“We’re going to be appealing it on many different things. He wouldn’t allow us to have witnesses. He wouldn’t allow us to talk. He wouldn’t allow us to do anything,” said Trump during his press conference.
Trump is expected to appeal Merchan’s ruling to greatly restrict the testimony of Trump’s star witness, former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith, who would have exalted Trump of any alleged, bogus, fake crime.
“He was waiting for two days, and when it was his turn, Bragg’s people protested, and the judge knocked him out and said you can’t testify. He actually said you can’t testify for anything having to do with the trial; you can say what the federal elections is. Well, that doesn’t help. Everybody knows that. But you can’t testify,” said Trump at one point during his press conference today.
Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) recently told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview, “It’s almost as though he has intentionally committed the most egregious reversible error, knowing that if there is a conviction, it will be reversed on appeal. But in the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon. That’s what this is about.”
Trump's sentencing hearing was set for July 11, THREE DAYS before the Republican National Convention, where delegates will choose the GOP nominee for President. The motives of the prosecutors and the judge couldn't be clearer.
Trump slammed the judge as a "tyrant" and said any honest members of the media in the courthouse could see he was "crazed" and angry with Trump in making his many reversible errors.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who is no stranger to the Biden Regime’s lawfare and civil lawsuits to prevent Texas from securing the southern border, issued a statement yesterday condemning the Regime’s “third-world dictatorship” persecution of Donald Trump and vowing to “unleash every tool at my disposal to fight this blatant corruption and political persecution spewing from New York and the Biden administration.”
Trump was found guilty on all 34 charges of falsifying business records related to a hush-money payment made to adult porn star Stormy Daniels in what is widely regarded as a rigged process.

The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.
After deliberating for several hours on Thursday, the jury returned a guilty verdict after the judge rigged the trial by allowing jurors to choose which crime they believed Trump committed.
Trump is facing four years in prison for every count.
The sentencing was set for July 11.

RINO former Arizona Governor Doug Ducey endorsed fellow RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer for reelection in an announcement made on Thursday.
It should be remembered that RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, who oversaw early voting in Lake’s stolen 2022 election for governor, founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda and admits to voting for Democrats last election cycle. Richer also sued Kari Lake, alleging defamation after she spoke out against him for the corrupt election and his serious conflicts of interest. He would seemingly like nothing more than to see Kari Lake lose.
Richer is set to face Justin Heap and Don Hiatt in the the July 30 GOP Primary for Maricopa County Recorder. The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Heap, who is endorsed by Kari Lake, Rep. Andy Biggs, and Rep. Paul Gosar, savaged Richer at a candidate forum hosted by the Palo Verde Republican Women’s Club’s May 15 luncheon with one simple prompt for the audience: Please raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle.
It was over for Richer, who oversees early voting and mail-in ballots in Maricopa County, when nearly half of the crowd raised their hand and exposed the corruption in Richer’s current system.
This is not the first time Ducey has endorsed the Anti-MAGA candidate in a race. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Ducey previously endorsed open-borders RINO Karrin Taylor Robson in the August 2022 Primary Election for Arizona Governor against Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake.
The Gateway Pundit recently outlined in another report that Kari Lake is leading by a landslide in the polls for Arizona’s Senate seat, but things may turn sour for the Trump-Endorsed candidate, who almost lost the 2022 primary to mass voter disenfranchisement and potential fraud, again.
It can be recalled The Gateway Pundit and Cygnal Polling conducted a poll of likely Republican voters weeks before Kari Lake’s August 2, 2022 Arizona gubernatorial primary, which found that she led competitors by double digits. Then, shenanigans in the primary election made Lake’s race a nail-biter.
When the polls opened across Maricopa County, the printers were not working, and some voters were reportedly handed slips of paper with a phone number to call. Voters were also told to visit a different polling location if they wanted to have their vote counted. Some voters were reportedly told that they had already voted.
Other issues were discovered statewide, and Pinal County even ran out of ballots at polling locations and turned voters away from the polls. Prior to this, Pinal County sent 63,000 erroneous ballots to voters leading up to the August 2nd Primary Election.
Many saw these issues as a trial run for the 2022 general election, in which 60% of machines in Maricopa County failed on election day, and other irregularities were detected statewide. Kari Lake reportedly lost the General Election by less than 1% to corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs, who oversaw the election as Secretary of State.
Yet Kari Lake's opponent, Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, in a February 2023 Congressional Homeland Security Committee Hearing, said Trump lost his election and that he has “seen zero evidence” that election fraud had an impact in the 2020 election — even after the rigged midterms where irregularities occurred in his county during the Primary and General Elections, and 60% of machines in Maricopa County failed in the general election.
Ducey will presumably back Kari Lake's opponent, Mark Lamb, in the Senate Primary, and it appears the fix is in.

Governor Ducey promised an efficient, effective government that would improve government where it was needed, and remove government it where it wasn't needed (and he was succeeding).
Governor Ducey promised to avoid the personal controversies that had plagued so many politicians, including some Arizona politicians (and he was succeeding).
Governor Ducey promised a serious, professional approach to the Governor's Office that would resemble his work as a serious, professional CEO of a successful business (and he was succeeding).
Philosophically, my politics had been set long before moving to Arizona.
Since age 15 (weird?), I'd idolized the likes Milton Friedman, F.A. Hayek, Bill Buckley, and Richard Epstein (who as my teacher for two different degrees was ... a little different than his writings... Hi Professor Epstein if you're reading!!!). And I'd worked at places like American Enterprise Institute, Cato Institute, and the Washington Legal Foundation.
But in terms of elected officials, I had fewer north stars.
Governor Ducey became one.
And that's why I'm so proud that today he is endorsing my campaign for reelection.

Joe Biden’s mini town hall-sized rally in Philadelphia on Wednesday showed how little support he has in America’s bluest areas.
President Trump, on the other hand, last week held a massive rally in the Bronx, where thousands of Black voters and citizens in Democrat-run New York’s bluest borough turned out to see President Trump. Trump would likely do even better in Philly.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Joe “You Aint Black” Biden made a pitch to black voters in Philadelphia this afternoon and announced a “Black Voters for Biden-Harris” initiative. Ahead of the event, The Biden campaign accused Donald Trump of “running on an anti-Black agenda.”
It can be recalled that racist Joe Biden was close to KKK Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd and even attended his funeral. And don’t forget about Joe Biden’s famous 1993 speech when he called blacks “predators.”
This comes as a Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll earlier this month shows Biden losing support among young, Black, and Hispanic voters and losing by 3% in Pennsylvania. Per the New York Times, “Nearly 70 percent of voters say that the country’s political and economic systems need major changes — or even to be torn down entirely” in the six battleground states polled.
Of course, nobody cared that Joe Biden was in Philly on Wednesday.
It could have been worse, but the Biden/Harris team filled the school gym with school attendees who won't even be able to vote this election. It looked more like a Little League sign-up than a political campaign rally.

Biden also claimed that he was in Baltimore "the next day" after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed and killed multiple construction workers. Maryland Governor Wes Moore can be seen nodding along as Biden lies about when he visited Baltimore. Biden first visited the site of the bridge collapse on Friday, April 5, over a week after it collapsed on March 26.
Biden then repeated his same old favorite lie that he "got involved as a kid in the civil rights movement":

President Trump made a Truth Social post earlier, congratulating Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on refusing demands by Democrats and leftist organizations to recuse himself from Trump cases surrounding January 6 and the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Democrat politicians have called for Alito’s recusal over reports that Alito’s home displayed the inverted flag on January 17, 2021—just days after the January 6 Capitol event and shortly before Joe Biden’s inauguration. Leftist group Citizens for Ethics also sent a letter to Chief Justice Roberts “calling on him to immediately create an enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court Code of Conduct and to encourage Justice Alito to recuse from January 6 and election related cases.”
The letter from Citizens for Ethics further cites the American Flag and an “Appeal to Heaven” flag flown outside Alito’s vacation home. According to the letter, the flag “has been associated with a far-right religious sect of the “Stop the Steal” movement.”
However, according to Americanflags.com, “This iconic emblem, also known as the Pine Tree flag, holds a special place in the hearts of those who cherish American values and the relentless pursuit of liberty.” These godless leftists sure do hate Christians!
Also, in an appalling violation of the code of ethics, one sitting federal judge wrote a political hit piece in the New York Times publicly attacking conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Judge Walton, a Bush appointee, previously spoke with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins about threats he has received after he called Trump a “charlatan” and rendered excessive punishment to J6 defendants. Walton, a SITTING JUDGE, also weighed in on Trump’s statements defending himself against Judge Merchan, his conflicted daughter Loren Merchan, and the latest gag order. These people are total hypocrites.
According to Alito, the upside-down flag was a reaction to “F*ck Trump” yard signs posted by neighbors and verbal attacks toward his wife rather than a political statement. The Gateway Pundit reported that after nasty leftist neighbors bombarded her with harassment and vulgar language and called her a “c*nt,” Mrs. Alito was so distraught that she hung the flag upside down for a short time.
This also comes as SCOTUS recently signaled that they may consider for the first time granting Russell Alford, one of the few J6 defendants to refuse a plea deal, his petition for writ of certiorari, a move that only happens for roughly 1% of cases brought to SCOTUS.
However, as The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Justice Samuel Alito refused the demand by Democrats that he recuse himself from any Supreme Court cases involving the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, Trump immunity and the 2020 election over the flags his wife flew at their residential and vacation homes.
Alito’s letter turning down calls for recusal goes into detail about his wife flying an upside-down American flag at their Northern Virginia home in January 2021 over a dispute with her nasty Democrat neighbors. The dispute has gone on for years, with the neighbors protesting in front of Alito’s home after the June 2022 Dobbs decision to return abortion laws to the states.
Alito also described his wife’s flying of an ‘Appeal to Heaven’ Revolutionary War flag at their family vacation home on Long Beach Island, New Jersey in the summer of 2023, saying his wife flew it "to express a religious and patriotic message."
Alito added, "My wife is an independently-minded private citizen. She makes her own decisions, and I honor her right to do so. Our vacation home was purchased with money she inherited from her parents and is titled in her name. It is a place, away from Washington, where she should be able to relax."

The Gateway Pundit reported last month on Biden's refusal to speak to the press ahead of the 2024 election and amid growing concerns over his cognitive abilities. Biden still has not held a single news conference in 2024.

The Biden campaign accused Donald Trump of “running on an anti-Black agenda” as Joe “you ain’t black” Biden gears up to announce a “Black Voters for Biden-Harris” initiative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this afternoon.
This comes after Trump’s massive rally in the Bronx, where thousands of Black voters and citizens in New York’s bluest borough turned out to see President Trump.
It can be recalled that racist Joe Biden was close to KKK Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd and even attended his funeral. And don’t forget about Joe Biden’s famous 1993 speech when he called blacks “predators.”

With Joe Biden and Kamala Harris set to debut their outreach effort to Black voters at a joint rally in Philadelphia today, their re-election campaign accused Donald Trump of merely paying lip service to African Americans.
“To no surprise, the Trump campaign has no real outreach or engagement plan to reach Black voters. Unlike our campaign, Trump believes that he does not need to put in any effort to earn the support of Black America,” the Biden-Harris campaign said in a statement that accused Trump of “running on an anti-Black agenda”.
“Trump used his time in the Oval Office to make life worse for Black America, and if reelected, he will go to enormous lengths to undermine and hurt Black communities by repealing Obamacare and ripping away health care from millions of Black Americans, continue to divide the nation by emboldening white supremacists, and support policy that works to widen the racial wealth gap. And even if he did have a positive agenda for Black Americans, he doesn’t have the resources or support to tell it.”
Biden will reportedly be greeted by Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker shortly before 1 pm ET and travel to Girard College to deliver remarks at 1:30 pm.
This event to woo black voters comes as a Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll earlier this month shows Biden losing support among young, Black, and Hispanic voters and losing by 3% in Pennsylvania. Per the New York Times, “Nearly 70 percent of voters say that the country’s political and economic systems need major changes — or even to be torn down entirely” in the six battleground states polled.
Per The Hill, the poll “showed Biden’s support among young voters in the state has slipped since 2020 from 62 percent to 47 percent. And his backing from Black and Hispanic voters has also waned from 71 percent to 57 percent.”
CBS Philadelphia further sounded the alarm, noting, “The majority of people in Pennsylvania said they would be financially better off with Trump back in office.”

The prosecution has yet to define the alleged criminal act that President Trump committed. But it doesn’t matter. The court is ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.
Trump has been charged with 34 felony “falsification of business records.” He was penalized for every payment he allegedly made to his former lawyer and pathological liar, Michael Cohen, regarding Cohen paying off Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.
The prosecution has not proven Trump committed any of these crimes or even had an affair; he will likely be found guilty anyway, given the rigged jury.
This is Joe Biden’s America.
To make matters worse, the Biden camp rolled out washed-up Hollywood actor Robert De Niro outside of the Manhattan courthouse to brag about Biden’s lawfare trial against his main political rival.

The anti-Trumpers and RFK supporters at the Libertarian National Convention who booed President Trump and later nominated a far-left authoritarian were caught on video trying to remove pro-Trump DC Young Republican attendees from their convention so they could disrupt President Trump’s speech.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump spoke to a mixed crowd at the Libertarian National Convention 2024 on Saturday, marking the first time in history a President has addressed the convention.

Trump went into the lion’s den of Washington DC and delivered a phenomenal speech to a not-so-friendly crowd.
According to Politico, “As delegates gathered at the Washington Hilton on the eve of his speech, the party’s decision to host the former president, which had split the organization, erupted Friday into open revolt. Fuming delegates at the convention said they plan to protest Trump’s speech, and one group sought unsuccessfully to remove the former president along with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., from the agenda — a move that resulted in thrown punches and obscenities between supporters and opponents of the move.”
RFK, in a speech on Friday, reportedly told the Libertarians that “Neither President Trump nor President Biden have held the Constitution seriously when it really mattered” and attacked Trump over the COVID-19 lockdowns that Trump didn’t support.
The hostile pro-RFK wing of the Libertarian National Convention decided to make their presence known by shouting vulgarities throughout the convention and attempting to silence pro-Trump voices in the crowd.
Over 200 patriots from the MAGA DC Young Republicans (DCYRs) were in attendance to see President Trump speak in Washington, DC, and some were harassed by angry anti-Trump Libertarians attempting to remove them.
DC Young Republicans National Committeewoman Kingsley Wilson told The Gateway Pundit that when members of the DCYRs arrived at the convention, there were “tons of open seats” that were not reserved and had no signs to indicate they were reserved. Attendees were told that seats in the front would be reserved for Libertarian Delegates, but seats in the back were free to take. However, after two hours of sitting and waiting, “we were told, you know, to get out of those seats,” said Wilson. “A lot of our folks that were sitting in the middle to back sections were told they could sit there as well, and then, subsequently, told they couldn’t. So lots of mixed messaging, very disorganized, but you know, we kind of just pulled a Rosa Parks and kept our seats. We were there to see President Trump and support him.”
It would appear that those who wanted to disrupt the president’s historic speech with boos and noise-making devices did not want to compete with cheers and applause from a large crowd of Trump supporters.
“When we got there, lots of anti-Trump folks (mostly RFK supporters) were passing out kazoos and squeaky chickens while folks waited in the security line and said they were going to use them to disrupt the president’s speech,” said Wilson.
DC Young Republicans shared the following clip from Saturday night on X, commenting, “Regime Libertarians try to get security to kick DCYRs out of seats at the Libertarian Convention”:

The rabid Never-Trumpers who tried to kick DCYRs out of the convention also booed Utah GOP Senator Mike Lee off of the stage as he closed his speech encouraging attendees to vote for Donald Trump:
“There was obviously a lot of anti-Trump agitators in the crowd, and those folks were perhaps most aggressively telling us to get out of the seats,” said Wilson. “A lot of the people that were trying to block our view and obstruct us were people who had anti-Trump signs that were like ‘screw Trump'”
“We were very proud to be there and stand with [Trump], but definitely a lot of hostility from the Libertarian Convention, especially the organizers and various agitators throughout the crowd,” Wilson added, noting that “It was cool to see Trump go into a hostile environment like that, and really make his case to the Libertarian Party and say basically, ‘come with me and win or keep getting 3%.’”
Wilson also noted that the DC Young Republicans “deal with this kind of hostility on a daily basis, so we’re accustomed to it, and we’re happy to stand with President Trump because he does the same thing.”
Despite RFK Jr. and his supporters’ attempts to sabotage Trump at the convention, it was still a success for the president.
President Trump seemingly won over the crowd of libertarians when he promised the Libertarian Party that he would include a Libertarian in his cabinet and would place Libertarians in his administration. He was also met with thunderous applause and cheers when he announced that he would commute the sentence of Silk Road creator Ross Ulbricht on day one.
Wilson told The Gateway Pundit that in the end, it was “half and half,” with many Libertarians being “very open to Voting for President Trump,” especially after vowing to commute Ulbricht’s sentence. “But there were certainly some, I would say, in my conversations that just had severe TDS, just totally deranged, and had no interest in supporting President Trump really no matter the concessions or promises or olive branches that he extended to them,” Wilson added.
The Gateway Pundit reported that RFK was booted from the Libertarian Party’s nomination process during Sunday’s first round of voting after receiving just 19 votes, which represents about two percent. Instead, the Libertarian Party nominated Chase Oliver, a woke 38-year-old openly gay former Democrat, who supports the Marxist terror group Black Lives Matter, medical mandates, drag queen story hours, open borders, and Big Tech censorship.
As President Trump told the crowd, “Keep getting your 3% every four years.”

The Louisiana House of Representatives last week, by a vote of 74-23, passed State Senator Valarie Hodges’ bill that will allow police to arrest illegal aliens.
Per NOLA, “SB 388 needs one procedural approval from the Senate, which passed the proposal before the House amended it.”
“If SB 388 takes effect, violating the statute would be punishable by up to one year in prison and a $4,000 fine for a first offense, with harsher penalties for a second offense.”
The Governor is reportedly likely going to sign this bill into law.
A similar proposal was brought to the desk of Katie Hobbs earlier this year, and she vetoed the bill calling it “Anti-immigrant legislation.”

Lawmakers in the House passed a bill that would make it a crime to be in Louisiana if a person entered the country illegally and allow state law enforcement to detain them. It carries penalties up to two years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
It’s similar to a controversial Texas law that’s being challenged in court for undermining the federal government’s authority on immigration law.
The proposal also allows Louisiana to form a compact with Texas to secure the U.S. southern border.
Gov. Jeff Landry already approved sending Louisiana National Guard troops to Texas earlier this year to stop immigrants from crossing the border illegally.

As New York is completely overrun with illegals from Biden’s invasion, Mayor Eric Adams is reportedly working with ICE to “get around” sanctuary city laws that protect violent illegal alien criminals.
It was reported today that multiple illegals have stabbed each other to death in New York City’s taxpayer-funded shelters.
The New York Post reported,
A migrant was stabbed to death on Sunday morning after getting into an argument with another man outside the East Harlem migrant shelter where they both lived, police said.
The 29-year-old victim got into a dispute with a fellow migrant, 30, when he was stabbed in the chest at around 4:02 a.m. on Third Avenue and East 97th Street, New York City police said.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This isn’t the first time a dispute broke out into a fatal stabbing at one of the new migrant shelters in the city, with another man stabbed to death on Jan. 7 at the nearby Randall’s Island shelter.
Per the report, police have installed security cameras around the illegal immigrant shelters as the number of violent incidents grew.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito flew an upside-down American flag at his Alexandria, Virginia home after the fraudulent 2020 presidential election.
According to detailed reports by far-left The New York Times, photographs and eyewitness accounts from neighbors confirm that Justice Alito’s home displayed the inverted flag on January 17, 2021—just days after the January 6 Capitol event and shortly before Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Justice Alito, in a statement to The New York Times, denied any personal involvement with the flag’s flying, attributing it to his wife, Martha-Ann Alito.
According to Alito, the flag was a reaction to “F*ck Trump” yard signs posted by neighbors and verbal attacks toward his wife rather than a political statement.

Later, the leftist group, Citizens for Ethics reported that they "sent a letter to Chief Justice Roberts calling on him to immediately create an enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court Code of Conduct and to encourage Justice Alito to recuse from January 6 and election related cases."

The letter to the Chief Justice cites the American Flag and an “Appeal to Heaven” flag flown outside Alito's vacation home. According to the letter, the flag "has been associated with a far-right religious sect of the “Stop the Steal” movement."
However, according to Americanflags.com, "This iconic emblem, also known as the Pine Tree flag, holds a special place in the hearts of those who cherish American values and the relentless pursuit of liberty."
The letter also states that these apparent "significant ethical lapses" have "raised significant concerns as to whether public corruption has so infected the Supreme Court that it will undermine public confidence in democracy itself." And Joe Biden's 81 million votes doesn't raise any issues with public confidence... right?
The leftist group further asked Roberts to disqualify Justice Alito.

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s California continues to look like a third-world country with rampant homelessness and humans rotting in the streets as homelessness programs and Newsom’s self-proclaimed “national model” repeatedly fail.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the homelessness crisis in California. One year ago, we reported that in Marin County, California, a homeless encampment of decaying campers and RVs had grown two miles long.
Yet, as The Gateway Pundit reported, delusional liar Gavin Newsom recently claimed that his state served as a “national model” for solving the issue of homelessness.

Newsom’s California is actually a national model for money laundering and funding the “homelessness industrial complex.”
In March 2023, Newsome promised to house the homeless with 1,200 tiny homes, but over one year later, only 150 had been purchased.

California hasn’t provided any of the tiny homes that Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom promised homeless residents last year, according to a new report.
Newsom promised in March 2023 to send 1,200 tiny homes to four cities across the state, but so far only 150 have been purchased, Cal Matters reported. It’s unclear exactly what’s caused the repeated delays, with the state at times blaming local governments, even though local officials in some cases were quick to approve projects.
“Gov. Gavin Newsom said he’d send tiny homes to San Jose, Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego County. Why haven’t any materialized yet?” the outlet asked in its report.
As CalMatters noted, Newsom’s March 2023 plan involved the state buying 500 tiny homes for Los Angeles, 350 for Sacramento, 200 for San Jose, and 150 for San Diego. Once each area bought the homes, “The California National Guard would help prepare and deliver them.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported last month, an audit has found that California has spent $24 billion on homeless programs, yet the problem persists and, in some places, is getting worse.
Gavin Newsom is once again facing a recall effort, the second in three years, as a conservative group initiates a new campaign to oust him from office. According to Ballotpedia, the group must obtain 1,311,963 signatures by September 3 to force a recall election.

Waterfront Partnership, a Baltimore, Maryland non-profit “dedicated to enhancing and promoting the waterfront district, parks, and public spaces” is set to host an event in the Baltimore harbor promoting public swimming in the water near downtown Baltimore.
Supposedly, elected officials, including leftist Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, plan to start the event with a ceremonial jump on June 23. “We must start swimming,” although work to clean up the harbor is “far from over,” said the Waterfront Partnership’s Healthy Harbor Initiative chairman, Michael Hankin. According to the Healthy Harbor Initiative’s annual report card, water quality in the harbor is only safe for swimming “most of the time in dry weather.”

Waterfront Partnership will host a public “Harbor Splash” swimming event on Sunday, June 23, 2024, and registration opens on May 29 for all “Harbor Splash” newsletter subscribers who would like to take the dive!
A group of key partners and elected officials, including Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott and Maryland Comptroller Brooke Lierman, will start the event with a ceremonial jump at 9:20 a.m. from a floating dock at Bond Street Wharf in Fells Point.
The event is made possible by over a decade of work by the Healthy Harbor Initiative championing the goal of a “swimmable, fishable” Baltimore Harbor. Healthy Harbor has worked with numerous partners including nonprofits, educational institutions, the local government, business leaders, volunteers, and of course, the Trash Wheel Family to make the Inner Harbor clean enough to swim in.
“We know our work is far from over, but we must start swimming. It’s a commitment to keep working to ensure that our ecosystem thrives and that swimming in the harbor becomes a routine occurrence,” said Michael Hankin, president and CEO of Brown Advisory and chairman of Waterfront Partnership’s Healthy Harbor Initiative. “We had an ambitious goal and, with a lot of hard work and people believing we could do it; we are finally realizing our vision.”
This area is just miles away from where a cargo ship collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge at the southern end of the Baltimore Harbor. As The Gateway Pundit reported, as many as 1.8 million gallons of fuel and other hazardous materials likely spilled into the water, and authorities suspended their search-and-rescue mission for the six bridge workers who fell into the water and were presumed dead. There still remain two missing bodies out of the eight who were victims of the collapse.

In 2010, Michael Hankin, CEO of Brown Advisory Baltimore, launched a campaign to make the harbor “swimmable and fishable.” Since then, there has been an array of problems.
As recently as last month, the body of a missing man was found in the harbor in the neighborhood next to Bond Street Wharf in Fells Point, where people are encouraged to swim. Several other reports of bodies being fished out of the harbor in recent years can be found online.
In 2021, “major maintenance and operational problems at the city’s two wastewater treatment plants were discovered, with high bacteria levels routinely detected in the discharge to the harbor from the Patapsco River facility.”
The state urges people “especially children and women of child-bearing age — to limit consumption of locally caught crabs and some fish because they have toxic contaminants picked up from past industrial activity.”
To deal with some of the visible pollution, Mr. Trash Wheel was instituted to be the first “trash interceptor of its kind” and has so far removed “millions of pounds of debris from the Inner Harbor.”
Overflowing trash in the harbor is coupled with "persistent sewer leaks throughout Baltimore City" and an "overflow-prone sewer system." After the city reportedly dumped more than $1 billion into fixing the sewer system, "there’s been a 75% decline in the volume of untreated sewage overflowing into the harbor since 2021." According to Lindquist, the deadline for sewer repairs is not until 2030.
It is unclear why there would be such a heavy push to start putting people in this water or why they "must start swimming," as Waterfront Partnership's Michael Hankin put it.

“By no means are we saying mission accomplished, we can all go home,” Lindquist said. The city’s sewer repairs are expected to continue for several more years, with a 2030 deadline, he noted. “By making a splash,” he added, “we are also taking a stand, [saying] that cleaning up the harbor is important, and we need to keep working on it.”
The sampling shows that water quality in Baltimore’s harbor is closely connected to rainfall, which washes animal waste off pavement and causes sewer overflows, Lindquist said.
Despite all the problems, the time has come for people to jump in and make a splash. Some sensible individuals have expressed their concerns on social media.
One, who says they are a former environmental scientist, said, "It's incredibly dangerous and irresponsible" for these organizations to encourage people to swim in the water "filled with fecal bacteria, lifetime pollutants, and more." Other commenters roasted the idea and joked that you'd need a vat of antibacterial soap or that you would come out glowing:
Another noted that the water smells like the taste of "yak piss." They continued, "Make sure to yank out all the heroin needles you'll get stuck with."

The Judge in Hunter Biden’s federal gun case ruled on Friday that prosecutors can use evidence from Hunter Biden’s laptop to sway jury members.
However, according to Fox, “prosecutors on Special Counsel David Weiss’ team cannot use some salacious evidence in the first son’s criminal trial next month, including references to his U.S. Navy discharge and the child support case for his out-of-wedlock daughter in Arkansas.”
In September, Hunter Biden was indicted on federal gun charges. He was indicted in a Delaware court on three counts related to his possession of a firearm while using drugs.
Hunter pleaded not guilty to all three felony gun charges in October.
Separately, Hunter Biden was hit with a 9-count indictment filed in the Central District of California: Tax evasion, failure to file/pay taxes, and false/fraudulent tax return.
Jury selection in the gun case begins on June 3, and they will be presented with evidence of illegal drug use from the laptop.

In 2019, Hunter Biden dropped off his damaged laptops at a Delaware computer repair shop run by John Paul Mac Isaac.
John Paul Mac Isaac’s life changed in April 2019 when a visibly drunk Hunter Biden stopped by his computer repair shop with three damaged MacBook Pro laptops and left one with Isaac to fix. After many failed attempts to reach Hunter Biden, John Paul Mac Isaac took lawful ownership of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.
Discovered on the laptop were photos, videos, and email evidence of Hunter Biden’s illicit drug and prostitute usage as well as criminal foreign business dealings.
Now, after denying the laptop is even his, Hunter Biden is now claiming in civil lawsuits and his gun case that the data has been manipulated.

Five years and one month after first son Hunter Biden dropped off three damaged laptops at a repair shop in Wilmington, Del., and never returned to pick them up, a Delaware federal judge ruled that jurors at the 54-year-old’s upcoming trial on weapons charges can be shown damaging evidence about his illegal drug use taken from his hard drive, his iPhone and iPad and his own memoir.
As Hunter looked on in court — one day after attending a White House state dinner — US District Judge Maryellen Noreika in Wilmington ruled that the “laptop from hell” could not be barred out of hand based on his legal team’s claim it had been hacked and seeded with false information.
However, Noreika did rule that the first son’s attorneys can object to the introduction of specific pieces of information from the laptop as prosecutors — who say there is no evidence that the computer was ever compromised — seek to raise them during trial, which begins with jury selection June 3.
The Biden scion — who didn’t answer questions from the media on his way in and out of court — is accused of three counts related to illegal ownership of a gun while addicted to crack cocaine. He faces up to 25 years behind bars if convicted on all charges.
Now we wait and see if justice will truly be served against Hunter or if he will get away with the privilege of being a Biden.

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a Black man, died while in police custody. Video footage showed Officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck for over nine minutes. This led to widespread rioting and looting across the United States under the “Black Lives Matter” banner in the summer before the rigged 2020 election.
It can be recalled that the BLM mobs caused billions of dollars in damage across the nation, killed or injured over 700 police officers in their riots, and captured the attention of the nation watching in fear as Democrats rigged the election. As the Fake News Media fails to report, The medical examiner who examined George Floyd’s death believed that Floyd had a lethal amount of fentanyl in his system when he died.
Among documents that were later discovered, Amy Sweasy, a top prosecutor in Hennepin County, Minnesota, discussed a crucial conversation she had with Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker the day after Floyd’s death.
Dr. Baker reportedly said that there were “no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”
This point is critical because it directly challenges the mainstream narrative that George Floyd was “murdered” due to asphyxiation from the knee-to-neck restraint.
George Floyd, according to the official autopsy, was not murdered. He died instead of what we used to call natural causes, which in his case would include decades of drug use, as well as the fatal concentration of fentanyl that was in his system on his final day. So this was not a killing, it was yet another narcotics OD in a country that records more than 100,000 of them every year. The medical examiner clearly understood that and, in fact, articulated it,” Tucker Carlson said in a podcast late last year.
However, Derek Chauvin, who pled guilty to federal charges in the 2020 death of 46-year-old George Floyd, was convicted of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. He was sentenced to 21 years in prison. He was later stabbed 22 times and nearly murdered by former FBI informant John Turscak while incarcerated.

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu on Thursday slammed California Governor Gavin Newsom as “a prick,” former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo as “a jackass,” and both of them as “two real Governors that really nobody liked.”
“Even the Democrats, they won’t tell you out loud, but behind closed doors, they’re like, ‘Oh God, look who’s coming,'” Sununu said of Newsom, whose state looks like a third-world sh*t hole country with rampant homelessness and crime.
Sununu called Cuomo, who resigned in 2021 amid sexual harassment scandals, a “jackass” who “nobody liked.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump is addressing the Libertarian National Convention on Saturday night, courting a segment of mostly conservative voters that has often been skeptical of the Republican former president while trying to ensure attendees aren’t drawn to independent White House hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
The Libertarian Party will pick its presidential nominee during the gathering at a Washington hotel that wraps up Sunday. Kennedy, who ran in the Democratic primary before switching to an independent bid, addressed the convention Friday but has indicated he’s not interested in being the Libertarian nominee.
Having previously praised Kennedy and once considered him for a commission on vaccination safety, Trump has changed his tone. He suggested on social media that a vote for Kennedy would be a “wasted protest vote” and that he’d “even take Biden over Junior.”
In his own speech at the Libertarian convention Friday, Kennedy accused Trump and Biden alike of trampling on personal liberties in response to the pandemic that spanned their presidencies. Trump bowed to pressure from public health officials and shut down businesses, he said, while Biden was wrong to mandate vaccines for millions of workers.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, thousands of voters turned out in the Bronx despite fears of violence from Democrats, who had a minimal presence at the rally despite 15 or more politicians and groups trying to disrupt the rally with their weak protest.
Before Trump’s speech and during, supporters were lining up around the block awaiting entry to the maxed-out rally, and thousands had to watch and listen to Trump’s speech in the overflow crowd.

A 2022 clip of Democrat Senate Leader Chuck Schumer calling for amnesty for “all” illegals resurfaced recently on social media, with many, including Elon Musk, pointing out the Democrats’ obvious agenda to steal elections and replace our American identity.
“Our ultimate goal is to help the dreamers but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are,” said Schumer. The actual number of illegals was far greater than 11 million at the time of these remarks, and it has continued to climb with the Democrats’ open borders agenda and House RINOs’ refusal to take action and use their leverage as the majority to shut the border down.
Schumer said another quiet part out loud, stating, “We have a population that is not reproducing it on its own with the same level that it used to.” Meanwhile, he is a member of the same party that supports unlimited abortion up to the moment of birth.
This is just an excuse for mass unvetted migration so that the Democrats can continue to destroy America and register millions more new voters.
That’s the only hope the Democrats have at a so-called victory this November after thousands of black, Hispanic, and Asian voters turned out for Trump in the Bronx, New York, the bluest of New York City boroughs, where Biden allegedly “won” 83% of the vote in 2020. This was despite fears of violence from Democrats, who had a minimal presence at the rally despite 15 or more politicians and groups trying to disrupt the rally with their weak protest.

Elon Musk previously chimed in on the Great Replacement Theory in response to Dutch conservative commentator Eva Vlaardinbroek’s fiery speech at CPAC Hungary, noting that countries are, in fact, “shrinking away” due to low birth rates.
However, Musk commented on Friday, “The goal of citizenship for all illegals is very clearly stated by the leader of the Senate. For some reason, a lot of people still think this is some crazy conspiracy theory!”

It is unclear if Musk was referring to the Great Replacement agenda or the obvious tactics by Democrats to hand over citizenship to “all of them” and steal elections.

The voters interviewed cited inflation and economic stress, housing crime, and illegal immigration as why we need Trump back in office, saying Joe Biden hasn’t done anything with one adding, “he wants to make it worse.”

After the rally, a guest on CBS admitted that the rally looked “a lot like America.”
She added, “There was a lot of Asian voters there, there were a lot of Hispanic voters, a lot of Black voters there.” However, she then lied, saying that this is not a typical sight at Trump rallies.
Every single Trump rally this author has attended since 2019 has looked like America, with people of all races, religions, and walks of life turning out to support Donald Trump.

Spears shared a video on Instagram late Wednesday night that shows her naked and laying face down in shallow water along the shore of an undisclosed beach. She sticks her bare behind up in the air as she smiles, wearing only a necklace and a pair of sunglasses.
Spears originally wrote a different caption, noting that she "raised my a-- a little higher so I have more booty." She also said she has been "thinking of getting injections on my a-- to make it fuller like that.”
A quick scroll through the 42-year-old pop superstar's recently shared photos and videos reveals a slew of images in which she is seen sporting bikinis and dancing -- or wearing little to no clothes.
She made headlines in September for posting a video of her dancing while holding large knives. At the time, she claimed the knives weren't real.
It can be recalled that Spears was involuntarily placed under a conservatorship by her father in 2008, which was terminated in 2021 after a long and heavily publicized court battle.
Leading up to the termination, many used the hashtag #FreeBritney to voice their support for Britney’s freedom.
Once the conservatorship was dissolved, Britney gained her freedom. However, her social media posts sharing both nude images and concerning captions have left fans wondering if she truly did go crazy.
On October 24, 2024, Brittney published a book called “The Woman in Me” Per NY Times, "She has said that completing the recently published book — an account of her journey from Louisiana to the top of the pop charts and on to a conservatorship that denied her control of her career and finances — required an enormous amount of therapy."

It can be recalled that co-founder LJ Fino had a hand in producing hit #1 songs, such as “Justice for All” featuring Donald Trump and the J6 Choir and Kari Lake’s “81 Million Votes my Ass,” as Mailman Media’s Head of Recorded Music Operations. Robinson: This speaks to a larger movement that is clearly going on in the minority community. There are now a lot of people who are not black artists, you know, and others who are not afraid to come out for Donald Trump anymore.
Conradson: It's really incredible what we're seeing. It's exciting what was just announced this morning, that Waka Flocka Flame is going to be hosting a concert with New Gen 47 PAC in Miami. New Gen 47 PAC is a new political action committee; they're pro-Trump. They're trying to turn out, as you said, low-propensity, minority, and young voters, who otherwise would have voted Democrat, for President Trump and other conservative candidates this November. I mean, it's not that surprising that when you've got a so-called president who says ‘you're not black’ if you don't vote for me, makes racist comments all the time, can't even find his way onto or off of the stage, as our country is in ruins, it's not very surprising to me that people are waking up. And, you know, Waka Flocka is just one of many rappers who have come out with support for President Trump.
Robinson: And not just as a part of Donald Trump, but there's been some who have explicitly kind of come out against the Bidens. In fact, let's take a look at Afroman’s revamp of his own hit. This is 'Hunter Got High... That first line just cracked me up. ‘He was gonna get his laptop fixed, but then he got high.’
Conradson: And, you know, it's just so in touch with everything that's going on. He's talking about the laptop, he references the White House is getting shut down ‘because Hunter got high’ with the cocaine scandal where they found cocaine in the West Wing. So, that was another hilarious song. That was produced by Baste Records, which is another very good, conservative kind of leaning production company that's trying to influence the culture like New Gen 47, like mailman media was with Donald Trump's ‘Justice for All’ song and Kari Lake’s ’81 million Votes My Ass,’ which both made it on Billboard charts. So I’m expecting we're gonna see more conservative leaning music coming out kind of making fun of the Bidens, expressing support for Trump from various artists, and I'm expecting more announcements for top A-list celebrities, A-list rap stars and pop stars, to come out and hold concerts with New Gen 47 on behalf of President Trump.
Robinson: Well, it sounds like Jordan, you just teased that you probably have some more fun exclusives coming soon that we'll be able to share with our viewers, which is nice, right in a new cycle that is so predominantly negative and can be overwhelming some days, it's nice to have a little fun. Wyoming Congresswoman Harriet Hageman recently spoke to The Gateway Pundit about the NY v. Trump show trial and the Democrats behind President Trump’s persecution, including Judge Merchan whose “egregious” rulings aimed at convicting Trump only later to be overturned on appeal.
“In the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon,” said Hageman.
The Trump Defense rested its case on Tuesday and closing arguments are expected next week.
The Gateway Pundit reported on part one of our exclusive interview with Representative Hageman, where we discussed last week’s Congressional hearings to advance a resolution that will hold corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for his refusal to hand over audio tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Joe Biden.
The Gateway Pundit reported that last Thursday afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee voted to move forward with a resolution to hold corrupt Garland in contempt for refusing to provide the tapes from Hur’s interview, which exposed the current White House occupant as nothing more than an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
Later on Thursday evening, the House Oversight Committee also voted 24-20 to recommend that Garland be held in contempt of Congress.
Hageman slammed Garland for flouting the law “in order to protect Joe Biden and to further the Democrat agenda” by hiding Biden’s cognitive decline:

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Rep. Goldman, a loyal supporter of Joe Biden and client of Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter’s firm, had several preparatory meetings with Cohen before his testimony in the sham Biden/Bragg trial.
On Wednesday, Rep. Hageman went off on Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) in a Judiciary Committee Hearing for not only preparing liar Michael Cohen for his testimony but also having Merchan’s daughter’s consulting firm on his campaign’s payroll and giving her over $150,000 as her father oversees a sham election interference trial against the Democratic Party’s top political rival, Donald J. Trump.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, on Thursday outside the Manhattan courthouse during Trump's show trial, delivered similar criticisms of Goldman and Judge Juan Merchan's daughter:
Luna: "It is by no coincidence that you have Goldman, a member of House Oversight, who's a Democrat and prepared Cohen for his testimony, is also retained by the Judges daughter as a client. Does that seem like it's not a sham to you? It is corrupt lawfare. It's the Biden prosecutions, and Biden you're gonna lose this election cycle."
Rep. Hageman further slammed Goldman for working with liar Michael Cohen "in order to go after Donald Trump" and Judge Merchan's misconduct while presiding over this case in order to interfere with the 2024 election.
Hageman also slammed the Judge for reversible errors, including the gag order and restricting the testimony of Trump's star witness, former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith, who she describes as "one of the foremost experts in the United States on federal election law."
"It's almost as though he has intentionally committed the most egregious reversible error, knowing that if there is a conviction, it will be reversed on appeal. But in the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon," Hageman told The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson. "That's what this is about."

Former President Trump’s legal team was slated to call on a former commissioner of the Federal Election Commission to testify in the NY v. Trump case, but the expert’s testimony was not heard after the presiding judge curbed the scope of what he could discuss before the jury.
"Judge Merchan has so restricted my testimony that defense has decided not to call me. Now, it’s elementary that the judge instructs the jury on the law, so I understand his reluctance," former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith posted on X on Monday.
"But the Federal Election Campaign Act is very complex. Even Antonin Scalia – a pretty smart guy, even you hate him – once said ‘this [campaign finance] law is so intricate that I can’t figure it out.’ Picture a jury in a product liability case trying to figure out if a complex machine was negligently designed, based only on a boilerplate recitation of the general definition of ‘negligence.’ They’d be lost without knowing technology & industry norms," he continued.
Smith is an election law expert who Trump has called the "Rolls-Royce" of experts in his field, but he will not testify after Judge Juan Merchan ruled that Smith could speak before the court on the basic definitions surrounding election law but not expand beyond that scope.

Conradson: I saw you go off on Dan Goldman, the Democrat who's paying Judge Merchan’s daughter $150,000, as they carry through with this political persecution against the President, as a consultant. So whether that means helping his campaign or, you know, honestly, going after Donald Trump, who knows what that means?
Hageman: The hearing about yesterday, the irony of it was that the very topic was how our judicial system has become weaponized against Donald Trump and conservatives. And the whole idea is that we have to have equal protection under the law; whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, you should be treated the same. And what we're seeing is that our judicial system is going after conservatives and going after President Trump in order to stop them from succeeding. And so, that was what the purpose of the hearing was about. And then you listen to Dan Goldman, and he is just absolutely going off about this idea of how horrible Donald Trump is, and he's on trial, and he should be on trial and blah blah blah blah blah. I thought that everybody ought to know what his conflict was in terms of making those accusations. The primary one being that he is paying and he has paid Judge Merchan’s daughter $157,000 in consulting fees to help him get elected so that he can attack Republicans and Donald Trump. So, the irony of that was incredibly rich. The other thing is, is that he was on MSNBC earlier this week, explaining that he had actually helped prepare Cohen, the prosecutor’s star witness, the liar and perjurer, serial perjurer, Cohen! He actually at one time helped prepare him to get ready for testimony. So again, this is somebody who works with a known liar and known perjurer, in order to go after Donald Trump. I think it's pretty clear that our government is being weaponized against Donald Trump and conservatives.
Conradson: In all your years as an attorney, did you ever think this would be possible, such a conflicted judge, so many conflicts of interests outside of just the judge?
Hageman: No. And one of the points that I have repeatedly made is the judges know when they are making reversible error, and they try to avoid it. And the other thing that you'll see is when you go in for a trial, and you're trying to get an exhibit in, the judge may say, ‘Yeah, I'm not going to allow you to get this exhibit in but you can have this witness,’ and ‘no prosecution, you don't get to have this document in but you get to have this witness.’ They're going to balance the rulings in a way to try to make sure that they're fair to both parties. The other thing is that we had a gentleman testify in front of our committee yesterday, who worked for the Department of Justice for over 30 years as a prosecutor, and he testified he's never seen a gag order issued against a defendant. Gag orders might be issued against the prosecution so that they're not out there trying their case in the press and that they're not leaking information. There are gag orders, but they're typically applied against the prosecution, not the defendant. The defendant has a right to defend themselves. They have a First Amendment right to defend themselves, whether it is in the court of public opinion or in the court itself. And so, here you have a situation where every single ruling that Judge Merchan makes is against Donald Trump. He's not being fair at all. He's not even attempting to be fair at this point.
It's almost as though he has intentionally committed the most egregious reversible error, knowing that if there is a conviction, it will be reversed on appeal. But in the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon. That's what this is about. Because this judge has committed such an incredible reversible error. He is not going to allow one of the foremost experts in the United States on federal election law, he's not going to allow him to testify as an expert witness in Donald Trump's defense that Donald Trump did not violate federal election law. He is the former head of the FEC (Federal Election Commission). He has been hired by Donald Trump as an expert witness, and this judge has precluded him from testifying that Donald Trump did not violate federal election law. Well, that's the foundation of the prosecution's case. If you have the foremost expert in the world on that particular issue, coming in and giving an expert opinion, obviously we know what the verdict is going to be. This judge is excluding that testimony; it's egregious, it's clearly reversible error. And in addition to the fact, you’ve got the conflict of interest. His daughter has raised almost $100 million dollars for Democratic candidates who are then going out and attacking Republicans and Donald Trump. Clearly, again, a conflict of interest. And, you know, I look at his decisions. I looked at the rulings, the pretrial rulings that he's made, and I'm sorry, it is absolutely absurd, some of the decisions that he has made.

A new internal poll from JL Partners provided exclusively to The Gateway Pundit shows Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake still dominating GOP challengers in the July 30 primary for Arizona’s U.S. Senate seat.
However, it can be recalled The Gateway Pundit and Cygnal Polling conducted a poll of likely Republican voters weeks before Kari Lake’s August 2, 2022 Arizona gubernatorial primary, which found that she led competitors by double digits. Then, shenanigans in the primary election made Lake’s race a nail-biter.
When the polls opened across Maricopa County, the printers were not working, and some voters were reportedly handed slips of paper with a phone number to call. They were also told to visit a different polling location if they wanted to have their vote counted. Some voters were reportedly told that they had already voted.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that Pima County poll workers were illegally trained to give Republican ballots to Democratic voters and to illegally electioneer in the 2022 primary for governor.
In Pinal County, where Lake’s closest competitor, Mark Lamb, serves as Sheriff, they also ran out of ballots at polling locations and turned voters away from the polls. Prior to this, Pinal sent 63,000 erroneous ballots to voters leading up to the August 2nd Primary Election.
Many saw these issues as a trial run for the 2022 general election, in which 60% of machines in Maricopa County failed on election day, and other irregularities were detected statewide. Kari Lake reportedly lost the General Election by less than 1% to corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs, who oversaw the election as Secretary of State.
Yet Lamb, in a February 2023 Congressional Homeland Security Committee Hearing, said Trump lost his election, and he has “seen zero evidence” that election fraud had an impact in the 2020 election — even after the rigged midterms where the primary election was wrought with irregularities and 60% of machines failed in the general election.

It should be remembered that RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, who oversaw early voting in Lake’s stolen 2022 election for governor, founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda and admits to voting for Democrats last election cycle. Richer also sued Kari Lake, alleging defamation after she spoke out against him for the corrupt election and his serious conflicts of interest. He would apparently like nothing more than to see Kari Lake lose.
Despite all of these issues in Kari Lake’s primary for governor, The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Lake made a huge comeback, and the corrupt election officials stopped counting on election night after she became the clear winner. She was not officially declared the winner until August 4 at 7 pm, and they still had not counted all of the ballots. Lake was finally declared the winner in every Arizona County by only 4.9% despite leading in polls by nearly 12%.

Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) on Thursday spoke to The Gateway Pundit during the ongoing House Judiciary Committee hearing to advance measures to hold corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to hand over audio tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s audio interview with Joe Biden.
The Gateway Pundit reported that on Thursday afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee voted to move forward with a resolution to hold corrupt Garland in contempt for refusing to provide the tapes from Hur’s interview, which exposed the current White House occupant as nothing more than an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
Later on Thursday evening, the House Oversight Committee also voted 24-20 to recommend that Garland be held in contempt of Congress.
The transcript of Biden's interview with Hur, obtained by House Republicans, shows that Biden couldn’t even remember when he was Vice President or when his son Beau died of brain cancer.
Joe Biden kept classified documents next to his Corvette in his garage, but prosecutors refused to pursue criminal charges against him. Meanwhile, President Trump is facing 40 charges for “improperly” storing classified documents in his Mar-a-Lago home.
Visibly rattled by the efforts to hold him in contempt, Merrick Garland told reporters Thursday that the Justice Department does not need to comply with a congressional subpoena because the DOJ is “a fundamental institution of our democracy.”
This comes after a last-minute attempt by the Biden Regime to assert executive privilege over the audio tapes. As The Gateway Pundit reported, White House counsel Ed Siskel lashed out at the House GOP in an angry letter, accusing them of only wanting the recordings “to chop them up” and use them for political reasons. The truth is, they don't want the public to see exactly how braindead alleged 81 million vote-getter Joe Biden is leading up to the 2024 election.
"They don't get to give us the transcript, and then because the audio is so damning and shows Joe Biden as someone who's most likely too incompetent to be president, now, they're trying to say we don't get to have the audio or the video," Representative Hageman told The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson. Hageman: I think it's because so many of the institutions in Washington, DC are staffed with leftists as well. Merrick Garland is a hack. He's a political hack, and he's shown that over, and over, and over again. His willingness to ignore the law in order to protect Joe Biden and to further the Democrat agenda has been on display for the last several years. So, the reason we're seeking to hold him in contempt is we're trying to get a hold of the audio of the interview with Special Counsel Hur and Joe Biden. We already have the transcript. And now, they're trying to argue that there's some kind of executive privilege. Well, if they were going to argue that, they needed to argue it over the transcript. They don't get to give us the transcript, and then because the audio is so damning and shows Joe Biden as someone who's most likely too incompetent to be president, now, they're trying to say we don't get to have the audio or the video. So that's what this is about, because they don't get to determine in what, I guess mechanism, when we get the information. If they've already turned over the transcript, we're also entitled to the audio and video.
Conradson: I wanted to talk about that. Joe Biden tried to assert executive privilege over the audio. Are they again, trying to interfere in the election, make sure the American people can't hear him incoherently rambling?
Hageman: That is exactly what it is. They don't want the American public to see how Joe Biden is failing in terms of mental acuity. That's what this is about. We're trying to make sure that we have the audio because the finding of Mr. Hur was that he was essentially too incompetent to stand trial. That's what Mr. Hur found in his report. And if that's the case, then he's obviously too incompetent to be President of the United States. And so, reading a transcript, you're not going to see things like how often he paused, or how he looked confused, or how he slurred his words, all of those things, which I think are important, not only for our oversight responsibilities with the committee but also for the American public to see. They're entitled to see it.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is launching mobile billboards Saturday in Dallas targeting former President Trump for his rhetoric on gun violence and reform.

Maricopa County Recorder candidate Justin Heap destroyed incumbent RINO Stephen Richer Wednesday with one question for the audience during a debate at the Palo Verde Republican Women’s Club’s May 15 luncheon.
Heap asked the crowd to “raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle,” and nearly half the attendees raised their hand!
Heap: The fundamental and most important job of the County Recorder has to be to clean and maintain our voter rolls. And I suspect that, despite what Mr. Richer says, that he is cleaning it, that we are not doing it.
Now let me try to illustrate that. Please raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle. I’ve done this with hundreds of Republican groups; never fails that half the hands or a third of the hands go up. How does that happen if we are cleaning and maintaining our voter rolls? That is a massive error, and this is the reason that people do not trust the system. We are clearly not doing an effective job as you all just witnessed. I will clean up the voter rolls.

The Maricopa County Recorder oversees early voting in the County. Heap will face Richer in Arizona’s July 30 primary.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on election fraud in Maricopa County relating to mail-in ballots. This includes missing chain of custody documentation and forged signatures on phony mail-in ballots and ballots sent to the wrong addresses or even vacant lots.
The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson reported after reviewing a few hundred mail-in ballot signatures for votes that were counted in the stolen 2022 election that roughly 10% of ballots had questionable or outright fraudulent signatures:
Stephen Richer, who ran in 2020 claiming that he would stop election fraud in Maricopa County, now claims that the elections are not fraudulent and has come to be viewed as disgraceful among Republican voters for suing Kari Lake over her fraud claims.

“Dominion has the pattern of seeking to prevent me from being an attorney for my clients because I know too much, and I understand too much.” – Stefanie Lambert in court on Thursday.
Michigan attorney Stefanie Lambert faced a disqualification hearing in Dominion’s defamation case against Patrick Byrne on Thursday after Dominion filed a Motion to Disqualify her from representing Byrne, alleging she violated a protective order in the case.
Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock, is being sued over his claims of election fraud.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Lambert was arrested in Washington, D.C., earlier this year following another court hearing in Byrne’s case after she allegedly gave “evidence of numerous crimes” to law enforcement.
The arrest came after Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf, who has been actively investigating claims of voter fraud from the 2020 election, obtained confidential documents from the case. Lambert later admitted to passing materials to Sheriff Leaf, asserting that she was reporting a crime to law enforcement.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf has made a bold move by sending a letter to U.S. Representative Jim Jordan, urging a congressional investigation into what he alleges is evidence of “foreign interference” in the 2020 election.
Lambert was also indicted last year by Michigan Democrat officials for attempting to investigate one of the state’s voting machines following the 2020 election, which Dominion attorneys referenced in their argument to disqualify her from this case. "Every time I enter my appearance on one of these cases, Dominion or the [Michigan] Attorney General comes up with a new sham accusation," Lambert told the Judge, who was uninterested in hearing about the separate cases against Lambert unless it was Dominion using the accusations.
During the hearing to remove Lambert from this case for the seemingly unprecedented reason of violating a court order, Dominion attorneys desperately tried to justify their request despite having no standard or legal precedence. They admitted that there was no prior case law and claimed that Lambert's previous and future actions "might actually hinder" Dominion attorneys' "ability to do their job" and prove that Patrick Byrne defamed them by saying the 2020 election was stolen.
At one point, the far-left Dominion attorneys even presented a tweet by Byrne, in which he critiqued Judge Juan Merchan's unconstitutional gag order against President Trump. They ridiculously claimed Byrne violated the gag order in Trump's case by sharing a post by Trump and "spreading the information himself" and that he cannot be trusted to follow the Court's orders.
When the Judge questioned Lambert, she pleaded that she did not violate the order by turning over evidence of crimes, including alleged perjury by Dominion CEO John Poulos, to law enforcement. "Everyone can go to law enforcement and report crimes, and I have an oath and an obligation to do that," Lambert told the Judge. The Judge requested in the future that Lambert seek relief from the Court's order to turn over evidence of criminal misconduct found in discovery to law enforcement, and Lambert agreed.
However, Dominion attorneys argued, "she says to you now that she'll come to the court if she finds new evidence of criminal activity because she doesn't have to anymore," claiming that Sheriff Dar Leaf could have every document in his possession already, while seemingly not disputing the claims of criminal activity.
In another hysterical rant by Dominion attorneys to the Judge, they questioned Lambert's explanation that she and Patrick Byrne never expected Dominion to hand over evidence of criminal acts in discovery and did not believe that turning this evidence over to law enforcement would violate the protective order. Without disputing the notion that evidence of criminal acts was discovered, the attorney said the idea that Lambert will now follow the rules is "not credible" because the documents showed "apparently exactly what she and her client have been saying the documents would show."
After a short recess, the Judge ordered Patrick Byrne and Stefanie Lambert to desist from sharing or discussing confidential discovery material and to come to the Court with future questions or requests for relief. When Lambert asked the Judge on Byrne's behalf how to proceed if Byrne is asked by Congress, the DOJ, or law enforcement to cooperate with an investigation, the Judge told them to follow the strict guidelines of the protective order and file a request before sharing any confidential information.
Finally, the Judge said she would take the matter under advisement to issue a ruling at a later date and asked Dominion to file their exhibits by the close of business on Friday.
"Every time I have been targeted as a result of representing clients related to election matters, I win. The process plays out; it takes time, but eventually, truth and justice always prevail. I've won in the past, and I'm going to continue winning," Lambert told The Gateway Pundit after the hearing, making it clear that she will abide by the Court's order.
Due to the D.C. Court's effort to silence her, she could not say more about the case or evidence in discovery. "Truth and justice will prevail, but we have to abide by the court's order," she added. "I'm very carefully not addressing anything the court told me not to address."
When asked why Democrats and Dominion are trying to remove Lambert from representing election-related court cases, Byrne said, "She's the best and knows more about this than any lawyer in America." He continued, "Where the rubber meets the road, Stephanie has been the most energetic and devoted lawyer and has put the pieces together before any other lawyer in America has put them together."
Byrne maintains that "I was right about everything I said in November 2020."

A May KSTP/Survey USA poll showed Trump well within striking distance of President Biden in the North Star State, garnering 42 percent support to Biden’s 44 percent. Because Biden’s lead is within the survey’s ± 4.3 percent margin of error, it is a virtual tie.

The Democrats in Minnesota are so scared of Trump that they jumped on the trend of attempting to remove him from the ballot, citing the 14th Amendment. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the state Supreme Court rejected the attempt by disgruntled leftists to remove the leading political candidate from the ballot before the Primary Election.

Luna: I also want to point out that they're telling people that they can't have cameras in the courtroom, but if they have nothing to hide, and if they're truly being honest about this, why is it that you guys can't be in the courtroom and see exactly what we're seeing? Just because we're members of Congress does not mean we have authority more than you guys to know exactly what's happening in that courtroom. So, just an update: the President is doing well; he's in good spirits. We're here today because we know that this is nonsense and should not be happening in the United States of America.
Furthermore, to Cohen, who admitted to lying to members of Congress, that's contempt of Congress just so that you are tracking, and I want to follow it up by saying this: It is by no coincidence that you have Goldman, a member of House Oversight, who's a Democrat and prepared Cohen for his testimony, is also retained by the Judges daughter as a client. Does that seem like it's not a sham to you? It is corrupt lawfare. It's the Biden prosecutions, and Biden you're gonna lose this election cycle.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Biden made an appearance in Arizona in late 2022 before the plant opened to announce a $40 billion investment while visiting the computer chip plant while struggling to read off the teleprompter.
Earlier this year, Biden announced another $8.5 billion investment with Intel for a major CHIPS and Science Act award and gave a rambling incoherent speech to a few rows of people at the Intel Ocotillo Campus in Chandler, Arizona.
This came after DEI – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – killed the CHIPS Act.
“The Biden administration recently promised it will finally loosen the purse strings on $39 billion of CHIPS Act grants to encourage semiconductor fabrication in the U.S. But less than a week later, Intel announced that it’s putting the brakes on its Columbus factory. The Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has pushed back production at its second Arizona foundry. The remaining major chipmaker, Samsung, just delayed its first Texas fab.” The Hill reported.
“This is not the way companies typically respond to multi-billion-dollar subsidies. So what explains chipmakers’ apparent ingratitude? In large part, frustration with DEI requirements embedded in the CHIPS Act.” the Hill reported.

Eight months on, the Phoenix microchip plant – the centerpiece of Biden’s $52.7bn US hi-tech manufacturing agenda – is struggling to get online.
The plant’s owner Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the largest chip maker in the world, has pushed back plans to start manufacturing to 2025, blaming a lack of skilled labor. It is trying to fast-track visas for 500 Taiwanese workers. Unions, meanwhile, are accusing TSMC of inventing the skills shortage as an excuse to hire cheaper, foreign labor. Others point to safety issues at the plant.
The Arizona project is the flagship in the president’s efforts to tout the law’s effects and TSMC’s promised $40bn investment in US chip production plant is one of the largest foreign investments in US history and the largest ever in Arizona.
Despite the failure to launch, The Biden Administration celebrated increased funding under the CHIPS Act into TSMC's Arizona plant in a press release last month.
Now, the plant has exploded.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Wednesday morning, a barge also collided with the Pelican Island Bridge in Galveston, Texas.
Disasters in Biden's America are a regular occurrence.
AZ Central reports,
Firefighters from multiple departments responded to a reported hazardous materials call on Wednesday afternoon at the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company plant in north Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
Firefighters from the Phoenix, Glendale and Daisy Mountain fire departments were dispatched to TSMC, near Dove Valley and 43rd Avenue, about 2:30 p.m., according to Phoenix fire officials.
The call was made as a result of an explosion at the plant, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
One adult male, who was reported to be a worker at the site, was taken to a hospital for serious injuries, authorities said.

After tragically losing the 2020 General Election to Democrat Kweisi Mfume, she’s back on the general election ticket in 2024. This year, after redistricting, Kim Klacik is better positioned to win and help President Trump pass through his MAGA agenda. “These lines were drawn when a Republican held the seat, so we’re feeling very optimistic about it,” said Klacik.

Conradson: You broke onto the scene in 2020 with a bombshell video, you know, exposing the ruin of Baltimore nowadays. What's different about this year running for Congress?
Klacik: Well look, unfortunately, we have the same problems. And I think that's why we're back at it again. I mean, here we are four years later, and we're dealing with the same issues, whether it's crime and violence, a southern border that's not secured, we've got a problem with jobs, opportunities, the economy, gas prices are still high. And so, it's unfortunate that we're dealing with the same issues. And so we thought, You know what, we're gonna give it another go. As many people know, we had redistricting here in Maryland. I'm in the second congressional district. These lines were drawn when a Republican held the seat, so we're feeling very optimistic about it, and we definitely need a lot of people’s support going forward. But this is a time to send another Republican down to Capitol Hill within the Maryland delegation, and we're excited.
Conradson: I just came back from New Jersey where there were 100,000 people at Wildwood Beach for President Trump. How will that resonate to the region as a whole? Do you expect Maryland to go more red, possibly for President Trump, and how will that affect your race?
Klacik: I think so. I think, you know, a lot of people talked about the suburban women in 2020. But, if you listen to suburban women today, a lot of people are saying, ‘You know what, despite how I feel about his personality, I really want his policies.’ And there are a lot of women that are moms that are looking at what's going on in the schools, and parental rights is something that's very important, keeping female sports female; this is something that President Trump talks about often. And I think this is when we're gonna get a lot of suburban women supporting the Republican Party, supporting President Trump. As you said, you were in New Jersey, and I have to say, in New Jersey, you're gonna see some seats flip, and I think the governorship is going to flip. I think they're going to make it happen, and I think here in the state of Maryland we're going to see something similar.
Conradson: Another thing I notice, of course, soaring crime here in Baltimore, but I'm coming from Arizona. I wouldn't have expected to see every single day, day after day, I'm seeing more and more illegal immigrants here in Baltimore, out there in DC, They're flying them all over the country. What are you going to do in Congress to stop not only the soaring crime, but the illegal immigration crisis and flying illegals thousands of miles across the country?
Klacik: Yeah, it's time that we really do something about it. I mean, obviously, we have to secure the southern border. There are many people talking today saying, ‘look, we don't even feel like we have a border at this point because the way that it's open,’ and a lot of people are not gonna want to hear this, but it's going to be time for some deportations. We have a situation, a crisis, a humanitarian crisis that we cannot sustain at all, and it is taking a toll on our resources, our hospitals, our schools. And you know what? I want to put Americans first that's what it's about. It's about dealing with what's going on at home, and right now, I see us giving a ton of money to illegal immigrants, yet we're ignoring our children and some of these schools, we're ignoring our veterans, we're ignoring those that really have been here and has served our country, and we just can't do that anymore.
Conradson: One other thing I want to ask you about: my good friends, Alex Fahmy and LJ Fino, they have this New Gen 47 PAC. They're going to be holding pretty incredible events, historic events, you know, they have a rap concert coming up in June with Waka Flocka Flame in Miami. What do you think an event like that, a concert with Waka Flocka or other A-list famous rappers would have, what kind of impact do you think that would have on Baltimore City or Baltimore County?
Klacik: This is what we need. It's like we're winning the war when it comes to policies, but we’re also winning the culture war. People are tired of what they're seeing on a day-to-day basis. And just so people understand, even in black communities, we're seeing the crime and violence soar just like everywhere else. We don't want criminals in our neighborhood. We don't want to defund the police. We don't want to vilify our police. We love to back the blue, and so we gotta get back to common sense core values and our morals, and I think everybody can agree on that.

On Monday, Gomez posted another clip of herself running through a gay district neighborhood in St. Louis and saying, “In America, you can do anything you want, so don’t be weak and gay. Stay f*cking hard,” which apparently triggered a lot of Democrats. It’s pretty funny if you have a sense of humor unlike the libs…
Per Newsweek,
Gomez’s post sparked fury on social media, with many responding by subverting the phrase to “be strong and gay.”
A social media user wrote on X, formerly Twitter: “Yes, be strong and gay. And when weak people like Ms. Gomez try to make you feel weak, I’ll stand strong and straight with you instead of being weak and straight and pathetic like these bigoted losers who wish they were as hot as you.”
One called the message hateful, while another ridiculed Gomez for relaying her message while jogging in “hot pants and a bulletproof vest. Peak #Idiocracy achievement unlocked.”
Others responded sardonically, saying the phrase was accidentally humorous.
“You want to be gay? Fine be gay. Just don’t do it around children,” Gomez’s campaign director reportedly told NBC.

Video recordings provided exclusively to The Gateway Pundit by an undercover journalist show Nevada Senate candidate Sam Brown’s staffers revealing a hidden agenda to appeal to the RINO Establishment if he is sent to Washington, D.C.
RINO Sam Brown and America First Nevada Senate candidate Dr. Jeff Gunter are currently vying for President Trump’s endorsement and a win in the GOP primary for the U.S. Senate in Nevada.
In an undercover interview, unafilliated Nevada political consultant Woodrow Johnston noted that Trump’s endorsement “is so powerful if he endorses someone they’ll win the primary.”
The Gateway Pundit published an interview with Jeff Gunter, a real Trump supporter and Trump’s former ambassador to Iceland, earlier this year. We also reported that Sam Brown is financially backed by Americans for Prosperity, the Koch-backed group that staunchly supported Nikki Haley since last November; long-time Mitch McConnell donor Gregory Ciongoli; Thomas McInerney, a John Bolton megadonor who also backed DeSantis for President; and several other never-Trump donors.
“He’s a hardcore RINO, a Mitch McConnell guy, loves Nikki Haley and is funded by the same people,” said Gunter.
In the interviews below, taken at the 2024 Nevada GOP Convention, Sam Brown Field Director Nikolas Madison confirms that Brown will "absolutely" stand "with the Establishment." When asked if he'd do that, Madison responded, "I 100% believe so." He also agreed that members of Congress need to vote against Trump and thinks Sam Brown "is capable of recognizing the situation."
The Gateway Pundit contacted Nikolas Madison, but he did not immediately provide comment.
Campaign Manager Faith Jones, who agrees that Nevada is "definitely a Trump state," said that Sam Brown is "just a mix" and does not fall in the pro-Trump camp after the undercover journalist said, "I hope he's definitely more of an Establishment [candidate]." During the interview, Jones suspiciously looked around, apparently to make sure she wasn't overheard, while noting that the Trumpers at the Nevada GOP Convention will "get you."
Jones could not be reached for comment.
In another cut, Nikolas Madison again says that Brown is not fully running on a pro-Trump platform, but "he's not like against everything that Trump says," implying that he is against Trump—just not all the way. Madison also said he does not know if Sam Brown voted for Trump in the presidential race.
Meanwhile, Sam Brown publicly claims that he looks forward to "working with President Trump to return hope, security, and opportunity to Nevadans."

Finally, the video concludes with Woodrow Johnston, a political consultant, telling the undercover reporter, "[Trump's] endorsement is so powerful if he endorses someone they'll win the primary." Is this why Sam Brown is secretly pro-Establishment?
Johnston told The Gateway he is not affiliated with the Sam Brown campaign in any capacity and stands by his statement that Trump's endorsement is the most powerful in the state of Nevada.
Based on Sam Brown's Establishment backers and admissions by his team that he is not going to back Trump's agenda in DC, it is safe to say that he is an Establishment RINO.

They're tired of open borders and illegals coming in and using our resources up. They're tired of the corruption in the Biden administration. They are tired of people trying to take Donald Trump and remove him from the ballot, trying to impeach him, trying to phony up law cases against him that aren't true. They're just tired of it all. They want a fair election, and they want to save America.
Conradson: Speaking of illegal immigration, I come from Arizona, where we have illegals all over the place. What do the people of New Jersey think about the illegals that are overrunning their state under Biden's watch?
Van Drew: They know that is money that would go to take care of veterans, that money that would go to put into our Social Security fund, that would go into Medicare, that would go into our defense — all good things. That money is going to illegal immigrants to pay for their transportation, to pay for their housing, to pay for their medical care, and in some cases to subsidize their college education. People can't afford to educate their own kids, and they're working two and three jobs. Come on! I believe in America, and it is America first. That's a great thing. And it's good. You know what? They try to make MAGA a bad thing. MAGA, Make America Great Again. What the hell was wrong with that? That is great. America is great. America is a gift from God. Conradson: And we see what they're trying to do with Trump, trying to take him off the ballot, trying to put him in prison. What kind of impact is that having on the voters in New Jersey? Do they see through the noise?
Van Drew: I think they do see through the noise. There is a backlash. They tried to impeach him; it didn't work. Then they tried to take him off the ballot; totally illegal and didn't work. I guess they learned that from Putin in Russia. Then they are trying now to really create these phony cases that are nothing burgers. There's nothing there. But they're just trying to stop him from being able to campaign. They are deathly afraid of telling the truth. They don't want to hear the truth. They don't want the swamp and the cesspool that's Washington, DC, to be revealed. But we're going to reveal it. America is going to be born again, man. You have all of NYPD’s finest down here because of this travesty going on in that courtroom. Meanwhile, the citizens of New York are less safe, and the district attorney in New York is not prosecuting real crime. He's a Soros-backed DA going after his chief political rival. Donald Trump. America is better than this. And so unfortunately, it's going to take the American people this November to let their voices be heard on this travesty of justice that's occurring and making sure that Donald Trump is the 47th President of the United States. You are seeing where the weaponization of what was the Department of Justice, now the Department of Injustice, has continued to be utilized against the American people and against the President of The United States. They see this for what it is without any actual substance whatsoever. Keep in mind, they keep actually talking about the FEC violations. But when you're utilizing personal funds or utilizing a trust, that is not campaign funding there is no violation, which is why the FEC never actually even pursued this. And so, I think the American people see this for what it is. They want to keep President Trump off the campaign trail. They're seeing what's happening in the swing states across America. And they're seeing exactly that this is draining down assets and resources that can be utilized by the President to continue to forge ahead to build a stronger economy, to secure our border, and to get our nation back on track. This is a sham, and that is the only thing this is Michael Cohen has no credibility, no integrity, and this is weaponization against our president.

A Wisconsin elementary school teacher was arrested on charges of first-degree child sex assault Wednesday after the victim’s parents found text messages with the 11-year-old 5th-grade student discussing their touching and “making out.”
Police also reportedly found a folder with the boy’s name on it, which contained handwritten notes between the victim and the teacher, Madison Bergmann, talking about their kissing.
Bergmann reportedly told police that she received the child’s phone number during winter break after the family invited her on a vacation to the Afton Alps. Per the New York Post, Bergmann’s social media shows that she became engaged to Sam Hickman the same month as the trip.
Bergman has since been put on administrative leave and barred from contacting any minors, including the victim.

Right now, 24-year old Madison Bergman is out of jail. She’s out on a $25,000 signature bond. She’s charged with first degree child sex assault. Now, here’s how we got to this point. Police say that Bergman’s abuse of this fifth grade student came to light really just in a matter of days. The male victim’s parents found text messages between him and Bergman on Monday morning. Then on Wednesday, the parents brought those texts to River Crest Elementary School Administrators. Those texts include conversations about the two kissing, touching, making out.
Bergman was questioned on Wednesday. She told investigators she was given the child’s phone number after a trip to Afton Alps with the child’s family. She was then placed under arrest that very same day. Bergman’s been ordered to have no contact with the victim or with anybody under the age of 18. She’s also been ordered to wear a GPS monitoring device. She’s due back in court here in St. Croix County on May 30.
Sam Hickman, who was engaged to Bergmann this July, described the situation to a friend as “f*cked up.” The soon-to-be newlyweds have called their wedding off.

Madison Bergmann and her betrothed, Sam Hickman, were due to tie the knot in July — but the revelation of her sick love affair with one of her 11-year-old students has halted any plans of a flowery ceremony.
“He says it’s f–ked up that she cheated with a little kid,” the friend told The Post.
“He’s really really hurt. Not talking too much about it, just like ‘this is f–ked up’.”
The 24-year-old teacher was busted after the victim’s parents found texts between the pair, according to charging documents.

Google is reportedly censoring a new pro-Trump MAGA PAC ad that exposes Joe Biden’s prioritization of illegal “newcomers to America” over Americans being crushed by inflation.
According to Trump surrogates and supporters who are calling on supporters to make the video go viral, Google took down the ad, claiming it violates their guidelines.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the State of Michigan, under Biden-ally Governor Gretchen Whitmer, is offering $500 in taxpayer money to house illegal aliens as it struggles with the pressure of Biden’s invasion.
“The Newcomer Rental Subsidy program provides Refugees and other Newcomer population-eligible households with rental assistance up to $500 per month for up to 12 months, with eligibility based on immigration status and household income,” The Office of Global Michigan’s website states.
Per Daily Mail, “Congresswoman Lisa McClain of Michigan sent a letter to Biden calling the scheme a ‘slap in the face’ to the state’s taxpayers and a way of ‘rolling out the red carpet’ for illegal migrants.”
This news comes as the American economy is failing. GDP dropped faster than expected in the first quarter of 2024 and came in at half the rate of Q4 2023, while inflation rose to 3.7% in the first quarter.
Yet, Joe Biden says it’s India, Japan, Russia, and China who are failing economically “because they’re xenophobic,” but the US economy is “growing” because we roll out the red carpet to illegal immigrants paid for by you.
According to a recent poll, 70% of voters in swing states say that the United States economy is on the "wrong track." 51% of voters say they trust Trump more on the economy, while just 36% say Biden.
The advertisement shows a Biden phone banker calling a voter who is upset that "everything costs more," including rent.
The Biden volunteer then looks to her talking points, which read, "Biden is helping to pay rent for newcomers to America [do not say immigrants]."
The voter responds, "You mean illegal immigrants? I'm struggling to pay my bills, but Biden's paying rent for illegals? They get handouts, and I'm paying for it!" He continues, "Things were better before Biden. I'm voting for Trump.

RNC Chief Counsel Charlie Spies is reportedly leaving after he was apparently “pushed out,” according to sources.
As reported by Joe Hoft, Spies is a rabid Never Trumper, who joined forces with Hillary attorney Marc Elias in 2016 to label Trump a threat to Democracy, called Trump a grifter, accused him of trying to make money by being president (remember Trump didn’t even take a salary), repeatedly claimed there was no fraud in the 2020 election, celebrated Biden’s 81 million vote heist, and supported those campaigning against Trump in this election cycle.
Spies has appeared on CNN and on an election integrity panel at CPAC in 2021, claiming that elections "can't be rigged." He also admitted that Marc Elias is a friend and that he said elections were secure at the request of Elias before Hillary Clinton and the Democrats pushed their Russian Collusion hoax in 2016.

Spies was previously described by a campaign official as “the best at what he does, knows the FEC loopholes better than anyone” but a “gun for hire."
However, Spies was not a fan of the former president.
He previously worked for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis during the GOP primary. The longtime Republican lawyer is known for expanding the use of super PACs after the landmark Citizens United decision.
Spies was also behind Right to Rise, the super PAC that Jeb Bush used during the 2016 cycle to raise a record-breaking $100 million in the months before formally announcing his candidacy. Spies filed a complaint in 2015 with the Federal Election Commission against the Trump Organization while in his super PAC role.

A vehicle crashed into a White House barricade at high speed on Saturday night, leaving the driver dead, per Secret Service.
According to a statement, a Secret Service investigation is ongoing, but there was no threat to the White House. An investigation into the fatal crash “will be turned over to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department Crash Investigation Unit.”
It is still unclear what caused the car collision.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, another vehicle crashed into the White House gates in January. The driver was taken into custody.

STATEMENT ON VEHICLE CRASH AT WHITE HOUSE
Shortly before 10:30pm on May 4th, a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed collided with an outer perimeter gate on the White House complex. Security protocols were implemented as officers cleared the vehicle and attempted to render aid to the driver who was discovered deceased. There was no threat to the White House. The fatal crash portion of this will be turned over to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department Crash Investigation Unit and the Secret Service investigation continues.

A vehicle had crashed into a security barrier around the White House, police said. As of now, the incident is being investigated as a traffic crash.

James O’Keefe on Friday released a video of himself confronting CIA project manager Amjad Fseisi over statements he made about the CIA withholding information from President Trump.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, O’Keefe Media Group on Wednesday released part one: Exposing the CIA: A project manager working in cyber operations told OMG’s undercover journalist that the Director of the CIA would keep information from Trump.
He also said the CIA spied on Trump’s presidency and is still monitoring him to this day.
“So the agencies kind of, like, all got together and said, we’re not gonna tell Trump…Director of the CIA would keep [information from Trump]…” Amjad Fseisi, a project manager working in Cyber Operations for the CIA with top-secret security clearance told an undercover journalist.
“We kept information from him… he’s the biggest f*cking idiot.”
Amjad Fseisi said Trump is a “Russian asset” – “He’s owned by the f*cking Russians,” he told the undercover journalist.
When O'Keefe played the undercover footage in front of him and asked, "That's you, is it not?" Fseisi responded, "It looks like me," but would not confirm that it was him. He further claimed that he never said what he's on camera saying!
Fseisi just denied everything, including his top secret security clearance, and claimed he is not privy to the information he previously shared and that it's all "unbeknownst to me."
Eventually, he walked away from O'Keefe until driving off in his car.

Democrat state lawmakers in Arizona are under fire for hosting the “first ever” drag story hour, presented by “gender-nonconforming” Rep. Lorena Austin and Planned Parenthood Arizona, in the basement of the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
Rep. Austin reportedly goes by “she/they/ella pronouns.”
OnenTen Phoenix, a group that purports to “serve LGBTQ youth and young adults ages 11-24,” also hosted an “LGBTQ+ Youth Day” for children as young as 13 years old at the Arizona Capitol on Wednesday. According to Fox, Austin helped organize this event.
According to Arizona House Democrats, who celebrated the sexualization and indoctrination of children, “Around 30 kids and teenagers” were in attendance.

A video of the drag event posted on X shows what appears to be a male drag queen telling a story about New York-based transgender activist Pauline Park while urging drag story hour-goers to “listen to your kids” and explaining his unscientific opinion that adults can change their gender on a whim multiple times in their lifetime.

That’s one of the things when the whole topic of kids being trans, come up. ‘Don’t listen.’ Listen to your kids because I can tell you, I knew from a very young age, very, very young age. And had the resources been there, had the language been there, had all the things that are available today been there, things might have been very different for me — instead of waiting 35 years. And adults change pronouns all the time. Adults, as we grow, and as we mature, and as we figure sh*t out, we may go from identifying as, you know, within the binary, and then we decide, ‘You know what? Arizona Senate Republicans reacted on X, saying, “WARNING: THIS CONTENT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. Arizona Democrat lawmakers teamed up with Planned Parenthood to host ‘Drag Story Hour’ at the Capitol to encourage parents to transition their kids. This is ahead of LGBTQ+ YOUTH Day at the Capitol tomorrow. Your taxpayer dollars are hard at work to push child indoctrination and woke ideology onto our citizens. The madness must stop.”
State Senator Justine Wadsack slammed the Democrats for using tax dollars to host this desecration of the Arizona Capitol Chamber and called on House Members to file an ethics complaint and expel Loreta Austin. Senator Anthony Kern responded, “I second that motion!!”

In a statement posted to X, Planned Parenthood Arizona said in response to Toma that it’s another example “of Speaker Toma showing how out of touch he is with the values of Arizonans & their support for the LGTBQ community.”
“At Planned Parenthood Arizona, we are proud to offer gender-affirming care services and provide essential health care to everyone,” the group said. “We thank Rep. Lorena Austin for being a staunch ally and for their continued support in our fight for reproductive freedom. We will be sure to invite Speaker Toma to the next Drag Story Hour.”
State Sen. John Kavanaugh told Fox News Digital that it was the first time anything like the drag event had happened at the Capitol.
“And it wouldn’t have happened had they been truthful and said they wanted to have a drag queen story hour,” he said. “I mean, that in and of itself, is so inflammatory and controversial, which is probably why they didn’t mention that. So, it was the fact that they were deceptive in the explanation.”

President Joe Biden’s deputies are trying to force transgenderism into workplaces via updated federal workplace guidelines that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released. The pro-Trump New Gen 47 PAC has announced exclusively to The Gateway Pundit that rapper Waka Flocka Flame will hold a performance at their launch event in Miami, Florida on June 14, which also coincides with President Trump’s birthday and Flag Day in the United States.
The June 14 concert will be held at the NoMi Village in North Miami.
Waka Flocka Flame is an Atlanta-based rapper who, according to Genius, “became a mainstream artist with the release of his hit club-bangers “O Let’s Do It”, “Hard in da Paint”, and “No Hands” featuring Wale and Roscoe Dash, with the latter peaking at number 13 on the US Billboard Hot 100. All were singles included on his debut studio album Flockaveli, released on October 5th, 2010. His second studio album Triple F Life: Friends, Fans & Family was released in 2012 and was preceded by the lead single “Round of Applause” featuring now renowned rapper Drake. When asked what effect the first concert in support of Trump by an A-list entertainer will have, Fino responded, "I think it's going to open the floodgates to other artists doing the same. In a unanimous ruling, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that the Maricopa County Superior Court and Arizona Court of Appeals wrongfully sanctioned the Arizona Republican party in awarding attorney fees against them over a lawsuit challenging Maricopa County’s post-election hand-count audit procedures.
“We hold that the attorney fees award was improper because Petitioners’ claim was not groundless, thus obviating any need to determine whether the claim was made in the absence of good faith,” Justice John Lopez writes in the court’s opinion.
“During times of social and political contention and strife, we must be mindful that our courts provide a means of resolving such conflicts when issues are legitimately presented. By sanctioning parties and their lawyers for bringing debatable, long-shot complaints, courts risk chilling legal advocacy and citizens raising ‘questions’ under the guise of defending the rule of law. Even if done inadvertently and with the best of intentions, such sanctions present a real and present danger to the rule of law,” the ruling also states.

The lawsuit was filed more than a week after the 2020 election and argued that the state law requiring limited post-election hand-count audits conflicted with the state’s Elections Procedures Manual, making it illegal to select ballots for the audit from voting centers instead of by precinct.
State law requires each county to hand count 1% of all early ballots, as well as the ballots from 2% of precincts after each election. The Election Procedures Manual issued by the secretary of state permits counties that use voting centers instead of precincts, a list that includes Maricopa County, to hand count the ballots from 2% of voting centers instead.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah dismantled the legal arguments that the AZGOP and its attorneys made. In addition to ignoring the law and the legislature’s intent when allowing for voting centers, Hannah said the Republican Party sought a remedy that the law doesn’t allow and waited far too long to file its suit.
The judge also said the party demonstrated it was not motivated by sincerely challenging a public policy, but instead by making a political case and sowing distrust about Arizona’s elections.
However, the Supreme Court opines, “We cannot countenance the trial court’s rigid delineation between the motives underlying election litigation— ‘political’ reasons, which invite sanction under § 12-349, and ‘legal or factual’ justifications, which are permissible.” It continues, “The desire to vindicate a legal right—even if in the election context and animated exclusively by political motives—is not relevant, much less per se sanctionable. Courts should focus on the legal and factual merits of a claim and the party’s and attorney’s conduct in the course of the litigation.”
“The trial court emphasized in its ruling that Petitioners’ gravest transgression and ‘direct evidence of bad faith’ was ‘[u]ndercutting the election’s legitimacy by raising “questions,”‘ which it characterized as ‘a threat to the rule of law posing as an expression of concern.’ But ‘raising questions’ by petitioning our courts to clarify the meaning and application of our laws and noting the potential consequences of the failure to do so—particularly in the context of our elections—is never a threat to the rule of law, even if the claims are charitably characterized as ‘long shots.’”
They further slam the trial court, writing, “the trial court dismissively described Petitioners’ interpretation of § 16-602(B) as ‘barely colorable’ despite its avowed disinterest in the merits and lack of substantive analysis.”
John Hannah is the same partisan Judge who, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, ordered the Cyber Ninjas firm to pay a $50K per day fine until it turns over records from their review of the Maricopa County forensic audit to the far-left Arizona Republic propaganda rag.

Organizers have launched a second recall effort against RINO Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, citing his ties to the Chinese Communist Party and opposition to measures that will secure elections in Wisconsin.
Robin Vos did nothing about the massive 2020 election fraud as Speaker of The Assembly, and he has fought vigorously to keep corrupt Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) Administrator Meagan Wolfe in office. “We want to get Megan Wolfe out now” before she can fudge with the 2024 General Election, an organizer of the recall previously told The Gateway Pundit.
Recall that On November 4th, 2021, Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling recommended charges against five members of the WEC for committing voter fraud in Wisconsin nursing homes by casting votes for incapacitated or mentally incompetent patients, who otherwise wouldn’t have voted lawfully while Special Voting Deputies, tasked with helping nursing home patients vote, were deemed nonessential under the COVID guidelines and barred from nursing homes to do the job of securing voting rights and preventing elder abuse. Meanwhile, other “essential workers” like food delivery and different first-world service providers were allowed into the buildings.
According to Schmaling, WEC officials knew that they “needed the flexibility to violate the law” and that they “instruct[ed] county clerks to break the law” over a recorded Zoom call.
Vos previously “violated Assembly rules” by delaying a Senate-approved resolution to impeach Megan Wolfe, then sent the resolution to a committee where he knew it would never see a vote on the floor, according to one Wisconsin State Legislator who asked to remain anonymous. Before this, Vos refused to pursue Wolfe’s impeachment and then folded while giving the appearance that he was moving forward with impeachment to appease local media and constituents.
President Trump, in a recent interview, said Meagan Wolfe “should be gone” and slammed Robin Vos for “allowing her to be there.”
The efforts to oust Vos come after it was recently discovered that he sits on the Chinese Communist Party-tied State Legislative Leaders Foundation Board of Directors, which participates in “subnational legislative exchanges” to influence American State Legislators and further the CCP’s interests. Likely because of this, Vos has also “not moved on legislation to hold China accountable when he’s had multiple opportunities to do so,” the Legislator told The Gateway Pundit.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the Recall Vos Campaign’s effort to recall the embattled Speaker, which collected more than 10,000 signatures, far surpassing the necessary 7,000 signatures. However, “‘Robin ‘CCP’ Vos narrowly escaped” this recall effort after “[the] Wisconsin Election Commission threw out over 2,000 signatures without reason and also stated that more than 4,000 were out of the district,” said one of the organizers.
"The Recall Vos organization lacked the full infrastructure to combat the challenges, so we acquiesced and launched recall 2.0 with the Racine Recall Committee. This time around, Colonel Conrad Reynolds (USA ret) has been in charge from the beginning and has implemented procedures and processes to help ensure the recall 2.0 process goes smoothly from beginning to end," the organizers told The Gateway Pundit. "

In a new development, State Representative Janel Brandtjen recently issued a press release highlighting Vos' affiliation with CCP-linked organizations and a 2020 warning from then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo of China's infiltration of U.S. politicians on Monday.
"Despite such warnings, Speaker Vos participated in at least two trips under the sponsorship of CCP associates: a 2016 trip to Wuhan funded to the tune of almost $14,000 by the State Legislators Leadership Foundation (SLLF) and a 2023 trip to Copenhagen sponsored by the Energy Foundation China. While based in San Francisco, this nonprofit organization is recognized for its links to CCP initiatives, focusing on climate change discussions between the United States and China," said Brantjen.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken also recently raised alarms over evidence suggesting that China is actively attempting to influence and potentially interfere with the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election.
Recall that Vos previously kicked Brantjen out of the GOP caucus and the Assembly Elections Committee she chaired because of her efforts to get to the bottom of the stolen 2020 Election. Brantjen also slammed Vos late last year for his Assembly rule violations and likely "intent to delay" Meagan Wolfe's impeachment.

Madison – State Representative Janel Brandtjen has issued the following statement in response to Speaker Vos’ compromise with CCP interests:
“Today, I wish to draw attention to the concerning ties between Speaker Robin Vos and organizations linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This relationship not only raises serious questions about potential compromises but also poses a significant threat to our state’s legislative integrity and sovereignty.
In a crucial address in Madison in September 2020, then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo highlighted the CCP's ambitions to sway American opinions towards Beijing's authoritarianism. Pompeo warned, ‘Know that when you are approached by a Chinese diplomat, it is likely not in the spirit of cooperation or friendship. If you’re offered a trip to China when the pandemic travel restrictions are lifted, you should ask who is paying for the trip and if that person is directly or indirectly linked to the Chinese Communist Party. These approaches may happen from Chinese nationals or Americans working with CCP-linked interests.’ He emphasized, ‘We watch the CCP campaigns targeting state-level officials and local interests. We’ve seen them at PTA meetings; they have been in full swing for years, and they’re increasing in intensity.’

Pompeo’s observation that the CCP's influence campaigns are ‘increasing in intensity’ and targeting state-level officials was further exemplified in October 2019. As President of the National Convention of State Legislators, Vos openly praised Li Xiaolin of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, stating, ‘Madame Li has traveled to more than 100 countries on the face of the planet advocating for her special relationship to make sure that people understand all of the things that China is doing to improve people around the world.’
The most alarming demonstration of potential compromise occurred in 2024 when Speaker Vos influenced the legislative process to obstruct AB269, a bill intended to restrict Chinese ownership of Wisconsin farmland. This decision poses a direct question about whose interests Speaker Vos truly represents.
It is imperative that we scrutinize these relationships and ensure our leaders are not unduly influenced by foreign interests contrary to American values.”

Jerone Davison is a former NFL Running Back who played college ball at Arizona State University before hitting the pros with the Oakland Raiders and spending three decades as a pastor.
As a MAGA political outsider, Davison is running for a House seat in Congressional District 4, the same district his Alma Mater, ASU, is located, and his campaign has continued to pick up steam. He’s won multiple straw polls in the district, and he’s hoping for a shot to square off against Democrat Rep. Greg Stanton, an incumbent who’s been a rubber stamp for the Biden administration’s widely unpopular agenda.
It can be recalled that Davison released an ad for his 2022 congressional campaign, defending gun rights and exposing Democrats as the party of white supremacy and the KKK. “When this rifle is the only thing standing between your family and a dozen angry Democrats in Klan hoods, you just might need that semi-automatic and all 30 rounds,” says Davison.
Davison previously told The Gateway Pundit, “When I grew up in the south, the KKK would be coming through, and everybody in our community would be scared and afraid, but I wasn’t afraid because my father had guns in the house and guns made me feel safe.” He continued, “The past is still relevant today because the Democrats are still terrorists.”
Davison: Democrats like to say that no one needs an AR15 for self-defense, that no one could possibly need all 30 rounds. But when this rifle is the only thing standing between your family and a dozen angry Democrats in Klan hoods, you just might need that semi-automatic and all 30 rounds.

This time, he's back with a new strategy and RC Maxwell, a stalwart conservative, young father, and pro-Trump consultant, advising his campaign
"In 2022, Davison was a virtual unknown and still garnered a good chunk of votes," Maxwell told The Gateway Pundit. "Since then, he's remained active in the district and has become one of many grassroots leaders here at the local level. If Davison wins this primary, Stanton is toast!"
In order to face Stanton in November, he’ll have to beat Marine Corps veteran Kelly Cooper, a moderate Republican who lost to Stanton in 2022, and Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a family doctor who refused to attend the Republican National Convention as an Arizona State Delegate in 2016 over the nomination of Donald Trump. Jasser previously said, "I could not stomach casting a ballot for Mr. Trump.”
Recent debates have provided a lot of clarity about the candidates' stances on hot-button policy issues.
A clip of each candidate answering a question on Ukraine funding has been viewed thousands of times on Twitter. Davison is the only candidate to oppose the controversial bill recently passed in the House, where Ukraine was given another $61 billion handout by Republican leadership without a single capitulation from Democrats.

"I'm for ending funding to Ukraine," Davison said in the debate on PBS. "We haven't seen the President and European nations come together and try a thing called diplomacy. I think the bank of America should be closed for this war. I want to focus on the American people first. We have a border crisis that's never been seen before," he added after saying the U.S. was funding the "wasting of lives."
Cooper said funding shouldn't be cut immediately while likening Ukraine to an ally. Jasser took it a step further, saying cutting aid now "doesn't make any sense" before adding that "the best thing for the American economy is what's happening in South Korea. That little investment that we have, whether its foreign aid or into our military budget, has a significant impact on securing our own country."
Davison has also pledged not to accept money from big Pharma, saying that "dirty money is the root of evil in politics."
Clearly, he is the only candidate who embodies the concept of America First.
Davison’s populist approach is one of the reasons he’s gotten the attention of Trump confidant and seasoned political veteran Roger Stone, who called Davison an "outsider, a straight shooter, and an excellent candidate."
Something else creating buzz around Davison is his "Pledge to PCs," a multi-plank pledge in which he has promised to consult Republican leaders in his district before making major votes, offer his tax returns, and help conservative Republicans fundraise in their precincts instead of simply raising funds for House Republicans.
The only pro-Trump candidate for CD-4 just qualified for the ballot.

Congressional District 4 was redistricted in 2020 and is a toss-up with a voting index of D+2. This means whoever the Republican nominee is will have more than a fighting chance to unseat Stanton, who has yet to push back on Biden's radical agenda. Stanton is locked in step with Democrats on every vote and recently said Biden gave a "good, passionate, energetic speech" at this year's State of the Union.
Davison followed up his debate performance by also shining at a candidate forum where he stated his support for an immigration moratorium while imploring voters to send someone to Congress “with a backbone willing to say to say ‘no,'" referring to bills where Republicans make concessions without anything to show.

According to recent polling data, President Trump currently leads Joe Biden in six of the seven key swing states expected to determine the November General Election. Michigan is the only state where Trump trails Biden in the swing state poll.
Trump leads Biden by four points in Wisconsin and is down two points to Biden in Michigan. Seventy-one percent of voters in the states polled say the United States economy is on the “wrong track,” and 51% of voters say they trust Trump more on the economy, while just 36% say Biden.
