When Vice President Kamala Harris congratulated Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week on a huge victory over the Hamas terrorist group, she never mentioned that it came as a direct result of Netanyahu ignoring her advice.
On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers eliminated the Hamas terrorist leader Yahya Sinwar in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, Fox News reported.
Sinwar was the mastermind the massacre on Oct. 7, 2023 in which more than 1,200 victims, including 46 Americans, were murdered.
Harris and President Joe Biden congratulated Netanyahu on Sinwar’s death.
“Today, Israel confirmed that Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas, is dead,” Harris said at a news conference Thursday. “And justice has been served, and the United States, Israel and the entire world are better off as a result.”
Sinwar was killed in Rafah – a mile from the Egyptian border.

But both Biden and Harris were singing a much different tune earlier this year, when they warned Netanyahu not to attack Rafah.
“We have been clear in multiple conversations and in every way that any major military operation in Rafah would be a huge mistake,” Harris told ABC News’ Rachel Scott in a March 24 interview.
“Let me tell you something: I have studied the maps. There’s nowhere for those folks to go,” Harris said.
Scott then asked if Harris was ruling out consequences for Israel if it ignored the U.S.
“I am ruling out nothing,” Harris said.
Biden also threatened Israel in May during a CNN interview.
“I made it clear that if they go into Rafah – they haven’t gone in Rafah yet – if they go into Rafah, I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah, to deal with the cities – that deal with that problem,” Biden said.

Yoni Chetboun, a decorated former member of the Israel Defense Forces special forces who remains a reserve lieutenant colonel in the IDF, told Fox News what would have happened had followed Biden’s and Harris’ advice.
“Had Prime Minister Netanyahu listened to Biden and Harris and not entered Rafah, we may have never reached Sinwar,” said Chetboun, who also served as a lawmaker in Israel’s Knesset.
“The people of America and Israel overwhelmingly supported our entry into Rafah and want to see Hamas committed to the annals of history. Now it’s time to finish Hamas and bring home the hostages,” he said.
Yet even after Israel’s victory, the Biden administration continues placing the onus on the Jewish state to make peace.
“It is time for this war to end,” Biden said Thursday after exiting Air Force One, according to The New York Times. Biden called Netanyahu and urged him to “move on,” the Times reported.
But, as the Times reported, Netanyahu’s stance is the same as it’s been since Israel was attacked, despite the threats from the Biden administration:
“This war is not over.”

Former One Direction singer Liam Payne may have been on a powerful hallucinogen at the time of his deadly fall on Wednesday, Argentinian police told TMZ.
Police said Payne may have been on “cristal,” a drug known for inducing “psychotic attacks” and hallucinations.
Cristal can also cause users to behave aggressively, which Payne was reportedly doing just before his death.
Police have not confirmed the presence of the hallucinogen in Payne’s system, however, as the toxicology results have not been disclosed.
But photos published Thursday by La Nacion, Argentina’s biggest newspaper, paint a glum picture.
The photos reveal Payne’s hotel room littered with drug paraphernalia, including a lighter, burned aluminum foil and white powder.
Pictures also show a half-empty champagne glass, a smashed television and other objects.

According to the Toronto Sun, Payne had a history of alcohol and prescription drug addiction.
He also struggled with “really severe” suicidal thoughts at the height of his fame with One Direction.
Payne, 31, died Wednesday, after falling to his death from the third story of the hotel he was staying at: the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He had been vacationing with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, who had left Argentina on Monday, TMZ reported.

Just before his death, hotel staff had expressed concern about the singer and his safety, NBC News reported, citing a Telemundo report.
“We have a guest who is overindulged in drugs and alcohol and … Well, when he is conscious he breaks, he is breaking the whole room. Well, we need you to send someone, please,” the employee reportedly said.
“The guest is in a room that has a balcony and, well, we are a little afraid that he might do something life-threatening.”

A Connecticut man died Monday after a five-year battle with a virus he contracted from a mosquito bite, cable outlet News 12 Connecticut reported.
Richard Pawulski, 49, succumbed to Eastern equine encephalitis, a rare brain-infecting virus with potential lifelong complications, including seizures and paralysis, for its survivors, according to Harvard Medical School.
Roughly 30 percent of EEE cases are deadly, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Such a virus was probably the last thing the Pawulskis, like any family, would have expected to face.
“I’m not joking when I say your life can change in the blink of an eye, because that was what happened to us,” his daughter, Amellia Pawulski, 18, told the New York Post.
The ordeal began in August 2019, when Pawulski fell ill after doing some yard work.
Not long after discovering a mosquito bite, he complained of intense headaches and began spewing yellow bile, the New York Post reported.
Pawulski had emergency surgery, where doctors tried to reduce his brain swelling, but complications put the man into a two-month coma.

Doctors eventually gave Pawulski’s daughter and his wife, Margaret, the choice of whether to keep him on life support.
Considering the brain damage that doctors said had likely occurred, the family opted to pull the plug.
In the nick of time, however, Richard awoke and began to speak.
But after enduring the next five years in hospitals and nursing homes, and after enduring a brain injury, vital organ complications, seizures and repeated pneumonia, Pawulski lost the battle.
“He always tried to look at the positive,” Amelia Pawulski told the New York Post. “I remember people being like, ‘Oh, how’s your day?’ And he was like, ‘My day is great. I woke up. I can breathe on my own. I can talk on my own. I can go to the bathroom on my own. I have no reason to be upset.’”

Immigrants from Lebanon — a country partially controlled by Iraninan-backed terrorists — will receive “temporary protected status” and authorization to work legally in the United States under a new Biden-Harris policy published Thursday.
The TPS policy applies to immigrants from Lebanon who arrived in the U.S. before Wednesday, according to the Department of Homeland Security news release.
And critics are already attacking it as potentially placing Americans in danger.
The news release explains that the status is necessary because of the ongoing armed conflict” in Lebanon and “extraordinary and temporary conditions in Lebanon that prevent nationals of Lebanon from returning in safety.”
But it doesn’t explain that the root of the “armed conflict” is the fact that the terrorist group Hezbollah has used its bases in southern Lebanon to launch rocket attacks against northern Israel for the past year, since the terrorist group Hamas launched its bloody invasion of the Jewish state on Oct. 7, 2023.
“Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas is announcing a new TPS designation for Lebanon for 18 months due to ongoing armed conflict and extraordinary and temporary conditions in Lebanon that prevent nationals of Lebanon from returning in safety,” the release stated.
“Those approved for TPS will be able to remain in the country while the United States is in discussions to achieve a diplomatic resolution for lasting stability and security across the Israel-Lebanon border.”

The policy also encourages Lebanese nationals, covered by President Joe Biden’s grant of Deferred Enforced Departure, to apply for Employment Authorization Documents, which would be valid through Jan. 25, 2026.
DHS will also be publishing a Special Student Relief Notice. F-1 non-immigrant students whose country of citizenship is Lebanon or those without nationality who “last habitually resided in Lebanon” would benefit.
F-1 non-immigrant students are foreigners temporarily allowed to live in the United States for the purpose of studying.
The new DHS policy would allow eligible students to request employment authorization, work increased hours while in school and reduce their course load, according to the news release.
Approximately 11,000 Lebanese nationals will likely be eligible for DED and TPS, according to the release.
Roughly 1,740 F-1 non-immigrant Lebanese would be eligible for Special Student Relief.
Many have already criticized the new policy on social media as not only benefitting those legitimately displaced by fighting between Hezbollah terrorists and Israel, but also potentially Hezbollah terrorists in the United States.
Like Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah is a terrorist group funded by Iran with close ties to Tehran. In September, a prominent Iranian general was killed in the Israeli airstrike on the Lebanese capital of Beirut that also took out Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, according to The Associated Press.

The idea that thousands of immigrants from a country plagued by Islamic terrorism are being protected by the Biden-Harris administration sparked criticism that the policy won’t allow for vetting potential Hezbollah sympathizers, or even terrorist operatives.
In March, the New York Post reported that an admitted Hezbollah terrorist from Lebanon was captured attempting to cross the southern border near El Paso, Texas, and confessed to planning a bombing attack.

Former President Barack Obama’s attempt to shame “brothers” into voting for Vice President Kamala Harris hasn’t sat well with black men.
Obama was at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania Thursday, lecturing a group of blacks on their lack of turnout for Harris, particularly males.
“We have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all corners of our neighborhoods and communities as we saw when I was running,” Obama said. “Now, I also want to say that that seems to be more pronounced with the brothers.”

Obama then said the reason black men weren’t voting for Harris was because she was a woman, Fox News reported.
“[P]art of it makes me think, and I’m speaking to men directly… that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that,” he said.
Many took to social media to criticize the former president, including former Georgia state Rep. Vernon Jones.
