CNN’s Anderson Cooper said Thursday has admitted that he would doubt the credibility of Donald Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, after he provided testimony during the president’s criminal trial in New York.

Discussing the trial with CNN legal analyst Elie Honig, Cooper agreed with the prevailing view that Cohen had crumbled under cross-examination from Trump’s defense lawyer, Todd Blanche.

The transcript went as follows:

COOPER: Throughout the day, Michael Cohen, when cornered, he found himself in a corner he does have a pattern of suddenly not understanding the question being asked are seemingly kind of, I mean, one could say buying time to try to figure out what, how he wants to answer. But he definitely suddenly starts to have Todd Blanche repeat questions saying, ‘I don’t quite understand what you mean, I’m confused by the question.’ But this time, Michael Cohen was cornered in what appeared here to be a lie, I think to many in the room.

You could tell the import of the moment and everyone in the courtroom could tell and if you were unaware of it, the clicking of every of every reporters’ in the room typewriters, it was like a crescendo because the drama of the moment was so clear to everybody.

HONIG: Let me ask you if if I can put you in the jury box, having just witnessed that piece of cross-examination, do you have doubts that that conversation happened the way Michael Cohen testified?

COOPER: Absolutely. Absolutely. I think it’s devastating for Michael Cohen’s credibility on this, I mean on this one particular topic. It’s hard too, I don’t know. Yes. I think if I was a juror in this case watching that, I would think, this guy’s making this up as he’s going along or he’s making this particular story up.

In a separate clip, Honig concurred that Cohen, himself a convicted perjurer, had had his “knees chopped out” by Trump’s attorney.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a star cooperating witness get his knees chopped out quite as clearly and dramatically as what just happened with Michael Cohen,” he explained. “I’ve certainly seen very effective cross-examinations of cooperating witnesses. I’ve seen aspects of their story cut into and called into question.”

If even far-left CNN are doubting credibility of their star witness, this does not bode well for the prosecution led by the Manhattan’s leftist District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

GASLIGHTING: Gavin Newsom Boasts Lawless California is The ‘National Model’ on Solving Homelessness

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is either delusional or gaslighting people. Or both.

Speaking at an event this week to announce a $3.3 billion fund to help California tackle homelessness, Newsom boasted that his state served as a “national model” for solving the issue.

“The state of California saw a decline in veteran’s homelessness,” said Newsom. “We have a national model.”

In March, California voters approved Proposition 1, which aims to expand mental health treatment to those living on the streets as well as provide housing for those at risk of becoming homeless.

“What Proposition 1 did is that it reinforced that model, provided more resources to advance that model, and we’re very excited to get those dollars to work,” Newsom explained.

He continued:

Five years ago, there was no homeless strategy, no homeless plan. The state of California was not involved in these issues. To be fair, there was a half-a-billion appropriation that went out to the cities and counties with no accountability, no oversight, and no measured results – that was the first time the state put in a few bucks.

We had a mental health services act… but it outlived the world we’re living in. We were listless, and it was pretty self-evident. The cities and counties were overwhelmed by what was happening on the streets and sidewalks. We said, we need to do more as a state. The cities and counties cannot do this alone… It’s about more than just money, it’s about resourcefulness, it’s about doing things that we were precluded from doing.

Despite his boastful rhetoric, California is widely acknowledged to have the most serious homelessness problem in the entire country, with many areas more reminiscient of an apocalyptic film than one of the wealthiest places on earth.

An audit carried out last month found that the state has spent a staggering $24 billion on homeless programs only for the problem to keep getting worse. There are currently an estimated 180,000 homeless people across the state, amounting to a 53 percent rise over the past decade.

Rep. Greg Murphy Says He Has ‘Some Evidence’ Biden Was ‘Jacked Up’ on Drugs For His Bizarre State of the Union Address (VIDEO)

Rep. Greg Murphy (R-NC) says that Joe Biden was “jacked up” on drugs during his State of the Union Address earlier this year and that he has the evidence to prove it.

In an interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Murphy, also a practicing urologist, said that Biden must have taken drugs in order to sustain himself through the speech.

The conversation went as follows:

MURPHY: I’ll just be very plain and simple. I was in the State of the Union address, and Joe Biden must’ve been jacked up on something that day. I absolutely believe that from a medical viewpoint, and actually have a little bit of good knowledge that that happened. He can’t stand it. He can’t stand under the lights for that long, and I don’t think he can keep a concept in his brain that long.

It is going to be important that President Trump stays presidential, he did that during the last debate, he did not do that during the first debate. That he stays on track, that he shows the American people how much worse they are from four years ago and what this president has done to destroy this country. He just has to stay in his lane and act presidential, sometimes he can get off on a wheel, we all know that and love that about him. But Biden will falter and falter if he doesn’t have things right in front of him telling him what to do.

BARTIROMO: What do you mean when you say he was jacked up at the State of the Union?

MURPHY: I believe they gave him something to help him sustain the lights and sustain the vigor that he had. That was not Joe Biden. I was in there. He screamed for two hours. He screamed for two hours. And maybe we can talk offline and I’ll show you something that I think that proves that.”

BARTIROMO: You’ll show me what?

MURPHY: I think I can have some evidence that shows he was given something before that.

BARTIROMO: In terms of a medicine or?

MURPHY: Joe is 82, there’s a picture of him taken last week without his make up on. And guess what, he looks like an 82 year old. You can see his surgical scar on the back where he had his face lift, you can see that very plainly. He is being manufacturered and puppetereed by the Democratic Party to be president of the United States. And I fully believe that has to do sometimes with pharmacology.

BARTIROMO: Congressman I’m going to follow up on that, I’d like to see more of that. That is really compelling.

Murphy is not alone in his suspicions. Trump himself has claimed that Biden must have been under the influence of an unknown substance and even suggested he take a drug test.

“He’s obviously, he’s being helped some way, because most of the time, he looks like he’s falling asleep,” Trump said in an interview back in April. “And all of a sudden, he walked up there and did a poor job. But he was all jacked up.”

The North Carolina state Senate voted along party lines Wednesday to ban anyone from wearing masks in public, even for health reasons.

Republican supporters of the ban said it would help law enforcement crack down on protesters who wear masks. They say demonstrators are abusing COVID-19 pandemic-era practices to hide their identities following a wave of pro-Palestine protests nationwide and at North Carolina universities.

The Democratic Senator for New Jersey, Bob Menendez, attempted to shift blame onto his wife during opening statements at his ongoing corruption trial.

Menendez went on trial for corruption this week and is facing 18 criminal counts, including bribery, extortion, wire fraud, obstruction of justice, and acting as a foreign agent.

His lawyer, Avi Weitzman, told the jury that his wife Nadine had “kept him in the dark” about financial matters and that they led separate lives.

“Let me say this about Nadine: Nadine had financial concerns that she kept from Bob,” he said. “The government’s allegations that the senator sold his office and his loyalty to this country are outrageously false. Bob was doing his job, and he was doing it right.”

However, prosecutor Lara Pomerantz accused Menendez of putting “his power up for sale” and using his wife as a middleman in his trade of political influence for money, gold bars, and other valuables.

“For years he betrayed the people he was supposed to serve by taking bribes,” she said. “This was not politics as usual. This was politics for profit. This was a United States senator on the take.”

Investigators who executed a warrant at his home in September found over $480,000 in cash stuffed in items of clothing, as well as 13 gold bars worth over $100,000. Agents also uncovered other lavish gifts, including a Mercedes-Benz and various home furnishings.

Prosecutors argue that these discovered items were given in return for acting on behalf of the Egyptian government. They also allege that he accepted bribes from the Gulf state of Qatar.

Menendez is standing trial alongside Fred Daibes, a New Jersey real estate developer accused of delivering the gold and cash to the senator, and businessman Wael Hana, who is accused of facilitating a deal between Menendez and Egypt.

Both have also entered not guilty pleas.

Dutch conservative leader Geert Wilders has pledged to implement his country’s “strictest ever” asylum policy after he finally reached a coalition agreement to form a government.

Wilders yesterday confirmed the completion of a coalition agreement after six months of negotiations following last year’s general election, in which he won a significant number of seats but short of a governing majority.

As a result, Wilders is pledging to bring in major immigration reforms that would prevent the ongoing invasion of the country’s borders.

The Netherlands has today said it will opt out of European Union rules to bring in its ‘strictest-ever’ asylum policy following Geert Wilders’ shock election victory.

The newly agreed Dutch coalition government said the new policy will see people removed from the European country ‘by force’ – setting up a clash with leaders in Brussels even before it has taken office.

The 26-page coalition agreement emerged early Thursday after six months of gruelling talks between four parties following last years’ stunning election victory by Wilders, the long-time Euro-sceptic and leader of the far-right PVV party.

The parties said they would file a request to the European Commission for an opt-out on European asylum policy ‘as soon as possible.’ People without a valid residence permit will be deported ‘by force if necessary,’ said the report.

Yet as reported by The Gateway Pundit, Wilders has had to make significant concessions to his left-wing coalition partners that will soften parts of his agenda. This includes dropping opposition to funding Ukraine’s war against Russia and withdrawing his name for the role of Prime Minister.

However, Wilders remained upbeat about the prospects of the coalition government, which involves working with three so-called “right-leaning” political parties.

“‘I can’t see this fail… If everything goes according to plan today, it will be a great outcome,” he told reporters on Wednesday. “We have a negotiating agreement. But the factions will also discuss it later, so there may be adjustments and amendments.”

An agreement on who will serve as Prime Minister has yet to be finalized.

Disgraced Rapper Lizzo Credits Anti-Israel Activists For Curing Her ‘Deep, Dark Depression’

The rapper Lizzo has credited anti-Israel activists for helping her recover from a recent bout of depression.

In a post on her Instagram page, Lizzo said that the pro-Palestinian protests across the U.S. and around the world have “activated” her desire to live.

She explained:

I just want to take a second and give a personal thank you to all of the activists who have been working tirelessly to help the liberation and the freedom of the people who have been genocided (sic) all over the world, specifically Palestine, Sudan, and the Congo. On a personal note, you have activated me. I was in a deep dark depression. I had some mental health crises and episodes over the last nine months. And I was not present.

I also want to take this moment and thank all of the anti-genocide, anti-war protests that have been happening at collage campuses. What these students have done and are doing is so deeply important. I can’t even express it in one video.

Former Rep. Mike Gallagher is cashing in his chips.

After abruptly announcing his resignation from Congress in March, it was announced on Tuesday that the former Wisconsin Congressman had joined venture capital firm TitletownTech as a “senior strategic advisor.”

The Greene Bay Press-Gazette notes:

The venture capital firm TitletownTech hired former U.S. Rep. Mike Gallagher as a senior strategic adviser less than a month after his early departure from Congress. The firm on Monday cited Gallagher’s experience in national security and technology policy in announcing the move. TItletownTech focuses its investments in areas ranging from manufacturing, construction and supply chain issues to digital health, agriculture and entertainment.

The Green Bay Packers and Microsoft together launched the venture capital firm TitletownTech in 2019. The firm has raised $95 million to invest in early stage startups with high-growth potential. Gallagher will help TitletownTech and the startups it invests in better understand public policy and global markets.

In a statement on the announcement, TitletownTech Managing Partner Craig Dickman said that Gallagher’s “leadership in Congress and deep knowledge of technology and security will be crucial as we continue to back transformative companies in various sectors.”

Gallagher’s decision to resign from Congress was particularly treasonous given that it left the Republicans with just a one-vote majority.

What Is worse is that Gallagher planned his departure one week after the deadline that would have triggered a special election for his district.  Instead, he left Republicans with one less seat in their majority.

Turncoat Mike Pence Demands Taxpayers Bail Out His Embarrassing Presidential Campaign, Has Over $1.3 Million in Unpaid Debts

The disgraced former Vice President Mike Pence has sought public funding to help bail out his embarrassing presidential campaign.

According to a report from The New York Times, Pence sought public funds last December after realizing that his campaign could no longer meet its obligations.

The report states:

Former Vice President Mike Pence sought public financing for his failed presidential primary campaign, a highly unusual move that if successful would make him the first Republican in more than a decade to receive such funds, according to Federal Election Commission documents that have not previously been disclosed.

Starting in the post-Watergate era, the federal government has allowed presidential candidates to apply for and receive public dollars. But the program has become all but obsolete as it imposes strict spending limits on anyone who participates, at a time when the cost of nationwide campaigning has skyrocketed. Even applying for the money is generally seen as a sign of desperation because the limits of the program are so onerous.

The Times also found that Pence’s campaign has well over a million dollars in unpaid debts:

Mr. Pence’s campaign committee had more than $1.3 million in unpaid debts as of the end of March, federal records show. Qualifying for public funds now would presumably help him pay down those bills.

A spokesman for Mr. Pence did not immediately respond to a request for comment. It was not clear why Mr. Pence’s request for public funds last fall had not yet been acted upon. On Tuesday, the Federal Election Commission posted an eligibility report from its audit division of the request, as well as a memorandum from its general counsel’s office about the matter. A discussion is on the agenda for a commission meeting on Thursday.

Despite raising over $5 million from an array of establishment and anti-Trump donors, Pence’s campaign was a catastrophic failure that underlined his status as a pariah among the conservative grassroots.

After launching his campaign on an explicitly anti-Trump platform, Pence actively boasted about how he had fufilled his constitutional duty by certifying the 2020 presidential election results despite massive evidence of widespread voter fraud.

However, things did not go to plan and he pulled out the race just four months after announcing his campaign when it became clear he did not even qualify for the Republican primary debates.

Since then, Pence has refused to support Donald Trump’s return to the White House, providing a defacto endorsement for more years of Joe Biden.

FAIL: Capitol Police Officer Turned J6 Grifter Harry Dunn Loses Maryland Congressional Primary, Blew $4.5 Million on Unsuccessful Campaign

Harry Dunn, a former Capitol police officer who attempted to build a media and political career off his presence at the January 6th protests, has lost his Congressional primary in Maryland.

With over half the votes counted, Dunn was trailing Maryland state Sen. Sarah Elfreth by around 4000 votes, equivalent to around 10 points. The race has now been called.

The Hill reports:

Maryland state Sen. Sarah Elfreth (D) has won the Democratic primary for Maryland’s 3rd congressional district, according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ.

Elfreth, who was the youngest woman ever elected to the Maryland Senate when she won her seat in 2018, topped the crowded Tuesday primary race that also included former U.S. Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn, who was on duty during the Jan. 6 riots and garnered significant media attention in the lead-up to Tuesday.

Polling conducted last month for Dunn’s team showed him leading within the margin of error, up just slightly over Elfreth. Her House campaign has raised more than $1.4 million, according to FEC filings, though that trails Dunn’s $4.5 million.

Elfreth is now expected to cruise toward the general election in the district considered safe for Democrats this fall, though a handful of Republicans have put their name in the ring for the GOP primary.

Dunn rose to national prominence back in 2021 when he testified in front of the United States House Select Committee about how events played out.

At one point, he claimed we that Trump supporters chanted the n-word at him, although this has never been verified. His testimony ultimately led to the conviction of Stewart and Meggs Rhodes for 18 and 12 years respectively. 

Despite styling himself as an American patriot, Dunn is in fact anything but. He was a fervent supporter of the violence wreaked by the Black Lives Matter movement and has expressed his view that Donald Trump should be arrested for his supposed role in the Capitol protests.

Since then, he has sought to cash in on his fame through media appearances and even writing a book about his experiences, entitled Standing My Ground. However, it appears that his pursuit of fame and adulation has run its course, at least for the time being.

George Stephanopoulos Insists ‘The Deep State is Packed With Patriots,’ Makes Pitch Against Donald Trump (VIDEO)

ABC News anchor and former Bill Clinton henchman George Stephanopoulos has claimed that the American deep state is “packed with patriots.”

Appearing on Tuesday’s edition of The View to promote his latest book, Stephanopoulos made the case for the deep state, a form of shadow government that wields immense power regardless of who is in the White House.

Here is a transcript of the exchange:

ALYSSAH FARAH GRIFFIN: The book is so good. My favorite thing is you interviewed Situation Room staff. I have always said it’s White House staff whose names you’ll never know are the writers of history. They will tell us so many details.

STEPHANOPOULOS: “That was my favorite part about doing the book. I interviewed about a hundred duty officers from the White House and these are people who come, they are relatively young people who come from all over the government, the CIA, the DIA, the Defense Department, military.

Some people like to call those people the deep state. Well, the big thing I learned doing this book is that the deep state is packed with patriots, people who go to work every single day and are on the frontlines of the most intense crises the country faces and do it to serve their country and to serve the presidency, not the president. They don’t care about political parties. They’re there to serve the presidency and the institution.

SUNNY HOSTIN: And they’re doing it anonymously.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Absolutely. As one of them told me…we serve in silence.

At another point in the interview, Stephanopoulos also weighed in on the upcoming presidential election where he made a less than subtle pitch for Biden’s re-election.

“It is close right now, though I think the polls show [Trump is] ahead in the states that matter the most, largely because President Biden isn’t doing as well as last time with younger voters and Black voters,” Stephanopoulos said.

Harry and Meghan’s Charity Declared ‘Delinquent’ in California, Must Stop Spending and Fundraising Immediately

A charity set up by Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, has been declared “delinquent” in the state of California and must stop raising or spending money with immediate effect.

According to Page Six, the charity has failed to submit annual reports and pay the necessary fees in order to qualify for charitable status:

The royal duo have let the official registration fees for their charity, Archewell, lapse since at least the beginning of May, according to an official letter from California’s attorney general, Rob Bonta.

The document states that Archewell has been listed as “delinquent” with the registry of charities and fundraisers for failing to submit its annual report and its registration fees.

The note adds, “An organization that is listed as delinquent is not in good standing and is prohibited from engaging in conduct for which registration is required, including soliciting or disbursing charitable funds.”

The ruling will come as another blow to the couple’s reputation, which has nosedived since they decided to give up Royal duties and move to Hollywood to cash in on their names and pursue left-wing activism.

Donations to Archewell collapsed by a staggering $11 million between 2021 and 2022, although the couple still managed to find money to give their right-hand man, James Holt, a staggering 280 percent pay rise.

Last year, the couple were dropped by Spotify from their their $20 million podcasting and were consequently denounced as “f**king grifters” by company executive and The Ringer founder Bill Simmons.

The couple has just finished a tour of Nigeria where they styled themselves as royal ambassadors, despite having no working role with the family. At one point, Markle described Nigeria as “my country,” even though it was the first time that she had visited.

“I want to start by saying thank you very much for just how gracious you’ve all been in welcoming my husband and I to this country… my country,” she said. “I am just flattered and honored and inspired. It has been a whirlwind 24 hours since we arrived, and I very quickly got the memo that I need to wear more colour, so I can fit in with all of you and your incredible fashion.”

A professor at the University of California, Davis urged a woman at a protest to put a gun in her mouth and pull the trigger.

Seeta Chaganti, who works as a professor of English, was heard telling a woman named Beth Bourne to “put a gun in your mouth you piece of sh*t” as she protested against transgender ideology.

According to her university profile, Chaganti is an expert in Old and Middle English poetry and is currently working on a project about the evils of whitness.

Seeta Chaganti joined the faculty of the UC Davis English department in 2001. She specializes in Old and Middle English poetry and its intersections with material culture. Her first book was The Medieval Poetics of the Reliquary. Her second book argues that to medieval audiences, poetic form was a multimedia experience shaped by encounters with dance. In this work, she proposes a new method of reenacting medieval dance that draws upon experiences of watching contemporary dance.

Her current project, tentatively entitled ‘Carceral Angels: An Abolitionist History of the Sheriff,’ traces a long history of the shrieval office from pre-Conquest England to modern America. It argues that the earliest days of English law forged the triangulation of violence, whiteness, and property that obstructs liberation in Anglophone modernity.”

Chaganti has served as a Trustee of the New Chaucer Society and a Councillor of the Medieval Academy of America. She is currently an Executive Board Member of Race before Race and a member of Medievalists of Color.

REPORT: RFK Jr. Surpassing Ballot Access Expectations, Likely to Qualify in All 50 States

The presidential campaign of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is surpassing ballot access expectations and will likely qualify as a candidate in all 50 states.

According to a report from Politico, Kennedy has already turned more than twice the required number of signatures required to run in Texas and is quickly racking up other key states.

The report states:

Kennedy’s candidacy has become a matter of significant national interest, not just because of his family name, but also the way he could affect the outcome of the election.

Having initially pledged to run as a Democrat, Kennedy realized that there was no room in the party machine for his anti-establishment views and decided to run as an independent.

While Kennedy inevitably pulls votes from both candidates, polling data so far appears to suggest that his candidacy helps Trump more than it does Biden. Last month, his sister Rory expressed concern that his campaign will ultimately help return Trump to the White House.

“My biggest concern with Bobby’s run is that he is going to take votes away from Biden, and I think this election is going to come down to a handful of votes in a handful of states,” she said at the time. “And I am concerned that voting for Bobby is going to take votes away from Biden and lead to a Trump election.”

Netflix is coming under fresh criticism after needlessly subjecting its British viewers to a man with a fully erect penis.

In what is being described as “low-grade porn,” the streaming giant appeared to break the ultimate taboo by showing a man experiencing the effects of Viagra.

Netflix was heavily criticised last night after British viewers were confronted with a fully erect penis in its new drama. Viewers, MPs and schools campaigners were shocked at the closing episode of the streaming giant’s six-part series A Man In Full. Actor Tom Pelphrey drops his bedsheet after taking Viagra to reveal himself to co-star Jeff Daniels in the adaptation of Tom Wolfe’s best-selling 1998 novel.

It is believed to be the first time a mainstream drama on British TV has broken the ‘erect penis’ taboo – and there was no prior warning about graphic nudity.It has highlighted worries about regulation of streaming services, with concern that children are at risk.

Many people have criticized the scene, including two politicians from the ruling Conservative Party.

“If Netflix is serving up this sort of low-grade, pornographic rubbish, we need to give Ofcom full oversight of the streaming giant’s output as soon as possible,” said Tory MP Alexander Stafford.

“Streaming services are available at any time of day, so watershed protection doesn’t apply,” added Tory MP Sara Britcliffe.

Netflix is notorious for promoting inappropriate content to its viewers, most of it layered with left-wing and progressive messaging.

The platform is currently also under fire for the show Baby Reindeer, which is accused of falsely depicting a man’s experience with a stalker who has since been publicly identified.

Back in 2020, the company sparked outrage after debuting Cuties, a French film showing an 11-year-old Muslim girl joining a sexualized dance clique to build her self confidence. The film is still available to watch and remains exclusive to Netflix.

German Court Allows Intelligence Monitoring of Conservative AfD Party Over ‘Threat to Democracy,’ Could Ban It Altogether

A court in Germany has approved the intelligence monitoring of the Alternative for Germany (AFD) political party on the grounds that it poses a “threat to democracy.”

As the party’s popularity continues to rise as Germans rise up against the globalist regime that rules them, particulary over the issue of mass immigration, the government has now found an excuse to monitor them by classifying them as an extremist organization.

Bloomberg reports:

The AfD filed a legal challenge to a decision by the BfV agency to classify the party, as well as its youth organization and a now-dissolved radical group within it known as the “Wing,” as suspected extremist cases.

Judges in Muenster backed the view of a lower court in Cologne that there was enough evidence of anti-constitutional activity to warrant enhanced monitoring, they said in a statement. The court “is convinced that there is sufficient factual evidence that the AfD is pursuing efforts that are directed against the human dignity of certain groups of people and against the principle of democracy,” according to the ruling.

The extremist designation means that the authorities are allowed to deploy measures like tapping phones or using informants to monitor potential illegal activity. While the court didn’t allow the AfD to appeal, the party said it will challenge that at the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig.

The party were also denied the chance to appeal the ruling, but will be able to appeal at a federal court.

“It is incomprehensible that the panel of judges did not allow the appeal, even though we spent days debating complex legal issues,” said Roman Reusch, a member of the AfD leadership committee. “We will of course appeal to the next instance.”

Meanwhile, Chancellor Olaf Scholz celebrated the ruling, saying it proves that Germany has a “resilient democracy” and that the state protects it “against threats from within.”

Such moves are inevitably an attempt to try and shut down the party altogether, a proposal which the German government has made no secret of its intention to pursue.

Back in January, lawmakers from the ruling Social Democratic Party (SPD) debated the idea of banning it altogether, making a mockery of their supposed support for democracy.

“Calls for the AfD to be banned are completely absurd and expose the anti-democratic attitude of those making these demands,” said Alice Weidel, co-leader of the party, said at the time.

“The repeated calls for a ban show that the other parties have long since run out of substantive arguments against our political proposals.”

Rumble Sues Google For Over $1 Billion For Abusing Its Ad Monopoly, Another Antitrust Lawsuit Also Pending

The popular video-sharing platform Rumble is suing Google for over $1 billion for illegally leveraging its technological dominance against its ability to compete as an ad tech competitor.

The lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of California, alleges that Google has abused its position to deprive Rumble of billions in ad revenue.

The complaint reads:

Google exploits significant conflicts of interest that stem from its multiple roles in this electronically traded marketplace. As a result, it is able to pocket a supra-competitive portion of every advertising dollar that passes through the Ad Tech markets it controls, ad revenue that rightly should have passed through to publishers like Rumble and its content creators.

Google unlawfully forecloses competition in the market for publisher ad servers in the market for ad buying tools for small advertisers, and in the separate markets for ad exchanges and ad networks,” the complaint reads.

Google excludes competition by engaging in conduct unlawful under settled antitrust precedent, including through unlawful tying arrangements, a pattern and practice of exclusionary conduct targeting actual and potential rivals, and even a market allocation and price fixing agreement with Facebook, at one time its largest potential competitive threat in the publisher ad server and ad network markets.

This is not the only lawsuit filed by Rumble against Google, which is notorious for its aggressive and bullying behavior towards potential competitors and conservative entities.

Back in 2021, Rumble filed a separate antitrust lawsuit alleging that it favored YouTube in search results and across the Android operating system. The following year, a judge in California ruled that the lawsuit could proceed, with the two sides current in discovery.

In 2021, Google demonetized The Gateway Pundit from their ad network.

Rumble is far from alone in targeting Google for illegal activities. The Justice Department and several U.S. states sued the company last year for violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, while the European Union fined them $1.7 billion back in 2019 for engaging anticompetitive practices.

Dozens of other companes and individuals, including presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., have also filed similar lawsuits.

U.N. Reduces Estimated Number of Women, Children Killed in Gaza by Half, Blames Error on ‘Fog of War’

The United Nations has seemingly revised the estimated number of women and children it believes have been killed in Gaza during Israel’s war on Hamas, blaming the “fog of war” for the mistake.

In a graphic featured within OCHA’s recent daily briefing on May 6th, it was claimed that approximately 9,500 women had lost their lives in the ongoing conflict. The organization also cited data sourced from the Hamas-administered Ministry of Health in Gaza asserting that since hostilities began last October, roughly 14,500 children had been killed.

Yet just two days later, the U.N. agency appeared to revise these figures significantly downward in its subsequent report. The updated data indicated that approximately 4,959 women and 7,797 children had lost their lives.

The UN has just HALVED its estimate of women and children killed in Gaza.

And this still counts 16 & 17 year old terrorists as children.

The conflict erupted following a brutal attack by Hamas militants in southern Israel from Gaza, resulting in the deaths of over 1,200 individuals, predominantly civilians, and the taking of approximately 240 individuals as hostages.

A reporter from the Jewish News Syndicate (JNS) asked the U.N. about the revision, with the spokesperson blaming the “fog of war” for the errors.

“The revisions are taken … you know, of course, in the fog of war, it’s difficult to come up with numbers,”  Farhan Haq, deputy spokesman for U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres, said at a press conference last Friday.

“We get numbers from different sources on the ground, and then we try to cross check them. As we cross check them, we update the numbers, and we’ll continue to do that as that progresses.”

The revision takes place as global tensions and backlash over Israel’s war against Hamas threaten to boil over, with many nations accusing them of committing genocide against the Palestinians, a charge that Israel and its allies have fervently denied.

Over the weekend, neighboring Egypt confirmed that it would formally support South Africa’s genocide case at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), stating that Israel has acted “in flagrant violation of the provisions of international law, international humanitarian law, and the Fourth Convention of 1949 for the protection of civilian persons in time of war”.

SHOCKING: San Francisco Woman Convicted of Shoplifting Spree, Stole $60,000 Worth of Items in Over 120 Visits to Target

In what could be described as a modern-day miracle, a woman in San Francisco has actually been convicted of shoplifting.

In a press release on Friday, the San Francisco Attorney’s Office confirmed that Aziza Graves, 43, had been found guilty of one felony and 53 misdemeanors following her shoplifting bonanza.

The statement read:

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced today that her office secured a conviction of Aziza Graves (43), of San Francisco, after a trial by jury for repeated theft from retailers. Ms. Graves was convicted of one felony count of grand theft in violation (PC 487(a)) and 52 misdemeanor counts of petty theft (PC 490.2(a)) in relation to a series of retail thefts occurring at Target in Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco. She was also convicted of one count of misdemeanor petty theft (PC 490.2(a)) in relation to a theft that occurred at Abercrombie and Fitch, also in San Francisco.

In this case, the People alleged that Ms. Graves had entered Target located at the Stonestown Galleria on dozens of occasions between the dates of October 3, 2020, through November 16, 2021, and repeatedly stole merchandise with a total value in excess of $60,000. Ms. Graves would enter Target, and then immediately proceed to select merchandise from the shelves. She would then proceed to the self-checkout counter where she would scan each item, insert a nominal amount, such as a single coin or bill, and then exit the store.

Through the combined efforts of San Francisco District Attorneys’ Investigative Bureau and the San Francisco Police Department’s Burglary Unit, she was followed on a couple of occasions and surveilled after leaving Target with unpaid merchandise. She was observed selling her stolen goods at UN Plaza to sellers of stolen property. She subsequently began to sell her stolen goods to anyone passing by.

District Attorney Brooke Jenkins celebrated the conviction, accusing the woman of “egregious thefts” that have cost the local community:

Retail theft continues to have a major impact on San Francisco businesses from the small mom-and-pop corner store to the large retail stores. Individuals such as Aziza Graves commit egregious thefts through brazen and repeated conduct that greatly impacts retailers’ ability to operate and serve the general public in their area.

These crimes demand accountability and we need to send the message to others who engage in open and brash thefts that, with the support of our local law enforcement partners, our office will continue to pursue and prosecute those involved. This verdict emphasizes that the citizens of San Francisco will not tolerate these offenders who attempt to take advantage of our business community.

San Francisco is notorious for its rampant shoplifting, excaerbated by the refusal of the city’s far-left authorities to prosecute repeat offenders. As a result, many prominent businesses have left the city, leading to economic decline and a desire to change.

Shoplifting has been effectively decriminalized under California state law. Those found stealing $950 or less are typically subject to a misdemeanor, meaning law enforcement probably will not even bother to investigate.

CLASSY: Jennifer Lawrence Calls Mike Pence Gay at GLAAD Awards, Says He Has a Weird Penis

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence suggested that former Vice President Mike Pence is a homosexual and made crass remarks about his penis.

Speaking at the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) annual Media Awards event in New York City on Saturday, Lawrence said that Orville Peck, who was receiving the Vito Russo Award, was her “favorite musician and good friend.”

“I love the gay community. In fact, I was in love with a homosexual. I tried to convert him for years, but now I know conversion therapy doesn’t work,” Lawrence explained.

“Did you hear me, Mike Pence? I said conversion therapy isn’t real, even though I know you think it worked on you. He’s in New York tonight. He’s receiving a Kid’s Choice Award for weirdest dick.”

While Pence is known for his socially conservative views, there is no evidence that he has ever privately or publicly advocated conversion therapy.

As explained by The New York Times, accusations of Pence’s support for conversion therapy originate from a website for Pence’s 2000 congressional campaign where he discussed the Ryan White Care Act, which provided federal funding for H.I.V. and AIDS patients having been approved by Congress that same year.

The website stated:

Congress should support the reauthorization of the Ryan White Care Act only after completion of an audit to ensure that federal dollars were no longer being given to organizations that celebrate and encourage the types of behaviors that facilitate the spreading of the HIV virus. Resources should be directed toward those institutions which provide assistance to those seeking to change their sexual behavior.

Regardless of Pence’s supposed sexuality, it is clear that his political career is at an end. After being dubbed a “traitor” for his refusal to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election despite widspread evidence of voter fraud, he has alienated vast swathes of the Republican base.

In March, Pence delivered his final betrayal by refusing to support Donald Trump’s campaign to remove Joe Biden from the White House.

“It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year,” Pence told Fox News at the time. “I’m incredibly proud of the record of our administration.”

“But that being said, during my presidential campaign, I made it clear there were profound differences between me and President Trump on a range of issues,” he continued. “And not just our differences on our constitutional duties that I exercised on January 6th.”

Federal Judge Tosses Democratic-Funded Lawsuit to Remove Witness Requirement on Absentee Ballots

A federal judge in Wisconsin has dismissed a lawsuit seeking to remove the witness requirement on absentee ballots.

The lawsuit, filed by the law firm of Democratic election lawyer Marc Elias, sought to cancel the witness requirement for voters who cast absentee ballots on the grounds that it violated the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and Civil Rights Act of 1964.

In a scathing ruling, U.S. District Judge James Peterson said that the “demand simply does not make any sense.”

“Under plaintiffs’ interpretation, every witness would have to determine the voter’s age, residence, citizenship, criminal history, whether the voter is unable or unwilling to vote, whether the voter has voted at another location or is planning to do so, whether the voter is capable of understanding the objective of the voting process, whether the voter is under a guardianship, and, if so, whether a court has determined that the voter is competent,” he wrote.

The ruling was celebrated by Derek Lyons, president of Restore Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE), who described it as a failed attempt by liberal activists to undermine the ingrity of America’s electoral process.

Since its founding in 2022, RITE has been extremely active in Wisconsin and is proud to have made yet another contribution to the integrity of elections in that state,” Lyons said. “It’s essential that people voting by mail follow the law in doing so, and Wisconsin has implemented a witness signature requirement that helps ensure they do just that.

This case marks another example of liberal activists’ transparent and shameful efforts to co-opt important civil rights legislation for their partisan agendas. Sadly, it is all too clear that these activists are more interested in making unfounded accusations than in ensuring impartial and accurate elections.

Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project, similarly applauded the ruling:

A federal judge has officially thrown out a lawsuit filed by Left-wing attorney Marc Elias challenging a key election integrity provision requiring absentee ballot signature verification, exposing his radical legal strategy to flood the zone with dozens of frivolous lawsuits. The plaintiff’s theory in this case was yet another example of Elias and the left twisting old statutes to attack modern ballot safeguards.

In this case, they asked a court to conclude that requiring a witness signature on a mail ballot was illegal vouching under the Voting Rights Act. In the Jim Crow era, many places required a registered voter to vouch for the qualifications of a new voter in order to prevent African Americans from voting. Obviously, that law was not intended to prevent widely used election integrity measures for mail ballots. Fortunately, common sense prevailed, and an Obama-appointed judge agreed, wisely dismissing the case.

In simple terms, one might be forgiven for asking why Democrats want to remove the witness requirement unless they were seeking to subvert the system and carry out election fraud. Needless to say, that is exactly what they have in mind.

Bill Gates Wants a Vaccine to Stop Cow Farts, Save Planet From So-Called Climate Change

Microsoft co-founder and billionaire Bill Gates is behind an organization seeking to vaccinate cows with the aim of preventing so-called climate change.

According to a report from Axios, Gates is the leader of an investment fund behind ArkeaBio, a Boston pharamceutical company that is seeking to develop a livestock vaccine that will help reduce global vaccine emissions.

The outlet reports:

ArkeaBio, a Boston developer of a vaccine to reduce livestock methane emissions, raised a $26.5 million in venture capital funding led by an investment fund founded by Bill Gates.

Why it matters: Caring about cow farts (or burps) has become a political punchline, but they’re estimated to create more than 5% of global greenhouse gasses. Vaccines could be a relatively low-cost, scalable solution, particularly as food demand increases.

The whole thing feels a little dystopian — giving animals injections so they cook the planet a little less before we cook some of them — but agribusiness sailed over the dystopian hurdle long ago.

Gates is notorious for his obsession with vaccines and was a staunch advocate of the COVID-19 vaccine, despite the fact that it was neither safe nor effective.

Last year, The Gateawy Pundit reported how Gates had Gates invested in Rumin8, an Australian climate technology company exploring dietary supplements for cows that will similarly stop them from farting.

“Rumin8’s most advanced product reproduces the bioactive contained in red seaweed (Asparagopsis) and has been shown to reduce methane production in livestock rumen by up to 95%, whether in liquid, solid or slow-release dose formats,” the company said in a press release at the time.

At the World Economic Forum conference in January, Gates also explained how “next-generation vaccines” promise longer duration, broader coverage, and the shift towards needle-free administration.

“We make sure that for all these vaccines, there’s enough capacity; there’s competition. So the prices keep going down, and we will have new vaccines,” said Gates. “We’ll have a TB vaccine, malaria vaccine, HIV vaccine, and even the things like COVID vaccines; we need to make them have longer duration, more coverage. And we’re going to change instead of using a needle to use a little patch.”

DOJ Seeks 40-Year Sentence For Man Who Attacked Paul Pelosi With a Hammer

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is demanding a 40-year prison sentence for David DePape, who was recently convicted of attacking Paul Pelosi husband of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

DePape was convicted last November of assault and attempted kidnapping after he broke into the Pelosi residence and bludgeoned Paul Pelosi with a hammer while looking for her.

In a court filing on Friday, the DOJ confirmed they were seeking the maximum punishment his crimes:

The nature and circumstances of the offense warrant statutory maximums on each count. The core of both crimes—the attempted kidnapping of a public official and the assault on the family member of a public official—is violence aimed at punishing the former Speaker of the House of Representatives. Both crimes are an assault on our democracy and fundamental values.

The jury rejected the defendant’s contentions that he was motivated by something other than the Speaker Emerita’s official position, but even taking his own statements as true for a moment, the defendant claimed that he went to the Pelosi’s home to inflict violence on the Speaker Emerita. He wanted to teach a lesson. The violent lessons that the defendant wanted to teach are not permitted in this country, and the sentence that this Court imposes must reflect the nature and circumstances of the offense.

The filing added that there was “nothing about the history and characteristics of the defendant that warrant leniency.”

It continued:

The defendant has admitted—indeed bragged—that he knew what he was doing when he packed his bags and went to the Pelosi’s home. The government acknowledges that the defendant had difficult relationship with his biological father and then with a romantic partner.

To the extent that these relationships bear on the instant offense, it appears to be because of some amount of isolation. To be sure, isolation may have led the defendant to spend time on YouTube and consuming media that led him to adopt the views that motivated his actions. But the defendant’s history and characteristics do not excuse the instant offense, nor give a reason for leniency given the violent extremism that the defendant unleashed in October 2022.

During his trial in San Francisco , DePape apologized to Paul Pelosi and said that he was not his intended target.

“When he was on the ground breathing, I was really scared for his life,” DePape said in federal court in San Francisco. “And later in the hospital, I felt really bad for him because we had a really good rapport and things were going good until the last second.”

DePape’s sentencing is scheduled for May 17th.

In an interview with a Spanish radio show, Biden described Hispanic illegal immigrants as “voters” before reverting back to the official script.

“It’s even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters, or Hispanic – Hispanic citizens, who want to become citizens,” Biden said.

Biden says Hispanic immigration to the U.S. is “a little bit like back in the 1840s and the great exodus of Ireland”:

He continued:

Other nations are, we’re not, that’s why our economy is the best in the world.

Fox News managed to draw comment from the White House, who repeated the lie that illegal aliens do not vote in federal elections.

“Only American citizens can vote in federal elections,” a White House spokesperson said. “As fact checkers across the board have made clear, it is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in federal elections.”

As extensively reported by The Gateway Pundit, the presence and participation of foreign citizens on U.S. voter rolls is one of the main methods of Democratic voter fraud.

Democrats and left-wing activists are overwhelmingly in favor of giving a pathway to citizenship to illegal migrants in the hope that they will reward them with political loyalty.

This is broadly the case, although recent elections and polling data indicates that Hispanic voters, particularly those who entered the country legally, are increasingly moving towards the Republican Party.

IRS Threatens to Target Biden’s Critics, Those Who Question Washington’s ‘Ability to Govern’

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is threatening to come after individuals or organizations who question Joe Biden or the federal government’s “ability to govern,” it has confirmed.

According to a report from independent journalist Ken Klippenstein, the IRS is planning to expand its investigative interests to those who threaten the federal government’s “ability to govern” or present a “threat to the public safety or national security interests of the United States.”

He wrote in his Substack:

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is positioned to do much more than just collect your taxes as it turns its attention to individuals who threaten the U.S. government’s “ability to govern,” a vague new criteria for criminal investigations, according to its own operating manual.

Buried in the fine print is the revelation that the IRS is pivoting away from its post-9/11 focus on financing of foreign terror groups like al Qaeda and criminal money laundering to a much broader and ill-defined “national security” threat. The shift, revealed in the latest versions of the voluminous Internal Revenue Manual, applies to IRS participation in dozens of federal government “national security” investigative task forces, which were previously referred to as “narcotics and terrorism” task forces until late last year.

Klippenstein goes on to make the case that such criteria is not typically within the investigative remit of a tax collecting agency:

Protecting stock markets and critical infrastructure, protecting the “ability to govern” — that is, the workings of United States officialdom– is hardly a mission historically associated with America’s tax collectors. Their inclusion as criteria to involve IRS special agents in federal investigations opens the door for overreach and abuse.

At a time when the IRS is subject to partisan political attack (the FY 2024 final budget reduced the $80 billion earmarked to the IRS by $20 billion), broadening the IRS mission does little to achieve what the agency says is its goal, which is forcing millionaires and billionaires to pay their fair share.

Earlier this month, the IRS demanded a further $20 billion from Congress to further expand its operations.

According to IRS Commissioner, Daniel Werfel, the agency needs the money in order to fund technology upgrades and improve its customer service. He also confirmed plans to hire a further 14,000 employees over the next few years, with an estimated workforce of 102,500 by 2029.

Former MLB Star Sean Burroughs Dies Suddenly Aged 43, Had Heart Attack at Son’s Little League Game

The former Major League Baseball star Sean Burroughs died suddenly this week. He was just 43.

“It is with heavy heart that I am writing this message to inform you that yesterday afternoon one of our Coaches, Sean Burroughs, tragically passed away,” Doug Wittman, president of Long Beach Little League, wrote in a statement posted on social media on Friday.

According to The Orange County Register, Burroughs collapsed and died while dropping off his son at a Little League game.

The outlet reported:

Sean Burroughs, a celebrated baseball standout who led the Long Beach All-Stars to back-to-back Little League World Series titles and played seven seasons in the major leagues, died Thursday. He was 43 years old. Long Beach Little League president Doug Wittman confirmed Burroughs’ death. The cause of death was cardiac arrest, Burroughs’ mother Debbie said in a text message to the Southern California News Group.

According to Wittman, Burroughs was found unconscious next to his car in the parking lot at Stearns Champions Park in Long Beach after he dropped off his 6-year-old son, Knox, for a Little League game. CPR was administered and Burroughs was not responsive. Long Beach Fire Department personnel arrived in response to 9-1-1 calls, but Burroughs was pronounced dead at the scene.

“It was very shocking,” Wittman said. “It’s a real sense of family at Long Beach Little League. So when we lose one of our own, it hurts.”

Burroughs began his career with San Diego Padres in the first round of the 1998 MLB draft. Burroughs made his MLB debut in 2002 and played with the Padres until 2005. Despite showing promise early in his career, he struggled with injuries and consistency.

He later played for the Tampa Bay Rays and Arizona Diamondbacks before retiring from Major League Baseball. After retiring as a player, Burroughs transitioned to coaching. He leaves a grieving young family behind him.

Hillary Clinton Slams Anti-Israel Protesters, Says They ‘Don’t Know Very Much’ About The Middle East or America

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has come out against the anti-Israel protesters that have taken over many of America’s college campuses, saying they are ignorant about the realities of the Middle East.

Appearing on Morning Joe on Friday, Clinton was asked by Joe Scarborough about the protests that have dominated the nation’s headlines over the past few weeks.

Clinton responded:

First of all, I have had many conversations, as you have had, with a lot of young people over the last many months now. You are right. They don’t know very much at all about the history of the Middle East, or frankly about history in many areas of the world, including in our own country.

With respect to the Middle East, they don’t know in the bringing together by my husband of, the then-Israel Prime Minister Ehud Barak, the then-head of the Palestinian Liberation Organization and then the Palestinian Authority, Yasser Arafat. An offer was made to the Palestinians for a state on 96% of the existing territory occupied by the Palestinians with 4% of Israel to be given to reach 100% of the amount of territory that was hoped for.

This offer was made. And if Yasser Arafat had accepted it, there would have been a Palestinian state now for about 24 years. It’s one of the great tragedies of history that he was unable to say yes. You know, my husband has a book coming out later this year, Joe, in which he talks about how Arafat kept saying he wanted to agree, but he was pretty sure he’d be killed.

At another point in the interview, the former Secretary of State invoked the crimes of the Holocaust and suggested Trump would rule the country like a dictator.

“We go down the line, and maybe this would be our last election because someone who will not accept the validity of an election is someone who doesn’t believe in elections,” Clinton said.

“The world has been here before. People did not take the kind of threats that we saw in the 1930s as seriously as they should.”

California Attorney General Rob Bonta is preparing a litany of lawsuits in preparation for President Donald Trump’s possible return to the White House.

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, Bonta is seeking to emulate the work of his predecessor, Xavier Becerra, who left his role in Congress to run for Attorney General and to sue the Trump administration in a bid to uphold his agenda.

The report states:

California Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta said he and his staff have been reviewing former President Trump’s second-term agenda in detail to prepare a potential onslaught of environmental, immigration and civil rights lawsuits in the event Trump defeats President Biden.

Bonta, a Democrat who is mulling a run for governor, said he has been reviewing the work of his predecessor, Xavier Becerra, who filed more than 100 suits against Trump policies before leaving the office to become Biden’s secretary of Health and Human Services. Bonta and his deputies are also looking closely at a document drafted by the Heritage Foundation, a Trump-aligned think tank, known as “Project 2025,” that offers a blueprint for Trump’s second-term policy goals.

Did the propagandists over at MSNBC just say the quiet part out loud?

During Thursday morning’s Way Too Early, hosts Jonathan Lemire and Elise Jordan held a discussion with in-house commentator Mike Barnicle about the failure of the lawfare campaign against Donald Trump. Jordan responded by predicting a “crazy event” that could “shape” the election one way or the other.

Here is a transcript of the exchange:

BARNICLE: Donald Trump is a phenomenon that is going away,” said Barnicle. “And I am wondering when the Democratic Party is going to figure out, you can make fun of him, you can talk about him being on trial and everything like that, he’s not going away. None of this seems to be damaging him with the core of his support.”

JORDAN: No, and you look Wisconsin and that is just absolutely ground zero for probably the state of the three most important states where this election is going to be decided,” she argued.

And the recent polling is so close that is just shows how this election is going to be such a nailbiter and really subject to what crazy event is going to happen and ultimately shape it in one direction or the other over the next months.

While such a “crazy event” could possibly benefit Donald Trump, such a possibility seems unlikely. During the 2020 election cycle, the coming together of several “crazy events” including the exaggerated COVID pandemic gave the Democratic Party an excuse to carry out election fraud through the widespread use of mail-in ballots.

Quite what such an event would like in 2024 remains an open discussion. Yet with conflicts raging around the world and the constant threat of another pandemic, there is plenty of opportunity for the Democratic elite to once again “shape” the election one way or the other.

Barron Trump to Make His Political Debut, Will Serve as Florida Delegate at RNC

Donald Trump’s youngest son Barron will make his political debut at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in July at the mere age of 18.

According to a Trump campaign spokesperson, Barron is “very interested” in American politics and will serve as a delegate for Florida at the convention set to take place in Milwaukee.

Politico reported:

Barron Trump hasn’t graduated high school yet. But he’s already headed into the political big leagues. The Republican Party of Florida on Wednesday night picked the 18-year-old youngest son of former President Donald Trump as one of the state’s at-large delegates to the Republican National Convention, per a copy of the results viewed by POLITICO.

The state party also selected other Trump children as delegates, including Eric Trump as its delegation chair — meaning he’ll place his father’s name in for the nomination — and Donald Trump Jr. and Tiffany Boulos, formerly Trump, and her husband Michael Boulos as other at-large delegates.

The revelation led to interest and speculation across social media.

Biden Regime Steps Up Persecution of J6 Protesters Ahead of Trump’s Return, Over 1,400 Arrested and Counting and Five Suicides So Far

The Biden regime is stepping up its relentless campaign of persecution against those who attended the January 6th protests, arresting people at double the rate they have over the past three years.

The Epoch Times reports that according to the Department of Justice’s monthly update, 1424 people have been arrested in connection with their attendance on that day:

Nearly 1,425 people have been arrested on Jan. 6 charges, with 2024 arrests running at almost double the rate from 2023 and 2022, a U.S. Department of Justice report shows. Through close of business on May 3, the FBI has arrested 1,424 suspects in the 40 months since the breach and violence at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, the DOJ reported in its monthly update.

That includes 159 people who were arrested during the first four months of 2024, nearly double the 83 arrested during the same period in 2023 and the 85 arrested in the same period in 2022, DOJ records show. The FBI has made 391 Jan. 6 arrests since May 2023 and 614 arrests since May 2022, according to DOJ data.

Such an acceleration of arrests are a clear sign Biden regime’s determination to arrest and convict as many people as possible before the end of the year, knowing that if Donald Trump returns to the White House those investigations will be halted and pardons will be issued to some or all of those involved.

Last month, the leftist media site RawStory ran a piece warning that “time is running out” to arrest all the necessary people before the end of the year. The outlet spoke with so-called “sedition hunters” who have helped the FBI identify and persecute as many people as possible.

“There’s a 50-50 chance that if you went to J6 and committed a crime, you’re not going to get arrested,” one sedition hunter was quoted at saying.

Trump, meanwhile, recently said that pardoning the January 6th prisoners will be one of his first acts upon taking office.

Let’s hope and pray Trump returns to office before the Biden regime drives another J6 protester to suicide.

ALL HE DOES IS LIE: Biden Claims Inflation Was 9 Percent When He Took Office (It Was 1.4 Percent)

It is sometimes hard to tell whether Joe Biden is lying or simply demented, but either way he is spreading false information to protect his terrible economic record.

In an interview on CNN, Biden claimed that inflation was running at nine per cent when he seized office in January 2021:

No president had the run we’ve had in terms of creating jobs and bringing down inflation. It was 9 per cent when I came into office, 9 percent. But it — look, people have a right to be concerned, ordinary people. The idea that you bounce a check and you get a $30 fee for bouncing the check, I changed that, you can’t charge more than 8 bucks for that or your credit card, your late payment, $35. There’s corporate greed going on out there, and it’s got to be dealt with.

The combination of the inflation, the cost of inflation, all those things, that’s really worrisome to people, with good reason. That’s why I’m working very hard to bring the cost of rentals down, to increase the number of homes that are available.

According to official data from the Consumer Price Index, the actual figure was 1.4 percent.

At another stage in the interview, Biden was confronted with by reporter Erin Burnett the fact that voters trust Trump far more than him when it comes to the economy:

BURNETT: It’s also true, Mr. President that voters, by a wide margin, trust Trump more on the economy. They say that in polls. The cost of buying a home in the United States is double – if you look at what it was, the monthly costs before the pandemic.Real income, when you account for inflation is actually down since you took office.

Economic growth last week, far short of expectations. Consumer confidence, maybe no surprise, is near a two-year a low. With less than 6 months until Election Day, are you worried that you are running out of time to turn that around?

BIDEN: “We already turned it around! The polling data has been wrong all along!”

The White House and mainstream media can spin the unemployment numbers any way they want, but spin doesn’t change the reality; things are bad. The official unemployment rate is 3.8%, up from 3.5% last year. Meanwhile, under Biden, as much as 25% of the jobs created are government jobs. That is at least double what it should be for a free-market, capitalist country. Despite this boom in taxpayer-funded government job creation, employment fell again last month by 50,000 jobs. This year, about 1.8 million full-time jobs have disappeared.

The stakes in November could not be higher.

JUSTICE: Texas Cop Fired For Attending J6 Protests Receives $400,000 Settlement For Wrongful Termination

A Texas deputy who was fired from her job for attending the January 6th protests will receive a whopping settlement after she sued the county for wrongful termination.

According to The Forth Worth Star-Telegram, former Bexar County Lt. Roxanne Mathai was a “passionate supporter” of Donald Trump and had traveled to Washington to attend the ‘Stop The Steal’ protests.

She uploaded photos of the event to social media as protesters entered the Capitol building, although she did not enter the building herself

After returning to San Antonio, Sheriff Javier Salazar launched an investigation into her conduct and eventually fired her from the role that she held for nine years. It later emerged that he had campaigned for Joe Biden during the 2020 presidential election.

Mathai responded by suing the county and Sheriff Salazar for wrongful termination, citing violations of her First and 14th Amendment rights. The case was settled this week and she will receive a hefty $400,000 in damages. 

“Commissioners Court on April 9 approved turning over the $100,000 deductible amount required under its policy to a private insurance carrier to take over the defense and resolution of the lawsuit and the insurer agreed to pay the remaining $400,000 settlement amount to Mathai to resolve the pending lawsuit,” a Bexar County spokesperson told McClatchy News.

Despite costing the counts hundreds of thousands of dollars, Sheriff Salazar insisted he had made the right call. “The termination in this case was done within policy and was upheld by an arbitrator,” he said in a statement. “The decision to issue a settlement was made outside the BCSO. There was no wrongdoing on the part of the administration, and I stand by our actions.”

Such a story is sadly a rare beacon of light in the fight for justice for January 6th protesters. On Wednesday, The Epoch Times confirmed suicide of defendant on the death of David Homol, 55, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound months after the Biden regime hit with him eight separate charges.

Four other defendants, Matthew Perna, Jord Meachum, Mark Aungst, and Chris Stanton have also taken their own lives. May they rest in peace.

Parents Sue North Carolina School Board After 16-Year-Old Student Suspended, Called Racist For Saying ‘Illegal Alien’

Parents in North Carolina are taking legal action against their local school board after they suspended their 16-year-old son for using the term “illegal alien.”

As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, Christian McGhee was suspended from Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina and also smeared as a racist after he asked a question about the word “alien” during a vocabulary exercise.

“Like space aliens or illegal aliens without green cards?” he reportedly asked his teacher.

This question then led to a confrontation with another student, and the matter was consequently escalated to the assistant principal, who determined he had been “offensive and disrespectful” towards his Hispanic classmates, leading to his suspension.

The term “illegal alien” is the correct term used to refer to foreign citizens who have entered the U.S. illegally. Open borders oppose its usage because it emphasizes that migrants have broken the law.

Now, the Liberty Justice Center is taking up the case and suing the Davidson County Board of Education for violating his constitutional rights.

The Center announced the lawsuit in a press release on Tuesday:

On May 7, the Liberty Justice Center filed a lawsuit against the Davidson County Board of Education on behalf of Christian McGhee, a sixteen-year-old student whose question about the word “aliens” in English class led to a harsh suspension and false accusations of racism by his own school.

On April 9, sophomore Christian McGhee raised his hand and asked his English teacher whether her reference to the word “aliens” referred to “space aliens, or illegal aliens who need green cards?” Although there was no substantial disruption to the class, the school decided to suspend Christian for three days out of school, with the administration equating his question to a vicious racial slur. Christian was also prohibited from competing in a season-defining track meet. No appeal was permitted.

Having been branded as a racist by his school, Christian’s return was met with ostracism, bullying, and threats. Concerned for his safety, his parents unenrolled him and he is now completing the semester through a homeschooling program.

The Liberty Justice Center is suing the school board on behalf of Christian and his family for violating his rights to free speech, education, and due process. The lawsuit argues that the school board had no legal justification to suspend Christian because his comment was protected speech under the First Amendment. The lawsuit also seeks to remove the suspension from Christian’s academic record.

“Even though Christian asked a factual, non-threatening question—about a word the class was discussing—the school board branded him with false accusations of racism,” said Buck Dougherty, Senior Counsel at the Liberty Justice Center.

“The school has not only violated his constitutional right to free speech, but also his right to due process and his right to access education, a guaranteed right under North Carolina law,” he continued. “We are proud to stand beside Christian and his family in challenging this egregious violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments.”

“I have raised our son to reject racism in all its forms, but it is the school, not Christian, that injected race into this incident,” added Leah McGhee, the boy’s mother. “It appears that this administration would rather destroy its own reputation and the reputation of my son rather than admit they made a mistake.”

According to YouTube, the speech violated their "hate speech" policy by "inciting hatred of groups because they belong to a protected group."

The viral speech, which she delivered at CPAC Hungary in Budapest, discussed the invasion of Europe's borders by mass immigration that she likened to a form of "great replacement."

German Politician Convicted of ‘Incitement to Hatred’ For Citing Migrant Rape Statistics

A 27-year-old German politician has been convicted of incitement to hatred for discussing rape statistics in Germany.

Marie-Thérèse Kaiser, a local leader in the Alternative for Germany (AFD) party, was fined and given a criminal record for asking questions about the disproportionate number of migrants from Afghanistan convicted of sexual assault.

The European Conservative reports:

The Verden regional court in Lower Saxony has upheld a verdict against Rotenburg AfD leader Marie-Thérèse Kaiser for incitement to hatred. The 27-year-old was also found guilty in the appeal hearing on Monday of inciting hatred against Afghan local workers.

For this, the politician now has to pay 100 day fines (a type of fine related to daily income of the convicted) plus a fine of €60, a total of €6,000. In Germany, you are considered to have a criminal record if you are sentenced to pay more than 90 day fines.

The charge was based on a post that Kaiser had spread on her social media accounts in August 2021. In it, she wrote: “Afghanistan refugees; Hamburg SPD mayor for ‘unbureaucratic’ acceptance; Welcoming culture for gang rape?”

Among other things, the politician linked to an article showing that Afghans in Germany are particularly heavily involved in gang rape.

The issue caught the attention of X CEO Elon Musk, who pointed out that she was merely citing government statistics.”

Such verdicts are increasingly common in Germany, where the left-wing globalist regime has passed a plethora of “hate crime” laws and has even threatened to ban the AFD for supposed extremism.

Back in February, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz lashed out at Donald Trump after he suggested that America would not protect countries that do not pay their fair share.

REPORT: Trump Planning to Send Covert ‘Assassination Squads’ to Mexico to Take Out Cartel Leaders

Donald Trump is reportedly planning to send covert “assassination squads” into Mexico as soon as he takes office in order to take out Mexican drug cartel leaders wreaking havoc on America.

According to a report from Rolling Stone, Trump is mulling the idea if he returns to the White House next year as part of an effort to strike “fear into the hearts” of Mexico’s most notorious drug lords:

The former president has not presented specific details in public about these plans — for example, how many U.S. troops he’d be willing to send into sovereign Mexican territory. But, the three sources tell Rolling Stone, in conversations with close MAGA allies, including at least one Republican lawmaker, Trump has privately endorsed the idea of covertly deploying — with or without the Mexican government’s consent — special-ops units that would be tasked with, among other missions, assassinating the leaders and top enforcers of Mexico’s powerful and most notorious drug cartels. In some of these discussions, Trump has insisted that the U.S. military has “tougher killers than they do” and pondered why these assassination missions haven’t been done before, arguing that eliminating the heads of cartels would go a long way toward hobbling their operations and striking fear into the hearts of “the kingpins.”

During some of these conversations, Trump has likened these proposals to the 2019 military raid that he ordered that resulted in the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, insisting that the U.S. should approach drug cartel leadership in the same manner. One of the sources, who discussed the issue with Trump earlier this year, recalls the ex-president saying that the U.S. government should have a “kill list of drug lords,” as this source describes Trump’s ideas, of the most powerful and infamous cartel figures that American special forces would be assigned to kill or capture in a potential second Trump administration.

Trump has made no secret of his plans to deal with Mexico’s drug cartels should he get a second term in office. Since Joe Biden seized power in January 2021, drug cartels have expanded their operations across the United States by taking advantage of the open border, flooding the country with fentanyl and a host of other deadly substances.

Last April, Trump indicated that he would be willing to use military force, with or without Mexico’s consent, in order to deal with the drug cartels. The comments drew condemnation from Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who described them as an “offense to the people of Mexico.”

“I also have a very good relationship with the president of Mexico,” Trump said at the time. “He’s a socialist but he also happens to be a gentleman. You can’t have everything, right? But he’s a great person. Certainly, I would deal with him. This is an invasion of our country — this isn’t just people walking over… We will stop it and we will stop it immediately.”

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has offered to debate Donald Trump at the Libertarian Party convention later this month.

Both Kennedy and Trump are scheduled to speak at the convention this month after the Libertarian Party invited all presidential candidates to their convention to discuss issues around freedom and limited government. Joe Biden declined their invitation.

In a post on the X platform, Kennedy began his pitch by citing polling data between the two candidates and baiting Trump with accusations that he had failed on various issues such as COVID.

Over 200,000 People on North Carolina Voter Rolls ‘Missing’ SSN Numbers, Likely Ineligible to Vote

More than 200,000 people in North Carolina are on the state’s voter rolls despite missing the full details of their social security number.

According to a report from The Federalist, the records of approximately 224,000 people are simply “missing” the last four digits of their Social Security number (SSN) and their driver’s license identification number.

The report states:

The 2002 Help America Vote Act (HAVA) required states to verify certain “information of newly registered voters for Federal elections,” according to the Social Security Administration. “Each State must establish a computerized State-wide voter registration list and verify new voter information with the State’s Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA).” These requirements went into effect on Jan. 1, 2004.

States must verify the would-be voter’s driver’s license number against the MVA database, but if an individual lacks a driver’s license then states must use the last four digits of his SSN, name, and date of birth. Notably, verifying a registrant’s SSN or driver’s license does not necessarily confirm his citizenship, since foreign nationals can obtain either.

The system is meant to ensure prospective voters are eligible. Yet in North Carolina, hundreds of thousands of registrations made it into the system without this verifying information, according to allegations from election integrity activists.

“We now have hundreds of thousands of ineligible, duplicate, deceased and non-citizen registrants bloating our voter lists — the breeding ground for election fraud,” North Carolina Election Integrity Team President Jim Womack said in a statement to The Federalist.

Such reports raise further concerns about the integrity of America’s elections, which have been tainted by widespread fraud over the past two election cycles.

Just last month, The Gateway Pundit reported evidence by Fractal quantum technology that many of the illegal aliens who have invaded the country since Joe Biden seized power back in 2021 are being registered to vote in crucial swing states such as Wisconsin and Michigan.

However, this is not just a problem in swing states. Voter rolls across the country are known to have millions of discrepencies. Unless properly challenged and investigated, such irregularities could pave the way for fraudulently held elections for decades to come.

CNN Analyst Warns Jailing Trump Over Gag Order Would Be a ‘Political Gift’ to His Campaign

CNN legal analyst Michael Moore has warned that putting Donald Trump in prison over failing to abide by the terms of his gag order would be politically beneficial to his campaign.

Judge Juan Merchan, who is known for his close links to the Democratic Party, warned Trump on Monday that if he violates further gag orders, he would consider putting him in prison.

However, Moore warned that doing so would be a “political gift” to Trump but that he may have to do it anyway in order to “maintain the integrity” of the process:

How do I get Trump’s attention? How do I maintain the integrity and the respect of the court? How do I protect this process? How do I protect the trial? And at the same time, do I fall into the trap of giving Trump this big political gift of putting him in jail? Because of the fact is he’d never be in jail in a place where any common person might serve any amount of time.”

I mean, he would be isolated, he would be put in a secure facility. He may never even see another inmate, it’s not like he’s going to have to shower in the shower room or use the toilet room with everybody else. That’s just not the way it would work. And so it would really be a gift, I think, for Trump. And that’s why he’s playing this card because he knows that the likelihood of him being incarcerated is slim to none, but the poor judge is sort of like the boy in the dike, he’s got his finger in the hole trying to stop the flood, but he can only do so much, the hole being Trump’s mouth.

 

Under the terms of the gag order, Trump is prohibited from making any bpucli remarks concerning witnesses, prosecutors, court personnel, and jurors, along with family members associated with the staff, district attorney, or judge.

Merchan has already Trump in contempt for nine infractions, imposing a $9,000 fine and cautioning that further breaches could result in his imprisonement.

“Trump has not violated the order since then, and so it’s big to talk about going to jail,” Moore added. “It’s another thing to actually have some metal braces slapped on and realize you may be going off somewhere, even if it’s to a place different than some place like Rikers Island now.”

Trump, meanwhile, has indicated he will go to prison if necessary. “Frankly, you know our Constitution is more important than jail. It’s not even close. I’ll do that sacrifice any day,” he said on Monday. “But what’s happening here is a disgrace, and the appellate courts are out to get involved.”

The trial continues.

Federal Bureau of Prisons Denies Rep. Matt Gaetz’s Interview With Political Prisoner Dr. Peter Navarro, Says He is ‘Too Notorious’

Rep. Matt Gaetz revealed that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has denied his request to interview political prisoner Dr. Peter Navarro on the grounds that he is “too notorious” for such a meeting to take place.

Navarro, a renowned economist who worked in the Trump administration and whose report exposed the widespread fraud that took place during the 2020 presidential election, was imprisoned for four months by the Biden regime for failing to comply with a subpoena during Liz Cheney’s January 6th investigation.

Posting on the X platform, Gaetz gave details of the denial, arguing that other political prisoners had been allowed to speak to the media:

I was informed today by the Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons that my request to interview [Peter Navarro] would be denied. And her reason is that Peter Navarro is “too notorious” to be interviewed by a member of Congress! John Gotti was interviewed in prison. The QAnon Shaman was interviewed in prison. Director Peters HERSELF brought NBC News THROUGH PRISONS to showcase the work of corrections that’s being done! This only vindicates the claim made by Peter Navarro that he is being held as a political prisoner.

Speaking on the issue from the House floor, Gaetz added that Navarro was also being denied access to his lawyer.

“I think there is something else afoot here, Mr. Navarro I’m being told is not being allowed to access his attorney and it is because it is shameful what is being done to Peter Navarro based on a sham January 6th committee and a sham indictment and a sham conviction that we ought to work to remediate immidieately upon on President Trump’s rightful and righteous return to office.”

In a statement after the event, International March of the Living later acknowledged the protests that took place.

‘We marched today to give a voice to the six million victims of the Nazis industrial genocide of the Jewish people,” it read. “We marched with survivors of the Nazi atrocities as well as survivors of Hamas’ crimes and families of those still held in captivity.

Biden Regime Cuts Off Ammunition Supplies to Israel as Advisors Panic Over Electoral Threat from Anti-Israel Democrats

The Biden regime has cut off ammunition supplies to Israel as they attempt to appease the growing anger among the left of the Democratic Party over America’s support for the war against Hamas.

According to a report from Axios, the decision to put a hold on the ammunition shipment caused panic among the Israeli security services and is intended to prevent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from proceeding with an invasion of Rafah.

Axios notes:

The Biden administration last week put a hold on a shipment of U.S.-made ammunition to Israel, two Israeli officials told Axios. It is the first time since the Oct. 7 attack that the U.S. has stopped a weapons shipment intended for the Israeli military.

The incident raised serious concerns inside the Israeli government and sent officials scrambling to understand why the shipment was held, Israeli officials said.

The report adds that Biden took the decision in response to the “sharp criticism” that he is facing from Americans, particularly among Muslims and other demographics key to the Democratic coalition:

President Biden is facing sharp criticism among Americans who oppose his support of Israel. The administration in February asked Israel to provide assurances that U.S.-made weapons were being used by Israel Defense Forces in Gaza in accordance with international law. Israel provided a signed letter of assurances in March.

The Biden administration is highly concerned Israel will invade the southern Gaza city of Rafah where more than one million displaced Palestinians have been taking shelter.

Over recent weeks, many American colleges have been brought to a standstill amid widespread demonstrations from anti-Israel activists. Many of the protests descended into violence and required law enforcement to bring an end to the mayhem.

Netanyahu, meanwhile, issued a statement on Sunday for Holocaust Remembrance Day insinuating tensions with the U.S. and declaring that Israel will act alone if necessary.

“In the terrible Holocaust, there were great world leaders who stood by idly; therefore, the first lesson of the Holocaust is: If we do not defend ourselves, nobody will defend us,” he declared. “And if we need to stand alone, we will stand alone.”

The New York Times has admitted that Donald Trump is increasingly popular with young voters and that many prefer his policies to those promoted by the Biden regime.

In an article published this weekend, the left-wing newspaper notes that its own polling has Trump and Biden tied neck and neck among young voters, contradicting the narrative that his appeal is solely among older voters:

Although President Biden continues to lead among 18- to 29-year-olds in most polls, several surveys in recent weeks show Mr. Trump performing much more strongly with young voters than he was at the same point in 2020, and more strongly than he was against Mrs. Clinton at the same point in 2016.

In the latest New York Times/Siena College poll, from last month, Mr. Trump and Mr. Biden were neck and neck among 18- to 29-year-olds. In the latest Harvard Youth Poll, conducted in March by the Harvard Institute of Politics, Mr. Trump trails by eight points.

Mr. Della Volpe and other pollsters note that these findings come with a wealth of caveats. Mr. Trump’s relatively good standing with young voters is at odds with their broadly liberal views on most issues, which have led them to favor Democratic candidates for decades.

The newly formed non-profit organization is seeking to compensate whistleblowers for exposing Democratic attempts to steal and subvert America’s electoral process.

In a press release this week, the Fair Election Fund expanded on its plan to promote election integrity across the country following the fraud that took place in the 2020 and 2022 election cycles.

“The bulk of the group’s budget will be devoted to paying whistleblowers like election workers, organizers, and concerned citizens who have witnessed this corruption firsthand for sharing their stories,” the release read, according to Fox News.

Trump Campaign Files First 2024 Election Lawsuit, Demands Ban on Counting of Mail-In Ballots After Election Day

The Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) have filed their first election integrity lawsuit of the 2024 presidential election.

Following the massive voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election that rigged the election in favor of Joe Biden, the lawsuit is seeking to block the counting of mail-in ballots received after election day.

“Dilution of honest votes, to any degree, by the casting of fraudulent or illegitimate votes violates the right to vote,” the lawsuit states. “By holding voting open beyond the federal Election Day, Nevada violates federal law and harms plaintiffs.”

“Counting mail ballots received after Election Day doesn’t just dilute the valid ballots—it specifically and disproportionately harms Republican candidates and voters,” it continues. “These harms are irreparable.”

The lawsuit is a response to legislation passed by Nevada’s Democratic-controlled legislature back in 2021, which allows the tallying of mail ballots received up to four days after Election Day so long as the envelopes are postmarked before the end of the day.

“Nevada’s ballot receipt deadline clearly violates federal law and undermines election integrity in the state,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement. “Ballots received days after Election Day should not be counted.”

Nineteen U.S. allow the counting of mail-in ballots received after Election Day. The law’s claim they allow more voters to participate, although they are commonly used as a way of giving Democratic operatives enough time to “find” the necessary votes to ensure victory.

Moderna Posts $1.2 Billion Loss as Demand For COVID Jab Collapses, Promises Investors ‘Next-Generation’ Vaccine to Tackle New Strains

The American drug company Moderna has posted a first-quarter loss of $1.2 billion after demand for their dodgy COVID-19 vaccine collapsed.

Sales of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine were a mere $167 million over the first quarter of 2024, compared with $2.8 billion over the same period last year.

The company said in its earnings report:

This decline aligns with the anticipated transition to a seasonal COVID-19 vaccine market. In the prior year period, the company recognized revenue primarily from delivered doses deferred from 2022.

In the U.S., the company is reaffirming its 2024 product sales outlook as it enters the second year of the commercial endemic COVID market. Moderna’s focus is on working with public health officials, health care providers and pharmacies to increase vaccination coverage rates to reduce the substantial burden of COVID-19.

Yet according to The Epoch Times, the company sought to reassure investors with the promise of a “next-generation” COVID vaccine that will allegedly help combat different strains of the virus.

The outlet reported:

Moderna touted the results of Phase 3 clinical trials of its “next-generation” COVID-19 vaccine (mRNA-1283), boasting higher immune response against both new and original virus strains than its original formula. Clinical trials are also underway on a combination one-shot vaccine against the flu and COVID-19, which Moderna has dubbed mRNA-1083. Data from the study are expected at some point in 2024.

The drugmaker also reaffirmed that it expects to receive approval from regulators for its respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine in time for it to be included in this fall’s vaccine campaign in the United States. The company has expressed hope that its experimental shots—including for RSV, flu, and cancer—will compensate for dwindling COVID-19 vaccine revenue.

Modern is far from alone in feeling the pinch. The German pharmaceutical giant Pfizer also saw its profits decline 40 percent compared with the first quarter of 2023, with the company similarly blaming the fall in demand for COVID vaccines on their disappointing results.

RIP LONDON: Leftist Sadiq Khan Wins Third Term as Mayor, Defeats Pro-Trump Opponent By 10 Points

London’s leftist Mayor Sadiq Khan has won a third term in office, according to exit polls.

Khan, who is known for his ties to Islamism and far-left rhetoric, defeated his Conservative rival Susan Hall by a comfortable margin.

The Financial Times reports:

Labour has claimed victory in the London mayoral contest with Sadiq Khan set to comfortably win a third term in office, adding to the electoral gloom hanging over Rishi Sunak’s Conservatives.

Early results from different parts of the capital suggested that Khan had comfortably seen off a challenge from his Tory rival Susan Hall, in spite of rumours the contest could be tight. With counting complete in four out of 14 areas at 2pm, Khan had secured 52 per cent of the vote compared with Hall’s 24 per cent, prompting Labour to claim victory.

There had been speculation that Hall could pull off a shock win in the contest after figures showed that voter turnout was higher in the capital’s outer boroughs, where Tory support is strongest.

The results are another bitter blow to those who love the city of London, which has been effectively ruined by mass immigration, high levels of crime and astronomical prices.

Unlike most in the British Conservative Party, Tory candidate Susan Hall was a supporter of President Donald Trump and openly admired the controversial politician Enoch Powell.

Khan, meanwhile, has repeatedly attacked Trump since he first ran for office in 2015. Just this week, Khan responded to Trump’s comments that London is now “unrecognizable” under his leadership.

“Today is an opportunity to show Donald Trump and my Tory opponent that London will always choose hope over fear and unity over division,” he said this week.

“I’m happy to meet President Trump and to explain to him, in a respectful, courteous manner where I think he’s wrong on a number of issues, to hear him out, see what his explanation is for holding me responsible for the attacks we saw in London last year,” he later told HuffPost.

IRS Demands Another $20 Billion From Congress, Plans to Hire 14,000 More Employees to Harass Taxpayers and Investigate ‘Discriminatory’ Practices

The Internal Revenue Service is demanding a further $20 billion from Congress in order to hire another 14,000 more employees as part of an effort to better “serve taxpayers.”

According to IRS Commissioner, Daniel Werfel, the agency needs the money in order to fund technology upgrades and improve its customer service:

The IRS will continue focusing on making improvements and efficient use of funding. But to stress the importance of continuing this momentum, the IRS will continue working to make a difference for the nation’s taxpayers. At the same time, it’s critical that the IRS has stable, secure funding to allow technology modernization and taxpayer service improvements to continue into the future.

Werfel added that he plans to hire a further 14,000 employees over the next few years, with an estimated workforce of 102,500 by 2029.

We believe that figure represents a ‘right-sized’ IRS, reflecting the needs to serve taxpayers and responsibly enforce the law given the complexity of the nation’s tax laws. That number won’t even be a record high for the IRS workforce. It’s still well below the numbers from the late 1980s and early 1990s.

His pleas come less than two years after Congress passed the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, which included a staggering $80 billion windfall for the agency to expand its operations.

Meanwhile, Werfel also pledged to take steps to address the significant dispraity audit rates between Black taxpayers and other filers, arguing this “degrades trust in our tax system.”

“We are overhauling compliance efforts to advance our commitment to fair, equitable and effective tax administration and hold ourselves accountable to taxpayers we serve,” he said.

“We have taken swift initial action to dramatically reduce the number of those audits,” he continued. “We have also made changes to the selection criteria for those audits.”

Kansas Ban on Child Sexual Mutilation Fails After Two RINO Traitors Flip Their Votes

A proposed ban on child sexual mutilation in Kansas failed on Monday when two RINO Republicans switched their votes.

Having passed the state Senate, supporters of the bill needed a two-thirds majority in the Kansas House of Representatives in order to override the veto of Democratic governor Laura Kelly.

ABC News reports:

The Kansas House voted 82-43 to overturn Gov. Laura Kelly’s veto of a bill that also would have barred state employees who work with children from promoting social transitioning for kids who question or struggle with their gender identities. But supporters were two votes short of the necessary two-thirds majority.

Republicans who backed the bill argued that a ban would protect vulnerable children from what they described as experimental health care that could create long-term health issues. It would not only have banned surgeries for minors but also puberty blockers and hormone treatments. The Senate voted Monday morning 27-13 to override Kelly’s veto, the exact margin supporters needed there.

The two Republicans responsible were Reps. Jesse Borjon and Susan Concannon, who tried to frame their vote as support for limited government.

“We hear of bullying and ask authorities to make it stop,” Concannon said in a speech on the House floor. “We hear about mental health, about suicide, and ask why. We’re not listening to the impacted youth. Government involvement is not the answer.”

“I strongly support prohibiting gender reassignment surgery and limiting the use of hormone blockers,” added Borjon. “[But some parts of the bill] go too far in restricting mental and behavioral health care for children.”

Gov. Kelly, meanwhile, celebrated the state House’s vote to uphold her veto, describing it as a “win for parental rights.”

“I am glad that bipartisan members of the legislature have stood firm in saying that divisive bills like House Substitute for Senate Bill 233 have no place in Kansas,” she said in a statement. “The legislature’s decision to sustain my veto is a win for parental rights, Kansas families, and families looking to call our state home.”

Iran’s Islamic region is offering a lifeline to students who were expelled from American universities over their participation in anti-Israel protests.

Many students have been suspended and are facing possible expulsion for their role in pro-Palestine protests at universities across the U.S. and Europe. Among those are the daughter of Rep. Ilhan Omar, who recently revealed she had been suspended by Columbia for her role in organizing the demonstrations. 

According to the state propaganda outlet PressTV, the “head of an Iranian internationally renowned university” has signalled his intention to offer scholarships to any students who are expelled. 

The report states:

Head of Shiraz University, Mohammad Moazzeni, announced the decision at a gathering of university students and professors of Shiraz, the capital city of the southern Iranian province of Fars, in solidarity with American and European students supporting Palestinians in the months-long Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip.

…

Moazzeni criticized the harsh treatment of student protesters by the police in the US and Europe, saying, “They exert a lot of violence in order to contain this raging movement and have even threatened to expel the students from universities and hinder their employment in the future, and such autocratic methods show the decline of global arrogance.”

Announcing Shiraz University’s decision to offer scholarships to students expelled from European and American universities, Moazzeni said, “Students and even professors who have been expelled or threatened with expulsion can continue their studies at Shiraz University and I think that other universities in Shiraz as well as Fars Province are also prepared [to provide the conditions].”

While Shiraz University may not carry the same prestige as the likes of Columbia or Harvard, it would allow the students to study in an environment in which they feel comfortable. It will certainly be interesting to see whether any of the students take Iran up on the offer.

As a result, the country has avoided many of the social and economic problems experienced by many other Western nations that have enabled mass immigration.

However, it is also known for its dangerously low birth rates, which unless rectified, could dethrone its status as a global economic power. Japan recently entered a recession and was replaced in its position by Germany as the world’s fourth-largest economic power.

He would be willing to fire a U.S. Attorney who doesn’t carry out his order to prosecute someone, breaking with a tradition of independent law enforcement that dates from America’s founding.

He is weighing pardons for every one of his supporters accused of attacking the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, more than 800 of whom have pleaded guilty or been convicted by a jury. He might not come to the aid of an attacked ally in Europe or Asia if he felt that country wasn’t paying enough for its own defense. He would gut the U.S. civil service, deploy the National Guard to American cities as he sees fit, close the White House pandemic-preparedness office, and staff his Administration with acolytes who back his false assertion that the 2020 election was stolen.

Fearing a backlash from Democrats, TIME also published a separate article outlining their decision to present Trump in such a positive light:

Cost of Gasoline Surges Again Under Biden, Up 18 Percent in Just Four Months

The cost of gasoline is once again surging across the U.S. as the Biden regime continues its war on energy independence.

Bloomberg reports that with only six months to go until the all-important presidential election, Biden’s efforts to lower the cost at the pump are in “jeopardy.”

The report states:

The calculus is getting tricky for Biden before an election in which the rising cost of living is expected to figure prominently in voting decisions. History has shown that the fortunes of US presidents are closely tied to prices at the pump, even though they have little control over the oil market in the short term. As violence roils the Middle East, US gasoline prices have surged 18% this year—and the summer driving season hasn’t started.

The Biden administration is just pathologically allergic to anything that would increase oil prices, and they have telegraphed that over and over again,” says Jim Lucier, managing director at Capital Alpha Partners, a research group in Washington. But, he adds, there’s not much the president can really do about it: “Biden is in a box on this question.”

In a public meeting broadcasted on the X platform, Bukele asks his Attorney General to investigate the entire executive branch:

He is here for a simple reason, I want to ask him in public to investigate everyone sitting here. Retroactively and into the future. I imagine there should be no problem with that.

Such measures are typical of Bukele, who since taking office in 2019 has launched a brutal yet successful crackdown against corruption and the country’s violent drug gangs.

Back in February, Bukele gave a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) where he urged attendees to keep up the fight against globalism.

“If you want globalism to die here too, you must be willing to unapologetically fight against everything and everyone that stands for it,” he explained. “Fight for your freedoms, fight for your rights.”

A man has been arrested in London after stabbing several people with a sword outside one of the city’s underground stations.

The individual, who has yet to be identified, reportedly drove his vehicle into Hainault Station before going on his melee spree.

A critical incident has been declared near a Tube station in northeast London after reports a man wielding a sword attacked members of the public and police officers. The man crashed a vehicle into a house in Thurlow Gardens, before reportedly stabbing a number of people, police said.

Stephen Miller Warns Biden Needs Presidential Immunity, Could Be Tried For War Crimes and Human Trafficking (VIDEO)

Former White House senior advisor Stephen Miller has warned that Joe Biden should hope that the Supreme Court rules in favor of Donald Trump’s request for presidential immunity.

In an interview on Newsmax, Miller argued that while Biden may be hoping that the Supreme Court rules against Trump’s request, he would benefit from a precedent of presidential immunity in case of his own prosecution for crimes committed while in office.

“If they say there’s no immunity for official acts, the moment Joe Biden leaves office, every single red city and red state DA in the country can charge him for financial crimes related to illegal student loan bailouts, can charge him for war crimes related to deaths of service members overseas, can charge him for human trafficking, human smuggling and by the way, more election interference than you can even count,” said Miller, who currently runs the America First Legal Foundation.

A clip of the interview was shared by Donald Trump on his Truth Social platform.

His comments come as the Supreme Court continues to hear arguments about Trump’s presidential immunity claim, which if upheld would bring an end to the lawfare campaign led by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith.

Trump’s lawyers have argued that no president in America history has ever faced criminal prosecution, underscoring the blatantly political nature of the Democrat’s lawfare campaign.

“In 234 years of American history, no president ever faced criminal prosecution for his official acts. Until 19 days ago, no court had ever addressed whether immunity from such prosecution exists,” they wrote in last month’s filing.

“To this day, no appellate court has addressed it. The question stands among the most complex, intricate, and momentous issues that this Court will be called on to decide.”

PATH TO BANKRUPTCY? Ford Losing $132,000 on Every Electric Vehicle Sold This Year

Ford is losing a staggering amount on every electric vehicle (EV) it sold in the first quarter of 2024, underlining the financially unsustainable nature of the industry.

The company reported a loss of $1.3 billion in its electric vehicle division in the first quarter results, equivalent to $132,000 for each of the 10,000 EVs it sold in the past three months.

CNN reports:

Ford, like most automakers, has announced plans to shift from traditional gas-powered vehicles to EVs in coming years. But it is the only traditional automaker to break out results of its retail EV sales. And the results it reported Wednesday show another sign of the profit pressures on the EV business at Ford and other automakers.

The EV unit, which Ford calls Model e, sold 10,000 vehicles in the quarter, down 20% from the number it sold a year earlier. And its revenue plunged 84% to about $100 million, which Ford attributed mostly to price cuts for EVs across the industry. That resulted in the $1.3 billion loss before interest and taxes (EBIT), and the massive per-vehicle loss in the Model e unit.

The losses go far beyond the cost of building and selling those 10,000 cars, according to Ford. Instead the losses include hundreds of millions being spent on research and development of the next generation of EVs for Ford. Those investments are years away from paying off.

Ford, meanwhile, is far from the only EV manufacuter feeling the pain at the moment. Even the most popular brands such as Elon Musk’s Tesla have seen a marked decline in sales, forcing the company to lay off 10 percent of its global workforce.

The news will come as a further blow to the Biden regime, which remains determined to force the transition to EVs despite the lack of clear scientific evidence about the economic and environmental benefits of doing so.

However, The New York Times recently reported that the Biden regime was giving up on many of its EV production targets as part of an election year “concession” to automakers and labor unions.

Humza Yousaf, the First Minister of Scotland, will resign his position imminently, according to a report from The Times of London.

Yousaf, who leads the far-left, pro-independence Scottish National Party (SNP), had previously pledged to fight on after his government collapsed but has now acknowledged that there is no way forward.

The Times reports:

Humza Yousaf is preparing to quit as Scotland’s first minister after coming to the conclusion that his position is no longer tenable. Senior SNP figures have been told the nationalist leader decided over the weekend that there is no way for him to survive this week’s vote of no confidence and he may stand down on Monday.

It comes as Yousaf struggles to put ­together a coalition of MSPs that would keep him in office after he sacked the Scottish Greens from government. A close friend said: “Humza knows what’s best for the country and the party. He is first party activist and a party man, and that’s why he knows it’s time for someone else.”

A British Pakistani and practising Muslim, Yousaf notoriously gave a speech back in 2020 at the height of the Black Lives Matter riots where he complained about the number of white people in positions of power.

Just last month, he approved legislation implementing new “hate speech” laws intended to crack down on free speech and conservative opposition to progressive ideology. The move later backfired when thousands of people flooded the hate crime tip lines with reports of his own anti-white speech.

Having voted to remain part of the United Kingdom in 2014, Scotland remains subject to the British parliament. However, its government maintains autonomy on various policy issues ranging from healthcare to education as part of a devolution agreement signed by former Prime Minister David Cameron.

CNN POLL: Trump Posts Record Six-Point Lead Over Biden, Nine Points With Third Party Candidates

Donald Trump holds an impressive six-point lead over Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential race, according to the latest poll from CNN.

Even more encouraging for Trump is that with the presence of third-party candidates, he leads Biden by a staggering nine points.

CNN reports:

Trump’s support in the poll among registered voters holds steady at 49% in a head-to-head matchup against Biden, the same as in CNN’s last national poll on the race in January, while Biden’s stands at 43%, not significantly different from January’s 45%.

Looking back, 55% of all Americans now say they see Trump’s presidency as a success, while 44% see it as a failure. In a January 2021 poll taken just before Trump left office and days after the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, 55% considered his time as president a failure.

Other positive findings include 55 percent of voters saying his presidency was a success, while 61 percent see Joe Biden’s presidency as a failure:

Among all voters, when independent candidates Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornel West and Green Party candidate Jill Stein are included in the matchup, Trump holds 42% to Biden’s 33%, with Kennedy at 16%, West at 4% and Stein at 3%. Kennedy draws 13% each from supporters of Biden and Trump in the initial two-way matchup.

Assessing Biden’s time in office so far, 61% say his presidency thus far has been a failure, while 39% say it’s been a success. That’s narrowly worse than the 57% who called the first year of his administration a failure in January 2022, with 41% calling it a success.

Although polling data is notoriously unreliable, the findings may be an indication that Trump’s campaign is once again beginning to pick up steam.

Meanwhile, a Bloomberg/Morning Consult swing state poll this week found that Trump leads Biden in seven key swing states, while Biden maintains a two-point lead in Michigan.

Palestinian Athletes Invited to Compete at Paris Olympics… Without Having to Qualify!

Palestinian athletes will be given the opportunity to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games without having to qualify.

Thomas Bach, head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), confirmed that six to eight Palestinian athletes will be invited to participate in the Paris Games. Qualification events are currently ongoing.

“Whave made the clear commitment that even if no [Palestinian] athlete would qualify on the field of play… then the NOC [National Olympic Committee] of Palestine would benefit from invitations, like other national Olympic Committees who do not have a qualified athlete,” Bach said in an interview with Agence France-Presse.

Bach added that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) had always “supported in many different ways the athletes to allow them to take part in qualifications and to continue their training.”

His comments come as Israel comes under increasing pressure from around the world to ease its offensive against the Islamist group Hamas, which has led to the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians.

Meanwhile, French President Emmanuel Macron has ordered that Russian athletes will be allowed to compete at the games, although only under a neutral banner. They must also have never publicly supported Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and have no links to the country’s military or security services.

“The situation between Israel and Palestine is completely different,” Bach added. “From day one, we expressed how horrified we were, first on the seventh of October and then about the war and its horrifying consequences. We have always been very clear, as we have been with the Russian invasion in Ukraine.”

Dozens of British Muslims Sentenced in Rape Gang Trial, Facing Combined Total of 346 Years in Prison

Dozens of predominantly Muslim men have been sentenced to a combined total of 346 years for sexually abusing girls in Yorkshire, England.

In a press release on Saturday, West Yorkshire Police confirmed that 25 men had been sentenced for various sexual related crimes:

Dozens of men who sexually abused young girls in Kirklees have been jailed for a combined 346 years following a major police investigation. Sentencing took place at Leeds Crown Court yesterday ( April 26 ) for the latest men convicted as part of Operation Tourway, a multi-year investigation into the non-recent sexual exploitation of young girls in North Kirklees.

Asif Ali (53) from Batley, Mohammed Tausif Hanif (39) from Dewsbury, Ali Shah (38) from Dewsbury, Moshin Nadat (38) from Heckmondwike, Sarfraz Miraf (38) from Dewsbury, Mohammed Nazam Nasser (38) from Batley and Amir Ali Hussain (45) from Batley were all sentenced for multiple offences.

An eighth man was also made subject of a hospital order following a finding of the facts at court.   Their conviction means 25 men have so far been sentenced for their roles in the rape, sexual abuse and trafficking of eight then young girls in North Kirklees between 1999 and 2012.

One of the men convicted received a sentence in excess of 30 years during the trials, most of which were protected by reporting restrictions to ensure those involved could be tried fairly.  Now, with the lifting of restrictions, 24 men brought to court so far can be named and full details of their sentences disclosed.

Operation Tourway is merely the latest case of predominantly Muslim men found guilty of heinous sex crimes against young girls, often on an endemic scale.

The most notorious of these cases was Rotherham grooming gangs scandal, where around 1,400 children were abused by gangs of British-Pakistani men, between 1997 and 2013.

Although some of the culprits were eventually convicted, many also evaded justice after police refused to act on reports of sexual abuse over fears they would be labelled as racist.

Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost was the designated “comedian” for the White House Correspondent’s Association dinner on Saturday and there were no prizes for guessing his political views.

After “roasting” Trump and Biden with a series of tame and not particularly funny quips, Jost launched into an emotional tirade about his late grandfather where he praised the president’s supposed “decency.”

“My grandfather, a Staten Island firefighter, voted for you, Mr. President,” said Jost. “He voted for you and the reason that he voted for you is because you’re a decent man. My grandpa voted for decency and decency is why we’re all here tonight.”

“Decency is how we’re able to be here tonight,” he continued. “Decency is how we’re able to make jokes about each other and one of us doesn’t go to prison after — we go to the Newsmax after-party.”

Biden, meanwhile, used his remarks at the dinner to implore the media to support his campaign.

“I’m sincerely not asking you to take sides, but asking you to rise up to the seriousness of the moment,” he told the audience.

Whitmer was chosen to announce the Detroit Lions fourth-round pick, confirming that the event had set an all-time attendance record.

“It has been a historic week in the great city of Detroit,” Whitmer said. “We have shown the world what the Motor City is all about. It is my honor to announce that the 2024 NFL Draft has now broken the all-time record. 700,000 and counting. So, thank you NFL fans and thank you Detroit.”

Such a reception does not bode particularly well for Whitmer’s future political ambitions, with many liberal commentators touting her as a future presidential candidate.

Despite positioning herself as a supposed centrist, Whitmer was notorious for her fascistic approach to COVID pandemics and has actively pushed far-left ideas such as Critical Race Theory across Michigan’s schools.

Minneapolis Pays Man $150,000 in Emotional Damages For Witnessing George Floyd’s Death

The city of Minneapolis has given a man $150,000 in damages for merely witnessing the death of Black Lives Matter icon George Floyd.

The Minneapolis City Council on Thursday approved a $150,000 settlement with Donald Williams, who claims his exposure to George Floyd’s death gave him post-traumatic stress disorder (PTDS).

The Star Tribune reports:

Williams, 35, filed a lawsuit against the city last spring, alleging that he was assaulted by police on the corner of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue while trying to intervene in Floyd’s arrest.

He was outside Cup Foods corner store the evening of May 25, 2020, when he saw then-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck for nearly 9 ½ minutes as Floyd begged for his life. Bystander video captured by teenager Darnella Frazier depicts Williams as among the most vocal observers, urging Chauvin to get off Floyd — who was by then unresponsive — and check his pulse.

Chauvin looked directly at Williams, grabbed a canister of chemical spray from his duty belt and began shaking it toward him and other bystanders expressing concern for Floyd’s welfare, according to the lawsuit. He was so vocal that Officer Tou Thao stepped toward him and placed a hand on Williams’ chest.

As a result of the since-convicted officers’ actions, Williams said he feared for his safety and endured pain, suffering, humiliation, embarrassment and medical expenses.

The payout is merely the latest in a long string of unintended consequences following on from Floyd’s death in 2020, which triggered months of violent Black Lives Matter riots and political demands from the far-left.

Despite Chauvin’s eventual conviction for murder, there remain serious questions as to whether he was actually responsible for Floyd’s death. According to his official autopsy, Floyd did not die from asphyxiation due to knee on his neck, but instead a fentanyl overdose that he ingested before his arrest.

Nevertheless, Chauvin continues to pay an extraordinary price for his acitons. Last November, he was stabbed dozens of times while in prison, leading to serious injuries that almost cost him his life.

Bill Barr Triggers CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, Won’t Back Down on Voting For Trump (VIDEO)

Former Attorney General Bill Barr is not backing down on his support for Donald Trump, much to the dismay of CNN’s Kaitlan Collins.

Barr, who broke with the president over his refusal to investigate the widespread evidence of massive voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election, said that despite his concerns about Trump he remained a far better option than Joe Biden.

His intention to vote Trump was clearly triggering to Collins, who despite starting out at the conservative Daily Caller has now staked out a role as the voice of the liberal establishment.

Here is a transcript of the exchange:

BARR: So it’s not about me. I think that, that I’ve said this all along. If faced with a choice between two people, neither of which I think should be president, I feel it’s my duty to pick the person who I think would do the least damage to the country. And I think Trump would do less damage than Biden. And I think all this stuff about a threat to democracy, I think the real threat to democracy is the progressive movement. And in the Biden administration.

COLLINS: The Biden administration, or President Biden himself.

BARR: Biden’s, Biden’s support for the progressive agenda.

COLLINS: I think a lot of people hear that. And the case that we just talked about that went before the Supreme Court, essentially, and say, how can you see that and say that Biden is a greater threat to democracy?

BARR: Well, where are we losing our freedoms? We have our freedoms being constrained that they’re being constrained by, the progressive government and, you know, democracy especially, you know, from the Anglosphere democracies, the Five Eyes and so forth. The threats never been for autocratic government on the right.

COLLINS: But how specifically, is Biden threatening democracy?

BARR: The threat to freedom and democracy has always been on the left. It’s the collectivist, socialist, agenda. And that is where we’re losing our freedom. Parents are losing the freedom to control, their children’s education. And, you know, people can’t speak their mind without losing their jobs and things like that. This is worse than the McCarthy era. Where is that coming from? It’s not coming from the right.

COLLINS: Those two things that you just noted there, you believe are worse than a president of the United States trying to subvert the will of the people by overturning the results, no question.

BARR: No, I think I think a country well, all the things together, like we’re not enforcing our borders, we have open borders, we have lawlessness, in our cities, we have regulations coming fast and fierce. So telling people what kind of stoves they can use and what kinds of cars they have to drive and, you know, eliminating cars and and so forth. Yeah, those are those are the threats to democracy.

COLLINS: But but President Biden is not in control of what some school boards across the country.

BARR: He’s using the administrative–

COLLINS: You can make that argument, but.

BARR: He’s making.

COLLINS: How is that the same thing?

BARR: Major changes are being made in our country without without the democratic process. And they’re being made by bureaucrats in these agencies.

COLLINS: You, okay? Pause! You cannot argue that Republicans across the country are not doing that as well. My own hometown. There’s a huge fight at the library over which books kids can read. This is not something that is a single-party fight.

BARR: Do you think there are? Don’t you think there should be some limits on on what people are able to read? I agree, young people.

COLLINS: I just think people look at what you’re saying and they don’t. And maybe, maybe even Republicans who have concerns about what’s happening with school boards or, you know, the culture and don’t maybe abortion, even don’t equate that with with January 6th and Trump’s efforts. When you told him the the election was not stolen and he still went out there and said it was stolen and led a lot of people to believe that they don’t, those things aren’t equal. It feels like a false equivalency.

Earlier this week, Trump thanked Barr for his endorsement but also accused him of letting the country down with his conduct in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

Keith Olbermann Cancels New York Times Subscription, Complains Their ‘Grudge’ Against Dementia Joe ‘Endangers Democracy’

Former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann has cancelled his New York Times subscription over what he claims is their “grudge” against Joe Biden.

Posting on the X platform, Olbermann claimed he had been a subscriber to the Times since 1969 but would not return until its publisher, A.G. Sulzberger, was removed. 

In a screenshot attached to his post, Olbermann checked a box indicating he had “concerns about the New York Times’s coverage,” before adding that Sulzberger’s “grudge against Joe Biden is intolerable and endangers democracy.”

Olbermann’s comments come after a report from Politico that revealed the White House and The New York Times are currently engaged in a “petty feud.”

In a statement released this week, the Times blasted Biden for refusing to grant the paper more access and sit down interviews:

Mr. Biden has granted far fewer press conferences and sit-down interviews with independent journalists than virtually all of his predecessors. It is true that The Times has sought an on-the-record interview with Mr. Biden, as it has done with all presidents going back more than a century. If the president chooses not to sit down with The Times because he dislikes our independent coverage, that is his right, and we will continue to cover him fully and fairly either way.

However, in meetings with Vice President Harris and other administration officials, the publisher of The Times focused instead on a higher principle: That systematically avoiding interviews and questions from major news organizations doesn’t just undermine an important norm, it also establishes a dangerous precedent that future presidents can use to avoid scrutiny and accountability.

Olbermann, meanwhile, is notorious for his leftist rants and inappropriate behavior. Last month, he openly fantasized about Donald Trump’s assasination, stating there is “always the hope” he would end up the same way as Abraham Lincoln.

France Implements ‘Social Cleansing’ Campaign Ahead of Olympics, Starts Evicting Migrants From Homeless Camps

France has started evicting migrants from homeless encampments ahead of the Paris Olympic Games this summer.

According to a report from The Associated Press, authorities are cracking down on illegal migrants lining the streets as they seek to clean up the city’s image and improve security ahead of the games

French police evicted migrants from a makeshift camp in Paris a few steps away from the Seine River on Tuesday, the latest operation in what aid groups call a campaign of “social cleansing” ahead of the Summer Olympics.

Before dawn on an unusually cold April morning, around 30 teenage boys and young men from West Africa were awakened by police and urged to pack their tents and belongings. Most of them were underage and in the process of seeking residency papers.

Left-wing activists are already denouncing the campaign as a form of “social cleansing” against illegal migrants seeking to make their lives in France:

Such evictions and evacuations of migrant tent camps happen every spring after the end of a winter “truce” during which authorities put such actions on hold.

But aid groups working with migrants and other vulnerable people in the Paris region say these efforts are intensifying ahead of the Olympics. They note that people are being sent far away from the capital instead of being offered shelter in the Paris region, where many asylum-seekers have upcoming court dates.

“The authorities want to have a clean place for the Olympics Games. They don’t want the tourists to see Paris as a city full of migrants and asylum seekers,” Elias Hufganel, a volunteer with a group serving refugees and immigrants, said at the Paris tent camp Tuesday.

Under the leadership of globalist President Emmanuel Macron, France is notorious for its failure to control illegal immigration and the countless problems it brings.

REPORT: White House Aides Prohibit Biden From Walking Solo, Devise Special ‘Routine’ to Stop Him from Falling Over

The White House has introduced a special routine for when Joe Biden departs and returns to the White House on the Marine One helicopter.

According to a report from Axios, advisors to the geriatric president are increasingly concerned that his inability to walk properly is highlighting his old age and declining mental condition.

The outlet reports:

President Biden has introduced a change to his White House departure and return routine. Instead of walking across the South Lawn to and from Marine One by himself, he’s now often surrounded by aides.

With aides usually walking between Biden and journalists’ camera position outside the White House, the visual effect is to draw less attention to the 81-year-old’s halting and stiff gait. Some Biden advisers have told Axios they’re concerned that videos of Biden walking and shuffling alone — especially across the grass — have highlighted his age.

Meanwhile, the White House has also “taken steps” to prevent the 81-year-old from falling over:

The White House also has taken steps to prevent the president from tripping, as he did last summer on a stage at the Air Force Academy. Biden increasingly has worn shoes with extra support, including a pair of black Hoka sneakers. His doctor has disclosed that the president suffers from “spinal arthritis” and “mild sensory peripheral neuropathy of the feet” which has contributed to his stiff gait while walking.

Biden resisted taking steps to account for his age early in his presidency, but has shifted gears recently. Besides the different footwear, he now enters Air Force One on a lower level, taking shorter stairs than the ones used on his early trips to climb to the plane’s cabin. Biden also continues to do physical therapy and stretching exercises most days.

Since seizing office back in 2021, Biden has repeatedly tripped, stumbled and outright fallen over while on official duties. Such incidents underline both his declining physical and mental health, amid a growing body of evidence that he is suffering from dementia or some other degenerative illness.

Mitch McConnell: $61 Billion Ukraine Aid Package ‘Not a Whole Lot of Money’

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has insisted that the recent U.S. foreign aid package to Ukraine was a small change for the American taxpayer.

In an interview with Fox News’s Dana Perino, McConnell said that the $61 billion foreign aid package passed by Congress last week was “not a whole lot of money.”

“It is only 0.2 per cent of our gross domestic product, so put in that context, it’s not a whole lot of money for us, but it’s a very significant step for them because it gives them the more sophisticated weapons they need to hold the Russians at bay,” he explained.

“Russians are trying to take their country and they have an enormous incentive, and it doesn’t require any of our personnel, we’re not getting any Americans killed, we’re helping them defend their independence and also degrade the military of one of our biggest adversaries,” he continued.

The bill, which passed on a 79-18 vote, combines $60 billion in aid for Ukraine, $26 billion for Israel’s war against Hamas, and approximately $4 billion designated for the Indo-Pacific region. It also includes a provision that could potentially result in the banning of TikTok within the United States unless the company agrees to divest.

Earlier this week, McConnell also slammed conservative talk show host Tucker Carlson for the “demonization” of Ukraine among the Republican grassroots.

“I think the demonization of Ukraine began by Tucker Carlson, who, in my opinion, ended up where he It should have been all along, which is interviewing Vladimir Putin. And so he had an enormous audience, which convinced a lot of rank and file Republicans that maybe this was a mistake.”

SHOCK POLL: Nearly Half of Democrats Would Support Trump’s Plan For Mass Deportations

Nearly half of Democrats would support Donald Trump’s plan for mass deportations during his second presidential term, according to new polling data.

The poll, conducted by Axios in partnership with Harris Poll, found that 51 per cent of the American public would support the plan, including 42 per cent of Democrats, 68 per cent of Republicans and 46 per cent of independents.

Axios explains:

Half of Americans — including 42% of Democrats — say they’d support mass deportations of undocumented immigrants, according to a new Axios Vibes survey by The Harris Poll. And 30% of Democrats — as well as 46% of Republicans — now say they’d end birthright citizenship, something guaranteed under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

Americans are open to former President Trump’s harshest immigration plans, spurred on by a record surge of illegal border crossings and a relentless messaging war waged by Republicans. President Biden is keenly aware the crisis threatens his re-election. He’s sought to flip the script by accusing Trump of sabotaging Congress’ most conservative bipartisan immigration bill in decades.

But when it comes to blame, Biden so far has failed to shift the narrative: 32% of respondents say his administration is “most responsible” for the crisis, outranking any other political or structural factor.

Mark Penn, chairman of The Harris Poll and a former Clinton pollster, said the findings were a warning to Joe Biden that “efforts to shift responsibility for the issue to Trump are not going to work.”

“I was surprised at the public support for large-scale deportations,” he remarked. “I think they’re just sending a message to politicians: ‘Get this under control.”

In January, Trump pledged to implement the “largest deportation effort” in American history as the Biden regime continues to allow millions of illegal aliens to enter the country every year.

“Many of those people come from jails and prisons, many of those people come from mental institutions and insane asylums, and many of those people are terrorists,” he said at the time.

“We are going to have the largest deportation effort in the history of our country, bringing everybody back where they came from. We have no choice.”

El Paso DA Indicts 140 Illegal Aliens on Rioting Charges After Leftist County Judge Dismissed Their Case

The District Attorney for El Paso, Bill Hicks, has indicted 140 illegal aliens on rioting charges after a leftist county judge attempted to dismiss the case against them.

El Paso Times reports that Hicks presented the charges to a grand jury on Tuesday after El Paso County Judge Ruben Morales dismissed the charges on grounds of lack of probable cause.

Hicks explained:

We took all 141 of those cases to a grand jury this morning. Because the judge’s ruling was limited to the complaint affidavit in front of him, it allowed us to take the broader case to the grand jury.

We presented the case as a whole. We presented videotape evidence of what happened. The grand jurors believed there was, in fact, probable cause. The citizens of El Paso, through the grand jury, essentially overruled the judge’s ruling and found probable cause to believe that the riots did occur.

Traditionally, we reserve the grand jury for felony indictment, and we don’t take misdemeanors to a grand jury. However, when there is a question regarding probable cause, I believe it is fair to take these cases to 12 citizens of our community.

El Paso County Public Defender Kelli Childress, who is defending the illegals against criminal prosecution, condemned the indictment and called it a violation of their human rights:

We pretty much predicted that was their plan, which is why we sought a probable cause hearing in advance of today’s grand jury. I can’t say we didn’t know it was coming. We didn’t know exactly when. Knowing that it was coming doesn’t at all ease the fact that I think it is a horrible move. I think it is a blatant violation of constitutional rights and human rights.

I find it pretty amazing that they were able to indict 140 misdemeanor cases basically overnight, yet I have hundreds and hundreds of felony cases waiting to be charged for more than a year. They can claim all they want that this isn’t about politics and it’s not about immigration laws, but their actions scream otherwise.

This is not the first time that an El Paso judge has sided with illegal aliens over the rule of law.

Last month, El Paso Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ordered the release of dozens of migrants who engaged in a violent encounter with National Guard troops along the Rio Grande as they attempted to enter into the country illegally.

The failed presidential candidate spoke at an event on Tuesday at the University of Chicago titled ‘Does the Truth Still Matter? In Conversation With Chris Christie.’

“I would have preferred any of those people over Trump,” Christie said when asked about other Republican candidates. “Ramaswamy and Trump, I would have hoped for a death match where they both die.”

The comments led to awkward laughs from the audience, while the moderator asked him whether he meant “a literal death match.”

“Yes,” Christie responded, “Where they both die.”

He recently flirted with the prospect of running as an independent but has since closed the door on the idea on the grounds that there is no chance he could win.

“I appreciate the encouragement I’ve gotten to pursue a third-party candidacy,” Christie said last month. “While I believe this is a conversation that needs to be had with the American people, I also believe that if there is not a pathway to win and if my candidacy in any way, shape or form would help Donald Trump become president again, then it is not the way forward.”

Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom released an ad over the weekend showing young women attempting to escape Alabama for an abortion.

The video shows two young women attempting to flee Alabama before being stopped by a police officer who asks them to take a pregnancy test.

“We’re almost there. We’re gonna make it,” the woman’s friend says when a police vehicle suddenly pulls them over.

“Trump Republicans want to criminalize young Alabama women who travel for reproductive care,” the narrator says. “Stop them by taking action.”

“Alabama’s abortion ban has no exceptions for rape or incest,” Newsom wrote. “Now, Republicans are trying to criminalize young women’s travel to receive abortion care. We cannot let them get away with this.”

Back in 2022, California Rep. Eric Swalwell released a similarly dramatic ad in which a woman was arrested in front of her two children after getting an abortion. After she resists arrest, the cops pull out their firearms and placed her in handcuffs in front of her screaming family.

California Fast Food Prices Skyrocket Following Imposition of $20 Minimum Wage

The price of fast food restaurants in California has surged after the state imposed a $20 minimum wage law.

According to an analysis from Kalinowski Equity Research, fast-food restaurants across the Golden State have hiked prices by around eight percent since the law went into effect at the beginning of this month.

The New York Post reports:

Wendy’s raised its menu prices by around 8% while Chipotle Mexican Grill hiked its prices by approximately 7.5%. Starbucks, the Seattle-based coffee chain, raised the prices of its menu items at its California locations by around 7%, while Taco Bell hiked its prices 3%, the report found.

It found that Burger King instituted an average price increase of 1.4% for its Whopper Meal and 2.1% for its BK Royal Crispy Chicken Meal at the 25 locations. The report’s authors did the same for Chipotle, which was found to have boosted the price of its Chicken Burrito by 8.3% and its Steak Burrito by 7% at 25 locations in California between Feb. 7 and April 2.

Wendy’s also instituted substantial price hikes on staple menu items such as Dave’s Combo and the Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo. In a comparison of prices from Feb. 12 and April 2 at 25 Wendy’s stores in California, the company raised the price of both items by an average of 8%. McDonald’s appears to be the only fast food chain that has largely held off on raising its menu item prices, according to the report.

As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, many restaurants have also been forced to lay off thousands of workers as the cost of hiring them became unaffordable. Among these are Pizza Hut and Round Table Pizza, both of whom have confirmed they will be laying off 1,280 delivery drivers over the course of this year.

Meanwhile, some restuarants are using the wage hike as an opportunity to accelerate their transition to automated service, which will lead to even more job losses over the coming months and years.

Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) did not hold back when describing some of his Republican colleagues in Congress.

Appearing on CNN’s ‘State of the Union’ with host Dana Bash, Gonzales was asked about the passing of the recent multi-billion foreign aid package and the possibility that Speaker of the House Mike Johnson may be removed from office.

Rather than taking a diplomatic tone in favour of party unity, the Texas Congressman unloaded on Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Bob Good (R-VI), making various spurious allegations about their political and private lives.

BASH: So, you voted yes on the foreign aid package. Do you have confidence that at this point, given that it is still possible that Marjorie Taylor Greene will push to vacate, to kick out of the Speaker’s chair, that he can survive?

GONZALES: He will survive. Look, the House is a rough and rowdy place, but Mike Johnson is gonna be just fine. I served 20 years in the military. It’s my absolute honor to be in Congress, but I serve with some real scumbags. Matt Gaetz, he paid minors to have sex with him at drug parties. Bob Good endorsed my opponent, a known neo-Nazi.

These people used to walk around with white hoods at night. Now they’re walking around with white hoods in the daytime. Look, it didn’t surprise me that some of these folks voted against aid to Israel, but I was encouraged to see by a nearly 10-to-1 mark that Republicans supported our allies on the battlefield.

BASH: Wow, ok, I should say that the federal government did look into Matt Gaetz and those allegations and they decided not to prosecute.

Columbia’s Rabbinical Leaders Urge Jewish Students to Stay Home Amid ‘Extreme Antisemitism and Anarchy’

Columbia University’s rabbinical leaders have urged Jewish students to seek refuge at home until the situation around the campus has “dramatically improved.”

According to a text obtained by CNN’s Jake Tapper, the leaders of Columbia’s Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus, Rav Elie and Tamar Buechler, sent a WhatsApp message to students following dramatic anti-Israel demonstrations in which over 100 people were arrested.

They wrote:

What we are witnessing around campus is terrible and tragic. The events of the last few days, especially last night, have made clear that Columbia University’s Public Safety and the NYPD cannot guarantee Jewish students’ safety in the face of extreme antisemitism and anarchy.

It deeply pains me to say that I recommend you return home as soon as possible and remain home until the reality in and around campus has dramatically improved.

It is not our job as Jews to ensure our own safety on campus. No one should have to endure this level of hatred, especially at school.

Among the students involved in this week’s protests was the daughter of the far-left Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, Isra Hirsi, who confirmed she had been suspended by the university for “standing in solidarity with Palestinians facing a genocide.”

The protests at Columbia are merely one of thousands of similar demonstrations to take place in recent months, as supporters of the Palestinian cause mobilize in response to Israel’s war on Hamas.

Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) has confirmed that he will protect Speaker Mike Johnson’s position after he agreed a foreign aid package that will send tens of billions of dollars to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

In an interview on NBC’s ‘This Week,’ Khanna was full of praise for the Republican speaker and said he would oppose any attempts to remove him.

KHANNA: He does. Look, we came into Congress together and he always cared about civility. He actually led the civility pledge. And he – we had one issue, which was give individual votes. Don’t lump things together. And I give him credit for doing this. I would actually vote to table any motion to vacate him. You know, Congressman McCaul quoted Churchill. One of the things Churchill said is that America always exhausted every wrong option until doing the right thing. And this shows that American democracy still is very strong.

KARL:  You just said something significant. You said you would oppose the tabled – the motion to vacate. In other words, you will protect Speaker Johnson’s job if Marjorie Taylor Greene and the others go through with their threat to try to remove him?”

KHANNA: I would, through the end of the term. I expect Speaker Jeffries will be there in 2025.

KARL: Right – not – speaker, yes. Yes.

KHANNA: But look, I’m a progressive Democrat and I think you would have a few progressive Democrats doing that. And I disagree with Speaker Johnson on many issues and have been very critical of him. But he did the right thing here and he deserves to keep his job until the end of his term.

Khanna’s comments come as various Republicans, including Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar and Thomas Massie, have indicated they no longer have confidence in his leadership, amid rising anger at his commitment to funding foreign conflicts while the southern border remains wide open.

New York Home Depot Hires Guard Dogs to Protect Customers From Migrant Grifters

A New York Home Depot has gone to extreme lengths to protect its customers from the state’s increased problem with lawlessness.

According to The New York Post, the store in Rochelle, New York has employed a guard dog and private security to try and solve the issue, which continues to grow worse as the Biden regime continues to allow millions of people cross into the country every year.

The Post reports:

Two men wearing MSA Security caps and bulletproof vests with a German Shepherd in tow patrolled the Home Depot in New Rochelle on Tuesday.

“It’s more about omnipresence,” one guard said, explaining that the company was contracted a few weeks ago. “It’s not like we let them go bite anyone or anything.”

The guarded New Rochelle lot was quiet and no migrants loitered there when The Post visited this week, however, seven miles away in Throggs Neck, The Bronx, at least 30 male migrants hovered at the doors of Home Depot.

Some were day laborers simply trying to “shape” for work with local contractors. But many others aggressively confronted shoppers, trying to sell them phony Apple Airpods or soliciting tips for lifting items from shopping carts into cars — even when uninvited.

The Post also spoke to some of the customers and wokrers who have to deal with the unwelcome attention:

“You come out and you’re a woman by yourself, they literally leech onto your wagon, and you’re like ‘No, I don’t need any help,’” one worker said. “And when they’re following you to your car, it’s unnerving.”

She said a female supervisor saw one of the men washing his privates with a water bottle in the lot, and that several women have called customer service to complain that migrants robbed them of purses or phones. She’s seen the number of grifters in the lot swell as the migrant population in New York City explodes.

Customers frequently complain about the crush of migrants, said LaurieAnn Masciocco, who works in the store’s customer service department.

“It’s come to the point where they’re invading personal space, touching people’s belongings, just harassing,” she said. “I get it, you’re trying to make a buck. But when it becomes aggressive and harassing there’s a major issue.”

“While we can’t go into specifics about our security measures, it’s not unusual for us to use third-party security at various stores across the country,” a spokesperson for Home Depot said.

Such unpleasant experiences are now part and parcel of living in New York, where Democratic authorities continue to pay for the lifestyles of illegal aliens and provide them “sanctuary” from deportation.

New York City Mayor has repeatedly warned that the issue of mass immigration will “destroy” New York City, although continues to endorse the open-border policies of the Biden regime.

SHOCK: Yet Another BLM Activist Found Guilty of Fraud, Stole $450,000 From Hapless Donors

Yet another Black Lives Matter activist has been convicted of defrauding donors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In a press release on Thursday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio confirmed that Sir Maejor Page, 35, of Toledo, was convicted wire fraud and three counts of money laundering following a six-day trial.

The release stated:

According to court documents and testimony, in 2016, Page created a Facebook page for “Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta” (“BLMGA”) and registered this organization as a domestic non-profit with the Georgia Secretary of State Corporation’s Division. In 2017, the IRS approved Page’s request granting BLMGA tax-exempt status under Section 503(c)(3) of the tax code, but dissolved this status in 2019.

Page nonetheless accepted donations after falsely portraying BLMGA to the public as a legitimate charity engaged in social justice work, when in fact, it was not. Instead, Page used the money that individual donors gave to BLMGA not for social justice causes, but rather to buy items for his own personal use, such as a house and furniture. Page also committed money-laundering crimes when he bought these items with the donations that he fraudulently obtained.

United States Attorney Rebecca C. Lutzko, for the Northern District of Ohio also weighed in on the verdict: 

The United States Attorney’s Office prioritizes the prosecution of white-collar criminal conduct, particularly conduct involving deceptive schemes that selfishly exploit a charitable donor’s goodwill for personal gain.

The donors to BLMGA thought they were giving their hard-earned money to a cause they believed in. But instead of using it to support that cause, Page used it for himself. The jury’s verdict is a warning to every fraudster that when you misrepresent how donations or other money given to you in trust will be used, you will be prosecuted and punished.

According to The New York Times, Page stole around $450,000.

The conviction is merely the latest in a litany of similar cases where individuals invovled with the far-left Black Lives Matter organization have been caught skimming hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars for their own personal gain.

Last year, even mainstream media organizations acknowledged that only a third of donations actually went towards charitable causes, while those at the highest ranks of the movement financed luxury lifestyles with donor funds.

CLIMATE FAIL: New York to Scrap Most Its Offshore Wind Projects, Not Economically Viable

The state of New York has confirmed that it will be scrapping most of its signature offshore wind projects, in a major blow to all those pushing the climate change hoax.

The projects were intended to help the state achieve its goal of 70 percent renewable energy by 2030 while becoming a nationwide leader in renewable energy, although they have now been deemed unviable.

Politico reports:

NYSERDA, the state authority in charge of the deals, announced Friday that no final agreements could be reached with the three projects that received provisional awards in October 2023. Those bids were all linked to major supply chain investments by General Electric and a larger turbine it planned to build that was aimed at boosting the region’s renewable energy portfolio.

“Subsequent to the provisional award announcement, material modifications to projects bid into New York’s third offshore wind solicitation caused technical and commercial complexities between provisional awardees and their partners, resulting in the provisionally awarded parties’ inability to come to terms,” NYSERDA wrote in an announcement.

The report adds that while New York is not giving up on wind power entirely, the decision does represent a serious setback:

It’s not the total end of offshore wind in New York but does represent a setback. There are still some projects off the coast of Long Island and New Jersey on the drawing board and one is already operational.

Environmental advocates are alarmed by the challenges facing the industry. Offshore wind is key to reaching New York’s goal of 70 percent renewable energy sources by 2030, along with other longer-term targets. But there is growing evidence that the mandate will be hard to reach.

Such news underlines the growing body of evidence that wind power and other forms of renewable energies are not practical alternatives to meeting America’s long term energy needs, all while the Biden regime wages war on the country’s vast natural energy reserves.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt Gets Cold Feet, Won’t Commit to Signing Anti-Illegal Immigration Bill

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has refused to confirm whether he will sign a bill cracking down on illegal immigration across the state.

At a press conference on Friday, Stitt said that despite supporting measures to curb the invasion at the southern border, he was still undecided as to whether he would sign House Bill 4156 if it is approved by the Oklahoma Senate.

“I’m not going to make a decision right now whether I will sign it or not,” Stitt said during the press conference. “There’s too many variables on, you know, what’s in the bill. Our team will look at it, and we will review that.”

However, Stitt insisted that whatever he decides, Oklahoma will remain a “law and order state.”

Among the bill’s provisions include declaring a state of emergency at the southern border and creating a crime known as impermissible occupation, which would apply to all those who have entered the country illegally and have yet to be deported.

“The Legislature finds that the presence of persons who are unauthorized to be present within the State of Oklahoma is a matter of statewide concern,” the bill states.

“Any alien who has been denied admission, excluded, deported, or removed, or has departed the United States while an order of exclusion, deportation, or removal is outstanding, and thereafter enters, attempts to enter, or is at any time found in Oklahoma shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony and shall be punished.”

Those found guilty would face fines of up to $500, a year in prison, or both. They would also have 72 hours to leave the state of Oklahoma.

Similar bills have been passed in states such as Texas and Iowa, although both have been held up by multiple legal challenges filed by those advocating the opening of America’s borders.

OUCH: Trump Denies Former CNN Host Brian Stelter Press Credentials, Tells Him to Apply for General Admission Ticket Instead

The notorious left-wing media propagandist Brian Stelter just cannot catch a break.

After being let go by CNN and recently complaining about how people still compare him to a baked potato, Stelter was recently denied press credentials to Trump campaign events.

Vanity Fair reports:

In recent weeks, the campaign has taken similar punitive measures against other reporters, according to multiple sources familiar with the moves. An Axios reporter had their credentials approved for an event and then revoked the same day, following the publication of a story about the Trump-led Republican National Committee’s struggles in swing states. (An Axios spokesperson declined to comment.) At least one other Post reporter was temporarily denied press credentials to multiple events after accurately reporting on Trump’s public statements. Most recently, Brian Stelter, a special correspondent for Vanity Fair, was denied press access to Trump’s rally in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania.

Reporters who’ve been iced out in recent weeks have not been banned outright from events; they can still go as a member of the public, but that requires getting to rallies much earlier, which could be a deal breaker for some journalists given their busy schedules. “It’s harder for people to accuse them of shutting out reporters because it’s pockets of people, and it’s typically temporary,” said one political reporter. And it’s not just events, they added. “If they’re pissed off about a story, they won’t talk to you for a week or two.” I spoke with a number of reporters for this story who declined to discuss the dynamic with the campaign out of a fear of losing access.

In a statement provided to the publication, Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung pushed back against suggestions that the campaign were denying access to said events, urging them to apply for general admission tickets instead:

Nobody has been denied any access to our events. If reporters want to cover our events but are unable to secure a coveted press badge, they are more than welcome to apply for general admission tickets in order to experience our events. Throughout this campaign, we have been the most press-friendly and accessible [campaign] in modern history. We have flown reporters on Trump Force One, let them live stream from inside our motorcades, and given access that has never been granted during legal days. We don’t let petty differences get in the way of using the media to get our message out.

However, there have been certain reporters who have engaged in unethical conduct or breached basic journalistic standards of sharing privileged information to other campaigns and individuals… Unfortunately for those people, they can never be trusted again and will never be given the benefit of the doubt on this campaign or when we return to the White House.

Sadly for Stelter, it appears that he is one of them. He will either have to apply for a general admission ticket or risk missing out altogether.

DISGUSTING: Biden Aides Have a Risible Nickname For Donald Trump and (Shock) It Involves Adolf Hitler

Members of the Biden administration have a nickname for Donald Trump and it is as pathetic and unoriginal as it gets.

According to Politico’s West Wing playbook, some Biden aides are referring to Trump as “Hitler Pig,” although this is generally confined to younger members of the regime:

That moniker, four people in Biden’s orbit told West Wing Playbook, is one that aides to and allies of the president — generally younger, more digitally native individuals, not senior staffers, one person clarified — frequently use to describe Trump.

A Google search of the term brings up various images (search at your own risk) depicting the former president as, well, a pig. With a swastika armband. That suggests the characterization started online and was adopted later by people in the president’s orbit.

The report continues:

According to the four people who were granted anonymity to speak to West Wing Playbook about the term’s usage in Biden world, it started in late 2022 after Trump invited NICK FUENTES, an avowed white nationalist and Holocaust denier, to dinner at Mar-a-Lago along with the rapper KANYE WEST.

Calling Trump “Hitler Pig” is not so much an attempt to inject some levity into private conversations as it is a way to characterize what Biden aides see as one of Trump’s most outrageous behavior patterns, the four people all said.

Biden, meanwhile, is said to be “far saltier behind closed doors” when discussing his precedessor, although tries (and often fails) to keep his grievances out of the public eye.

The Trump campaign responded to the report by pointing out Biden’s emphasis on so-called “decency.”

“Joe Biden talks a lot about decency, but he and his staff don’t have a decent bone in their bodies,” said Brian Hughes, a senior campaign adviser. “These ridiculous and gross comments reflect the failure and dishonesty of the entire Biden operation.”

‘YOU BETTER HAVE A PLAN’: Dr. Phil Urges People to Prepare Their Resistance Against The Next Lockdowns

Dr. Phil McGraw has urged people to plan their resistance against the next time the government attempts to lock down the civilian population.

Addressing the audience on his eponymous show, McGraw explained how he had been demonized for his stance against the tyrannical COVID lockdowns but has since been proven right.

Now, McGraw is urging people to prepare for the next time governments attempt to shut the schools and place an entire population under house arrest:

When I stepped up in the beginning and said this lockdown is going to create more problems with quality of life than COVID is going to do with taking lives — people looked at me like I was insane. I got criticized, called a heretic, they said ‘what is he talking about.’ I’ll tell you what I was talking about, I was talking about exactly what happened and is happening.

When you shut down the schools, the day you shut them down, you better have a plan for reopening them. I didn’t see a plan for them to be reopened. And we have an entire generation that is suffering from developmental gaps, educational gaps, mental and emotional challenges and still there’s not a good plan to close those gaps.

And my concern is when the next pandemic turns the corner, who’s got the plan then…we need to think about whether we’re going to rely on science and how we’re going to react when the government comes in and starts telling us what we can and can’t do. I think we need less government, I think if they would step back, we tend to have a way to work these things out.”

We can’t just move on and forget about the disaster of school closures. Otherwise it will happen again and innocent children will suffer even more. We need more people like Dr. Phil who push for accountability and put the needs of children first:

Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto Votes Against Mayorkas Impeachment… Days After Senior Adviser Was Killed By Illegal Alien

Senator Catherine Cortez Masto declined the opportunity to impeach the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, for his failure to secure the southern border while an illegal alien languishes in custody over the killing of one of her senior advisers.

Posting on the X platform, Cortez Masto described efforts to impeach Mayorkas as a “waste of time”:

There is no evidence that [Secretary Mayorkas] committed high crimes and misdemeanors, so I voted to end this waste of time. Republicans could have made real policy changes, but they decided to play games and killed the bipartisan border package in favor of this frivolous impeachment.

Impeachment is not a tool to iron out policy disagreements. If Republicans were serious about actual solutions, they’d vote for the bipartisan border package — but they’re not.

Her comments came just days after an illegal alien was arrested in connection with the death of Kurt Englehart, who was working as a senior advisor to Cortez Masto.

Reno Gazette-Journal (RGJ) reports:

Elmer Rueda-Linares was in a two-vehicle crash about 4:30 a.m. April 6 at Kietzke and Peckham lanes that killed Kurt Englehart, state senior adviser to Cortez Masto, a Democrat.

On April 8, federal officers placed an immigration detainer — or “ICE hold”— on Rueda-Linares, who is being held at Washoe County Jail, the Department of Homeland Security told the RGJ in a statement Tuesday.

The initial charge against Rueda-Linares of felony hit-and-run has been changed to failing to stop at the scene of an accident, according to the sheriff’s office. He is being held on $100,000 bail.

As well as refusing to even consider the impeachment Mayorkas, Cortez Masto has repeatedly insisted that there is no open border policy between the U.S. and Mexico, despite the invasion of more than 10 million illegals since Joe Biden seized office in January 2021.

TYRANNY: Bank of America, USAA ‘Debank’ Conservative Election Fraud Attorney Dr. John Eastman

Two major banks have closed the accounts of conservative attorney John Eastman in retaliation for his advocacy against Democratic election fraud.

The Daily Caller reports that Eastman, who was recently disbarred by a left-wing judge in California over his efforts to expose massive fraud that marred the 2020 presidential election, had bank accounts with Bank of America and USAA closed without warning.

Eastman confirmed that he had already moved most of his money from Bank of America to USAA over concerns that the former was involved in leftist advocacy. Both of these accounts are federally insured and received massive taxpayer bailouts during the 2008 financial crisis.

Yet despite their links to the federal government, Eastman revealed that both of his accounts were closed within the space of two months.

The Daily Caller explained:

Bank of America alerted Eastman in September of 2023 that it would be closing his accounts, a letter obtained by the Daily Caller shows. Shortly thereafter, USAA notified Eastman in November that his two bank accounts with the company would be closed, a separate letter shows.

“And then two months later, we get a similar letter from USAA saying that they’ve decided that they’re going to close your account and they did like three weeks later,” Eastman told the Daily Caller. “And so that was where all of our automatic payments were coming out of, all our automatic deposits. So it was a real pain to shift everything. We had to get a new bank account opened and shift everything over.”

Eastman told the Daily Caller he was using the accounts he had set up with Bank of America and USAA for personal finances. He and his wife qualified for USAA bank accounts because his father-in-law served in the Navy in WWII and in the Marines in the Korean War, the attorney told the Daily Caller.

“We had Bank of America accounts for about 40 years. But just because of their wokeness we kind of quit a couple of years ago, using them much. They’ve got physical locations and therefore easy ATM, so we kept our accounts there, but we didn’t use much. And about four or five years ago, we opened USAA bank accounts and we were using those as our primaries,” Eastman said.

As extensively reported by The Gateway Pundit, debanking has become one of the left’s favorite methods of going after their opponents. In 2021, this very publication was unceremoniously banned from PayPal, despite never violating its terms of service.

Over in the U.K., Brexit leader Nigel Farage also found that he was being denied accounts by major banks. After campaigning on the issue, he received an apology from Natwest (of which the British government is a major shareholder) and eventually forced the resignation resignation of its CEO Dame Alison Rose.

When individuals or organizations lose access to bank accounts, many of them lose large amounts of revenue and must find alternative methods of banking within a short space of time.

Just this week, over dozen Republican Attorney Generals sent a letter to raising concerns about how they were actively targeting the accounts of conservative or anti-establishment entities.

“Your discriminatory behavior is a serious threat to free speech and religious freedom, is potentially illegal, and is causing political and regulatory backlash,” the letter states. “Your bank needs to be transparent with and assure us, its shareholders, and others that it will not continue to de-bank customers for their speech or religious exercise.”

Megyn Kelly Humiliates Disgraced CNN Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin After He Attacks Justice Clarence Thomas’s Integrity

Megyn Kelly did not mince her words when dealing with CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin.

As well as being a part of the left-wing commentariat, Toobin is notorious for an incident back in 2020 when he was caught masturbating during a Zoom call with colleagues, claiming he did not know the camera was on.

Toobin took time off following the incident, before returning following the year. He officially exited the network in 2022, although has appeared regularly on the network since then. He remains determined rehabilitate his image and opine on the events of the day, even writing a book about right-wing extremism.

On Wednesday, Toobin attacked the integrity of Justice Clarence Thomas after he allegedly played down the significance of the January 6th protests against the 2020 election fraud.

“In oral argument today, Justice Thomas is minimizing the severity of the 1/6 insurrection at the Capitol. Perhaps that’s because his wife was part of the conspiracy,” Toobin wrote on the X platform. “What a disgrace that he’s sitting on this case.”

Megyn Kelly was having none of it.
