 decision. Writing for the majority, Judge Kevin G. Ross mentioned a nearly 40-year-old decision that upheld a conviction for a woman sunbathing topless in Minneapolis Park.
Judge Diane B. Bratvold cast the dissenting vote. She claimed the decision “raises more questions about criminal conduct than it clarifies.”
She also queried whether it would be illegal for a “transgender” man who did not have breast removal surgery to be exposed in public. Judge Jon Schmidt, who upheld the conviction, also said he was concerned the current state law could be used to attack trans people for behavior that was “not lewd.”

Joe Biden may find himself in legal trouble soon after a report from the Washington Free Beacon confirms he lied about the colorful incident that supposedly jumpstarted his political career.
As the Free Beacon notes, Biden has shared a false story “explaining” why he devoted his life to politics for almost two decades. He then repeated the bogus tale, even at the risk of facing criminal charges for lying to a federal agent, while speaking to Special Counsel Robert Hur in October 2023.
During his interview with Hur, Biden boasted that several “prestigious law firms” offered him a job out of law school. He accepted a position at the Prickett, Ward, Burt & Sanders law firm, claiming they offered him because of his “good looks.”
Biden then began working at Prickett in 1968. He said after a year at the firm senior partner William Prickett ordered him to draft a motion to dismiss a case against the firm’s client, Catalytic Construction Company.
A welder sued the company after he became engulfed in flames while working inside a Delaware plant’s chimney. Bidens said the working man lost his p*nis and one of his testicles as a result of the accident.
The Free Beacon reported:
Biden, in his telling, was tapped to defend a construction company sued by a 23-year-old welder who “lost part of his p*nis and one of his testicles” to a fire that broke out when he was working inside a chimney at a Delaware City plant. The injured man lost the case thanks to Biden’s “shrewd” legal defense on the construction company’s behalf.
Biden told Hur that, in his brief, he leveraged the welder’s failure to wear protective gear and argued the worker bore legal responsibility for his misfortune.
“I wrote this memo. And son of a b—, it prevailed,” Biden told Hur on Oct. 8. “And I looked over at that kid…and I thought, ‘son of a b*tch, I’m in the wrong business, I’m not made for this.’”
Biden said he was so wracked with guilt that he concocted an excuse to avoid a celebratory lunch with one of the firm’s named partners and walked into the public defender’s office to ask for a job that very day. It’s “the only time I ever lied,” Biden told Hur on Oct. 8. Thus began, according to a New York Times report on the special counsel interview, “a career that would one day take him to the White House.”
But this is all a big lie. The Free Beacon points out that while Biden worked at a law firm asked to defend a construction company involved in a negligence lawsuit, it ended back in 1968 while Biden was still in law school.
The Free Beacon reveals that Biden was referring to a story involving Joseph Januszewski, a welder for the Catalytic Construction Company. In May 1962, the then 56-year-old was working inside a chimney at the Stauffer Chemical plant in Delaware when “sparks from his torch apparently ignited a chemical substance used to clean water,” and he became engulfed in flames.
Januszewski lost his leg as a result, and he was wheelchair-bound until he died in 1972. It is unknown whether he lost all or part of his p*nis as well.
Moreover, Biden also fibbed about the ultimate victor in the case: Januszewski. He ended up walking away with $315,000 in damages.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) is famous in the U.S. Senate for his incisive wit and dry sense of humor. He has displayed these talents during his time as an elected official, whether by stumping unqualified Biden nominees or in interviews with reporters.
During a Senate Budget Committee hearing on Wednesday, a woke 23-year-old Olympic skier named Gus Schumacher became his latest victim. As Outkick.com reported, Budget Chairman Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) had invited Schumacher to testify as an “expert” on “The Nature of Climate Costs.”
But things went south quickly for the young man when it was Kennedy’s time for questioning. Then it got even worse when the Louisiana senator decided to pivot and exposed some damning quotes from Schumacher exposing his left-wing activism.
Kennedy opened up with a simple question: “What is carbon dioxide?” Schumacher responded by giving an elementary school answer, thinking it would be enough.
However, Kennedy had a different idea and pressed for more information. The so-called “expert” left utterly stumped.
Here’s a transcript of the exchange:
Schumacher (chuckling): I went to high school, but carbon dioxide is a gas. I’m not a professional to talk about carbon dioxide so much.
Kennedy: You’re here as an expert. Tell me more about what carbon dioxide is.
Schumacher: Carbon dioxide is what I see it as, you know, a gas that exists in our atmosphere.
Kennedy: Is it a major part of our atmosphere?
Schumacher: It’s a huge part of our atmosphere.
Kennedy: It’s actually a very small part of our atmosphere.
Schumacher: Well, okay. But, yeah. I don’t know.

Kennedy then inquired about what steps America should take to reduce the use of fossil fuels. Schumacher responded that there was an opportunity for the country to use more renewable sources.
However, he was left baffled again when Kennedy asked him for specifics on how much the U.S. should spend on renewable fuels and how long he thought it would take to reduce carbon emissions.
“I’m not an economist,” Schumacher said.
The skier was eventually forced to admit that he had no clue whether spending trillions on renewable energy would solve “climate change.”
“I don’t think anyone knows for sure,” he said.
Kennedy next dug up some old tweets exposing Schumacher as a race-baiting leftist activist who hates the police. Kennedy explained why including this seemingly ancillary material was necessary.
“When my colleagues invite witnesses to advise us on passing legislation, I always check out the background of our witnesses because I like to know who I’m talking to,” Kennedy explained.
Schumacher had re-posted someone saying on June 8, 2020: “The ‘war on drugs’ was intentionally created to incarcerate black people en masse.”
When asked to respond, Schumacher claimed he did not recall typing it.
The skier also quoted a far-left protester who whined back on August 27, 2020, that “Police are paid w/taxpayer $$$. If they are not answerable to us, we can demand new service & that’s what this is. #AbolishThePolice in favor of that new service.”
“You think we ought to abolish the police?” Kennedy asked. “Should we do that before or after we get rid of fossil fuels?”
“I’m not going to address that,” Schumacher snapped.
Of course, Schumacher refused to do so because he had already suffered enough humiliation.

Left-wing ABC News host Jonathan Karl found himself completely humiliated Sunday morning by a fully prepared Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) after his ambush questions on President Trump completely backfired.
During an interview on ABC’s This Week, Karl attempted to pressure Rubio into saying negative things about Trump throughout the interrogation. He started by asking about reports regarding Rubio being under consideration as Trump’s running mate and said he was surprised the Florida senator was open to the possibility.
Rubio calmly responded that anyone should be honored when presented with an opportunity to serve America, and being VP is one way to do this. He also pointed out that he has yet to talk to Trump, and Trump has plenty of great options for the VP position.
Karl then brought up January 6 and again attempted to portray serving as VP under Trump as a fool’s errand. But Rubio turned the tables with a brilliant defense of Trump’s accomplishments and destroyed Joe Biden’s failures, particularly on foreign policy.
The leftist host could not believe Rubio would dare suggest Biden was responsible for the state of the world and tried again to bait Rubio into taking a shot at Trump.
But Rubio stuck to his guns. He continued to defend Trump ably and point out Biden’s failures to the ABC audience, which is not used to hearing the brutal truth about political affairs.
In the end, a shocked Karl was left stuttering like a complete fool in the face of Rubio’s onslaught.

We got a lot of good things done there. I think the country and the world were a better place when he was president.
And I would love to see him return to the White House in comparison to the guy who’s there now, Joe Biden, who’s been a disaster…economically. Look at the world. Every single day, we wake to a new crisis, to a new conflict, everything has gone on fire. Since the time Joe Biden took over, Afghanistan’s gone down, Ukraine has been invaded.
Now, the Philippines and the Chinese are on the verge of something bad happening every single day, not to mention the threats to Taiwan. As NBC News reported, the purpose of Harris’s trip to the U.S. territory is to highlight Joe Biden’s supposed “commitment to supporting Puerto Rico’s recovery” following hurricanes, earthquakes and the Covid-19 pandemic — with a special focus in promoting the administration’s investments on the island’s infrastructure and economic recovery initiatives.”
Fox News revealed after making remarks at a residential home outside San Juan that was damaged during Hurricane Maria, Harris’s motorcade arrived at the Goyoco community center located in the island’s capital where a mix of several furious protesters on the sidewalk greeted them. One demonstrator held a sign that said “Kamala Harris war criminal,” while another called the USA and Israel “genocidal.”
Harris stopped in a courtyard within the community center where she and two other individuals next to her listened as a six-member group of musicians played. The Associated Press identified the two individuals as Mariana Reyes, executive director at La Goyco, while the man was Frankie Miranda, Hispanic Federation president.
Video footage captured by RNC Research, an account run by the Republican National Committee, showed Harris clapping her hands and smiling as she listened to the lyrics. As Fox News notes, singers then performed accompanied by a piano.
Harris continued clapping until Reyes turned around and told her what they were singing.
It turns out the band was savagely roasting the clueless Harris, jabbing at her over Haiti and the Israel-Hamas war. As Gateway Pundit readers know, the radical left has been particularly enraged the Biden regime has not done enough to push Israel to throw in the towel against the Islamist terrorists.
“We want to know, Kamala, what did you come here for?” they sang. “We want to know what you think of the neighborhood.”
“Long live Free Palestine and Haiti too!” the singers continued.

Harris stops clapping and nods along as the band continues to blast her. Miranda continued to clap along, however politely.
