Alice Stewart, a former GOP advisor, Trump critic who did not believe in election fraud, and a CNN political commentator, has died unexpectedly at the age of 58.
Her passing was confirmed after her body was discovered early Saturday morning outdoors in the Bellevue neighborhood of northern Virginia, according to CNN.
Authorities indicated that no foul play is suspected in her death, suggesting that a medical emergency may have been the cause.
Mark Thompson, CEO of the far-left CNN, expressed deep sorrow over Stewart’s passing in an email sent to staff.
“Alice was a very dear friend and colleague to all of us at CNN,” Mark Thompson said.
“A political veteran and an Emmy Award-winning journalist who brought an incomparable spark to CNN’s coverage, known across our bureaus not only for her political savvy, but for her unwavering kindness. Our hearts are heavy as we mourn such an extraordinary loss.”

CNN reported:
Stewart started her career as a local reporter and producer in Georgia before moving to Little Rock, Arkansas, to be a news anchor, she told Harvard International Review. She went on to serve as the communications director in then-Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee’s office before assuming a similar role for his presidential run in 2008.
She also served as the communications director for the 2012 Republican presidential bids of former Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and then former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, also a former CNN commentator. Most recently, Stewart was the communications director for Texas Sen. Ted Cruz’s 2016 GOP campaign.
CNN hired Stewart as a political commentator ahead of the 2016 election, and she appeared on air frequently to provide insight on the political news of the day, including as recently as Friday on “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.”
“We always invited her to come on my show because we knew we would be a little bit smarter at the end of that conversation,” Blitzer told Jessica Dean on “CNN Newsroom.” “She helped our viewers better appreciate what was going on and that’s why we will miss her so much.”
The news of Stewart’s death comes as a shock, particularly since she appeared on CNN just yesterday. She made a post on her Instagram just a day before her death.
Daily Mail reported that “She appeared to lead a relatively healthy lifestyle and only last month posted photos of her taking part in a 10 mile run, nicknamed the Cherry Blossom run, in Washington D.C.”

New data from the CBP reveals that over 434,000 illegal aliens have been flown into the US under crooked Joe Biden’s CHNV parole program.
CHNV is an abbreviation for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. This parole program allows up to 30,000 “non-citizens” per month from those countries to be considered entry into the US by being flown directly into the country.
The accumulated total under this program is 184,600 from Haiti, 101,200 from Venezuela, 91,100 from Cuba, and 75,700 from Nicaragua.

When TGP had reported on this in April, the total was at about 404,000 illegals. Since then, it has been an increase of about 30,000 illegals. This does not include the overwhelming statistics of the border invasion that is happening on a daily basis.
The program allows up to 2 years for the recipients to stay in the US. ICE currently does not have the resources to pursue individuals who stay past their allowed time. Currently, the DHS does not see them as a priority for removal.
Since the Biden regime took over in 2021, approximately 10 to 12 million illegals have invaded the US. The CHNV program is a smaller percentage of the overall border and illegal invasion of our nation. Whether illegals are being flown in, or directly crossing the border, it is evident that Biden is intentionally bringing these illegals into the US.
Fox reporter Bill Melugin had reached out to the CBP to ask for the nationalities of the suspects arrested that were on the terror watchlist under the Freedom of Information Act and was denied. They prioritized the privacy of these suspects to what they said outweighed “minimal public interest.”

The Biden regime has continuously put the interest of illegal aliens over Americans in regards to safety, enforcement of law, and for the general overall good of the American people.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has shown that he has no intention of securing the border. In February he was on NBC’s “Meet the Press” and dodged all responsibility for the border crisis.

“We don’t bear responsibility for a broken system,” Mayorkas continued.

Some people think that the latest ground offensive by Russian Federation forces in the Northeastern Ukrainian Kharkov Oblast is nothing but a distraction.
It would be designed to drag defenders away from the vital Donetsk theater of operations, where Moscow has made steady, meaningful gains ever since the conquest of the key city of Avdeevka.
The main Russian objective in this war, it may be reminded, is the conquest of the Donbas regions, Luhansk – almost entirely conquered – and Donetsk, where the main fighting now is raging around Chasov Yar and other directions.
But other well-informed people, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, think that the Kharkov offensive is for real, and may develop in successive deadly waves of attack.
The truth may be that it is both of them, in the sense that Russian Federation forces have designed a style of fighting that is very flexible, and can exploit Ukrainian weaknesses wherever they may appear.

Because of the scandal involving the lack of defensive structures in Kharkov, and with the revelation that oligarchs stole a fortune that should have been used to build them, Zelensky went to Kharkov to ‘inspect’ them.
During the visit, he said reinforcements were flocking to the country’s north to defend this strategic city.
Europe 1 reports that this is ‘the perfect plan for Russia’ and its 35,000 to 50,000 soldiers flocking to Kharkov, a very strategic city for Kiev.
“Ultimately, the trap set by the Russians seems to be working, because Moscow’s objective is to force the Ukrainians to move troops towards the north. This maneuver could then allow the Russians to open breaches in the south and complete the conquest of the entire regions of Donbas.
At the same time, the Ukrainian army is struggling to line up 250,000 men on the front line. ‘In all the brigades, there is a 40% shortage of personnel’, underlines a French military source to Europe 1. ‘We are facing a wave of desertion among young conscripts’, confirms a Ukrainian officer. ‘In Kiev, they no longer talk to us about armaments but about recruitment problems’, continues a French soldier returning from the front after an observation mission.”
Europe 1’s sources state that ‘Western chancelleries are preparing coordinated diplomatic action to convince Volodymyr Zelensky to accept the principle of negotiations’.
Zelensky has been seen “inspecting” trenches near Kharkov.
He was previously seen “inspecting” impregnable defences near Bakhmut and Avdeevka.

Reconnaissance drones monitored Moscow’s was build-up of forces, but the morning the attack happened, all their video feeds were disrupted by Russian electronic jamming.
Starlink devices failed for the first time since the start of the war. They were completely blind.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, one could not go five minutes without hearing the phrase “social distancing.”
The theory, according to the country’s leading scientific “experts,” was that by keeping a distance of six feet from one another, one could successfully protect the vulnerable from the COVID virus and save millions of lives.
Now, it turns out it was all a lie.
Francis Collins, the former director of the National Insitute of Health, admitted in a closed-door interview earlier this year that he did not see any scientific evidence that social distancing was a proven method of containing the virus.
The Federalist reported:
On March 22, 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued what amounted to placebo guidance advising Americans to avoid mass gatherings and remain at least six feet apart from each other. The businesses the government deemed essential — the supermarkets, the pharmacies, the big-box retailers — marked the dividing lines, two yards between life and death, on the floors and in checkout lines.
But Collins and crew, including the smug and self-righteous Dr. Anthony Fauci, the immunologist who ran the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for a dangerously long time, made a very good living segregating a society at an unprecedented level. The damage done from the scientists’ sign-off on a long and cruel isolation experiment will take a long time to fully measure.
“The six feet of separation recommendation had real life consequences. This guideline made it nearly impossible for schools nationwide to re-open due to the pressure from teachers unions to follow this guideline. In addition, businesses had to adapt at great cost or risk complete closure,” states a Thursday subcommittee staff memo on the Collins interview.
Then comes the crux of the interview:
But the government-imposed individual internment camps were all worth it, right? Social distancing, plus deeply flawed vaccines, prevented 800,000 deaths, headlines last week proclaimed. But when asked whether he believed any science or evidence supported the six-feet rule, Collins said he did not.
“Is that I do not recall or I do not see any evidence supporting six feet?” a Covid subcommittee staff member asked the good doctor. “I did not see evidence, but I’m not sure I would have been shown evidence at that point,” Collins replied.
But what about four years later? “Since then, it has been an awfully large topic. Have you seen any evidence since then supporting six feet?” the staffer asked.
No,” the former NIH director conceded.
So there you have it. Time and time again, those of us, including The Gateway Pundit, who questioned every aspect of the COVID pandemic, from the lockdown regimes and mask mandates all the way through to vaccines and potential treatments, have been proven correct.
There was never any scientific basis for the decisions that were taken, although the political, societal and economic consequences were enormous.

Maricopa County Recorder candidate Justin Heap destroyed incumbent RINO Stephen Richer Wednesday with one question for the audience during a debate at the Palo Verde Republican Women’s Club’s May 15 luncheon.
Heap asked the crowd to “raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle,” and nearly half the attendees raised their hand!
Heap: The fundamental and most important job of the County Recorder has to be to clean and maintain our voter rolls. And I suspect that, despite what Mr. Richer says, that he is cleaning it, that we are not doing it.
Now let me try to illustrate that. Please raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle. I’ve done this with hundreds of Republican groups; never fails that half the hands or a third of the hands go up. How does that happen if we are cleaning and maintaining our voter rolls? That is a massive error, and this is the reason that people do not trust the system. We are clearly not doing an effective job as you all just witnessed. I will clean up the voter rolls.

The Maricopa County Recorder oversees early voting in the County. Heap will face Richer in Arizona’s July 30 primary.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on election fraud in Maricopa County relating to mail-in ballots. This includes missing chain of custody documentation and forged signatures on phony mail-in ballots and ballots sent to the wrong addresses or even vacant lots.
The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson reported after reviewing a few hundred mail-in ballot signatures for votes that were counted in the stolen 2022 election that roughly 10% of ballots had questionable or outright fraudulent signatures:
Stephen Richer, who ran in 2020 claiming that he would stop election fraud in Maricopa County, now claims that the elections are not fraudulent and has come to be viewed as disgraceful among Republican voters for suing Kari Lake over her fraud claims.

The Mirage hotel is closing in July, ending a 34-year run as a landmark on the Las Vegas Strip.
Hard Rock International said the hotel, which it bought in 2022, will close July 17, according to ABC.
The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Guitar Hotel Las Vegas will take the place of The Mirage.
“The property will be reimagined and developed into a new integrated resort featuring a nearly 700 ft. guitar-shaped hotel prominently in the center of the famous Las Vegas Strip,” the company said, noting that the new hotel is scheduled for opening in 2027.
The signature design of the new Hard Rock Las Vegas will be a 660-foot-tall hotel tower shaped as guitars, which will be built on the site of Mirage’s iconic volcano that has been a popular attraction since the hotel opened in 1989.

The Mirage was opened in 1989 by casino mogul Steve Wynn, according to CNN.
MGM Resorts bought the hotel from Wynn in 2000. In 2022, Hard Rock International bought the property for over $1 billion.
The closing will cost more than 3,000 people their jobs, according to the Associated Press.
The Culinary and Bartenders Union accounts for about 1,700 workers, the Los Angeles Times reported. Union members will have a choice between taking a severance package of $2,000 for every year of service plus six months of pension and health benefits or a lower payout that preserves seniority rights for new jobs in the new hotel.
“Culinary Union members at The Mirage have a strong union contract, ensuring that workers are protected, even as the property closes its doors entirely for three years from July 2024 – May 2027,” said Ted Pappageorge, Culinary Union secretary-treasurer.
The new hotel expects to hire almost 7,000 people.
Resort President Joe Lupo told the staff Wednesday about the closing, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
“We really are encouraged about not only the future of Las Vegas, but how Hard Rock and Seminole Tribe can play a role in helping to develop that and grow the market,” Lupo said. The Seminole Tribe owns Hard Rock International.
“But today is a tough day for a lot of people. Our priority is the well-being of those individuals,” he said.

Over the last 60 years, the BBC show Dr. Who has developed a cult following. The series has seen 14 actors in the title role, with actor Ncuti Gatwa most recently taking over.
Ratings for the current iteration, however, have been slipping, and Gatwa claims that it is because of racists who can’t stand seeing a non-white individual portraying the main character.
While the show has always had socially progressive roots, producer Russell T. Davies recently told Rolling Stone his current incarnation is written to be especially progressive.
Episodes in the newest season include redesigning a flip phone so it doesn’t look like a gun, a character defending a “non-binary” child against “transphobes,” and an entire episode dedicated to pushing abortion.
But for Gatwa, it couldn’t possibly be shoving an endlessly progressive agenda down viewers’ throats, causing a downturn in viewership.
It must be racism.
Bounding into Comics shared Gatwa’s recent interview with NPR.
From there, Deggan would turn to press Gatwa for his thoughts on the mountains of criticism fans have leveled towards Davies’ aforementioned decision to focus the series’ narrative on overt sociopolitical messaging – “If you’re not writing that [in 2024], what on Earth are you doing?” the showrunner declared during a previous interview with Rolling Stone – rather than entertainment.
However, instead of earnestly actually engaging with the substance of this very specific and widespread complaint, Gatwa instead moved to paint those fans who have tuned out of Doctor Who as nothing more than anti-black racists.
“I don’t want to diminish racial aggression at all, but for me, personally, I find it fascinating that it matters so much to these people,” said the actor. “You are going to limit yourselves from a show that you love because you don’t like something about someone’s appearance. It’s just, like, really sad for them.”
It should come as no surprise that the new, progressive-agenda-pushing version of “Doctor Who” debuted on Disney+ on May 14.

She announced after the Fever’s latest drubbing that she was going to make Caitlin Clark, the game’s greatest three-point shooter of all time, into a two-point shooter.

Clark, the greatest shooter in women’s basketball history, only took eight shots in Thursday night’s game. She can’t score if she can’t shoot! Her lost teammates do not even look to pass to Clark. Clark spends a lot of time in the corner of the court based on the Fever’s coach’s directions. The team is happy throwing up airballs and ignoring Clark.
That is the problem!
The league is filling EVERY arena in the country where Clark is set to play in the coming weeks. Tickets are at an all-time high. The fans did not come to see Caitlin Clark sit in a corner and not shoot.
The clock is ticking… The WNBA better figure this out before it’s too late and they lose their new found fan base forever! Fans are not filling arenas to watch Clark take only 9 shots a game!
Other teams foul Clark and get away with it and Sides does nothing. Clark is called for fouls that look like non-fouls, Sides says nothing.
So the solution to the second-year head coach with a losing record, who’s 0-2 so far this year, is to teach Clark how to shoot better.
The solution should be to tell Clark to shoot every time down court. and tell her teammates to get her the ball.
That would be too easy.

The activists were convicted of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act and “conspiracy against rights” for a sit-in protest at the Surgi-Clinic in Washington, D.C.
Three activists were sentenced on Tuesday, and four more were sentenced on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, Jonathan Darnel, Herb Geraghty, Jean Marshall, and Joan Bell were all sentenced to prison. Darnel got 34 months in prison, Geraghty got 27 months, Marshall got 24 months, and Bell got 27 months. The sentences followed Tuesday’s sentencing of Lauren Handy to 57 months in prison, as well as John Hinshaw (21 months) and William Goodman (27 months).
During the protest, the pro-life protesters sang songs, prayed, locked arms in front of the facility’s staff entrance, and attached themselves with ropes and chains to block doors inside the building.
“As evidenced by today’s sentencings, the FBI and our judicial system will not tolerate the obstruction of civil rights,” said David Sundberg of the FBI Washington Field Office. “The FBI will continue to investigate FACE Act violations in all jurisdictions, so patients and providers can exercise their right to receive or provide lawful reproductive health care without the threat of violence or intimidation.”
In 2022, Handy, obtained a box containing 115 aborted fetuses from outside the Surgi-Center. Five of them appeared to be within the 26-32 week range, which is typically considered far enough along to survive outside the womb.
Last week, the remains of five infants were delivered to DC Metro police in a condition consistent with partial birth abortion or infanticide.

Handy and other anti-abortion activists called on the District of Columbia to investigate if any of the babies had been born alive, but the city refused. Partial-birth abortion remains against the law in the district.
Ashan Benedict, D.C. police’s executive assistant chief of police, said during a press conference that they appeared to have been aborted “in accordance with D.C. law [and] there doesn’t seem to be anything criminal in nature about that except for how they got into this house.” The department refused to order autopsies to confirm the claim.
The clinic is run by Dr. Cesare Santangelo, who was captured on video by Live Action News in 2013 saying that he does not provide life-saving care for viable, premature babies born after a failed abortion.

Former President Donald Trump is calling attention to Joe Biden’s deteriorating cognitive functioning by pinning a parody music video, featuring the ailing White House occupant falling over and wandering around, to his Truth Social account on Friday.
The video, a parody of rock artist Tom Petty’s famous tune “Free Fallin,” features Biden falling down on stage, tripping down the steps of Air Force One and aimlessly wandering around as the lyrics point out Biden “Keeps Fallin.’

President Donald Trump has thrown down the gauntlet, demanding that Joe Biden undergo a drug test before their upcoming debate.
Trump’s challenge came during his speech at the GOP’s annual Lincoln Reagan dinner event in St. Paul, Minnesota, which he attended after celebrating his son Barron’s high school graduation.

“I just wanna debate this guy, but you know – and I’m gonna demand a drug test too, by the way,” Trump said.
“I am. No, I really am. I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union. He was high as a kite,” Trump added.
The former president went on to criticize Biden’s performance during the State of the Union, stating that Biden appeared “jacked up” at the beginning but was “fading fast” by the end.
“We’re gonna demand a drug test… He’s going to be so jacked up for those, you watch.”
“I don’t know what he’s using, but that was not, hey, he was higher than a kite, and by the way it was the worst address I’ve ever seen,” Trump said.

This is not the first time Trump has raised suspicions about Biden’s behavior. In an interview with radio broadcaster Hugh Hewitt last month, Trump suggested that there may be “something going on” with Biden and insinuated that drugs could be involved.
“I think what happened, you know, that white stuff, that they happened to find, which happened to be cocaine at the White House, I don’t know, I think something is going on there,” Trump per Daily Mail.
“I watched the State of the Union, he was all jacked up at the beginning, by the end he was fading fast, there’s something going on there.”
Trump’s insistence on a drug test before the debates echoes his stance from the 2020 presidential campaign when he called for Biden to be tested prior to their debates. Back then, Trump voiced his belief that Biden was using some form of enhancement to improve his performance.
In his interview with Laura Ingraham, President Trump said he believes Joe Biden is on some enhancement.
“I watched Biden in the previous debates and he was horrible. And then I saw him in the Bernie debate and he was normal. It was sort of like a normal deal. He got by. And I said that was a different guy than the guy that was in the debate with Kamala. Now, Kamala is just horrible… I’ll tell you what he’s on some kind of enhancement in my opinion,” President Donald Trump said.

President Joe Biden, who wears bespoke sneakers to prevent embarrassing collapses and whose command of the English language rivals that of most kindergartners, is in bad political shape.
It is unsurprising that Democrats have resorted to some of the slimiest tactics imaginable to derail President Donald Trump’s comeback bid and push their senile octogenarian across the November finish line. Properly skeptical of their chances to topple Trump in a fair mano-a-mano, the Democrat-lawfare complex in 2023 conjured up four separate criminal prosecutions—two federal probes and two state probes—targeting the 45th president. After all, if you can’t beat him, then … prosecute and incarcerate him! All in the name of “our democracy,” naturally.
Suffice it to say that the Democrat-lawfare complex’s brazen, cynical attempt to subvert our constitutional order in the name of saving it has not gone according to plan.
In Washington, D.C., Special Counsel Jack Smith’s crown-jewel case against Trump, pertaining to the 2020 presidential election and the Jan. 6 jamboree at the U.S. Capitol, has been interrupted by the U.S. Supreme Court. The justices stepped in to assess the thorny constitutional question of the scope of immunity from criminal prosecution for former presidents, and a decision is not expected until late June.
The most likely result is a mixed opinion that holds some “core” Article II presidential functions are immune from post-presidency prosecution, but other acts are not. This would require a remand to the trial court for fact-finding to determine which legal category the acts in Smith’s indictment fall into. That trial court finding could then be appealed, too. There is virtually no chance Smith can wrap this all up before November.
In Florida, Smith’s other federal case has not been more successful. The Florida prosecution, pertaining to Trump’s post-presidency handling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate, had at least some potential on the legal merits. But Smith wildly overplayed his hand by charging Trump with violating the controversial World War I-era Espionage Act, and the proceedings have frequently been set back due to the strenuous demands of the Classified Information Procedures Act—a 1980 statute first introduced in the Senate, ironically, by then-Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del.
Recently, Judge Aileen Cannon indefinitely postponed the trial start date, which had initially been scheduled for May 20. There is again little to no chance Smith can reach a jury before November.
The case in Fulton County, Georgia, which once seemed the most perilous of them all due to Georgia’s sprawling Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the far-left Atlanta jury pool, and the potential for high-profile prosecution witnesses, has gone totally off the rails. Ever since January, the only questions in the case have not been substantive legal issues such as whether Trump oversaw a grand conspiracy to “overturn an election,” but tabloid fodder such as whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her illicit extramarital lover and appointed special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, are too compromised to bring the case.
The trial court’s finding that only one of them must recuse is now pending before a Georgia appellate court, and it is likely the Supreme Court of Georgia will weigh in, too. This case isn’t reaching a jury before November, either.
That leaves the ongoing drama in New York City, where a literal porn “star” (Stormy Daniels) and a convicted felon (Michael Cohen) are aiding the George Soros-funded prosecutor’s case of … well, he hasn’t exactly told us what it is. We surmise the case entails alleged New York State fraudulent bookkeeping charges in furtherance of a federal campaign finance law violation—which doesn’t even fall into the local district attorney’s jurisdiction.
The prosecution is about to rest its case, and we don’t even know for sure what the actual black-letter legal case is. On Thursday, the “star witness” convicted felon’s testimony was so bad that far-left CNN anchor Anderson Cooper remarked: “I think if I was a juror in this case watching that, I would think this guy is making it up as he’s going along.”
Brutal.
The Democrats’ strategy is failing. But it is up to the American people to make them pay for it.

In November 2020, The Gateway Pundit published information on a little-known YouTube video with only about 50 views at the time. In the video that was posted in August 2020, Gabriel Sterling joins in to discuss a number of things regarding the election process.
Gabriel Sterling was appointed the COO of the Secretary of State’s office by Brad Raffensperger shortly after Raffensperger was elected to the position in November 2018.
Sterling, as COO, would be in charge of budgetary, human resources and administrative operations for the Secretary of State’s office. Sterling, strangely, has also been referred to, in multiple media accounts, as Georgia’s “Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager.”
Starting at the 7:00 mark Sterling brags about expanding the emergency rule to provide for drop boxes to go through the entire election cycle now. Again this video was published in August 2020.
At the 8:00 mark Sterling brags about hiring election poll workers from the ACLU to work the elections in the state.
Gabe Sterling: “We allowed for early scanning of ballots. Those things come out of the SEB (State Election Board). And then we work with the county elections officials directly to train them, for them to train the poll workers. And this year we really stepped up a lot in terms of getting poll workers in, in the lieu of the COVID situation, we set up a portal. And as of today, working with our partners, especially the ACLU and the Metro Chamber of Commerce, we’ve already given over 6,000 names to counties for people to sign up as poll work.”
How in the world did this far-left radical, Gabe Sterling, get hired as the Georgia statewide voting systems manager under Brad Raffensperger?
And what kind of Republican would partner with the ACLU to hire election workers to process absentee ballots?

In August 2023, investigative journalist Paul Sperry echoed our earlier reporting and confirmed via POIA records that Fulton County officials in 2020 deputized hundreds of anti-Trump Democrats from the ACLU and gave them the power to process absentee ballots.

In Detroit, Michigan, the far-left poll workers threatened Republican poll workers and locked the door and boarded up the windows to prevent anyone from observing their “work” during the counting process.

And now this… Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his sidekick Gabe Sterling are already working with a Soros-funded group to ensure that only leftist election workers will be hired in Georgia this year.
Is the Republican Party paying attention?

George Soros and a slew of anti-Trump activists are backing an effort to recruit poll workers for the 2024 election in collaboration with state election offices.
Founded in 2020, Power The Polls appears to be gearing up for the 2024 election, recently announcing a new Advisory council to roll out a vast army of poll watchers ahead of November. The group boasts of recruiting over 700,000 poll workers for the 2020 election and is currently working with state election offices including Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger ahead of the 2024 election.
Politico noted that Power the Polls was “stood up” by the Open Society Foundation, the hub of Soros’ political activism and far-left giving. A deeper investigation reveals the group is part of Work Elections, which is a project of the Fair Election Network. In turn, the Fair Election Network is backed by the New Venture Fund, the leading billion-dollar dark money group supports President Joe Biden and counts Soros among its donors.
Similarly, individuals from far-left activist organizations that have received funds from Soros-linked groups including the Open Society Foundation and New Venture Fund such as the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, llumiNative, and the Civic Rights Responsibility Project are on the advisory council.
While Power The Polls, which describes itself as the “nonpartisan leader in poll worker recruitment” claimed the new 14-member group was a “bipartisan” effort, its lack of any pro-Trump activists suggest otherwise. Furthermore, the council is co-chaired by actress Kerry Washington and infamous critic of President Trump Rep. Adam Kinzinger…
…Even more concerning, however, is the participation of current election officials including Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his Chief Operating Officer Gabriel Sterling. It remains unclear the scope of Power the Polls’s influence over these offices. Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar, for example, is also involved, alluding to collaboration between his office and Power the Polls: “By connecting election officials with potential poll workers, Power the Polls helps jurisdictions across the country serve voters and ensure safe and fair elections.”
Brad Raffensperger and Gabe Sterling are up to their old tricks again to do all they can to steal the 2024 election from Donald Trump. Why not? It worked last time.

Wisconsin judge stops the state’s elections commission from ‘fomenting election fraud.’ Incompetent administrators were requiring people certify the envelope itself was a ballot request because they printed the signature certification on the envelope instead of the document. Voters were told to make the false certification, sign under penalty of perjury, and the administrators would just ignore it despite the law.

A socialist member of Chicago’s city council believes that the idea of using police to ensure safe streets and punishing criminals is “racist” while calling America a “garbage society.”
Rossana Rodriguez is an alderwoman on Chicago’s city council who supports defunding the police and caucuses with the Democratic Socialists. The alderwoman, who explicitly calls for “critical race theory” to be taught to children, is also involved in the council’s Education and Child Development committee.
The alderwoman repeatedly blasts American society in her frequent social media tirades.
According to the councilmember, America is “a garbage society” and “a White supremacist society and system” that “favors White people.” Rodriguez believes that “White people are ahead in the game” in comparison to minority groups…
“When we say #DefundThePolice we mean developing alternatives to racist punishment and brutality. This work has been around for a while and it’s a great tool to rethink our ideas of what public safety should look like,” Rodrigues said in response to a post about “police abolition” in 2020.

This announcement comes after President Trump delivered remarks to a massive crowd of roughly 100,000 supporters in Wildwood, New Jersey.
Earlier this year, President Trump announced that he would be holding a rally in the South Bronx. During his interview with Laura Ingraham on FOX News, Trump added that he is also planning a rally at Madison Square Garden.

NBCUniversal’s Peacock announced Thursday they will be releasing a new documentary series shoving the left’s LGBTQ agenda in America’s face with a twist.
The documentary, titled “Queer Planet,” promises to showcase the full-spectrum” of homosexual behavior in the animal kingdom. The series is scheduled to stream on June 6 as part of the radical-left network’s commemoration of PRIDE month.
“Queer Planet” is narrated by openly gay actor Andrew Rannells. He released a statement bragging how “Queer Planet” opened his eyes to “to the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ behaviors across the natural world” and that he was “excited” to be part of the new series.
“We’ve all heard of gay penguins, but this film really opened my eyes to the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ behaviors across the natural world,” said Rannells.
“And what could be more natural than being who you are?” he continued. “I’m excited to be part of ‘Queer Planet,’ especially during Pride Month, and on Peacock, surely the most colorful and glamorous of all the streaming services.”
Indiewire revealsreveals, the documentary features different “hidden LGBTQ+ communities among animals that have unconventional sexualities and genders” and showcases everything from homosexual penguins, bisexual lions, pansexual primates, and sex-changing clownfish. It will even explore the fauna realm with “multi-gendered mushrooms.”
Per the official synopsis, the series “looks at extraordinary creatures, witnesses amazing behaviors, and introduces the scientists questioning the traditional concept of what’s natural when it comes to sex and gender.”
Below is the official trailer for “Queer Planet.” It opens with a voiceover telling viewers that the “animal kingdom isn’t as simple as black and white” before flashing to a still photo showing a male lion humping another male lion.
A bald individual then appears and asserts, “Everything you were taught as a kid was wrong!” before the trailer continues showcasing supposed LGBTQ animals.
The voiceover boasts, “The idea of having two fixed sexes is clearly out of style,” while an unnamed woman claims, “Mother Nature is pretty open-minded.”

The son of prominent conservative activist Brent Bozell was sentenced on Friday to nearly four years in prison for protesting in the Capitol building on Jan. 6.
Prosecutors argued Leo Brent Bozell IV leveled a “relentless” assault on the US Capitol, where he smashed a window and walked on the Senate floor.
Bozell was one of the first protesters to enter the building and one of the first to walk on the Senate floor during the Capitol riot.
Bozell’s father founded the Media Research Center, the Parents Television Council, Newsbusters and other leading conservative media organizations.
US District John Bates, a George W. Bush appointee, sentenced Bozell to three years and nine months behind bars. Bozell was convicted of 10 charges, including obstruction of an official proceeding.
Bozell apologized to his wife and parents during the sentencing hearing for putting “a stain on my family forever.”
“I don’t recognize that person in the videos,” he told the judge. “I don’t know what I was thinking.”
Bates scolded Bozell for premeditating violence ahead of Jan. 6.
“You had plenty of chances to stop doing what you were doing,” the judge said.
Bates is allowing Bozell to remain free until he reports to prison at a date to be determined.
Prosecutors sought 11 years and eight months in prison for Bozell and attempted to add a terror enhancement to his sentence, contending he led rioters in breaking through police lines and mounted “relentless and sustained attacks” on law enforcement.
“There are few rioters on January 6 who were involved in as many pivotal breaches as Bozell,” the government wrote in Bozell’s 60-page sentencing memorandum.
Bozell’s father submitted a letter to the court when he caught wind of the prosecutors’ intent to add a terrorism enhancement.
“I have remained silent for the past 3 1/2 years because I didn’t want to tip the apple cart of justice,” he wrote. “But given what I saw in the trial, and more importantly learning about this terror enhancement, I no longer can. I believe there is more at play here.
“I am not pleading my son’s innocence, only that his punishment match the crime. I am asking the Court to consider my son’s character that is sterling and is being defended by absolutely everyone around him. I ask that you consider their words as words of honest men and women speaking honest truth. Every single one would recoil in horror in your presence were they told he should now be considered a terrorist.”
Bozell’s attorney, former government prosecutor Bill Shipley, called the judge’s ruling in Bozell’s case a “win.”
“The Government initially prevailed on the Probation Office to calculate Leo’s “Guideline Range” under the US Sentencing Guidelines as 210 – 240 months because Leo was convicted of breaking two windows. Ultimately, the Government’s Sentencing Statement asked for ONLY a sentence of 140 months — just short of 11 years and 8 months,” Shipley wrote on X after his client was sentenced. “Probation recommended 60 months — 5 years. Co-counsel Eric Snyder and I suggested that an appropriate sentence should be no more than 30 months. Today Leo was sentenced to a period of 45 months — 95 months less than the DOJ wanted.
“Terrorism enhancement NOT applied. Only 15 more months than was suggested by the defense. Sometimes in these Jan 6 cases — this is what a “Win” looks like. Maybe not an A+ outcome — but not too far from where our hopes were.”
Bozell was apprehended by the FBI in February 2021. A sedition hunter identified him from the “Hershey Christian Academy” sweatshirt that he wore during the riot.
To date, 1,424 Americans are facing federal charges for protesting on January 6. Of the defendants charged, 820 have taken plea deals while 199 were convicted at trial.
Meanwhile, not a single Hamas supporter has been targeted by the Justice Department for storming the US Capitol or destroying the White House gate.

Shani was murdered by Hamas barbarians when they targeted a youth concert in southern Israel.
Shani Louk, the 22-year-old German-Israeli tattoo artist, was last seen at a rave party in the northern Negev, where Hamas militants stormed in and killed at least 260 attendees.

Initial reports hinted at Shani Louk being sexually assaulted and killed, with her lifeless body flaunted around Gaza, as an appalling trophy of terrorism. Disturbing images and videos showed the militants spitting on her body, chanting, “Allahu Akbar!” meaning, God is good, as they paraded through the Gaza, bearing Louk’s corpse.
“Only now we got the note that Shani Louk has been confirmed as murdered and dead,” said President Herzog.
“They found her skull, which means these barbaric, sadistic animals, moles, simply chopped off her head when they were attacking and torturing and killing Israelis. It’s a huge tragedy,” he continued.
“This means that these barbaric, sadistic animals simply chopped off her head as they attacked, tortured and killed Israelis. It is a great tragedy and I extend my deepest condolences to her family.”

Michigan attorney Stefanie Lambert faced a disqualification hearing in Dominion’s defamation case against Patrick Byrne on Thursday after Dominion filed a Motion to Disqualify her from representing Byrne, alleging she violated a protective order in the case.
Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock, is being sued over his claims of election fraud.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Lambert was arrested in Washington, D.C., earlier this year following another court hearing in Byrne’s case after she allegedly gave “evidence of numerous crimes” to law enforcement.
The arrest came after Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf, who has been actively investigating claims of voter fraud from the 2020 election, obtained confidential documents from the case. Lambert later admitted to passing materials to Sheriff Leaf, asserting that she was reporting a crime to law enforcement.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf has made a bold move by sending a letter to U.S. Representative Jim Jordan, urging a congressional investigation into what he alleges is evidence of “foreign interference” in the 2020 election.
Lambert was also indicted last year by Michigan Democrat officials for attempting to investigate one of the state’s voting machines following the 2020 election, which Dominion attorneys referenced in their argument to disqualify her from this case. "Every time I enter my appearance on one of these cases, Dominion or the [Michigan] Attorney General comes up with a new sham accusation," Lambert told the Judge, who was uninterested in hearing about the separate cases against Lambert unless it was Dominion using the accusations.
During the hearing to remove Lambert from this case for the seemingly unprecedented reason of violating a court order, Dominion attorneys desperately tried to justify their request despite having no standard or legal precedence. They admitted that there was no prior case law and claimed that Lambert's previous and future actions "might actually hinder" Dominion attorneys' "ability to do their job" and prove that Patrick Byrne defamed them by saying the 2020 election was stolen.
At one point, the far-left Dominion attorneys even presented a tweet by Byrne, in which he critiqued Judge Juan Merchan's unconstitutional gag order against President Trump. They ridiculously claimed Byrne violated the gag order in Trump's case by sharing a post by Trump and "spreading the information himself" and that he cannot be trusted to follow the Court's orders.
When the Judge questioned Lambert, she pleaded that she did not violate the order by turning over evidence of crimes, including alleged perjury by Dominion CEO John Poulos, to law enforcement. "Everyone can go to law enforcement and report crimes, and I have an oath and an obligation to do that," Lambert told the Judge. The Judge requested in the future that Lambert seek relief from the Court's order to turn over evidence of criminal misconduct found in discovery to law enforcement, and Lambert agreed.
However, Dominion attorneys argued, "she says to you now that she'll come to the court if she finds new evidence of criminal activity because she doesn't have to anymore," claiming that Sheriff Dar Leaf could have every document in his possession already, while seemingly not disputing the claims of criminal activity.
In another hysterical rant by Dominion attorneys to the Judge, they questioned Lambert's explanation that she and Patrick Byrne never expected Dominion to hand over evidence of criminal acts in discovery and did not believe that turning this evidence over to law enforcement would violate the protective order. Without disputing the notion that evidence of criminal acts was discovered, the attorney said the idea that Lambert will now follow the rules is "not credible" because the documents showed "apparently exactly what she and her client have been saying the documents would show."
After a short recess, the Judge ordered Patrick Byrne and Stefanie Lambert to desist from sharing or discussing confidential discovery material and to come to the Court with future questions or requests for relief. When Lambert asked the Judge on Byrne's behalf how to proceed if Byrne is asked by Congress, the DOJ, or law enforcement to cooperate with an investigation, the Judge told them to follow the strict guidelines of the protective order and file a request before sharing any confidential information.
Finally, the Judge said she would take the matter under advisement to issue a ruling at a later date and asked Dominion to file their exhibits by the close of business on Friday.
"Every time I have been targeted as a result of representing clients related to election matters, I win. The process plays out; it takes time, but eventually, truth and justice always prevail. Due to the D.C. Court's effort to silence her, she could not say more about the case or evidence in discovery. "Truth and justice will prevail, but we have to abide by the court's order," she added. "I'm very carefully not addressing anything the court told me not to address."
When asked why Democrats and Dominion are trying to remove Lambert from representing election-related court cases, Byrne said, "She's the best and knows more about this than any lawyer in America." He continued, "Where the rubber meets the road, Stephanie has been the most energetic and devoted lawyer and has put the pieces together before any other lawyer in America has put them together."
Byrne maintains that "I was right about everything I said in November 2020."

The Gateway Pundit recently reported on Trump’s mega rally and his plan to campaign in formerly blue states, including New Jersey, Minnesota, and Virginia, which he says will flip for him.

The event is significant, as it essentially marks the beginning of Trump’s play for the state — a state that has not tipped red in decades. The last time the state went red was in 1972, when Republican Richard Nixon defeated Democrat George McGovern in a landslide win. But in 2016, Trump came remarkably close to taking the state, coming just 1.5 percentage points behind Hillary Clinton. The difference was less than 44,000 votes.
While Trump has said throughout his campaign that he will make a “heavy play” for blue states such as New York, New Jersey, New Mexico, Virginia, and Minnesota, he reiterated that point during a recent interview on KNSI Radio.
It’s not like, in my opinion, that blue,” he said of Minnesota. “We’re going to put a heavy move into Minnesota, I promise.”
A May KSTP/Survey USA poll showed Trump well within striking distance of President Biden in the North Star State, garnering 42 percent support to Biden’s 44 percent. Because Biden’s lead is within the survey’s ± 4.3 percent margin of error, it is a virtual tie.

The Democrats in Minnesota are so scared of Trump that they jumped on the trend of attempting to remove him from the ballot, citing the 14th Amendment. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the state Supreme Court rejected the attempt by disgruntled leftists to remove the leading political candidate from the ballot before the Primary Election.
Voters can remember that the Black Lives Matter riots, encouraged by Democrats, in the summer of 2020 destroyed Minneapolis and black-owned businesses.

There’s no question that the 30 thousand troops involved in Russia’s Northern Kharkov Oblast offensive are not nearly enough to undertake a conquest of a major center like Kharkov city with over 1 million people.
Having said that, it is also true that Kharkov city is already within Russian artillery range, and it is also a fact that the main supply lines to it are also under Russian fire control.
So, while conquering the city is beyond present capabilities, Russian Federation forces are about to make existence there a living hell.
During his major state visit to China, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that capturing Ukraine’s second-largest city of Kharkov is not part of Moscow’s current plan.
CNBC reported:
“Speaking at a news conference in China, Putin said that Russian forces operating in the area may be forced to create a “sanitary zone” to shore up Russia’s own security, according to Russian state news agency Ria Novosti.”
Ukrainian forces are scrambling to hold off Russia’s latest push, assembling reinforcements that are weakening other parts of the ever expanding 2-thousand mile long front-line.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said defense forces had ‘stabilized’ the situation around Kharkov, after Russian forces advanced 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) into the northeastern region.
Russia’s Defense Ministry on Friday said it had captured 12 settlements in Ukraine’s northeastern Kharkov region in the last week, before adding that it “continues to advance into the depths” of the country.
[…] Russian President Vladimir Putin said earlier in the day that Russian forces operating near Ukraine’s second-largest city could be forced to create a buffer zone to shore up security. Putin added that the Kremlin’s current plan was not to capture the city of Kharkov.”
Euronews reported:
“I have said publicly that if it continues we will be forced to create a security zone, a sanitary zone,” [Putin] said, “As for Kharkov, there are no such plans (to capture the city)”.”
Putin’s comments come as Russian and Ukrainian forces engage in fierce battles in the middle of of Volchansk, a key town in Ukraine’s northeastern Kharkov region, just 5 kilometers from the border.
The move has piled pressure on Ukraine’s outnumbered, outgunned and outmaneuvered forces.
“Former Russian defense minister – now the head of the National Security Council – Sergei Shoigu insisted Russian troops are pushing the offensive in many directions and that ‘it’s going quite well’.
‘I hope we will keep advancing. We have certain reserves for the purpose, in personnel, equipment and munitions’, he said in televised remarks.”

Recall that in 2019, a picture from then-Democrat Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s medical school yearbook from 1984 surfaced showing two men, one in a KKK hood and robe and one in ‘blackface’ on the same page as Northam.
Eastern Virginia Medical School allowed students to personally choose photos for their yearbook page, so Ralph Northam chose to put the racist photo of himself in the yearbook.
Although Ralph Northam admitted to being in the racist photo, he did not reveal if he was the one dressed in blackface or the KKK robe.
“With respect to the photograph on Governor Northam’s personal page, we could not conclusively determine the identity of either individual depicted in the photograph,” Officials from Eastern Virginia Medical School said in a report. “No individual that we interviewed has told us from personal knowledge that the Governor is in the Photograph, and no individual with knowledge has come forward to us to report that the Governor is in the photograph.”
As expected, Virginia Democrat leadership defended Ralph Northam’s racist yearbook photo.
However, Joe Biden called for Northam to resign in 2019.

There are four conditions for statehood; Palestine arguably meets one of them.
The most widely accepted definition of a sovereign nation is found in the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, which was adopted at the Seventh International Conference of American States in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1933. The Montevideo Convention lays out the criteria for statehood, including a defined territory, a permanent population, a government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other states. These criteria are widely accepted as the basic requirements for statehood in international law.
These criteria are widely recognized as the fundamental requirements for statehood in international law. Most countries and international organizations adhere to the principles laid out in the convention. Additionally, the criteria specified in the convention are commonly used by governments, legal scholars, and international bodies to determine the statehood of entities seeking recognition as sovereign states. Therefore, the definition provided by the Montevideo Convention is broadly accepted by the international community.
UN members recently voted to recognize Palestine. According to the UN Charter, “States are admitted to membership in the United Nations by a decision of the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.” However, as a member of the Security Council, the US exercised its veto power, preventing Palestine’s admission.
The United Nations (UN) does not have an official definition of statehood, as it is not explicitly defined in the UN Charter. Instead, the UN generally follows the criteria outlined in the Montevideo Convention. Additionally, the UN has three more requirements for membership.
In conclusion, Palestine is not a state. It meets possibly only one of the four criteria under the Montevideo Convention and one of the three criteria under the UN. Ultimately, the US can exercise its veto power. Pro-Palestine protestors need to read the requirements of statehood and understand that their outrage has been misguided.

As we’ve discussed before, the culture of death continues to expand in many decadent Western cultures, and this descent into lunacy is making Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide increasingly normalized options for people who mostly seem plagued by the lack of competent healthcare.

The latest distressing story hitting the news cycle is the horrid tale of the young, physically healthy Dutch woman who decided to be euthanized over her crippling depression.

It turns out that she has now been granted approval by the Dutch authorities to get help to end her life.
Officials in the Netherlands have given the final approval for young Zoraya ter Beek to die by assisted suicide.
The authorization was granted on the grounds of 'unbearable mental suffering'.
New York Post reported:
"Ter Beek first applied for assisted suicide in 2020, following battles with depression and suicidal thoughts caused by difficulties in her early childhood.
The once-aspiring psychiatrist suffers from chronic depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder and was diagnosed with autism.
Ter Beek believed that the safe environment her partner offered would help her mentally heal, but it didn’t and she reportedly continued to have suicidal thoughts and self-harmed."
While many people are touched by her story, she did get her fair share of haters online. But ter Beek says she has thought about her decision throughout the years-long process.
“'In the three and a half years this has taken, I’ve never hesitated about my decision. I have felt guilt — I have a partner, family, friends and I’m not blind to their pain. And I’ve felt scared. But I’m absolutely determined to go through with it', she said."
The process seems legitimate from the outside: she was evaluated by a team of physicians, had a second opinion on her 'eligibility' to die, then the whole case has to be reviewed by a third independent doctor. But in the end, all these MDs were people with the mindset of the culture of death.
The young lady herself does not understand the difference between the reactions she got over it.
“People were saying: ‘Don’t do it, your life is precious.’ I know that. Others said they had a cure, like a special diet or drugs. Some told me to find Jesus or Allah, or told me I’d burn in hell. It was a total shitstorm. I couldn’t handle all the negativity.”
To say 'your life is precious' or 'Find Jesus' is hardly 'negativity' like, for example, 'you will burn in hell.' In the end, the 'positivity' Zoraya wants is people cheering her on to die. We will never do that.
She already has the Dutch state and government taking her by the hand to the great beyond.
Geert Wilders will have many other problems to tackle besides expelling illegal aliens from the Netherlands. The culture of Death has to be one of them.

Jocelyn Wade has filed a new response against her ex-husband, Nathan Wade, following his recent attempt to avoid alimony and child support payments.
The Gateway Pundit reported that former Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade, who recently resigned from his role in the Georgia indictment against President Trump and 18 co-defendants, pleaded poverty to get out on his divorce agreement to pay alimony and child support.
Wade withdrew from the Trump lawfare RICO case after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ruled that he must be removed in order for Soros Funded District Attorney Fani Wills to continue her RICO case against Trump and the co-defendants.
During his time at the District Attorney’s office, after Willis improperly hired Wade to prosecute Trump while she was sleeping with him, Wade was paid more than $700,000!
It can be recalled that Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was subpoenaed to testify in the divorce proceedings of Nathan Wade and Joycelyn Wade. According to a court filing obtained by The Wall Street Journal, Willis was served a subpoena at her Atlanta office for her testimony.
These revelations about Willis and Wade’s secret and nefarious relationship came to light after Mike Roman, a former Trump campaign official and co-defendant in the racketeering case led by Willis, moved to accuse both Willis and Wade of misconduct. The motion, spearheaded by Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, alleges an “improper, clandestine personal relationship” between Willis and Wade.
The motion alleges that this relationship led to financial benefits for Willis, with county records revealing that Wade has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The motion suggests that Wade financed luxury vacations with Willis, using funds from Fulton County, to destinations such as Napa Valley and the Caribbean.
The Gateway Pundit reported last month that Joycelyn Wade filed for contempt of court, accusing him of failing to comply with financial obligations amidst her ongoing health struggles.
Court documents reveal that Nathan Wade has allegedly ceased financial assistance for their daughter’s education and living expenses and their son’s nascent soccer career in Europe.
Joycelyn Wade, who has been facing severe health issues necessitating urgent medical procedures including an endoscopy and colonoscopy, claims Nathan has abandoned her financially during this critical time.
Despite a court directive, Nathan allegedly instructed Joycelyn to pay for her medical treatments herself, with a vague promise of reimbursement at a later stage.
However, Wade claimed that he is now broke and asking for an emergency hearing to lower the amount of money he agreed to pay his ex-wife in their divorce settlement.
“With the income from [Wade’s] employment as the Special Prosecutor no longer coming in, and with income from [his] private practice being diminished, [he] is no longer able to … meet the financial obligations set forth in the temporary order,” Wade’s divorce lawyer M. Scott Kimbrough wrote in filing per New York Post.
According to the court filing, “On April 8, 2024 Plaintiff filed Plaintif’s Emergency Motion to Modify Consent Temporary Agreement and Request for Emergency Hearing. It is premised on Plaintiff’s contention that his resignation as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Fulton County in State of Georgia v. Donald J. Trump, et. al constitutes a substantial change in circumstance, rendering him unable to meet his financial obligations under the parties’ Consent Temporary Agreement? on an emergent basis.”

Jocelyn claimed Nathan is lying, pointing out that he received two checks totaling $53,000 just three days before filing his so-called “emergency” motion to modify his support obligations.
“There appears to be no plausible explanation other than Plaintiff’s deceitfulness to justify his pursuit of emergency relief from this Court on April 8, 2024, alleging essentially insolvency when he had received Fifty-Three Thousand Dollars only three (3) days prior,” according to the court documents.

Plaintiff did not resign until March 15, 2024; thus, it is reasonable to infer that there are further outstanding payments due to Plaintiff that likely have not been disbursed as of the current date.”

David DePape, the man who broke into Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home and beat her husband Paul Pelosi with a hammer was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Nancy Pelosi previously urged the judge to give DePape a “very long” sentence.
In October 2022, David DePape, 43, broke into the Pelosis’ San Francisco residence and attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer.
When police arrived at the residence, Paul Pelosi opened the door. Shortly after that, DePape attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer and fractured his skull.

In November, the jury found DePape guilty on “kidnapping and assault on account of a federal official’s performance of official duties,” ABC News reported.

At least four people were killed Thursday night in Houston, Texas, as powerful storms swept through the city, causing severe flooding and extensive property damage.
Houston Fire Chief Samuel Peña revealed at a news briefing that two of the four people who died were killed by falling trees, while a third died when a crane blew over.
One resident told the WHSV that the damage to the city was so severe that “it looks like a bomb went off.”
Some Houston residents also claim they saw tornadoes amid the chaotic weather. NWS Houston will work to confirm these reports in the coming days.
The downtown area of Houston was hit particularly hard, and the aftermath looked like scenes from a horror movie. One video shows people working on a top building floor, screaming and fleeing in terror as the storm shatters the glass. Large debris is also seen flying up against and possibly into the building.

During the storms, winds gusted up to 100 miles per hour, knocking out power for almost 1 million residents.

The Houston Chronicle reports that restoring power to the worst-hit areas will take several days or longer.
Houston Mayor John Whitmire has warned residents to remain at home, noting the massive amount of debris and broken traffic lights.

The bitter ladies of ABC’s The View had a complete meltdown over Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker’s recent commencement speech at Benedictine College, a Catholic institution.
Co-host Sara Haines put her anti-Catholic bigotry on full display, calling Butker and those who share his Catholic faith “extremists” and “cult-like.”
Haines said Butker is part of “a very extreme religion” because he attends a traditional Latin mass.
She added that a Latin mass is similar to the “cult-like and extremist like some religions in the Middle East and Asia.”
This is someone practicing what is called the traditional Latin Mass, which is divergent from the majority of Catholics and compared to being cult-like and extremist like some religions in the Middle East and Asia.
So this is a very extreme religion.
She also lectured Butker about how he doesn’t “walk with Jesus” or oppressed people:
So, what I can say to him, as a Christian, is if you’re using this to oppress people or hold them down you’re not walking with Jesus. If you are using the religion, if you’re more obsessed with the religious rituals and practices than you are with the word of Jesus, you’re not walking with Jesus. And if you’re using it for the judgment of others and as a weapon to beat people down you’re also not walking with Jesus.

On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, a Brooklyn jury returned a guilty verdict in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, convicting both Qing Ming Yu (Allen Yu) and Zhe Zhang (Zack Zhang) of murder-for-hire for the shooting of Xin Chris Gu outside a KTV club on the evening of February 12, 2019, in Flushing, New York.
The jury convicted Mr. Zhang even though there was little evidence to prove that he was the driver of the white Honda Accord, which was seen on video leaving the area of the KTV club.
In fact, there was no forensic or physical evidence that put Mr. Zhang on the scene. The jury convicted based on the biased and inconsistent testimony of two cooperating witnesses: You You (the nephew of Qing Ming Yu) and David Yu, a prior violent felon.
The evidence actually showed these two witnesses had motive to commit the crime and they admitted to being near the KTV club that evening. You You testified that he was angered by Mr. Gu for humiliating his uncle, Allen Yu, by stealing his uncle’s construction clients and jeopardizing the family’s wealth.
David Yu was You You’s boyhood friend, who admitted to committing multiple violent crimes in the past, sometimes together with You You. Shockingly, You You and David Yu both admitted to engaging in armed robbery before. Before being arrested, the two robbed a private casino owner of $300,000 at gunpoint, a crime both of them admitted at trial.
You You and David Yu testified that they went to the KTV club, on February 12, 2019, to commit the murder of Mr. Gu, but got “cold feet,” and drove a mile away to do drugs instead and fell asleep.
This incredible testimony was contradicted by evidence that You You and David Yu were by the shooting. First, evidence showed that Mr. Gu called an Uber car to drive him from the club that night. The Uber driver arrived at the same time as the masked shooter and witnessed the shooting.
The Uber driver testified at trial that he saw the shooter and would never forget his eyes – “Asian eyes.” Also, evidence at trial showed that You You received a phone call from someone inside the KTV club close to the time of the shooting.
This would be the only way the shooter would know that Mr. Gu was leaving the club because the Honda, where the shooter waited prior to committing the murder, was parked in an area with an obstructed view of the door of the club and the area was poorly lit.
This trial also was marked by grave government misconduct.
Even before the trial started, the defense lawyers challenged government search warrants that contained multiple lies by the FBI agent in charge of the investigation. Defense lawyers argued that the FBI agent used false information to get the judge to issue the warrants. The agent also omitted crucial facts which made his affidavit knowingly false.
First, FBI Agent Lin included in his affidavit to the Court a shocking lie that David Yu, a government witness, had been cooperating with the FBI and gave truthful information that had been corroborated by other evidence. At the time of Lin’s affidavit, however, David Yu had only been interviewed once at the time of his arrest on a narcotics charge.
At that time, Yu denied participating in the murder of Mr. Gu and gave no information to the FBI at all. Lin made that all up in his affdavit. Also, Lin did not include in his affidavit the fact that he had another cooperating witness, Carlos Senquiz, who earlier told Lin that David Yu confessed to being the shooter of Mr. Gu. This was nowhere in Agent Lin’s affidavit to the judge in support of the search warrants.
Despite these lies and omissions, the judge upheld the lawfulness of the search warrants.
Defense lawyers for Mr. Zhang and Mr. Allen Yu filed a series of post-trial motions after the guilty verdicts. The judge just denied these motions on Monday evening.
Defense lawyers requested the Court to order the government to unseal grand jury testimony, which led to the Indictment in this case. The judge refused. Defense lawyers argued that these grand jury transcripts would show that the Indictment relied on testimony that Allen Yu allegedly promised to pay Mr. Zhang and You You largel sums of money for the murder of Gu. In fact, this is what the government was saying in pretrial submissions to the Court.
However, in the middle of trial, You You gave surprising testimony that money was never paid to him or Mr. Zhang for the murder of Mr. Gu. Instead, he changed his testimony to say that Mr. Zhang wanted to get involved in the murder-for-hire in exchange for receiving the business contacts and lists of suppliers, contractors used by Allen Yu in his Amoco business.
This was strange because Mr. Zhang was not in the construction business and testimony at trial showed Mr. Zhang was looking to legitimize his marijuana business. If the government changed its theory at trial from the one presented to the grand jury, under constitutional law, the case would have to be thrown out.
Also, the government admitted to hiding evidence from the Zhang defense team before trial. After the guilty verdicts, the government produced evidence of grand jury testimony and FBI interviews with a witness who clearly contradicted one of the government’s cooperating witnesses.
The government had one witness, Roberto Burbano, who was not involved in the murder-for-hire, who testified that he saw a Chinese male driving a white Mercedes with a black top pull over and stop and talk to Antony Abreu on the same night of Mr. Gu’s murder.
Other than David Yu and You You, who admitted to being involved in the murder, Mr. Burbano’s testimony was the only witness who identified a car the government proved was connected to Mr. Zhang and someone who looked like him together with the alleged shooter, Abreu.
However, the government never told Mr. Zhang’s defense team before or during trial that they interviewed another witness who contradicted Mr. Burbano’s account.
This witness testified before the grand jury that Burbano was not present with Abreu at the time of the alleged encounter with the man who resembled Mr. Zhang. This misconduct by the government, known as a Brady violation, should have led to a new trial for Mr. Zhang. But the judge incredibly denied the defense motion.
It seems unfair for the Government to base its conviction or Mr. Zhang and Allen Yu solely on the testimony of the perpetrators, You You and David Yu.
Mr. Zhang and Allen Yu’s sentencing hearing is scheduled before the Hon. Carol B. Amon on May 22, 2024. The law requires Judge Amon to sentence each of these men to a life sentence without parole

The national women’s basketball league was blessed when the best women’s basketball player in history ended her career at Iowa breaking virtually every scoring and assist records in NCAA women’s basketball history.
Her name is Caitlin Clark. She brought viewers to women’s basketball that never followed the game before. She was fantastic and fun to watch. She was a breathe of fresh air during this terrible time in our country’s history.

The WNBA foolishly claims the reason for the increase in viewership this year is because of the outstanding players in the league.
The truth is no one watched a WNBA game for years before Caitlin Clark stepped on the court.
Clarke played in the four most-watched games in women’s NCAA basketball history. The women’s championship was watched by more viewers than the men’s game.
She is doing the same in the WNBA. Tuesday’s opener for the Indianapolis Fever was the most-watched WNBA game in ESPN history, and it was aired on ESPN2.
But unfortunately the WNBA doesn’t realize the opportunity they have or what exactly is going on.
Many Americans don’t agree with the destruction that BLM riots created across the country in 2020. They don’t want to see politics in sports. Yet, in the first game that Caitlin Clark played in the WNBA, a pre-season game, the halftime entertainment was a discussion between two WNBA players on racism. Americans don’t want that force fed to them when they tune in to watch a game!
After joining the league, Clark pushed for charter flights for the players who had been traveling commercial. She did this for the league, but the girls didn’t seem to care. Perhaps Whitlock was right?

On the first charter flight for the WNBA, Caitlin Clark noticeably sat by herself on the plane. The girls on her team and across the league were blessed with charter flights thanks to Clark.

The team went on to lose the first game. Clark scored 20 points but was forced to sit on the bench because of being called for four fouls that didn’t look like fouls at all. Clark, who never got in foul trouble her entire season in the NCAA, received four fouls that night!
On Thursday night, the refs called Clark for five fouls. She ended the game with only nine points. Sports fans have never seen Clark score so few points. The calls by the refs were again very questionable while the fouls against Clark appeared to be ignored. Could the refs be jealous and biased as well as the players?
This could be the case, but the person who is really sticking out for her performance is the coach Christie Sides. Why is she not allowing Clark to play the position that she played in college? Why does Clark not see the ball? Why is Clark not shooting more? Does this coach know what she is doing?
Clark’s fellow players are also to blame. The center, Alijah Boston, who won Rookie of the Year last year, looks horrible. She is slow and out of shape and is getting her shots blocked left and right from two feet away from the basket. She went 5 for 15 on Thursday within feet of the rim.
Social media is blowing up over the Indiana Fever’s loss last night to New York. Americans see that the WNBA is totally blowing it.

The sweet, talented Iowa girl who helped bring in a charter flight for the entire league is being attacked from all directions. She is projected to bring in $100 million to the league this year, yet her coach isn’t giving her the ball. Her teammates and players around the league are jealous of her and resent her. The refs are calling horrible fouls against her, and the WNBA pushes racist discussions at halftime.

After a Nashville hotel got cold feet and sought to cancel a pro-Israel event, Christian finance expert and syndicated radio host Dave Ramsey stepped in to be sure the event went on.
The Sonesta Nashville Airport hotel was scheduled to host the pro-Israel event until an anti-Israel group made noise. The group Palestine Hurra Collective Nashville claimed on Instagram that the purpose of the event was to “celebrate the death of civilians and recruit new Zionists!”
“Call relentlessly until this event is shut down!” the post urged.
The pressure worked. The hotel canceled the event.
“I think that the hotel jumped the gun and decided that they were going to just sort of dump this Israel event a week before it was going to happen, which is very unfortunate for the hotel because that’s in violation of Title II of the Civil Rights Act as well as Tennessee state law,” Hiram Sasser, executive general counsel at First Liberty Institute, said, according to Fox News.
But Ramsey, who runs Ramsey Solutions in nearby Franklin, is not among those giving in to fear.
“Dave Ramsey reached out and said, ‘You’re going to have it at my place and we’re going to take this event to a whole new level and make it 10x what it was before. All of the details have come together and the event is skyrocketing in numbers.” Joshua Waller, a host of the Israel Guys podcast said, according to The Daily Wire.
The podcast and HaYovel, a ministry that connects Christians who want to volunteer with farmers in Judea and Samaria, are among the sponsors of the event.
“Ramsey Solutions is proud to stand beside our friends from Israel by providing them a safe place to hold their event as our gift to them,” Ramsey Solutions said in a statement.
“We will move forward with this event at a different venue and show these thugs that they will not be rewarded for their unconstitutional, hateful actions,” HaYovel announced, according to the Daily Wire.

A news release on the First Liberty website said the hotel told HaYovel, “We have received credible threats regarding the safety of your group, our guests and employees, our hotel and sister property, and to businesses in our neighborhood. Those threats were confirmed by law enforcement officials in the last 24 hours.”
The release said hotel officials said police told them the cancel the event.
Nashville police said that is not true, according to WZTV-TV.
“The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department did not advocate, in any shape or form, for the cancellation of the conference at the Sonesta Hotel. Any inference to the contrary is false. Equally false is the assertion in an on-line article that this police department voiced concerns about persons being in physical danger,” the statement said.
“In fact, members of the police department did, indeed, meet with hotel management at its request to talk about the conference. We let it be known that we were absolutely prepared to help the hotel create a safety and security plan, as we would with any of our city’s hotels, and offer additional support if needed.
“At the same time, I am aware that the Sonesta was receiving a number of external messages urging that it not host the event. In the end, the Sonesta Hotel made a corporate decision to cancel. This police department was in no way a party to that decision,” the statement said.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Nashville sent a statement saying “Harassment and intimidation are unacceptable and have no place in our community. We have registered our concerns and are in close contact with our law enforcement partners and continue to focus with determination and vigilance on keeping our community safe.”

Joe Biden’s DOJ/FBI is hunting down and jailing pro-life, conservative grandmas while ignoring Antifa and BLM militants and the radical Hamas supporters shutting down and terrorizing college campuses.
Under the Biden Regime, the DOJ has weaponized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a 1994 law that prohibits interfering with anyone obtaining or providing “reproductive health services,” as a punishment for the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade in June 2022.
After the Supreme Court ruling, Biden formed the DOJ-led Reproductive Rights Task Force to enforce the act.
According to The Epoch Times, the FACE Act has now been used 130 times against pro-life individuals but only used three times against pro-abortion protesters.
The Gateway Pundit reported that in September 2023, Jonathan Darnel, 41, of Arlington, Virginia.; Jean Marshall, 73, of Kingston, Massachusetts; Joan Bell, 74, of Montague, New Jersey, were each convicted of a felony conspiracy against rights and a FACE Act offense.
Lauren Handy, 28, of Alexandria, Virginia; John Hinshaw, 67, of Levittown, New York; Heather Idoni, 61, of Linden, Michigan; William Goodman, 52, of Bronx, New York; and Herb Geraghty, 25, of Pittsburgh were also found guilty of conspiring to blockade access to a clinic.
Now, seven members of Congress have sent a letter to U.S. Marshals Service Director Ronald L. Davis Director and Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Colette S. Peters to address the concerning treatment of two of the activists, Marshall and Idoni.
Idoni has been held in prison since she was convicted and before sentencing. It is accurate to say she is being tortured by the Biden Regime.
Idoni spoke with LifeSiteNews and shared the abuses she alleges she has faced while incarcerated.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Idoni recently suffered a stroke after 22 days of solitary confinement in prison for sharing food with fellow prisoners.
The letter to Davis and Peters reads in part:
We are deeply concerned by reports suggesting that the U.S. Marshal Service did not provide medically necessary health care services to two prisoners in its custody: Ms. Jean Marshall, 74, and Heather Idoni, 59. On May 15, 2024, Ms. Marshall was sentenced to 15 additional months in prison, and Ms. Idoni is scheduled to be sentenced next week.
We ask Director Davis to provide a clear and comprehensive account of the care provided to Ms. Idoni and Ms. Marshall during their time in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Ms. Heather Idoni
Since at least August 2023, we understand that Ms. Idoni, has been in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. We understand she is being detained at The Central Detention Facility, known as DC Jail, located at 1901 D Street, SE, in Washington DC. Ms. Idoni has stated that she is not receiving appropriate care for a serious heart condition or for her diabetes.
On May 13, 2024, LifeSiteNews reported that Ms. Idoni had suffered a stroke two weeks previously. Following the stroke, Ms. Idoni said that she “had had 3 stents placed above her heart two weeks ago and was told to take daily doses of heart medicine. However, prison officials have not given her a single dose.”
LifeSiteNews reported that Ms. Idoni has repeatedly raised this issue with jail personnel. She says a jail nurse told her, after six days, that jail records indicate she received her daily dose, so Ms. Idoni is concerned that someone at the jail is falsifying her medical records.[1] Ms. Idoni told a reporter that “she was frightened that she might die.”
Ms. Idoni is also reported to suffer from diabetes. She has said that DC Jail did not offer her diabetes medication and she has been without any prescription for her diabetes. LifeSiteNews noted that Ms. Idoni, who has been held at six other jails since her arrest in 2022, had been able to get her diabetes medication at each of the previous jails. Ms. Idoni told the reporter, “So, my blood sugar numbers are a hundred points higher than they normally should be … My numbers have been perfect at all the other jails.”
Ms. Jean Marshall
Since at least September 15, 2023, we understand that Ms. Marshall has been in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. Until her sentencing on May 15, 2024, we understand she was being detained at William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center in Alexandria, Virginia.
Ms. Marshall writes that she suffers from pain in her hip and an inability to walk. She reports that she was evaluated for osteoarthritis in both hips by Dr. Talmo of New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Marshall explains that she was scheduled for right hip surgery in October 2023 but was not allowed to keep her surgery date. She writes that, currently, “I am afraid to take an anti-inflammatory drug for pain due to the reflux, and today my right knee is stiff, preventing me from bending it, and so I just drag my right leg as I walk.” She also states that “my right leg was growing numb.”

A former high school teacher who was fired for refusing to use students’ preferred pronouns has been awarded a $360,000 settlement from the Jurupa Unified School District in California.
The lawsuit, filed in May 2023 by Advocates for Faith and Freedom, was a response to the firing of Jessica Tapia, a gym teacher who refused to follow the district’s pronoun policy back in 2022.
Tapia’s refusal was based on her Christian beliefs, which she cited as the reason for not accommodating students’ gender identities.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports:
The Jurupa Valley Unified School District agreed Tuesday to pay $285,000 to former high school gym teacher Jessica Tapia and $75,000 to her lawyers at Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative religious nonprofit. The settlement said it was not an admission of wrongdoing by district officials, but Tapia’s lawyers proclaimed a victory for religious rights.
Tapia “fought back to ensure her school district was held accountable and that no other teacher has to succumb to this type of discrimination,” said attorney Julianne Fleischer.
School district spokesperson Jacqueline Paul said the district decided to settle the case “in the best interest of the students, such that the District would be able to dedicate all of its resources and efforts to its student population regardless of their protected class.”
School officials agreed to the settlement despite regulations by the California Department of Education ordering schools to let students decide who, if anyone, should be informed of their gender identity. The state says the rules are authorized by a 2015 law requiring schools to allow transgender students to take part in all programs and to use restrooms and other facilities consistent with their gender identity.
The Gateway Pundit first reported on Tapia’s case in February 2023, when she told Fox News in an interview that the pronoun policy had forced her to decide whether to abide by the school’s immoral code or stay true to her faith.
She explained at the time:
I knew immediately, like in my gut, in my heart, in my soul, that there was a decision I had to make because, you know, these two things were totally butting heads. I essentially had to pick one. Am I going to obey the district in the directive that are not lining up with… my own beliefs, convictions and faith?
Or am I going to stay true…, choose my faith, choose to be obedient to… the way the Lord has called me to live. And so it was crazy to be in the position where I realized that I couldn’t be a Christian and a teacher.
