“America’s General” – Inside the Premier and a First-Look at General Michael Flynn’s Movie, “Flynn: Deliver the Truth. Whatever the Cost”

Last night, close to one thousand patriots gathered in a small ballroom-style convention center in the beautiful seaside town of Venice, FL for the premier of “Flynn: Deliver the Truth. Whatever the Cost”.  The town’s size and proximity to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico made it the perfect venue to kick off the nationwide tour that General Mike Flynn has embarked on to share his story of the lawfare waged against him and his family.

Joined on the tour by retired Green Beret Lt. Col. Ivan Raiklin and Sgt Boone Cutler, General Flynn shines a light on the persecution the Flynn family has faced for the last 7 years and is now similarly being turned loose on everyday Americans, such as the 71-year old grandma who prayed inside the US Capitol on January 6th and was just found guilty of her ‘atrocious’ behavior (end sarcasm).

Or the pro-life Catholic father of 7 who was defending his 12-year-old son from sexually-explicit harassment thrown in his face by a deranged abortion-loving grown man on a sidewalk.  The local authorities declined to press charges but the Federal Government shortly after swooped in, guns drawn with full battle-rattle, in a 25+ man FBI raid on his Pennsylvania home with all seven inside.  Even the judge who presided over the ‘not guilty’ verdict raised issue with how thin the case was.

Or perhaps Alfredo Luna, a US Marine-turned-police-officer in California who had his home raided by the FBI in January 2021 after the January 6th protest at the US Capitol.  Luna, a recipient of the Medal of Valor (the law enforcement equivalent of the Medal of Honor), was not in Washington DC on January 6th.  You read that right.  The basis of his warrant?  A tweet.

The 20+ man FBI raid, complete with a drone and flashbang, was recorded in the early hours by his neighbor’s Ring doorbell camera.  Luna would eventually be charged by local authorities with possession of a rifle, which Luna has the paperwork to show that it is lawfully owned.  That case continues to this day.  Despite the sweetheart plea deal of sweetheart plea deals, Luna is not backing down.

And that takes us to General Flynn’s story, perhaps the foundational starting point of the persecutions against ‘America First’.

In the late Friday afternoon, a crowd of grassroots everyday American patriots gathered and socialized for a little over an hour before the film began.  It was an exceptional environment.  Col. Raiklin was giving a group of people a point-by-point breakdown of ‘The Wall’ that was assembled to piece together General Flynn’s story from start to now, including several Gateway Pundit article snapshots.

Sgt. Boone Cutler was interacting with guests and discussing the 5GW book series he co-authored with the General.  Those who attend the tour in person have an opportunity to pick up the newest version about the Role of the Church before its even available online.

There was a small bar/reception area where folks mingled with each other with ‘The Wall’ as the backdrop.  It was a unifying conversation about concerns for the direction of our country, and perhaps the world, as everyday American face a plethora of hardships that were unimaginable just five years ago.  Unfortunately, besides Modelo, the beer selections at that particular venue were Aneheuser-Busch products, so I opted for a glass of wine.

The movie began after a brief introduction from the General.  Immediately, I could relate.  General Flynn loves the ocean and understands it’s divine mystery as it wraps you in indescribable serenity.  After a brief background, the film dives into General Flynn’s distinguished 33-years of impeccable military service.  You simply do not rise to the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency unless you are the absolute best of the best, as the film describes.

In the journey to the top military intelligence officer in the world, the film lays out questions and concerns General Flynn had with US involvement in previous wars.  In fact, he states something to the effect of ‘the United States gets an A+ for getting into wars but an F for winning them.’  As a Marine combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, this resonated with me.  Bigly.  My eyes watered up as he eloquently laid out the same questions I’ve been asking myself ever since, as biased as this may sound, the election and presidency of Donald J. Trump.  For the first time in my 40 years on this earth, we had a President who didn’t thrust us into another war and made arduous steps to get us out of the decades-long one we were in.

Without spoiling the movie, I learned why the famous hashtag the General and his supporters often use, #fightlikeaFlynn, incorporates that small discrete ‘a’ in there: the battle he endured heavily relied on the support of and help from his brothers and sisters, his son, but perhaps most importantly, his wife, Lori.  It is becoming a rare occasion to see a marriage survive almost five decades together.  It’s even more rare to see that type of devotion while operating at the highest levels of our military, which is arguably one of the most demanding professions in our country.  The saying, “Marine Wife: Toughest Job in the Corps” is a well-known slogan amongst Marines for a reason.  I’m sure the same is true for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard.

Whether you know just about all (you think) there is to know about the General’s story or you don’t know much at all other than he was arrested and the Mockingbird Media said “Flynn: bad!”, I believe you’ll walk away fulfilled.  You will hopefully understand, if you don’t already, the weaponization of the Department of Justice against Donald Trump, General Flynn, and anyone who resists the globalist takeover we currently face.  General Flynn was a “Kennedy Democrat” who was nominated by former DNI James Clapper under Barack Obama only to have the administration turn their back on him when they realized he wouldn’t ‘toe the line’.  No one is ‘safe’.

Many times throughout the film, the crowd would erupt in applause, whether it was the first appearance of a beloved personality such as Tucker Carlson, Devin Nunes, Sidney Powell, or, of course, Donald Trump, or in admiration of General Flynn’s professed devotion to his wife, his son, and now, his grandson.

When the film ended, it did so to thunderous applause and a standing ovation for “America’s General”:

America’s General!! #fightlikeFlynn

The live event concludes with a Q&A panel that includes General Flynn, Col. Raiklin, Sgt Cutler, UncoverDC’s Tracy Beanz, and other guests.  Many guests hung around to socialize with each other, exchange stories and phone numbers or social media handles, and interact with the folks involved in the tour.

The tour will be coming through Winter Haven, Savannah, Greer, Nashville, Branson, Wichita, Oklahoma City, Glendale, Las Vegas, Santa Barbara, Live Oak, Bow, Spokane, Meridian, Billings, Rapid City, Fargo, Milwaukee, Rockford, Noblesville, Fairmont, Charleston (WV), Blakely, Batavia, Groton, Ronkonkoma, Newark, Lincoln, Tulsa, Grapevine, and concluding in Spring, TX.

Kari Lake and Mark Finchem Appeal Lawsuit to Ban Electronic Voting Machines to US Supreme Court – Case Receives No Responsive Filings from ‘AZ SOS’ Adrian Fontes

Last month, former AZ gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and AZ Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem appealed their federal lawsuit seeking to ban electronic voting machines to the US Supreme Court with new allegations uncovered since the case was previously argued.

The new allegations, as reported by The Gateway Pundit, included failure by Maricopa County officials to conduct the mandated Logic and Accuracy testing, failure to only use certified software on Arizona’s voting machines, and critical encryption keys stored in plain-text that were found in accessible databases during the Arizona audit

Coincidentally, similar critical encryption keys were found in plain-text in open records requests in Georgia and New Mexico and identified in the Antrim County forensic image report in 2021 as part of Bailey v. Antrim Co.

In October 2023, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the case, claiming that Lake and Finchem did not have standing and “failed to establish that a future injury was either imminent or substantially likely to occur.”

Notably, just three months later, in a Federal court, computer science expert J. Alex Halderman hacked a Dominion Voting System in mere seconds and in several different ways, using common items such as a ball-point pen, a $10 Smart Card from Amazon, and a $100 BashBunny device.  You can read The Gateway Pundit’s 3-part series on the Halderman Hacks:

Part 3: Full Scope of Dominion ICX Hack in Federal Court is FAR Worse than Just the BIC Pen Hack

On April 2nd, Lake/Finchem attorney Kurt Olsen filed another brief to the Supreme Court after respondent Adrian Fontes failed to file a necessary brief in opposition.  Fontes decided to waive any response to the brief as well as the Motion to Expedite.

Pursuant to this Court’s Rule 15.8, petitioners submit this supplemental brief regarding the ethical and legal implications of the respondents’ waiver of a brief in opposition (“BIO”) and their failure to respond to petitioners’ Motion to Expedite. Although petitioners reserve the right to move for monetary or nonmonetary sanctions under Rule 8.2, this supplemental brief focuses on the ethical and procedural issues related to respondents’ waiver of their BIOs.

In the lower courts, it was argued by defendants that because the voting machines were running certified software and logic and accuracy testing was performed, the risk of election interference was speculative.  Olsen argues in the most recent filing that:

“…respondents have a duty to correct prior false material evidence presented to the lower courts, on which those courts relied to find petitioners’ injuries too speculative for Article III.  The duty to correct expires when the litigation – including appeals or the time to appeal – expires.  Allowing respondents to run out the clock by waiving a response would put this Court’s imprimatur on respondents’ misconduct:

  • If respondents previously knew their evidence was false, they committed fraud on the courts.
  • If respondents learned of their evidence’s falsity from petitioners’ Motion to Expedite, respondents violated their duty of candor by waiving their BIOs (brief in opposition)

You can read the most recent filing from Tuesday evening here.

Attorney *Arguing to Disbar* Trump RICO Defendant Jeffrey Clark Over Election Fraud Claims Calls Georgia Secretary of State “A Corrupt One”

“Never ask a question to which you do not already know the answer” is an age-old unwritten ‘law’ in courtroom proceedings.  The reason being is it could result in unexpected harm to one’s case.  This became clear during yesterday’s Washington D.C.-based disbarment hearing of former Trump DOJ official and co-RICO defendant in Fulton County, Jeffrey Clark.

During cross-examination of Garland Favorito of VoterGA.org, counsel for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) asked Favorito:

“So, in the things that you’ve talked about today, can you list for us the ones which you believe are evidence of actual fraud having been committed?”

Favorito responded by firing off numerous findings throughout his organization’s years-long investigation:

  • The original ballot images in “about 70 counties” had been destroyed in spite of the laws requiring they be maintained
  • Analysis of Fulton County ballot images were electronically altered before the certification in 2020, which has still not been properly investigated
  • There were at least 8,000 double-copied ballots in Chatham County
  • There were 8,000 double-scanned ballots statewide (Favorito admits this may not be fraud, but rather could be errors or a mixture of fraud and errors, but that “we have no way of knowing until that is investigated)

Counsel for the ODC interrupts Favorito at that point and asks specifically for examples of fraud that is “in the public record” and “not something [he has] investigated and uncovered.”

Favorito responds that there were mail-in ballots that were not folded from being mailed nor were they printed on the correct paper stock.  They were marked with toner (from a printer) rather than a writing instrument, according to senior poll-managers’ sworn affidavits being used in court cases “right now”.  Favorito points out that these were known not just before January 3rd, but before December 3rd (2020).

When ODC counsel asks, “There were 100 of those ballots, correct?”

Favorito responds:

No one knows how many ballots [there] were because we’ve spend three years in court trying to get those ballots [as] public record.  We actually appealed our case to the Georgia Supreme Court.  We won the case in the Georgia Supreme Court.  They declared we had standing all along and the Superior Court had made a complete error.  That case went back down.  He then passed it off to another judge who we believed was too impartial.  We filed a motion to recuse.  So after three years, we have still not gotten to see the ballots that there were six sworn affidavits for that were counterfeit.  That is not the appropriate way to investigate.  And, the Secretary of State’s Office filed an amicus brief against us to try to prevent us from looking at the ballots.

What kind of a Secretary of State would have done that?”

This is where the proverbial mic-drop occurs.  Remember, “Never ask a question to which you don’t already know the answer.”  In a moment of bewilderment perhaps, to the question of “What kind of Secretary of State would have done that”, ODC counsel responds:

“A corrupt one, I guess.”

Favorito immediately fires back, “That’s your opinion, not mine.”

ODC counsel is not arguing on behalf of anyone from the State of Georgia, Fulton County, or any election entity.  He is arguing strictly for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.  However, the position of his argument to disbar Jeffrey Clark should at least be somewhat congruent with the argument that there was no wide-spread fraud in the 2020 election, which, regarding Georgia, has been incorrectly proclaimed by Georgia officials since 2020.

To state “a corrupt one, I guess” in regards to the Chief Election Officer of the State of Georgia when presented not only with evidence of significant election issues that have gone widely uninvestigated since 2020, but also with obfuscation in the judicial process to allow public transparency, is a detrimental blow not only to the disbarment case, but also to the claims made by the Georgia Secretary of State regarding the 2020 election.

While the lion’s share of election claims brought regarding the 2020 election were dismissed on procedural grounds prior to an evidentiary hearing, something most Mockingbird Media outlets neglect to acknowledge, the criminal cases brought forth in places such as Fulton County, and in disbarment hearings such as John Eastman’s in California, and now Jeffrey Clark’s in D.C., have allowed evidentiary claims to be heard on the record and under oath.

Garland Favorito and VoterGA.org’s 2020 ballot inspection case was remanded back to the Superior Court 468 days ago and is still waiting to be heard.

The criminal RICO case in Fulton County is shaping up to be a blockbuster event.

This might be the greatest cross-examination failure of all time! The ODC prosecutor is challenging Garland Favorito to list examples of actual fraud and not just potential fraud. Rule #1 – don’t ask a question you don’t know the answer to. Garland starts to go through all the… pic.twitter.com/nzPZc6fkzF

Breaking: “Campaign Finance Mule” Investigative Reporter/Researcher Peter Bernegger Arrested on Day of Wisconsin Primary – Charged With Rarely Used Crime

Wisconsin investigative reporter and researcher Peter Bernegger of Election Watch Incorporated was arrested and booked by the Dane County Sheriff this morning for “Simulating Legal Process,” according to the Dane County Sheriff’s website.  Bernegger was intricately involved in exposing election campaign “smurfs,” or donors who are believed to be unknowingly used to launder numerous small-dollar donations to political candidates.  Bernegger previously told The Gateway Pundit that the “smurfing” scheme “looks like the largest money laundering scheme in the history of the country.

In March 2023, O’Keefe Media Group’s James O’Keefe interviewed several of these unsuspecting “smurfs” to see if they had donated large quantities of money to candidates and political action committees such as ACTBlue through numerous small-dollar donations.  Of course, they hadn’t.  These donations often amounted to thousands of dollars from “unemployed” (retired) seniors in numerous small donations.

Democrats such as Senators Raphael Warnock and John Fetterman, Governors Katie Hobbs and Gretchen Whitmer, Congressman Troy Carter, and Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz were reported beneficiaries of this operation.  Protasiewicz was recently elected to swing the makeup of the Wisconsin Supreme Court in favor of the Democrats.

FOX News eventually reported on the alleged money laundering scheme from “Democratic fundraising behemoth” ActBlue, back in April 2023 after Senator Marco Rubio demanded a Federal Elections Commission investigation into the campaign finance laundering accusations.

Now this…

Last night, Peter Bernegger was arrested by the Dane County Sheriff’s office and booked this morning for “Simulating Legal Process.”  According to Wisconsin H.O.T’s Telegram page, there have only been two convictions for this crime since 1977.

“Simulating Legal Process”, WI Statute 946.68, states:

(1g) In this section, “legal process” includes a subpoena, summons, complaint, warrant, injunction, writ, notice, pleading, order or other document that directs a person to perform or refrain from performing a specified act and compliance with which is enforceable by a court or governmental agency.
(1r)
    (a) Except as provided in pars. (b) and (c), whoever sends or delivers to another any document which simulates legal process is guilty of a Class I felony.
    (b) If the document under par. (a) is sent or delivered with intent to induce payment of a claim, the person is guilty of a Class H felony.
    (c) If the document under par. (a) simulates any criminal process, the person is guilty of a Class H felony.
(2) Proof that a document specified under sub. (1r) was mailed or was delivered to any person with intent that it be forwarded to the intended recipient is sufficient proof of sending.
(3) This section applies even though the simulating document contains a statement to the effect that it is not legal process.
(4) Violation of this section may be prosecuted in either the county where the document was sent or the county in which it was delivered.

Bernegger teamed up with Wisconsin H.O.T “to file 50 ethics complaints with the Wisconsin Elections Commission against both Democrats and Republican campaigns for allegedly accepting laundered funds and published the complaints [at] infoccc.com,” according to Wisconsin H.O.T.

Wisconsin H.O.T writes:

Supported by extensive data analysis from FEC and CFIS, Bernegger’s team meticulously documented the illicit contributions. Private investigators confirmed that many donors were falsely attributed, prompting further complaints in over 20 Wisconsin counties. The reports have exposed a web of corruption reaching even the highest levels of state government, including Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz and Attorney General Josh Kaul.

As the Department of Justice attempts to silence Bernegger, his unwavering commitment to truth and justice will only grow stronger. The lawfare tactics against him will only serve to amplify his voice and bring his investigative research to a wider audience. The arrest of Peter Bernegger is not just an attack on one man but on the fundamental principles of transparency and accountability in our democracy.

The ethics complaints filed by Bernegger include some notable names.  Janet Protaziewicz is alleged to have received $1.4M and $12.3M in “alleged false donations” and “alleged campaign violations”, respectively.  The complaint claims that she received 57.33% in contributions from out-of-state funds.

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul also had an ethics complaint filed against him, as did Governor Tony Evers and several other state politicians and Democrat and Republican organizations.

During a December 2023 Senate hearing in Wisconsin, Sheboygan Republican Party Chairman Russ Otten and Peter Bernegger also exposed campaign donations from an organization, Democracy Found, endorsing Ranked Choice Voting through Senate Bill 528.

Arizona Rancher Murder Trial: Critical Evidence *Never Recovered* – Prosecution Cannot Definitively Prove Kelly Fired the Fatal Shot

Image of George Kelly from a GiveSendGo page started by his wife, Wanda Kelly

On January 30, 2023, Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, 75, was arrested and charged with the murder of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea.  Cuen-Buitimea was crossing the border from his hometown of Nogales, Mexico, with a group of seven other illegal immigrants donning camouflage attire and rifles.

One of the illegal immigrants said the squad of armed men crossed the border into the United States to look for work but scattered after seeing Border Patrol agents.  Shortly thereafter, Kelly became aware of the group.

He was making lunch when he heard a single gunshot and then noticed five of the men crossing through his 170-acre ranch along the southern border.  Kelly claims he saw one of the men point their rifle at him when he went to his porch to investigate.  Kelly responded by firing warning shots with his own rifle over the group’s heads.

Cuen-Buitimea was struck by a bullet that allegedly came from Kelly’s rifle. However, responding officers, including local police and US Border Patrol, did not initially find Cuen-Buitimea’s body when they investigated.  It wasn’t until later when Kelly went to check on his horse, that the body was discovered.

Kelly had previously called the police several times that day to report a group of armed men trespassing through his property.

Arizona Rancher Goes on Trial For Killing Illegal Alien on His Property

The trial began last week as the State in the Santa Cruz Superior Court as prosecutors seek a second-degree murder conviction after downgrading the charge from first-degree murder.  However, on Friday, during the trial, a key piece of evidence was revealed to be missing:  the bullet that killed Cuen-Buitimea was never recovered.

During the testimony of forensic scientist Rick Wyant, defense attorney Brenna Larkin asked, “So number one, you can’t prove who the shooter was, correct?” to which Wyant answered, “That’s correct.”

Tuscon’s 13 News published a video excerpt of this part of the testimony:

“You can’t prove which firearm caused this wound.  Is that correct?” she asked.

“Caused the wound? Correct.”

“You can’t prove which type of ammunition caused this wound, correct?”

“That is true.”

“You can’t prove which bullet caused this wound, correct?”

“Also true.”

“Can’t prove which direction this shot came from, correct?”

“Correct.”

“And we can’t prove how far away this shot came from other than further than 6 feet away from this person, correct?”

“Yes, true.”

Without a bullet, forensic experts cannot determine whether it was Kelly’s rifle that fired the fatal shot, which all but narrows this case down to the 75-year old American rancher’s word against that of the prosecution’s witness, 43-year old Daniel Ramirez, an illegal immigrant from Honduras.

Ramirez testified on day three of the trial and admitted that he had previously smuggled drugs across the border, as reported by FOX News.

He also reported that he’d attempted to cross the border eight to ten times previously and had been deported multiple times during those efforts.  He testified that it cost him $2,500, paid to human smugglers, each time he had crossed the border.

Kelly’s wife of 53 years, Wanda Kelly, set up a GiveSendGo  for defense donations after “several” GoFundMe pages were taken down “because of the charges against him”, according to the Associated Press.  So much for “innocent until proven guilty”.

The trial will resume tomorrow, April 2nd.
