The House of Representatives on Friday advanced a foreign aid bill that allocates billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel.
βNearly 11 million illegal aliens have crossed our southern border in the past three years. My congressional district in Arizona, ground zero for the invasion, is getting pummeled by the surge of lawbreakers. These illegal aliens have brought violent crime, deadly drugs, human trafficking and are depleting resources and services meant for U.S. citizens. In fact, every state has become a border state. Communities across the country are being ravaged, families are being destroyed and Americans in need are being ignored,β Gosar said.
He added, βCongress cannot continue to turn a blind eye to the consequence of Bidenβs disastrous open border policies, nor can it idly wait for Biden to halt this invasion through executive fiat. Congress has the responsibility to solve this crisis.β
βYet rather than spending the resources to secure our southern border and combating the invasion of 11 million illegals and despite repeated promises there would be no additional money going to Ukraine without first securing our border, the United States House of Representatives, under the direction of the Speaker, is on the verge of sending another $61 billion to further draw America into an endless and purposeless war in Ukraine,β Gosar added.

There was never much doubt that in a military confrontation between Russia and Ukraine, those whom President Donald Trump called a βwar machineβ (Russians) would prevail.
Sure enough, once an unprecedented alliance of Western powers sent countless billions in money and military aid, the calculations had to be remade β but it soon became apparent that, while this help would considerably delay the outcome, it would not fundamentally change it.
While the Mainstream Media spent two full years lying and engaging in wishful thinking disguised as analysis, they now have to give in to the reality of facts as Russian troops ramp up pressure on the outgunned and outmaneuvered Ukrainian forces.
Moscow is reportedly preparing to conquer more territory as soon as the muddy tundra fields dry out and βallow tanks, armored vehicles and other heavy equipment to roll to key positions across the countryside.β
Associated Press reported:
βRussia has increasingly used satellite-guided gliding bombs β which allow planes to drop them from a safe distance β to pummel Ukrainian forces beset by a shortage of troops and ammunition.
Despite Moscowβs advantage in firepower and personnel, a massive ground offensive would be risky and β Russian military bloggers other experts say β unnecessary if Russia can stick to smaller attacks across the front line to further drain the Ukraine military.
βItβs potentially a slippery slope where you get like a death by a thousand cuts or essentially death by a thousand localized offensivesβ, Michael Kofman, a military expert with the Carnegie Endowment, said in a recent podcast to describe the Russian tactic. If the Russians stick to their multiple pushes across the front, he said, βeventually they may find more and more open terrainβ.β
The much-hyped Ukrainian βcounteroffensiveβ was doomed from the start, as the advancing units got trapped on vast Russian minefields and massacred by artillery and drones while never breaching the monumental Russian defense lines.
The Russians, the AP report acknowledges, have no reason to make that same mistake, since warfare has changed and the ISR capabilities both sides now have mean there is no such thing as a βsurprise attackβ anymore.
However, the expected Ukrainian defensive trenches, fortifications, and bunkers that should be built behind the Β 600-mile-long frontline have not been completed to content.
Construction work moved slowly, leaving vast areas unprotected.
βAfter capturing the Ukrainian stronghold of Avdiivka, Russian troops are zeroing in on the hill town of Chasiv Yar, which would allow them to move toward Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, key cities in the Kyiv-controlled part of the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine.β
As a first priority,Β Russia meant to conquer the rest of the Donetsk oblast β as Ukraine just doesnβt have the firepower or the manpower to repel the Russian attacks.
βGen. Christopher Cavoli, head of U.S. European Command, sounded the alarm before Congress last week, warning that Ukraine will be outgunned 10 to one by Russia in a matter of weeks if Congress does not approve more military aid.β
Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to establish a βbuffer zoneβ to protect Russiaβs border regions from Ukrainian shelling and incursions.
Besides the push across Donetsk, Moscow could also conquer Ukraineβs second-largest city of Kharkov, with 1.1 million inhabitants.
Russia has ramped up strikes on power plants in the northern area, inflicting significant damage and causing blackouts.
Military Russian forces could alternatively envelop and blockade it.

Meanwhile, high US officials like CIA Director William Burns are warning that Ukraine could βloseβ the war against Russia by the end of the year.
CNN reported:
βJust a month ago, Burns had warned in testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee that if Congress did not move to authorize additional support βΒ long hampered by conservative opposition in the House of Representatives βΒ βUkraine is likely to lose ground and probably significant ground in 2024β.β
Yesterday (18), during an appearance at the George W. Bush Center, Burns warned that Ukraine could be forced to capitulate entirely.
ββWith the boost that would come from military assistance, both practically and psychologically, I think the Ukrainians are entirely capable of holding their own through 2024β², Burns said.
βWithout supplemental assistance, the picture is a lot more direβ, he continued. βThere is a very real risk that the Ukrainians could lose on the battlefield by the end of 2024, or at least put Putin in a position where he could dictate the terms of a political settlementβ.β

Now, New Guinea academics are blasting Joe Biden for his baseless cannibalism story.
The Daily Mail reported
Outraged Papua New Guinea academics have slammed President Joe Biden for his βunacceptableβ suggestion that his uncle was eaten by cannibals in the country after his plane was shot down during World War II.
Biden implied on two occasions Wednesday that his maternal uncle 2nd Lieutenant Ambrose J. Finnegan had met a grisly end at the hands of cannibals after his plane was shot down by the enemy over New Guinea in 1944.
Historically, cannibalism has been reported Papua New Guinea, the Pacific nation that occupies the eastern half of the island of New Guinea, but local academics say Bidenβs categorization of the act is βvery offensiveβ.
Michael Kabuni, a political science lecturer at the University of Papua New Guinea, told The Guardian cannibalism was previously practiced by some communities in very specific contexts and that locals βwouldnβt just eat any white men that fell from the skyβ.
Other analysts branded Bidenβs claims as βunsubstantiated and poorly judgedβ, especially during a time in which the US has been trying to strengthen its ties with Papua New Guinea.

Kerry Kennedy, sister of independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., inadvertently urged Americans to βVote for Trumpβ in a slip of the tongue during a CNN interview with John King. The blunder was promptly followed by an embarrassed retraction and correction to βVote for Biden.β
Kennedy, in her conversation with King, seemed determined to sideline the discussion of her brotherβs independent presidential bid, stressing the political reality that only President Joe Biden or former President Donald Trump has a viable path to achieving the 270 Electoral College votes needed to win the presidency in November.
The interview then took a surprising turn when Kerry Kennedyβs words momentarily betrayed her intentions. βVote for Trump,β she said, before quickly correcting herself, βExcuse me, Vote for Biden.β The swift self-correction did little to mask her evident embarrassment.

The interview came on the same day that Kerry Kennedy, along with more than a dozen other members of her family, betrayed their own blood, RFK Jr., and publicly backed Bidenβs bid for reelection.

βPresident Biden has been a champion for all the rights and freedoms that my father and uncle stood for,β Kerry Kennedy said.

Speaking moments later, Biden said it was βan incredible honorβ to have their support, and called it the most meaningful introduction he had ever received, other than one from his sister.
βThe 2024 election is about two fundamentally different visions for America,β Biden said. βDonald Trumpβs vision is one of anger, hate, revenge and retribution. He embraces the insurrection of January 6, heβs running on it, and has promised to be a dictator on day one.
βHe calls for another bloodbath when he loses again. Your family, the Kennedy family, has endured such violence. I have a very different view of America. One of hope and optimism, like I hope all of you do, an optimism Bobby Kennedy embodied.β

If those in federal office are willing to pay attention, the states are displaying the bestβand the worstβof our republican form of government.
Every four years, American citizens get the opportunity to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the direction of the country, endorse a policy agenda for the nation, and hold the occupant of the highest office in our federal government to account for his leadership or lack thereof.
But in the intervening years between what some treat as a national Rorschach test, lawmakers are the policymakers entrusted to express the will of the people.
Fifty laboratories of innovation provide Americans with the freedom to vote with their feet by living in states that reflect the priorities around which their pursuit of happiness seems most reliably cultivated. The states also provide an effective case study for varying policy initiatives upon which our federal government can rely for evidence-based decision-making for the nation.
As an example, the Tennessee General Assembly recently passed landmark legislation addressing the disturbing trend of debanking. Once signed by Gov. Bill Lee, a Republican, this law will provide consumer protection by prohibiting big banks from canceling accounts based on the constitutionally protected freedoms of speech and religious exercise.
Applying to the largest financial institutions, those with at least $100 billion in assets, the law provides a road map for other states to follow. Since the federal government is where banks that are βtoo big to failβ look for taxpayer-funded bailouts, Congress should follow Tennesseeβs lead as well.
Contrast this approach of protecting access to basic financial services regardless of ideology with the state of New York. The U.S. Supreme Court recently heard from the National Rifle Association, which is seeking to stop New York state officials from using political power to coerce banks, insurers, and other service providers to refuse service to the Second Amendment advocacy organization.
In Idaho, Gov. Brad Little, a Republican, signed HB 578, which will ensure that faith-based adoption and foster care providers are free to serve children in need and work with the state to find loving, forever homes for kids.
Meanwhile, next door in Oregon, Jessica Bates is prevented from adopting children because she wonβt agree to the stateβs demand that she promote gender ideology. Apparently, Bates doesnβt have a high enough βsocial credit scoreβ to be deemed a worthy parent by the state.
Idaho simultaneously protects the right of conscience and promotes the best interests of children in need of loving homes, while Oregon prioritizes politics over people.
One might look at these polar-opposite expressions of policy preferences and despair of a nation plagued by irreconcilable differences. But to the federalists among us, these differences are not a bug but a feature of our system.
Our national political culture is divided, but no more so now than it was at our founding. Today we simply have divisions of 50 instead of the 13 that existed when our Constitution was adopted. Then, as now, life in the states can look drastically different across our internal borders.
From the beginning, these United States of America were a hodgepodge of varying ethnicities, religions, economies, and political beliefs. What united the states then can still unite them todayβthe recognition of our fundamental God-given rights and the implicit American compact to protect those rights for all, regardless of which direction the political winds may blow across a state or the nation.
If an executive or legislative branch of state or federal government, even with popular support, goes so far as to implement policy that conflicts with these fundamental rights, our judiciary is empowered to rein in the wayward whims of the democratic process. This ensures that our fundamental rights are recognized in all 50 states while allowing for policy differences on other matters.
American journalist H.L. Mencken once said: βDemocracy is the theory that the common people know what they want and deserve to get it good and hard.β
Thankfully, our Founders were keenly aware of the fallen nature of man, the seductive trappings of power, and thus the perils of pure democracy for the God-given rights of the individual. They had the foresight to give us, as Benjamin Franklin reportedly quipped, βA republic, if you can keep it.β
When our federal government is focused on protecting fundamental rights guaranteed to all by the Constitutionβs principles while respecting the role and differences of the states, we improve our chances of βkeeping it.β

Shocking footage captured the moment a vile woman brutally murdered a young mother in a downtown Seattle alley.
As KIRO News reported, 33-year-old Rickesha Overton overpowered her victim, 20-year-old Alisia DeCoteau and forced her down the stairs of the 3rd floor of the Ellis Court Apartments and into the alley where DeCoteau drew her last breath.
The violent murder occurred on March 3, just after 1 A.M.. However, a journalist named Jonathan Choe leaked video footage of the crime just yesterday.
The video shows Overton forcing a terrified and screaming DeCoteau down a flight of stairs with a gun to her head. While marching down the stairs, Overton tells DeCoteau, βIβll blow your mouth! Say I wonβt! Say I wonβt!β
Overton then opens the door and shoves her sobbing victim into the alley before going back inside for a few seconds. Once Overton returns, she yells at DeCoteau before shooting her twice at close range, including once in the head.

Overton next tries to unload even more bullets but cannot do so. Police detectives say she ran out of ammunition.
The deranged woman then starts kicking a lifeless DeCoteau several times while screaming, βB**ch you dead, B**ch you dead!β But Overton, for some reason, begins to think her victim is still alive and exclaims that she is still breathing.
A crowd from the alleyway then starts screaming at her in the background. Overton tells the nearby crowd, βThat b**ch is crazy; she tried to kill me!β
Overton is about to return inside before the crowd screams at her again. She turns around and rushes toward them with her gun while screaming obscenities.
The video footage ends with Overton once again screaming and pointing her gun at the crowd, yelling, βIβll blow your mother f**king brains out!β
KIRO 7 News notes this is not the first time Overton allegedly attacked DeCoteau. Police revealed they were called to the same apartment building on January 1 at roughly 2:35 p.m. and arrested Overton for assaulting DeCoteau.
While court documents did not describe the relationship between Overton and DeCoteau, family members confirmed to KIRO 7 News the two were friends on Facebook.
Overton is charged with first-degree murder and second-degree assault. Her bail has been set at $5,000,000.
DeCoteau leaves behind a one-year-old daughter, Mariah, who is now being cared for by her older sister, Jessica Ceja.

Farmers are now protesting for fairer wages. No farmers = No food.
As you will have heard if you follow my reporting, there has been massive farmers protests all over Europe. I recently reported from Germany where the farmers were protesting.
Now the Norwegian farmers are protesting as well, and I met with them.
In fact, there was a tractor convoy on the E6 motorway and I managed to catch up with them for an interview β And I got some videos and photos as well.
As far as Iβm aware, Iβm the only journalist that went to this protest and got videos, so please share widely!
They were driving a tractor convoy on the motorway in very slow speed to make their point.
One tractor had a homemade banner saying βOur food β Increase self relianceβ.
So what is happening is that small farms are having to shut down because they cannot live on the wages they are getting, and it ends up being converted into large farms instead.
Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, the state talked about essentially SEIZING 3000 farms to meet new 2030 emissions goalsβ¦
Farmers are facing huge costs. For example, new requirements for animal welfare requires one farmer to invest over $700.000 in a new barn. He wonβt be able to afford this and risks going out of business.
The farmers are hard working people. They rise early and go to bed late. They work hard to provide us with good food. Without farmers, people will starve so it is essential to support them.
The farmer I spoke with told me that a large group of farmers were heading down to the capitol of Oslo to protest outside parliament, but not everyone could take part as they had animals to take care of.
The farmers have set up empty fridges outside parliament with signs saying βNo farmer, no food, just empty fridgesβ.
Farmers have several things they want to ensure fair wages for their work. The average yearly wage corresponded to almost $45.000 for a farmer. This is not a lot.
Iβm seeing reports that farmers are struggling financially to pay their bills.
People are being forced away from a career as a farmer because they donβt get enough paid for it.

LaSalle Street in Chicago has long been an important business and financial hub for the city.
But if Mayor Brandon Johnson has his way, the area will be transformed into βaffordable housing,β with some suggesting it is yet another scheme to place the interests of illegals ahead of citizens.
Blockclub Chicago reported that βfour potential developments have been picked as part of the LaSalle Street Reimagined initiative, a plan that aims to help the corridor bounce back from pandemic vacancies,β which would add βmore than 1,000 new apartments, with at least 319 of them affordable.β
On Friday, the City Council will vote on Johnsonβs request for $1.25B for affordable housing borrowing.
This is on top of Johnsonβs request for $70 million in additional City funding to care for illegals, which the Budget and Government Operations Committee voted 20-8 to send to the full Council.
The Real Deal spelled out Johnsonβs plan:
The plan calls for $1.25 billion in bonds to be allocated over five years, with $250 million annually divided between the cityβs Department of Planning and Development and the Department of Housing, for economic development and housing programs.
It would also allow numerous TIF districts to expire, and for the tax dollars recouped from those districts to be redirected to fund this initiative. This shift signifies a departure from Chicagoβs traditional reliance on TIF funds for its developments, removing geographic barriers to how the money is spent.
Chicago reporter William B. Kelly, however, has questions.

Liberal drug laws and government-funded interventions to make drug use safer normalize drug use and fuel the drug crisis.
Last year, 112,000 Americans died of drug overdoses, and American taxpayers are funding the crisis. Millions of dollars in Bidenβs $1.9 Trillion pandemic Relief Bill went towards funding so-called βharm reductionβ programs, which help people use drugs more safely but do not encourage them to stop using. This year, Biden-Harris allocated $39.4 million toward the Presidentβs Unity Agenda, which includes harm reduction programs.
Meanwhile, a congressional committee discovered that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been subsidizing the companies that provide the precursor chemicals to Mexican drug cartels, who manufacture fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other drugs, which they smuggle through the Southern border. So, American taxpayers are not only funding the drug crisis but also funding China.
A backlash among liberals against the βwar on drugs,β which they consider a racist failure, has caused a number of jurisdictions to take the opposite approach, liberalizing or decriminalizing drug use. Some have intentionally increased access to alcohol by allowing to-go sales and lowering taxes. Tax revenue has been one of the arguments Democrats use when trying to convince Republicans to legalize and tax marijuana, which is now legal in at least 37 states. But now, even those taxes are being removed because they were preventing some people from obtaining drugs.
Rather than trying to convince people that sobriety is the better way, liberal drug and alcohol programs have shifted their focus toward βharm reduction,β which seeks to mitigate the public health risks of drug use without stigmatizing users or requiring them to stop. By definition, removing the stigma means normalizing. It also nullifies the deterrent effect for first-time users who will believe that they can use drugs and still be a productive member of society, despite the evidence to the contrary.
As part of harm reduction, there has been increased funding for the distribution of Narcan and other overdose reversal medications, as well as programs that provide sterile drug paraphernalia and teach people how to use drugs safely βwithout requiring them to stop or reduce their use.β
Narcan is now available without a prescription, and last year, approximately 22 million doses were distributed in the US and Canada, at taxpayer expense. Narcan and other interventions only decrease the number of deaths, not the number of overdoses, which is many times higher.
Overdosing has been made βsaferβ by these drugs. They do not resolve the drug crisis. Even worse, by decreasing the number of deaths, the interventions allow the problem to disappear from the front page. Deaths remain on peopleβs minds; addiction doesnβt. Removing the lethality also removes the deterrent for young people.
The Democrats are disinterested in stopping drug use, so by legalizing drugs, they can claim to have reduced crime. In many American cities, irrespective of the law, progressive prosecutors refuse to prosecute what they consider low-level drug crimes.
A good example is the state of Oregon, which voted in 2020 to liberalize drug laws, decriminalizing possession of small amounts of even hard drugs. The measures were passed by the Democrat-led legislature, and the police stopped arresting offenders. Instead, officers gave users a ticket and a slip of paper with a phone number they could call to get into a treatment program. Records show that Portland police handed out 7,000 of these slips, but only a few hundred users ever made the call.
Marijuana was already legal in Oregon, so tax money from marijuana was put towards treatment programs. Three years later, the drug crisis in Oregon was worse.
Advocates for liberal drug policies argue, βthe criminal justice system didnβt effectively treat addiction.β They also said it disproportionately harmed people of color. By ceasing drug arrests, they hoped to be able to decrease the racial disparity among prisoners. Decriminalization also brought down the crime rate by no longer counting drug offenses. However, other forms of crime increased, perpetrated by people trying to get money for drugs.
Before decriminalization, Portlandβs violent crime rate was below the national average. By 2022, Portland saw a record number of homicides. This dropped off a bit in 2023, and there were claims that other crimes dropped as well, but traffic fatalities increased to record levels, while shoplifting arrests increased by 88%. Portlandβs property crime rate is higher than the national average and rose steadily until 2023, when it came down slightly. But it is still higher than pre-drug legalization. And most predictably, from 2019 to 2022, the rate of opioid deaths increased by 241%.
While many sources claim that overall crime rates have dropped in cities that legalized drugs, the statistic is misleading. This is evidenced not only by Oregon, but also by other municipalities that decriminalized drugs or liberalized enforcement and have seen an increase in drug use, overdoses, and certain kinds of crime. This has been true in Seattle, where the claim was that overall crime was down, but there was an increase in homicides and auto thefts.
San Francisco has seen an increase in drug-related crimes, as well as the prevalence of dealers and violence. Crime is up in New York, where the liberal governor wants to deploy the National Guard to keep order in the subways. Philadelphia is now known as the capital of the Xylazine zombie drug crisis, and Los Angeles is a fentanyl hub, experiencing rampant shoplifting, theft, and an increase in property crime.
One way that the statistics are being misrepresented is that many of these cities are claiming a decrease in violent crime in 2023, and this may be true, but only because 2022 experienced a severe spike in crime. This may have been the final effects of lockdowns and COVID restrictions which, in some cases, were not completely eliminated until the middle or end of the year. However, in most cases, the 2023 numbers are not lower than 2020 or pre-drug-liberalization figures.
No matter how they try to spin it, drug usage and deaths are up. In 2020, 27 million Americans reported being drug users, including marijuana, opioids, or amphetamines. Last year, the number climbed to 37.3 million. About 10% of Americans now have problems with alcohol abuse, and 6% are drug addicts. Most heartbreaking, nationwide, 22 teens are dying each week of drug overdoses.

Itβs important that American patriots learn the difference between a conservative and a neoconservative, a liberal and a neoliberal. I will attempt to shed light on the difference by honing in on one specific example of a neoconservative working in a position of leadership today, that being House Speaker Mike Johnson.
I think we can all agree Johnson is a conservative, but what kind of conservative is he? Does he focus on the needs and interests of Americans or on the interests of those who benefit most from perpetual conflict overseas?
WheneverΒ The New York TimesΒ puts out anΒ article praising a RepublicanΒ for his deft political skills, you know something wicked this way comes. When has theΒ New York Times, in the last 35-40 years, ever stood for anything globally but more war? The Times, along with theΒ Washington Post, serve as the βpapers of recordβ for New York and Washington elites. New York is home base for the financial elites and Washington is the home of the military/intelligence/political elites.

Let me quote the first two paragraphs of a Times story published Wednesday, April 17. And remember, this is supposed to be a news story, not an editorial.
βSpeaker Mike Johnsonβs elaborate plan for pushing aid to Ukraine through the House over his own partyβs objections relies on an unusual strategy: He is counting on House Democrats and their leader, Rep.Β Hakeem JeffriesΒ of New York, to provide the votes necessary to clear the way for it to come to the floor.
βIf Democrats were to provide those crucial votes, it would mark the second time in two years that Republican leaders have had to turn to the minority party to rescue them from their own recalcitrant right-wing colleagues in order to allow major legislation to be debated and voted on.β
The article goes on to say that because of the Republicansβ tiny margin of control, βJohnson will need their (Democrats) support on the aid itself. But before he even gets to that, he will need their votes on a procedural motion, known as a rule, to even bring the legislation to the floor β an unconventional expectation of the minority party.β
What theyβre really saying is that we have a Republican Speaker of the House who is essentially acting as a proxy for the Democrats, helping push Democrat and globalist policies through the Congress. Itβs also interesting that the Democratic Party used to have a strong element of anti-war sentiment within its ranks, and that element has now been purged. The Democratic Party is now totally controlled by the neo-liberal war mongers, just as the Republican Party is controlled by neo-conservative war mongers.
A clear pattern has come into view. Weβve seen Johnson previously refuse to provide funding for border security (this would be an American interest); then he sided with the Washington establishment last week to renew funding for warrantless spying on Americans through the secretive star-chamber court known as the FISA system (not in the interest of any free Americans). Now he is backing away from his commitments not to fund anymore Ukraine giveaways, a policy that is leading to more war in the world, not just in Ukraine, and will eventually result in American troops on the ground in various theaters of war.
The globalist power-brokers who control politicians like Mike Johnson have failed in their determined effort to bait Vladimir Putin into widening the war in Ukraine. Having failed with Putin, they are now working on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, hoping he will show less restraint than Putin and light the fire that explodes into full-blown World War III.
Again, hereβs a direct quote from the NY Times article:
βThat puts Democrats once again in a strange but strong position, wielding substantial influence over the (Ukraine/Israel funding) measure, including which proposed changes, if any, are allowed to be voted on and how the foreign aid is structured. After all, Johnson knows that if they are unsatisfied and choose to withhold their votes, the legislation risks imploding before it even comes up.β
God forbid that a bill transferring tens of billions of dollars from U.S. taxpayers to foreign countries should implode. That would be catastrophic in the eyes of the New York Times, even as American military veterans sleep under bridges and many elderly Americans are wondering how theyβre going to pay for their food and medicine. Their priorities are clear. Theyβve let it be known who they serve, and it isnβt the interests of the American people.
Nobody expresses the legitimate frustration and utter disgust we should all have with Congress better than Dave Kobler, a U.S. Army veteran who operates the popularΒ Southern Prepper 1Β channel on YouTube. The video below is 12 minutes of undiluted truth.
At the top of the geopolitical food chain, we are not dealing with mere politicians but with satanic criminals in high places. We have way too many corrupt, detached politicians posing as our βrepresentativesβ but the core of the problem is who they answer to. They answer to a cabal of war criminals and perpetrators of crimes against humanity β a group that operates above the highly orchestrated political system we see being acted out in the daily theatrical production known as Washington, D.C.
These globalist elites want war not only because it results in massive transfers of wealth into their bank accounts, but because war always increases their control over the lives of we the people.
Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky, one of the few good guys in Washington, said it clearly earlier this week.
βWeβre steering toward everything Chuck Schumer wants,β Massie said Tuesday, referring to the Democratic Senate majority leader from New York.
But Schumer only wants war because war is the only option being pursued right now by his masters in the bowls of the military-industrial complex. This includes the military hierarchy, the mega banks and transnational corporations, as well as theΒ Five Eyes intelligence community. Five Eyes includes the intel agencies of the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. But there is also Five Eyes Plus which makes up Nine Eyes, incorporating Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Norway. It extends out from there to Nine Eyes Plus, taking in Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Sweden to make up Fourteen Eyes. This is basically what many would call the βfree world,β but all of them are currently led by powers that hate their own people, as evidenced by the pushing of toxic injections, a war on food production, and war with nuclear-armed Russia. Their actions expose them as agents of globalist powers seeking to drastically depopulate the earth.
Sadly, this evil entity is having its water carried by phony βconservativesβ like Mike Johnson every bit as significantly as the phony βliberals.β We truly are being ruled by a D.C. Uniparty right now and too many Americans still canβt see it.
But they are starting to wake up. More every day are starting to see that βleadersβ like Mike Johnson do not advocate the interests of the American people and do not work for us on any level, despite what they might say. The question is what to do about it. Is it too late to save this debt-ridden, morally depraved sinking ship known as the United States of America? If so, what is the future of this land and how should we as Christians be preparing for it? We may have a depraved, oppressive and anti-civilization entity in Washington posing as our βgovernment,β but that doesnβt mean we canβt still foster goodness and civilized community on the local level.

If DHS Director Alejandro Mayorkas had not abused the legal authority from this program, releasing illegal immigrants accused of serious crimes, Cong. Marjorie Taylor Greene said βLaken Riley would likely still be alive today.β
Sen. Hawley exploded at Mayorkas yesterday at a hearing before the Senate Homeland Security Committee.
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) asked Mayorkas, βhow could you sleep at night?β knowing that his actions likely led to the death of 22 year old Riley.
Two months ago, on February 22nd, 22 year old Laken Riley, who was a nursing student at Augusta University in Georgia was jogging at nearby University of Georgia when she was abducted. Her body was found nearby in the Oconee Forest Park, her death was a result of blunt force trauma.
Illegal Immigrant JosΓ© Antonio Ibarra, age 26, from Venezuela, has been arrested and charged with felony murder, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. There is currently no date set for trial.
Rileyβs father asked the Georgia legislature to declare an βinvasionβ by illegal immigrants. Americaβs President later spent time grieving with the Riley family.
In March the U.S. House passed the βLaken Riley Actβ to require federal immigration enforcement to arrest and detain illegal aliens until they are removed from the country.
Biden has tried to avoid the death of Laken Riley, along with avoiding the deaths of thousands of Americans who died at the hands of illegal immigrants every year. Biden was sorry though, sorry that he accidentally called Jose Ibarra an βillegalβ to the mainstream news reporters. Biden also confused her name with that of a USC football coach.
Secretary Mayorkas was impeached by the Republican-controlled House on April 16th. The Democrat-controlled Senate summarily dismissed the Houseβs articles of impeachment against Secretary Mayorkas. This is in contrast to the obviously-fake impeachments against then-President Donald Trump, where a Republican-controlled Senate held a trial on the Houseβs impeachment charges twice, even though the charges were clearly unhinged and irrational lies against Donald Trump.

For instance, in an 11-second viral clip posted Wednesday to the social media platform X, a woman identified as Loyola Marymount University graduate student Grace Obi-Azuike effectively re-enacted a scene from Nazi Germany when she spewed venomous anti-Jewish hatred and, significantly, incurred no apparent rebuke from the younger people around her who attended an event featuring Israel Defense Forces members.
βGet the f*** out of here, all you ugly-a** little Jewish people in this b****,β the California law student appeared to say in a clip shared by the StopAntisemitism X account.
Obi-Azuike made the comment while seated and signaling in the direction of people who did not appear on camera.
Her insidious remark drew a look of astonishment but also an open-mouthed smile from an androgynous-looking person seated to her left. The male-looking person to her right wore the cloth mask of the COVID cult. His reaction, therefore β perhaps thankfully β remains a mystery.
But some attendees clapped or otherwise voiced approval.
βOooooh, hooooo, yeah,β an unidentified female voice said.

According to the Los Angeles schoolβs Jewish Law Students Association, the Adolf Hitler-like outburst occurred as part of a calculated effort by multiple law students to disrupt an event that featured firsthand accounts from Israelβs war against Hamas in Gaza.
On Instagram, JLSA reported that βa few attendees left trembling as they made their way to their vehicles.β
As one would expect in this age of woke narcissism, the Loyola Law School boasts its own Anti-Racism Center.
The StopAntisemitism post referred to Obi-Azuike as a 2022-2023 fellow at the center β and the humor-focused, real-news site Not the Bee did likewise based on her now-deleted LinkedIn page.
Her intellectual profile certainly fits that of an anti-racist narcissist.
For instance, Obi-Azuike also belonged to the California ChangeLawyers organization.
βOur scholars and fellows are law students and recent law grads who are BIPOC, First Generation, LGBTQ+ and others whose lived experiences and identities are underrepresented in the halls of power,β the groupβs scholar and fellow directoryΒ proclaimed.
As of Thursday afternoon, Obi-Azuike still appeared on the directory page. The following note appeared on her scholar profile:

Obi-Azuike also appeared among the California Association of Black Lawyersβ 2024 law student scholarship recipients.
On Feb. 2, LMU recognized Obi-Azuike among 11 graduate finalists who each received $5,000 to support research βfocused on areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.β
She also has served as president of the LLS Black Law Students Association. In that role, with a paean to the Juneteenth holiday, she provided a glimpse into the mind of a young narcissist.
βWe comprise the generation of individuals that have the strongest ability to dismantle and end racism throughout this country,β Obi-Azuike wrote.
Predictably, she also insisted on the need to βunderstand the intersection between law and systemic racism.β
In other words, like many young victims of woke education and culture, Obi-Azuike sees the world primarily through skin colorΒ β and she obviously felt empowered to count herself with the βgenerationβ that could βdismantle and end racism.β
Oh, how our schools have failed to encourage humility in such self-important crusaders.
Nonetheless, though unfortunate to have come of age in an era that validates narcissism, Obi-Azuike is no victim here.
For one thing, she reminds us that anti-racism amounts to nothing more than institutionally approved racism.
More importantly, her ugly outburst called to mind a 1998 book by historian Christopher R. Browning.
In βOrdinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland,β Browning explained how a group of βaverage middle-aged Germansβ transformed into executioners during the Holocaust.
In short, it did not take much for those initially reluctant killers to become eager instruments of mass murder.
Above all, it took an atmosphere in which officials encouraged such phrases as βyou ugly-a** little Jewish people.β
Not long ago, we could study the past and wonder how things could have ever turned so dark. Now, however, we wonder no more.

A story originally appearing in the Associated Press (βAPβ) complaining about the lack of felon voting rights in Mississippi is being amplified by a variety of other news outlets.
The story is the product of a left-wing desire to normalize the effort to give voting rights to convicted felons.
The reasoning is simple: felons vote for Democrats, according to a study from the left-wing Brennan Center for Justice at NYU law. The findings were that 70% registered as Democrats and 24% registered as Republicans. Other studies show somewhere between a 20-40% preference for Democrats by those with a prior felony conviction.
The story quotes Kenneth Almons who served 23 years in state prison for armed robbery. It mentions that armed robbery is one of Almonsβ felonies, it does not list out what his other charges putting him behind bars were.
The story does mention that Mississippi only restricts voting rights for people convicted of a certain list of 22 different felonies. It doesnβt list out what those other felonies are, but hereβs the list from the Attorney Generalβs website.
Felons lose their obligation to serve on jury duty when called in every state except Maine. Felons lose their gun rights under federal law inΒ 18 U.S.C. Β§ 922(g), federal firearms rights are lost upon conviction of a βcrime punishable by a imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.β
CNN in 2020 estimated that 5 million people with felony convictions are not currently voting.
The wide variety of far-left groups advocating for the restoration of voting rights donβt seem as concerned with the restoration of jury duty obligations, even though juries are chronically undermanned nationwide, nor the restoration of firearm ownership rights.

The Associated Press does not identify a single opponent of the bill, and does not focus on any possible negatives to the proposed legislation. In fact, the news piece quotes a far-left group, the Brennan Center.
Previously, the AP editorialized and said that the restoration of felon voting rights was βbipartisanβ and offered a βrareβ chance for change. The improper advocacy by the news outlet is matched by the unbalanced coverage within the story, where only one side of the argument and debate is being presented. The obvious partisan implications of the bill are also ignored, to the benefit of the party that would want to hide its electoral agenda and strategy.
This kind of advocacy within the news, along with the corruption of the mainstream media that presents far-left policy agenda items as βbipartisanβ efforts, is part of a 50-plus year center-right criticism of systemic bias in the media that promotes mindless conformity to left-wing ideology.
A simple search of Google reveals the headline of the article is repeated exactly the same in 40 different news outlets. Itβs a close version of this formulation:

These outlets are simply repeating the wire service copy, copying-and-pasting the headline and the text of the story as given to them.
The reporter at the Associated Press who wrote the original story was Emily Wagster Pettus. In her article, Pettus writes from an entirely left-wing sympathetic point of view. Her article toes a hard-left political line. Pettus claims in her article, citing to the attorneys in the case from left-wing groups, that blacks are more likely to commit felonies, especially the felonies listed above, than other races.
She refers to the prohibition on felon voting as coming from a βJim Crow eraβ of the stateβs history. Reporter Pettus makes an argument for guilt-by-timeline and guilt-by-association as the laws in question were passed at the wrong time and in the wrong place to be considered valid.
This despite the fact that many other states, including many other southern states, allow for felon voting rights restoration. Not to mention that many other states with similar rules, Iowa, Connecticut, Wyoming, Arizona, never had βJim Crowβ laws nor were they in the Confederacy.Β
The beginning of Pettusβ original story reads as follows:
JACKSON, Miss. (AP) β Kenneth Almons says he began a 23-year sentence in a Mississippi prison just two weeks after graduating from high school, and one of his felony convictions β for armed robbery β stripped away voting rights that he still has not regained decades later.
Now 51, Almons told lawmakers Wednesday that he has worked hard and remained law-abiding since his release, and he wants to be able to vote.
βIt would mean I am no longer considered a nobody,β Almons said. βBecause when you donβt have a voice, youβre nobody.β
Mississippi is among the 26 states that remove voting rights from people for criminal convictions, according to theΒ Brennan Center for Justice.
Mississippiβs original list of disenfranchising crimes springs from theΒ Jim Crow era, and attorneys who have sued to challenge the list say authors of the state constitution removed voting rights for crimes they thought Black people were more likely to commit.
The restoration of felon voting rights, letting the votes of rapists to cancel out their victims, and for murderers to double-outvote their victims, has opponents that the Associated Press could find if they had tried.

All jurors, including the replacements and an alternate have been revealed in President Trumpβs βHush Moneyβ trial.
As Jim Hoft reported, Fox News host Jesse Watters previously revealed seven of the jurors selected to serve in Trumpβs βhush moneyβ trial involving porn star Stormy Daniels. Two were dismissed after radical-left Judge Juan Merchan agreed they could not be fair to Trump.
But the jury pool is still tilted far to the left and even includes a woman who has called Trump βvery selfishβ and βself-serving.β
As Hoft notes, Merchanβs daughter is a top activist for Democrats and Joe Biden campaign. Judge Merchan is pushing charges against Trump that are not a crime. He needs jurors who believe like he does that Trump is guilty of a crime because he is still alive.
Hereβs the FULL list of people deciding Trumpβs fate. The following information is gathered from both Watters and The Daily Mail, which filled in the final details on the jurors:
The Foreman, juror number one, is an Irish immigrant who works as a salesman from West Harlem. He used to be a waiter, didnβt finish college, and loves the outdoors. Heβs married with no kids.
He claims that he receives his news from the liberal New York Times, the Daily Mail, Fox News, and far-left MSNBC. Watters previously noted this was suspicious since he knew no one who watches both MSNBC and Fox News.
Juror Number Two. This is a replacement for one of the dismissed jurors, who admitted yesterday she could not be fair and impartial after being exposed by Watters.
This juror is a man who works as an investment banker, has an MBA in finance, and is similar to a liberal activist to an extent. He also has family members who are lawyers.
While he follows Trump on X/Twitter, he also follows Trumpβs disgraced former lawyer Michael Cohen and his podcast and the leftist account Mueller She Wrote, which lionizes corrupt former FBI director Robert Mueller. He also closely follows news on Israel and Ukraine and receives his news from the New York Times.
The man enjoys hiking, music concerts, and exploring New York City in his spare time.
Juror Number Three is an Asian lawyer in his late 20s or 30s and is originally from Oregon. His corporate law firm features DEI on its homepage. Heβs single, lives in Chelsea, and claims heβs not very familiar with Trumpβs other charges.
He likes to hike and run and receives his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Google.
Juror Number Four. This is the second replacement. The previous one was dismissed after it was learned he was previously arrested in the 1990s for tearing down Republican campaign signs.
The new juror is a security engineer originally from California who now lives on the Upper West Side. He claims he listens to comedy podcasts and several news organizations, though he declined to go into detail.
His hobbies include βvarious things,β such as wood and metalworking, but he spends the most time caring for his three children.
Juror Number Five is a black woman in her 20s originally from Harlem who has a Masterβs degree and works a teacher. Sheβs unmarried, has no kids, and lives with her brother. She gets her news from Google and TikTok and listens to the leftist podcast The Breakfast Club.
She was evasive when asked whether she had a strong opinion of Trump. She only said, βThere was a divide in the country, and I canβt ignore that.β
Juror Number Six is a recent college graduate in her 20s who works for Woke Disney. She previously made the courtroom laugh because she wanted to know if the trial would be over before September because sheβs a bridesmaid at her sisterβs wedding. Sheβs unmarried, has no kids, and likes to dance.
She lives with three roommates and gets her news from leftist outlets like the New York Times, Google, Facebook, and TikTok. But she claims she doesnβt have strong feelings about Trump one way or the other.
Juror Number Seven is a middle-aged, balding white guy with a tan and glasses. He lives on the Upper East Side and is another lawyer whose firm is big into DEI and ESG.
Heβs originally from North Carolina, married with two kids, and his wife works at a bank. He gets his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, the Washington Post, and NPR.
Regarding Trump, he said there were policies he agreed with and ones he disagreed with, but he didnβt have any particular opinions of the man personally. He says he is aware of the other lawsuits against Trump.
Juror Number Eight is a retired wealth manager who lives on the Upper East Side. Heβs married with children.
His activities include using a flight machine, skiing, yoga, and meditation. His news sources are the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and the BBC.
When asked if he has strong opinions or firmly held beliefs about Trump, he was hesitant. He paused before answering yes but claimed he would be impartial during the trial.
Juror Number Nine is a young white woman who lives on the Upper East Side. She has undergraduate and masterβs degrees and works as a speech therapist.
Her hobbies include hanging out with friends, watching TV, eating at restaurants, and going on walks.
She says she doesnβt watch the news too closely but follows liberal news sources such as CNN Five Things, NYTimes Morning, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The woman says she does not like most of Trumpβs politics but asserts she can leave this βat the doorβ and be βfair and impartial.β
Juror Number 10 is a man who works in e-commerce for an eyewear company. He spends his time outdoors when not working.
The man says he doesnβt follow the news closely but reads the New York Times. He also listens to podcasts on behavioral psychology.
Juror Number 11 is a product development manager who lives in upper Manhattan and has blasted Trump as βvery selfishβ and βself-servingβ but claims she can be impartial.
She pays attention to fashion publications for her job and also βwatchesβ Google. Her hobbies include traveling and eating.
Juror Number 12 is a woman who has worked as a physical therapist for the past fifteen years. She runs, plays tennis, hikes, paddle boards, and listens to live music in her free time.
She receives her news from the New York Times, USAToday, and CNN.
The alternate juror is a woman who works as an investment analyst for an asset manager. In her spare time, she likes to run, hang out with friends and eat food.
She gets her news from the Wall Street Journal and New York Times.

In October 2022, Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested in Michigan in connection with βtheft of personal data.β
The alleged stolen data belonged to poll workers and was the subject of TrueTheVoteβs βPITβ in Arizona in August 2022, in which Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips singled out the Michigan-based company.
During the PIT conference, Phillips and Engelbrecht alleged they were cooperating with the FBI in Michigan about data being sent overseas by this company. The investigation quickly turned on them after the FBI distanced itself from itΒ for some strange reason.
Journalist βincognitoβ Kanekoa covered this company and researched Konnech.
Here is the link to the LA County website after the Los Angeles County District Attorneyβs Office on October 4, 2022, announced the arrest of Konnech CEO Eugene Yu on suspicion of theft of personal identifying information by investigators at the LA District Attorneyβs office.

The theft of data only impacted the election workers, alleged Soros-funded Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon at the time.Β The LADA seized hard drives and other digital evidence from the Michigan software firm with the assistance of Meridian Township Police in MI.Β The LADA was seeking Yuβs extradition to Los Angeles.
Following the CEOβs arrest Fairfax County in Virginia announced they stopped using Konnechβs PollChief election officer management software.
True the Voteβs Catherine Engelbrecht and investigator Gregg Phillips were then hauled into court by lawyers representing Konnech who sued Catherine and Gregg for defamation for reporting on the company and its actions.
U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt demanded the conservative nonprofit group disclose their sources of the information central to the case, about sensitive poll worker data managed by Konnech Inc.
After Konnech sued True the Vote for defamation, Hoyt ordered True the Vote to turn over any Konnech data the organization still had and disclose the name of the individual whoβd helped them obtain it.
Gregg and Catherine refused to βburnβ their source in the Konnech reporting and spent 10 days in prison for not turning over their source to Konnech and their corrupt attorneys.
The Soros-funded LA District Attorney dropped the charges against Konnech the day after the 2022 midterm election.Β The reason for the dismissal was never explained β until recently.
In April 2023, Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht released all of their information on the China-linked Konnech Company at Open.Ink. The next day Konnech dropped ALL CHARGES against Gregg and Catherine!
Kanekoa later revealed that the FBI shielded and protected Konnech from investigation despite its ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
Konnech provided election administration and logistics software to numerous prominent counties in the United States,

This Konnech database βstored the personally identifying information of over a million Americans,β he emphasized. Engelbrecht and Phillips decided that βthis was a major national security riskβ and immediately took the information to the FBI.
When Engelbrecht and Phillips took this information to the FBI, the FBI βsaid the information was forwarded to their counterintelligence operation, and a counterintelligence operation was opened up in January or February of 2021,β Phillips said.
Phillips described how he and Engelbrecht played an active role in the FBIβs operation, βThey engaged us in the operation, they were communicating with us on a regular basis. They were communicating with Catherine regarding communications with the target and this went on for approximately 15 months.β
In April 2022, Engelbrecht received a call from one of the FBI agents, who informed her that the FBIβs βWashington D.C. headquartersβ was now involved in the investigation.
Engelbrecht described how everything changed after this call, βThere was no more goodwill, there was no more letβs work together, the script had been flipped, and now we were the target,β she said. βThat was a very disturbing call.β
The agent informed Engelbrecht that βtwo womenβ at the FBIβs headquarters believed that Phillips and Engelbrecht were βin the wrong for doing thisβ and that the D.C. office was now trying βto figure out how you guys broke the law to find all of this.β
Engelbrecht added, βWhich of course we didnβt, but that was kind of their Modus Operandi, they were going to try to pin something on us, and today you can pick your headlines about how the FBI has done this time and again.β
Phillips remarked, βThe problem is they know about this, and they chose to do nothing. They chose to investigate it, and in the end, they chose to blame us, but this is China. These are Chinese operatives in the United States; these are Chinese citizens who are programming this.β
On October 28, 2022, @TrueTheVote and @OnwardSocial submitted an affidavit containing approximately 10% of their text messages exchanged with FBI Agents in Detroit and San Antonio, supporting their claim of working with the FBI on a 15-month βcounter-intelligence operationβ against Eugene Yu, prior to the involvement of FBI headquarters in Washington D.C.
The text messages included conversations with the following individuals:
-Special Agent Bruce Fowler, Detroit
-SA Huy Nguyen, San Antonio
-SA Kevin McKenna, San Antonio
-SA Kristina, San Antonio
In one text message exchange, Fowler provided his FBI email address and mentioned receiving three thumb drives from the San Antonio office. He asked Engelbrecht to guide him on where to find information on those drives.
In another text message exchange, Engelbrecht asked for the name of an agent in Georgia. Nguyen responded that he would provide the name later, but βin the meantime, you can tell them that you filed the complaint with SA Huy Nguyen and SA Kevin McKenna with San Antonio Division.β
In another exchange, Engelbrecht texted Nguyen, stating:
βI wanted to let you know that we took the nuclear option and went public (in a very limited way, but nonetheless we did it). Konnech quickly filed a civil suit against us in Houston federal court and got an ex parte [temporary restraining order].
Part of the TRO required that we name who weβd gotten the election worker data from, same person whoβd provided it to you. We gave the court the name under seal. Our attorney also notified the Houston FBI office, where the case was filed.
Nguyen did not respond to Engelbrechtβs text. According to further texts provided by Engelbrecht, she reached out to βKayKay,β saying she hoped to talk, in person, if possible.
Engelbrecht added that she, Phillips, and βthe researcher who originally provided us the dataβ are being βdoxedβ and that itβs βa very serious situation and weβve been left to hang.β
Engelbrecht then noted, βYu has already been indicted by a Grand Jury and arrested,β but they βcontinue to hear chatter that the FBI is working with Konnech, against us, and still trying to accuse us of crimes we did not commit.β
On April 14, 2023, cybersecurity expert Nate Cain (@cain_nate), who forensically imaged Konnechβs devices for the Los Angeles District Attorneyβs office, stated that Konnech stored the personal data of U.S. election workers and judges on servers in China.
DC FBI elites DROPPED the investigation into Konnech for some reason. It is not clear when this occurred. This is just the latest example of the lawlessness of Americaβs top investigative agency.
In this instance, it appears they were working for the Chinese Communists and against the American people.
Fast forward to Wednesday β Investigative journalist Margot Cleveland at The Federalist reported that Soros-funded District Attorney George Gascon dropped the bombshell investigation against Konnech because it could help Donald Trump.
L.A. County District Attorney George Gascon improperly β and for political reasons β dismissed the criminal charges against the CEO of election software services company Konnech, a governmental tortΒ complaint filed Wednesday by the lead prosecutor on the case claims. That eight-page complaint against Gascon with the county Board of Supervisors further alleges the DA retaliated against his lead prosecutor for opposing the dismissal of the charges β and reveals many more previously unknown and troubling details about the entire caseβ¦
β¦Yu was later arrested and extradited to California, where the far-left Gascon eventually dismissed the criminal charges against Yu. L.A. County later also approved a $5 millionΒ payoutΒ to Yu to settle a civil lawsuit the Konnech CEO had filed against the government.
From a legal perspective, theΒ dismissalΒ of the criminal charges was baffling, as the criminal complaint filed against Yu stated that during the execution of a search warrant at Konnech, the government recovered evidence that employees had βsent personal identifying information of Los Angeles County election workers to third-party software developers who assisted with the creating and fixing [of] Konnechβs internal βPollChiefβ software.β The criminal complaint further stated that a project manager for Konnechβs contract with L.A. County βconfirmed via the messaging app DingTalk that any employee for Chinese contractors working on PollChief software had βsuperadministrativeβ privileges for all PollChief clients.β
The evidence shows that California DA George Gascon dropped the charges against the Konnech founder for political reasons.
But why would the FBI drop the investigation? That is much more difficult to explain.

The weaponization of the rule of law has reached a point beyond repair in New York State, with the ongoing trial being waged by District Attorney Alvin Bragg against President Donald Trump.Β Even at this late hour, the State has failed to prove 1) how President Trump falsified business records; 2) how the alleged falsification of the business records scheme was criminal; and 3) why that alleged crime should be prosecuted as a felony, rather than a misdemeanor, which is the typical charge for falsification schemes under New York State Law.
Given that President Trumpβs alleged wrongdoing is being treated as criminal misconduct, the burden of proof is for the State to prove that Donald Trump is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt for every single element of the asserted crime.Β The legal burden of proof of βbeyond a reasonable doubtβ means that the prosecution must convince the jury that βthere is no other reasonable explanation that can come from the evidence presented at trial.βΒ That incredibly high evidentiary threshold must be established for every single element of the crime alleged. What is more, criminal trials require unanimity on part of the jury; a hung jury will result in a mistrial, ultimately pushing the case back until after the November election, which is not what Bragg wants.
Obviously, the goal of Alvin Bragg and Letitia James is to prosecute β and put President Trump behind bars β as soon as possible (before election day ideally) to sabotage his chances of winning re-election.Β President Trumpβs re-election appears increasingly like a foregone conclusion with the latest polls consistently putting him in a significant lead over Joe Biden.
President Trump is currently being tried under New York Penal Law 175.05.Β The law ordinarily makes it a misdemeanor, not a felony, to falsify business records with βintent to defraud.βΒ The law permits, however, the District Attorney to upgrade what ordinarily would be considered a misdemeanor to a Class E felony if the intent to defraud is combined with an intent to commit another crime.
Of course, the State has a heavy burden of proof to show that President Trump intended to defraud in the first place, let alone defraud with an intent to commit some other yet undefinable crime.Β Paying off an adult film actress, if that even occurred, is not a crime under New York law.Β The idea, then, that a fraud was intended, let alone committed, by what is widely recognized to be, at worst, a mere βclerical errorβ in how the Presidentβs accountant reported the alleged payment to the tax collector, is absurd.
Nobody seems to be asking who was lied to in this case β was it the public? The IRS? The FEC?Β Moreover, even if a reporting error constitutes a lie, the lie must have been done with the requisite intent to be considered a fraud under law.Β Errors in and of themselves hardly make a lie, let alone impute criminal fraud upon the one making the error.
If the State is attempting to argue, for instance, that President Trumpβs accountant, lawyer, or (so the Stateβs theory goes) whoever intentionally misrepresented the hush money payment to defraud the public, the onus is still on Bragg and his team (which conveniently includes the Biden-DOJ political appointee, Matthew Colangelo) to show on what basis the injured party β here, βthe people,β or public β would have relied on such fraud, resulting in a specified damage to them.
Under New York law, in order to prove fraud, the State must show, by clear and convincing evidence, each and every one of the following elements:
(1) a material misrepresentation or omission of fact;
(2) made by defendant with knowledge of its falsity;
(3) and intent to defraud;
(4) reasonable reliance on the part of the plaintiff; and
(5) resulting damage to the plaintiff.
The underlying assumption that appears to be working in the background and driving Braggβs bogus fraud theory is that the public somehow would be damaged by the allegations of an extramarital affair implicating Donald Trump.Β But it is difficult to see just exactly what those damages are. Sure, one could, I suppose, entertain the view that a portion of President Trumpβs voter base might have been alienated from voting for him if revelations of an affair came to light, but that is a rather incredulous sell.Β Moreover, a scandalized portion of President Trumpβs voter base would only be indirectly related to this case, which, again, is not based on a hush money payment, but an alleged falsified business records scheme implicating a hush money payment that, on its own terms, has no legal significance, much less something that could impute criminality (let alone a felony) upon the perpetrator.
This is especially so, given how much we already know about President Trumpβs personal life, his marriages, divorces, etc., etc., etc., which are thoroughly documented, and have long been part of the national conversation β and in the public record β decades before President Trump ever thought of descending that escalator and stepping foot into the political arena.
There is no such thing, really, in criminal law as βmoralβ damages β or damages afflicting oneβs conscience because of moral scandal resulting from an illicit affair.Β But to the extent any damages at all stemming from the fraud perpetrated here exist, that would be it (what else could there possibly be?).Β The State cannot prosecute President Trump on economic damages resulting from the State being denied taxable money because of how the law was structured before the 2018 change in the law.Β At the time of President Trumpβs tax filing, it was perfectly legal to write-off hush money payments for an affair β trying him now, on a theory of damages, based on the changed law encounters serious ex post facto and double jeopardy problems, both of which are obviously unconstitutional.
Should the State try to contend that moral damages resulted from the cover up, that argument would be even more ridiculous than believing that portions of President Trumpβs voting base would not have supported him but for revelations of the fraud.Β The law already permits hush money payments for the type of conduct alleged in this case.Β Thus, the law patently does not track moral improprieties arising from extramarital affairs.
But let us assume, to play devilβs advocate, that the law did indict such misconduct. That would necessarily trigger at least two thorny, and as yet unresolved, legal questions β on what grounds do those alleged improprieties rise to the level of criminality?Β (A derivative of that first question is: does our society want to impute criminality β and potentially felonious criminality β upon extramarital sexual acts?)
The second question raised: what moral system is animating the asserted improprieties on which the criminality imputed in the law is based?Β Β If the moral system is deemed antiquated or no longer relevant in the eyes of public opinion, should not the law be considered illegitimate, and hence no longer operative?
In laymanβs terms, it would be quite a riot to see Alvin Bragg condemn as criminal, and indeed a felony, extramarital conduct under the law.Β If so, Bragg would be acting with all the moral fervor of a pope during the Middle Ages!
Such self-righteous behavior is made even more laughable when placed against what is now happening to Braggβs good buddies in Georgia, with Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, who were sleeping with one another, raising a massive and disqualifying conflict of interest, all the while their own prosecution against President Trump was taking place!
If what President Trump did regarding an alleged hush money payment is criminal conduct, under Braggβs revanchist and morally hard-charged legal theory, then both Willis and her special counsel, Nathan Wade β and indeed, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, by extension β should all be similarly prosecuted under Braggβs construction for their own, far graver, moral transgressions and many sexual improprieties committed!
Another salient legal issue that Bragg appears to have just blithely swept under the rug with this case is why, exactly, should President Trump be held vicariously criminally liable for an alleged clerical error committed by his accountant or his attorney, Michael Cohen, or whoever might have been overseeing his tax filings at the time the write-off was made?Β If, as President Trump has said, that it was Michael Cohen, not him, who decided pay off Stormy Daniels, Bragg should be investigating Cohen and forcing him into court, not President Trump.
Bragg has also failed to establish how the alleged fraud rises to a felony.Β The District Attorney claims that President Trump somehow committed a felony β again, despite not having committed a fraud in the first place, for one, and not being the one to file his tax returns, for two β even though the black letter law (again, Β§175.05) incontrovertibly treats the alleged misconduct here as a misdemeanor, not a felony!
Under the relevant law, crimes brought under Penal Law 175.05 may arise to a felony if and only if the District Attorney can prove that the alleged misdemeanor occurred to perpetuate or cover up another crime.Β Bragg plainly states that another crime was committed concomitantly with the clerical error that he is calling a misdemeanor here.Β But what crime, pray tell, he interestingly, incredulously, does not say!
The reason he does not state the crime is that he is relying, ultimately, on the sensationalized aspect of a hush money payment to engender the public perception that adulterous activity, though immoral, constitutes a felony under the law, even though that is patently not the case!Β The idea is to exploit and manipulate public opinion, naturally recalcitrant (though perhaps less so nowadays than in years past) to the concept of extramarital affairs β and then conflate those received public biases and strong emotions with tangled legal theories of criminality, distorting the law and sowing both legal and moral confusion in the process.
If it were truly the case that extramarital conduct should be imputed with legal significance, then hush money payments, which necessarily run downstream from such misconduct, would likewise be treated as unlawful.Β Β But hush money payments are permissible under law, and have been permissible for ages. Because hush money payments are lawful, Braggβs legal theory is dead in the water.
But, for Bragg, et al., it does not matter what the law actually says.Β For Bragg, all he has to rely upon is how the public feels about certain allegations β which he is hoping will be enough of a foundation to prosecute the Presidentβs alleged misdemeanor as a felony, and therefore put him behind bars, even though there is absolutely no basis for any of his hogwash theory whatsoever in either fact or law!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news to Mr. Bragg, but public sentiment β good, bad, or indifferent β is rarely ever a barometer for whether the law should treat a particular act as criminal.Β Here, public sentiment has no bearing on the legality of any of the facts alleged. The problem for New Yorkβs embattled District Attorney is that he is both logically inconsistent, to an egregious degree, and morally hypocritical in his selective use (ah! one might call, βweaponizationβ) of the law, as a sword, against President Trump.
This ultimately is reason why a critical percentage of the public, including many Independents and Democrats, see Braggβs prosecution for what it is: an out-and-out persecution against his greatest political adversary.
There is no rhyme or reason to Braggβs theory of the case, he is merely operating as a political apparatchik for the Biden Regime where he must get off on roleplaying as a tin-pot dictator to bring down Orange Hitler.
The whole thing is a sham, a farce, a scam, and a political scandal of an order of magnitude never seen before in American history.Β The case should be tossed out, and the public should treat Bragg, James, Judge Merchan, and the entire charade backing President Trumpβs latest political persecution for the clown show it is β a flagrant abuse of the rule of law. A case that one never, ever should take seriously, because those bad-faith actors currently executing the Regimeβs marching orders are every bit as bad and makeshift as the phony legal theories they espouse, certain in no time to be relegated to at most a forgotten footnote in this dark, dreary, dismal chapter of American history.

CNN reported:
Israel has carried out a strike inside Iran, a US official tells CNN, in a move that threatens to push the region deeper into conflict.
The target is not nuclear, the official said.
Prior to the Israeli strike Friday (local time), the US expectation was that they would not target civilian or nuclear facilities, another senior US official told CNN.
CNN has previously reported that Israel told the US its response would be limited in scope. US intelligence had suggested Israel was weighing a narrow and limited strike inside Iran because they feel like they have to respond with a kinetic action of some kind given the unprecedented scale of the Iranian attack
On Friday The Jerusalem Post reported that Israeli officials were βunclearβ why the Biden administration and Pentagon would reveal that Israel was involved in the explosions.
The Pentagon could have remained silent and preserved Iranβs dignity.
But instead, the Biden regime embarrassed the Iranians and therefore escalated the conflict.

Dallas attorney Sidney Powell, known for her vigorous legal efforts to challenge the fraudulent 2020 election on behalf of President Donald Trump, has been fully vindicated by an appellate court decision.
The Fifth District of Texas Court of Appeals in Dallas, led by a three-judge panel, all Democrats, concluded that the State Bar of Texasβ arguments were without merit.
βThe Dallas Court of Appeals has affirmed the Texas state courtβs dismissal of the Texas Barβs case against Powell. After three years of litigation, the Court of Appeals held the Bar had no evidence Powell violated any disciplinary rule in filing four federal lawsuits in the aftermath of the 2020 election,β Sidney Powellβs Defending the Republic said in a statement.
The State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline had filed a complaint against Powell, accusing her of violating several Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
These allegations stemmed from lawsuits Powell filed in late November 2020.
Powell became the center of media attention in November 2020 for filing multiple lawsuits challenging the certification of election results in critical battleground states, famously vowing to βrelease the Krakenβ in her crusade to expose the election fraud.
The State Bar of Texas later contended that Powellβs lawsuits were βfrivolous,β based on βunfounded claimsβ of widespread election fraud. Moreover, they alleged that Powell knowingly attached βalteredβ evidence to her legal filings.
However, Powell refuted these allegations, arguing that the documents were provided by other counsel involved in the case and that any discrepancies were not a result of her direct actions.
Powell argued that any discrepancies were inadvertent, attributing the errors to oversight under pressure. Her defense argued that these were honest mistakes made in the rush of massive legal filings.
The appellate court meticulously reviewed the claims, evidence, and procedural history of the case. In particular, it scrutinized the Commission for Lawyer Disciplineβs handling and presentation of evidence in its summary judgment response.
The court noted discrepancies and deficiencies in the Commissionβs submissions, including mislabeled exhibits and a lack of specific citations to evidence purported to support their claims.
Upon evaluation, the appellate court found no merit in the Commissionβs argument that Powell knowingly filed frivolous lawsuits or made false statements related to the election litigation.
It pointed out the absence of evidence proving that Powell had actual knowledge of the falsity of any statements made in her filings. Moreover, the court determined that the Commission failed to meet its burden of proof regarding the alleged disciplinary rule violations involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
Justice Dennise Garcia, writing for the court, emphasized the importance of presenting clear and specific evidence to support claims in disciplinary proceedings.
βThe Bar employed a βscattershotβ approach to the case, which left this court and the trial court βwith the task of sorting through the argument to determine what issue ha[d] actually been raised,ββ Justice Garcia wrote for the unanimous panel. βHaving done so, the absence of competent summary judgment compels our conclusion that the Bar failed to meet its summary judgment burden.β
While Wednesdayβs ruling represents a vindication for Powell in this matter, the battle is not over.
Pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell pleaded guilty in the Georgia RICO case against Trump in exchange for reduced charges. Dominion Voting has filed a $1.3 billion lawsuit against Sidney Powell, who has been fighting tooth and nail against election fraud.

Terry Newsome and Paul Drabik of Behind Enemy Lines have been fighting back in Illinois.Β The Gateway Pundit has been following their stories including reporting on illegal immigrants, Joe Biden, and Mike Lindell.
Throughout their fight against radical leftists Newsome and Drabik have encountered a glaring opposition. Surprisingly, it has not come from the left but the right.Β
As discussed in Part 1 and Part 2, the RINO betrayal in Illinois runs deep and starts at the top with figures like the Chairman of the Illinois GOP, Don Tracy. Tracy once ran for Illinois State Senate as a Democrat.
Tracyβs family business, Dot Foods, also donated to both Joe Biden and the DNC. Thereβs also State Senate Minority Leader John Curran. Curran famously advocated and voted for Amendment 1.
This amendment cemented Illinois State Constitutional powers for public unions effectively making them a fourth branch of government and Illinois a Communist state.Β
These leaders are an immense danger to the party and the public who they purport to represent. However, more dangerous are the local level leaders. In a Republic such as ours it is the direct conduits to the public such as County Sheriffs or local Republican leaders who can have the greatest impact on policy.Β
In part 2 we saw that the exposure of RINOs donating to Democrats β in a clear pay for play scheme β will get you censored and canceled.
Newsome and Drabik certainly did call out the RINOs in Illinois when they found out that some donated to radical Soros funded prosecutor Kim Foxx. On their podcast, Newsome & Drabik displayed a Nazi meme of the Republican who censored them for criticism of the party.
Soon enough Newsome and Drabik would find that there were no depths to which the RINOs would not sink. Local Republican leadership had supported Sheriff James Mendrick of DuPage County in a previous race.
When Newsome and Drabik became a nuisance for the party the Sheriff was brought in to provide a level of intimidation. The Sheriff engaged both Drabik and Newsome via email and phone conversation.
The Sheriff threatened Newsome through proxy about the rhetoric heβd been using on his podcast. Newsome sent out an email to colleagues as a warning that he was fearful that he would be targeted by law enforcement on Sunday, November 5th.
Coincidently or not, the Illinois State Police showed up on Newsomeβs doorstep on Tuesday, November 7th. Their inquiry revolved around comments made by Newsomeβs criticism of State Senate Minority Leader John Curran.Β
This was not enough to deter Newsome and Drabik however. They went on to discuss these events on their podcast showing these details and expressing concern that the Sheriff was potentially engaging in weaponization of his office for political purposes.
The attacks from the RINO establishment did not stop there. As Behind Enemy Lines and the grassroots movement grew their following, the establishment took measures to discredit Newsome because of a criminal background of 35 years ago.
Prior to a Republican organization meeting they disseminated a packet exposing Newsomeβs record but also listing his familyβs names and addresses.
The finishing touch was to add sex offenders registered in Newsomeβs neighborhood so as to imply that he had some sort of connection with them. It should be noted that Newsomeβs criminal background was related to drug and weapons possession.
Subsequently, Newsome approached the private business owner of the venue where this doxxing attack had occurred. That business provided security camera images showing certain Republican leadership had to have been aware of the doxxing attack.
Shockingly, you will see in the video below that the Sheriff admits to being tasked by a political operative to approach a business owner about sharing information with a private citizen.
The Sheriff then seemingly brags about intimidating a private business owner into not sharing information with another private citizen ever again, and training their staff in this manner.Β

Mendrick has been touted in years past for being responsible for a low recidivism rate amongst inmates of DuPage County. He has been a proponent for second chances. That is, unless you become a political rival to the Sheriff. Below you can see how he speaks to a concerned citizen labeling Terry Newsome as a βdrug dealer,β and to ββ¦leave me alone.β
Denigrating someone for their past seems petty if you are in support of second chances. The real hypocrisy is that Sheriff Mendrick had accepted upwards of $100k from a convicted sex offender. ABC news covered the story in 2018.
Apparently, the Sheriffβs sympathy for offenders is only available to those who donate to his political campaign.
We reached out to the Sheriff for comment on the matter and it appears he is suggesting we are violating an Illinois criminal code β 720 ILCS 5 Article 26.5: Harassing and Obscene Communications β by seeking his comment in a news story.
After a final attempt to let the Sheriff know we were seeking comment for a media story, he repeated the screenshot of the Illinois Criminal code. Itβs not entirely clear what was meant by this. The implication of course is that we are harassing him in accordance with this particular Illinois criminal code. Certainly, a journalist reaching out to a public official for comment is covered under the first amendment.
The pressure on the local Republican Party by Behind Enemy Lines and the grassroots movement has pushed the party and Sheriff Mendrick to go full authoritarian.
Mendrick has since become the vice chair of his local organization who lost 40% of their participation since instituting censorship. The Sheriff has intimidated multiple committeemen in the organization, including Drabik, suggesting there are police reports filed for things theyβve said in public.
The danger of people like Sheriff James Mendrick cannot be overstated. Intimidating private businesses and people for exercising their first amendment rights can be expected from the left.
While the Democrats in America have essentially become Communists, it is the people on the right like Sheriff Mendrick who pose the greater threat. They are helping the Democrats by silencing the true opposition to Communism in America: THE PEOPLE.
