Biden 'appalled' by violence at LA synagogue, but DOJ won't say if it's seeking charges

President Biden is condemning the violence outside of a Los Angeles synagogue over the weekend where pro-Palestinian and pro-Israel protesters clashed while Jewish congregants were blocked.
