Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez writes a ‘Letter to the citizenry’, and announces that he is ‘suspending all his public duties to stop and reflect on the future and decide whether he wants to continue to be at the forefront of politics’.
Sánchez ‘won’ the last election in an illegitimate way, after breaking a solemn campaign promise and establishing an artificial majority by enacting an amnesty to the Catalan Separatists.

Now, as his wife is under investigation for influence peddling and corruption, Sánchez is indignant, threatening to resign his premiership because of what he calls political persecution.
Sanchez wrote on X:
“It is not usual for me to address you through a letter. However, the severity of the attacks that my wife and I are receiving, and the need to give a calm response, make me think that this is the best way to express my opinion. I thank you, therefore, for taking a little of your time to read these lines.
As you may already know, and if I do not inform you, a court in Madrid has opened preliminary proceedings against my wife, Begoña Gómez, at the request of a far-right organization called Clean Hands, to investigate alleged crimes of influence peddling and corruption in business.”
The judge in the case will call journalists that that have been covering the case to testify.
Sánchez said that his wife ‘will defend her honorability and will collaborate with Justice in everything required to clarify facts’ that he says ‘are as scandalous in appearance as they are non-existent’.
The case was initiated by Sánchez’ political rival Alberto Núñez Feijóo, Spanish People’s Party President, conservative member of the Congress of Deputies.
Feijóo reported the case to the Conflict of Interest Office, asking for the Prime Minister to be disqualified from holding public office.
Sánchez continues: “Next, they exploited their conservative majority in the Senate, promoting an investigative commission to, as they say, clarify the facts related to this matter. Logically, the case was missing. It is the step they have just taken.
In short, it is an operation of harassment and demolition by land, sea and air, to try to make me weaken politically and personally by attacking my wife.”
The ‘attacks’ are against what he represents: ‘a progressive political option, supported election after election by millions of Spaniards, based on economic progress, social justice and democratic regeneration.’
“Democracy spoke, but the right and the extreme right, again, did not accept the electoral result. They were aware that the political attack would not be enough and now they have crossed the line of respect for the family life of a President of the Government and the attack on his personal life.”
After a lot of complaining and painting his opponents in the worst colors, Sánchez gets to the point:
“At this point, the question I legitimately ask myself is, is all this worth it? Sincerely I dont know. This attack is unprecedented, it is so serious and so gross that I need to stop and reflect with my wife.
[…] I need to stop and reflect. I urgently need to answer the question of whether it is worth it. […] Whether I should continue at the head of the Government or resign from this high honor.”

On Wednesday, Israel Defense Forces carried out a large wave of strikes against 40+ sites belonging to the terror group.
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant claimed that the military has killed half of Hezbollah’s commanders in southern Lebanon.
“The other half are hiding or abandoning southern Lebanon,” said Yoav Gallant.
He said there would be further action in the months to come: “The coming period will be decisive” as Israel is facing “a number of alternatives” to bring security to the north.
“Half of the Hezbollah commanders in south Lebanon have been eliminated… and the other half hide and abandon south Lebanon to IDF operations,” Gallant said, after holding an assessment at the Northern Command headquarters in Safed with the chief of the command, Maj. Gen. Ori Gordin, and other top officers.
He said Israel’s main goal in the north was to return tens of thousands of Israelis displaced by Hezbollah’s daily attacks to their homes.
“We are dealing with a number of alternatives in order to establish this matter, and the coming period will be decisive in this regard,” Gallant said.
As the defense minister toured the Northern Command, the IDF said some 40 Hezbollah targets in the town of Ayta ash-Shab were hit within just several minutes by fighter jets and artillery shelling.
The strikes followed the terror group firing anti-tank missiles at northern Israel.

Last July Democrat Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel criminally charged 16 dueling ‘Trump electors’ in the state’s 2020 election.

It was revealed during Wednesday’s hearing that President Trump, his former attorney Rudy Giuliani and former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows were named as co-conspirators in Dana Nessel’s alternate electors indictment.
Howard Shock, a special agent for Dana Nessel’s office testified that Trump’s former lawyer Jenna Ellis is also an unindicted co-conspirator.

Former President Donald Trump, his former chief of staff Mark Meadows, and Rudy Giuliani are unindicted co-conspirators in the Michigan attorney general’s case against the state’s so-called “fake electors” in the 2020 election, a state investigator revealed in court on Wednesday.
Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel charged 16 Republicans last year with forgery and conspiracy to commit election forgery for allegedly attempting to replace Michigan’s electoral votes for Joe Biden with electoral votes for Trump at the certification of the vote on Jan. 6, 2021.
During Wednesday’s hearing, which was part of preliminary examinations for the so-called fake electors, Howard Shock, a special agent for the attorney general’s office, also testified that former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis is also an unindicted co-conspirator.
Shock’s revelation was in response to questions from Duane Silverthorn, an attorney for Michele Lundgren, one of the so-called fake electors.
“Finally, former President Donald Trump?” asked Silverthorn.

Trump 2020 alternate electors, GOP state legislators, former Arizona GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward and others were indicted by a state grand jury in Arizona on Wednesday.
Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes announced on Wednesday afternoon. She defended her witch hunt and the curious timing of the indictment – just months before the 2024 general election. Make no mistake, the charges are a warning shot to anyone who may want to challenge the 2024 election.
“We conducted a thorough and professional investigation over the past 13 months into the fake electors scheme in our state,” Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a video announcing the charges. “I understand for some of you today didn’t come fast enough. And I know I’ll be criticized by others for conducting this investigation at all. But as I’ve stated before, and we’ll say here again, today, I will not allow American democracy to be undermined.”

Kris Mayes admitted last year she was investigating Trump’s 2020 alternate electors from Arizona.
In a dirty move, Mayes’ office knew the alternate electors were going to invoke their Fifth Amendment rights but she made them appear before a grand jury anyway. This is a highly unusual and risky move.
The Fifth Amendment allows a person to exercise their right to remain silent to protect against self-incrimination.
Democrat prosecutors requiring the Pro-Trump alternate electors to plead the Fifth before a grand jury could unnecessarily prejudice the grand jurors.
Although the Fifth Amendment is not an admission of guilt, grand jurors may assume the pro-Trump alternate electors are guilty.
The state grand jury on Wednesday indicted 11 Trump alternate electors, state legislators, GOP activists and others.
It appears Mark Meadows and possibly Rudy Giuliani or Michael Roman were also indicted, but their names were redacted.
President Trump was named “Unindicted Coconspirator-1” in the indictment because he made a phone call about the ballot counting to former governor Doug Ducey.

Among those charged is Kelli Ward, who served as chair of the Arizona GOP during the 2020 election and the immediate aftermath. She tweeted on Jan. 6, 2021, after the attack on the U.S. Capitol: “Congress is adjourned. Send the elector choice back to the legislatures.” Ward was a consistent propagator of false claims that Arizona’s election results were rigged.
Others charged include: state legislators Anthony Kern and Jake Hoffman; Michael Ward, Kelli Ward’s husband; Tyler Bowyer, the Republican National Committee’s Arizona committeeman and the chief operating officer of the Trump-aligned Turning Point USA; Greg Safsten, the former Arizona GOP executive director; former U.S. Senate candidate Jim Lamon; Robert Montgomery, the former head of the Cochise County GOP; and Republican Party activists Samuel Moorhead, Nancy Cottle and Loraine Pellegrino.
The indictment lists Trump as “Unindicted Coconspirator 1.” It also includes redacted names of other people who have been charged in the case but have not yet been served.
When the Democrats cast alternate electors it’s called ‘dueling electors.’ When the Republicans cast alternate electors it’s called ‘fake electors’ and indictments come down from crooked Democrat attorneys general.
Democrat prosecutors in other states are also targeting Trump’s alternate electors.
In July Democrat Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel criminally charged 16 dueling ‘Trump electors’ in the state’s 2020 election.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis recently indicted three of Trump’s alternate electors in Georgia as part of her RICO and conspiracy case against Trump.

In the heart of Burma, where tens of thousands have sacrificed their lives, and millions have been displaced by the ruthless attacks of the junta forces, ethnic resistance armies, and people’s self-defense forces fight to establish a federal democracy with equal rights for the 135 ethnic minorities.
Sadly, misguided conspiracy theories about the 2021 elections and the ensuing military coup have cast a shadow over the noble efforts of those fighting for democracy. These groundless allegations have unfortunately led many Americans to mistakenly perceive the pro-democracy camp as villains, falsely accusing them of attempting to steal the election. Such misconceptions not only undermine the legitimate struggles of pro-democracy forces but also deter Americans from supporting the rebels or taking a more proactive stance against the junta.
On November 8, 2020, Myanmar witnessed its second consecutive democratic election. In a landslide victory, the pro-democracy icon Aung San Suu Kyi and her party, the National League for Democracy (NLD), secured re-election.
However, in February 2021, the military staged a coup, annulling the elections and detaining Aung San Suu Kyi along with prominent members of the party, including parliamentarians.
The most prominent conspiracy theory suggests that Burma utilized Dominion voting machines, alleging that Aung San Suu Kyi manipulated the machines to secure her victory. Some conspiracy theorists have even linked the Burmese election to the U.S. election, portraying the junta as the “good guys” in this narrative.
Firstly, Myanmar did not employ Dominion voting machines. Instead, they relied on paper ballots placed in wooden boxes, with approximately 80% of polling stations lacking electricity, let alone internet access. Secondly, aside from several very small ethnic minority parties that garnered minimal votes beyond their local regions, the election featured only two major parties: the National League for Democracy (NLD), led by Aung San Suu Kyi, and the Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP), backed by the military.
The people held a deep disdain for the army and harbored great admiration for Aung San Suu Kyi. It defies logic to suggest that after enduring a decades-long civil war to overthrow the army, they would then elect the very institution they sought to depose.
In 2021, following her arrest, Aung San Suu Kyi faced a range of charges leveled by the military junta. These accusations included illegally importing walkie-talkies, violating COVID-19 restrictions during the 2020 elections, and breaching a natural disaster law. The junta, albeit belatedly, asserted irregularities in the electoral process. However, international observers confirmed that while certain issues arose, such as ethnic minorities being denied voting rights due to lack of identification, there was no evidence of fraud. Furthermore, those unable to cast their votes would likely have supported Aung San Suu Kyi and the NLD. These charges were widely perceived as politically motivated and aimed at undermining her and her party.
A broader conspiracy alleges that Aung San Suu Kyi was involved in a nefarious alliance, purportedly collaborating with figures such as Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden. The conspiracy extends to suggest that American Democrats stood to gain from Aung San Suu Kyi’s victory, with the term “deep state” frequently invoked in this narrative. Such claims border on absolute madness. In my interviews with numerous rebel soldiers, leaders, and civilians displaced by the junta, none were aware of any deep-state connections or the notion that they were somehow working for the Clintons. Their common sentiment revolved around their disdain for the junta’s violence and torture, all while longing for a democratically elected government.
Regarding the connection with Hillary Clinton, it’s important to note that the American Secretary of State regularly undertakes visits to numerous countries, with one of their key responsibilities being to advocate for democracy and monitor elections worldwide. Consequently, the Department of State releases reports evaluating the integrity of elections in various nations and the overall status of democracy globally. In this context, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s meeting with Aung San Suu Kyi before the 2015 elections holds significance, marking Myanmar’s inaugural democratic election, which saw Suu Kyi’s party secure a significant victory. Similarly, following Suu Kyi’s decisive win in the 2020 elections, then-Secretary Pompeo promptly issued a congratulatory message to Myanmar, acknowledging it as a pivotal moment in the country’s democratic progression.
Some of the more informed conspiracy theorists assert that Aung San Suu Kyi’s popularity waned between the two elections, pointing to the Rohingya genocide as evidence of her mismanagement of the country.
What actually occurred is that, prior to the 2015 election, the generals revised the constitution, allocating certain parliamentary seats as appointed positions. While the NLD secured the majority of democratically elected seats, the military maintained veto authority. Consequently, Aung San Suu Kyi found herself unable to pass any legislation without the army’s approval.
When news of the Rohingya genocide received sudden coverage in the international press, many Americans pointed fingers at Aung San Suu Kyi. To be fair, she did make controversial statements at the International Court of Justice, deflecting blame from the government. Some interpreted this as a shrewd political move to steer clear of conflict with the military, enabling her to stay in power and aid the country. While external observers often viewed this as complicity, she retained her popularity in Burma.
What I personally observed was a transition from unwavering support for Aung San Suu Kyi to a more pragmatic stance of choosing the better of two options. Many ethnic minorities, who previously revered “The Lady,” began to view her as preferable to military rule but recognized her imperfections. However, the crucial constant remained: nobody was willing to vote for the army.
The genocides targeting numerous ethnic groups have persisted long before Aung San Suu Kyi’s electoral victory and continue even as she remains imprisoned. Over one million Rohingya still languish in internally displaced people’s camps (IDP) within Burma and in dire refugee camps in Bangladesh. Neither Aung San Suu Kyi, Dominion, Hillary, Barry, nor Dizzy Joe played any part in the Rohingya genocide.
The people of Burma have been sacrificing their lives for 70 years to overthrow the military regime and establish a federal democracy. They are not affiliated with the deep state, nor are they in collusion with the Clintons or any external forces. They are simply individuals who seek an end to the government’s violence and the destruction of their villages. Moreover, they yearn for peace and the fundamental right to vote.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, USC said it is closing the campus gates and restricting unauthorized visitors from entering after many of the pro-Hamas protestors do not appear to be affiliated with USC.

A Pro-Palestinian protest at University of Southern California’s Alumni Park that started Wednesday morning grew in size and intensity by the afternoon after campus police confronted the crowd and ordered the dismantling of the encampment.
Tensions grew after officers forced the protesters to take down their tents and a protester was detained.
The encampment went up at the park Wednesday morning, similar to other pro-Palestinian encampments that have been part of other college campuses across the nation.
The group issued a list of demands including university divestment from any organizations that “profit from Israeli apartheid, genocide and occupation in Palestine.”
Campus Department of Public Safety officers visited the encampment, instructed students not to hang signs, flags or other materials from trees and posts in the park, and warned them not to use megaphones.

On Tuesday, Biden traveled to Tampa, Florida, to participate in a campaign event and give a speech at Hillsborough Community College.
After wrapping his speech at Hillsborough, Biden headed over to a campaign office in Tampa where he peppered amongst a litany of lies about his life, time to cheerlead for abortion and thoroughly enrage Catholics.
During the rally, an abortion promoter voiced complaints about Florida’s six-week limit for abortions, during which Biden turned his back on his faith and his God and made the sign of the cross.
Catholic Vote condemned his disgusting politicization of faith sharing on X, “This. Is. VILE!”
They continued, “You cannot be Catholic and support abortion! You cannot invoke GOD and promote Death!”

Catholic Vote’s President Brian Burch said, in a statement, “Biden’s decision to make the Sign of the Cross in support of abortion extremism is a despicable charade that attempts to co-opt a sacred practice in support of his new abortion religion. His gesture openly mocks the Christian belief in the sanctity of life.”
“There is no divine support for destroying the lives of innocent children, and he should know better. Biden’s gesture suggests he is either terribly naive, or senile, or callously indifferent to the foundational beliefs of millions of Christians in America.”
Biden’s commitment to Catholic doctrine and teachings has been called into question by many within the Church.
On April 5, Michigan Bishop Robert Gruss of the Diocese of Saginaw lectured at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption and discussed Biden.
Gruss said that as far as his opinion of Biden, he pities him.
“I don’t have any anger towards the president. I feel sorry for him. I’m not angry at him, he’s just stupid,” Gruss said.
The congregation laughed again, prompting Gruss to clarify, “It’s not stupidity in the derogatory way, it’s stupidity in the sense of […] he doesn’t understand the Catholic faith.”
Mother Miriam of the Lamb of God, formerly Rosalind Moss, a Catholic nun, publicly criticized Joe Biden, calling him “inept and evil” and suggesting that reelecting former President Donald Trump would be “an act of God.”
Wilton Cardinal Gregory, the Washington Archdiocese, called Biden a ‘cafeteria Catholic.’
“I would say that he’s very sincere about his faith. But like a number of Catholics, he picks and chooses dimensions of the faith to highlight while ignoring or even contradicting other parts. There is a phrase that we have used in the past, a ‘cafeteria Catholic’ — you choose that which is attractive, and dismiss that which is challenging,” the Archbishop said.

The unnamed 30-year-old Honduran national was arrested in Bladensburg, Maryland, on April 15 — after being released by Fairfax County twice.
“This Honduran noncitizen stands accused of some very serious crimes and represented a threat to the children of the Washington, D.C. area,” ICE said in a press release.
“When local jurisdictions have policies in place which prohibit them from cooperating with ICE ERO and from honoring our lawfully issued detainers and administrative warrants, they put the suspects, law enforcement officers, and most importantly, the members of our local communities at risk.”
It is unknown when the man first came to the United States, but he was arrested for the first time on July 5, 2023. He was charged with felony carnal knowledge of a child 13 to 14 years of age, without force.
ICE placed an immigration detainer on him, but the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center “did not honor” the request. He was released from custody on a $10,000 bond on July 10, 2023.
Fox News reports, “Fairfax County police arrested the man again in February and charged him with two additional counts of felony carnal knowledge of a child 13 to14 years of age without force, and two counts of felony indecent liberties with a child less than 15 years of age.”
“The jail then released the man from custody later that same day before ERO could file an immigration detainer.”
The predator will now remain in ICE custody during the removal proceedings.

Former House Speaker Paul Ryan praised current Speaker Mike Johnson this week for turning his back on the Republican party and bringing a $95 billion foreign aid package, including $61 billion for Ukraine, to the House Floor last week.
The package led to the passing of three bills aimed at providing financial aid to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, and other regions engaged in conflicts outside U.S. borders. Following passage, Democrats waved Ukrainian flags on the floor of the United States House of Representatives as they voted to send $60 BILLION of taxpayer money to secure a foreign border.
The package Johnson announced Wednesday includes terms allowing the President to cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt after November 15, 2024, and the remaining 50% after January 1, 2024. It’s no wonder why Joe Biden came out “strongly” in support of the package, urging the House and Senate to pass it.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) revealed that only $44 to $47 billion–40%–of the $113 billion that the United States has handed out to Ukraine is lethal aid.” So what was the other 66 to $69 billion for?” Roy asked on Bannon’s War Room.
Still, Johnson told the media in a recent press conference that he did “the right thing.”

This latest move by Paul Ryan could be tied to Johnson’s deputy chief of staff for communications, Raj Shah, who previously worked at Fox Corporation with Ryan. According to Breitbart, “Shah’s communications were among those revealed in the legal matter between Fox News and Dominion, in which he was regularly listed as a top official there alongside Ryan.”
Shah has also been seen recently elevating Never Trumpers on social media and attacking America First Republicans, including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY).
Paul Ryan and Fox never liked Donald Trump, so it makes sense that they and their affiliates would sabotage the America First agenda.

The Democrat victory was a reminder of how some Republicans often decline to use their capacity to push conservative policies popular with the base. Democrats often appear to use their power without qualms.
Johnson “found his footing, and his voice. … [H]e did it as a statesman, risking his own personal political fortune for the greater good that he believes in,” Ryan told Axios Tuesday.

Michigan’s iron-fisted Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel’s criminal case against 15 MI GOP electors to for President Trump in 2020 is literally falling apart.
The Whitmer-appointed Judge Kristin E. Simmons is presiding over the case, which is on its sixth day and is being heard in Ingham County Court. So far, Judge Simmons has conducted herself in a very fair and thorough manner.
The partisan hack attorney general’s special investigator, Howard Shock, appeared to be caught with his pants down in court today when asked by one of the defense attorneys why he had issued a search warrant for the names and personal banking information of donors to Give Send Go accounts used to help raise money for the wrongfully charged elector’s legal defense.
You’ve got to give Democrat MI AG Dana Nessel credit. When she wants to destroy her party’s political enemies, like a heat-seeking missile, she is able to find precisely the right people who will help her accomplish her goals. Suppose MI AG Special Agent Howard Shock was someone hand-selected by Dana Nessel to investigate and help prove her ridiculous criminal case against 15 primarily senior citizens who cast an alternate slate of electoral votes for President Trump in the 2020 election. In that case, she likely regrets her decision after today’s pre-trial hearing.
MI AG Dana Nessel, whom legal experts claim has already tainted the case, was recently caught on video joking to a radical group during an online discussion about the location of the court where the case for 15 GOP electors would be heard. During her comments, AG Nessel suggested that because the demographics in Lansing tend to heavily favor Democrats, the electors would likely not have a favorable jury pool.
“Eventually, those cases will be tried in Ingham County, which is very different than Antrim County,” Nessel told the group, in reference to the innocent men who were exonerated in the FBI-led kidnapping plot of MI Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer. “Ingham County, where Lansing is located, is a very, very Democratic-leaning county.”
The highly partisan AG also claimed the MI GOP electors had been “brainwashed” and “genuinely believed” Trump won Michigan’s 2020 presidential election. “They legit believe that. They genuinely believe it,” Nessel to the radical leftist group.
Today, while being questioned by MI GOP elector Amy Facchinello’s attorney, Howard Shock, Dana Nessel’s special investigator on the MI GOP alternate electors case, absolutely fell apart when he was asked about why he obtained a search warrant from Ingham County District Court Judge Cynthia Ward asking the Christian crowdfunding source Give Send Go was to provide the names, bank account numbers, bank routing numbers and donor amounts of individuals who contributed the to defense of the MI GOP electors.
To their credit, Give Send Go reportedly refused to comply with the search warrant issued to them by AG Nessel’s office.
Special Investigator Howard Shock sent a letter to Give Send Go on August 3; warning Give Send Go not to disclose the existence of the letter from the MI AGs office: “You are also requested not to disclose the existence of this request to the subscriber or any other person, other than as necessary to comply with this request.
At about the 47-minute mark, Paul Stablein, the lawyer representing MI GOP elector Amy Facchinello, destroys Dana Nessel’s special investigator, who, under oath, attempts to explain why he subpoenaed Give Send Go for records showing the names, donor amounts, bank account numbers, and routing numbers of individuals who contributed to the criminal defense funds of the alternate electors.
Facchinello’s lawyer asked Mr. Shock about the affidavits he prepared in support of obtaining the shocking search warrant that was given to Give Send Go.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: “In regard to signing this affidavit, you relied on the lawyer’s advice to sign it. We talked about the fact that you prepared a search warrant for records from Facebook OR META. And you also prepared search warrants in this investigation, correct?”
AG Investigator Howard Shock: Yes.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: And one of those search warrants that you asked the court to authorize was with Give Send Go?
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: In that regard, you had to list in your search warrant all of the items you were looking for—-that you wanted to seize. The information that you wanted from the GSG account information, or I should say bank account information, of individuals who included who donated money to these accounts, correct?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I don’t recall specifically that information.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: Can you think—- if you asked for the bank account information of the donors, what information that would be relevant to your investigation would it provide you?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: So, there is a lot of information that I request without referring to the affidavit itself. I don’t recall, as I said yesterday, a lot of information to show ownership to the account. The accounts can also be created—-they can be edited so that the statements that are made in the accounts can be edited as well, so like, for example, when social media posts can be edited. And you’re looking for an audit trail of the edits.
So again, as I said yesterday, I was focused on statements and associated information I was also asking for is ownership of who created the account and to connect those statements or the account holder with that information.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer asked him to explain how GSG works.
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I don’t know specifically the procedures that GSG has in place.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: Is it your understanding that GSG records who gave money and how much?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: Yes.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: Can you think of why you would want to know the names of the donors or the bank account information of the donors as opposed to just the owner of the GSG account? Why would you care who gave me money?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: So, GSG uses a third party to handle their financial transactions. That’s what I learned on the return information. So, I did not submit a search warrant for the third-party financial statements because I’m focused on the statements and how those statements are tied to the defendants and to show ownership. So that’s the information I’m focused on.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: So why would you want to know the names of the donors?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I just explained. I can explain it again. To show the ownership of the account. As we asked for information, I’m trying to connect the person that made statements on that account to the people who are, may have edited it, may have created it. I’m trying to show ownership there.
Berden asked a hypothetical question, “So, you want to know how much money is in my account at GSG?”
Shock responded, “I’m not concerned about the amount of money that’s going into your account. I’m concerned and focused on who owns the account and statements that are made.”

Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: But you are concerned about the people who gave money to the account.
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I don’t recall.
The judge jumped in and addressed Mr. Shock directly. She admitted she was confused by how asking for the donor’s personal banking information would establish ownership of the GSG account when he could have just asked Give Send Go for the name of the account’s owner.
Mr. Shock’s answer was disjointed and incoherent: “So the donors—-I’m not concerned about. I’m concerned about the path—the money coming—so that I am concerned about it in terms of, so, how do I describe this?”
AG Investigator Howard Shock, who appeared to understand that there was no logical way to explain his way out of this serious situation while under oath, rambled incoherently, “So I’m trying to articulate in a manner that shows a pathway so that just like that META data we talked about on social media —-social media—-It shows dates, time stamps, the transfer of information. I’m looking for the same thing with this type of account. So that’s why I’m concerned about the donor of the account, or the donor and where that money is going into her account.”
I don’t know how that really answers the question because you’re asking for the bank account of someone who’s not a defendant.
AG Investigator Howard Shock: No. I’m asking for the bank account information of the defendant.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: That’s not what it says in your search warrant, did it?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: That’s what I interpreted as.
The judge asked the defendant directly if he asked for the routing numbers of the donors.
“I’m asking for all routing numbers and bank account numbers,” he said.
Again, the judge asked for clarification: ” Yes or no? Did you ask for the routing numbers of the donors?”
Shock responded, “Yes,” and immediately responded, “No—-I’m asking for the donors.”
The judge called for a break.

After the break, the questioning about the Give Send Go search warrant continued, as Mr. Shock continued to be unsuccessful in his attempts to explain why he was attempting to violate the rights of private citizens in his witch hunt against the alternate slate of electors.

According to documents obtained by The Detroit News, the warrant required GiveSendGo to hand over information on contributions, bank routing numbers and communications tied to 10 of the MI GOP alternate electors who used the crowdfunding site to raise funds for their legal defense.
The three-page search warrant doesn’t indicate how the fundraising might violate Michigan law, and it comes after Nessel’s office sought to prevent the public release of search warrant documents in another high-profile investigation in Ingham County. The search warrant in the elector cases says the details “will assist with the ongoing investigation” into election law forgery, forgery of a public record, conspiracy, and uttering and publishing.
According to a report from Howard Shock, special agent for the Attorney General’s Criminal Investigation Division, he began investigating the fundraising efforts of the false electors on July 20 to “determine if it was lawful.”
Shock wrote that he learned from a post on social media that two of the false electors, Meshawn Maddock of Milford and Marian Sheridan of West Bloomfield, were benefiting from a Give Send Go page that was collecting contributions.
Craig Mauger, a reporter for the Detroit News reporter, who also frequenlty doubles as a public relations hire for the Democrat Party, shared a portion of a report revealing that AG Nessel’s office has asked Twitter to preserve private messages between a far-left Twitter account that “flagged” the Give Send Go fundraiser site for 2 of the 16 electors and a “preservation letter to Give Send Go to preserve evidence in the account Fake Electors.”
Shock does not say if he received the requested communication from Twitter. He only states that he uploaded the 7/20/23 confirmation letter from Twitter.

Cal Poly Humboldt in Arcata, California, has closed its campus through Wednesday after pro-Palestinian protesters occupied and barricaded themselves inside Siemens Hall Monday evening, where students also attacked police officers.

Ultimately, the building was shut down after they did not leave, Aileen Yoo, a university spokesperson, told SFGATE.
The university is “concerned about the safety of students who remain in the building” and is asking them to leave, Yoo said.

Officials at Cal Poly Humboldt confirmed to SFGATE that three students were arrested in connection to the protest.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. Monday, the university announced that the campus would be closed through Wednesday because it believes the protest is a “dangerous and volatile situation.”
“The University is deeply concerned about the safety of the protestors who have barricaded themselves inside the building,” the statement read. “The University is urgently asking that the protestors listen to directives from law enforcement that have responded and to peacefully leave the building.”

Former President Donald Trump has blasted Biden for the legislation, which cleared the House over the weekend as part of the roughly $90 billion foreign aid package for Israel, Ukraine, and Taiwan.
“Just so everyone knows, especially the young people, Crooked Joe Biden is responsible for banning TikTok,” Trump wrote.
The Republican nominee said that Biden is the one pushing for the ban in order to “help his friends over at Facebook become richer and more dominant.”
“He is the one pushing it to close, and doing it to help his friends over at Facebook become richer and more dominant, and able to continue to fight, perhaps illegally, the Republican Party,” Trump continued.
Trump also asserted that the TikTok ban is “ELECTION INTERFERENCE.”
“It’s called ELECTION INTERFERENCE!” Trump exclaimed. “Young people, and lots of others, must remember this on November 5th, ELECTION DAY, when they vote! They also must remember, more importantly, that he is destroying our Country, and is A MAJOR THREAT TO DEMOCRACY!”
On Wednesday, the Biden-Harris campaign told Fox News that it would stay on the video-sharing platform.
The legislation, signed by Biden on Wednesday morning, gives TikTok’s parent company ByteDance, which is based in China, nine months to sell or be banned in the United States.
Lawmakers said that the app is a risk to U.S. national security.
TikTok has argued the law is “unconstitutional.”
“This unconstitutional law is a TikTok ban, and we will challenge it in court,” the social media platform said in a statement. “We believe the facts and the law are clearly on our side, and we will ultimately prevail.”
The statement added that TikTok has “invested billions of dollars to keep U.S. data safe and our platform free from outside influence and manipulation.”
“This ban would devastate seven million businesses and silence 170 million Americans,” the company continued. “As we continue to challenge this unconstitutional ban, we will continue investing and innovating to ensure TikTok remains a space where Americans of all walks of life can safely come to share their experiences, find joy, and be inspired.”

There’s no question LeBron James is the biggest name in NBA play today.
He’s regularly compared with Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan as one of the greatest of all time. His basketball career has made him a billionaire.
But after the Los Angeles Lakers’ playoff loss in Denver on Monday night, he showed he’s one of the biggest crybabies in the league, too.
In his postgame news conference, as ESPN reported, James griped about a foul call that was overturned during the game and implicitly questioned the integrity of the officials in charge of reviewing calls on the court.
“I don’t understand what’s going on in the replay center, to be honest,” he said.
“What the f*** do we have a replay center if it’s gonna go … It doesn’t make sense to me,” the NBA star said.
According to ESPN, James added, “It’s f***ing stupid,” as he got up and left the room.

James has made news for public complaints about officiating before, but his behavior after the Nuggets’ Jamal Murray dropped a thrilling, buzzer-beating bucket to seal Denver’s win Monday bordered on bizarre.
He not only complained during his postgame news conference, but he also pursued a referee immediately after the game, arrogantly demanding an explanation for why he didn’t get a call when he thought he was fouled earlier in the game.

It’s a moot question at this point whether James was correct in either of his complaints. Anyone who has played sports or watched them only casually understands that bad calls are as much a part of a game as great athletes. Referees are human — just like coaches, fans and even billionaire hulking giants who cry wolf about “racism” while raking in money from Chinese slavery.
Mistakes happen. Adults understand that, even if they get frustrated by it.
But adults also understand that a game needs to be won over all obstacles — and adults like James, who is pushing 40 after spending two decades playing professionally, are paid ridiculous sums of money to not only understand it but to overcome it.
Instead, James, a lightning rod for criticism under the best of circumstances, violated one of the cardinal rules of sports and sportsmanship that many children learn from their first coaches — “Don’t blame the refs.”
It was particularly egregious in James’ case on Monday since, as ESPN reported, his team at one point had a 20-point lead in the contest. An NBA playoff team that squanders a 20-point lead doesn’t deserve to win. It doesn’t deserve so much as a tie.
And the star of that team has no business blaming a loss on a call or two from officials on the floor — indulging in a vulgar temper tantrum that only tarnished his image and embarrassed the game.
No matter how big his name is.

Pediatrician and consultant Dr. Hilary Cass conducted a comprehensive and lengthy review of international research into gender medicine for children for NHS England.
Dr. Cass concludes that a lack of research and evidence on transgender medical interventions, such as puberty blockers and body-altering surgeries, is failing children.
Cass’s prior findings led to the banning of puberty blockers from children outside of clinical research in the UK.
After the publication of the landmark 388-page report, Dr. Cass shared that she is now under constant attack.
In an interview with The Times, Dr. Cass shared the disturbing backlash she is facing for simply sharing her well-researched report and discussed her concern about disinformation spreading in the aftermath.
She revealed that she has been sent “vile” abusive emails, has been given security advice, and has been told not to travel on public transport.
Cass said: “There are some pretty vile emails coming in at the moment. Most of which my team is protecting me from, so I’m not getting to see them.” Some of them contained “words I wouldn’t put in a newspaper”, she said.
She added: “What dismays me is just how childish the debate can become. If I don’t agree with somebody then I’m called transphobic or a Terf [trans-exclusionary radical feminist].”

Asked if the abuse had taken a toll on her, she said: “No … it’s personal, but these people don’t know me.“I’m much, much more upset and frustrated about all this disinformation than I am about the abuse. The thing that makes me seethe is the misinformation.”
One of the particularly vexing examples of the misinformation being spread is that Cass used only two out of 100 studies for the report.
Labour MP Dawn Butlers perpetuated this misinformation when she told the House of Commons, “There are around 100 studies that have not been included in this Cass report, and we need to know why.”
Cass refutes that claim, explaining that researchers appraised every paper “but pulled the results from the ones that were high quality and medium quality, which was 60 out of 103.”
She also shared that six clinics refused to cooperate with research focused on the long-term impact of prescribing puberty blockers and sex hormones, which she called “co-ordinated” and “ideologically driven.”

Tech giant Google has ended the employment of over 50 employees who were protesting the company’s cloud-services contract with the nation of Israel with sit-ins and other disruptive tactics. Thirty were fired last week, and at least 20 more were fired yesterday.

The protesters had previously been arrested while protesting on Google’s worksites, including inside the CEO’s office.
Jane Chung, a spokesperson for the activist group No Tech for Apartheid, said Google was quashing dissent. No Tech for Apartheid claims some of those fired were mere bystanders during last Tuesday’s protests at Google offices in New York and Sunnyvale, California, and not actively involved in the workplace activism.
Protesters were criticizing the use of Google’s technology in the Gaza conflict, where the Israeli government invaded the Gaza strip in response to the October 7th terror attacks by Hamas upon Israeli citizens that took 1,200 lives. Hamas claims 34,000 Palestinian lives have been lost so far in the military response by Israel to the attacks.
The proposed $1.2 billion project between Google and Israel is known as “Project Nimbus.” Project Nimbus’ operational details are not disclosed, but it is speculated that Google’s AI tools could give Israeli military capabilities such as: facial detection, automated image categorization, object tracking, and sentiment analysis. Google employees have been organizing “sit-ins” at company locations in New York and Sunnyvale in California. The protests have been organized by a group called “No Tech For Apartheid” which has been active on the issue since 2021.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai said Google is “not a place for politics” which stands in stark contrast to Google’s strong hard-left stance over the last 24 years.
The decision by Google’s Pichai is causing debates on the role of politics in the workplace and also the degree to which private companies are supporting government operations that some might deem morally wrong.
Google’s former motto was “don’t be evil” which the company deleted in 2018.
Google’s hard-left political stance has been militantly enforced with overt censorship despite its public statements to the contrary.
Google has deplatformed a variety of political activists on the right, including violating its own terms of service to simply ‘unperson’ individuals whom they deemed unworthy of their services. Google has politicized its Google Ads program, demonetizing services they dislike.
In 2018, Google threatened the center-right online magazine “The Federalist” with demonetization, based on the comments of its readers, causing the Federalist to simply end their comment boards. Google banned the publication ZeroHedge in 2018 from using its ad services.
Google has previously banned the Gateway Pundit from using Google Ad services.
Political censorship on Google-owned YouTube is so notorious that there are many layers to a subculture of different ways content and political thought are controlled by the company that was once committed to objectivity and open political debate. Activists and organizations complain about ‘shadow banning’ ‘demonetization’, and ‘content strikes’ as part of the company’s extensive internal infrastructure and bureaucracy for controlling political thoughts and expressions.
Google’s YouTube has even banned entire styles of acoustic music that it finds ideologically problematic.
Google has also denied services to entire industries it disfavors. As part of a hard-left push to eliminate the bail industry, Google simply stopped providing any services to bail agents in May 2018.
The company has also been notorious for not only denying services to what it perceives as the political right, but also in overtly taking one political side over another in ongoing political contests. In 2014, Google banned advertisements from Pregnancy Resource Centers, pro-life organizations that provide largely free services to expectant mothers because it called them ‘deceptive’ while also accepting donations from pro-abortion organizations.

On Tuesday, the Senate approved a massive $95 billion emergency foreign aid package which includes the following for Ukraine:
Congressman Bill Keating (D-MA), apparently thrilled at the opportunity to fund a foreign country over America’s working poor and struggling middle class, traveled to personally meet with Ukraine’s President Zelensky.
With a smile on his face and glee in his voice, Keating handed Zelensky a list of the Uniparty members who voted to send billions of dollars to Ukraine and put foreign interests over American citizens.
Keating can barely contain his joy as he hands over the vote tally.

Wray explained that there are “elevated fears about a coordinated terror attack in a public place” due to people being radicalized by the Israel/Gaza war.
“We are increasingly concerned [about] the potential for some kind of coordinated attack here in the homeland, which may be not that different from what you saw against the concert hall in Russia a few weeks ago from ISIS-K,” Wray said.
The concert attack left 144 people dead and many more injured.
Regarding protests on American college campuses, Wray said, the FBI is “keenly focused on working with state and local law enforcement, campus law enforcement, others to try to make sure that we stay ahead” of the threat of antisemitic violence” and prevent violence against the Jewish community.”
The FBI, he claimed, doesn’t monitor protests but does “share intelligence about specific threats of violence with campuses, with state and local law enforcement.”

Skies over southern Greece turned orange on Tuesday (24) with dust clouds blown across the Mediterranean Sea from North Africa.
A yellow-orange haze of dust from the Sahara desert has blanketed parts of Greece, including the Acropolis and other Athens landmarks.
This prompted authorities to issue health warnings and created oneiric scenes seemingly out of a sci-fi movie.
Associated Press reported:
“Strong southerly winds carried the dust from the Sahara Desert, giving the atmosphere of the Greek capital a Martian-like filter in the last hours of daylight.
The skies are predicted to clear on Wednesday as winds shift and move the dust, with temperatures dipping. On Tuesday, the daily high in parts of the southern island of Crete topped 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit), more than 20 degrees C higher than what was registered in much of northern Greece.”
Winds have blown strongly from the south, also fueling early wildfires in southern Greece.
CNN reported:
“The Greek meteorological service said weather conditions on Tuesday had favored the movement of dust from Africa and this was showing up in ‘increased concentrations in the atmosphere’, particularly in the south of the country.
However, the dust would gradually begin to decrease on Wednesday morning, the service predicted, and from midday onwards it would be ‘limited to the east’.”
People have shared their videos and pictures online, as they marveled at the unusual color of the sky.
“Others took evening walks in the city and shared the bright orange scenes on social media. One user posted that meteorologists have said the bright orange dust has made Athens look like ‘a colony of Mars’.

Clark’s salary will not make her rich but her name will. As mentioned in the video above, Clark has brought a whole new fan to women’s basketball. Truth be told, I never followed women’s basketball until I saw Clark dominate in the 2023 NCAA tournament. This was enough for me to buy a ticket and go to one of her games near me.
Clark’s riches will come from advertising and marketing and this has made her a multi-millionaire without yet playing a WNBA game.
The Wall Street Journal recently reported on the battle that shoe companies took place in when trying to win Clark over. The deal was eventually done by NIKE who signed an 8 figure deal with Clark rumored at mid-8 figures (i.e. 10,000,000 or more).

Basketball phenom Caitlin Clark sparked outcry earlier this month over the relatively modest yearly salary of $76,535 she’s pocketing during her first year in the WNBA.
But the 22-year-old breakout will more than make up forthat amount thanks to a freshly-inked deal with Nike worth as much as $28 million over the course of eight years, The Wall Street Journal reports.
While Nike already had an endorsement deal with Clark that expired at the end of her senior season at the University of Iowa, a bidding war ensued between Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Puma that was the most competitive in women’s basketball history, according to the Journal.
Talks heated up at NBA All-Star weekend in Indianapolis in February, when Clark’s reps at Excel Sports Management told suitors she was seeking a minimum $3 million commitment annually, according to the Journal.
The Journal also reports Clark — who is a marketing major at Iowa — was keenly involved in some of the negotiations.
Clark, who’s helped usher in a significant shift in popularity between men’s and women’s basketball, is the NCAA’s biggest-ever scorer and was the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
She wore a $17,000 Prada getup to the event, dripping in more than $10,000 in diamonds — even as her estimated base entry salary of $76,535 raised eyebrows.

Right now, the diplomatic and commercial relations between the US and Venezuela are at a very low point, after the US re-imposed sanctions on the oil and gas industries.
The clueless Joe Biden administration tried to engage dictator Nicolas Maduro, but his utter failure to live up to his promises – to hold a fair Presidential election – have made the return of the sanctions inevitable.
Venezuelans are set to vote on July 28 in a rigged election that will pit Maduro against the opposition candidate, ambassador Edmundo Gonzalez.
Now, Venezuela’s government has hired Rothschild & Co. as a ‘financial adviser’ to provide an overview of its foreign debt obligations.
Bloomberg reported:
“Rothschild is working to map out what the administration owes and to whom, said the people, who asked for anonymity to discuss a contract that has not been made public. Debt mapping is normally a preliminary step taken by a government before it prepares to start a restructuring.”
One is left wondering what warrants such secrecy.
“Venezuela owes roughly $154 billion to overseas lenders — according to an estimate from economist Francisco Rodriguez, a professor at the University of Denver — including global bonds issued by the government and state oil company, which have been in default for more than six years. It’s been accumulating interest on those bonds and court judgments for unpaid commercial loans.
Sovereign bonds trade for around 20 cents on the dollar, while defaulted notes issued by Petroleos de Venezuela SA exchange hands for around 11 cents, according to indicative pricing compiled by Bloomberg. The debt has rallied since JPMorgan Chase & Co. laid out a plan to re-weight the securities in widely followed emerging-market debt indexes back in February.”
The hiring of Rothschild & Co. comes as Maduro’s administration means to reengage with global markets, institutions and ratings firms after years as an international pariah.
Maduro has hinted to be willing to work with creditors, but talks have never progressed.
“Washington doesn’t recognize Maduro, and sanctions prohibit the government from selling debt on US markets. Sanctions would need to [be] changed before a debt restructuring could be carried out.”

On Tuesday, Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX) sent out a letter to crooked Attorney General Merrick Garland and Soros-funded New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg demanding the two turn over evidence related to the hiring of former top Biden attorney Matthew Colangelo to run the latest lawfare case against President Trump in a New York City courtroom.
Gooden calls the hiring of Colangelo “a declaration of war against the American judicial system.”
Back in April 2023, The Gateway Pundit first reported on Colangelo’s ties between Bragg DA’s office and Biden regime.
The House Judiciary demanded in early April that Colangelo turn over documents related to his hiring to jump-start Bragg’s garbage indictment of President Trump.

Specifically, this information must include any communication between DA Bragg and Mr. Colangelo and/or other DOJ officials while Mr. Colangelo was still employed with DOJ. Additionally, Congressman Gooden is requesting a response to the following questions no later than May 24, 2024:
Was Mr. Colangelo asked to leave by the DOJ, or did he accept a position in a lower office voluntarily?
If Mr. Colangelo was instructed to leave, what was he promised in return for accepting such a substantial demotion from his position at DOJ to joining a Manhattan DA prosecution team?
Is Mr. Colangelo still in contact with DOJ officials since joining the Manhattan DA prosecution team?
Has Mr. Colangelo, in his capacity at the Manhattan DA’s office, coordinated with DOJ and other state attorneys in Trump-related indictments?

On Tuesday, 'Glitch' McConnell blasted Tucker Carlson and President Trump for the delay in funding the Ukrainian War.
McConnell does not care about the invasion at the US southern border. He does not care about the fentanyl epidemic in America. He does not care about the crime surge in American cities. He does not care about the record inflation under Joe Biden.
Mitch McConnell and his Democrat colleagues only care about funding Ukraine. What is it about this country that funneling billions of US taxpayer dollars remains such an attractive venture?
Could it be related to the fact that only $47 billion of the $113 billion in Ukraine funding actually went to lethal aid? They’re not sure about the rest.
On Tuesday Mitch McConnell - Sounding like the Democrat Party leader - trashed Tucker Carlson and Trump supporters for failing to support the lost Ukrainian War.
Why is this guy leading the Senate Republicans? And why would we support such people?

I think the demonization of Ukraine began by Tucker Carlson, who, in my opinion, ended up where he It should have been all along, which is interviewing Vladimir Putin. And so he had an enormous audience, which convinced a lot of rank and file Republicans that maybe this was a mistake. I think the former President had mixed views on it. We all felt that border was a complete disaster, myself included. Chad, you remember covering the phases we went through. First, there was an effort to make law, which requires you to deal with Democrats. And then a number of our members thought it wasn't good enough. And then our nominee for President didn't seem to want us to do anything at all. That took months to work our way through it. So we ended up doing the supplemental that was originally proposed, which dealt with not all problems. It didn't solve the border problem, but certainly addressed the growing threats at the moment.

Secret Service is preparing to guard Trump in jail. Some have noted it is possible if something were going to happen out here, a jail would be an easily fortifiable position where Trump could be easily protected. No telling, given whatever is going on is a giant scripted intelligence operation, where nothing is necessarily what it seems.
Former President Donald Trump offered words of praise for House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., saying he is “trying very hard” and is “a very good person.” I would assume Trump didn’t want Biden to be able to blame him for the failure in Ukraine, so he covertly supported giving the aid so when Ukraine falls in October, Biden will get the full blame.

The woman continued, “You support the genocide in Palestine. There are homeless people all over New York, yet you’re always partying. You don’t actually care about the citizens of New York!”
Adams was returning to New York from the 2024 Concordia Americas Summit in Miami.
“Why are you even in Miami? You know there are people being arrested there? People are homeless in New York. People cannot afford food. You keep cutting the education budget so that you can fund the police. That’s all you care about, funding the police. Everything is underfunded because of you.”
The woman continued to air her grievances while the mayor pointed at her with his thumb and quietly said, “She can’t fly.”
A spokesperson for Adams told the New York Post that other passengers gave him a warmer reception.
“Plenty of other passengers came up to Mayor Adams during the trip and expressed their opinions of support for the mayor,” the spokesperson said.

The National Transportation Board has reported a Douglas C-54 airplane that was transporting fuel crashed into a river in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The Alaska Department of Public Safety reported, “The aircraft slid into a steep hill on the bank of the river, where it caught fire. No survivors have been located.”
There were two people onboard the aircraft at the time of the crash.
A preliminary report by authorities revealed the Douglas C-54 aircraft was conducting a fuel transport flight that was being operated by Alaska Air Fuel when it crashed into the frozen Tanana River at around 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the NTSB.

A Douglas C-54 Skymaster airplane carrying two people crashed into the Tanana River near Fairbanks on Tuesday and burst into flames, authorities said. No survivors have been found.
The plane took off in the morning from Fairbanks International Airport. It crashed about 7 miles (11 kilometers) from there and “slid into a steep hill on the bank of the river where it caught fire,” according to Alaska State Troopers.
Clint Johnson, chief of the National Transportation Safety Board’s Alaska regional office, said it remained unclear what happened in the time between the takeoff and the crash but the tower operator “saw a large plume of smoke.”
Michaela Matherne was flying from the village of Galena to Fairbanks to catch a flight to New Orleans when her small plane was diverted to verify the coordinates of the crash site.

Mike Emers, who owns a farm near where the plane crashed, shared he saw one of the engines of teh Douglas C-54 aircraft on fire.
Emers stated, “There was a four-engine plane, and one of the engines was on fire; probably 10 seconds later, there was a big explosion that rocked the ground. And then explosions happened after that.”

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is not going to allow one lone judge to dictate whether the children of Ohio are protected from “transgender” surgeries and hormones, he shared in an interview with The Daily Signal.
Yost asked the state’s Supreme Court to intervene after Judge Michael Holbrook issued a temporary restraining order for House Bill 68, the Saving Ohio Adolescents From Experimentation, or SAFE, Act, on Tuesday.
That law bars physicians from performing “transgender reassignment” surgeries on children and from prescribing cross-sex hormones or drugs to block children’s puberty. It also would allow students to sue if they are deprived of a fair playing field in sports due to transgender activism (such as a boy who “identifies” as a girl playing on a girls’ volleyball team) and would protect parents’ rights to raise their children according to their biological sex.
A supermajority of Republican lawmakers voted to override Gov. Mike DeWine’s controversial veto of the bill in January, and before Holbrook blocked it, it was scheduled to go into effect on April 24.
On Monday, Yost, the Medical Board of Ohio, and the state of Ohio filed an emergency motion for a writ of prohibition, asking that Holbrook be ordered to modify his temporary restraining order to “comply with Ohio statutory and procedural limitations.”
The Ohio attorney general discussed the move and what he hopes will ensue from here in an interview with The Daily Signal.
“This is actually a trick that the Left has been using for a long time,” he explained. “Go to court with a couple of sympathetic plaintiffs, get a court order restraining the law from applying to anybody anywhere, and then use it to avoid majority rule and democratic processes that we have here in America.”
“It’s contrary to the law, it’s a misuse of the judicial process, and its fundamentally anti-Democratic,” he said.

A seder is a Passover holiday meal, which includes songs, stories, reading, and eating special foods, along with other traditions. For those who live in Israel, it is held on the first night of Passover, but for those outside of Israel, it is held on the first two nights of Passover…
Officers from the New York Police Department were captured on video telling protesters outside of Schumer’s home that they were “blocking vehicular traffic” and would be arrested for disorderly conduct if they did not “move and get onto the sidewalk.”

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley has been one of the most outspoken legal critics of the New York court case that Trump is dealing with right now.
During an appearance on FOX News today, Turley called the case an embarrassment, saying that he agrees with Trump.
He said that he can’t even believe that they went forward with the case they have.

JONATHAN TURLEY: If you polled people and ask if Trump was responsible for the bubonic plague, we would end up with the same 35%. We have these hard numbers on either end of the poll when it comes to Trump. They don’t move no matter what the subject is.
What is clear is in this case, Trump is right. This is an embarrassment. The fact that we are actually talking about this case being presented in a New York courtroom leaves me in utter disbelief.
The arguments today did in fact capture all the problems here. You had this misdemeanor under state law that had run out, this is going back related to the 2016 election. They zapped it back into life by alleging that there was a campaign finance violation under the federal laws that doesn’t exist. The Department of Justice doesn’t view it this way.
On top of that, you got these tough factual issues that were laid out well by the Trump team. Saying someone else designated this as a legal expense. He was actually paid far in excess of this because this was a legal account.

The city of Santa Monica in California is constructing a new apartment building for the homeless, which sounds smart, until you find out that the cost is going to be one million per unit.
How can the cost run this high? Are they going to be luxury units? Or is it possible that lots of people have their hands out in this project and are getting wealthy in the process?
The cost just doesn’t make sense.

Santa Monica, California, is preparing to construct an apartment building for the homeless that would cost roughly $1 million per unit.
The apartment building, which will be built in Santa Monica and will be home to “122 apartments” and two levels of underground parking, will cost more than $123 million, according to the website for the City of Santa Monica.
A second design concept on the website found that the project could cost even more, totaling more than $200 million for 196 apartments.
“Moving forward in bringing affordable and permanent supportive housing to city-owned land is a key step in our strategy to fulfill our Housing Element requirement,” Santa Monica Mayor Phil Brock said in a statement. “I look forward to the next steps and ultimately seeing families move into these new homes and thrive.”
Construction on the apartment building would not begin until 2028, with the project estimated to be completed for residents to move in by 2030, according to the city’s website.
So not only is the project ridiculously expensive, it’s going to take years to complete.

For months now, colleges and universities across the country have been allowing antisemitic demonstrations to take place on campus. Over the last week, however, things have gotten really bad, particularly at Columbia, Yale, NYU and other elite schools.
The rhetoric at these events is disturbing and hateful. Campus activists somehow think they’re on the right side of the issue, even though they are supporting Hamas, a terror group.
It has gotten so bad at some schools that Jewish students don’t feel safe and are leaving campus.
Republicans in the Senate are now warning these schools that they could lose their federal funding if this doesn’t end.

A group of RINOs joined Democrats to support the bill. The measure passed by a vote of 79 to 18.
The passing of the bill saw 48 Democrats joined by 31 Republicans in favor of the foreign aid efforts. However, 15 Republicans broke ranks to vote against the package, with three Democrats joining in opposition.

This vote comes after the globalist sycophants, led by globalist Speaker Mike Johnson, passed three separate foreign-aid bills in a 311-112 uniparty vote that will provide funding to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, transferring a total of $95 billion from the U.S. Treasury directly to foreign governments. The massive foreign-aid package now heads to Joe Biden, where he is expected to rubber-stamped and sign it on Wednesday.
“Tonight, a bipartisan majority in the Senate joined the House to answer history’s call at this critical inflection point. Congress has passed my legislation to strengthen our national security and send a message to the world about the power of American leadership: we stand resolutely for democracy and freedom, and against tyranny and oppression,” Biden said in a statement.
“I will sign this bill into law and address the American people as soon as it reaches my desk tomorrow so we can begin sending weapons and equipment to Ukraine this week.”
The package Mike Johnson announced Wednesday includes terms that will allow the President to cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt after November 15, 2024 and the remaining 50% after January 1, 2024. It’s no wonder why Joe Biden came out “strongly” in support of the package, urging the House and Senate to pass it.
After President Trump wins the 2024 election, as expected, Joe Biden can cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt before his term is over in January. If Biden and the Democrats pull off another stolen election, they can forgive 100% of Ukraine’s debt a little over one year later.
They allocate zero funds for veterans, the homeless, Lahaina, the border, and America itself, yet they are so eager to spend on foreign wars. When it concerns Americans, it seems money is suddenly limited.

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs continued her streak of vetoing a record number of bills on Tuesday by shooting down SB 1129, sponsored by Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers, which would have allowed Arizona homeowners to remove an unlawful occupant or a “squatter” from their property.
The bill would have also deemed that “a person who fails or refuses to surrender possession of the property as directed by a law enforcement officer is committing trespass.”
Hobbs vetoed the legislation, stating in a letter, “This bill fails to leverage existing legal mechanisms, respect the due process rights of lawful tenants, and minimize unintended consequences such as for victims of domestic violence.”
It can be recalled that during Katie Hobbs’ first legislative session last year, after she stole the midterm election from conservative firebrand Kari Lake, Hobbs broke the record for the number of bills vetoed in a single legislative session, and she did it during her first 100 days in office. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hobbs was also ranked as the third most unpopular Governor in America, with an approval rating of just 47%.
Last session, Hobbs vetoes included the elimination of the food tax, increasing penalties for fentanyl distributors who harm children, requiring medical care for infants who survive abortion, protecting school children from convicted sex offenders, and a mail-in ballot signature verification law adding the minimum standards that she wrote herself as Secretary of State.
Per Axios, Hobbs vetoed a total of 143 bills last year and, in total, has vetoed over 185 bills since taking office last January. This shatters Democrat Janet Napolitano’s record of 181 vetoes during an entire four-year term.
One of the bills Hobbs vetoed this year would have allowed police to arrest illegal border crossers.
Squatting is a symptom of the lawlessness that has gripped the country in recent years. To make matters worse, squatters’ rights and adverse possession laws can sometimes grant legal ownership of the occupied property to squatters in some states.
As The Gateway Pundit reported in February, squatters had taken over 1,200 homes in Atlanta, Georgia.
More recently, in March, Adele Andaloro, the owner of a million-dollar home in Flushing, Queens, found herself handcuffed and arrested following a standoff with individuals who illegally occupied her family residence.

Arizona Senate Republicans issued the following statement on Tuesday:
Katie Hobbs Irresponsibly Vetoes Bipartisan Bill to
Strengthen Homeowner Property Rights and Combat Squatting
PHOENIX, ARIZONA— The issue of squatters taking over people’s homes is growing exponentially across the nation, including here in Arizona, yet Governor Katie Hobbs is refusing to address the problem. Senator Wendy Rogers worked to combat these crimes with a bipartisan measure Hobbs vetoed today that would have expedited the removal of these criminals and strengthened homeowner property rights.
If a stranger invades a home and unlawfully claims a right to live there, SB 1129 would have allowed the homeowner to request law enforcement immediately remove that person from the property. Refusal to leave would have been treated as trespassing, under Arizona laws.
“Criminals are scheming to take over homes that aren’t theirs, posing a threat to the safety of homeowners and infringing on their private property rights,” said Senator Rogers. “Although we have trespassing laws, it’s often difficult to prove a person is unlawfully occupying a home and can result in a lengthy legal battle. Homeowners testified in committee hearings about their property being severely damaged, the subsequent astronomical costs from these criminals, and consequently, they felt incredibly violated. We should not further victimize homeowners with a time-consuming, cumbersome, and costly removal process. In her veto letter, Katie Hobbs claims this bill fails to protect the rights of lawful tenants and minimize unintended consequences for victims of domestic violence. Did she read the bill? It addresses illegal occupants, not lawful tenants. That’s precisely the point. This bill has absolutely NOTHING to do with landlord-tenant law and has exemptions for family members and anyone with an agreement to cohabitate.”
“As a Realtor, I’ve personally encountered a squatter occupying a home I was showing to a client,” said Senator Justine Wadsack. “It was a terrifying threat to my safety, the safety of my clients, as well as to the homeowners. When I called the police, I was told there’s not much they could do. Nobody should ever be allowed to live in and occupy another person’s home without their permission, yet I continue to have constituents reach out to me with these types of stories. I’m proud of the swift and unified response Republican lawmakers made to fight this issue, it’s a shame Governor Katie Hobbs has vetoed yet another piece of commonsense bipartisan legislation.”

Warmonger RINI Nikki Haley finally suspended her campaign last month after Trump crushed her on Super Tuesday.
President Trump dominated in 14 of the 15 state elections.
Trump handily won: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Maine, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Texas, California, Utah, and Alaska.

North Korea issued a nuclear ‘warning signal’ to the United States and South Korea.
Pyongyang held a nuclear strike drill as a “warning signal” to the US, according to North Korean state media.
US Indo-Pacific Command said the launch “does not pose an immediate threat to U.S. personnel or territory, or to our allies,” stressing instead the “destabilizing impact of the DPRK’s illicit weapons program.”
“South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff claimed that any reports of such accuracy or capabilities of its weapons system were likely exaggerated, and that South Korea’s military could detect and intercept any weapons.” – Fox News reported.
Fox News reported:
North Korea’s missile test on Monday was in fact a drill to test nuclear force preparedness, according to local media.
The incident raised alarms around the region after several short-range ballistic missiles were launched near Pyongyang and flew approximately 185 miles before falling in the waters between the Korean Peninsula and Japan.
The drill’s main purpose, however, was to “demonstrate the reliability, superiority, might and diverse means” of the country’s nuclear forces and the Haekbangashoe system that serves as “a clear warning signal to the enemies” of North Korea, according to the Pyongyang Times.
The Haekbangashoe system, which means “nuclear trigger,” included the maneuver of troops into a “counterattack posture” that aimed at “substantially strengthening the prompt counterattack capacity of the state nuclear force.”
