ABC Commiserates with Nathan Wade, Bemoan ‘Whirlwind of Distraction’ From Jailing Trump

On Sunday’s World News Tonight and Monday’s Good Morning America (GMA), ABC rolled out the first two segments on their flagship newscasts of their network exclusive interview with former Fulton County, Georgia special prosecutor Nathan Wade over losing his job nearly two months ago in the 2020 election case against former President Trump and 18 others because of his illicit romantic relationship with District Attorney Fani Willis. Correspondent, Sunday World News Tonight anchor, and ABC News Live host Linsey Davis didn’t lob one softball after another, but she largely let him off the hook by fretting Wade and Willis were caught and thus were a collective “whirlwind of distraction” from the fourth Trump indictment and letting Wade offer no serious apologies as he called their trysts “as American as apple pie.” On Sunday night, Davis opened with Wade’s soundbite that “[w]orkplace romances are as American as apple pie” and occur with “everyone” but bemoans the fact that they were caught. Asked if he regrets becoming involved with Willis, Wade replied he only “regret[s]” this “private matter became the focal point of this very important prosecution”. In the other Q&A, Davis only wondered if they had really grappled with the fact that “democracy is on the line, as has been described” and thought of putting the country above their relationship. Wade again displayed zero remorse, only saying he’d “concede that that could have been an approach, but...when you are in the middle of it, these feelings are developing, and you get to a point to where the feelings are — are — are so strong that, you know, you start to want to do things that really are none of the public’s concern.” While Wade won’t end up in prison, the guy belongs in some sort of dog house or horny jail for how shameless the man remains about his escapades. Monday’s GMA brought about just over six and a half additional minutes of this cringe. Davis boasted that “Wade had a lot to get off his chest” about losing the case he had “spen[t] 865 days” working on what would be yet another case of election interference.     Setting the tone this wouldn’t be grilling by starting with Wade telling her he “want[s] people to know the real me”, Davis reracked the first exchange that aired on Sunday night about office sex is “as American as apple pie” and he only regrets being caught. Davis then fretted “[t]he relationship created a whirlwind of distraction from the indictment of former President Trump and 18 others for alleged election interference” and put the brakes on their prosecutions. As a way to seem tough, she quoted far-left feminist Post columnist Monica Hesse and wondered why it took them 25 days to fight back (click “expand”): DAVIS [TO WADE]: A Washington Post columnist wrote, “what were they thinking? How would they start a romance, embroiled in the prosecution of a former President, start a romance and not see this trouble coming a mile away.” And so, what were you thinking in that moment? WADE: You know, again, you — you don’t plan to — to develop feelings. You don’t plan to — to fall in love. You don’t plan to — to — to have some relationship in the workplace that we — you don’t set out to do that and those things develop organically. They develop over — over time. And the — the minute we had that sobering moment, we discontinued it. DAVIS: For nearly one month after news of their relationship broke, neither prosecutor acknowledged it publicly. [TO WADE] So, for 25 days, we didn’t hear from — from you or District Attorney Willis. You’re a public servant — right — getting paid by the state of — of Georgia. Why not say, okay, we’ll — we’ll make a statement, get on top of this? WADE: Let me say this. My conversation here with you today is just that. It’s — it’s Nathan’s conversation. I — I do not speak for the district attorney’s office. I do not speak for their position. As a matter of fact, I am certain that they would rather me not be having this — this exchange with you. So, with that, I want to continue to protect the integrity of this prosecution. I don’t want to say or do anything that would jeopardize this case. After a comical aside with Wade claiming his relationship with Willis hasn’t had an effect on the case, Davis somewhat incredulously and somewhat sympathetically played along as he claimed he wasn’t ready for the public spotlight from having been named to the case and whined about Trump attacking him (click “expand”): DAVIS: One aspect Wade said he wasn’t prepared for was the intense public scrutiny and harassment he said he’s faced. [TO WADE] So, you didn’t realize when you took the case your life was going to be under a microscope? WADE: I did not realize that my life would be in danger. The microscope — I don’t have a problem with. The truth is I — you know, the worst that you could find was the fact that I had a relationship with someone or that I — I happened to be going through a divorce, that’s okay. That — that’s okay. I — I had nothing to — to hide. DAVIS: And some of the attacks have come from the former President himself. [TO WADE] Is there any part of you that regrets that you gave him any aspect to say, oh, you have to question the credibility of this case because of the relationship between Fani Willis and Nathan Wade? WADE: So, while — while I will concede, Miss Davis, that the relationship did not happen in ideal timing, I don’t think that anything that occurred during the course of the relationship should cause question as it would relate to the efficiency of the indictment, as it would relate to evidence that was uncovered and — and — and may or may not be presented at — at trial. Following one final clip of Wade expressing confidence the trial will happen, Davis told the GMA crew back live that “one thing Wade says he does regret is the impact the scandal has had on his adult children” and “[h]e wants people to know he was separated at the time of the relationship with Fani Willis”. Stunning Admission: Jack Smith Declares His Team Tampered with the Evidence (VIDEO)

The “classified documents” case against President Trump is falling apart. The Special Council prosecuting the case, Jack Smith, admitted in a court filing that his team altered or manipulated the documents seized by the FBI from Trump’s Mar-A-Lago home. The admission amounts to nothing short of evidence tampering by the prosecution. The judge needs to immediately dismiss this case.  Kash Patel and Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe weigh in on the case.

This is just another example of prosecutorial misconduct by the Deep State in its effort to “get Trump” at all costs. Jack Smith admitted his team jumbled the chronological order of the documents in both the physical and digital form. This is a critical mistake because the Trump Team insists the documents were in chronological order as the President received them and it proves there was no attempt to go through them and destroy them, as the prosecution claims.

The stunning admission serves as more proof that either Jack Smith is incompetent or devious. Either way, it is a disgrace.

You can take the press secretary out of the White House, but you can’t take the White House out of the press secretary. Despite now being a member of the press (after her ethically dubious hiring by NBC/MSNBC), former Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki appeared on Monday’s edition of The View and defended President Biden’s refusal to do press conferences and his desire to only grant sit down interviews to friendly media outlets that give him a tongue bath. Psaki was teed up by faux-conservative co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who framed her question about Biden’s lack of “press availabilities” as her providing free campaign advice: So Jen, you have been on both sides as working as a press secretary, but also now being in the media. And there's been a lot of criticism of Biden, most recently from The New York Times that he's held the fewest interviews and press availabilities of any president since Reagan. I personally think it would help dispel some of the concerns about his age if he did more. What would your advice be to the White House in terms of his accessibility to press? The former press secretary turned MSNBC host began by suggesting that it was so hard for Biden to pick which media outlets to give interviews to because, “the benefit of the media environment right now…is that there are so many choices” and the goal is “just trying to communicate with the American people.”     Played to her hosts’ massive egos, Psaki further advised Biden that “he should come on The View before he does a press conference.” Which got an excited “Thank you!” screech from Farah Griffin. Psaki argued that it was better for the American people to hear Biden take part in “real conversations” with hosts that love him (and shows The View co-hosts seemed to enjoy): PSAKI: He should because people want to have real conversations about issues that are happening. I think press conferences are important, but I also think him doing Howard Stern – SUNNY HOSTIN: Yes! PSAKI: -- that's an interview that reached a broader audience of people. Him talking to the guys from Smart List, which is a great podcast – SARA HAINES: Oh, I love that podcast. “So, I would say more Howard Stern. Come on The View. You know, more Smart List conversations where you’re having conversations about policy, but they're real ones that people have at their kitchen table,” she declared. Brave Jewish U of M Student Stands Up To Pro-Palestine/Hamas Protester—“You’re supporting terrorists overseas—You’re supporting raping women—You’re supporting killing babies and putting them in ovens, like Hitler!” [VIDEO]

On Saturday, Jewish students and their families sat in the U of M football stadium nervously waiting for the graduation ceremony to begin. Would the same pro-Palestine/Hamas supporters who’ve been camped out in the Diag, a vast open space where sidewalks taking students to different locations across the university’s campus converge, disrupt the graduation ceremony? Would they ruin the celebration of the accomplishment of tens of thousands of students who worked so hard to earn their degrees at the “Ivy of the Midwest?” Would violence erupt in the stadium? Would the radical protesters target them because of their faith? Would their Jewish families and friends in the stadium be safe? These are all questions Jewish students at the University of Michigan shouldn’t have had to be asking themselves in America in 2024, but nevertheless, here we are.

Ever since the unprovoked attack of Israel by Hamas on October 7, 2023, Jewish students attending woke universities across America have been forced to adjust their way of life over fears for their safety, as university professors and administrators on multiple campuses not only condemned the pro-Palestine/Hamas protests but in many cases, joined the radical protesters to show their support.

Last week, something amazing happened. A group of fraternity brothers on the campus of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill jumped in to save the American flag that was being dropped to the ground by a group of radical pro-Palestine/Hamas supporters as they attempted to replace it with a Palestinian flag. The group of brave fraternity brothers stood in a circle and defended the American flag as radical leftist protesters lobbed bottles of water and other projectiles at them in their efforts to make them give up their fight for the flag.

The fraternity brothers refused to give in to the woke mob and, as a result, have started somewhat of a revolution on college campuses everywhere. Spurred on by the bravery of the fraternity on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill, students across America who are sick and tired of allowing the Left to spew hatred toward Jewish students and against America on their college campuses have been seen fighting back in viral videos that have been shared across social media platforms.

A new video showing a brave Jewish student at the University of Michigan standing alone as he ripped into a female, pro-Palestine/Hamas supporter on his campus is now circulating on social media.

The video shows a young male Jewish student whom a pro-Palestine/Hamas supporter was confronting after he allegedly ripped down one of the radical group's posters.

"Why don't you tell me where you want it?" the pro-Palestine/Hamas supporter asked him.

"I want you to put it everywhere because I hope all your people know you're supporting terrorists. You're supporting the genocide of Jews. You're supporting raping women. You're supporting killing babies and putting them in ovens. You're just like Hitler. I hope all of you know that," he responded.

The Jewish student admonished her, saying, "What you're doing is shameful---shameful! He continued, "So, distribute that everywhere because you people deserve to know the facts---that you're manipulated by some terrorists overseas."

He added, "And I hope whoever is funding you stops! And I hope they get rid of you, like they did at Columbia or Texas!"

More Jewish students and non-Jewish students need to start sending a strong message to these anti-Jew, anti-Israel, and anti-American radicals that they are not welcome on their college campuses.

Jewish activists like human rights lawyer Brooke Goldstein have been warning about the rise of anti-Semitism on college campuses for years but ramped up their warnings following the Oct. 7th attack on Israel by Hamas, the Palestinian terror group funded by Iran. JUST IN: Israel Defies Biden Regime, Begins Offensive in Rafah to Finish Off Hamas After Rejecting Terror Group’s Ceasefire Ploy (VIDEO)

Israel has officially defied the Biden regime and started their offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah to finish off Hamas after calling the Islamist terror group’s claim that they accepted a ceasefire a lie.

Earlier Monday, Hamas claimed they informed Qatari and Egyptian mediators that it had accepted their proposal for a new Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal with the Jewish State. According to the BBC, the basis of the agreement was a weeks-long pause in fighting with Hamas agreeing to release dozens of hostages.

As the New York Post notes, the announcement came shortly after Israel’s war cabinet unanimously voted to go ahead with the strike on Hamas’ final stronghold “with the goal of making progress on freeing the hostages and the other war aims.” These presumably include ensuring Hamas’ ultimate demise.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also said Hamas’ latest “truce offer” as “far from Israel’s obligatory demands.”

Biden regime officials led by the current White House occupant had previously warned Netanyahu not to launch a military offensive in Rafah.

The Regime is particularly concerned about the consequences of a ground invasion into the terror stronghold.

Silly Us: Google’s Regurgitates Typical Excuse After Slashing MAGA Ad

Google is back to its old censorship tricks, leaving no room for MAGA sense of humor. Last Friday, Google made some waves on X when it was caught censoring an ad supporting former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign multiple times. Google reportedly restored the ad the following day, claiming it had flagged it“in error.” MRC President Brent Bozell decried this sorry excuse. “This is unacceptable,” he said. “Why did Google remove the ad from Trump's Super PAC in the first place? This is a continuation of a campaign against conservatives.” Bozell's reaction came after Google censored a Trump ad scheduled to run from May 1 to May 3, according to screenshots of Google’s Ad Library posted by Andrew Arenge, a director of operations for the Program on Opinion Research and Election Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. The ad depicted a fictional phone call between a Biden campaign aide and a voter. “Everything costs more. Food, gas, rent,” the voter complained. The campaign aide was piped back, touting Biden's disastrous immigration policy. “OK, but Biden’s helping pay rent for newcomers to America from around the world,” the campaign aide responded.  The voter was not impressed, saying “You mean, illegal immigrants? I’m struggling to pay my bills, but Biden’s paying rent for illegals? They get handouts, and I’m paying for it.” The voter added, “Things were better before Biden. The platform has repeatedly demonstrated its willingness to engage in election-interfering tactics including creating AI that has a bias against certain candidates, launching autofill manipulation and burying candidates' campaign websites in their search results.  But Google always seems to either ignore the problem or frame it as an unfortunate, albeit unintentional, “error.” As Bozell described it, “When Google gets caught interfering in elections, they reverse themselves claiming an 'error' occurred.” This happened in 2020 when the platforms suspended then-Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s (D-HI) ad account during the height of her popularity, and in 2008 when Google’s blogging platform flagged then-Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) supporters.  And the censorship always seems to impact candidates who step in the way of the most extreme leftist candidate, regardless of party—and Google has yet to answer for its ongoing election interference.  Conservatives are under attack. Ole Miss Fraternity Kicks Out Student After He Mocks Morbidly Obese Pro-Hamas Protester (VIDEO)

An Ole Miss fraternity has decided to boot a student after a video of him viciously mocking a morbidly obese pro-Hamas protester went viral online.

As Jim Hoft previously reported, hundreds of student students gathered at a pro-Hamas protest on Thursday and began singing the National Anthem. But another video clip of students consisting of fraternity brothers taunting a portly agitator whom police officers were holding back also emerged that same day.

CNN identified the agitator as 24-year-old journalism and media graduate student Jaylin Smith. She confirmed to the outlet she was the woman in the video.

Roughly nine seconds into the video clip, a male can be seen apparently making monkey noises toward Smith while jumping up and down. The young individual was later connected to the fraternity Phi Delta Theta.

The other students refrain from making ape-like sounds. They stick to cheering the officers and shouting provocative statements such as “Lock her up!”

Leftists led by former ESPN anchor Jemele Hill were quick to label the student’s actions as racist. She demanded in an X post that Ole Miss ban the fraternity for their actions toward the protester.

1) What fraternity does he represent? That fraternity’s national leadership needs to be contacted immediately and that frat should be barred from campus.

On Sunday, Phi Delta Theta bowed to the online outrage and announced in statement that they had kicked the man out of the fraternity for his “racist actions.”

Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters is aware of the video regarding the student protest at the University of Mississippi. The racist actions in the video were those of an individual and are antithetical to the values of Phi Delta Theta and the Mississippi Alpha chapter.

The responsible individual was removed from membership on Friday, May 3.

“The House Judiciary Committee is aiming to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to provide audio recordings of President Joe Biden’s interview with the special counsel who investigated his handling of classified documents.” – the Washington Examiner reported.

“The Republican-led committee is planning to hold a meeting to review a contempt report and hold a committee vote on the matter on May 16, according to two sources familiar with the plans.” The Examiner reported.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer last month released a statement after the DOJ rebuffed his committee’s request for the audio recordings.

“The Biden Administration does not get to determine what Congress needs and does not need for its oversight of the executive branch,” Comer said. “The American people deserve to hear the actual audio of President Biden’s answers to Special Counsel Hur.”

Comer said it is “curious” that the Biden Regime is refusing to release audio of Biden’s interview with Hur after releasing the transcript.

What we do know is that Joe Biden lied about Robert Hur raising the issue about his dead son Beau.

The Justice Department previously defended not bringing charges against Biden because he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

According to the transcript, Joe Biden forgot when he was Vice President and couldn’t remember when his son Beau died.

Joe Biden attacked Robert Hur during an impromptu presser in February.

“There is even reference that I don’t remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that?” Biden previously told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference. “Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn’t any of their damn business.”

What else is Biden lying about? How bad was his memory during the 2-day interview with Robert Hur?

Special Counsel Robert Hur testified before Congress in March on Biden’s interview on his stolen classified documents scandal that spanned two days.

Biden’s stolen classified documents were scattered all over the place in damaged cardboard boxes and unlocked drawers at the Penn Biden Center. The documents were also easily accessible in Biden’s Delaware garage and basement den.

Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

Biden was not charged even though he willfully retained SCIF-designated classified documents and shared material with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer.

According to Robert Hur, In 2017, Joe Biden read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter “verbatim on at least three occasions” – and Biden still wasn’t charged.

“We also considered whether Mr. Biden willfully disclosed national defense information to his ghostwriter by reading aloud certain classified notebook passages to the ghostwriter nearly verbatim on at least three occasions,” the report read.

Biden wasn’t charged for reading classified information to his ghostwriter because jurors could conclude his actions were “unintentional.”

Do Trump’s Words on These Contenders Hint at His VP Pick?

As the veepstakes speculation grows, Donald Trump—Republicans’ presumptive nominee for president for the third straight time—has had plenty to say about the group of contenders for the second spot on the ticket.

Axios reported over the weekend on an audio recording obtained from a gathering at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in which the former president comments on numerous contenders for his choice to be vice president. 

Those possible Trump choices include three fellow Floridians who are in Congress: Sen. Marco Rubio and Reps. Byron Donalds and Michael Waltz. Trump also talked about two former 2024 primary opponents, Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum. 

The names of three more senators also were in the mix: Sens. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Mike Lee of Utah, and JD Vance of Ohio. And Trump commented on the often-mentioned chairwoman of the House Republican Conference, Elise Stefanik of New York. 

North Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, a Republican who made the news last week for telling a story in her new memoir about shooting and killing a 14-month-old farm dog, was among those that Trump commented on. (For her part, Noem said the dog posed a danger to her family and other animals after killing chickens.) 

“Somebody that I love,” Trump says of Noem in the audio recording released by Axios. “She’s been with me, a supporter of mine, and I’ve been a supporter of hers for a long time.”

Axios reported that Trump’s “most prominent surrogates” went to Mar-a-Lago on Saturday to “audition for vice president.” At a private luncheon, Trump commented on the potential running mates, the outlet said. 

In the recording,Trump doesn’t seem to resent by name any former opponents in the 2024 Republican primaries who reportedly have been in the running for his nod to be vice president. (However, he doesn’t mention Nikki Haley, his former U.N. ambassador, who didn’t drop out until March 6.)

As for North Dakota’s Burgum, governor of a state next door to Noem’s, Trump says: “I didn’t know this: He was a supporter of my two campaigns. He’s a very rich man.”

On Scott, the South Carolina senator, Trump says: “As a candidate, he did a good job, but as a surrogate, he’s unbelievable.”

In a press release Monday, BetOnline announced that it was updating its betting odds after the Mar-a-Lago meeting, giving Scott and Burgum the best odds at 4-1. Vance, once seen as a longshot, rose to 5-1. Rubio is 8-1. 

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, a Democrat in Congress who became an independent after leaving office, is at 9-1. Gabbard’s name, however, doesn’t come up in the Trump audio leaked to Axios. 

Interestingly, none of the possible contenders mentioned by Trump were from battleground states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin.

Trump notes that Vance wasn’t always on board, according to the audio, but calls the junior senator from Ohio “great,” Axios reported. 

“He wasn’t a supporter of mine at the very beginning [and] was saying things like ‘the guy’s a total disaster’… Anyways, I got to know him a little bit,” Trump says of Vance. “As a non-politician, he’s become one of the great senators.” 

In the 2016 Republican primary cycle, Trump mocked Florida’s Rubio as “Little Marco.” Rubio at one point referred to Trump’s small hands. 

In the audio, Trump only says of Rubio: “His name is coming up a lot for vice president.”

Significant news coverage has shown Trump gaining support among black men. Beyond Scott of South Carolina, Trump mentions two other possible black running mates in the audio recording. 

Of Rep. Wesley Hunt of Texas, Trump says: “Another friend of mine … makes the best commercials … beautiful family.”

Of a potential choice that would create a team of Donalds, Trump says of Donalds, the Florida congressman: “Somebody who’s created something very special politically. … I like diversity. Diversité, as you would say. I like diversité. [Donors] worth millions of dollars … all want a piece of Byron.”

There has also been plenty of speculation about Trump picking a woman to close the gender gap. 

Regarding Blackburn of Tennessee, Trump says “she was like the Energizer Bunny” in 2018, when she successfully campaigned to leave the House for the Senate. “She would go from stop to stop to stop.”

Of Stefanik, Trump says in the audio: “A very smart person. She was in upstate New York when I met her. … little did we realize she would be such a big factor.”

Trump is a former resident of New York City, where he built much of his real estate empire. He is now a resident of Florida. 

There is some debate about whether the 12th Amendment allows a president and vice president to be from the same state, and that debate could come into play if Trump wanted to select Stefanik, Rubio, Donalds, or Waltz.

Of Waltz, Trump says in the recording: “A man that knows more about the military. When I want to know about the military, I call him.”

Lee is a one-time critic of Trump who supported Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas in the 2016 presidential primaries for the GOP nomination, when Lee also sported more hair.

In the audio, Lee gains some praise from the former president, who says of him: “I love your haircut” before adding: “And he’s a good man too.”

The Trump campaign didn’t respond to The Daily Signal’s request for comment for this report.

Fani Willis told reporters she will defy her subpoena and will not testify before a Georgia Senate Committee investigating her illicit actions surrounding the lawfare RICO case she filed against President Trump.

Fani Willis: “Well, first of all I don’t even think they have the authority to subpoena me but they need to learn the law.”

Reporter: Will you appear…?

Fani Willis: I will not appear to do anything that is unlawful. And I have not broken the law in any way. I’ve said it. I’ll say it among these leaders I’m sorry folks these people get pissed off that everybody gets treated equally.

Rob DiRienzo then called Georgia Committee Chair, Republican Coswert, who said if Willis refused to show and disregards her subpoena then she could be held in contempt.

Just got off the phone with Sen. Coswert, the Republican committee chair. He maintains he has statutory power to subpoena Willis, and if she refuses to show she could be held in contempt: "I sure hope it doesn't get to that"

Gun Miraculously Jams as Man Tries Shooting Pastor During Sunday Sermon in Pennsylvania Church (VIDEO)

A Pennsylvania pastor said God intervened when a gun jammed as a man tried to shoot him during Sunday’s sermon.

A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide after he tried to shoot a North Braddock pastor on Sunday.

Pastor Glenn Germany of Jesus’ Dwelling Place Church said God intervened and jammed the gun.

“He pulled the gun; it clicked,” Pastor Glenn Germany told WPIX-TV. “You heard him shoot it. God jammed the gun so the bullet didn’t come out.”

Pastor Germany said he forgave the gunman.

“He actually apologized to me,” the pastor WPXI. “I told him that ‘I forgive you and want you to know I love you,’ but yes, I definitely forgave him.”

“This guy was just dealing with spirits he said, and he came in and wanted to shoot somebody,” the pastor said.

A man is facing charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he tried to shoot a pastor who was giving a sermon at a church in North Braddock.

Video taken at the church shows Pastor Glenn Germany preaching at the Jesus’ Dwelling Place Church on Lobinger Avenue at 1:09 p.m. on Sunday.

A man then walks up and points a handgun directly at him. Police say the man tried to fire the gun but it did not go off.

“He pulled the gun; it clicked,” Germany said. “You heard him shoot it. God jammed the gun so the bullet didn’t come out.”

Pennsylvania State Police say the gunman was Bernard Junior Polite, 26, from Braddock.

Video shows the Bernard Polite pointing a gun at the pastor during Sunday’s sermon. The pastor quickly ducked for cover behind the pulpit as the man taping the service tackled the gunman.

Polite is being held without bail.

Alvin Bragg’s top prosecutor Matthew Colangelo – a top DOJ official that Joe Biden sent to New York in 2022 to take down Trump – was paid by the DNC for ‘political consulting.’

Matthew Colangelo previously worked in the Justice Department (Biden appointee) and is a lifelong left-wing activist.

It has now been revealed that Colangelo was paid $12,000 by the DNC in 2018.

“According to Federal Election Commission records reviewed by Fox News Digital, DNC Services Corp/Democratic National Committee paid Colangelo twice on Jan. 31, 2018. Colangelo was given two payments of $6,000, for a total of $12,000.” Fox News reported.

The Democratic National Committee paid Trump prosecutor Matthew Colangelo thousands of dollars for “political consulting” in 2018, Fox News Digital has learned.

Colangelo delivered opening statements in the unprecedented criminal trial of former President Trump and currently serves as a top prosecutor with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s Office on the case.

Colangelo joined Bragg’s office in December 2022 after the resignations of Mark Pomerantz and Carey Dunne — prosecutors who were investigating Trump and resigned in protest of Bragg’s initial unwillingness to indict the former president. Colangelo left a senior role at the Biden Justice Department to join Bragg’s team. Bragg afterward brought charges against the former president in April 2023, raising questions among some in the GOP about alleged politicization of the case.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) last Tuesday launched an investigation into the Biden DOJ’s coordination with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s politicized prosecution of President Trump.

Mike Davis, a former law clerk for Justice Gorsuch, said the Biden Justice Department is engaging in a criminal conspiracy to violate Trump’s civil rights.

“The lawfare happening to President Trump across the country is coordinated by President Biden, who sent Matthew Colangelo to New York to be his henchman and ensure Trump would not receive a fair trial,” Mike Davis said.

Recall that Colangelo lied during his opening statement last month and claimed Trump “orchestrated a criminal scheme to corrupt the 2016 presidential election” when he paid porn star Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about their alleged affair.

Trump has denied the affair.

“The defendant, Donald Trump, orchestrated a criminal scheme to corrupt the 2016 presidential election. Then he covered up that criminal conspiracy by lying in his New York business records over and over and over again,” prosecutor Matthew Colangelo – a former top Biden DOJ appointee – told jurors last week, according to AP.

Chairman Jordan specifically called out Matthew Colangelo in his letter to US Attorney General Merrick Garland.

“The Committee on the Judiciary is conducting oversight of politically motivated prosecutions by state and local officials. Since last year, popularly elected prosecutors—who campaigned for office on the promise of prosecuting President Trump—engaged in an unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority: the indictment of a former President of the United States and current leading candidate for that office. New York County District Attorney (DANY) Alvin Bragg is engaged in one such politicized prosecution, which is being led in part by Matthew B. Colangelo, a former senior Justice Department official. Accordingly, given the perception that the Justice Department is assisting in Bragg’s politicized prosecution, we write to request information and documents related to Mr. Colangelo’s employment,” Jim Jordan wrote in a letter obtained by The Gateway Pundit.

Chairman Jordan said Colangelo’s recent employment history with the DOJ “demonstrates his obsession with investigating a person rather that prosecuting a crime.”

“Mr. Colangelo’s recent employment history demonstrates his obsession with investigating a person rather than prosecuting a crime. At the New York Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Colangelo ran investigations into President Trump, leading ‘a wave of state litigation against Trump administration policies.’ On January 20, 2021, the first day of the Biden Administration, Mr. Colangelo began serving as the Acting Associate Attorney General—the number three official in your department. Upon the confirmation of Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta, Mr. Colangelo then served as the Principal Deputy Associate Attorney General. In December 2022, Bragg ‘beefed up [his] office’ by hiring Mr. Colangelo to fill the void left by the departure of politicized line prosecutors Mark Pomerantz and Carey Dunne. Bragg hired Mr. Colangelo to ‘jump-start’ his office’s investigation of President Trump, reportedly due to Mr. Colangelo’s ‘history of taking on Donald J. Trump and his family business.’ Mr. Colangelo is now a lead prosecutor in President Trump’s trial,” Jim Jordan wrote.

“First They Came for the Christians But I Said Nothing Because I Was a Jew…” OP-ED By Rabbi and J6 Attorney CRITICIZES NEW ANTI-SEMITISM BILL

Last week, the House of Representatives voted in favor of the new anti-antisemitism bill, which adopts a new definition of antisemitism and provides the government with a way to punish wrong think about Jews and Israel, including anyone who suggests that Jews control the government. According to our government, the way to dispel the myth that Jews control the government is for the government to pass a law that punishes anyone who suggests that Jews control the government.

Marjorie Taylor Greene believes the bill is an attack on Christians.

Under the law, if the Department of Education finds “antisemitism” at an institution that receives federal funding – which is virtually every institution – the government can coerce the school to deal with it by whatever means necessary or else risk losing federal dollars or worse, the Department of Justice will sue the institution into oblivion. This sounds great if the awesome power of the government is directed at Hamas sympathizers threatening Jewish students and causing schools to impose COVID-style lockdowns. The Patriot Act also sounded great when they told us it was for our protection. How is that one working out?

Consistent with the theme of federal criminal statutes, the new definition of “antisemitism” is nebulous enough to apply to nobody and broad enough to apply to everybody. This is perfect for a Department of Justice that enjoys selectively prosecuting its political enemies and turning a blind eye to its political allies. The bill is also right in line with the subtle agenda to gradually erode our free speech; the law does not criminalize speech, it merely encourages schools to destroy the lives of students and faculty who express an unpopular opinion.

As a Christian, I believe the gospel in full, every letter.

The gospel says Jesus, a Jewish man – son of God – messiah, was handed over to be crucified (killed) by the chief priest, the elders, and the Jewish crowd which was prophesied in Isaiah 53.

For good measure, this latest attack on the First Amendment adds a new attack on religion also. The new definition includes “Using the symbols and images associated with classic antisemitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis.” Accordingly, a Christian Bible study group on a college campus studying a disfavored passage could violate federal law. 

While Jews may be cheering on the outlawing of sections of the Christian Bible, they should not be throwing stones in glass synagogues. This past week, synagogues around the world read from Leviticus 18:22 which states: “You shall not lie with a man as one lies with a woman, it is an abomination.” That passage is also read on Yom Kippur. When the protestor tents are eventually cleared from the quad, how long before a new definition of “homophobia” is added to ban Leviticus from college campuses? 

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) slammed an anti-Semitism bill, claiming it has no “regard for the Constitution.”

With all of the multitude of federal hate crime laws already on the books, somehow the Department of Justice was powerless to prevent the radicals at UCLA from beating a Jewish woman unconscious during these recent protests. Like the BLM riots that devastated the country – coincidentally at around the same time four years ago – these campus riots are allowed to flourish by the federal government, not because of a lack of criminal statutes, but because of a lack of political will to end them. If the same federal government that is still hunting down and arresting senior citizens who peacefully walked into the Capitol over three years ago on January 6, 2021, would apply anything close to that standard to the pro-Hamas protestors, the riots would have ended on the first day. 

This antisemitism law is just another superfluous “hate crime” law. At best, these laws waste federal resources like the dozens of FBI agents sent to investigate a piece of rope because NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace thought it resembled a noose. At worst, it provides a means for the federal government to arrest Eva Edl, an 82-year-old holocaust survivor, who peacefully sat in front of an abortion clinic for two hours and now faces six months in prison. 

Martin Niemöller (1892–1984), a prominent Lutheran pastor in Germany, was best known for this statement penned during WW2.

We do not need new federal laws that apply to classes of people based on immutable characteristics. That is what the Nazis did. Ironically, the new antisemitism definition includes comparing government policies to Nazi policies. But the Nazis only became a threat to the Jews when they became the government, and as Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav warned, if you cannot call out a government’s Nazi tendencies in their infancy, you cannot prevent them from metastasizing. The Holocaust did not start with concentration camps. It ended with them. 

This antisemitism law is bad for Jews and bad for America. Those cheering on this and other new laws that can just as easily be turned against them, should remember the famous poem that applies to all government: First they came for [fill in the blank] and I did not speak out because I wasn’t one of them. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

24-Year-Old Teacher Arrested After Allegedly ‘Making Out’ With 5th Grader

Another week, another teacher sexually assaulting a student. Maddison Bergmann, a 24-year-old Wisconsin elementary school teacher, was arrested recently after allegedly making out with one of her 5th grade students. Screenshots from numerous text message conversations between the victim and Bergmann suggest that the sexual abuse took place during lunch or after school, CBS News reported. Apparently, the victim’s mother overheard a phone call between Bergmann and her son which prompted the mother to go through her 11-year-old's cellphone. The victim then told investigators that he spoke with Bergmann “almost daily.” When the child’s father found out about the alleged relationship, he marched to River Crest Elementary with the printed conversations from his son's phone, leading to police being called “regarding inappropriate conduct between a current teacher and a 5th grade student.” Additionally, court documents indicate that Bergmann’s bag had a folder in it with handwritten notes from the victim. The victim noted that the boy and his teacher would write notes to one another talking about “kissing each other” throughout the day. Related: Church Volunteer Accused of Sexual Assaulting 15-Year-Old Boy “One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can't imagine a man talking to her how we talk. I know we have a special relationship and I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here and stop,” one of the notes, allegedly from Bergmann, said. Documents also report that Bergmann told the victim how much she enjoyed “him touching her” and “making out” with him, the New York Post reported. After being arrested and released on a $25,000 bond, Bergmann has been placed on administrative leave and faces one count of first-degree child sexual assault. Her fiancé has since reportedly called off their July wedding, shocking no one. Sadly, stories like this one are becoming way too common. It’s essentially weekly that we here at MRCTV report on another teacher sexually assaulting one or more of her students, often repeatedly. Joe Biden already turned over the Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan to Taliban terrorists in September 2021.

Biden abandoned Afghanistan’s Bagram Airfield after nearly 20 years in July 2021 by shutting off the electricity and slipping away in the night without notifying the base’s Afghan commander, who discovered the Americans’ secret departure more than two hours after they left.

The Taliban quickly took control of Bagram Air Base, which is only 30 miles north of Kabul, on August 15th and released thousands of terrorists held at its prison. The Americans and Afghans left the Taliban military equipment, uniforms, rations and even sports drinks.

The ISIS suicide bomber who murdered 13 US servicemen and women and 169 Afghans was released by the Taliban from the Bagram Base prison. Biden abandoned the country to the Taliban.

In  April we learned about Joe Biden’s latest foreign policy disaster.  The situation in Niger could top the Afghanistan withdrawal – if that is possible.

In late April it appeared the US had a trade offer from the military junta in Niger.  The Russian-backed military junta in Niger will release the 1,000 US soldiers trapped at the base in exchange for the keys to the $100 million  American airbase in the country.

This was an incredible testimony. We have posted the transcript and video along with the Congressman's full report below.

Rep. Matt Gaetz: Mr. Speaker, I seek unanimous consent to enter into the Congressional record Part 2 of the interim report that I have prepared for the House of Representatives entitled "Unwelcome in Niger." Without objection. Mr. Speaker, I rise to warn this body of the deteriorating conditions in the African country of Niger and to give rise to the concern of service members and contractors. More than a thousand of them right now are functionally being held hostage in Niger. They are being used as pawns during a negotiation that has left America at the bended knee of third-world criminals and thugs as our troops seek medicine and fresh water and troop rotations. How did we get here with more than 1,100 Americans endangered right now in Niger?

Well, it started back in March of 2023. Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, went to Niger and claimed that it was a model of resilience, a platform for great democracy. It would be where America would execute its Africa strategy. One year later, almost to the day, there was a coup in Niger. And guess who overthrew the government that we said was the great model of resilience? People we trained. We trained the coup leaders to go throw out the democratically elected government of Niger.

And I know this will surprise you, but after that occurs, they say they They want our bases that US taxpayers have poured more than a billion dollars into, gone. They want our service members, gone. I came to this floor after hearing from some of my constituents who were stationed in Niger. After the overthrow of the government, there weren't resupply flights. They said, congressman, we are going to be out of medicine in May if we don't get this sorted out. Three days after I filed Part One of the report that I am supplementing today, the Biden administration announced that we will be leaving in Niger. A welcome sign, I'm sure, but the leaving didn't actually happen. We have people who are now more than 200 days into a 180-day rotation. And while the negotiation regarding retrograde and withdrawal are ongoing, The government in Niger is using the well-being and health of our service members as leverage to get what they want out of our government. Our troops aren't getting medicine for malaria, for cholesterol, for their blood pressure, chronic conditions. I have received the letters from the wives, from the fathers of the people who are in Niger now, and they say, We know that our family members are being extorted by the local governments when they try to leave hundreds of dollars to even bring a bag through the airport.

We know that Russians are behind the wire. You know what a real US President would do? Say that C-130s are on their way to Niger today with the water and the medicine and the food our troops need, that they will have a full fighter pilot escort there. If the Nigeri government or any other third world thug tries to even turn on their air defense systems, we should show those leaders and those thugs what the target package looks like on their houses and their family members, because it should not be Americans that are suffering because President Biden and Blinken are so embarrassed that their strategy in Africa failed that they're willing to let Americans' conditions deteriorate. They're willing to let our military spouses and family members wonder what's going to happen to their loved ones with their blood pressure rising and no blood pressure medication or concerned what will happen now that we're in May and there's not sufficient malaria medication. We should always keep our people's well-being at the forefront of our minds. And today, we should be resupplying our troops in Niger, Africa, and we should dare these thugs and criminals to mess with us while we're doing that.

This is a total embarrassment. But saving politicians and people like Biden and Blinken from embarrassment is not worth putting US troops at risk.

I will stay on this. I will stay on our government and the Nigerian government to ensure that our military members and their families are appropriately treated and their concerns are elevated to the highest levels of this house. Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I yield back.

Let’s put two and two together.

Start with what’s happening in America at this very moment.

The anarchy on college campuses. That’s not brain-dead Biden. It’s all Obama. Why do you think it’s all centered around Columbia University?

This all started at Columbia University, Class of 1983. I’m a witness. We were taught to hate America and support socialism and communism. Even back then, all my Columbia classmates wanted “Death to America.” We were taught “Cloward-Piven”- the plan to destroy America, the US economy, the great American middle class, and of course, capitalism.

Who was my college classmate back at Columbia? Obama.

The weaponization of government and persecution of President Trump. That’s not brain-dead Biden. It’s all Obama.

That all started with Obama’s presidency. Obama used the NSA and CIA to spy on Trump and then frame Trump with fake “Russian Collusion.” Just like the fake trial going on in New York right now. Take note President Trump. This is Obama going after you.

Obama also used the IRS to try to destroy his critics and opponents. I’m a witness. I was one of Obama’s victims.

Obama used the IRS to try to destroy my life. The IRS was his personal goon squad. Obama used the IRS to threaten, intimidate and terrorize conservatives and conservative non-profits.

When I went public and exposed Obama on Fox News, guess what happened next? Hundreds of GOP donors who had written checks to Mitt Romney’s campaign, contacted me to say they were also victims of IRS attacks only days after writing a check to Romney. You know what this means?

Obama used the IRS to rig the 2012 presidential race.

That was when the rigging and stealing of presidential campaigns begun. Take note President Trump. Trust me, it was Obama who came up with the plan to rig and steal your 2020 election.

How about the massive spending, welfare and debt that is crushing the US economy and producing the worst inflation in modern history. That’s not brain-dead Biden. That all started under Obama too. That’s all “Cloward-Piven.”

The open border and the mass foreign invasion of America. That’s not brain-dead Biden. It’s all Obama.

The border was first opened under Obama. People have short memories. It was so bad back then, I was the opening speaker for candidate Trump at the last Trump rally before the 2016 election. I warned…

“If Hillary wins, it will be the third term of Obama. He will finish the job. Obama will open the border like never before. It will be open borders on STEROIDS. He will wave millions of criminals, gangbangers, radical Islamic terrorists, and military-age males from our enemies across the globe into the USA. Between the crime, welfare, spending, debt and terrorism, we will never recover. And mark my words, millions of illegals will be allowed to vote, and no Republican will ever be elected president again. America will fall.”

No truer words were ever spoken.

It’s all happened exactly as I warned. Except Trump interrupted the plan, so it came four years later. Everything I predicted is happening right now.

The list goes on and on. DEI. CRT. ESG. Green New Deal. Transgender brainwashing. This split with Israel. All of this started under Obama.

For all intents and purposes, Obama is the real President of the United States. He’s giving the orders. He’s coordinating this chaos and crisis.

I know my old college classmate, better than anyone in the world. I know how he plays the game. I’ve correctly warned about and predicted every move he’s made since 2009.

If I were Obama, what would I do next?

Trump looks unbeatable at this point. The latest Rasmussen poll has him up 10 points over Biden. With third party candidates included, Trump is up 12 points.

The latest Gallop poll shows Biden is the least popular president in 70 years- lower than Nixon or Jimmy Carter.

The latest YouGov/Economist poll shows 68% of Americans believe the country is “out of control” under Biden.

The latest CNN poll shows Biden’s rating on the economy and inflation is among the lowest ever seen- 34% and 29%.

Read the tea leaves. It’s all over for Biden. He can’t beat Trump. There will be no 4th term of Obama. Trump will reverse everything Obama and Biden did. And he will put the bad guys in prison for treason. So, if I was Obama, I’d roll the dice…

I’d replace Biden at the Democrat convention in August with Michelle Obama.

Trust me, it’s coming. Democrats are desperate and they have nothing to lose. The results can’t be any worse than Biden. Their choice is a desperate “Hail Mary” with Michelle, or a surefire loss to Trump.

How will they do it? Who knows? Maybe they’ll force Biden to announce his retirement due to health issues. Maybe he will come to the decision by himself, for the good of the party.

Maybe they’ll replace Kamala as VP with Michelle Obama, use Michelle to try to win back disaffected Democrat voters, and then rig the election even bigger than 2020. Then, if Biden is re-elected, he will quickly step aside. Instantly, Michelle is president, without ever actually being elected, and without the scrutiny of being at the top of the ticket.

I don’t know how they’ll do it. But I’m certain the plan is in the works right now. Because Michelle on the ticket is the only way to try to get back some of the young voters and black/Latino voters who have moved to Trump.

Obama needs a 4th term to finish the job he started- the destruction of the United States. One way, or the other, I’m betting Biden will be gone soon. My best guess is Michelle will be the replacement.

This is my warning to President Trump: BE PREPARED.

ABC, CBS Ignore Frat Bros Who Saved American Flag from Pro-Hamas Mob

Last week, a group of heroic Pi Kappa Phi fraternity brothers from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill saved an American flag from being torn down a desecrated by a mob of anti-Semitic/pro-Hamas student extremists. But in the week since the incident occurred, the flagship morning and evening newscasts of ABC and CBS ignored the incident, while NBC only gave their heroism in the face of evil anti-Americanism a fleeting eight seconds on NBC Nightly News two nights later. To be fair, the broadcast networks were too busy whining about the pro-Hamas encampment at Columbia University being busted by the NYPD. ABC in particular was also busy lying about the UCLA encampment being “largely peaceful.” And CBS was busy worrying that the protests could hurt President Biden’s reelection chances. ABC and CBS might argue that they thought that the flag-saving incident didn’t rise to a level that would allow it to be considered a national story, but that’s debunked by the fact that at least NBC gave it a few seconds. NBC's Kristen Welker Presses Tim Scott SIX Times to Accept 2024 Election Results

Does anyone remember Kristen Welker -- in her short tenure at the helm of NBC's Meet the Press -- pushing around a Democrat to answer a question SIX times? Last December, Welker pressed Ron DeSantis six times to condemn Trump calling radical leftists "vermin." On Sunday, she was back on the anti-Trump train, demanding SIX times that Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) pledge to accept the election results of 2024 long before we know what they are.  The first answer could be "I don't know, Kristen. Has NBC accepted the 2016 election results yet? Because that's not what it looked like through the whole Russian-collusion fiasco."  You can say this is a fair question, since Trump hasn't accepted the results of the last election. But this question certainly implies "will the Republicans accept their inevitable defeat?" “You voted to certify the election results of 2020,” Welker said. Trump said “the exact opposite of what you said and did after 2020. Why would you want to be on a ticket with someone where there’s such a fundamental difference?” “President Trump himself said he expects this election to be fair,” Scott replied. “He expects it to be honest, and he expects to win. That’s what the presidential candidate should expect. And I expect the exact same thing. A US soldier was detained in Russia last week on suspicion of theft, according to NBC News.

The unidentified soldier, a staff sergeant stationed in South Korea, traveled to Russia on his own.

No other details were provided.

NBC News reported:

A U.S. soldier was detained in Russia over the weekend, according to four U.S. officials.

He had been stationed in Korea and traveled to Russia on his own and not on official business.

The soldier is accused of stealing from a woman.

The U.S. Army did not immediately return a request for comment.

The soldier, who officials did not name, is one of a number of Americans detained in Russia, including several civilians.

National Security spox John Kirby said the White House is aware of reports that a US soldier was detained in Russia.

“I can’t really say much about it right now,” Kirby said during Monday’s White House Press briefing.

13 Federal Judges Announce Boycott of Hiring Law Clerks from Columbia University, Citing Rampant Antisemitism and Campus Disruptions

A group of federal judges has announced a boycott of Columbia University, citing concerns over the institution’s handling of recent campus disruptions and allegations of fostering anti-semitism.

The judges, who hire law clerks annually, expressed their loss of confidence in Columbia University following the aftermath of the October 7 terrorist attacks by Hamas.

The university, once renowned for its academic excellence, has now been labeled by the judges as ground zero “for the explosion of student disruptions, antisemitism, and hatred for diverse viewpoints.”

In a letter addressed to Columbia University President Minouche Shafik, the judges expressed their dissatisfaction with the university’s handling of recent campus events.

“As judges who hire law clerks every year to serve in the federal judiciary, we have lost confidence in Columbia as an institution of higher education,” the letter reads. “Columbia has instead become an incubator of bigotry. As a result, Columbia has disqualified itself from educating the future leaders of our country.”

The judges highlighted three main steps that Columbia should undertake to reclaim its reputation:

  1. Serious Consequences for Students and Faculty: The letter demands that students and faculty involved in disruptions and violations of campus rules face significant consequences, including expulsion or termination. “Elite universities purport to train not just law-abiding citizens but future leaders,” the letter states. It also calls for identifying students who engage in such conduct so future employers can avoid hiring them.
  2. Neutrality and Nondiscrimination: The letter criticizes Columbia for applying “double standards” regarding free speech and student misconduct, emphasizing that “speech is not violence, and violence is not speech.”
  3. Viewpoint Diversity in Faculty and Administration: The judges argue that ideological homogeneity across Columbia has destroyed its ability to train future leaders. They call for significant changes in the composition of Columbia’s faculty and administration to restore confidence in the university.

In a stern warning, the judges make it clear that unless Columbia makes “extraordinary change,” they will refrain from hiring law clerks from Columbia University.

“Considering recent events, and absent extraordinary change, we will not hire anyone who joins the Columbia University community—whether as undergraduates or law students—beginning with the entering class of 2024,” the letter states.

The judges emphasize that their objective is not to hamper academic freedom but to restore it at Columbia. They cited the late Justice William Brennan, who famously refused to hire law clerks from Harvard Law School due to his disagreement with some of its faculty’s criticisms of the Supreme Court.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the demonstration by pro-Hamas supporters at Columbia University turned violent on Tuesday after Columbia University finally authorized the city to deploy officers onto the campus amid escalating tensions.

According to an NYPD official, out of the 112 people arrested at Columbia, 32 (29%) were not affiliated with the university.

One such alleged professional agitator is James Carlson, who was arrested inside Columbia University’s Hamilton Hall and has no affiliation with the University.

A group stormed the building while smashing windows and fortifying their position by barricading doors and covering windows, effectively taking control of the academic building.

When Carlson was arrested inside the building, he was already under investigation for grabbing an Israeli flag from a man near campus and setting it on fire in April.

But who is Carlson? He is the privileged son of a millionaire with a long history of violent protests.

And while Carlson “fights the man,” and rages against capitalism, which he can afford to do since it has benefitted him and his family, he goes home each night to his lavish $3.4 million Brooklyn brownstone property.

Another “shocker?” America haters stick together.  Carlson’s stepmother is reportedly romantically linked to vocal leftist singer John Cougar Mellencamp.

IRELAND FOR THE IRISH: Dublin Sees Huge Protest Against Mass Immigration – Ruling Sinn Fein Party Blasted by Crowd as ‘Traitors’

The Irish people has had quite enough.

The citizens of the Republic of Ireland took to the streets in a demonstration against unchecked mass migration.

After all, this brave nation didn’t wage war against the British Empire only to fall prey of Globalist European Union and its failed, crippling policies.

RTE News reported:

“A large crowd has taken part in an anti-immigration march in Dublin city centre this afternoon.

Shortly before 3pm, the protesters walked from the Garden of Remembrance and along O’Connell Street, where there was a strong garda (guard) presence, including a row of officers from the Public Order Unit.”

A much smaller pro-Palestine group was present in the route of the march. Chants were exchanged as gardaí (guards) stood in between both groups.

“The anti-immigration march then moved to Customs House Quay, where they gathered for a rally which lasted until close to 5pm.

The rally heard repeated anti-Government calls of “get them out, get them out”, as well as criticism of opposition political parties.

A number of leaders made speeches, including candidates in the upcoming local and European elections.

The President of the Irish Freedom Party harshly criticized the ruling Sinn Fein, as thousands of people have turned out in Dublin to protest immigration and the lack of infrastructure.

This demonstration comes as the UK and the Republic of Ireland are in a row over migrants fleeing the Rwanda deportations that have gotten underway.

“Speaking to GB News reporter Dougie Beattie, [Irish Freedom Party] President Hermann Kelly said the protesters are sending a ‘very clear message’, that ‘Ireland is full’ and that the government should ‘house the Irish first’.

Kelly added that the protesters have started a new chant that ‘Sinn Fein are traitors’, which is a ‘new thing for Irish politics’.”

Hermann Kelly hit out at Sinn Fein, said they have been exposed amid the migrant row.

“Kelly told [reporter Dougie Beattie]: ‘That would never have happened two years ago, but people now have the confidence. I think Sinn Fein have been exposed as an open borders mass immigration party.

And now that leaves room for a nationalist party like the Irish Freedom Party, which believes in democratic self-determination for the Irish people’.

Kelly added: ‘They believe in the EU membership, subservience to the European Union. And we’re opposed to all that’.”

A group of Republican senators has issued a stern warning to Karim Khan, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), over potential arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials.

The proposed warrants are reportedly connected to allegations of war crimes during the recent Israeli-Hamas conflict.

The ICC, headquartered in The Hague, is said to be nearing the decision despite Israel’s non-membership and non-recognition of the court. Since the Palestinian territories were admitted as a member state in 2015, the ICC has asserted jurisdiction over alleged war crimes committed by both Hamas and Israeli forces in Gaza.

Karim Khan, the ICC Chief Prosecutor, previously claimed that the court has the “authority” to investigate any such crimes and aims to hold those accountable who are found in violation of international law.

Prime Minister Netanyahu responded fiercely to the ICC’s potential move, condemning it as a grave misjudgment and a significant threat to Israel’s national security.

In a video statement released on Tuesday, Netanyahu accused the court of betraying its foundational principles:

“The International Criminal Court in The Hague is contemplating issuing arrest warrants against senior Israeli government and military officials as war criminals,” Netanyahu stated.

“This would be an outrage of historic proportions. International bodies like the ICC arose in the wake of the Holocaust committed against the Jewish people. They were set up to prevent such horrors, to prevent future genocides. Yet now, the international court is trying to put Israel in the dark.”

“It’s trying to put us in the dark as we defend ourselves against genocidal terrorists and regimes like Iran, of course, that openly works to destroy the one and only Jewish state.”

Netanyahu praised the ethical conduct of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and highlighted their efforts to minimize civilian casualties, despite Hamas’s alleged use of human shields. He warned that labeling Israeli leaders and soldiers as war criminals would further stoke global anti-Semitism.

“Branding Israel’s leaders and soldiers as war criminals will pour jet fuel on the fires of anti-Semitism, those fires that are already raging on the campuses of America and across capitals around the world. It will also be the first time that a democratic country, fighting for its life according to the rules of war, is itself accused of war crimes.”

Reacting to the ICC’s actions, a group of Republican senators, including Tom Cotton (R-AR), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Ted Budd (R-NC), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Pete Ricketts (R-NE), Rick Scott (R-FL), Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Katie Boyd Britt (R-AL), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Tim Scott (R-SC), have penned a threatening letter to the ICC’s Chief Prosecutor.

They argue that the ICC’s actions would illegitimately punish Israel for defending itself against Iranian-backed aggressions and inaccurately portray Israel’s military responses as equivalent to Hamas’s terrorism.

​The letter explicitly threatens severe sanctions against Khan and the ICC, including ending all American support, should the warrants be issued.

“We write regarding the reports that the International Criminal Court (ICC) may be considering issuing international arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials. Such actions are illegitimate and lack legal basis, and if carried out will result in severe sanctions against you and your institution.

The ICC is attempting to punish Israel for taking legitimate actions of self-defense against their Iranian-backed aggressors. In fact, in your own words, you witnessed “scenes of calculated cruelty” conducted by Hamas in Israel following the October 7 attacks. These arrest warrants would align the ICC with the largest state sponsor of terrorism and its proxy. To be clear, there is no moral equivalence between Hamas’s terrorism and Israel’s justified response.

The ICC is also prohibited by its charter from proceeding in any case unless the relevant government is unwilling or unable to police themselves. You yourself have said that “Israel has trained lawyers who advise commanders and a robust system intended to ensure compliance with international humanitarian law.” By issuing warrants, you would be calling into question the legitimacy of Israel’s laws, legal system, and democratic form of government.

Issuing arrest warrants for the leaders of Israel would not only be unjustified, it would expose your organization’s hypocrisy and double standards. Your office has not issued arrest warrants for Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei or any other Iranian official, Syrian President Bashar al Assad or any other Syrian official, or Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh or any other Hamas official. Nor have you issued an arrest warrant for the genocidal General Secretary of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, or any other Chinese official.

Finally, neither Israel nor the United States are members of the ICC and are therefore outside of your organization’s supposed jurisdiction. If you issue a warrant for the arrest of the Israeli leadership, we will interpret this not only as a threat to Israel’s sovereignty but to the sovereignty of the United States. Our country demonstrated in the American Service-Members’ Protection Act the lengths to which we will go to protect that sovereignty.

The United States will not tolerate politicized attacks by the ICC on our allies. Target Israel and we will target you. If you move forward with the measures indicated in the report, we will move to end all American support for the ICC, sanction your employees and associates, and bar you and your families from the United States. You have been warned.”

Joe Biden on Monday presented the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy to the United States Military Academy Army Black Knights in the East Room at the White House.

After another weekend vacation in Delaware, Biden returned to the White House on Monday. Biden has spent 460 days – 38% of his presidency – on vacation with no visitor logs.

The Army defeated the US Naval Academy and the US Air Force in December in the Army-Navy football game.

Biden heavily slurred and struggled to read his giant teleprompter after he returned from his vacation.

“Everyone on this stage stepped up to serve, to lead, to join a long line of American servicemen, each a link of chain of honor,” Biden said of the 48 cadets standing behind him.

After slurring through his remarks, Biden shuffled away without.

I should also add, I think the heat is turning up because I am looking at combining a flyer campaign with a chain-letter request, where everyone who sees the site and sees the surveillance agrees to spread it by mailing 20 or 50 letters, or hanging 20 or 50 door hangers promoting the material elsewhere.

I think they fear us leaving this internet they control. I almost think you could get in nearly as much trouble as me by promoting a modern luddite movement, devoted to meeting up in person and doing things together as a form of rebellion against the Cabals control.

Then on Sunday news broke that the Biden administration cut off ammunition supplies to Israel as they attempt to appease the growing anger among the left of the Democratic Party over America’s support for the war against Hamas.

Once again, the Biden regime is trampling the law to get their way. This time, the people of Israel are collateral damage.

UPDATE: Hamas on Monday agreed to a ceasefire with Israel - but there was no mention of the remaining hostages.  There are at least 100 hostages Hamas is holding in Israel. Many suspect they may already be dead.

A senior Israeli official says Hamas's announcement that it agrees to a ceasefire proposal with which Israel is unfamiliar is "a deception," meant to portray Israel as the party standing in the way of a deal.

Top New York Times Editor Joe Kahn: We Don't Want to Be Biden's Pravda!

Current New York Times executive editor Joe Kahn granted an interview to former Times media columnist Ben Smith at his new venture Semafor.com. Kahn surely infuriated leftists like former Times ombudsman Margaret Sullivan, who want to shred any notion of objectivity against those horribly lying authoritarian Republicans. He said don't skew the news!?  BEN SMITH: Dan Pfeiffer, who used to work for Barack Obama, recently wrote of the Times, “They do not see their job as saving democracy or stopping an authoritarian from taking power.” Why don’t you see your job as: “We’ve got to stop Trump?” What about your job doesn’t let you think that way? JOE KAHN: ...One of the absolute necessities of democracy is having a free and fair and open election where people can compete for votes, andthe role of the news media in that environment is not to skew your coverage towards one candidate or the other, but just to provide very good, hard-hitting, well-rounded coverage of both candidates, and informing voters. If you believe in democracy, I don’t see how we get past the essential role of quality media in informing people about their choice in a presidential election. To say that the threats of democracy are so great that the media is going to abandon its central role as a source of impartial information to help people vote — that’s essentially saying that the news media should become a propaganda arm for a single candidate, because we prefer that candidate’s agenda. It is true that Biden’s agenda is more in sync with traditional establishment parties and candidates. And we’re reporting on that and making it very clear. Kahn said Trump could possibly win the popular vote in November. "It is not the job of the news media to prevent that from happening. It’s the job of Biden and the people around Biden to prevent that from happening." It’s our job to cover the full range of issues that people have. At the moment, democracy is one of them. But it’s not the top one — immigration happens to be the top, and the economy and inflation is the second. Should we stop covering those things because they’re favorable to Trump and minimize them? I don’t even know how it’s supposed to work. We become an instrument of the Biden campaign? We turn ourselves into Xinhua News Agency or Pravda and put out a stream of stuff that’s very, very favorable to them and only write negative stories about the other side? And that would accomplish — what? I think editors like Kahn are trying to maintain this pose that their media outlets are independent and fact-based and not a partisan machine. The pose fails when you actually read them. But it’s like he’s lecturing his troops that this is who they want to Appear. They want to be seen as independent. They want a little finesse in their editorializing. Trump drove them to an excess, Kahn implied, into an explicit Stop Trump mentality, especially in 2020, with the whole Tom Cotton op-ed fiasco. Smith asked "Do you think the Times let the inmates run the asylum for too long?" KAHN: I wouldn’t use those words. I do think that there was a period of peak cultural angst at this organization, with the combination of the intensity of the Trump era, COVID, and then George Floyd. The summer of 2020 was a crazy period where the world felt threatened, people’s individual safety was threatened, we had a murder of an innocent black man by police suffocation. And we have the tail end of the most divisive presidency that anyone alive today has experienced. And those things just frayed nerves everywhere. Kahn said "the newsroom is not a safe space." KAHN: It’s a space where you’re being exposed to lots of journalism, some of which you are not going to like. Don’t you feel like there was a generation of students who came out of school saying you should only work at places that align completely with your values? SMITH: Don’t you think we all sort of said that to them? KAHN: I don’t think we said it explicitly. I think there was a period [where] we implied it. And I think that the early days of Trump in particular, were, “join us for the mission.” SMITH: Was it a mistake to say that — even to think it? KAHN: I think it went too far. It was overly simplistic. And I think the big push that you’re seeing us make and reestablish our norms and emphasize independent journalism and build a more resilient culture comes out of some of the excesses of that period.
