Multiple intel sources: Baltimore bridge collapse was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure – most likely cyber – & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason Dixon line exactly like the Civil War.
Second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels – that supply chain now crippled.
Make no mistake: this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution.
The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge.
Half a mile of bridge went in the river – likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute.
Attack perfectly targeted.

The footage shows the cargo ship never got in the approach lane in the channel. You have to be in the channel before you get into that turn. Location was precise/deliberate: chose a bend in the river where you have to slow down and commit yourself – once you are committed in that area there is not enough room to maneuver.
Should have had a harbor pilot to pilot the boat. You are not supposed to traverse any obstacles without the harbor pilot.
They chose a full moon so they would have maximum tidal shift – rise and fall. Brisk flow in that river on a normal day & have had a lot of rain recently so water was already moving along at a good pace.
Hit it with enough kinetic energy to knock the load-bearing pylon out from under the highway – which fatally weakens the span and then 50 percent of the bridge fell into the water.
All these factors when you look at it – this is how you teach people how to do this type of attack and there are so few people left in the system who know this. We have a Junior varsity team on the field.
Tremendous navigational obstruction. Huge logistical nightmare to clean this up. Number of dead is tragic but not the whole measure of the attack.
That kind-of bridge constantly under repair – always at night because there is so much traffic and they cannot obstruct that during the day. So concern is for repair guys who were on foot (out of their vehicles) working who may now be in the water – 48 degrees at most at this time of year.
When you choke off Baltimore you have cut the main north-south hazardous corridor (I95) in half. Now has to go around the city – or go somewhere else.
To move some of that cargo through the tunnel you may be able to get a permit but those are slow to get and require an escort system that is expensive and has to be done at night.
For every $100 dollars that goes into the city, $12 comes from shipping. Believe this will cripple the city of Baltimore at a time when they do not have the resources to recover.

And I have old family friends I have known decades, who if I saw them on the battlefield, I would not even blink, and I would never think of them again as I headed off to a big steak dinner afterward. When the nation knows, when the full scope is revealed, including the targeting of children in the schools by trained intelligence outfits manned by psychopaths who viewed the children of others as less than human pawns, and the use of directed energy weapons employed by psychopaths criminally on innocent American heroes like Bill Binney, I am convinced the majority of the country will conclude there will be no living with any of them as fellow citizens. Then it will only come down to a matter of mechanisms. And clearly this guy feels the kids are as complicit as the adults. It makes me think Trump’s reconciliation commission thing is a ploy just to get the roster of everyone in the operation, and they know it.
A bipartisan group of legal experts is pushing Congress to update a cluster of laws known as the Insurrection Act to limit how the White House can deploy troops on American soil, in case a future president takes advantage of that sweeping power. Interest is intensifying. I have said, you have a foreign militia, made up of citizens which have sworn loyalty to something outside the government, deployed covertly in society, which is so bold it is following FBI Agents home, and hitting them and their families with Havana Syndrome in their homes, as well as Cabinet level officials at the White House, and White House staffers on White House grounds. There is no overstating the momentousness of this time, or how wild what is coming could be.

BALTIMORE UPDATE: Analysis from specialists in predictive behavioral analytics, counter-terrorism, hazardous materials, maritime attacks, cyber, national security & intel – this is their view:
Based on their training & experience, they believe this was two types of operation:
1) “Penetration testing” where they are probing/testing to identify vulnerabilities in our responses and defences,
AND
2) a shaping operation to set the conditions and prepare the battlefield for a potential future event.
The concern is that other critical infrastructure disruptions/hits recently that appeared to be independent, isolated events, MAY not be. For example, the Ohio chemical disaster, train derailments, fires at food processing plants etc when taken in isolation do not appear to be that significant but when taken together, could indicate shaping or stacking operations that are paving the way for a bigger event where they do any number of these types of operations together. That could potentially paralyze the U.S..
So the critical question our government should be answering right now is this:
“When will they trigger a multiple episode that causes the paralysis effect?”
Some of the indicators are how many incidents have occurred within “a relatively short timeline” & what they see as the departure from what is “normal”.
They believe those in charge will make sure the investigation into the bridge crash “goes nowhere quick”.
And one of the goals here is to give the public mental anesthesia while they test this, using train derailments or exposure to chemicals in Ohio where they told everyone to shelter indoors – to ask questions like: Did they comply? Is this going to successfully deceive & cause behavioural change?
They use the media to create the assumptive narrative – do not want the facts analyzed because they do not want people processing the truth. Truth naturally leads to questions they do not want asked.
But it would be “foolish and naive at the expense of national security not to question the Government narrative on the Baltimore bridge crash given the level of corruption in spheres of power and influence in this country today”.
With many years of experience in “spoofing” – the tactic used in cyber warfare to hack into someones’s system and deceive in order to achieve a certain outcome – they recognized multiple indicators watching the video that tell them the GPS signal was likely hacked. It would have led them to believe they were not as close to the bridge as they were and may be why in the video you see the crazy lean to port and then to hard starboard as they realized they were not on course in spite of the GPS indicating they were.
In information warfare terms, here are some of the tactics they see being used now that many of you will recognize:
1) Engineered complexity – where they throw in nonsensical variables (information) to distract. This is designed to keep you from serially processing multiple channels & give you processing overload that prevents you from toggling different channels of information.
IE: they create processing decoys to distract you from truth.
2) They are trying to reframe the issue by focusing on details that do not matter. They do this by throwing in a variable that is not relevant to the main equation.
3) Common sense, skepticism and intelligence are huge “overlays” that get in the way of manipulating human behavior so they analyze you to learn how to create channel overload as you toggle/handle different channels of information such as the speed of the boat, temperature of the water etc.
3) They need to load you up with enough variance to create channel overload so you create an error that they can use to discredit you. One way is to create doubt in yourself. Most effective because you make yourself less efficient when your brain is processing self-doubt. And it will propogate into the future.

You should check the video of FBI agents here, asking to talk to a woman about her pro-Palestine social media posts. First they said Facebook is sending them user posts to investigate, which would seem like a bad business model, but who knows. Then they refuse to show her their IDs, claiming they already identified themselves as FBI, and when she refuses to talk and asks for a card for her lawyer to call, none have cards, and then when they tell her to call the FBI office to get in touch with them, she asks for the number, and none of them know the number of their office, and one has to Google it. I think they are like the “ATF” agents who went out to get information from somebody, and in the video you could clearly see the “Body Armor” they were wearing was just steel swinger plates, stuffed in a plate carrier, as if ATF wasn’t giving its agents body armor, and they were forced to scrounge for scrap steel to use instead of regular plates. The little guy with the clipboard doesn’t look legit to me, either. I don’t know if this whole video was made up by CIA psychological operations, with actors to try and get people to stop posting about the Israeli conflict, or if the American Stasi is out spoofing FBI agents just to fuck with people’s heads. Also, no government plates on the car. Something is weird.

A good article on the upcoming CBS News 60 Minutes piece which is going to try to claim the Havana attacks were being done by Russia. What it looks like 60 Minutes will claim is an FBI Agent who went after a Russian spy was hit with Havana, and therefore it must be Russia. Of course that ignores the question of how Russia is operating in the US with the American Stasi controlling every inch of the terrain. Scott Pelley is the asshole who made Brain Mancini out to be crazy for thinking he was being tormented by ground surveillance. You know that pasty-faced motherfucker Pelley likely has been following people himself. He knows.
Regardless, this article has interesting things, which show you I am not bullshitting you. I had not heard this stuff when I first wrote these things myself:

I told you I felt this shit in my 20’s. I did not know there was evidence it went back that far, to 50 years. But I can guarantee you, Russia knew fuck-all about me back then, and there is absolutely no chance my vibrations then were the Russians. That was American Domestic Intelligence/Surveillance, aka the American Stasi, making sure a young goof continued to be tied down by bad health. Interesting they were hitting NSA. This foreign infiltration may have been knocking heads with US intel all along the way. Why US intel hasn’t been on a killing spree, I do not know.

I told you for some reason they focus on that ear hole. I have had pops, electric discharges under the lead apron, and tapping, all strangely exactly on the ear hole. I think now the machine is designed to automatically target there, no matter what they are going for. So every time the operator presses a button, it automatically hits there. I just happened to have something, the lead apron, in the way. Though a few times I have had earphones in, and felt the impulses hit them instead. I have never felt one go in the ear yet. A couple of times, the lead apron was away from the ear, and I think they tried to tap it, and I heard what sounded like a static electric discharge pop in the air between the apron and ear, where the blanket would have been.

Remember when I recorded the tapping, and there was this weird background hum on the recording? Here is another woman being hit with the exact same weapon, only they seem to have somehow laid a voice over it, to play in her head. You can hear the hum and the tapping in the recording she posted to Twitter. The taps even have that sharp punctuation quality. If you could see her on thermal, that foil on her head is being hit by some kind of beam, which I assume carries an electric field which is pushing the charged particles when it hits them, on her and on the foil. In the voice in the head weapon, modulation of the beam must cause the sound vibrations/taps to vary somehow by varying the amplitude and frequency of the impulses with the modulation of the beam. I think that is the same weapon, turned up to ten, which blew holes through Bill Binney’s shielding. So a lot of these weapons may be the same basic premise, applied differently. It is nice, isn’t it, innocent women having to be bundled up like that, cowering in their own fucking homes, being assaulted by people who hide in the shadows, afraid to meet them to their face? And for what? She is helpless and harmless. It is one thing for me, I am hardened, and waded into this battle willingly, even if I didn’t know the waters were this deep. Who the fuck does that to girls who want to escape? America the noble nation of virtue and goodness. I am not sure any government in history has so perfectly combined cowardice, shameful malevolence, selfishness, and evil. And all of those grannies following you through the grocery store want this. They like seeing little girls cowering. They think they are clever having helped create it. You see why I think they did 9/11. The evil knows no bounds.
And I should add, now you have two recordings, of the same thing. For each recording there are probably ten thousand people so freaked out, worn out, beamed out, they never think to document it, and wouldn’t know how if they did. In a few months you may have ten recordings. We were the Beta test subjects they tested the prototypes on. They are assembling these things on an assembly line now, and getting them out to the neighborhood Stasi units. Soon everyone will know to live in fear of The Beam.
And we probably have 140 million gun owners, who train to kill just due to a .0000000001% chance that one day, the opportunity might arise to pull the trigger on a fairly bad guy, and they don’t want to miss that. And now they are all going to find out soon, their very family’s survival depends on a massive orgy of violence visited on unspeakably evil people who know almost nothing of killing, and cannot put up resistance. I do not see how what is coming does not turn into a bloodbath of just unimaginable proportions.
These are very weird times, which don’t feel like things are happening the way you would think. Why is surveillance not staying covert? Why is Biden showing his hand by amping up crime and chaos, as he approaches an election he needs to win? Why is Trump even running if elections are rigged, and moreover, why does it feel like all of this, Trump, Biden, and surveillance, is all doing the very things which will destroy Biden and surveillance, due to some kind of coordination? Something feels off about the “The Plan.” Though exposing surveillance still feels like it is a legit path with an organic outcome and a lot of exhilaration in between.

Tonight will be the 60 minutes Havana Syndrome piece. Pelly’s previous pieces on it are here. Bear in mind as you watch it, in the preview, the complex spy device which “looks like a walkie talkie,” but which would allow the user to erase the car’s computer data appears to be a simple OBD II scanner, which anyone who works on a car will have, to read the error codes on the car to diagnose what is wrong with it. It also lets you delete the codes, and other data, after you fix the car. So not really a spy device. I have one in my car. I have no idea what the Russian was up to, but the inclusion of that in the promo is one more thing which makes me thing the report will be bullshit.

I could have told you Brimelow was NGMI, given his autistic focus and total inability to devote any energy to the intel op behind everything. He was not cut out to wage this war. As Brimelow worried about White replacement numbers, the people driving those numbers down (while probably not even caring about race) took over CIA, NSA, FBI, all executive functions of the government, the judiciary, the schools, Congress, the news media, the online influencer environment, and it set up surveillance on just about every single citizen, developing and perfecting The Beam and getting it into mass production, to roll it out on everyone, and in so doing acquired even more power to eliminate whites.
Brimelow accomplished nothing in the war except to distract many of our kind from the intel op, and nobody will ever remember anything about him when the history books record this time. Still even now, he is whining about his website, as the intel op continues to revel in its invisibility, and he is doing nothing on the way out the door to publicize it or draw attention to it, which is the only thing which terrifies it. That is why he is not getting The Beam, and I am.
There is one enemy here. It is not blacks, or liberals, or Democrats, or migrants, or degenerates, or trannies, or Jews, or “anti-whites,” or anti-gunners, or even the dreaded Russians behind every blade of grass the government keeps talking about. There is a massive, foreign, non-state intel op which is infiltrating America TO DESTROY EVERY ASPECT OF IT, and there are the American Quislings who serve it in the American Stasi. They are fucking-over everyone from White Evangelical Christians, to inner city blacks, to the “transgenders,” who they are pushing down the road of mental illness as far as they can go until they neck themselves, because it is good Kayfabe which distracts from the intel op.
If you out that op, if you can get everyone to see how it is fucking them, you could unite the country against the one threat we face, and then you can get somewhere in this war. Because until then everyone is just getting fucked by this thing, and in response they are counterattacking some other group this intel op is fucking over, as the intel op rolls on unopposed, and with literally zero damage.
Letitia James did not target VDare herself. Likewise, the banks did not all deny it service because they all looked up its website. Both of those things happened because the intel op issued the orders. And Brimelow will now fade from memory without ever having landed a single glove on his real enemy, who rolled him without the least bit of opposition, and without enduring a whit of damage.
If you want to win this fight, you are going to have to focus, and I would cut loose all the “leaders” who cannot process this, because whether purposefully, or because they are morons, they are leading our battlegroup astray. Our focus must be the intel op, our attack is exposing the surveillance.

Note that if the Havana Syndrome were thought to have been the Russians, there would not have been an initial coverup. They would have jumped at the opportunity to show how evil Russia is, and how they are America’s enemy. The initial coverup occurred because the responsible parties (in our own intelligence community) feared an investigation would point at them. Once they began to feel secure that they had prevented themselves from being blamed, then they began to point at Russia:

The media narrative on Havana Syndrome, courtesy of Newsweek: Members of Russian military intelligence unit 29155, who allegedly have access to microwave or ultrasound weapons, had been placed at the scene of reported attacks that resulted in US personnel suffering health problems, according to a year-long investigation by the Latvia-based Insider in collaboration with CBS’s “60 Minutes” and Germany’s Der Spiegel.
For Russia to have successfully used a mobile directed energy weapon over 1,500 times, including against the US’ “top 5%, 10% performing officers across the Defense Intelligence Agency,” then it must have deeply penetrated the US Government in order to discover those elite targets’ identities and locations.
Obviously, whoever was doing Havana was in and throughout our intelligence apparatus, but they viewed the best of our patriotic intel operators as problems who needed to be removed. They also had the ability to gangstalk CIA officers in the US, without worry of FBI dealing with them, and even enter the houses of CIA officers to rearrange their furniture. Somebody is trying to complete a takeover of our intel apparatus by purging those who are not in their conspiracy.

Glenn Greenwald says the Havana Syndrome victims must be insane, like those crazy gangstalking people. Obviously Greenwald handled the media side of the Snowden Op, which involved a CIA asset sent in to NSA to humiliate it, so CIA could ultimately negotiate a takeover of its ELINT collection duties. It reinforces what I have said – Snowden is a traitor, and his whole takedown was a Cabal op. Never trust any famous media figure.
What is interesting is this is coming out. It never had to. In many ways, it is like the political battles, where focusing on one issue, and not the conspiracy, is like being this store owner, and trying to find a way to massage your margins to continue to be profitable despite the ransackings. It is not going to happen, and you will fail.

I had to use one of those things online which will automatically mail you a code, and no matter what, I do not get the email. I also had to get an email sent to me from the host for AmericanStasi, and oddly enough that email did not arrive. As a quirk, the host sends it from an email they give you so I can see it was rejected and bounced back. Oddly enough I do get some emails though, so it is like some of the internet cannot mail me, while others can. Just FYI, the comments here are far from perfect, but I think email is probably less reliable.

These are incredibly stupid, but I will bet they get a much higher number of people who (a) see them and read them, and (b) think of them while they are online and stop by the site.
Big article from a CIA Officer who was hit with Havana in Russia. He thinks it may have been Russia, though I have heard others say there is an unwritten rule you do not do this, as soon CIA could be doing it to Russian intel officers in other nations as retaliation, so you do not play that way, for that reason. They don’t want an environment where all of them are turning each other into vegetables, all of the time, as nobody wins that way. And his work sounded pretty benign, even officially meeting Russian government officials. I don’t see Russia opening that can of worms over him.
I see a couple of interesting points. CIA leadership tried to keep him from being treated or even looked at by a doctor, almost maliciously, in ways other CIA people cannot understand. If I was a CIA leader, I’d have sent him to numerous doctors just to get intelligence on what happened. The leaders he dealt with didn’t seem to feel they needed any info on that, which makes me wonder if they knew more than they were letting on, because their op did it to him. Remember, there were doubtless CIA in Langley watching the towers burn before they fell, knowing, that was the op they worked for which did it.
Second, he continued to deteriorate in the US, rather than heal up. Not all DEW attacks feature a dramatic shocking event you cannot miss. The brain tapping, for me, was only detectable as a soft buzz, almost unnoticeable, like a soft cloud of buzzing surrounding my head. If I did not know about the surveillance, and our thing was not accelerating, I might have blown it off as sleeping on my neck wrong, or some nerve numbness. It is easy to explain something like that away. It was not until I moved my head and whatever they were doing inside it hit my ear drum, and I heard the drumming, like on a Tympany drum, that I realized there was a point in my head which had some kind of sharp trauma going on a specific point, whether it was tapping, or popping, or what I do not know. And I think now I was probably being hit each night as I slept from age 17 into my 30’s with the vibrations set low enough to inflame, but not so high as to wake me, though they botched that part once. He may have been going to sleep at night and getting hit softly each night in America, and that is why he did not heal from the first injury. I am sure his neighbor-terrain looks much like mine.
I still think the infiltrated parts of our intelligence apparatus are trying to purge the non-compromised, high-functioning elements, and Havana is one tool they are using to do that. It probably works for recruitment too. How many rock’em, sock’em Americans who would be kick ass intelligence officers will not seek to apply because they worry about Havana leaving them a vegetable now? Meanwhile people in the surveillance, who know 9/11 was their operation, probably also know that the Havana Syndrome will not hit them. So now they are the only ones applying, and soon the entire CIA could be completely cleansed of all non-compromised assets. I would love to know if this guy knows his neighbors are undoubtedly running a covert observation/monitoring post listening in his house 24/7. It would be fascinating if a top tier operations officer, like former Red Cell Navy SEAL Tom Mixon, has no idea how the world really works.

We heard this out of Gary Nolan, the Stanford researcher who said he had something like a hundred military personnel with similar symptoms to Havana, who had all been hit during encounters with UFOs, and something like 30 of them had died. Which seemed like big news, 30 military KIAs by UFOs. Somewhere on here, I think it is on one of the GATE pages, you have a commenter who describes being 7 or 8 years old, seeing a UFO light show outside his bedroom window, and then his parents freaking out because he was found shortly thereafter locked out of his house, in his underwear, and he is not sure how he got there. It is possible there is some kind of splinter society infiltrating us, or a military science contractor like SAIC, and they have access to UFOs, particularly flying saucer-types with white lights which glide around the outside edge of them in a spinning ring. That or the saucers are somehow curious about something the surveillance is up to, so they are seen in the same areas. Though obviously, Surveillance has reason to Havana me, I am not sure any saucers would care about me, unless they were tools of whoever set-up/runs the surveillance. Still just the introduction of the narrative is interesting, even if entirely fake.

In George Orwell’s famous novel, “1984,” an oppressive government – symbolized by the phrase “Big Brother” – is continually spying on everyone and manipulating how and what they think. In many ways, today’s Central Intelligence Agency seems to be America’s version of “Big Brother” – or perhaps even to exceed it. It is not impossible the American Stasi is shoehorned under some sort of CIA program, though I think the operation in a practical sense is a much older operation stretching back to the elites of Europe and the James Tilley Matthews case, and today its primary mission is making sure the Rothschilds and the Cabal they serve maintains their control over the United States, their criminal operations can operate unfettered by law or exposure, and that the pesky issue of voting never intrudes on any of that.

People in the building will head to him to do walkby’s to track where he goes. He enters a room, they will know and go in later and toss it, and find anything he left.
The President is approaching? They will be in the halls. You enter a hall, there will be a janitor with a mop. Another hall will have a handyman doing detail painting on some millwork. Another has a woman who dropped a box of thumb tacks, and she is picking them up. Another hall will have an employee of the building you know standing at the water fountain getting a drink. You enter a room on the President’s side, they will know. You are not sneaking anywhere, this is not their first rodeo doing this.
Surveillance back then may not have been 4-10% of the population, rolling in every neighborhood in force, but they were 1-3% of the population, they flooded zones like that, and that 1-3% throughout the nation, all knew the President was assassinated by something with the support of their op, because it did not get through their net without help. And as it grew, and the new generation looked back, they would know too. All of those fucked up things, they ran support, or were at least ordered to stand down by bosses who wanted whatever horror it was. Undeterred by facts, Jackson Lee added that the “sun is a mighty powerful heat and it’s almost impossible to go near the sun” while the “moon is more manageable.”

The Arizona Supreme Court has reinstated a pre-statehood abortion law from 1864, effectively outlawing the procedure except in instances where it is necessary to save the life of the mother.
It can be recalled that Katie Hobbs signed a new Executive Order Friday that will delegate abortion-related prosecution to Attorney General Kris Mayes, who previously vowed not to enforce any current Arizona abortion laws if she is elected.
It will also restrict state agencies from assisting in other state investigations, ban extraditions of doctors wanted in other states, and establish a council to expand access to abortion.
The Gateway Pundit reported in September 2022 that a judge ruled that Arizona could enforce its ban on abortion following the Supreme Court’s ruling on Roe v. Wade. This law made abortion legal if the mother’s life was at risk.
Doctors who perform abortions on a healthy woman would be “punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not less than two years nor more than five years” under the pre-Roe law. However, The Arizona Court of Appeals later overturned this ruling and ruled that Arizona could impose a more recent law banning abortion after 15 weeks.

The appeal’s court decision from December 2022, which had previously protected doctors from being prosecuted under the pre-statehood abortion ban, was overturned by the state’s highest court. The historic 1864 statute will become active once again 14 days following the ruling.
In a 4-2 split decision, Justice John R. Lopez IV clarified that the Arizona law permitting abortions up to the 15th week of pregnancy was contingent on the federal constitutional right to abortion.
This right was abolished by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization two years prior. Without this federal right, the 1864 law revives and stands as the governing statute.
Justice Lopez indicated that the 15-week law does not independently authorize abortions, and because there is no current federal or state law counteracting the 1864 statute, it is now enforceable. This decision effectively makes the performance of an abortion illegal in every case except to save a woman’s life.

The decision was 4-2, with Justices John R. Lopez IV, Clint Bolick, James P. Beene and Kathryn H. King in the majority. Lopez wrote the majority opinion, while Vice Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer penned a dissent. Chief Justice Robert M. Brutinel joined Timmer.
“Physicians are now on notice that all abortions, except those necessary to save a woman’s life, are illegal … and that additional criminal and regulatory sanctions may apply to abortions performed after fifteen weeks’ gestation,” the ruling reads.
The majority ruled that a law passed in 2022, which prohibited abortions after 15 weeks, did not repeal the pre-statehood law nor create a right to abortion. The justices said the 2022 law was enacted by the Legislature because the prior law was at the time enjoined in court.
“Life is a human right, and today’s decision allows the state to respect that right and fully protect life again—just as the legislature intended,” said Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Jake Warner, who argued the case before the court in favor of the pre-statehood ban.
One immediate effect of the ruling could be more support for a potential ballot measure in the works for this year. Advocates say they’ve already got more than 500,000 signatures, well above the threshold of 383,923 signatures needed by an early July deadline.

Biden falsely claimed his “administration has already cut the deficit by $1 trillion!”
This is a lie. Biden’s tax-and-spend policies have added to the deficit.
“Nobody earning less than $400K,000 per year will pay an extra penny in taxes!” Biden said.
This is a lie. Biden has already raised taxes on Americans earning as little as $20,000 per year. Inflation is also a tax that is hurting tens of millions of hardworking Americans.
At one point a heckler interrupted Biden’s speech.
“Well I’ll tell you what…you wanna come make a speech or shush up, okay?” Biden said to the heckler. “I’m not messing around with him! He looks like he could take me!”

It was all over the headlines only months ago when the Joe Biden administration sued Grand Canyon University, the largest Christian school in the nation, as part of what school officials described as a coordinated attack by Biden.
It was the Federal Trade Commission that filed a lawsuit against the school, making allegations that it didn’t reveal how long it would take for doctoral students to finish its accelerated program and marketed itself as a nonprofit.
The Department of Education, earlier claiming misinformation about the doctoral program, announced a fine of $37.7 million against the school.
Now a report from the Georgia Star News confirms that a state investigation has confirmed there’s no proof of any wrongdoing by the school.
So the federal agencies decided to continue their agenda against the Christian organization anyway.
The report said University President Brian Mueller told KSTAR, “They said, ‘Zero findings. Not a single one. Not one.'”
School spokesman Bob Romantic said in an interview with The College Fix that the audit covered all three allegations charged by the Biden regulators.
But he said the school still is being “targeted” by “systemic attacks … against GCU that we believe are retaliation for filing our lawsuit against the DOE.”
The school sued after the Department of Education brought out a list of its complaints and announced that $37.7 million fine.
Then the FTC sued, claiming telemarketing and marketing violations, concerns that now have been addressed by the state investigation.
Mueller suggested Biden is “maliciously targeting” the school, the report explained.
While the FTC claims the school misrepresented its cost, the report said “a degree calculator function on their website currently states the average number of continuation courses required for past students for each doctoral degree program in clear, red font above the program’s price listings.”

Russia’s highest investigative body announced on Tuesday that it has launched an official criminal probe into senior officials in the United States and other NATO countries who are suspected of financing terrorism acts.
According to The Moscow Times, Russia’s Investigative Committee, which is the primary federal investigating authority of Russia, has accused U.S. Senior officials, NATO members, and the Hunter Biden-linked Bursima Holdings of financing terror attacks that have occurred both inside and outside of Russia.
The statement was made in a video released by the Committee but did not refer to a specific terror attack.
The Investigative Committee’s probe comes just a month after 144 people were killed in a terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, Russia last month.
In a video, the Investigative Committee shared that money from commercial organizations has been used in Russia to “eliminate prominent political and public figures.”
The Investigative Committee then singled out Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings for being one of the organizations that have allegedly financed terrorism.

Russia’s top investigative body announced Tuesday that it has launched a criminal probe into senior officials in the United States and NATO member countries who are suspected of “financing terrorism.”
Russia’s Investigative Committee, which probes major crimes, said it has “established” that money from commercial organizations had been used to “eliminate prominent political and public figures” inside and outside Russia in recent years, as well as to “inflict economic damage” against the country.
While the Investigative Committee did not specify which terrorist attacks it suspects were funded by Western organizations, the announcement comes as top Russian officials double down on claims that Ukraine and the West were involved in the deadly Crocus City Hall attack last month.
The top law enforcement body named the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings as one of the implicated organizations. U.S. President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden served as a member of Burisma’s board of directors between 2014 and 2019.
This isn’t the first time Burisma Holdings has been accused of financing terrorism.
Richard Abelson of the Gateway Pundit previously reported that Ukrainian court documents from April of 2022 reveal Burisma was linked to a $5,950,000 payment sent to the Ukrainian foreign intel service GUR.
GUR chief General Kirill Budanov has previously claimed responsibility for assassinating high-profile Russians.

Norfolk Southern Railway has agreed to pay residents in and around East Palestine, Ohio, more than $600 million after one of the company’s trains derailed resulting in an environmental catastrophe.
The Feb. 3, 2023, derailment caused fires that burned for days and emitted chemicals, such as hydrogen chloride and phosgene, into the air and ground.
Residents were ordered to leave the area by Republican Governor Mike DeWine, and a year later the long-term effects of the pollution remain unknown.

According to a company news release published on Tuesday morning, Norfolk Southern will pay those affected by the disaster as part of a settlement that is a repose to a class-action lawsuit.
“Norfolk Southern Corporation announced Tuesday that it has reached a $600 million agreement in principle to resolve a consolidated class action lawsuit relating to the East Palestine derailment,” the company said.
Norfolk Southern added, “If approved by the court, the agreement will resolve all class action claims within a 20-mile radius from the derailment and, for those residents who choose to participate, personal injury claims within a 10-mile radius from the derailment.”
The company claimed in its news release that offering to settle was an effort to “to make it right for the people of East Palestine and the surrounding communities.”
Norfolk Southern admitted the calamity had affected drinking water, home values and the health and well-being of those in and around East Palestine.
The company said in addition to the cash settlement, it would continue to help people in the area have access to clean water and would help them prop up the local economy.
“Individuals and businesses will be able to use compensation from the settlement in any manner they see fit to address potential adverse impacts from the derailment,” the company said.
Norfolk Southern added, “This could include healthcare needs and medical monitoring, property restoration and diminution, and compensation for any net business loss.
“In addition, individuals within 10-miles of the derailment may, at their discretion, choose to receive additional compensation for any past, current, or future personal injury from the derailment.”
The company added that it had already invested a sum well in excess of $100 million into the region.
Norfolk Southern also denied it was culpable for the derailment as part of the settlement noting, “This agreement does not include or constitute any admission of liability, wrongdoing, or fault.”
The company said it hopes a federal court will accept the settlement by the end of the month.
People who had been part of the lawsuit could be compensated by the end of the year, pending approval by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
The derailment devastated wildlife and was blamed on improper braking safety and maintenance practices, Bloomberg reported.

While most Americans were dialed in on the solar eclipse, the FBI quietly released unclassified documents regarding Ashli Babbitt, the Air Force veteran whom a Capitol Police officer killed on January 6th.
On April 8th, the FBI released a highly redacted 69-page file on details of Ashli Babbitt’s death, military background, and testimonies on Babbitt’s character.
On page three of the file, it was written, “BABBITT is deceased, and therefore, this case is not being nominated to TSDB.”
TSDB stands for “the terrorist screening data base.”
The TSDB “contains biographic and biometric identifying information (e.g., name, date of birth, photographs, iris scans, and/or fingerprints) of known and suspected terrorists.”
The fact the FBI even mentioned the TSDB goes to show the FBI viewed Americans inside of the Capitol as “terrorists” rather than American citizens who were simply frustrated with the way the 2020 election was conducted.
The file oddly made no mention of Capitol Police Officer Lt. Michael Byrd but instead generally stated Babbitt was “shot by police.”
The Gateway Pundit was the first publication to correctly identify Michael Byrd as Ashli Babbitt’s cold-blooded killer.
Later in the file, the FBI provides a brief overview of Babbitt’s personal information, such as her fingerprints, DMV records, and details regarding her military service.
Several pages were redacted that contained “anonymous tips” made by unnamed individuals through the FBI’s tip line.
LOOK:
One page of the file was an interview of an individual whose name was redacted.
The individual described Babbitt as a very outgoing and loving person who loved her family and country.
In the same interview, the person stated Ashli would “never go after someone physically.”

RINO Representative Mike Gallagher (WI) announced ten days ago that he will exit the House as early as next month.
Gallagher, who is currently chairman of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, announced last month that he will not seek reelection.
Instead of serving out the rest of his term, Gallagher will retire early leaving the GOP with a one-vote majority!
But it’s worse than that.
Gallagher announced he will leave in mid-April. If Gallagher would have left before April 9th he would have triggered a special election in his district. The foreign policy establishment that once thrived under the control of both political parties has used Big Tech and the Biden administration to codify a “war on wrongthink” that stifles dissent from the elites’ narrative, a journalist and an online censorship analyst warned.
“What we’re up against here are not pink-haired, ambi-gendered LGBT-BLM-maximizing identitarian politics when we’re talking about censorship on the internet,” Michael Benz, a former State Department official under President Donald Trump and founder of the Foundation for Freedom Online, said Tuesday at an Oversight Project event at The Heritage Foundation.
It’s not “partisan politics” driving censorship, said Benz, but “the foreign policy establishment.” Conservatives and populists “don’t think about the American empire, they don’t think about the managers of the American empire, which is the foreign policy establishment, our State Department, our Pentagon, our intelligence services.”
“When you go upstream on internet censorship and what’s driving it, you will find that foreign policy establishment,” Benz argued.
Benjamin Weingarten, editor-at-large at RealClearInvestigations, also attributed “the leading edge of all the attacks on Donald Trump as an avatar for tens of millions of dissenting Americans” to the administrative state and the “deep state” within it. (The “deep state” refers to bureaucrats who oppose the agenda of the duly-elected president.) These entrenched bureaucrats “felt most threatened that [Trump] would upend the uniparty foreign policy blob,” he said.
“You also had the tech companies identify that what happened in 2016 could never happen again,” Weingarten said, referring to both the Brexit referendum and Trump’s election victory.
“They kind of used the pretext of Russian mis-, dis-, and malinformation, grafting a Cold War paradigm” to define a new enemy—Americans who disagree with their agenda, he said. “We are the enemy that’s engaging in wrongthink that threatens to undermine their power.”
After 2016, “Big Tech platforms became perceived as—rather than vehicles for free and open discourse—now they needed to be weaponized as assets of this security state, essentially.”
These bureaucrats used the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, as a pretext to launch “a National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism,” Weingarten claimed, referring to the Biden White House strategy released in June 2021.
He warned that the strategy “codifies a war on wrongthink in this country,” based on the idea that “you can’t have an information environment that enables what we saw on Jan. 6.” He described as “terrifying” the idea that the federal government would take upon itself the task of “confronting the longterm contributors to domestic terror” in the context of the misinformation panics of the Trump-Russia collusion narrative and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Benz, the former State Department official, highlighted what he called the “foreign-to-domestic switcheroo,” noting that federal powers created to oppose terrorism in the War on Terror became tools to silence dissent at home.
The narrative that Donald Trump represented a threat to the U.S. from Russia enabled the foreign policy establishment to target conservatives, he said. Yet special counsel Robert Mueller’s report found no smoking gun evidence of Trump as a Russian agent, so the establishment had to move on to something else.
“Instead of shutting down the censorship apparatus when Russiagate died, they changed the predicate,” Benz noted. Suddenly, the foreign policy blob started warning about “a threat to democracy.”
“Democracy is the watchword of the foreign policy establishment to overthrow governments,” Benz said.
He noted that the National Science Foundation has given over $60 million in the past year to “specially-constructed censorship labs” to study “misinformation as a threat to democracy.” This bolsters “the ability to overthrow a government that is not doing the bidding of the U.S. foreign policy establishment,” he warned.
Benz described a symposium with “some of the most important thought leaders in the industry” convened after Space X founder Elon Musk purchased Twitter, now known as X.
Benz said the “censorship industrial complex” suffered a serious setback when Musk purchased Twitter and with the Murthy v. Missouri Supreme Court case revealing the extent to which the federal government pressured social media companies to censor dissent during the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet he said the censors still have “two tricks” up their sleeves.
He explained that the European Union Digital Services Act—which he dubbed “the NATO censorship law”—intends to “stop the rise of populist parties,” going beyond “the simple hate speech laws” in Europe to establish a new rule on disinformation.
“You cannot be a multinational tech platform without access to the EU market,” Benz warned. This disinformation rule will come from “the same people who constructed the election censorship apparatus in 2020,” which urged Big Tech to censor concerns about voting by mail, for example.
He also warned about state governments launching “state-mandated programs on media literacy” in public schools, teaching students that “if you read the wrong media sources, you are illiterate.”
The “censorship industrial complex” is becoming an industry employing millions of people,” Benz warned.
Benz said Americans need to pressure Congress to cut funding to the “censorship industrial complex.”
Weingarten, the RealClearInvestigations editor, agreed, saying that “cutting off the federal funding … is imperative.”
“I would advocate for criminal penalties” for those who use social media and “misinformation” programs to censor Americans, he added. “There’s a censorship-to-criminalization pipeline and all we have is oversight? There needs to be something more than oversight.”

The sage of the imprisonment of Ecuador’s former Vice President Jorge Glas had another dramatic chapter, after he was detained in an unprecedented raid on the Mexican embassy, where he sought asylum after charged with yet another set of corruption charges.
Glas was taken to hospital after he fell ill at a prison in Guayaquil. This took place just hours after his lawyers complained they had been unable to contact him.
Reuters reported:
“Glas, already twice convicted of corruption and now facing fresh charges, was arrested on Friday after a raid by police on Mexico’s Quito embassy, where he had been living since December.
In a statement published on X, the SNAI prison agency said Glas had been taken to the naval hospital in Guayaquil around noon local time. Glas fell ill “after refusing to eat food provided (in the jail) during the last 24 hours,” the statement said.”
Authorities say he is now in stable condition.

Mexico suspended diplomatic relations with Ecuador, and criticism arose from many countries, usually the ones sympathetic to the Latin American far-left.
“Ecuador has defended its violation of sovereign Mexican territory at the embassy, arguing the North American country cannot grant Glas asylum if he is facing charges, and that Ecuador had information about an imminent escape plan.
Glas was hospitalized after one of his lawyers, Sonia Vera, published an open letter dated on Sunday to express her ‘deep worry and alarm’ that Glas had be able to speak to his legal team, adding it amounted to ‘a severe infraction to the fundamental rights of Jorge Glas’.”
Glas, who is termed by conservatives to be a ‘narco-socialist’, was vice president from 2013 to 2017.
He was sentenced to six years for taking bribes from Brazilian construction company Odebrecht, and convicted again for eight years, for using money from contractors to fund campaigns for President Rafael Correa’s political movement.
“[Glas] now faces charges of misusing funds collected to aid reconstruction of coastal Manabi province after a devastating 2016 earthquake.”

MAGA U.S. Senate candidate Cara Castronuova (R-NY) will represent herself at a historic emergency hearing tomorrow in her lawsuit to ensure free and fair elections for candidates chosen by the people, not political insiders and establishment hacks, in the state of New York.
As Paul Ingrasia previously reported for The Gateway Pundit, Cara Castronuova filed a lawsuit in New York State Federal Court that seeks to change New York’s notoriously draconian and anti-democratic ballot eligibility laws. Under current law, candidates running for public office who are not chosen by the Ed Cox-led state party apparatus, like Cara Castronuova, who hopes to secure the Republican Party nomination for Senate, must collect 15,000 pen ink original signatures over 37 calendar days in order to qualify.
State Party Chairman Ed Cox has operated effectively as the gatekeeper for a trenchant New York State Republican Party that refuses to change with the times, particularly with regard to selecting candidates who are stridently and unapologetically pro-Trump and pro-America First, much like Cara Castronuova. As evidence: the State Party’s last two candidates for major electoral offices – Mike Sapraicone, whom the Party handpicked in a closed-door convention in February for Senate, is a well-known Trump hater who has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Democrats over the years. As recently as 2022, Sapraicone made contributions to Trump-hating District Attorney Letitia James, who is spearheading the ongoing political prosecution against President Trump in New York State, including overseeing his criminal trial set to begin in Manhattan, later this month.
Cox previously picked loser Mitzi Phillips, a registered Democrat at the time she ran in the special election for George Santos’ former seat in Congress and lost against Democrat Tom Suozzi.
As reported by Ingrasia, in 2000, when John McCain was running in his first bid for President in the Republican Primary, he too challenged New York State on the basis of its arbitrary and unduly burdensome signature requirement laws. A judge at the time found McCain, a major presidential candidate with national name recognition and enormous resources behind him, to have a valid constitutional claim against New York State’s onerous so-called “petition gathering scheme.” Steve Forbes too, another billionaire candidate with significant financial resources to expend on paid “volunteer walkers,” was also found by New York courts to have a valid legal claim because of the undue burden imposed by New York’s onerous election rules – Forbes and McCain’s cases (on the books as Molinari v. Powers) were cited as controlling authorities by Castronuova in her lawsuit.
However, unlike John McCain, Cara is an America First Gateway Pundit reporter and outspoken supporter of President Trump, as well as a born fighter with two Golden Gloves Boxing Championships under her belt–which is why the RINO Uniparty Establishment is trying so desperately to stop her.
If successful in her lawsuit, Castronuova will be permitted to run in a three-way Republican primary and eventually against Kirsten Gillibrand, the current Democrat Senator from New York.

The Board of Elections and the two parties have crafted a scheme called the “petition gathering scheme”. This SCAM requires a candidate that is not the establishment’s “favored candidate” to get upwards of 15,000 signatures, and they suggest you get triple the amount (45k!) in order to get on the ballot. Keep in mind, the establishment pick in my case doesn’t have to get a single signature. The only “signature” he got was from the chairman of the GOP party here in New York State. Meanwhile, I got upwards of 15,000 signatures from actual, real American people. What makes the Republican chairman’s signature count more than those 15,000+ people who want me on the ballot?
Once a candidate gets their signatures, the Republican and Democrat parties will get their proxies to fight to the death to get the signatures invalidated and knocked out in court. (This is absolute utter disrespect to the voter who signed the petition.) No average American stands a chance or has the money to pay the legal fees that would be necessary to challenge the party. So, most average Americans, the very ones that should be representing us in government, can ever run for office thanks to this unconstitutional SCAM. And that is why we are in the horrific state we are in in New York. It is almost impossible for 99.9% of the population to challenge anyone in the high government offices. The only people they will put into those positions are (in my opinion) either compromised because they owe their election win to the party or incredibly wealthy people who gave “donations” to all right people to get to the top.

Aimee Harris, 41, was sentenced by Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to prison, followed by a period of home confinement for her role in the alleged theft and distribution of a diary belonging to Ashley Biden.
As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s youngest daughter, left her diary under a mattress at the Palm Beach rehab home following a stay at a treatment facility. Two individuals who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house later sold the diary to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.
In a January 2019 entry, Ashley Biden recalled how she used to shower with her father, Joe Biden, and suggested it may have contributed to a sex addiction.
The diary describes Ashley and her father, Joe Biden, taking showers together at an inappropriate age.
“I have always been boy crazy,’ Ashley wrote. ‘Hyper-sexualized @ a young age … I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a family member]; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate),’ she wrote in a January 2019 entry, according to the Daily Mail.
James O’Keefe was later the victim of a late-night FBI raid and was arrested by the Biden regime.
In 2022, Aimee Harris and co-defendant Robert Kurlanderwho, who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.
In an emotional court appearance, a remorseful Harris expressed regret over her actions, emphasizing her difficult personal circumstances, including surviving domestic abuse and sexual trauma, the New York Post reported.
Despite Harris’s personal plea and her defense attorney’s appeal for leniency based on her traumatic past and responsibilities as a mother, the prosecution highlighted Harris’s pattern of disrespect for the law.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Sobelman claimed that Harris’s actions were not only unlawful but were intended to harm the Biden family and influence the political landscape.
Chief US District Judge Laura Taylor Swain described the act of selling the diary as “despicable,” highlighting the privacy invasion and the potential political motivations behind the sale.
Harris was ordered to serve a one-month prison sentence, pay a $20,000 fine, and undergo three years of probation.
Harris is set to begin serving her prison term in July, while Kurlander’s sentencing is pending.

Two months ago, the House voted to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Next week, the Senate will receive the two articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, but Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., is expected to dismiss the charges just as quickly as he receives them.
“Schumer is going to table it,” Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., predicts of the impeachment articles.
The articles were originally expected to be delivered to the Senate on Wednesday, but some Senate Republicans asked House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., to delay the delivery until next week. Fox News reported that the benefit of delaying the delivery of the articles is to allows more time for debate without the time restraint of the coming weekend.
Schumer has not indicated he plans to change his position on the articles of impeachment if they arrive next week instead of Wednesday.
If Schumer does dismisses the charges against Mayorkas, it will be a historic first, according to Marshall.
“This has never happened before,” the Kansas lawmaker said, adding that there have “been 21 impeachment trials over on the House side. Four of those, the person died [or] they resigned, but 17 of them still had the person in office when those impeachment articles were delivered, and every one of those was followed through with the trial. Again, this is so toxic that Chuck Schumer is going to table it. That’s certainly what it looks like, but we’re going to go down screaming and fighting,” Marshall says.
The Republican-controlled House voted 214 to 213 on a party-line vote to impeach Mayorkas on Feb. 13 after a failed attempt a week prior.
The House’s first article alleges that the homeland security secretary has failed to secure America’s border and enforce immigration laws, instead executing policies that incentivize illegal immigration.
The House’s second article of impeachment contends that Mayorkas is in breach of the public trust and knowingly has made false statements to Congress and the American people.
Marshall joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to discuss the Senate’s expected course of action on the articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, and to explain what course of action remains for conservative lawmakers seeking to secure America’s borders.

Except the body apparently eventually does degrade the mRNA, that nucleotide base drifts around alone, and gets reincorporated elsewhere into some other mRNA signal, and where the body would normally tightly control the signal’s presence, turning it off through degradation after it was finished. But once that nucleotide analog is there, it will prevent the signal from being turned off. And if it is a growth signal, you have one more step toward cancer.
