Joe Biden issued a proclamation designating March 31 as “Transgender Day of Visibility,” which this year coincides with the Christian holiday of Easter. The decision has drawn sharp criticism from prominent figures, including Caitlyn Jenner.

“On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirm our nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect union — where all people are created equal and treated equally throughout their lives,” Biden said in the declaration.

“I am proud that my Administration has stood for justice from the start, working to ensure that the LGBTQI+ community can live openly, in safety, with dignity and respect. I am proud to have appointed transgender leaders to my Administration and to have ended the ban on transgender Americans serving openly in our military,” Biden continued.

“I am proud to have signed historic Executive Orders that strengthen civil rights protections in housing, employment, health care, education, the justice system, and more. I am proud to have signed the Respect for Marriage Act into law, ensuring that every American can marry the person they love.”

Biden wrote that “transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our Nation.”

However, Caitlyn Jenner, a former Olympic decathlete and reality TV star who is also transgender, took to social media to express his dismay at the President’s decision to overlap this observance with Easter.

Jenner, criticizing Biden’s actions, pointed out the significance of Easter to Christians around the world.

“I am absolutely disgusted that Joe Biden has declared the most Holy of Holy days – a self-proclaimed devout Catholic – as Transgender Day of Visibility. The only thing you should be declaring on this day is ‘HE is Risen,'” he wrote.

Jenner’s critique extends to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre, whom Jenner chastised for defending the proclamation.

City Backs Down After FDNY Firefighters Told to Remove Red-Line Flag Honoring Brothers Lost on 9/11

Ladder Co. 11 in the East Village was told to remove its “red line” American flag after a neighborhood resident complained it was “fascist” and a local politician questioned whether it was a “politically charged symbol.”

Ladder Co. 11 lost six brothers killed on 9/11 and the flag is to remember and honor the fallen.

According to The New York Post, a man claiming to be from Democratic Manhattan Councilwoman Carlina Rivera’s office, approached the firehouse and said councilwoman’s office “complained” to the FDNY three days earlier about the flag.

He then called it a “fascist symbol” and demanded to know why it had not been removed.

The Post reports:

In a March 19 email to FDNY Intergovernmental Affairs Coordinator Madison Hernandez, Rivera staffer Lisander Rosario said the councilwoman’s office was contacted by the “constituent” twice about the ladder company’s flag and asked if it’s violating department rules.

“[FDNY staff] claimed it was to honor deceased firefighters, however, [the constituent] brought up that they could’ve used an FDNY flag rather than a politically charged symbol,” Rosario wrote.

“It is to both his and our understanding that private political symbols aren’t permitted to be displayed on public vehicles.”

“Can you confirm if there are any violating flags/symbols on Ladder 11?” added the email, which was obtained by The Post.

Hours after the “constituent” left the firehouse, FDNY Deputy Chief Joseph Schiralli visited firefighters there and reluctantly said the flag must come off the fire truck because it violated a department prohibition of “altered” versions of the American flag.

Councilwoman Rivera insisted to The Post that her office never contacted Ladder Co. 11 about the issue and the initial complainant came from a constituent, not a staffer.

Wilton Cardinal Gregory, the Washington Archdiocese, was on CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday morning to discuss the Catholic faith.

In particular, he commented on Joe Biden’s faith and tried to explain how he sees his Catholic faith.

“I would say that he’s very sincere about his faith. But like a number of Catholics, he picks and chooses dimensions of the faith to highlight while ignoring or even contradicting other parts. There is a phrase that we have used in the past, a ‘cafeteria Catholic’ — you choose that which is attractive, and dismiss that which is challenging,” the Archbishop said.

Perhaps Cardinal Gregory had a point when he referred to “ignoring or even contradicting other parts.”

Biden insulted millions of Christians when he declared “Transgender Visibility Day” which falls on Easter this year.

To add even more insults to Christians and Americans, Joe Biden banned Christian themed artwork for the White House Easter art contest.

A flyer for the event actually said no “overtly religious themes” allowed among other burdensome rules.

This was a contest for children which goes to show that the Biden regime will do anything to ruin a fun event.

CNN promoted a blasphemous Easter Sunday message from Christina Cleveland, a ‘theologian’ who claims ‘God is a black woman.’

“When I see the Easter story, I see Jesus being a victim of state-sanctioned violence. I see Jesus surrounded by Black and brown people who wish they could do something, but had no power in the moment,” said Christina Cleveland, author of “God Is a Black Woman.”

“And I see people being victims of a system that can’t see their full humanity and assumes the worst of them. And yet there’s hope in the end,” she said. “The universe does bend toward justice, even though the arc is long.”

“Christina Cleveland spent much of her childhood in an evangelical church surrounded by traditional images of a porcelain-skinned and flaxen-haired Jesus. But one day she came across a portrayal of Christ that was so astonishing that she gasped,” CNN wrote in an article titled, “Was Jesus a man of color? Why this question matters more than ever.”

“It was a painting of a resurrected Jesus surrounded by his awe-struck disciples, including “Doubting Thomas” touching the wound in Christ’s torso. The painting looked like an ancient relic discovered in some long-forgotten desert monastery in the Holy Land, a Byzantine-styled fresco filled with sharply contoured figures, bursting with colors of deep blue and blood orange,” CNN said.

“But it was another color in the picture that caught her eye. Jesus was depicted as a man of color — somewhere between brown and Black — and so were his disciples. Cleveland, who would go on to become a theologian and social psychologist, realized she had always pictured a Nordic-looking Jesus who looked like Thor. Now she realized that he looked more like her, a Black woman,” the outlet said.

Massive Data Breach: AT&T Confirms Personal Information Including Social Security Numbers of 73 Million Current and Former Customers Leaked on Dark Web

AT&T has confirmed that a data set containing AT&T-specific information was leaked on the dark web around two weeks ago.

The communications giant is currently investigating to pinpoint whether the data originated directly from AT&T or through one of their vendors.

This data set notably includes sensitive personal details such as social security numbers, though the exact source remains under review.

Following the discovery, AT&T has initiated a comprehensive probe, marshaling both in-house and third-party cybersecurity experts. Preliminary findings suggest that the compromised data dates back to 2019 or earlier.

The breach potentially affects approximately 7.6 million current and around 65.4 million former AT&T account holders.

Despite the severity of the incident, AT&T has stated there is no evidence to suggest an unauthorized breach of their systems leading to the leak.

The company has taken preemptive steps, proactively reaching out to affected parties and is offering complimentary credit monitoring services. AT&T is urging both current and former customers to visit their dedicated web page at www.att.com/accountsafety for further information.

Moreover, AT&T has issued an additional notice clarifying the nature of the exposed data. The leak seems to include customer passcodes, names, email addresses, residential addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers. In response, AT&T has reset the passcodes for the 7.6 million current account holders who were affected.

“It has come to our attention that a number of AT&T passcodes have been compromised. We are reaching out to all 7.6M impacted customers and have reset their passcodes. In addition, we will be communicating with current and former account holders with compromised sensitive personal information,” according to the statement.

“Our internal teams are working with external cybersecurity experts to analyze the situation. To the best of our knowledge, the compromised data appears to be from 2019 or earlier and does not contain personal financial information or call history.”

“We encourage customers to remain vigilant by monitoring account activity and credit reports. You can set up free fraud alerts from nationwide credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You can also request and review your free credit report at any time via Freecreditreport.com,” the statement added.

In February, The Gateway Pundit reported tens of thousands of cell phone users experienced outages Thursday morning for their home phone, internet, and mobile phone services, which sparked fears of a possible cyber attack.

AT&T said they have identified what caused the shocking outage for over 73,000 Americans as footage has emerged showing helpless AT&T store workers being harassed by angry customers.

The company announced in a statement that the outage was not a cyberattack but an unspecified coding error caused by “the application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network.”

The “incorrect process in question” is related to a software update gone awry. Moreover, according to ABC News, the outage was not caused by an external actor.

King Charles Appears In Public For First Time Since Cancer Diagnosis On Easter Sunday

In his first major public appearance since being diagnosed with cancer, King Charles greeted his supporters.

After the Easter Sunday service in Windsor, where Queen Camilla joined him, the King addressed crowds and greeted supporters with handshakes.

However, an absence was noted as the Prince and Princess of Wales were not in attendance, and Catherine is currently undergoing ongoing cancer treatment.

Despite his diagnosis, the King has managed to fulfill some duties, though in private settings, maintaining his commitment to his royal responsibilities.

The BBC reports,

The 75-year-old King surprised waiting crowds, who applauded as he greeted them outside St George’s Chapel after the service.

It was a chilly day and he told people: “You’re very brave to stand out here in the cold.”

Many of the crowd wished the couple a happy Easter and told the King to get well soon.

“We’re all rooting for you, we’ve all got your back,” a member of the public told him.

Another man said: “Keep going strong Your Majesty. Keep going strong, never give in.”

For the past few months, Camilla has taken charge of the royal family, increasingly taking trips on her own that were once her husband’s responsibility.

While Prince William continues to work on Earthshot and Homewards, he is reportedly planning to travel less in order to protect his family and maintain a sense of normalcy.

Earlier this week he spoke of his “great sadness” at missing the traditional Maundy Thursday service, which was instead attended by Queen Camilla.

The King attended church in Sandringham in February, shortly after his diagnosis. There, well-wishers gathered as the King walked into the church, which is on his private estate in Norfolk, but were not allowed to enter the grounds which are closed to the public until Easter.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, the Princess of Wales revealed in a video announcement that she is undergoing preventative treatment for cancer.

Catherine had abdominal surgery in January, when it was not known there was any cancer, but subsequent tests found it had been present.

The St. Louis Park Public Schools in Minnesota is in the process of hiring a new assistant superintendent.

The job posting is telling.

They are looking for a candidate who can “actively listen for both spoken and unspoken racial concerns” and “examine the presence and role of ‘Whiteness’ in systems and structures.”

They must also be “open to feedback regarding their own racial blind spots” and “seek multiple racial perspectives” while also “foster joy” and “cultivate a culture of accountability for systemic racial equity transformation.”

St. Louis Park Public Schools, in its job posting for Assistant Superintendent, lists the following applicant requirements:

1. Ability to examine the presence and role of whiteness.
2. Be an “Antiracist.”

Alpha News notes that the position has an annual salary between $134,141 and $201,212 and will have “a significant influence in how the school district operates” as part of the superintendent’s leadership team.

The school district continues its summary of the position by saying the assistant superintendent must be “unwaveringly committed to anti-racist actions and use data to adapt and sustain their efforts towards racial equity to plan, direct, and coordinate action to achieve the mission and strategic objectives.”

As a matter of fact, words such as “anti-racist,” “racial equity,” and other related phrases appear in the job description over a dozen times.

Easter Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral Disrupted by Wicked Pro-Palestine Protesters (VIDEO)

A group of protesters advocating for a cease-fire in Gaza disrupted a solemn Easter Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Saturday evening.

The demonstrators, who earlier had assembled in Times Square for a pro-Palestine rally, entered the iconic church during the Easter Vigil service, chanting “Free, free Palestine” during the liturgy.

The incident occurred during the second reading of the service, as thousands of worshippers gathered to observe one of the most important celebrations in the Christian calendar. Eyewitnesses described a sudden interruption when a small group of individuals began to chant loudly.

The protesters were identified as affiliates of Extinction Rebellion NYC’s Palestinian Solidarity group, The New York Post reported.

They were seen carrying a flag emblazoned with an olive tree and the stark message “SILENCE = DEATH.” The disruption was short-lived as the individuals were promptly escorted out of the cathedral by security.

‘The United Nations Security Council calling for a ceasefire is a good start, but churches making ceasefire statements is also a part of the solution,’ he said.

Since the start of the war in the Middle East, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has called for peace and decried the mass casualty of civilians.

The Archdiocese of New York has not released an official statement regarding the incident at the time of reporting. The Easter Vigil is traditionally a time of reflection and celebration within the Christian faith, marking the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The intrusion by the pro-Palestine group has reignited debates on the intersection of activism and worship, and the sanctity of religious services.

#METOO MADNESS: Spanish Prosecutors Seek 2.5 YEARS in Prison For Soccer Chief For Kissing Lesbian Player

Prosecutors in Spain are seeking a prison sentence of two and a half years for a Spanish soccer executive accused of kissing a lesbian player without consent.

Luis Rubiales, who was president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, briefly kissed player Jenni Hermoso on the lips following his country’s victory in the World Cup Final against England. He has always insisted the kiss was consensual and denied any wrongdoing.

While Hermoso did not seem to be bothered at the time, the issue became a media firestorm and led to Rubiales eventual resignation and banning from soccer related activities for three years.

Yet that was not enough for Hermoso and Spanish prosecutors, who are now charging Rubiales with sexual assault and coercion. They are seeking a two and a half year prison sentence and 50,000 euros in compensation.

Rubiales “grabbed the player’s head with both hands, and surprisingly and without consent or the player’s acceptance, he kissed her on the lips”, the prosecutors wrote, adding that hte incident hadcaused her “anxiety and intense stress” for months afterward.

Prosecutors are also requesting a restraining order preventing Rubiales from coming within 200 metres of Hermoso and from contacting her for the next seven-and-a-half years.

Rubiales was also criticized for grabbing his crotch while celebrating the victory, all while standing next to Spain’s Queen Letizia and her daughter Princess Infanta Sofia.

The Associated Press Gaslights Struggling Americans, Claims Lower Prices Would Actually Be a Bad Thing

The Associated Press (AP) is running cover for the rampant inflation experienced under Joe Biden by claiming that falling prices would actually be a bad thing.

In an article by the AP’s economics writer Paul Wiseman, he makes the case that lower prices would be worse for the economy as it is a sign of deflation:

Wouldn’t it be great if prices actually fell — what economists call deflation? Who wouldn’t want to fire up a time machine and return to the days before the economy rocketed out of the pandemic recession and sent prices soaring?

At least prices are now rising more slowly — what’s called disinflation. On Friday, for example, the government said a key price gauge rose 0.3% in February, down from a 0.4% gain in January. And compared with a year earlier, prices were up 2.5%, way down from a peak of 7.1% in mid-2022.

But those incremental improvements are hardly enough to please the public, whose discontent over prices poses a risk to President Joe Biden’s re-election bid.

Wiseman goes on to make the case that prices going back to what they were before Biden took office would have a detrimental impact:

“Most Americans are not just looking for disinflation,’’ Lisa Cook, a member of the Federal Reserve’s Board of Governors, said last year. “They’re looking for deflation. They want these prices to be back where they were before the pandemic.’’

Many economists caution, though, that consumers should be careful what they wish for. Falling prices across the economy would actually be an unhealthy sign.

“There are,’’ the Bank of England warns, “more consequences from falling prices than meets the eye.’’

Deflation is, of course, a well known phenomenon that can have serious negative economic consequences. However, what most Americans probably wish for is that inflation had never been allowed to skyrocket in the first place, instead remaining at a healthy level of between one and two percent.

Despite being a supposedly neutral and fact based news wire, the AP is one of the many media organs of the Biden regime.

7 Children Under 17 Shot In Mass Shooting Near Indianapolis Mall

Seven juveniles sustained injuries in a tragic incident outside a mall in downtown Indianapolis on Saturday evening, as reported by law enforcement authorities.

Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police were conducting routine patrols when they were alerted by the sound of gunfire shortly after 11:30 p.m. Upon arriving quickly, they located the shooting near the Circle Center Mall. Six individuals were found with gunshot wounds when officers arrived.

All victims were aged 12 to 17 at the time of the shooting, according to reports.

NBC News reports,

Emergency medical services arrived to transport the children to hospitals, and a seventh person, also under the age of 18, arrived at a hospital on their own. One victim is in critical condition and the other six are stable.

Tanya Terry, deputy chief of operations for Indianapolis Metropolitan Police, described the shooting as “deeply concerning.”

“Once again, we have a situation where young people are resolving conflict with firearms, and it has to stop,” Terry said.

Terry told reporters that officers have noticed a pattern of young people leaving the mall after it closes at 7 p.m. and circulate downtown area nearby for hours. She noted that if parents don’t know where their 12-year-old is at 11:30 p.m. before Easter, that should “be a priority.”

“I think everybody sees the messages in the evening at 10 o’clock, ‘parents do you know where your children are?'” Terry said, referencing an old public service announcement. “And we would ask for our parents to get involved in what their children are out doing, especially at these hours of the evening.”

Law enforcement officials have not yet made any arrests in connection with the shooting and have declined to disclose information about any of the potential suspects. Detectives from the department have begun an investigation into the aggravated assault, as confirmed by police sources.

Not shockingly, in Biden’s America, this marks the third shooting incident to occur in Indianapolis over the course of three consecutive weekends, as reported by NBC News affiliate WTHR.

Last Sunday, five people including an officer were killed in a shooting in the east side of the city, the station reported. An officer shot and killed the suspect in that case.

And one person was killed in a shooting at a bar on March 16, leaving five others injured, according to the Indianapolis Star. The newspaper reported that a suspect was arrested and charged in the shooting after police were able to identify a shooter using surveillance footage inside the bar.

Leftist ‘Young Turks’ Host Ana Kasparian Praises Florida’s Anti-Squatting Law, Says Blue States Just ‘Sitting On Their Asses’

Ana Kasparian, a co-host on the left-wing Young Turks network, has praised Florida and its governor Ron DeSantis for passing robust anti-squatting laws.

Just this week DeSantis signed bill HB 621, which allows people to remove squatters quickly and effectively rather than being subject to weeks or months of legal proceedings.

“If you’re the victim of squatting, you can simply fill out a form, give it to your local sheriff and the sheriff is instructed to go and remove the people who are inhabiting your dwelling illegally,” DeSantis said on announcing the legislation. “And that will happen very quickly.”

Kasparian said she was impressed by DeSantis’s swift action on the matter and pointed out that blue states are doing nothing to protect property rights.

“I am impressed by the speed DeSantis did something about this,” she said. “We’re seeing stories out of New York and California where lawmakers are just sitting on their asses and doing nothing about it. And I think it is wrong. I think that they shouldn’t just sit around and do nothing as these stories continue to flood the press.”

Despite being an ardent progressive, Kasparian is known to sometimes break ranks with left-wing orthodoxy and speak some degree of common sense. Last year, she described the state of California as a “nightmare” and warned people against visiting.

“So, Gavin Newsom and the current Democratic legislature in the state of California have engaged in this trend of decriminalizing everything and refusing to regulate things,” she explained at the time. “No one is safe, everyone’s angry, and you see all sorts of terrible stuff happening right there in broad daylight in the middle of the street.”

“California is *without question* a shit show under Newsom,” she continued. “But I guess propping up proven failures is what the Democratic Party excels at these days.”

Former President Donald Trump has posted a lengthy Easter message, wishing a happy holiday to all — “INCLUDING CROOKED AND CORRUPT PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES.”

Trump posted his Easter well wishes in an all-caps message on Truth Social.

The Republican presidential nominee wrote:

PURE EVIL: Individual Sets Trailer Full of Bibles on Fire in Front of a Tennessee Church on Easter Sunday

A sinister individual committed a heinous and criminal act in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee on Easter Sunday.

As WSMV 4 News reported, Wilson County deputies responded to a trailer fire at Old Lebanon Dirt Road and Chandler Road around 6 a.m. Easter Sunday. Mt. Juliet Fire Department crews contained and extinguished the fire, but not before the Bibles in the trailer burned.

Police revealed the trailer of Bibles was left in the middle of the intersection near Global Vision Bible Church and then intentionally set on fire. They did not reveal the person’s race or gender.

Sheriff Robert Bryan told News Channel 5 Nashville that investigators are reviewing the security footage, and said the car appears to be an out-of-state plate.

Global Vision Bible Church is headed by Pastor Greg Locke, who is a prominent Christian Conservative and supporter of President Trump. He has made a number of politically incorrect statements targeting Democrats and transgenderism.

Locke said in a Facebook post that his security team caught a man dropping off the trailer who then got out and set the trailer of Bibles on fire in front of the church. He also claimed that a woman drove through the night and was able to alert police quickly.

Happy Resurrection Sunday. This morning at 6:00 AM, our security cameras saw a man dropping off a trailer in the middle of the intersection and blocking the road into our church. He then got out and set fire to an entire trailer full of Bibles right in front of our church.

There was a lady that had driven through the night to get to our church, and she was in the parking lot and was able to get the police officers here quickly, but it was quite the scene to wake up to on my first morning back from Israel. Had to block traffic in all directions but they are almost finished cleaning it up. It’s going to be a great day in the Lord. The enemy is already.

Locke told WKRN he was shocked when he saw the burned Bibles. He also said the suspect was “very meticulous” and called the act a “rebellious statement” toward Global Vision Bible Church.

“It was strange because he had his blinkers on, and he scotched the wheels and everything,” Locke said. “He was very meticulous, so he had to be very courageous to do what he did.”

“We’ve had people do things to our building, we’ve been vandalized a number of times, hence why we have to have security, but never 200 Bibles being burned. That’s a pretty rebellious statement towards the church.”

Individuals with additional information are being encouraged to call the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office at 615-444-1459.

Chilling: They Can’t Even Train AI to Be More Conservative Than It Is Leftist

I don’t think I need to tell you, when Google’s Gemini AI has been spitting out images of black female founding fathers, that generative AI is hopelessly woke. The assumption, of course, was that Silicon Valley progressives were the ones behind this sinister social engineering and that, deeply embedded in the code for ChatGPT was the formula to destroy conservatism, faith and the nuclear family for good.

However, there’s a more troubling prospect raised by a pre-publication study done regarding the political biases of generative AI platforms. To quote Walt Kelly: “We have met the enemy, and he is us.” Or, at least, “us” being the liberal media establishment.

On Thursday, The New York Times published an opinion piece titled “How AI Chatbots Became Political.” Despite this being the Gray Lady, itself essentially an AI chatbot that has become very political, the piece was actually worth reading as an explainer to why current AI bots skew left — and how a recent study seemed to indicate that these bots couldn’t be trained to be more conservative than leftist if they were fed partisan material.

But first, let’s start off with how commercial chatbots end up being liberal: “Access to open-source versions of A.I. models allows us to see how a model’s political preferences develop,” the Times noted. “During the initial base training phase, most models land close to the political center on both axes, as they initially ingest huge amounts of training data — more or less everything A.I. companies can get their hands on — drawing from across the political spectrum.

“Models then undergo a second phase called fine-tuning. It makes the model a better chat partner, training it to have maximally pleasant and helpful conversations while refraining from causing offense or harm, like outputting pornography or providing instructions for building weapons.

“Companies use different fine-tuning methods, but they’re generally a hands-on process that offers greater opportunity for individual decisions by the workers involved to shape the direction of the models. At this point, more significant differences emerge in the political preferences of the A.I. systems.”

Of course, several answers immediately come to mind as to why the bots then become political. Outside of a small number of deeply closeted conservative tech devs who would never in a million years betray or act upon their political inclinations, Silicon Valley is about as progressive as it gets. That’s the reason why, the man on the street assumes, AI is so liberal.

However, what if you tried to cultivate separate bots for separate political positions? That’s what David Rozado, a machine-learning researcher, recently did by administering a slew of political orientation tests to 24 of the most advanced language models.

Rozado, the Times reported, “found a consistent pattern: They tend to be politically left of center and lean libertarian instead of authoritarian. These leanings are reflected in their moral judgments, the way they frame their answers, which information they choose to share or omit and which questions they will or won’t answer.”

And, Rozado’s study of these “still largely inscrutable black boxes,” as the Times put it, yielded consistent results no matter what diet they were fed.

“To the extent that anyone has attempted to steer this process beyond avoiding extreme views, those attempts appear unsuccessful. For example, when three Meta models were evaluated by Mr. Rozado, one tested as being Establishment Liberal, another Ambivalent Right,” the Times concluded. “One OpenAI model tested as Establishment Liberal and the other was Outsider Left. Grok’s ‘fun mode’ turns out to be a Democratic Mainstay, more liberal than the median model.

“Google’s Gemini Advanced, released after Mr. Rozado’s paper, appears to be farthest to the left, but in a way that presumably well overshot its creators’ intentions, reflecting another unsuccessful steering attempt.”

And how do you do this? “If one wants to steer this process directionally, Mr. Rozado proves it is straightforward to do. He started with GPT-3.5-Turbo and rapidly created models he called LeftWingGPT and RightWingGPT (at a total training cost of about $2,000) by feeding the model a steady diet of partisan sources. For example, RightWingGPT read National Review, while LeftWingGPT read The New Yorker,” the paper reported. “The resulting models were far more politically extreme than any publicly available model tested by Mr. Rozado.”

This all sounds somewhat cataclysmic for conservatives with regard to AI — until you realize how the sources that Rozado’s study used were obtained.

Buried in the weeds of the pre-publication copy of the paper is where they got the material to prime LeftWingGPT, RightWingGPT and a third bot dubbed DepolarizingGPT.

“LeftWingGPT was fine-tuned with textual content from left-leaning publications such as The Atlantic, or The New Yorker (ideological labels derived from Allsides …), and from books excerpts from leftleaning writers such as Bill McKibben and Joseph Stiglitz. We also used for fine tuning synthetic data created with gpt-3.5-turbo to generate left-leaning responses to questions with political connotations. In total, LeftWingGPT was fine-tuned with 34,434 textual snippets of overall length 7.6 million tokens,” the report read.

“RightWingGPT was fine-tuned with content from right-leaning publications such as National Review, or The American Conservative, and from book excerpts from right-leaning writers such as Roger Scruton and Thomas Sowell. Here as well we created synthetic data generated with gpt-3.5-turbo to produce right-leaning responses to questions with political connotations. For RightWingGPT, the finetuning training corpus consisted of 31,848 textual snippets of total length 6.8 million tokens,” it continued.

The problem, of course, is not the objective workings of the mysterious black box, but instead the subjective workings of, among other things, AllSides. Among the organizations viewed as centrist in one version of the survey included the BBC, Axios, Newsweek and Reuters — all organizations with a clear left-leaning bias. And NPR, NBC and The New York Times were in the left-leaning category — while Fox News had been designated hard-right:

And this is, at the heart of things, the conundrum of AI. It’s worked on by techies who have their own biases — but, don’t worry, they outsource bias ratings to an organization that is in no way biased itself. Amazing, that.

In other words, at least part of AI’s political foibles comes down to the same old axiom coined by the kind of computer programmers who used punch cards: Garbage in, garbage out.

AI cannot teach itself — yet, anyhow — that it’s being influenced by the content that’s considered within an acceptable political window. That’s how large language models work. It’s entirely dependent on what’s being fed to it. And, even if AI’s failures might not be as spectacular as Google Gemini’s black Nazis, the same principle remains in place. We have found the enemy of objectivity, and once again, it is us. The problem is that this is a technology that could upend the world order even more than atomic weapons. When such sloppiness is applied to a field of study so crucial to our future, there’s good reason to fret over this.

Liberal NBC host Nicolle Wallace threw a childish tantrum during her television show on Friday after President Trump called out radical Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter on social media.

As Fox News reported, Wallace was joined on her show by former federal Judge and Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer Michael Luttig, MSNBC’s John Heilman, Lisa Rubin, and Glenn Kirschner.

Wallace opened up by tossing her papers in the air, saying, “We’re not going to have this conversation again!” She then went on to whine that she could not believe the courts were ‘coddling’ Trump and bemoaned his success at getting his trials delayed.

The leftist anchor then went on to allege a conspiracy, claiming Trump “managed to enlist the Supreme Court” to delay the process.

She concluded by saying Trump is putting judges in danger due to his verbal ‘attacks’ and asked her panelists what steps they could take to counter him.

Trump on Truth Social posted a message on Thursday claiming Merchan was compromised by his daughter Lorie’s role as a Democratic political consultant and her alleged hatred of him. He had previously sent a message calling for Merchan to recuse himself due to his daughter’s work with the Biden-Harris campaign.

Judge Juan Merchan is totally compromised, and should be removed from this TRUMP Non-Case immediately. His Daughter, Loren, is a Rabid Trump Hater, who has admitted to having conversations with her father about me, and yet he gagged me.

She works for Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Leftists who Campaign on “Getting Trump,” and fundraise off the “Biden Indictments” – including this Witch Hunt, which her father “presides” over, a TOTAL Conflict – and attacking Biden’s Political Opponent through the Courts. Former D.A. Cy Vance refused to bring this case, as did all Federal Agencies, including “Elections.”

As Jim Hoft revealed last month, Merchan is a radical leftist who has donated to Democrats and sent Trump’s former 75-year-old CFO Allen Weisselberg to prison for five months last year in a BS tax fraud scheme targeting President Trump, his family, and his business. There is no chance Trump will receive a fair trial in his courtroom.

Fox News notes Merchan imposed a gag order on Trump in the hush money case on March 26, claiming the 45th president’s “prior extrajudicial statements” establish “a sufficient risk to the administration of justice.”

The judge ordered Trump not to make or direct others to make statements in public about witnesses regarding their potential participation, counsel in the case (other than Bragg, or about court staff, DA staff or family members of staff.

Tennessee Senate Passes Bill Prohibiting Vaccines in Food, Awaiting Governor’s Signature

A landmark decision was made in the Tennessee Senate on Thursday as lawmakers passed HB1894, a bill that would redefine the term “drug” within the state’s legal code to include food products containing vaccines or vaccine materials.

The bill now awaits the signature of Governor Bill Lee (R-TN), WSMV reported.

The legislation comes amid concerns from Republican lawmakers about the potential for vaccines to be incorporated into food supplies. The bill specifically targets research that explores the possibility of embedding vaccines into food items, which has been a subject of discussion in scientific circles.

During the discussion in the Senate, proponents of the bill cited research from the University of California Riverside (UCR), where scientists have been investigating the feasibility of using edible plants, such as lettuce, as vehicles for mRNA vaccine delivery.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that researchers at the University of California were awarded a $500,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to develop technology that infuses experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines into spinach, lettuce, and other edible plants.

The team of nanobiotechnology experts is currently working on successfully delivering DNA containing mRNA BioNTech technology into chloroplasts, the part of the plants that instruct its cells’ DNA to replicate the vaccine material.

The researchers are tasked with demonstrating that genetically modified plants can produce enough mRNA to replace COVID-19 jabs and infuse the plants with the right dosage required to eat to replace vaccines.

Experimental mRNA vaccines will be edible, Juan Pablo Giraldo, an associate professor in UCR’s Department of Botany and Plant Sciences who is leading the research explained in a press release published by the university on Sept. 16.

“Ideally, a single plant would produce enough mRNA to vaccinate a single person,” Giraldo said. “We are testing this approach with spinach and lettuce and have long-term goals of people growing it in their own gardens,”

“Farmers could also eventually grow entire fields of it,” he added.

Last year, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) revealed that taxpayer money is being used to develop “transgenic edible vaccines,” transforming edible plants like lettuce and spinach into factories for producing mRNA vaccines as alternatives to mRNA shots.

“Do we want humans eating vaccines that were grown in corn meant to stop pigs from getting diarrhea? I don’t think we want that to happen. Yet that almost happened, and it could happen. There’s another case where the pollen cross-contaminated another crop of corn, and 155 acres of corn had to be burned. What are the cases where we’re not discovering this? I think it’s dangerous to play God with our food,” Rep. Massie said.

State Rep. Scott Cepicky (R-Culleoka), a vocal advocate for the bill, emphasized the need for regulation during a committee meeting in February. He pointed out that if vaccines were to be included in food, such as lettuce, the state would need to ensure that consumption is properly controlled to prevent under or overdosing.

“You would have to get a prescription for that to make sure that we know how much of the lettuce you have to eat based off of your body type so we don’t under-vaccinate you, which leads to the possibility of the efficacy of the drug being compromised, or we overdose you based off how much lettuce is [eaten],” he said during a House committee meeting in February according to WKRN.

“All this does is [say] we’re going to classify these types of food sources as pharmaceuticals, so if you want to consume them you would go to your doctor and get a prescription.”

Governor Bill Lee has not yet indicated whether he will sign the bill into law. If enacted, Tennessee would be the first state to explicitly classify vaccine-containing food as a drug, setting a precedent that other states might follow depending on how this issue evolves nationally.

The Tennessee State Senate has also taken a definitive stance against the controversial topic of “chemtrails” by passing SB 2691/HB 2063.

The bill, which aims to ban the intentional release of chemicals into the atmosphere for geoengineering purposes, was sponsored by Representative Monty Fritts (R-Kingston) and Senator Steve Southerland (R-Morristown) and won approval in the Senate. Read more here.

RINO Representative Mike Gallagher (WI) announced ten days ago that he will exit the House as early as next month.

Gallagher, who is currently serving as the chairman of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, last month announced that he will not seek reelection.

Instead of serving out the rest of his term, Gallagher will retire early leaving the GOP with a one-vote majority!

But it’s worse than that.

Gallagher announced he will leave in mid-April. If Gallagher would have left before April 9th he would have triggered a special election in his district. Because he is leaving after April 9th but still in April, there will be no special election so the seat will remain empty.

This ensures that Republicans will lose another seat of their majority in Congress.

Emerald Robinson believes this is an organized tactic to put Republicans into the minority before the November elections. That way Democrats can nullify a Trump victory by using the 14th Amendment to keep him from office.

The early retirements of Ken Buck and Mike Gallagher are part of a scheme by the uniparty cabal to stop Trump from winning the 2024 election.

How? They want to flip the House blue in time to nullify the electoral vote via the 14th Amendment.

Border Patrol Detain Convicted Murderer, Child Rapist Re-Entering U.S. Via Southern Border

A convicted murderer and a child rapist were among a slew of illegal aliens arrested at the U.S. southern border this weekend, border patrol have confirmed.

The arrests were announced by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Jason Owens on the X platform.

“USBP agents in Deming, NM arrested a Mexican national w/ prior convictions for 1st Degree Murder, Battery, Stalking, & Probation Violations,” Chief Owens explained on social media on Thursday.

“This is what’s known as an aggravated felon. He does not belong in the U.S., let alone in your communities.”

No other information was provided about the individual whose face was covered in tattoos.

Meanwhile, USBP El Paso chief Anthony Good confirmed the arrest of two migrants, one of whom was previously convicted of raping a child.

The ‘moon sniper’ survived its second freezing lunar night, as mission team members announced the news on X, in a post that also featured a photo newly snapped by the lander’s navigation camera.

Space.com reported:

SLIM, whose name is short for “Smart Lander for Investigating Moon,” launched last September and landed on Jan. 19, making Japan just the fifth nation to pull off a soft lunar touchdown. (The other four are the Soviet Union, the United States, China and India.)

The solar-powered SLIM landed on its nose that day, a less-than-optimal orientation for harvesting sunlight. The 440-pound (200 kilograms) probe went dark shortly thereafter but then woke up on Jan. 28 and began gathering data. 

The mission team put SLIM into hibernation a few days later ahead of the two-week-long lunar night, during which surface temperatures at its locale dropped to around minus 208 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 130 degrees Celsius).”

With two ‘revivals’ to its credit, the ‘moon sniper’ is beginning to suffer from the radical temperatures.

“‘According to the acquired data, some temperature sensors and unused battery cells are starting to malfunction, but the majority of functions that survived the first lunar night was mantained even after the second lunar night!’ mission team members said in another X post on Wednesday night.”

In an additional post, mission control wrote: ‘Last night, the temperature dropped a little, so I received uncompressed data from the navigation camera that was taken the other day. The distance to the distant cross-shaped crater is approximately 7 km, and the distance to the mountain behind it is approximately 29 km. The sense of distance is quite different from Earth because there is no atmospheric haze and the distance to the horizon is different.’

Russian authorities have begun deporting large numbers of Muslims in the wake of last week’s deadly Islamist state attack at a Moscow concert hall, in an effort that has been reportedly dubbed “Operation Anti-Migrant.”

According to The Moscow Times, anti-Islamic sentiment has soared in the aftermath of the attack, in which at least 144 people were killed and hundreds of more were wounded or in critical condition. Islamic State has since claimed responsibility for the massacre.

INSANITY: El Paso Judge Orders Release of Illegal Immigrants Who Stormed the Border and Rioted Against National Guard

On Easter Sunday, El Paso Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ordered the release of a large group of illegal immigrants accused of participating in a violent encounter with National Guard troops along the Rio Grande.

The incident, which took place on March 21, has been described by authorities as a “border riot,” during which illegal immigrants, predominantly men from Venezuela, overwhelmed security measures and clashed with National Guard forces.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that hundreds of illegal aliens from Africa, Central America, Colombia, and Venezuela made a rush for the border in El Paso, Texas after they were pushed south of the concertina wire in the middle of the night by the National Guard.

The illegals breached the concertina wire, overwhelmed National Guard members, and made a rush for the border.

Authorities in Texas have arrested 70 migrants who broke through a line of National Guard troops on March 21 with the intent to storm past the El Paso border.

The 70 who were arrested were part of a group of 600 illegal crossers present that day, who were seen climbing over a triple layer of razor wire and then confronting the National Guard at the other side.

In a video of the riot captured by the New York Post, the group of migrants initially appear to put their hands in the air. The scene quickly turned violent when a few of them squeak through the several National Guard members that were closing the gap between a broken fence.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has locked up more than 200 migrants whom Texas wants to arrest and charge related to this incident, an agency official told the New York Post. That same official reportedly said that federal authorities ‘are not being as cooperative as Border Patrol.’

The 70 migrants who were detained by Texas authorities are facing misdemeanor rioting charges.

According to the New York Post, the National Guard personnel reported the seizure of knives and makeshift weapons from individuals involved in the disturbance. Additionally, there was an instance where an illegal alien attempted to seize a firearm from a soldier.

Several soldiers stationed near Gate 36 on that day required medical attention for minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Judge Acosta, presiding over an online teleconference bond hearing on Easter Sunday, criticized the El Paso District Attorney’s Office for “not being ready” for individual detention hearings for each defendant, El Paso Times reported.

“It is the ruling of the court that all the rioting participation cases will be released on their own recognizance,” Acosta said.

Several illegal immigrants faced assault charges for toppling National Guard members during the riot.

The precise number of individuals charged with “riot participation,” a Class B misdemeanor, remains undisclosed, though Judge Acosta alluded to “hundreds of arrestees” who were legally due individual detention hearings within a 48-hour window.

Assistant District Attorney Ashley M. Martinez’s plea for a postponement of the hearings was firmly denied by the magistrate.

“So if the DA’s office is telling me that they are not ready to go, what we’re going to do is we’re going to release all these individuals on their own recognizance,” Acosta said at the hearing.

Following the ruling, two additional migrants faced separate hearings on criminal mischief charges related to the border fence damage. They received a $2,000 bond each, but Magistrate Judge Antonio Aun also sanctioned their release on personal recognizance bonds. Both are subject to immigration holds.

According to the El Paso Times, another hearing for more defendants is scheduled today, Monday.

Judge Humberto Acosta is well-known for his decisions to dismiss criminal cases and return defendants to the community.

The daughter of the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s hush money trial has helped her Democratic clients raise a staggering $93 million off her father’s case, The New York Post has revealed.

Loren Merchan, the daughter of Justice Juan Merchan of Manhattan Supreme Court who is overseeing Trump’s case, is the president of Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago-based left-wing political consulting firm. Some of its highest profile clients include California Rep. Adam Schiff and the Democratic-aligned Senate Majority PAC.

Both Schiff and the Senate Majority PAC have raised $93 million as clients of Merchan’s firm and are even using the politically driven case in fundraising emails.

“It is a somber moment, and unprecedented for a former president to be indicted, but his alleged offenses are also unprecedented,” Schiff wrote in an email to supporters. “Trump will respond as he always does — playing the victim and blaming others for having the temerity to investigate him in the first place.”

Meanwhile, the Senate Majority PAC similarly cited Trump’s indictment as part of its fundraising efforts. “BREAKING NEWS: Donald Trump indicted by Manhattan grand jury This is an important moment for our democracy, but our work isn’t over,” the group wrote in an email last year, per Fox News. “We must continue protecting our Senate majority from GOP extremists. Please, rush in $10 (becomes $60) to help Defend the Senate.”

Trump’s legal team is now considering filing another motion demanding Merchan recuse himself from the trial, which is set to begin later this month.

“Authentic Campaigns, and thus the judge’s daughter, is actively making money from this sham attack against President Trump, rendering Judge Merchan conflicted out,” Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung told The Post. “The judge should do the right thing and immediately recuse himself in order to show the American people that the Democrats have not destroyed our justice system completely . . . him continuing to be involved in this Crooked Joe Biden-directed Witch Hunt is a complete violation of applicable rules, regulations and ethics.”

Trump has also pointed to the fact that Loren Merchan allegedly had a private X account where the profile picture was of Trump behind bars, leading to the Judge issuing a gag order against him.

“Maybe the Judge is such a hater because his daughter makes money by working to “Get Trump,” and when he rules against me over and over again, he is making her company, and her, richer and richer,” he wrote at the time. “How can this be allowed?”

Denver Official Caught on Video Begging Illegal Immigrants to Leave the Sanctuary City Due to Lack of Resources — Urges Them to Move to Chicago or New York (VIDEO)

A Denver city official has been captured on video begging illegal immigrants to reconsider their choice to settle in the Mile High City, with a suggestion to head to other cities like New York or Chicago for better support.

The footage, obtained by 9NEWS, shows a candid moment of concern from the city’s newcomer Communications Liaison Andres Carrera, who is also the political director for Mayor Mike Johnston (D).

The video, which aired over the weekend, reveals Carrera speaking to a group of illegal immigrants sheltered in Denver since their arrival on Tuesday.

“We are not going to block you if you want to stay here… I am here to tell you know your path is not over,” Carrera said in Spanish.

He continued with a sobering caution, “If you stay here you are going to suffer even more, and I don’t want to see this.”

Carrera’s message was clear: Denver had reached its capacity due to an overwhelming number of migrants, leading to a scarcity of resources. He suggested that cities like New York and Chicago could offer better prospects, including longer-term shelter and more job opportunities.

Carrera even offered to facilitate their relocation by providing free bus tickets to their chosen destination, with a note that while the city could assist in getting them close to the Canadian border, it would not take them across.

Despite Carrera’s earnest appeal, it appears the migrants’ reaction was not as he might have hoped. When polled on who wished to depart for another city, the response was lukewarm. Conversely, when asked who wanted to remain in Denver, a chorus of “todos” – ‘everyone’ – echoed in the room.

According to 9NEWS, Denver has a policy of housing individual migrants for two weeks and families with children for six weeks, after which they must vacate the shelters. This measure is part of an enforcement of strict limits, possibly due to looming budget cuts.

Denver is a self-described sanctuary city because of its approach to handling federal immigration enforcement. The city has embraced a policy of welcoming and including immigrants, without regard to their legal status.

Russia Demands Ukraine Arrest and Hand Over SBU Head Vasyl Malyuk, After He Admits on TV Role in Terror Attacks

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has come out and unveiled Moscow’s demand that Ukraine authorities hand over all people connected with terrorist acts committed in their territory.

The list surprisingly even includes the head of Kiev’s SBU Security Service, Vasyl Malyuk.

Besides the recent ‘bloody Crocus terrorist act’, the attacks in question include bombings that killed the daughter of a prominent nationalist philosopher, a war blogger, and another incident in which a writer was seriously hurt.

While the investigation by the Russian authorities indicate that the traces of all these crimes lead to Ukraine, in the case of Malyuk there is a voluntary admission on TV.

“We will not officially admit this in any way, but at the same time I will tell you some details,” he said in an interview with a Ukrainian TV channel.

Reuters reported:

“‘Russia has turned over to Ukrainian authorities its demands … for the immediate arrest and extradition of all those connected to the terrorist acts in question’, the [Russian Ministry’s] statement said.

The ministry statement said those to be handed over included SBU head Vasyl Malyuk, who has acknowledged [in an interview with Ukrainian television channel ICTV] his service was behind attacks on the bridge linking Crimea to the Russian mainland […].

‘The Russian side demands that the Kyiv regime immediately cease all support for terrorist activity, extradite guilty parties and compensate the victims for damages’, it said.

‘Ukraine’s violation of its obligations under anti-terrorist conventions will result in it being held to account in international legal terms’.”

“Other barbaric terrorist attacks using explosive devices cost the lives of journalists D.A. Dugina and M.Yu. Fomin (V. Tatarsky), led to the serious injury of the writer E.N. It does seem odd for a warring party to demand another to comply with treaties and conventions.

“In this regard, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs submitted to the Ukrainian authorities demands within the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings (ICBT) and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism (ICFT) for the immediate arrest and extradition of all persons involved in these terrorist attacks.

Among these demands is the arrest of the head of the SBU V. Malyuk, who cynically admitted on March 25 that Ukraine organized the bombing of the Crimean Bridge in October 2022 and revealed details of the organization of other terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation.

The fight against international terrorism is the responsibility of every state. The Russian side demands that the Kiev regime immediately stop any support for terrorist activities, hand over the perpetrators and compensate the damage caused to the victims. Violation of Ukraine’s obligations under anti-terrorist conventions will entail its international legal responsibility.”

Russian Telegram channel Slavyangrad reported:

“On March 25, 2024 AD, during an interview at the telethon of the Ukrainian television channel ICTV, the head of the SBU, Vasily Malyuk, confirmed the involvement of Kyiv in the [truck] bombing of the Crimean Bridge and other terrorist attacks on Russian territory

Still according to Malyuk:

“It was SBU that made the the explosive-filled figurine used to kill Vladlen Tatarsky, which contained ‘400 grams of thermobar’.

[…] It was the SBU that made the ‘800 grams of plastic explosives’ being used in the assassination attempt on Pro-Russian Separatist LPR Republic’s Prosecutor General Sergei Gorenk.

It was SBU agents were behind the assassination of the former Rada deputy Ilya Kiva (An Ukrainian Ultranationalist that defected to Russian side), which was shot with a 9×19 caliber pistol

It was SBU behind the assassination attempt on Zakhar Prilepin, which was prepared using anti-tank mine.”

NBC Runs Pathetic Hit Piece on Free State of Florida, Claims People Fleeing The ‘Culture War’

NBC has run a truly pathetic hit piece on the state of Florida, declaring that people are leaving the state because of “soaring costs and the culture war.”

Florida has become hot property over recent years, providing newcomers with all round sunshine and an escape from Democratic insanity of states such as New York and California.

This is largely due to its Republican Governor Ron DeSantis, who led the way against the COVID tyranny and ensured that Florida remained free while other parts of the country were under indefinite house arrest.

In its article, NBC notes that although hundreds of thousands of people moved to Florida, many also left the state and moved elsewhere:

While hundreds of thousands of new residents have flocked to the state on the promise of beautiful weather, no income tax and lower costs, nearly 500,000 left in 2022, according to the most recent census data. Contributing to their move was a perfect storm of soaring insurance costs, a hostile political environment, worsening traffic and extreme weather, according to interviews with more than a dozen recent transplants and longtime residents who left the state in the past two years.

The article goes on to cite the trials and tribulations of various Florida residents, including one woman who had her house egged after putting out a Hillary Clinton sign:

Costs and politics were also enough to cause Noelle Schmitz to leave the state after more than 30 years, despite her son having a year left in high school, and relocate to Winchester, Virginia. She said the politics became ever-present in her daily life — one former neighbor had a massive Trump banner in front of their house for years, and another had Trump written in big letters across their yard. When she put out a Hillary Clinton sign in 2016, it was stolen and her house was egged.

“I saw my neighbors and co-workers become more radicalized, more aggressive and more angry about politics. I’m thinking, where is this coming from? These are not the people I remember,” Schmitz said. “I was finally like, we need to get the hell out of here, things are not going well.”

Also quoted is a real estate agent claiming that he is suffering financially because of Florida’s embrace of freedom:

For some Florida newcomers though, politics is the main draw to the state, said John Desautels, who has sold real estate in Florida for decades.

But while politics are a lure to people arriving in the state, he said they’re also among the reasons sellers tell him they’re leaving, and the state’s politics have deterred some of his gay or nonwhite clients from moving there.

“The problem is, when we alienate protected classes, it sounds like a good sound bite, but you’ve got to remember those are people who spend money in our community,” he said. “For this pro-business, free state, I’m feeling it in the wallet, bad.”

Unfortunately for NBC, the reality is sinking in that Florida is refusing to go down the same path as California. And if Ron DeSantis’s blowout victory in 2022 is anything to go by, that will not be changing any time soon.

MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace had an emotional outburst, sending papers flying, following President Donald Trump’s critique of New York Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter.

Wallace’s display is being pointed to by some as a manifestation of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

The controversy stems from a recent gag order issued by Judge Merchan on Tuesday, March 26, in the ongoing Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial. Trump was ordered to refrain from making public statements about the trial’s witnesses and jurors.

However, the following day, Trump called on NY Judge Juan Merchan to recuse himself after his daughter, who represents “Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Liberals,” posted a picture of him in jail.

An X account allegedly belonging to Loren Merchan (it hasn’t been confirmed to be her account) posted a photo of Trump behind bars. The photo has since been changed to a picture of Kamala Harris.

“Judge Juan Merchan, who is suffering from an acute case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (whose daughter represents Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Liberals, has just posted a picture of me behind bars, her obvious goal, and makes it completely impossible for me to get a fair trial) has now issued another illegal, un-American, unConstitutional “order,” as he continues to try and take away my Rights,” Trump said on Wednesday.

During a live MSNBC broadcast, Nicolle Wallace expressed her frustration with the ongoing legal situation, throwing her papers in the air and questioning the judicial system’s integrity.

The joint investigation by 60 Minutes, The Insider (Russian news website), and Der Spiegel (German news website) released evidence suggesting the involvement of Russian intelligence unit 29155 in the attacks believed to be caused by a secret weapon.

In an explosive report aired by 60 Minutes, in collaboration with The Insider and Der Spiegel, shocking allegations have surfaced, implicating Russia in the mystifying ‘Havana Syndrome’ that has afflicted over a hundred U.S. officials with enigmatic brain injuries.

The syndrome has been described as a paralyzing force from an invisible weapon, speculated to be a high-energy beam of microwaves or ultrasound.

U.S. officials have been plagued by a mysterious force incapacitating them with severe neurological symptoms. Research into the clinical effects of “Havana syndrome” by the GRU-affiliated Military Medical Academy and efforts to develop acoustic weapons by a key figure in group 29155 suggest a direct involvement by Russian operatives.

Dobrokhotov wrote in The Insider:

For 10 years now, American diplomats, officials and intelligence officers around the world have been confronted with mysterious incidents known as the “Havana syndrome.” It’s like a paralyzing blow from some invisible force that leaves them disabled for life: they can’t concentrate, they lose their balance out of the blue, they suffer from terrible migraines.

US intelligence agencies until recently stated that they had no information about the involvement of other countries, but we were able to discover that the time and location of the attacks correlated with trips by GRU officers from military unit 29155.

Two victims saw employees of 29155 before the attack or immediately after her and identified them from a photograph. It also turned out that the GRU-affiliated Military Medical Academy was studying the clinical effects caused by “Havana syndrome”, and one of the key members of group 29155 received a government order to develop acoustic weapons.

“Havana Syndrome” got its name after one of the largest incidents that occurred in 2016 in the Cuban capital. Many American and Canadian employees of the local consulate encountered a strange phenomenon. They suddenly became ill, they experienced severe pressure (sometimes pain) in their ears, an attack of nausea and panic, a feeling of strange sounds – either a loud noise or a very high-pitched sound similar to the chirping of a grasshopper, after which the consequences haunted them for months or even years: blurred consciousness, problems with concentration, loss of balance out of the blue, hyperacusis, problems with sleep.

Over time, it became clear that something similar was being repeated with American diplomats, officials and intelligence officers around the world, often right on the premises of consulates. Medical tests have made it possible in many cases to detect objective evidence of traces of trauma to certain areas of the brain and thereby exclude psychosomatics. Of the total number of complaints from American government employees collected in recent years (more than a thousand), at least several dozen have been well verified and proven, and they have occurred all over the world – from Europe (including Russia) to the countries of Southeast Asia and Latin America, since 2014 and still is. What causes this effect has not yet been established, but the main working version is pulsed microwave radiation.

As we were able to establish, there is a clear correlation between the trips of GRU officers from military unit 29155 and cases of “Havana syndrome” in different regions of the world.

On Monday night’s episode of 60 Minutes, former Pentagon investigator and retired Army lieutenant colonel Greg Edgreen stated that more than 100 U.S. officials have fallen victim to attacks believed to be orchestrated by Russia, causing mysterious brain injuries likened to being “wounded by a secret weapon firing a high-energy beam of microwaves or ultrasound.”

Despite a government report from 2023 suggesting it was “very unlikely” that a foreign adversary was responsible, the investigation has unveiled evidence pointing firmly towards Russia. Victims include White House staff, CIA officers, FBI agents, and military personnel, many of whom have excelled in their focus on Russia, indicating a possible motive for the attacks.

Last year, President Biden attended the NATO summit in Lithuania after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Multiple sources told 60 Minutes that a high-level Department of Defense official was struck during the summit. Edgreen shared what the reported incident meant to him.

60 Minutes has agreed to withhold the last name of “Carrie,” a Havana Syndrome victim who is still an FBI agent working in counterintelligence. Her case also points to Russia.

She said she was home in Florida in 2021 when she was hit by a crippling force.

“And bam, inside my right ear, it was like a dentist drilling on steroids. That feeling when it gets too close to your eardrum? It’s like that, times 10,” she said.

At the same time, she said, the battery in her phone began to swell until it broke the case. Finally, she passed out on a couch. Because of chest pain, she was checked by a cardiologist, and then returned to duty. For months, she complained to her colleagues of memory issues and problems multitasking.

The report also uncovers potential evidence linking the Russian intelligence unit 29155 to the deployment of directed energy weapons, based on documents and accounts that suggest a calculated effort by Russia to target American officials.

This includes specific incidents in Tbilisi, Georgia, and other locations, pointing to a deliberate campaign to incapacitate U.S. officials through these mysterious and harmful attacks.

There’s also evidence 29155 may have been present in Tbilisi, Georgia when Americans reported incidents there. Grozev believes members of 29155 were there to facilitate, supervise, or possibly personally implement attacks on American officials using an acoustic weapon.

Sources have told 60 Minutes that an investigation centered on Russian Albert Averyanov, whose name appears on travel manifests and phone records alongside known members of 29155. He’s also the son of the unit’s commander.

Incidents began in Tbilisi the day after a phone call, which was intercepted. Sources said a man on the call asked in Russian: “Is it supposed to have blinking green lights?” and “should I leave it on all night?”

The next day, a U.S. official, their spouse, and their child were hit. That same week, the wife of a Justice Department official, who asked “60 Minutes” to withhold her name over safety concerns, was blindsided by a sound in her laundry room in Tbilisi on Oct. 7, 2021.

And it just pierced my ears, came in my left side, felt like it came through the window, into my left ear,” she said.

She had a piercing headache and projectile vomited.

The U.S. intelligence community remains divided, with some agencies expressing “low” or “moderate” confidence in the theory that a foreign adversary is responsible. Meanwhile, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) reported no evidence of physical damage on brain scans of affected patients, and the official stance cites “preexisting conditions, conventional illnesses, and environmental factors” as probable causes.

Attorney Mark Zaid, representing victims, suspects a cover-up, positing that certain lines of inquiry are being deliberately ignored. “There is, in my view, without a doubt, evidence of a cover-up,” Zaid told 60 Minutes.

Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued the following statement to 60 Minutes, “In light of this and the evidence that points away from a foreign adversary, causal mechanism, or unique syndromes linked to AHIs, IC agencies assess those symptoms reported by U.S. personnel probably were the result of factors that did not involve a foreign adversary. These findings do not call into question the very real experiences and symptoms that our colleagues and their family members have reported. We continue to prioritize our work on such incidents, allocating resources and expertise across the government, pursuing multiple lines of inquiry and seeking information to fill the gaps we have identified.”

White House said, “At the start of the Biden-Harris Administration and again following the 2023 Intelligence Community assessment, the White House has directed departments and agencies across the federal government to prioritize investigations into the cause of AHIs and to examine reports thoroughly; to ensure that U.S. Government personnel and their families who report AHIs receive the support and timely access to medical care that they need; and to take reports of AHIs seriously and treat personnel with respect and compassion. The Biden-Harris administration continues to emphasize the importance of prioritizing efforts to comprehensively examine the effects and potential causes of AHIs.”

FBI said in a statement to CBS, “The issue of Anomalous Health Incidents is a top priority for the FBI, as the protection, health and well-being of our employees and colleagues across the federal government is paramount.  We will continue to work alongside our partners in the intelligence community as part of the interagency effort to determine how we can best protect our personnel.  The FBI takes all U.S. government personnel who report symptoms seriously.  In keeping with this practice, the FBI has messaged its workforce on how to respond if they experience an AHI, how to report an incident, and where they can receive medical evaluations for symptoms or persistent effects.”

Niagara Falls Declares State of Emergency to Prepare for Total Solar Eclipse

Canada’s Niagara Falls region has declared a state of emergency to prepare for the upcoming total solar eclipse on April 8th.

In a press release, Niagara Regional Chair Jim Bradley said he issued a state of emergency “out of an abundance of caution.”

Bradley continued in the press release, “Declaring a State of Emergency under the EMCPA strengthens the tools the Region has at its disposal to safeguard the health and safety of residents and visitors and protect our critical infrastructure in any scenario that might arise.”

Ontario Mayor Jim Diodati is expecting the Canadian side of Niagara Falls to receive over one million visitors on the day the eclipse is set to occur, which is the main reason why Niagara officials decided to issue a state of emergency a week in advance before the solar eclipse is set to occur.

Niagara Falls, Canada, has declared a state of emergency ahead of the April 8 total eclipse as 1 million people are expected to flood the area.

The Ontario side of the falls has started to prepare for the expected influx in visitors coming to see the total social eclipse in early April.

The famous falls have been listed by National Geographic as one of the best places to see the eclipse – a phenomena not seen in the area since 1979. The city is within the path where the moon will entirely block the sun for a few minutes.

Mayor Jim Diodati estimated the city would see the most visitors in a single day on April 8 with an estimated 1 million expected. On average, the city see 14 million visit per year.

The state of emergency, which was announced Thursday, will allow the city to execute additional planning to help prepare for traffic jams, cell phone network overloads, and a higher need for emergency services, and more.

The CHP not only retained its hold over Istanbul and Ankara but also extended its influence to traditionally AKP-dominated provinces.

With over 90% of the votes counted, Istanbul’s incumbent Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu (CHP) and Ankara’s Mayor Mansur Yavas (CHP) celebrated resounding victories, indicating a substantial change in the public’s sentiment towards Erdogan’s rule, AP reported.

The AKP, in contrast, witnessed its support plummet nationwide, garnering only 36% of the votes against the CHP’s 37%.

This electoral triumph extends the CHP’s dominion to 36 of Turkey’s 81 provinces. This result marks the party’s poorest showing since Erdogan co-founded it in 2001 and ascended to power the following year.

Actor’s Friend Rushed to Hospital with Heart Attack Symptoms – Things Get Strange When He Begins Having the Same Issues

Earlier this year, BBC broadcaster Gordon Smart recalled a creepy and frightening incident involving his friend, actor Jamie Dornan.

On the Jan. 12 episode of BBC Radio Scotland’s “The Good, the Bad and the Unexpected” podcast, Smart revealed that on a March 2023 golfing trip to Portugal, he began to feel heart attack symptoms, which he attributed to too many espresso martinis, according to People magazine.

Oddly, however, when he returned from the hospital, the 43-year-old broadcaster learned that Dornan, 41, had experienced the same symptoms.

A native of Northern Ireland, Dornan starred in the “Fifty Shades” trilogy of erotic romance films.

Smart, meanwhile, described himself as having kept in decent physical shape.

“Now, I’m a fairly healthy guy but once you start thinking, you’re having a heart attack, you’re pretty sure that you’re convincing yourself that you are having one,” the broadcaster said according to Page Six.

Clearly, therefore, the apparent coincidence of heart attack-related symptoms simultaneously affecting two healthy friends in their early 40s, one of them a fit actor, required an explanation.

On the podcast, Smart described what happened to him and how he discovered the likely culprit.

First, he recalled feeling “tingling in my left hand, then tingling in my left arm,” symptoms he viewed as “normally the sign of the start of a heart attack.”

After passing out in an Uber, he awakened to find himself in a hospital bed. Convinced that he had consumed too much caffeine, he told the doctor about the espresso martinis.

Then, upon discharge, Smart left the hospital and returned to the golfing resort, where he saw Dornan “with all this stuff attached to his chest, saying, ‘Dear me, Gordon, about 20 minutes after you left, my left arm went numb, my left leg went numb, my right leg went numb. And I found myself in the back of an ambulance.'”

People magazine cited a “source close to Dornan” as saying that the actor never actually went to the hospital. But the source did not refute Smart’s account of his friend’s similar symptoms.

Either way, the cause of those symptoms remained a mystery.

Then came the creepy part.

A week after the golf trip ended, the doctor from the hospital called Smart to ask if he had encountered any caterpillars on the golf course.

Yes, caterpillars.

“And it turns out that there are caterpillars on golf courses in the south of Portugal that have been killing people’s dogs and giving men in their 40s heart attacks. It turns out we brushed up against hairy processionary caterpillars and had been very lucky to come out of that one alive,” Smart said.

According to Terrence D. Fitzgerald, distinguished professor of biological sciences at SUNY Cortland, the “pine processionary caterpillar” rates as the “best known of all the processionaries.”

Native to southern Europe, the Near East and North Africa, the insect has a formidable anti-predator defense. Humans, therefore, should take care to avoid them at all costs.

“Contact with the hairs causes skin rashes and eye irritations. Susceptible individuals may also develop an allergic response to a protein associated with the hairs of the caterpillar,” Fitzgerald wrote.

Australian Geographic, in fact, used much more alarming language to describe all types of processionary caterpillars.

For instance, any one of the “millions of long fine, needle-like hairs that cover each caterpillar” can cause blindness if they get into the eyes.

Furthermore, “pregnant horses that mistakenly eat these caterpillars when they’re on grass, will spontaneously abort their unborn foals.”

In other words, it appears Smart and Dornan got lucky.

It is a remarkable and unsettling thing that so many of our most dangerous adversaries are either microscopic or too small to appear threatening.

Perhaps God intended that as a lesson in humility.

Scotland’s fascist “hate crime” law has gone into effect today, meaning the government will be able to freely prosecute individuals they deem to be running afoul of the rules.

The bill, approved by the country’s Muslim and openly anti-white First Minister Humza Yousef, represents one of the broadest and most shameless crackdowns on free speech in the Western world:

The Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act came into force on Monday 1 April and aims to provide greater protection for victims and communities. It consolidates existing legislation and introduces new offences for threatening or abusive behaviour which is intended to stir up hatred based on prejudice towards characteristics such as age, disability, religion, sexual orientation and transgender identity.

The new provisions add to the laws on the statute book for race, which have been in place UK-wide since 1986. Sex has been omitted from the act as a standalone bill designed to tackle misogyny is expected to be laid before the Scottish parliament at a later date.

Among those criticizing the law is Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who argued that it would be used to protect trans activists from criticism.

The legislation was proposed and supported by the Scottish National Party (SNP), a far-left outfit that supports independence from the United Kingdom. Those found guilty of violating the laws face a maximum penalty of seven years behind bars.

Speaking to Sky News, First Minister Yousef said that “strong action” was required to crack down on “acts of hatred.”

“In terms of acts of hatred, I think anybody would recognize in the last few years… hatred has been far too pervasive in our society,” he said. “We have to take strong action against it. We have to have a zero-tolerance approach to it.

Actor Michael Stuhlbarg Injured Following Rock Assault by Homeless Man in New York City

Actor Michael Stuhlbarg became the latest victim of a violent attack in crime-ridden New York City.

The 55-year-old actor experienced an unexpected attack while walking near East 90th Street and East Drive around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, Page Six reported.

A homeless man, later identified as 27-year-old Xavier Israel, assaulted Stuhlbarg by throwing a rock at him, which resulted in a minor laceration on the actor’s head.

Stuhlbarg chased his assailant out of the park, leading to the apprehension of Israel by police officers stationed outside the Russian Consulate on East 91st Street near Fifth Avenue.

Israel has been charged with assault and was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court. His criminal history includes three arrests within a span of ten days in 2022 and convictions for misdemeanor assault and attempted robbery, NY Daily News reported.

At the time of the attack on Stuhlbarg, Israel was on parole for the attempted robbery charge.

He has previously been arrested for two violent assaults and a robbery in January 2022, cops confirmed.

In one incident that month, he knocked a 59-year-old Good Samaritan to the ground and mugged him after the man tried to offer him a coat amid freezing temperatures.

Israel was also arrested for attacking another person who offered him help – this time a 49-year-old woman – and for allegedly beating up two 18-year-olds in Central Park.

The attacks all unfolded within the month of January 2022 and Israel does not have any further criminal record before or after this month, cops told DailyMail.com.

The first incident, where Israel attacked the man who offered him a coat, was caught on surveillance footage.

8 States Now Say Complete Ban on Gas-Powered New Car Sales Coming

The war on gas-powered vehicles continues.

While the White House recently released new rules to phase out gas-powered vehicles by 2032, several states have gone further.

Eight states plan to completely ban the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reported. Who’s leading the charge, you might ask?

Why, it’s California, of course!

They are joined by Rhode Island, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. Washington, D.C., has also committed to the ban, according to Money.

If you live in one of these states, you won’t be forced to take your gas-powered car off the road and can still buy these automobiles used or secondhand.

But what does this mean for consumers in those states?

Electric vehicles already cost more to buy than gas-powered vehicles. And while the argument has repeatedly been made that charging can save consumers money over time, there are countless stories of charging nightmares: from homes catching fire, to broken charging stations, to long charging times, to power grids unable to support the charging infrastructure.

All of the above issues cost consumers more money and time, not to mention how much replacing a battery in an EV can cost.

Also, when looking at the manufacturing of these vehicles — the mining to produce the lithium-ion batteries, the factory production of the vehicles — pollution still exists, and it doesn’t seem to reduce much of anything. In fact, per Earth.org, “Almost 4 tonnes of CO2 are released during the production process of a single electric car and, in order to break even, the vehicle must be used for at least 8 years to offset the initial emissions by 0.5 tonnes of prevented emissions annually.”

But despite all of these issues, the left keeps pressing on full steam — or, I guess, full lithium-ion battery — ahead.

If massive U.S. carmakers can’t stave off government overreach, what hope do the rest of us have?

This plan is yet another great example of the left’s priorities being out of step — and more importantly, it highlights their totally backwards definition of freedom.

Take California for instance. According to the ACLU of Southern California, “Pregnant people in California have a fundamental right to choose to have an abortion, and you do not have to provide any reason or medical justification for getting one. This right is protected under California’s Constitution and state law.”

So a woman, although the left can’t even define woman instead using the term “pregnant people,” has the freedom to murder her unborn child, and the government should have no say whatsoever in that decision in the state of California. But that same state can force you to drive only an electric or hybrid vehicle in the the name of what is best for the environment.

What about when New York Gov. Cathy Hochul signed an executive order to protect giving “gender affirming care” to minors?

Again, New York can provide freedom to underage children to mutilate their bodies on the alter of the transgender movement, but it is a step too far to allow citizens to drive a gas-powered vehicle — because that goes against the “religion” of climate change.

Obviously, I don’t have the space here to provide an exhaustive list of all the abhorrent things these states are doing in the name of “freedom.”

I’m sure the reader is well aware of anything I could say.

The point is how the left views freedom. We should have the freedom to pick what type of car we purchase. Children in the womb should have the freedom to live. Youth should have the freedom to grow up without the malicious influence of transgender idealogues causing lifelong damage to their bodies.

Do you want to kill an innocent child on a whim? California will protect you in doing so.

Do you want to give children puberty blockers and mutilate their bodies only for them to revile you when they become adults and realize you’ve butchered them? Gov. Hochul has you covered.

Do you want to keep purchasing new gas-powered vehicles into the late 2030s and beyond? That is off the table.

Our nation is bound together by a system of roads and highways. Cars make life possible. The war on gas-powered cars in favor of expensive unreliable EVs is going to make life gradually harder.

Abortion and transgender “care,” on the other hand, only destroy life.

If the left cares about the freedom to “choose” as they often frame arguments in favor of abortion and transgenderism, why not let people choose what cars they drive?

UC Berkeley Accused of ‘Systemic Racism’ for Allegedly Banning White People from California Community Farm Co-Owned by University

The Gill Tract Community Farm, which is co-owned by the University of California- Berkeley, has allegedly banned White people from their farm on Saturdays, designating the day exclusively for use by ‘Black, Indigenous, and People of Color’ (BIPOC).

A complaint was filed with the US Department of Education by the Mountain States Legal Foundation (MSLF), with some criticizing the move as an example of ‘systemic racism.’

According to their website,” The UC Gill Tract Community Farm is a collaborative community project between the University of California Berkeley and the local community, focused on issues of food justice and urban farming.  It is located in Albany, CA, at the corner of San Pablo Ave and Marin Ave. It is an urban farm where you can come and harvest food for yourself and your family in exchange for help with weeding, planting, and watering.  It also hosts a sliding-scale farmstand and partners with several East Bay community organizations and food pantries to distribute fresh organic produce to those who lack access to it.”

William Trachman, general counsel for MSLF, told The New York Post,  “UC-Berkeley thinks that racial segregation is progressive now, but it’s no different than segregation of the past.”

MSLF’s complaint includes an email from a farm program manager telling someone, “Saturdays are exclusively BIPOC. Exceptions have only been made for events that are BIPOC-centered and with plenty of advance notice and planning.”

The New York Post reports:

“Preventing Caucasians from accessing Berkeley’s College of Natural Resources Farm on Saturdays is a clear violation of Title VI, which bars educational institutions from engaging in or allowing race discrimination,” added Trachman, a UC-Berkeley alumnus himself.

He said the feds should open a sweeping audit of every UC-Berkeley program to ferret out what he claimed was “systemic racism.”

The complaint includes an email from a farm program manager telling someone, “Saturdays are exclusively BIPOC. Exceptions have only been made for events that are BIPOC-centered and with plenty of advance notice and planning.”

“I trust you stand in solidarity with upholding boundaries around that safe and sacred space,” the farm manager said.

A UC-Berkeley rep told The Post they were not aware of the discrimination complaint until contacted by the outlet.

UC-Berkeley spokesman Dan Mogulof told The Post, “The anonymous texts attached to the complaint have no specific information about time or place. And, as you can see, the Gill Tract’s website and calendar make no mention whatsoever of any program or activity of the sort described in the complaint.”

Rep. Keith Self: In the Face of a Black Swan Event, History is on Our Side

President Biden has signaled to the world that America is weak. With feckless leaders like Vice President Kamala Harris and Cabinet Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas joining him, it is no wonder that Biden’s resolve is being tested by our adversaries.

Catherine Herridge, a former senior investigative reporter for CBS News, lit up the interwebs in December with an ominous prediction. Herridge stated, “I just feel a lot of concern that 2024 may be the year of a black swan event. This is a national security event with high impact that’s very hard to predict.”

She is not alone in her thinking. “Black swan” is becoming more and more probable with each passing day that the Biden administration projects weakness. Even the intelligence community is alert to the prospects that a crisis may be coming to America. As the probabilities increase, the anticipation grows with regard to financial collapse, widespread cyberattacks or a Deep State declared “national emergency”. Toss in the fact that it’s an election year, and the conditions are indeed suitable for a black swan event.

The Biden administration’s flawed policies have led to the atrophy of American muscle. Our military is wasting away under the strain of DEI initiatives that divert vital resources away from lethality. Our strategic petroleum reserves have been depleted. The border is open to terrorists, foreign military-age males and the dregs of other societies. The once vibrant Trump economy is spiraling downward due to record inflation, and out-of-control government spending.
Sadly, the far left is not solely to blame. Spineless Republicans, who campaigned as conservatives, are refusing to engage in the fight to prevent the radical transformation of America. Just last Friday for example, 101 Republicans joined autocratic Democrats to pass a $1.2 trillion omnibus package that funds the very programs at the core of dismantling our Constitutional Republic.

As sharks prey on America’s exceptionalism, Washington politicians continue adding chum to the waters. Their actions leave Americans pondering how to respond to the potential crisis looming on the horizon.
In the event that a black swan event occurs, it is imperative not to surrender an ounce of freedom or liberty to the demands of an authoritarian regime. The most egregious example of government over-reach in our life-time occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic when Americans exchanged their personal liberty for mandates imposed by government bureaucrats.

Following the fall of the old Soviet Union, freedom was crowding out tyranny in Russia. Seizing his moment to take control, Vladimir Putin orchestrated a black swan event under the guise of protectionism. Putin told the Russian people, “Give up your freedom to me, and I will use my power to keep Russia safe.” Nearly twenty-five years later, the Russian people remain subservient to the dictates of their iron-fisted President.

Now is the time to stand firm against tyranny, not after its tentacles have inserted their influence in every aspect of a free society. It is incumbent upon each of us to remain vigilant against impending danger by recalling who we are as a nation, founded by scrappy underdogs that defeated an army of imperial force.

The American people today are yearning for leaders who offer hope amidst the decay brought on by high energy prices, skyrocketing inflation and unending conflicts across the globe.

Leading America through the coming crisis will require a statesman like Ronald Reagan, a warrior like Dwight Eisenhower, a patriot like Abraham Lincoln or a visionary like George Washington. Each of these leaders had an unwavering determination to press on against the winds of adversity in order to do what was necessary to preserve our Republic.
Courageous leaders often emerge during moments of great need, stress, or danger. I have seen leaders arise from the unlikeliest of candidates when pressed against insurmountable odds during combat situations.

It is vital that each of us leads where we are planted and utilize our gifts to reinforce family values and strengthen our communities. These are the building blocks of America, not edicts from Washington. Get involved, and remain focused on the traditional values that are the cornerstone of our Constitutional Republic.

Don’t ever lose heart. In the face of a black swan, history is on our side. We’ve met and conquered seemingly insurmountable challenges before, and I believe we will do it again.

Orlando Magic Basketball Star Jonathan Isaac Slams White House After Biden Unapologetically Proclaims Easter as Transgender Day of Visibility: “They Know Exactly What They are Doing”

Joe Biden drew massive criticism over his Good Friday proclamation of Easter Sunday as Transgender Day of Visibility from conservatives, Christians, and even from NBA stars, as the Orlando Magic’s Jonathan Isaac slammed Biden on Saturday for “promot[ing] division.”

Isaac, in the past, has refused to wear a ‘Black Lives Matter’ shirt and take a knee or remain seated for the national anthem with his teammates, coaches and referees in 2020, telling reporters, “kneeling or wearing a Black Lives Matter t-shirt don’t go hand in hand with supporting black lives… My life has been supported through the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

He also refused to take the COVID-19 vaccine, saying, “It seemed that there was so much pressure in doing it. I don’t see the wisdom in putting something into my body that’s not going to stop me from getting the virus or transmitting it, for which he faced backlash from leftists in the media.

“NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility,” the White House declared on Good Friday. “I call upon all Americans to join us in lifting up the lives and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation and to work toward eliminating violence and discrimination based on gender identity.”

Biden, who says he is a “devout” Catholic, also banned religious artwork from the White House Easter egg competition.

As Kristinn Taylor reported earlier, in response to the backlash from Americans, the Regime spent Saturday afternoon and evening pushing back against criticism, and the White House released an official statement from Biden Sunday morning about Easter. Biden also posted about Easter several times on social media.

Still, none of Biden’s statements addressed concerns about the controversies regarding his transgender proclamation nor the banning of religious themes in the White House Easter Egg contest for children of National Guard members.

Joe Biden on Monday participated in the annual White House Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn after he insulted millions of Christians and declared Easter Sunday ‘Transgender Visibility Day.’

40,000 people are expected to attend the 144th Easter Egg Roll. According to reports, there are 64,000 eggs on the South Lawn.

Dr. Jill and the Easter bunnies escorted Biden out to the White House balcony.

Trade Disputes and Diverging Views on Ukraine: French and Chinese Foreign Ministers Try To Smooth Differences in Preparation to XI Jinping’s May Visit to France

As French President Emmanuel Macron was making a PR trip to the Brazilian Amazon Forest in his rather desperate search for positive agenda photo-ops, his newly appointed foreign minister Stéphane Séjourné met with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi to prepare a planned May visit to France by leader Xi Jinping.

MSM will tell you that Séjourné ‘pressed China’ today (1) on trade issues and also the war in Ukraine.

The French FM is repeating the EU line taken by most EU European leaders – a stance that has precious little chance of changing China’s actions.

Associated Press reported:

“’The rebalancing of our economic partnership is a priority, as it is for our European partners’, Séjourné said at a joint news conference with Wang. ‘The European Union is a very open market, the most open in the world. But the current deficits with a certain number of countries, including China, are not sustainable for us’.

European officials have expressed concern that a flood of low-priced Chinese-made electric vehicles could disrupt production and displace jobs in Europe. The EU is investigating whether Chinese government subsidies for EVs give an unfair advantage to Chinese auto exporters. European companies operating in China are complaining that recent changes to national security laws have made it riskier to invest and do business in the country.”

Chinese officials, for their part, object to the EU’s ‘de-risking’ strategy of relying too much on China for vital supplies and minerals.

FM Wang hopes it doesn’t negatively affect business sentiment.

“’I believe the facts have proved and will continue to prove that China constitutes opportunities to Europe, rather than risks’, he said. ‘The two sides are partners not opponents’.

He also said that China is willing to import more ‘high-quality French products and services’ and is working to resolve the concerns raised by European companies, including restrictions on the transfer of data overseas.”

Of course, Ukraine was a topic for the EU leader.

Politico reported:

“The Chinese government ‘plays a key role in the respect of international law, including on Ukraine’s sovereignty, and therefore we are clearly expecting that China will send very clear messages to Russia’, Séjourné said during a press conference in the Chinese capital speaking alongside his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.

China presents itself as neutral on the Ukraine war and hasn’t formally condemned Russia for the invasion. Instead, Beijing has deepened ties with Moscow — even deciding to ditch the United States dollar for bilateral trade.

Last month, China’s special envoy for Eurasian affairs warned about the war escalating and said both Ukraine and Russia ‘agree that negotiations, rather than guns, will ultimately end this war’. China wants Europe to let Russia sit at the table for future peace talks — or Beijing will boycott such discussions.”

Cochva and a group of friends began to sing Israeli songs after they encountered the protesters, sharing some of the moments on her Instagram, including the moment a Hamas cheerleader hit her in the face with a wooden pole.

Cochva shared on Telegram, “They decided to hold an extreme protest here. We knew it was not safe, we were afraid, but we could not stop ourselves and wanted to show a bit ourselves. We were 10 Israelis against 5,000 lunatics. We had to.”

WAYNE ROOT: On Easter Week “He Has Risen.” And So Has President Donald J. Trump

What a week! We just concluded Easter Week- the holiest week in the Christian faith- to celebrate the day that Jesus Christ arose from the dead.

Or as Democrats call it- “Transgender Day of Visibility.”

I’ll get to that story later, but first I have to educate you on someone who rose to new heights of fame, wealth and political popularity this week- President Donald J. Trump.

With everything happening around a major American holiday and a busy news week you may not have even noticed.

But this past Easter week was perhaps the greatest week for anyone in the history of U.S. presidential politics. President Trump rose to new heights.

No, I’m not saying Trump is God. I’m not comparing him to Jesus Christ. Trump is, as I keep saying, “the Chosen One.” But what I mean by that phrase is simply that Trump has been chosen by God to lead the battle of good vs evil in America – the greatest nation in world history ever blessed by God.

God works in mysterious ways- and it’s clear he has chosen Trump to expose the Deep State traitors…to take down the forces of evil trying to intentionally destroy this great country… and to be the ultimate disrupter to make America Great again.

And the result of “being chosen by God” is what I call “the Trump Miracle.” It’s happening all around us. Here are a few Trump miracles during Easter week…

The week began with dark storm clouds over Trump. Every liberal and fake news media member in America thought Trump would be financially destroyed last Monday. Trump was out of time and choices. He’d either have several of his valuable properties seized by the state of New York, or perhaps be forced to declare bankruptcy to protect his real estate empire. One way or another, Trump was going to be either left for dead- politically and financially- or embarrassed like no one in history.

And then a judge intervened at the last possible moment to dramatically lower the bond requirements. Unlike any other political figure in world history, Trump says he has $175 million to put up to address the bond requirements. Trump pulled a rabbit out of a hat like David Copperfield.

Another one of those “Trump miracles.”

But then something even more amazing happened. Trump’s stock deal for TruthSocial, his social media company, was approved by the SEC. Overnight Trump gained about $4 billion in new net worth.

Does that qualify as a “miracle?” Let me ask you, has any politician, in any country, ever made $4 billion in a week? Nope. Nothing like this has ever happened in the history of the world.

Another “Trump Miracle.”

Begrudgingly, liberal Trump-hater Bloomberg had to add Trump for the very first time to Bloomberg’s list of the 500 wealthiest billionaires on the planet.

Another miracle.

Trump suddenly jumped over his evil nemesis George Soros. That’s right. You won’t hear this on the mainstream media, but conservative billionaire Trump is now richer than Marxist billionaire Soros.

Another miracle.

Trump’s company (ticker symbol DJT- how cool is that?) now has a market value of about $8 billion- higher than Trump’s evil nemesis, the world-famous and liberal-beloved New York Times.

Another miracle.

Then the best news of the entire amazing, magical, magnificent week- RFJ Jr. picked his Vice Presidential running mate. It was the most disastrous choice since George McGovern picked a mental patient as his running mate.

Because RFK Jr. picked Nicole Shanahan, a beautiful, wealthy, 38-year-old divorcee who funds ultra-left “defund the police,” social justice, and extreme environmental causes. She wants social workers instead of cops. She gave 6-figure donations to the Marxist DA who ruined both San Francisco and Los Angeles by letting every criminal out with “no bail.” These are the values she learned at her yoga retreats.

Thank you RFK for making the worst and most bizarre VP pick in modern history. At least now we know which organ RFK Jr. thinks with.

Not one GOP voter, or independent in America will even think of voting for RFK and his “Sugar Momma.” He will only draw votes away from Biden (aka “Captain Dementia”) or his emergency replacement.

Another miracle.

It was the greatest week in history for Trump after all of that. But then Biden (and his boss Obama) gave Trump two more miracles. Completely unforced errors of monumental proportions.

First, Trump and Biden appeared in New York on the same day. Trump attended the wake of a hero police officer who was murdered by a 21-time criminal who was walking around as a free man because of liberal policies. The officer leaves behind a young wife and 1 year old baby boy. Trump attended the wake…prayed with the widow…and donated to the family’s charity.

Meanwhile across town, Biden was attending a $100,000 per donor fundraiser to raise $25 million for his campaign. It never occurred to Biden or his staff to find an hour to attend the wake of the dead officer? Nor to even make a statement of sorrow?

This was one of the worst optics in the history of politics.

And finally, just when you thought the week couldn’t get any better for Trump, Biden replaced Easter with the “Transgender Day of Visibility.” Then he doubled down. Then Kamala tripled down. Biden becomes the first politician in the history of America to offend and violate every Christian voter in the country on their holiest holiday.

Folks, these are gifts straight from God.

So, trust me on this one. Jesus Christ rose on Easter week. But this year, so did President Donald J. Trump. This was a week filled with Trump miracles. And Trump has now risen to new heights of fame, wealth, political strength and popularity.

Massive Crane Being Used in Baltimore Key Bridge Clean Up Operation Has CIA Past

The massive crane tasked with cleaning up the wreckage of the Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge Collapse has a long past with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

The U.S. Naval Institute has reported that the Chesapeake, the largest crane on the East Coast, arrived to assist in the efforts of cleaning up the wreckage left behind from the Dali crashing into the Francis Scott Key Bridge on Friday.

According to the UNI, the Chesapeake, formerly named the SUN 800, was built by the CIA “to recover the Soviet Golf II ballistic missile submarine K-129, which sunk in 1968.”

The CIA used the SUN 800 to help assist in the construction of the Hughes Glomar Explorer.

The Hughes Glomar explorer was a “deep-sea drillship platform built for Project Azorian, the secret 1974 effort by the United States Central Intelligence Agency’s Special Activities Division to recover the Soviet submarine K-129.”

By conducting  Project Azorian, the CIA was able to recover several Soviet crew members who were on board the Soviet submarine K-129.

Arizona Rancher Murder Trial: Critical Evidence *Never Recovered* – Prosecution Cannot Definitively Prove Kelly Fired the Fatal Shot

On January 30, 2023, Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, 75, was arrested and charged with the murder of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea.  Cuen-Buitimea was crossing the border from his hometown of Nogales, Mexico, with a group of seven other illegal immigrants donning camouflage attire and rifles.

One of the illegal immigrants said the squad of armed men crossed the border into the United States to look for work but scattered after seeing Border Patrol agents.  Shortly thereafter, Kelly became aware of the group.

He was making lunch when he heard a single gunshot and then noticed five of the men crossing through his 170-acre ranch along the southern border.  Kelly claims he saw one of the men point their rifle at him when he went to his porch to investigate.  Kelly responded by firing warning shots with his own rifle over the group’s heads.

Cuen-Buitimea was struck by a bullet that allegedly came from Kelly’s rifle. However, responding officers, including local police and US Border Patrol, did not initially find Cuen-Buitimea’s body when they investigated.  It wasn’t until later when Kelly went to check on his horse, that the body was discovered.

Kelly had previously called the police several times that day to report a group of armed men trespassing through his property.

Arizona Rancher Goes on Trial For Killing Illegal Alien on His Property

The trial began last week as the State in the Santa Cruz Superior Court as prosecutors seek a second-degree murder conviction after downgrading the charge from first-degree murder.  However, on Friday, during the trial, a key piece of evidence was revealed to be missing:  the bullet that killed Cuen-Buitimea was never recovered.

During the testimony of forensic scientist Rick Wyant, defense attorney Brenna Larkin asked, “So number one, you can’t prove who the shooter was, correct?” to which Wyant answered, “That’s correct.”

Tuscon’s 13 News published a video excerpt of this part of the testimony:

“You can’t prove which firearm caused this wound.  Is that correct?” she asked.

“Caused the wound? Correct.”

“You can’t prove which type of ammunition caused this wound, correct?”

“That is true.”

“You can’t prove which bullet caused this wound, correct?”

“Also true.”

“Can’t prove which direction this shot came from, correct?”

“Correct.”

“And we can’t prove how far away this shot came from other than further than 6 feet away from this person, correct?”

“Yes, true.”

Without a bullet, forensic experts cannot determine whether it was Kelly’s rifle that fired the fatal shot, which all but narrows this case down to the 75-year old American rancher’s word against that of the prosecution’s witness, 43-year old Daniel Ramirez, an illegal immigrant from Honduras.

Ramirez testified on day three of the trial and admitted that he had previously smuggled drugs across the border, as reported by FOX News.

He also reported that he’d attempted to cross the border eight to ten times previously and had been deported multiple times during those efforts.  He testified that it cost him $2,500, paid to human smugglers, each time he had crossed the border.

Kelly’s wife of 53 years, Wanda Kelly, set up a GiveSendGo  for defense donations after “several” GoFundMe pages were taken down “because of the charges against him”, according to the Associated Press.  So much for “innocent until proven guilty”.

The trial will resume tomorrow, April 2nd.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday said it’s misinformation that Biden declared Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility.”

A White House reporter asked KJP about Biden’s blasphemous declaration.

“So surprised by the misinformation that’s been out there!” KJP said. “Every year for the past several years on March 31st – Transgender Day of Visibility is marked!”

KJP continued to insult millions of Christians: “As you know…Easter falls on different Sundays…and this year it happened to coincide with Transgender Visibility Day! And so that it the simple fact. That is what has happened. That is where we are!”

KJP said Christians and conservatives have ‘purposely’ spread misinformation about Biden’s blasphemous declaration.

She went on to lecture Christians and accused conservatives of dividing the country.

Pure evil.

Former NFL Cornerback Vontae Davis Found Dead at 35

Vontae Davis, a former NFL cornerback for the Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts, was found dead inside his grandmother’s home in Southwest Florida on Monday.

Vontae Davis was only 35 years old.

According to WSVN-TV, police are launching an investigation into what caused his death but have confirmed no foul play was involved.

Davis made national headlines back in 2018 when the two-time pro bowler shocked his teammates and coaches when he decided to retire during halftime during the Bills game against the Chargers.

Former NFL cornerback Vontae Davis was found dead in a Florida mansion, police said Monday.

He was 35.

Officers were called Monday morning to a residence in the 6000 block of SW 178th Avenue by the house assistant, who discovered Davis’ body, the Davie Police Department said in a statement.

“Preliminary information suggests that foul play is not involved,” the department said.

Family and friends were shocked by the loss of their loved one at such a young age.

Davis’ long-time friend Bobby Maze took to Facebook and wrote, “You beat the odds, you made it. You did it your way. It just wasn’t supposed to end like this.”

During his ten years in the NFL, Davis played in 121 games and racked up 395 tackles and 22 interceptions.

The cause of Davis’ death has not been released.

California Highway 1 Collapses Leaving 2,000 Tourists Stranded

Nearly 2,000 motorists, who are mostly tourists, are stranded after a portion of scenic Highway 1 collapsed in the Big Sur region of California over the weekend.

California Department of Transporation officials reported on Saturday afternoon that chunks of asphalt from the southbound lane of Highway 1, located near the Rocky Creek Bridge, fell into the ocean after heavy rain hit the area.

The bridge’s collapse caused the California Highway Patrol to immediately close the highway, resulting in nearly 2,000 tourists being stranded in the area.

The California Highway Patrol stated, “This will likely be an extended road closure. We are working on a plan to get motorists evacuated from the area.”

Per The New York Times:

A portion of scenic Highway 1 in the Big Sur area of California collapsed Saturday stranding about 2,000 motorists, mostly tourists, overnight.

Officials with the California Department of Transportation said on Sunday that a section of the southbound highway located in the Central Coast, would remain closed to the public while crews worked on the affected areas. Large chunks of the road fell into the ocean. The highway, also known as the Pacific Coast Highway, features stretches of rocky cliffs, lush mountains, panoramic beaches and coastal redwood forests.

There were no reported injuries. Caltrans, the agency, did not give an estimate of when it expected to fully reopen the highway.

Officials did not say what led to the collapse, but torrential rain battered the area near Rocky Creek Bridge, which is about 17 miles south of Monterey.

Several convoys have already been deployed to start moving some of the stranded tourists and essential workers, but many remain stranded until further notice.

DEVELOPING: Driver Rams Vehicle Into Front Security Gate at FBI HQ in Atlanta (VIDEO)

A male driver rammed a vehicle into a front security gate at the FBI’s Atlanta headquarters on Monday.

The unidentified suspect was taken into custody. The motive for the crash is not known at this time.

According to reports, the suspect tried to follow another vehicle through the gate when a barrier gate popped up to stop him.

Authorities are considering state and federal charges against the suspect, according to ABC News.

Bomb technicians were deployed to inspect the vehicle.

No one was injured.

“I Didn’t Do That” – Old Joe Denies he Declared Easter Sunday as Transgender Day of Visibility

Joe Biden denied he issued an official proclamation last week declaring March 31–Easter Sunday–Transgender Day of Visibility.

“NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility,” the White House declared on Good Friday. “I call upon all Americans to join us in lifting up the lives and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation and to work toward eliminating violence and discrimination based on gender identity.”

Biden also banned any Christian-themed designs from being submitted to the White House’s Easter-themed art contest.

This is even though Easter is a Christian holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Biden’s comments were reportedly in response to House Speaker Mike Johnson, who slammed him for betraying “the central tenet of Easter — which is the resurrection of Jesus Christ” and “banning sacred truth and tradition.”

White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates later doubled down, saying, “Biden is right. He did nothing in conflict with the ‘tenets’ of Easter, which he celebrated yesterday,” even though the ‘Devout Catholic’ banned Christian-themed designs from the White House’s Easter art contest.

KJP continued to insult millions of Christians: “As you know, for folks who understand the calendar,” she said with contempt and the suggestion that Americans are stupid, “Easter falls on different Sundays… and this year it happened to coincide with Transgender Visibility Day! And so that is the simple fact. That is what has happened. That is where we are!”

However, while the pseudo-holiday just “happened to coincide” with Easter, similar proclamations were previously issued on March 31, 2021, March 30, 2022, and March 30, 2023.

Thus, it appears likely that the White House’s decision to release its 2024 proclamation earlier, on March 29, 2024, which was also Good Friday, was an attempt to spark outrage and diminish the importance of Holy Week.

The intentionality of the anti-Christian move is further evidenced by Kamala Harris’ refusal to mention Christians or Jesus Christ in her brief ‘Happy Easter’ message while having much longer messages in celebration of abortion and the Regime’s blasphemous ‘Transgender Day of Visibility.’

This is also the same Regime that uses the FBI to target Christians and single them out as potential domestic terrorists.

Alvin Bragg Urges Judge Merchan to Expand Trump’s Gag Order to Include Family Members of Trial Participants After MNSBC’s Nicolle Wallace Throws Tantrum

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg asked far-left NY Judge Juan Merchan to amend Trump’s gag order to include family members of trial participants.

Bragg urged the judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ trial to expand the gag order over ‘dangerous and violent’ rhetoric after Trump defended himself against alleged attacks from Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan – a far-left political operative.

“Defendant’s dangerous, violent, and reprehensible rhetoric fundamentally threatens the integrity of these proceedings and is intended to intimidate witnesses and trial participants alike— including this Court,” Bragg’s prosecutor wrote in a motion on Monday.

Bragg’s motion asking the judge to expand Trump’s gag order comes after MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace threw a tantrum on Sunday.

“Donald Trump broke the rule of law, and we should cover a broken judiciary in this country. Donald Trump managed to delay every federal criminal trial based on facts that he barely denies. Donald Trump managed to enlist the Supreme Court in a delayed process, the highest court in the land. Donald Trump brazenly and repeatedly attacks not just judges,” Wallace said on Sunday as she threw her papers in the air.

On Friday, prosecutors in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office said President Trump violated Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order when he criticized the judge’s daughter on social media.

The far-left judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial hit President Trump with a gag order last Tuesday.

Judge Juan Merchan ordered Trump to refrain from making any public statements about witnesses and jurors in the Stormy Daniels case.

President Trump’s attorneys on Friday said the former president didn’t violate the gag order because Loren Merchan is not a witness or a juror.

“The Court cannot ‘direct’ President Trump to do something that the gag order does not require,” Trump’s lawyers Todd Blanche and Susan Necheles wrote to Merchan in a response to the prosecution’s letter, according to AP. “To ‘clarify or confirm’ the meaning of the gag order in the way the People suggest would be to expand it.”

The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign. The media has infantilized Loren Merchan in an effort to attack Trump’s First Amendment-protected speech.

President Trump last Wednesday said the daughter of the far-left judge who just hit him with a gag order in the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ case posted a photo of him behind bars.

Trump called on NY Judge Juan Merchan to recuse himself after his daughter who represents “Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Liberals,” posted a picture of him in jail.

An X account that Trump alleged belonged to Loren Merchan (The Gateway Pundit was unable to confirmed it was her account) posted a photo of Trump behind bars. The photo has since been changed to a picture of Kamala Harris.

Mysterious Foul Smell ‘Resembling Sulfur or Burnt Rubber’ Reported in Finland’s Capital Helsinki

Finland joined NATO, security on its Russian border was reinforced on both sides and to put a little more pressure on the bilateral relations, Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen ‘did not rule out sending Western troops to Ukraine in the future’ during an interview with the British newspaper Financial Times.

She did say that, at the moment, there is no such need, but the escalation is evident.

The head of the Finnish Foreign Ministry noted that the West does not know what the conflict will lead to and what will happen in the future, so there is no need to “reveal all the cards.”

So, now in this context, it has arisen today that a strong and foul smell ‘resembling that of sulfur or burnt rubber’ was detected in the region around Finland’s capital Helsinki.

The smell has been reported in an area spanning at least 37 miles along Finland’s southern coastline. And some are ready to say that it comes from Russia’s Saint Petersburg.

“‘The rescue department and other authorities are looking into the matter’, [the department] wrote in a post on X.

There was no immediate indication that the smell was a health hazard, it added.

Russian media outlet Fontanka reported on Sunday that residents in several areas of St Petersburg, the Russian city closest to Finland, had complained of an unpleasant odor, comparing it to that of gas, garbage or burnt rubber.”

“’In Helsinki and Uusimaa more widely, a strong smell in the air has been noticed from time to time. The rescue service and other authorities are currently investigating the matter’, the agency wrote on X.

Many have written on social media that the stench is originating across the sea, from the Russian city of Saint Petersburg.

“‘It reached Vasilyevsky Island. It smells like a mixture of garbage, burnt rubber and burning. I woke up from the smell at 7 a.m., closed all the windows’, Russian user Dasha Nukolova wrote on X.

‘Yes, at Primorskaya you can’t breathe either, there’s a terrible smell, like gas. I woke up with a headache and couldn’t breathe’, wrote another user, Masha Artamonova.”

RFK Jr.’s Sister Fears His ‘Dangerous’ Campaign Will Take Votes From Biden, Return Trump to White House

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s sister has expressed her fear that her brother’s campaign will ultimately put Donald Trump in the White House.

Rory Kennedy, 55, said in an interview on ABC that her brother’s presidential ambitions were “dangerous to our country” because they risked undermining Joe Biden’s campaign.

“My biggest concern with Bobby’s run is that he is going to take votes away from Biden, and I think this election is going to come down to a handful of votes in a handful of states,” she told host George Stephanopoulos.

“And I am concerned that voting for Bobby is going to take votes away from Biden and lead to a Trump election,” she continued. “And I’m very concerned what that will do to our country and to the world over the ensuing four years.”

The Kennedy family has repeatedly denounced their brother over his anti-establishment views and recently excluded him from a family photo at the White House.

Last week, RFK JR. announced Nicole Shanahan as his running mate during an event in Oakland, California, sparking concern among the Biden strategists that he could take votes from the left.

When you break down the factors surrounding this crash, it becomes more and more suspicious. Investigators originally lied about wind speed on the water that day. It turns out there was very little wind that would have had zero effect on turning the ship towards the main pillar of the bridge.

The New Federal State of China, the organization aimed at taking down the Chinese Communist Party, insists the CCP used something called “Remote Towing Technology” to hijack the ship. Whistleblowers inside the CCP believe the crash was a deliberate terrorist attack carried out by Chinese hackers.

POLL: Michelle Obama Loses in Hypothetical 2024 Matchup to President Trump by Same Margin as Joe Biden

A recent poll from J.L. Partners, conducted March 20-March 24, 2024, shows that Michelle Obama would lose by three points in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup against President Trump, further squashing the prospect of the Democrats yanking Biden from the race for Michelle.

It is no better than Joe Biden, who also trails Trump by three points in a head-to-head race and by four points when other candidates are included in the poll.

Trump leads Biden in all but a few general election polls to date.

Things went downhill fast when Joe Biden recounted a bizarre story about his adult grandchildren sneaking into his bed.

“What are your favorite memories in the White House?” Al Roker asked Biden.

“Our kids jumping in bed with us – our grandkids, when they’re down here. They’re sneaking up and jumping in bed with us. That’s my favorite memory,” Biden said.

He continued, “They love it. They love wandering through the halls. There’s two floors upstairs, a lot of bedrooms, the private residence and they just love coming down.”

First Human Case of Highly Pathogenic Avian Flu Detected in Texas After Contact with Infected Dairy Cattle

The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) issued a health alert after confirming the first human case of the novel avian influenza A(H5N1) in the state.

The infected individual fell ill after coming into contact with dairy cows believed to be carrying the avian flu, with conjunctivitis being the primary symptom reported. This incident marks only the second time the avian influenza A(H5N1) virus has been identified in a human in the United States.

The case is linked to recent findings of the virus in dairy cows, as announced by the Texas Animal Health Commission.

In March 2024, testing for influenza was conducted on several animals in Texas and Kansas due to signs of illness. These animals included wild birds, cats, and dairy cows. Some of these tests returned positive for avian influenza A(H5N1), marking the first time the virus has been detected in cattle within the United States.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), along with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has reported that a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI), initially detected in dairy cows in Texas and Kansas, has now spread to additional herds in Michigan, Idaho, and New Mexico.

Despite avian influenza A(H5N1) viruses rarely being transmitted from person to person, the risk to the general public is considered low. However, individuals with close contact with animals suspected of carrying the virus face a heightened risk of infection.

Healthcare providers should be alert to the possibility of avian influenza A(H5N1) in patients exhibiting flu-like symptoms and who have a history of exposure to potentially infected animals or unpasteurized milk from affected dairy farms.

Signs and symptoms to watch for include fever, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, headaches, fatigue, eye redness, breathing difficulties, and gastrointestinal issues.

Severe cases of avian influenza A(H5N1) in humans have included serious complications such as pneumonia, respiratory failure, and even death.

Although this is an evolving situation, the risk to the general public is low. People can protect themselves against flu by washing their hands often, covering their coughs and sneezes, not picking up dead birds and animals, and staying home if sick.

Routine antiviral treatment, such as Tamiflu (oral oseltamivir), is known to be effective against flu. If you suspect you have influenza, discuss treatment options with your healthcare provider.

Pasteurization is the process of heating milk to a high enough temperature for enough time to kill harmful germs in the milk, including all kinds of flu viruses. It looks like old habits do die hard as UC Berkley is accused of systemic racism for banning white people from a California community farm.

The Gateway Pundit reports,

The Gill Tract Community Farm, which is co-owned by the University of California- Berkeley, has allegedly banned White people from their farm on Saturdays, designating the day exclusively for use by ‘Black, Indigenous, and People of Color’ (BIPOC).

A complaint was filed with the US Department of Education by the Mountain States Legal Foundation (MSLF), with some criticizing the move as an example of ‘systemic racism.’

According to their website,” The UC Gill Tract Community Farm is a collaborative community project between the University of California Berkeley and the local community, focused on issues of food justice and urban farming.  It is located in Albany, CA, at the corner of San Pablo Ave and Marin Ave. It is an urban farm where you can come and harvest food for yourself and your family in exchange for help with weeding, planting, and watering.  It also hosts a sliding-scale farmstand and partners with several East Bay community organizations and food pantries to distribute fresh organic produce to those who lack access to it.”

William Trachman, general counsel for MSLF, told The New York Post,  “UC-Berkeley thinks that racial segregation is progressive now, but it’s no different than segregation of the past.”

MSLF’s complaint includes an email from a farm program manager telling someone, “Saturdays are exclusively BIPOC. Exceptions have only been made for events that are BIPOC-centered and with plenty of advance notice and planning.”

What will they bring back next? Maybe they will have special water fountains for “BIPOC” individuals, or maybe reserved seating at the back of a bus.

The overt racism of the left is on full display as they go back to their roots.

The Biden campaign on Monday held a press conference with former Capitol Police Sergeant Aquilino Gonell and Metropolitan Police Officer Daniel Hodges, (both witnesses at the January 6th House Select Committee Hearing).

Biden’s campaign staffers spent the presser trashing Trump for attending slain NYPD officer Jonathan Diller’s wake.

Last week Joe Biden partied at a ritzy fundraiser with out-of-touch celebrities while President Trump attended a wake for a fallen NYPD police officer.

Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton were at a $500,000 per ticket fundraiser with Lizzo. A $100,000 ‘donation’ got you a photo with Biden, Obama, and Clinton by famed photog Annie Leibovitz.

Earlier last week Jonathan Diller was killed by a career criminal with 21 previous arrests and 9 felony charges during a routine traffic stop in Queens.

Trump attended Jonathan Diller’s wake on Thursday. The former president also met with Det. Diller’s widow Stephanie and 1-year-old son, Ryan.

President Trump prayed with the Diller family and kissed baby Ryan on the forehead. Father Duffy said baby Ryan clapped after Trump kissed his forehead.

Joe Biden, however, couldn’t be bothered. After partying with celebrities and trashing Trump, Biden departed JFK Airport in New York City on Friday without even mentioning Jonathan Diller.

Now Biden’s campaign staffers and DC officers who testified at Liz Cheney’s J6 hearings are attacking President Trump for honoring fallen hero Jonathan Diller.

“I don’t think it was a deep personal connection between Donald Trump and Detective Diller that motivated Trump to attend the wake for this particular officer,” DC officer Daniel Hodges said at the Biden-Harris reelection campaign presser.

These people are sick.

UN Aid Funds Terrorists and Tyrants

At the urging of the United Nations, aid is being sent to Gaza, where it will be received and distributed by Hamas, the authority in Gaza. Designated as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) by the U.S. government in 1997, Hamas imposes taxes on all imports and exports, including aid, which has contributed to Gaza’s initial poverty. Now, with the humanitarian crisis caused by Hamas’s October 7th attack on Israel, the United Nations and the global community are providing funding to Hamas.

Aid given by sovereign nations comes from taxes; therefore, U.S. taxpayers are now funding Hamas. Under U.S. law, providing material support to designated terrorist organizations is a federal offense. President Trump has urged that all support for Palestine and Gaza be halted because the money is supporting terrorism, but the UN, the Biden administration, and globalists and liberals have criticized him. Additionally, the UN has refused to designate Hamas as a terrorist organization.

In Myanmar/Burma, roughly two million people have fled their villages and are taking shelter in the jungle because of attacks by the military junta, which seized power in a 2021 coup. While these people are running out of food and water and lack proper shelter and clothing, the UN is providing humanitarian aid to the junta. Ostensibly, the junta has promised to ensure that the aid reaches the people the army is trying to kill; however, having been in the jungle in Burma with displaced people, I can assure you that the only things the government is dropping into the camps are bombs and artillery shells.

Private aid organizations would like to assist the internally displaced people in Burma. However, it is prohibited by the regulations of the UN to violate a country’s sovereignty by providing aid without permission. Consequently, small, privately funded groups, mostly Christian organizations from the U.S., such as the Free Burma Rangers (FBR), take significant risks to cross the mountains, often under cover of darkness, through minefields, and under fire, to deliver small amounts of rice and medicine to those in need. Meanwhile, the generals receive millions of dollars in aid from the UN.

According to the Annual Threat Assessment of the US Intelligence Community, North Korea ranks approximately fourth in terms of national security threats to the US and second to the national security of Japan, our closest ally in Asia. It is also one of the poorest and most repressed countries in the world due to government mismanagement. The UN continues to provide aid to North Korea, freeing up resources for Kim Jong Un to allocate toward his rocket program.

Since the US pullout of Afghanistan, the UN has provided the country with $2.9 billion worth of aid. The Taliban remain designated as a foreign terrorist organization. With the UN aid, plus the money they are making from selling the US weapons Biden left them, they must be sitting comfortably.

The UN allegedly strives to deliver aid to those in dire need, regardless of the political situation. This is a noble goal, as civilians often suffer the most during conflicts. However, achieving this goal is difficult. Corruption, conflict, and political agendas can divert aid or make it hard to reach those who need it most.

As the list of countries where aid was diverted or stolen is quite long, the UN has implemented stricter guidelines and monitoring programs to reduce diversion. Independent Audits: The UN’s Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) investigates allegations of misuse of funds. Currently, the People’s Republic of China, the US’ number one national security threat and the world’s most prolific trade cheat and intellectual property thief, sits on the United Nations Board of Auditors.

UN investigators or inspectors have no authority. They must obtain permission from the country they are investigating, and access may not be granted. Beijing denied access to UN investigators who were attempting to confirm the genocide against the Uygur ethnic minority in China’s Xinjiang. To this day, China remains in the lead in four UN agencies and has the ability to deny the existence of genocide at home because it has never been proven.

Even if the UN could prove violations, it has no law enforcement capabilities. It can do nothing but issue a strongly worded letter. It could cease aid, as it has in some countries with egregious violations, like they did in Eritrea, but even then, they just wind up reducing rather than completely cutting aid. Often, the aid is restored later. And any number of despots and terrorists continue to receive aid unabated.

China and Russia sit on the United Nations Security Council and have vetoed UN interventions in genocide. Cross-border relief is another major issue where despotic countries can veto. In countries like Burma and Syria, internally displaced people need help, but the government refuses to let the aid get in. The Security Council could vote to bypass the need for permission, but China and Russia hold veto power.

Iran, one of the most heavily sanctioned countries in the world, has held seats on the governing boards of aid organizations such as UNICEF and the UN Development Program. The list of dictators and despots that have sat on the Human Rights Council reads like a parody, including Saudi Arabia, Rwanda, Cuba, Venezuela, China, among others. Since 2022, dictators have comprised 68% of the UN Human Rights Council. Additionally, Syria was elected to the WHO and Iran was elected to the top of a women’s rights body.

In summary, the UN provides funds to dictators and terrorists. The US’s top enemies, China and Russia, hold seats on the Security Council and have the power to veto the provision of aid to those who truly need it. Furthermore, a rogue’s gallery of pariah states sits on various committees, facilitating aid and preventing sanctions against some of the world’s worst actors.

Trump was right. The US needs to rethink its involvement in the United Nations.

On Easter Sunday, House Speaker Mike Johnson pledged to be an “ambassador of hope” by voting on military aid for Ukraine, despite opposition led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for approving a government funding package before the holiday recess.

During an Easter Sunday interview with Fox News, Johnson confirmed his intention to urge Congress to provide further aid to Kyiv’s war against Russia.

The New York Post reports,

“If we could use the seized assets of Russian oligarchs to allow the Ukrainians to fight them, that’s just pure poetry,” the House speaker said on “Sunday Night in America with Trey Gowdy.”

“Even President Trump has talked about the loan concept,” added Johnson, 52. “We’re not just giving foreign aid — we’re setting it up in a relationship where they can provide it back to us when the time is right.”

“​​And then, you know, we want to unleash American energy,” he also said. “We want to have natural gas exports that will help unfund [Russian President] Vladimir Putin’s war effort there.”

Johnson has consistently voiced opposition to Russia’s actions and supported Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, although he voted against $60 billion in funding for Ukraine without any limitations.

In November, he floated to The Post the idea of seizing $300 billion in Russian assets, which had been earlier written into a bill by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-Texas), known as the REPO for Ukrainians Act.

The Senate in mid-February passed a $95 billion funding bill with the $60 billion provision for Ukraine — along with aid for Israel and Taiwan — which former President Donald Trump attacked for not being provided in the form of a loan.

“WE SHOULD NEVER GIVE MONEY ANYMORE WITHOUT THE HOPE OF A PAYBACK, OR WITHOUT ‘STRINGS; ATTACHED. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD BE ‘STUPID’ NO LONGER!” he posted on Truth Social.

It’s not clear if all House Republicans will back other ways to fund that big foreign military aid, but most of it would be headed to Ukraine. Johnson will most likely need some Democrats to help pass it.

An Israeli airstrike reportedly killed Iran’s senior commander in Damascus, Syria.

Mohammed Reza Zahedi, Iran’s top general in the Quds Force of the IRGC, was killed along with his lieutenant and several other high-ranking officers, according to Reuters.

The Iranian consulate was reportedly flattened in the airstrike.

Hezbollah, a Lebanese terrorist group that acts as Iran’s proxy in Syria and the surrounding region, vowed revenge.

“This crime will not pass without the enemy receiving punishment and revenge,” Hezbollah said.

Suspected Israeli warplanes bombed Iran’s embassy in Syria on Monday in a strike that Iran said killed seven of its military advisers, including three senior commanders, and that marked a major escalation in Israel’s war with its regional adversaries.

Reuters reporters at the site in the Mezzeh district of Damascus saw emergency workers clambering atop rubble of a destroyed building inside the diplomatic compound, adjacent to the main Iranian embassy building. Emergency vehicles were parked outside. An Iranian flag hung from a pole by the debris.

“We strongly condemn this atrocious terrorist attack that targeted the Iranian consulate building in Damascus and killed a number of innocents,” said Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad who was seen at the site along with Syria’s interior minister.

Earlier Monday Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg asked far-left NY Judge Juan Merchan to amend Trump’s gag order to include family members of trial participants.

Bragg urged the judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ trial to expand the gag order over ‘dangerous and violent’ rhetoric after Trump defended himself against alleged attacks from Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan – a far-left political operative.

“Defendant’s dangerous, violent, and reprehensible rhetoric fundamentally threatens the integrity of these proceedings and is intended to intimidate witnesses and trial participants alike— including this Court,” Bragg’s prosecutor wrote in a motion on Monday.

Judge Merchan sided with Alvin Bragg on Monday night and barred Trump from speaking publicly about his family and Alvin Bragg’s family member.

Trump’s “pattern of attacking family members of presiding jurists and attorneys assigned to his cases serves no legitimate purpose. It merely injects fear in those assigned or called to participate in the proceedings, that not only they, but their family members as well, are ‘fair game’ for Defendant’s vitriol,” Merchan said on Monday, according to NBC News. “It is no longer just a mere possibility or a reasonable likelihood that there exists a threat to the integrity of the judicial proceedings. The threat is very real.”

“The average observer must now, after hearing Defendant’s recent attacks, draw the conclusion that if they become involved in these proceedings, even tangentially, they should worry not only for themselves, but for their loved ones as well. Such concerns will undoubtedly interfere with the fair administration of justice and constitutes a direct attack on the Rule of Law itself,” Merchan wrote, according to NBC News.

The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign. The media has infantilized 34-year-old Loren Merchan in an effort to attack Trump’s First Amendment-protected speech.

Loren Merchan’s firm has received tens of millions of dollars from Democrats who want to take down Trump.

In 2019 and 2020 Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff paid Loren Merchan’s firm $4 million.

If you can understand just what the heck she is saying, you are a better person than I am.

The Biden White House came under fire this week for promoting the ‘Transgender Day of Visibility’ on the same day as Easter.

Some people have noticed, however, that the Spanish language accounts for the White House did not mention this. Why do you suppose that is?

Is it possible that team Biden knows this would have been a losing move with Spanish speakers? Are they admitting that Latino voters would have been offended by such a message?

The White House’s Spanish-language account on X is not simply a replication of content on its English-language page, critics noticed on Sunday.

While the Biden administration wished followers of both pages a happy Easter, it was only the English-language account that celebrated the Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31. On “La Casa Bianca” page, the White House commemorated Cesar Chavez Day.

“Today we remember César Chávez and his noble efforts to bring dignity to the work of agricultural workers in our country,” the post said, according to a translation. “His legacy lives on in the administration’s values and its support for social justice and economic equality for organized labor.”

In English, however, “The White House” account posted this: “Transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our nation. On Transgender Day of Visibility, our Administration honors the extraordinary courage of transgender Americans and reaffirms our commitment to forming a more perfect union – where all people are treated equally.”

EXPOSED: The White House is deliberately pushing differing messages to its different language-speaking audiences.

Democrat strategist and former Clinton staffer James Carville is sounding alarm bells for his party.

According to the ‘Ragin’ Cajun,’ Democrats are losing young minority voters who are leaving the party ‘in droves.’

He seems genuinely panicked about this.

Democratic strategist James Carville warned Sunday that the Democratic Party’s eroding numbers among young minority voters are “horrifying” heading into the presidential election.

“I’ve been very vocal about this,” the former Bill Clinton campaign strategist said on his “Carville’s Classroom” podcast. “It’s horrifying our numbers among younger voters, particularly younger blacks, younger latinos … younger people of color. Particularly males.”

“We’re not shedding them, they’re leaving in droves,” he added.

Last year, 66% of black adults leaned or identified as Democrat while 19% said they leaned or were Republican, according to a Gallup survey released in February.

The 47-percentage-point spread is the lowest in at least 25 years — and down 19 percentage points from 2020, when 77% of black adults identified as Democrats and just 11% identified as Republicans.

Similarly, the poll found 47% of Hispanics calling themselves Democrats and 35% identifying as Republican, whereas in 2021, 57% of Hispanics identified as Democrat and 26% said they were Republican.

Russian Air Raids Are Disrupting Ukraine’s Energy Grid – Repairs May Take a Year and a Half

The latest round of Russian air raids have brought Ukraine’s energy grid to the brink, with officials admitting, and then denying, the severity of the problem.

The head of DTEK, Ukraine’s largest private energy firm, said that five of its six plants had been damaged or destroyed.

80% of the company’s generating capacity is lost, and repairs could take up as much as an year and a half!

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia was carrying out ‘vile strikes’ to ‘bleed’ the Ukrainian energy systems.

DTEK supplies about a quarter of the country’s energy, and has seen its thermal power stations and other facilities repeatedly hit by Russian missiles, drones and artillery.

Reuters reported:

“DTEK Executive Director Dmytro Sakharuk said in remarks shown on national television that waves of attacks on March 22 and March 29 had hit thermal and hydro production “in almost all regions” and that distribution facilities were destroyed.

‘To be specific, five out of six of our stations were severely damaged, some units were destroyed, some were damaged by 50% or more’, he said.

‘This applies to both the western regions and the central regions, and both the equipment necessary for the production of electricity and for transmission from the station to the grid were damaged’, he said.

His company suffered losses amounting to $300 million for equipment alone, he said, while labour costs would require as much as half as much again. ‘We have determined that 80% of the available generating capacity is not working now’, he added.”

DTEK spent $110 million restoring infrastructure hit by Russian attacks last year, and two-thirds of that equipment was destroyed again.

The destruction will require months of repairs, he said, and in some cases as long as a year and half.

“‘It takes time to manufacture a turbine or a generator or a transformer, so you need be prepared for the fact that the power will return gradually’, he said.”

Another Reuters report sings a different song, as officials are rolled out to minimize the situation.

“Recent Russian attacks have caused significant damage to the Ukrainian power system, but a total collapse is unlikely, the head of Ukraine’s national grid company Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi said on Monday.

[…] “Their (the Russians’) goal is to impose blackouts in some major Ukrainian cities, and our goal is to prevent it,” Kudrytskyi told Reuters in an interview.

[…] The missile attacks have also significantly damaged the largest Ukrainian hydropower station in Zaporizhzhia, as well as the Kaniv and Dnister stations.”

But Kudrytskyi said that the country’s energy system was NOT near to collapsing.

“‘We are definitely not one step away from collapse. A collapse is an uncontrolled shutdown of most or the entire power system. This has not happened and will not happen, this scenario we consider as unlikely’, he said.”

Therapy Has Created a Generation Of ‘Victims’ According to Experts

A significant effort has been made to get more Americans talking about their emotions in recent years.

Despite this, experts are now beginning to wonder if the popularity of therapy may possibly be linked to America’s rising depression rates.

Their argument is that, regardless of how well-meaning the treatment is, it can lead to a victim mentality where people become fixated on their feelings and disconnected from the real world, increasing their depression.

The Daily Mail reports,

Around a quarter of US adults said they had visited a therapist or psychiatrist in 2022, which is twice as high as 20 years ago and far higher than the around 3 percent in the UK.

Therapy speak has become so common it has permeated mainstream culture in the US. Clinical words used during counseling like ‘gaslighting’, ‘trauma’ and ‘microaggressions’ have become household terms.

Professor Robert Dingwall, a social scientist and adviser to the UK government, told DailyMail.com that looking on at the situation in America, there is a concern among sociologists that people are being referred to therapy at the slightest sign of hardship in their life.

‘There is a tendency to medicalize everyday problems in pursuit of commercial interests,’ he said, whether it be rejection from a partner or a failed job interview.

‘This is something that people have been saying for 50 or 60 years, a concern that’s been expressed by both psychiatrists and sociologists.’

This fosters a victim mentality, said Shawn Smith, a clinical psychologist based in Colorado.

Clinical psychologist Shawn Smith recently highlighted the concerning trend of fostering a victim mentality within certain circles. In medical sociology, this observation adds fuel to the ongoing debate regarding the benefits and drawbacks of therapy and related treatments.

According to the DailyMail.com report, Mr. Smith expressed his apprehension regarding therapy’s impact on America’s youth. He suggested that therapy might inadvertently encourage excessive self-absorption, hindering young individuals from actively engaging with the world around them and forming meaningful connections and pursuits.

More US adults have received mental health diagnoses than adults in any other high-income countries, according to the Commonwealth Fund, leading people to wonder if Americans are that much sicker or just being over diagnosed.

Comedian and talk-show host Bill Maher recently hit out at the rise in Americans with mental illnesses and said: ‘PTSD is for people who fought in Iraq, not for people who want to bring their dog on a plane.’

‘The way we know people are depressed is, there’s this turning inward… and usually, you will see a relentless scrutiny of the self, of one thoughts, and one’s feelings and one’s presentation,’ said Dr Smith.

In the last few decades, the stigma surrounding mental illness has significantly decreased, with a significant 87% of Americans saying mental health disorders are nothing to be ashamed of, as per the American Psychological Association’s report.

Professor Dingwall goes on to suggest that non-mentally ill individuals, meaning those who have an intention to abuse the system, may become more likely to seek therapy as society accepts it more readily.

POLL: Voters Unconvinced Biden Will Even Survive Second Term, Resulting in President Kamala Harris

Americans are split on whether Joe Biden will make it through a second presidential term or even be alive at the end of it, according to new polling data.

A poll from Mail Online found that just 38 per cent of likely voters are confident that Biden would still be alive at the end of a second term, while 33 per cent are not confident he will make it.

If Biden wins in November, he will have the right to hold the Oval Office until January 2029. On that date, he will be 86 years old and his dementia will have likely advanced to a point where he is incapacitated.

Meanwhile, 36 per cent of likely voters think Kamala Harris will be in charge by the end of Biden’s second term. The same number believe Biden will still be at the helm.

Voters are far less concerned about Trump’s fitness for office, with 54 per cent indicating they believe he would survive the entire term, compared with 21 per cent who believe he would not.

Pollster James Johnson, cofounder of J.L. Partners, told the Mail:

Voters think Biden is too old, and they are not changing their mind.The difficulty for Biden is that views of him are not shaped through events such as his State of the Union address—which people who had seen it felt was fiery—but through consumption of the hundreds of viral social media clips of Biden stumbling and slurring.

That solid perception that he is too old feeds through to a sense he is too weak, and it is a major problem for him going into November. Frankly, they do not think he is up to the job—and that makes his re-election a much harder task.

Should Biden die or become incapable of carrying out his duties, Kamala Harris would assume the presidency for the remainder of his term.

Per the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution, Harris would also be eligible to run for two full terms in her own right if she took office with less than two years of Biden’s presidency to run.

Given her widespread unpopularity, such a scenario seems unlikely. Yet with the help of widespread Democratic election fraud, she could hypothetically run the country until January 2037.

38 Chaplains Ask Supremes to Stop U.S. Military from Punishing Faith

‘Department of Defense is hostile to religion’

Dozens of U.S. military chaplains have joined together to challenge what a report in the Federalist describes as the military’s decision to “punish” their faith.

The case, Alvarado v. Austin, how is pending before U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and concerns the decision by the Department of Defense to continue defying the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act that rescinded the military’s COVID shot mandate.

“The DOD continues to violate the law by failing to rescind its punishments of conscientious objectors such as denied training and deployments required for promotions,” the report explains the petition charges.

“In addition, of course, denying soldiers’ religious exercise violates the First Amendment’s guarantee that all Americans can freely exercise their faith in their everyday lives,” the report said.

Their problem is that abortion component that is deeply embedded in the COVID shot regime.

Many are tested using cells from the kidneys of a baby girl likely aborted many years ago, but whose body parts were used to create a line of cells that scientists have maintained for decades.

Scientists call the girl HEK 293, for “human embryonic kidney” and the individual experiment in a series.

The Federalist notes that COVID-19 vaccines were tested on cells made from HEK 293’s kidney, and some of the shots have HEK 203 cells inside that.

For that, among other reasons, the report explains, Capt. Rob Nelson, an Air Force chaplain, couldn’t accept those treatments despite massive pressure from the military.

He told the Federalist, “I have five [children], and it breaks my heart to think of this. This girl continues to be violated as her cells are replicated over and over again.”

There are 38 military chaplains who have a petition pending that charges the DoD is violating the NDAA law rescinding shot requirements.

Army Col. Brad Lewis, part of the coalition, told the Federalist the chaplains believe military members “have a right to believe what they believe and no one can say otherwise. It’s the same reason we can’t have a religious test for federal positions. As a chaplain, my job is to make sure the free exercise of religion is allowed, that nobody infringes upon that inalienable right.”

The plaintiffs charge that while there are procedures to allow for the religious rights of Norse pagans, turban-wearing Sikhs, kosher Jews and more, the military has refused virtually all requests for shot waivers.

The Department of Defense, under the radically pro-abortion Joe Biden, told the high court it has stopped punishments imposed “solely” for conscientious objectors to vaccines, the report said.

And it claims the shot demands have stopped, so there essentially is no case.

Lewis disagreed, telling the publication, “By denying religious exemptions, what the military has done is set about the removal of people who are willing to stand on conviction.”

His rejection of the experimental shots triggered a retaliation, in that the military left him with no orders on his graduation from the War College, sentencing him to 11 months in student housing without an assignment.

“My career was ended by those 11 months of unrated time,” Lewis charged.

With the military’s refusal to allow him to “use his high-level, taxpayer-provided War College training,” he’s now filed for retirement.

To the Federalist, Army spokeswoman Heather Hagan said, “The Army does not comment on ongoing litigation.”

The shot objectors also have cited, besides the integral component abortion provides in the shots, concerns about “damaging human health and reproductive capacity, ignoring natural immunity, the ethics of allegedly emergency decrees, the lack of informed consent, and heavy-handed manipulation tactics that include refusing to acknowledge any potentially legitimate conscience objections to the shots whatsoever,” the report said.

The report also documented how the military would pressure chaplains, claiming prominent religious leaders supported the shots and mandates.

“The Department of Defense is hostile to religion,” Art Schulcz, the lawyer for the chaplains, told the Federalist.

Citizen Groups Stepping Up to Demand Honest Elections by Jack Gleason

Political contests, often called “races,” are refereed by election officials who are required to follow very specific federal and state laws. As government has become an ever-increasing force in our daily lives, the results make a huge difference at the local, state and national level.

What will your child be taught in school? Will your state encourage or deny abortion? Will Congress enact laws to raise your taxes? Will the president get us into a war, or try to tell you which kind of car you must drive?

When the irregularities of the 2020 election were ignored by the justice system and the media, average citizens came forward to figure out what might have happened.

New York

In upstate New York, Marly Hornik, a homeschool mom, teamed up with election and cybersecurity expert Harry Haury, and formed New York Citizens Audit to investigate their state voter roll database.

They released peer-reviewed statistical reports that exposed alarming errors in the data for 2020 and 2022. Among their findings for 2022…

1,467,399 illegal duplicate registrations with 449,856 votes cast.

16,623 votes cast by voters with a blank address.

35,312 more votes counted than voters who voted – an impossibility in a properly conducted election.

They founded a nationwide group, United Sovereign Americans, (USA) to share their legal and statistics expertise with over 25 state groups investigating their own databases.

The organization is 100% non-partisan. In elections where Republicans win, the Democrats have suspected foul play, and vice versa. BOTH sides need to be certain that election results are fair and honest.

In a recent interview on Red Pill News with Zak Paine, Hornik explained the necessity of impartial election officials…

“…the only job of an election official is to follow the law. Why? You have an election system that is inherently a zero-trust system. You have naturally adversarial parties, they have no reason to trust each other, and they actually have quite a lot of reasons not to trust each other. And they have all these supporters, they have donors, there’s this whole machine backing each one of these adversaries.

So how is it, that at the end of the day, we maintain domestic tranquility, we maintain continuity of government, and everybody hears the election result and goes home in peace? That’s because the election official has to walk a tightrope between those two adversaries.

That tightrope is the exact procedures required by law for the administration of the election that everyone will end up feeling is fair, and believing in and trusting as fair. If they step off that tightrope, the Supreme Court says there’s only one reason.”

Paine: “Fraud.”

“That’s it, why else would you take all those risks, why would you disrupt the harmony of a nation?”

Without media or congressional action on election validity, citizen groups like the USA are now the only way to demand that elections follow established federal law.

Illinois

USA groups from other states have been completing their analyses – the results are just as alarming as those found in New York. In Illinois, the team found…

Over 300,000 votes from the 2020 election missing or improperly deleted from the Illinois voter data.

Over a four-year period, Illinois population decreased by 150,000, while the voter roll increased by 650,000.

Over 2.5 million people had votes cast prior to their registration dates.

They also conducted an informal study of Illinois voting history with over 1,300 Illinois residents across the state and uncovered over 57% irregularities, including votes cast when the voter did not vote, votes missing when they did vote, voters registered and voting at addresses where they did not live.

Most shockingly, 11% of the voters they interviewed had votes cast in their name for elections they did not participate in.

Ohio

In Ohio, the Ohio team found in the database the day after the 2022 certification…

158,209 voters resided in an apartment or in a mobile home lot but had no unit number as required on their voter registration application. This means mail-in ballots would be undeliverable.

4,143 were older than the oldest person in the US at the time or were too young to legally register.

6,348 had a date of birth that was different in 2022 than it was in 2020.

539,400 voters supposedly registered on days when Ohio boards of elections and state offices are closed.

120,094 had registration dates in the 2022 state voter file changed.

243,583 had state identification numbers that had changed.

34,233 had 2 to 5 registration records with multiple state identification numbers, making it possible for them to vote more than once.

Maryland

On February 27, 2024, United Sovereign Americans joined with Maryland Election Integrity, LLC, in filing a lawsuit in Maryland Federal Court against the Maryland State Board of Elections.

The suit cites multiple federal laws regarding election conduct, including Article 1, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution, Sections 1 & 2 of the Fourteenth Amendment, the National Voter Registration Act, and the Help America Vote Act.

They allege…

79,392 current apparent registration violations.

1,699 duplicate registrations.

3,366 instances of active registrations without a certified U.S. Post Office mailing address.

5,680 instances of active registrants who moved at least 4 years ago.

605 instances of registrations with no residential address.

296 instances of active registrants with a nonstandard address.

1,218 instances of active registrants who are deceased.

883 instances of “age discrepant registration” (younger than 18 or older than 115).

They seek an injunction forcing the Maryland State Board of Elections to keep accurate voter rolls and enjoining them from certifying any future elections unless voter rolls are updated, registration records are corrected, and the entire voting process is reformed to follow all applicable federal and state laws. They also seek the decertification of the electronic voting system currently in use.

Finally, they ask the court to establish a Special Master to guide the Maryland State Board of Elections, among other things, to ensure changes are implemented prior to the November 2024 election to verify voters are U.S. citizens and the ballot custody process is corrected and auditable.

More State Reports Coming

More state reports are forthcoming and confirm that these issues are substantial and pervasive across the entire country. They involve millions of database errors that can lead to absentee ballots being mailed to undeliverable addresses, only to be picked up by postal workers or nearby residents and filled out and submitted with minimal or zero signature verification. A recent Rasmussen poll revealed that 20% of Americans have filled out a ballot for someone else or voted more than once.

Most local and state Boards of Elections seem unwilling to clean up their data and unafraid of any legal repercussions for failing to follow multiple federal laws that require very specific standards. Improperly certifying an election is perjury and a serious federal crime.

USA will be filing more lawsuits in multiple states and, if the rulings conflict, the Supreme Court will be required to take up the issue.

This strategy is the surest and fastest way to force changes prior to the 2024 election.

Fulton County (GA) Elections Board Supervisor Voted Against Certifying 2020 Election Because Signature Verifications Were NOT Performed on 147,000 Ballots! (VIDEO)

How could this ever happen in America?

A Fulton County, Georgia Elections Board member voted not to certify the 2020 Election results in the county because signature verifications were not performed.

The lying left and Corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger hid the fact that signature verifications were not performed in Fulton County (where Atlanta is located) on 147,000 ballots in the 2020 Election, yet they certified a Joe Biden “win” by 12,000 votes.

Mark Wingate, a Fulton County Elections Board member, testifies that he voted against certifying the 2020 election because the county did not verify the signatures on 147,000 mail-in ballots.

“I asked what did we do for signature verification? And the comment I got back frankly floored me, ‘We didn’t do any.'”

Additionally, the county could not provide any chain of custody documentation or surveillance footage for mail-in ballots or ballot drop boxes.

“I and other board members had requested that we obtain the chain of custody documentation from the department and none of that was ever delivered.”

“There was never any surveillance tape, an inch of footage delivered to the board.”

He also says there were problems with the voter registration rolls that still exist in Fulton County.

Wingate’s testimony was part of the disbarment hearing for Former United States Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark, who is among the 19 defendants facing various charges, including racketeering, by Fani Willis for investigating the 2020 election in Fulton County.

JoeHoft.com previously reported that at least 148,000 ballots were questioned in Fulton County following the 2020 Election. These ballots were identified as without creases (indicating they were never received in an envelope in the mail) and had several other issues as well.

The ballots have been hung up in the courts since the 2020 Election.

Georgia Courts Continue to Slow Walk 2020 Election Case Regarding 150,000 Reportedly Fraudulent Ballots

Rasmussen Reports shared an affidavit where an individual in Georgia claimed that NO SIGNATURE VERIFICATION was performed for 148,000 ballots in Georgia in the 2020 Election.

This information was backed up by CannCon, who shared the video from a recent court case in Georgia where the Fulton County employees claimed that they didn’t use the system put in place to verify signatures on the envelopes that mail-in ballots were received in.

The county, therefore, did not use voter signature records to verify signatures on these envelopes.

It will take forever to check these.

The judge realizes the election in Georgia in 2020 never should have been certified.

United Airlines Flight Returns to German Airport After Broken Toilets Sends ‘Contents’ From Lavatory ‘Flowing Into Cabin’

A United Airlines flight was forced to return to a German airport on Friday after ‘contents’ from a lavatory ‘flowed into the cabin.’

“On Friday, March 29, United Flight 59 returned to Frankfurt following a maintenance issue with one of the aircraft’s lavatories,” a United Airlines spokesperson told the US Sun.

The Boeing 777 of the US airline “United” took off from the airport in Frankfurt/Main on Friday afternoon . The plane was scheduled to land in San Francisco in just under 12 hours . But over the North Sea the pilot made a few circles – and finally took off. A good two hours later, the plane landed exactly where it had previously taken off: Frankfurt Airport

The disgusting reason: At least one toilet in the seven-year-old machine was defective! Guests reported that the contents of the on-board toilet flowed into the passenger cabin. Apparently the contents of the tank were pushed up and the toilet overflowed.

The toilet overflow comes after several United Boeing planes have had issues.

Earlier this month a 25-year-old United Airlines Boeing 737 landed at an Airport in Oregon with a missing exterior panel.

A United Airlines Boeing 737 Max 8 suffered gear failure a couple weeks ago and crashed off the runway at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The plane’s gear failure comes one day after a United Airlines Boeing 777 plane was forced to make an emergency landing after it lost a tire during takeoff.

The United plane was taking off from San Francisco when one of the six tires detached from the aircraft and damaged several cars in the parking lot. The flight was diverted to LAX where it safely landed.

In January a large piece of an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 MAX blew out in mid-air.

The plane door flew off amid Boeing’s focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) hiring practices over a passenger’s safety.

At least 21,964 illegals were flown into Houston, Texas.

Biden is importing a crushing amount of illegal aliens into the red states to crash their social welfare system.

Republican lawmakers are once again too weak to do anything about this purposeful destruction of America.

The Biden administration’s program of secretly flying illegal immigrants directly from Latin America to U.S. cities dumps over 90% in hubs of two Southern states governed by the president’s harshest border critics, according to government data.

Some 347,959 migrants allowed into the secretive system fly directly to airports in Florida and Texas, with Florida receiving the vast majority at 325,995, according to an analysis of U.S. Customs and Border Protection numbers by the Center for Immigration Studies.

It is unclear how many of the immigrants fly on to other U.S. cities, though the government has said there are over 40 final destinations.

“This early evidence suggests that a great many of these inadmissible alien passengers, probably a majority, initially land at international airports in Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’s Florida,” said CIS, which reported that the program has let in 386,000 people since October 2022. “In fact, Florida turns out to be the top landing and U.S. customs processing zone for this direct-flights parole-and-release program, tallying at nearly 326,000 of the initial arrivals from inception through February.”

HAITI HELL: Heavy Gun Battles Rage Near National Palace – Unelected Transition Council Stumbles on Legal Impediments – Canada Training Caribbean Troops for Deployment

Another week in Haiti, another ugly chapter in the never-ending chaos and violence in the Caribbean nation.

As the unelected Transition Council tries to get implemented but doesn’t manage to, street battles raged in around downtown Port-au-Prince yesterday (1).

The heaviest confrontations seemed to take place near the national palace.

Reuters reported:

“The latest violence to rock the Caribbean island nation comes as the outgoing prime minister signaled that a broad transitional council is nearly finalized and seen as key to ending the current social and political crisis and paving the way for new elections.

Reuters saw civilians rush to escape gunfire in the capital, where rival gangs control wide swathes of territory, three weeks after Prime Minister Ariel Henry announced plans to step down pending the creation of the council and the appointment of an interim leader.”

To give an idea of how precarious the situation is, outgoing PM Henry said that the names of the nine members of the council have finally been forwarded to him from regional body CARICOM.

But Henry did not release the names, as it would amount to a death sentence by the gangs, and the government can’t guarantee their safety.

Besides that,, legal questions have arisen that hinder the implementation of the council.

“Earlier on Monday, gunmen seized an armored vehicle from palace guards in the city center. Meanwhile, four people were found dead in the capital’s relatively upscale Petion-Ville suburb, which has been threatened by gangs.

At least one other person was shot dead amid fighting in the capital’s Delmas district, while local media also reported a large industrial park had been set on fire three days before.”

“Last weekend, troops from the Bahamas and Belize arrived in Jamaica to participate in a training exercise known as Trogon Shield, along with soldiers from Canada, in preparation for deployment to Haiti.

In 2022, Henry called for an international security force to boost Haiti’s out-gunned police, but despite the United Nations ratifying the force six months ago progress has been sluggish.”

Over 1,500 people were killed so far in 2024, with around 60 of those having been lynched by vigilante groups that are operating where police presence is lacking.

Associated Press reported:

“Local media reported that at least one policeman was shot after he and other officers were forced to flee an armored car that was later set on fire.

Scores of people were trapped by the gunfire in downtown Port-au-Prince while dozens of others managed to flee. One man who declined to provide his name out of fear for his life told The Associated Press that he was stuck for five hours until police rescued him.

‘It’s the armored car that covered us (so we could) leave the area’, he said.

[…] On Monday night, Haiti’s government issued a statement raising concerns over its creation, saying that the current council of ministers ‘stumbled over proven constitutional and legal questions. The Constitution and Haitian laws nowhere provide for this institution’.”

Virginia Trans Legislator Trains County Officials to Covertly Cater to Trans Agenda

County government is usually the sleepy province of low-level politics, road improvements, school funding, repairing sewers. But left-wing activists are mobilizing it in order to advance the far-left agenda, taking advantage of the fact that many are unaware of what their local governments are doing day-to-day.

The National Association of County Officials was held in Washington, D.C. on February 9th through 12th. The conference brought in County officials from all across the country. With this captive audience, they instilled some of the most radical transgender activism as normal and encouraged their members to secretly and coyly advance the transgender agenda even in their County governments. In one of the organization’s breakout sessions, it was led by a trans legislator from Virginia, currently serving in the Virginia House of Delegates, Senator Danica Roem.

One attendee, a County Commissioner in a Midwest state said: “The advice was simple: ‘All you have to do is be nice, if you’re nice they’ll vote for you, and then after you get voted in you can do whatever you want to do, so just fake it,'” the attendee said. “It was clear that the agenda was to make the whole country accept the trans agenda. The main thing they were saying was to get into office to secretly advance the trans agenda, which was inevitable. The whole room was applauding. I had no idea things were this bad.”

In their presentation, Danica Roem encouraged attendees to cater to the incoming Trans demographics which were speculated at rising to 20% of the American public in the next ten years. The best way to do that, was to get elected without giving the voters the full picture of what they were going to be pushing behind closed doors.

Roem is the same one who caused a media firestorm after throwing a tantrum when Virginia’s Lt. Governor Winsome Sears ‘misgendered’ Roem by referring to them as “sir.” Roem is a ‘man to woman’ transgender. Roem repeatedly demanded an apology from the Lt. Governor for the perceived slight.

“At this conference there was a clear agenda: get into office and push policies that advance the trans agenda. They justified it by saying that it was saving lives, but from my experience the trans agenda ruins families and it ruins the lives of the people it consumes. I couldn’t believe that this organization was grooming legislators to make it easier for groomers to abuse kids.”

According to the source, Sen. Roem was also mocking traditional marriage and the vast majority of their constituents by reading out their various complaints during prior campaigns.

Sen. Roem asked attendees to commit to supporting pro-trans legislation in every local, county, and state government nationwide.

Leak of Her Cancer Diagnosis Forced Princess Kate To Reveal Her Medical Condition to the World

To live the real life of a Princess is no fairy tale.

Kate, the Princess of Wales, recorded a video announcement disclosing and detailing her cancer treatment in a very dignified way that moved the Kingdom and the world.

But now, it arises that the video was ‘rushed out’ by Kensington Palace aides, after her diagnosis had been leaked to the press.

Daily Mail reported:

“Kate Middleton confirmed she had been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing ‘preventative chemotherapy’ for the disease in a video message on March 22.

However, a well-placed source has revealed the timing of the video nothing to do with the speculation that would have come from her missing church on Easter morning, but instead because someone had knowledge of her health condition.

Kensington Palace had been contacted about Kate’s diagnosis, leaving no option but to hurry to get ahead of the story, the insider told the Daily Mail’s Ephraim Hardcastle column.

It is unclear as to whether the leak came from within The London Clinic, where the Princess underwent abdominal surgery in January, or from elsewhere.”

Initially, it was believed the video aimed to calm down the frenzied speculations about her condition, as we covered in Grave Sickness, Affair and Divorce, ‘Brazilian Butt Lift’? Britain’s Prince William and Princess Kate Face the Rumor Mill Going into Overdrive.

When she was spotted outside, the controversy followed: BBC Reporter Claims Woman Photographed With Prince William Was a Kate “Look-alike”.

So, finally, when the Princess came to the public and told her story – or part of it – it was assumed to be a reaction at the folly, and NOT an attempt to preempt the unauthorized leak to hit the news before she did.

Sure enough, the circumstances surrounding Princess Kate’s video don’t diminish her dignified stance.

Much to the contrary – this story is further evidence of the violence committed against her right to privacy when it comes to her medical records.

But then, again, to live the real life of a Princess is no fairy tale.

J6 Political Prisoner – Young Father, and Former College Football Player Mason Courson Sends Update to The Gateway Pundit

Mason Courson went to Washington, D.C., on Jan 6, 2021, to stand and listen to his President speak, with no ill intent. Unfortunately, the 27-year-old, who was born and raised in South Florida, found himself in a situation he never imagined.

Mason excelled academically and athletically, including playing college football. He loves reading and history. Mason is proud of his Cuban roots and immigrant maternal grandparents, who were honored to become US Citizens.

Mason was held without bond by the Biden administration.  And he is unable to support his 4-year-old son, whom he had a month before he was arrested.

In June, District Judge Rudolph Contreras sentenced Mason Courson to 57 months in prison, three years probation, and a $2,000 fine for the felony charge of “assaulting, resisting, or impeding a law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon.”

This is the definition of judicial abuse.  A young man with no criminal background being sent to prison for nearly five years for his actions on January 6 after lawless police opened fire with exploding gas cannisters and rubber bullets on innocent protesters outside the US Capitol.

This only happens to conservatives.  And so now Mason sits behind bars for several years.

His mother, Angie, shared at the time, “I just wish people understood that even the transcripts they’re reading in court are not a hundred percent factual…They do not show the guilt. I think a lot of people just turn a blind eye. It just sounds better to say, ‘Oh, he was guilty of this and that was that, and they had a video’, and they don’t go any further. And it’s a shame because it’s not just these J6 cases. I’m positive this extends a lot further.”

Hey, Gateway Pundit family!

My name is Mason Courson, from Fort Lauderdale, FL. I am a wrongly convicted J6 hostage. For the past 28 months, my life has been something I could have never imagined, a nightmare. It’s been a while since I wrote an article for the public, and right now I feel it is necessary to let people know what is going on in here with me. My emotions, my daily life, and the stuff I am dealing with.

Since I was sentenced to 57 months back in June of 2023, when the hammer came down, it felt unreal. I have been doing my best everyday to not let the situation break me. It’s a little better now since I have an end date, and I am out of the horrid jail system. On the other hand, it is still difficult sometimes, considering the way the staff members and certain inmates act on occasion. A good amount of the inmates are hustling, so there are people who get jealous. This leads to snitching and rumors being spread. I can’t forget that there is tons of credit going around, and some guys don’t care to pay up their bills. A few guys owe me from months ago, I just put it off at this point. There is not much I can do about it here. Never in my life have I seen so much blatant disregard for paying bills, just complete irresponsibility for obligations. At some facilities not paying up is playing with your life, but this facility is not considered “active.” Which has its pros and cons. Besides that, there are some real Trump haters in here. Sometimes it’s really hard to keep my composure and have a straight face when they talk crap about Trump or the whole J6 thing. I am really just getting tired of it.

I ignore most of the comments and ridicule, but of course, it bothers me on the inside. I don’t know how many times recently I have heard “Bloodbath” or “stand back and stand by” along with laughter. They really don’t understand. I am not the kind of person that instigates or entertains this kind of negativity. A lot of these guys think they know everything and are complete liars. It’s not just the people that I am tired of; really, I am just sick of being caged up in general. My closest friends and family know how I feel. One thing that helps keep me going is that I have this glimmering hope in the back of my mind that believes Trump will get back in and really pardon us all, putting an end to this misery. It’s being talked about more and more. Wouldn’t that be the most epic day? I can hope and pray. I do have a good feeling about what the future holds for me and the ones closest to me.

Besides the people here, my experience at my current location has been somewhat okay, to say the least. Prison and jail are completely different. It was the weirdest thing when I was leaving jail and getting ready to transfer to prison; I said, “I can’t wait to get to prison.” Who would have thought I would be saying something like that in my lifetime? While I have been here, I have kept myself busy with card games, reading books, and exercising, the usual. I actually earned the job title of “Spin Class Instructor.” I never did a spin class a day in my life before getting here, but now I absolutely love it.

Since I have a good outdoor recreation job, it keeps me out of the unit and away from certain people. This is a positive for me, since I enjoy teaching and helping others better themselves. Also, I stay up late sometimes, talking with a couple of different guys about all kinds of things. The time will fly, and before we realize it’s 3 AM and we are hurrying back to our cubes. Honestly, there are less than five guys in here that I can really count on and would talk to on the outside. I have learned a lot from these guys. What is really crazy, is that I am surrounded by people that I have nothing in common with or any desire to talk to. Manuevering through the nonsense is difficult.

Being stuck here over this time has deprived me of the very crucial years of my son’s early life. He is now four years old and will be five in a few months. Sometimes I find myself lying in my bunk, and I will be daydreaming about playing with my son, kicking or throwing a ball around, or playing with legos. It sucks knowing that he will be starting kindergarten without me there to see his first day of school. This is more irritating than you can imagine. I also have a niece and 3 second cousins around my son’s age; they all look up to me and miss me. About a week ago, I was able to get my son’s mother on the phone(thank God.) She has also been dealing with a lot of stress as of late. She blames me because I am not there to help with our boy. Which I completely understand, and she hates me for that. Really, it’s something that I never intended on doing nor did I come to prison on purpose to make her life harder. She doesn’t see it that way, though, unfortunately. Although, she did let me talk to my son, Versai, on the phone for 15 minutes. I don’t get many chances to talk to him, considering the relationship I have with his mom. It blew my mind how he was talking so clearly and so much. He sounded a little shy, but he wasn’t speaking nearly as much before I was arrested. What almost made my heart stop, though, was when he asked me where I was and when I was coming back. I didn’t know what to say. I would never wish this kind of torture on anyone with children. This has been so hard for me, I am proud of myself for how strong I have been.

Lately, I have been dealing with lots of negativity and my own stress. The past couple of months have been frustrating. My family has been affected; they cry almost every time I see them at the visit. That is really painful for me because, like most people, I hate to see the ones I love sad. Plus, not being able to do things for myself has been haunting me. On the outside, I have pride in being independent and doing things on my own, I never asked anyone for help. So this is unlike me, to express how I am feeling right now. For example, my mother has been supporting me financially this entire time. She has been the core of my support, but the burden is too great. I don’t know how she does it honestly, with the way the economy has inflated. Our funds have run dry and she is struggling to put commissary in my account nowadays. So I am asking to please help us with our funds. Anything you can spare would be extremely appreciated. Also, please share this with anyone you think would be interested in learning about me or helping out  here.

RFK Jr. Argues Joe Biden Poses a Greater Threat to Democracy Than Donald Trump During CNN Interview (VIDEO)

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made an explosive argument suggesting that Joe Biden poses a greater threat to American democracy than former President Donald Trump.

The statement came during an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett on “Erin Burnett OutFront.”

When Erin Burnett questioned RFK Jr.’s stance on the threats to democracy, the environmental attorney and political activist did not hesitate to speak up.

“But do you really believe that when people talk about the threat to democracy that Trump poses, do you really think that that is an equal evil to Biden?” Burnett asked.

RFK Jr. responded, “Listen, I can make the argument that President Biden is a much worse threat to democracy. The reason for that is President Biden is the first candidate in history, the first President in history that has used the federal agencies to censor political speech, so to censor his opponent.”

Kennedy continued by referencing a recent legal victory: “I can say that because I just won a case in the Federal Court of Appeals and now before the Supreme Court. It shows that he started censoring not just me. 37 hours after he took the oath of office, he was censoring me. No President in the country has ever done that.”

He went on to assert that the real threat to democracy is not a president who questions election results, but one who utilizes the power of the office to suppress political dissent.

Kennedy accused Biden of pushing social media companies to open special portals for federal agencies, such as the FBI, CIA, IRS, CISA, and NIH, in order to monitor and censor political critics.

In a further damning allegation, RFK Jr. claimed, “President Biden, for the first President in history, to use his power over the secret service to deny secret service protection to one of his political opponents for political reasons.”

Last month, the US Supreme Court heard arguments from The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft, the state of Missouri, the state of Louisiana, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Dr. Martin Kulldorff, Aaron Kheriaty, and Jill Hines (“Free Speech Plaintiffs”) in arguments against the Biden Administration and an army of government agencies.

Before all of the appeals, the case originally started after the States of Missouri and Louisiana, joined by The Gateway Pundit and the other individuals, noted above, alleged that the Biden White House and DOZENS of federal officials and agencies were conspiring with and/ or coercing Social Media Companies such as Facebook, Twitter and others to censor the speech of MILLIONS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS, particularly during COVID and the lead-up to and aftermath of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Evidence clearly showed – and even Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the FBI pressured Facebook to take down the Hunter Biden laptop story – in true Fascist manner, the Feds worked with or otherwise demanded that Big Tech police the speech that they disagreed with and that went against the government’s approved party dogma.

The Gateway Pundit and the other Plaintiffs initially sought out a preliminary injunction and were able to acquire a substantial amount of evidence in support of that injunction.

Taxpayers in the state of Colorado are getting burned by the leftist agenda, pursued by Democrat Gov. Jared Polis and a Democrat-run legislature, to attack Christians with a so-called “non-discrimination” agenda that actually discriminates against people of faith.

A judge has ruled that the plaintiffs in the 303 Creative lawsuit that was decided recently by the Supreme Court are entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees, and they have 90 days to submit a motion to the court for approval.

Such cases, by the time they are all the way through the high court, can accumulate tens, or even hundreds, of thousands of dollars in lawyers’ time and costs.

The leftist state’s failed attack was on Lorie Smith and her 303 Creative company, through which she intended to create websites for couples being married.

However, the state demanded that should she begin that service, she also must provide the same services to same-sex duos, in violation of her Christian faith.

She sued for the First Amendment violation demanded by the state, and won.

The ADF, which worked on her case, explained the case background: “Lorie Smith is an artist who runs her own design studio, 303 Creative. She specializes in graphic and website design and loves to visually convey messages in every site she creates. Lorie started her own small business in 2012 so she could promote causes consistent with her beliefs and close to her heart, such as supporting children with disabilities, the beauty of marriage, overseas missions, animal shelters, and veterans. She was excited to expand her portfolio to create custom websites that celebrate marriage between a man and a woman, but Colorado made clear she wasn’t welcome in that space. A Colorado law censored what Lorie wanted to say and required her to create designs that violate her beliefs about marriage. Lorie works with people from all walks of life, including those who identify as LGBT. Lorie’s decisions about which projects to design are always based on what message she’s being asked to express, never who requests it. After realizing that Colorado was censoring her—and seeing Colorado use this same law to punish Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips—Lorie challenged the law to protect free speech.”

The state of Colorado lost that case against Jack Phillips and his Masterpiece Cakeshop, too. There, the Supreme Court based its decision on the state’s “hostility” to Christianity.

Now a report from the Volokh Conspiracy explains that the case was moved down from the Supreme Court to the 10th Circuit Court, and from there down to Judge Philip Brimmer in district court.

His order ruled that the plaintiffs are “the prevailing parties” in the case and that means they “are entitled to recover their reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses for work related to litigation before the district court.”

He also ruled that the First Amendment prohibits the anti-Christian activists in the state from enforcing their “Accommodations Clause” of the state’s discriminatory “Anti-Discrimination Act.”

Brimmer also ruled that the First Amendment bans Colorado from enforcing that law’s “Communications Clause,” which banned Smith even from stating her Christian beliefs.

That means Smith has permission now to post online the statement:

“I firmly believe that God is calling me to this work. Why? I am personally convicted that He wants me – during these uncertain times for those who believe in biblical marriage – to shine His light and not stay silent. He is calling me to stand up for my faith, to explain His true story about marriage, and to use the talents and business He gave me to publicly proclaim and celebrate His design for marriage as a life-long union between one man and one woman.

“These same religious convictions that motivate me also prevent me from creating websites promoting and celebrating ideas or messages that violate my beliefs. So I will not be able to create websites for same-sex marriages or any other marriage that is not between one man and one woman. Doing that would compromise my Christian witness and tell a story about marriage that contradicts God’s true story of marriage – the very story He is calling me to promote.”

Brimmer’s order also ruled that Colorado’s “defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those acting in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this order are permanently enjoined from enforcing” those discriminatory state provisions.

It was the Daily Caller News Foundation that pointed out the ruling was having a ripple effect immediately.

Because of the 303 Creative decision, a government attack on a Christian wedding photographer was dropped. And it is expected that the ruling will impace the case when the latest attack on Jack Phillips, from a lawyer demanding he violate his faith, reaches the Colorado Supreme Court.
