Water pouring out of rural Utah dam through 60-foot crack, putting nearby town at risk

State officials are seeking to rapidly repair a 60-foot crack in the Panguitch Lake Dam in southwest Utah as law enforcement remains prepared to evacuate in case of a disaster.
