Cal Poly Humboldt, located on the coast in Arcata, about 280 miles north of San Francisco, shut down its campus on Friday after pro-Hamas/Communist activists took over President Tom Jackson’s office and set up an ‘occupy zone.’ One of the buildings was renamed “Intifada Hall” by the terrorist supporters. The school will be closed through May 10 with classes held online. Humboldt, which is a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), reports it has 5,858 undergraduate students with fulltime tuition and fees for the year costing $7,864.
The school has acknowledged outside actors are in involved, saying, in a statement Wednesday (scroll down to April 24 at link), “There are unidentified non-students with unknown intentions, in Siemens Hall. This creates an unpredictable environment. In addition, all entrances to the building are barricaded, creating a fire hazard. Adding to health and safety concerns, many toilets are no longer working.”
The San Francisco Chronicle reported Saturday about 100 tents are spread around the occupied campus, “UPDATE: About 100 tents covered the lawns adjoining Siemens Hall and extended across the Cal Poly Humboldt campus Saturday as Pro-Palestinian demonstrators protest in defiance of the university’s orders to leave Friday evening.”

Videos posted online show the takeover of the campus by pro-Hamas activists using Antifa tactics like using ‘riot shields’ to defend against police actions. Earlier in the week there were violent clashes with police on campus. (Police withdrew after battling the activists for several minutes.)

Campus Offers Chance to Leave Buildings with No Immediate Arrest

As part of an ongoing and urgent effort to protect life and safety in the ongoing crisis of occupied buildings, Cal Poly Humboldt is offering any of those currently in the buildings the opportunity to leave with a guarantee of no immediate arrest. This does not, however, eliminate University conduct-related sanctions or legal implications.Those who walk out peacefully by the deadline will not be immediately arrested and will be able to leave campus without being arrested. In addition, voluntarily departing in this way will be considered as a mitigating factor in University conduct processes and may reduce the severity of sanctions imposed.
This offer is open until 4 p.m., Friday, April 26. (Later extended to 5 p.m.)
The offer applies to both students and non-students who are currently occupying buildings and illegally camping around them.
The individuals inside the buildings were told about this opportunity earlier today. They are also being notified by email and other communications channels.
A number of individuals have continued to occupy Siemens Hall since Monday, and have made efforts to occupy other buildings on campus. While the situation is largely stabilized, there is continuing destruction of property and other lawlessness in the central part of campus. This has caused complex operational challenges that require the closure of other facilities on campus. The occupation is having a negative impact on other students, who are trying to complete classes at the end of the semester
The Cal Poly Humboldt campus is closed through the remainder of the semester, and work and instruction continue to be remote.
The school responded earlier Friday to the pro-Hamas activists’ list of demands which can be read at the “Emergency” page. The school would not commit to total amnesty:
4. Drop charges against and halt the harassment of student organizers by law enforcement.
University policy and conduct violations will follow established procedures, and there will be consequences for actions that violate policy or law. However, students who elect to evacuate the building and support efforts to clear the building will have their actions considered as a mitigating factor within those processes.

The National Crime Agency says that the group would collect people brought to England on small boats and bring them to an address in Croydon.
On Monday, police arrested a 23-year-old woman and 64 and 34-year-old men for “suspicion of assisting unlawful immigration.” A 25-year-old man was also arrested for “people smuggling and drug offenses,” according to a report from Sky News.
The report explains, “In Paris, 12 people have also been arrested as part of the investigation into the group accused of sharing posts aimed at the Vietnamese community, advertising illegal crossings and charging those willing to make the trip thousands of pounds.”
“The older man arrested in London is thought to have acted as a driver, collecting migrants who arrived on small boats and on at least one occasion bringing them back to the Croydon address, the National Crime Agency (NCA) said,” the report continues. “He will now face extradition proceedings while the others were charged and appeared at Croydon Magistrates Court on Tuesday, they added.”
Home Secretary James Cleverly said in a statement, “We are using every possible lever at our disposal to crack down on people smugglers and break their supply chains.”
“Just last week, we signed a new agreement with Vietnam, strengthening our cooperation on illegal migration,” Cleverly added. “Together with law enforcement agencies such as the NCA, our French partners, and other countries like Vietnam, we are committed to dismantling the criminal gangs who are trying to turn a profit by abusing our borders.”

Disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein was hospitalized this Saturday following his transfer back to Rikers Island jail.
The 72-year-old is undergoing a series of medical tests ahead of his scheduled court appearance next week.
His attorney, Arthur Aidala, spoke to the Associated Press about his client’s deteriorating health.
Weinstein was initially examined at Rikers but was moved to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan for a more comprehensive evaluation.
“They examined him and sent him to Bellevue. It seems like he needs a lot of help, physically. He’s got a lot of problems. He’s getting all kinds of tests. He’s somewhat of a train wreck health wise,” Aidala said.
FOX News reported:
“Harvey is in the hands of NYC Department of Corrections and NYC H+H/Correctional Health Services and is having his medical needs tended to by DOCS and CHS,” Craig Rothfeld, Weinstein’s prison consultant and authorized DOCS representative, told Fox News Digital in a statement. “We are grateful for how smoothly they handled his eventual return to Bellevue’s prison ward.”
Weinstein’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, told Fox News Digital that Weinstein returned to Rikers Island on Saturday morning.
“At the same time, we‘re cautiously optimistic and are prepared to go to trial, if it comes to that,” Engelmayer added. “There are fewer charges now and the deck isn’t going to be illegally stacked against him. While we all enjoy the same rights when it comes to our justice system, a defendant has an additional right to due process. We are glad the Appeals Court judges saw it that way.”
Weinstein’s return to Rikers comes after his 2020 rape conviction was overturned by a panel of mostly female judges in New York’s high court in a narrow 4-3 decision on Thursday, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.
Weinstein, who was convicted of sexual assault and rape, was serving a 23-year sentence at Mohawk Correctional Facility. His convictions included the forcible performance of oral sex on a television and film production assistant in 2006 and the third-degree rape of an aspiring actress in 2013.
His legal battle took an unexpected turn when the New York Court of Appeals, in a narrow 4-3 verdict on Thursday, overturned his 2020 rape conviction. The court highlighted several instances of judicial error, specifically pointing out the testimony of women regarding uncharged sexual acts, deeming it improperly admitted and irrelevant to the case at hand.
“We conclude that the trial court erroneously admitted testimony of uncharged, alleged prior sexual acts against persons other than the complainants of the underlying crimes,” the court’s 4-3 decision said, according to AP. “The remedy for these egregious errors is a new trial.”
Despite the reversal of the New York conviction, Weinstein continues to serve time for subsequent convictions in Los Angeles for rape, although he has signaled intentions to challenge that verdict too, according to NBC.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has expressed its determination to re-try the case, emphasizing its commitment to the cause of sexual assault survivors.
“We will leverage every resource within our power to re-try this case,” declared the office on Thursday, reaffirming its dedication to prioritizing the experiences and wellbeing of survivors in their pursuit of justice.

An illegal alien in Florida was arrested on Thursday by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department for double murder. He allegedly stabbed his girlfriend and her 4-year-old daughter to death.
Investigators believe that Angel Gabriel Cuz-Choc, 31, was here illegally from Guatemala.
DOVER, Fla. — Less than 24 hours after a brutal double homicide in Dover, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday it has arrested a suspect.
According to Sheriff Chad Chronister, 31-year-old Angel Gabriel Cuz-Choc has been taken into custody and will be charged. Investigators believe Cuz-Choc relocated to Hillsborough County from Guatemala within the last year.
Investigators are still working to identify the adult female victim and the young child. Chronister confirmed the young victim is a little girl who looks to be 4 or 5 years old.
“Our main concern was to identify him and find out how he entered our country. We learned with working with our partners in Homeland Security, he did enter this country unlawfully,” Hillsborough County Sheriff said.

Earlier this week, 11 Presidential electors in Arizona from the 2020 Election were indicted after a grand jury. The Gateway Pundit reported on this weaponization of the “attorney general” in Arizona. This is in addition to the criminal cases being brought in Georgia and Michigan, but also the lesser-known criminal and civil cases in Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and a settlement in Wisconsin.
It is worth noting that while it seems easy to bring charges against these electors, it was infinitely more difficult to litigate the election claims themselves. Most cases were dismissed on procedural grounds rather than merit. See a list of lawsuits and their outcomes here.
Kris Mayes “won” the Attorney General race against Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes, despite a major discrepancy in Maricopa County that disproportionately impacted predominantly Republican precincts when the Ballot-On-Demand printers printed 19″ ballots on 20″ paper. This caused massive delays as voters tried to feed ballots through the tabulators over and over as the machines rejected them. In addition to voters being forced to place their ballots in “Door #3” to (hopefully) be properly counted later in the evening, lines also began to wrap around buildings and parking lots filled up as delays began to surpass an hour to cast a ballot. Many voters attested that they had to leave because they had other obligations and couldn’t wait in an hours-long line to vote.

In July 2023, The Gateway Pundit published an article about lawfare being used against the alternate electors in the states with contested elections, specifically Georgia, as those electors were the ones being indicted at the time. The article originally was to focus around the declaration of Professor Todd Zywicki, the George Mason Foundation Professor of Law at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. Zywicki is a well-accomplished legal scholar with several published academic papers specifically on laws governing presidential elections and transitions.
However, there were at least two articles from Mockingbird Media outlets that reinforced the position Professor Zywicki was taking regarding sending an alternate slate of electors in a contested election. One was from CNN, before the days-long counting process ensued and Biden ‘prevailed’. Around the same time we all went to bed on November 3rd with President Trump in a commanding lead in Pennsylvania (Trump up by 600,000 votes, or 11 points), Georgia (Trump up by 117,000 votes), and Michigan (Trump up by 6 points in Michigan at 4:50am, according to NPR).
In a November 4th, 2020 article, CNN’s Van Jones and Lawrences Lessig tried to show that Biden “still has a path to victory” and stated that:
The key – and this is the critical fact for 2020 as well – is that the Democratic slate [of electors] had also met on December 19 [1960], and had also cast their ballots in the manner specified by the Constitution. When they voted, no one knew whether their votes would matter. But at least someone recognized that the only way their votes could matter was if they were cast on the day that Congress had set.
The other outlet, Politico, was a little more researched in their reporting. The 2022 article titled “See the 1960 Electoral College Certificates That the False Trump Electors Say Justify Their Gambit” claims that the difference between 1960 Hawaii alternate electors and the 2020 alternates was that election challenges in Hawaii 1960 were successful:
“Although the three Democratic electors in Hawaii took the same action — signing false certificates — it does not appear they ever faced similar scrutiny, in part because of what happened next. Namely, that Hawaii’s recount ultimately did reverse the state’s election outcome.“
I guess ‘criminality’ is ‘outcome-determinative’.
However, this is where it gets interesting. Politico went on to write:
One crucial feature of the 1960 episode is that a state court weighed in on Jan. 4, 1961, two days before Nixon (then vice-president) oversaw the electoral vote count.
In that case, Judge Ronald Jamieson agreed that the certified Kennedy electors were legitimate. But, more significantly, Jamieson said it was important that those electors met and gathered on Dec. 19, 1960, as prescribed by the Electoral Count Act.
Rather than suggest the Democratic electors committed fraud, the judge pointed to their meeting as a key step that preserved their ability to be counted after the recount showed Kennedy had actually won the state.
The highlighted portions would unequivocally suggest that President Trump’s electors were justified in their actions based on past precedent. However, those highlighted portions no longer exist in the current form of the Politico article that can be found here. But the internet is forever and those quotes remain on the Wayback Machine archives that can be found here.
Sometime in the month following The Gateway Pundit publishing this piece that cited the above quote specifically, as well as Professor Zywicki’s expert declaration, Politico edited their article to remove (or edit) the highlighted segments.
At the bottom of the article, they write:
CORRECTION: An earlier version of this story incorrectly indicated that Jamieson acknowledged the unofficial slate of Democratic electors when he ruled that Kennedy had prevailed in the recount. He made no mention of the “contingent” slate in his ruling or judgment. The story also gave the incorrect date of Jamieson’s ruling. It was Dec. 30, 1960.
The author, Kyle Cheney, wrote on X:
Updating the story was also an opportunity to add a whole range of new primary source documents from 1960 that we obtained from NARA. They include Hawaii judge, Ronald Jamieson’s actual ruling and findings.

Politico also removed the last sentence The Gateway Pundit cited (“Rather than suggest the Democratic electors committed fraud…”) despite a strikingly similar citation being made in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and credited to Holly Pierson, counsel for defendant David Shafer and others:
“Rather than suggest the uncertified Democratic electors had committed crimes, Judge Jamieson hailed them as heroes, describing their meeting as a critically important step that preserved their ability for their presidential ballots to be counted after the Democrats prevailed in their election contest and the Governor certified the Democratic contingent presidential electors as having been elected,” Pierson and Gillen said.
The above-referenced quote comes from a letter that was sent to Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s office on March 26th, 2023 from Holly Pierson, counsel for David Shafer. In the letter, in a footnote on page 4, it states:
In so holding, Judge Ronald Jamieson specifically noted that it was important that the uncertified Democrat presidential electors had met on Dec. 19, 1960, as prescribed by the Electoral Count Act, to cast their ballots. Rather than suggest the uncertified Democratic electors had committed crimes, Judge Jamieson hailed them as heroes, describing their meeting as a critically important step that preserved their ability for their presidential ballots to be counted after the Democrats prevailed in their election contest and the Governor certified the Democratic contingent presidential electors as having been elected.
We’ve reached out to Pierson as well as Professor Zywicki for more information regarding the footnote from the letter to DA Willis.
Either way, the declaration (below) from Prof. Zywicki in and of itself is a thorough explanation to the necessity of sending alternate electors in a contested election, especially electors that claim they are alternates, as was done in 2020. He also points out that Democrats did the same thing on December 14th, 2020 in the contested Presidential Election of Bush v. Gore.

“The Texas electrical grid operator warned of a possible emergency early next week because of a potential shortfall of power reserves.” – Bloomberg reported.
“The Electric Reliability Council of Texas said Friday the grid may have deficient reserves from April 29 at 7 p.m. Central time through May 1 at 9 p.m. Ercot may delay or cancel planned power-plant outages and may need to shore up available supplies by about 2,800 megawatts.” Bloomberg reported.

According to state authorities, nearly half of the wind turbines in Texas froze, hurting the power supplies.
Millions of Texans suffered blackouts partly due to the frozen wind turbines.
Three years later and Texas still hasn’t moved away from ‘green’ energy sources to avoid power outages due to deficient reserves or because of frozen wind turbines.

Tucker Carlson recently spoke with Justin Haskins, a senior fellow at the Heartland Institute, to discuss the findings from a recent poll showing that one in five voters admitted to breaking the law regarding voting practices in the 2020 election.
As the famous Kari Lake song goes, “81 million votes, my ass!”
As The Gateway Pundit’s Brian Lupo previously reported, the poll conducted by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports “found one in five voters who cast mail-in ballots during the 2020 presidential election admit to participating in at least one kind of voter fraud.”
Keep in mind that 43% of 2020 voters cast ballots by mail. There were approximately 155M ballots cast in the 2020 Presidential Election. 43% of that would mean over 66M voted by mail.
The poll consisted of 1,085 likely voters. Republicans made up 33% of those polled, while 36% and 31% were Democrats and “other,” respectively. When broken down by age, 32% were 18-39, 46% were 40-64, and 22% were 65 or older:
“One in five” of 66M would amount to potentially over 13.33M ballots that were illegally cast. But 2020 was “the safest and most secure election in history.”
Additionally, The Gateway Pundit reported on the phony mail-in ballot signatures on 2022 ballots after receiving access to likely fraudulent 2022 ballot envelopes and historical signatures through a legal public records request. See the obviously fake signatures here.
According to the results of the poll:

Tucker: It's now apparently a criminal offense, a felony in this country, to suggest the 2020 presidential campaign was not on the level. That crime appears to form the basis of one of Donald Trump's pending indictments. But actually, it's worth denying the legitimacy of that election because it was not fair. Critical information was withheld from voters through censorship and yes by the government. That is a fact. It's also a fact that Mark Zuckerberg spent $400 million to control voting in various places around the country and affect the outcome. That's not legitimate. It was also conducted in many places through electronic voting machines, and no country should ever use electronic voting machines because, fundamentally, they cannot be trusted. Why would you trust them? But then there's the question of outright cheating, voter fraud. Was there voter fraud? Well, we know there was some, but was it widespread? That is a hard allegation to prove, though, of course, many people believe there was widespread fraud. Well, now it turns out we know for a fact that there was, and in fact, it can be proven with a poll. Just ask people, did you personally commit voter fraud? Well, that has just been done. And the answer is a huge percentage of people asked in the poll admitted, “yes. I committed voter fraud.” It's remarkable. Justin Haskins is a senior fellow at the Heartland Institute. He joins us now with details. Justin, thanks so much for coming on. If you could just start by giving us the results, the shocking results of this poll, and we'll go from there.
Haskins: It was pretty straightforward. We asked people a series of questions. The first of which is or one of the first questions was, did you vote in the 2020 election? And did you vote with an absentee ballot? And if they answered yes to both of those questions, then we asked a bunch of questions related to voter fraud. We didn't tell them that we were asking did you commit voter fraud. We just asked them about various behaviors. So, for example, we asked people, did you vote in a state where you're no longer a legal resident? That's a pretty straightforward question. If you're not a permanent resident of a state, you can't vote there. 17% of people, nearly one in five, said yes, they did do that. We asked people, did you fill out a ballot for someone else on their behalf? That's also illegal. You're not allowed to fill out someone else's ballot. 21% of people said yes to that question. We asked if people forged the signature of a friend or family member on their behalf with or without their permission. We actually put that in the poll question. And 17% of people said yes to that. So, all told, it's at least, and I say at least, one in five mail-in ballots involve some kind of fraudulent activity, but we didn't just stop there. We also asked everyone whether they voted via mail-in ballot or not, so in-person voting as well, do you know anyone who personally, in your personal life, a friend, a family member, an acquaintance, or someone from work, has anyone ever admitted to you that they did one of these kinds of forms of voter fraud and 10% and 11% -- e asked two different questions on that — said yes, people admitted to me that they committed voter fraud.

Florida GOP Rep. Bill Posey on Friday abruptly announced he will be retiring from Congress at the end of the year.
The 76-year-old was first elected to represent Florida’s 8th Congressional District in 2008.
“It has been the greatest honor of Katie’s and my life to represent you in Congress,” Bill Posey said in a statement. “And, polls suggest that because of YOUR support, I could remain in the job forever, and we were looking forward to another spirited campaign for a final term in office. However, earlier this week circumstances beyond my control now require me to suspect my re-election campaign.”
“I will continue to devote all possible resources to continue representing you through the end of my current term, helping President Donald Trump return to the oval office, and supporting former Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos, in whom I have the greatest trust and confidence, to take up my battles against the swamp and replace me as your Congressman,” he said.
Bill Posey endorsed Mike Haridopolos to replace his seat.
“For many years, Mike has served as my Congressional Finance Committee Chairman, while I have mentored him to replace me,” Posey said. “Mike was, and remains, my first choice to represent you, me, and our district in Congress.”
Last week GOP Rep. Jake LaTurner (KS) announced he won’t seek reelection in November. He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2020.
According to Axios, more Republican lawmakers are expected to announce retirements in the next few weeks.
More than 23 House Republicans have announced they will not seek reelection in 2024.
Last month RINO Representative Mike Gallagher (WI) announced he would exit the House in mid-April.

Former soccer star Megan Rapinoe appears to not have learned her lesson whatsoever, advocating for transgender athletes to compete in women’s sporting events even though she lost to a team of teenage boys a few years ago.
On Tuesday, Rapinoe signed a letter along with numerous other athletes that called for the NCAA to ensure men claiming to be women would be able to compete against women.
“We, the undersigned, call upon the NCAA, a governing body meant to serve athletes and our wellbeing, to ensure that the lifesaving power of sport is accessible to all athletes who compete in championship and emerging sports at and for NCAA-member institutions – including transgender athletes,” the letter’s opening paragraph reads.
It goes on to say banning men from women’s sports would “severely [limit] the capacity of your member institutions to protect and support their athletes.”
The letter largely relies on emotional appeal while making broad, bogus claims such as that “studies used to justify the exclusion of transgender athletes are methodologically flawed and misinterpreted to further discrimination.”
“We call on you to be on the right side of history and affirm that sport is truly for us all. Do not ban transgender women from NCAA women’s sports,” the letter concludes.
Taking part in such an act is nothing new for Rapinoe, a lesbian LGBT activist who has generated headlines with her left-wing political posturing.
In March, she called out Christian U.S. soccer player Korbin Albert for sharing social media posts that said homosexuality and “feeling transgender” were immoral.
But as always, while Rapinoe and her fellow leftists wish to create a world where everyone is equal and nothing is set in stone, the reality is far from that.
In 2017, while she was still on the U.S. Women’s National Team, they faced the FC Dallas under-15 boys team to prepare for a friendly match against Russia, as CBS Sports reported at the time.
They lost.
While it was far from a shutout, losing 5-2 to a team of boys who can’t even drive a car yet shows just how big of a difference sex plays in physical ability.
Imagine the score if these boys were men. That’s a reality that could come about as more and more male athletes claiming to be women are allowed into women’s sports.
It will only ruin the ability of women to compete.
It’s shameful that as Rapinoe leaves the sport, she advocates for changes that will make it harder for other women to succeed.
As swimmer and women’s sports activist Riley Gaines wrote on X, “Megan Rapinoe, in typical virtue-signaling fashion, is pulling up the ladder behind her.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on the violent rhetoric of student Khymani James, who is an alleged leader of the Hamas-supporting encampment at Columbia University.
A video shared on social media shows segments of a meeting he participated in with University officials in January, punctuated with clips of his own commentary.
In the meeting, a Columbia official read one of his social media posts in which he discusses killing Zionists, and he was asked, “Do you see why that’s problematic in any way?” to which James proclaimed, “No.”
“I feel very comfortable, very comfortable, calling for those people to die,” James said.

Despite James’ violent rhetoric and ideations being freely expressed and available since January, he was still allowed at Columbia and able to organize the encampment that has spread like a virus to other college campuses across the country.
According to The New York Post, on Friday, a campus spokesman confirmed that James is now not allowed at Columbia, saying, “The student in question has been banned from campus.”
They did not elaborate on whether barring James from the campus indicated a suspension or a permanent expulsion.
If it was simply James’ words that prompted action, one would think Columbia would have responded in January since they heard his violent rhetoric directly from him then.
But it was only after the video of his comments resurfaced and went viral on Thursday that the University finally took action.
It seems his words bothered the University less than people becoming aware of them.

The city of Minneapolis has given a man $150,000 in damages for merely witnessing the death of Black Lives Matter icon George Floyd.
The Minneapolis City Council on Thursday approved a $150,000 settlement with Donald Williams, who claims his exposure to George Floyd’s death gave him post-traumatic stress disorder (PTDS).
The Star Tribune reports:
Williams, 35, filed a lawsuit against the city last spring, alleging that he was assaulted by police on the corner of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue while trying to intervene in Floyd’s arrest.
He was outside Cup Foods corner store the evening of May 25, 2020, when he saw then-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck for nearly 9 ½ minutes as Floyd begged for his life. Bystander video captured by teenager Darnella Frazier depicts Williams as among the most vocal observers, urging Chauvin to get off Floyd — who was by then unresponsive — and check his pulse.

Chauvin looked directly at Williams, grabbed a canister of chemical spray from his duty belt and began shaking it toward him and other bystanders expressing concern for Floyd’s welfare, according to the lawsuit. He was so vocal that Officer Tou Thao stepped toward him and placed a hand on Williams’ chest.
As a result of the since-convicted officers’ actions, Williams said he feared for his safety and endured pain, suffering, humiliation, embarrassment and medical expenses.
The payout is merely the latest in a long string of unintended consequences following on from Floyd’s death in 2020, which triggered months of violent Black Lives Matter riots and political demands from the far-left.

Despite Chauvin’s eventual conviction for murder, there remain serious questions as to whether he was actually responsible for Floyd’s death. According to his official autopsy, Floyd did not die from asphyxiation due to knee on his neck, but instead a fentanyl overdose that he ingested before his arrest.
Nevertheless, Chauvin continues to pay an extraordinary price for his acitons. Last November, he was stabbed dozens of times while in prison, leading to serious injuries that almost cost him his life.

As a neophyte graduate student in history in the late 1990s, I once asked a veteran professor how he managed to focus on grad school during the campus protests of the Vietnam Era. “Easy,” he replied. “You went to the library.”
In other words, the protesters might take themselves seriously, but that does not oblige you to do the same. Without wishing them harm, in fact, you might even quietly chuckle when they receive what looks like a mild comeuppance.
At Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday, a Georgia state trooper took down a protester with a linebacker-style form tackle that drew high praise on social media.
A 13-second clip posted to social media platform X showed the tackle once, and then again in slower motion.
Photojournalist Billy Heath III of Fox 5 Atlanta called it “one of the first takedowns of many” on the day.

That brief clip, of course, provided no context. The trooper might have had a good reason for tackling the protester. Or, the trooper might have tackled the wrong person. Anything is possible, which makes speculation pointless in this particular instance.
In a broader sense, however, the trooper and his fellow officers had plenty of good reasons for being on campus.
Thanks to a video report from Fox 5’s Eric Perry, we do have some much-needed context for the tackle.
“It was something never seen on the campus of Emory University Thursday as pro-Palestinian protesters and those against the Atlanta training facility went head-to-head with law enforcement,” Perry’s report began.
Thus, the protesters at Emory also included antifa miscreants from Atlanta’s “Stop Cop City” movement.
For further context, Michael Doudna of WSB-TV posted a video of a “peaceful” antifa protest outside Emory’s theology school.
As they crowded around law enforcement officers, pushing them against the building, the protesters maintained a chant that equated the Atlanta Police Department (APD) and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) with the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

Perry’s report also showed Emory faculty and staff being led away in handcuffs after cosplaying as activists.
According to representatives of the university, the protest did not originate with members of the Emory community. Thus, university officials called on both Atlanta Police and Georgia State Patrol to help quell the disturbances.
All of this, of course, followed a pattern of ugly recent incidents at campus protests across the country.
In other words, one need not know the identity of the tackling trooper, or the tackled protester, or the reason for the specific tackle, to understand the broader context.
Violent and narcissistic leftist protesters have caused no end of trouble. But police, if given the chance, can handle them.
In the meantime, no one has an obligation to take those narcissists as seriously as they take themselves.
As for university students who must navigate the campus chaos, take a cue from my former professor. Ignore the protesters. Go to the library.

Noem’s book, No Going Back: The Truth on What’s Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward, is set for release next month, however The Guardian obtained a copy and published a report early Friday morning on Noem writing about killing her dog and goat.

By taking Cricket on a pheasant hunt with older dogs, Noem says, she hoped to calm the young dog down and begin to teach her how to behave. Unfortunately, Cricket ruined the hunt, going “out of her mind with excitement, chasing all those birds and having the time of her life”.
Noem describes calling Cricket, then using an electronic collar to attempt to bring her under control. Nothing worked. Then, on the way home after the hunt, as Noem stopped to talk to a local family, Cricket escaped Noem’s truck and attacked the family’s chickens, “grabb[ing] one chicken at a time, crunching it to death with one bite, then dropping it to attack another”.
Cricket the untrainable dog, Noem writes, behaved like “a trained assassin”.
When Noem finally grabbed Cricket, she says, the dog “whipped around to bite me”. Then, as the chickens’ owner wept, Noem repeatedly apologised, wrote the shocked family a check “for the price they asked, and helped them dispose of the carcasses littering the scene of the crime”.
Through it all, Noem says, Cricket was “the picture of pure joy”.
“I hated that dog,” Noem writes, adding that Cricket had proved herself “untrainable”, “dangerous to anyone she came in contact with” and “less than worthless … as a hunting dog”.
“At that moment,” Noem says, “I realised I had to put her down.”

Noem decided to kill the unnamed goat the same way she had just killed Cricket the dog. But though she “dragged him to a gravel pit”, the goat jumped as she shot and therefore survived the wound. Noem says she went back to her truck, retrieved another shell, then “hurried back to the gravel pit and put him down”.
At that point, Noem writes, she realised a construction crew had watched her kill both animals. The startled workers swiftly got back to work, she writes, only for a school bus to arrive and drop off Noem’s children.
“Kennedy looked around confused,” Noem writes of her daughter, who asked: “Hey, where’s Cricket?”

The US and Russia are already embroiled in a de facto proxy war in Ukraine. Now, with the escalating conflict in the Middle East, US foreign policy goals clash with Russia’s, effectively opening a second front. While it’s clear both Washington and Moscow pursue self-interest, their objectives and methods diverge significantly.
Both undertake military interventions and endorse proxy armies in the region. The distinction lies in Russia’s covert military involvement in the Middle East and Africa, primarily through private military companies (PMCs) like the Wagner Group. The US, however, overtly sends uniformed troops to the area. Russia’s PMCs have a notorious history of severe human rights violations, including rape, murder, and torture, leading to their designation as transnational terrorist organizations.
Another contrast in the policy objectives of the two countries lies in their motivations. While it’s often argued that the US only goes to war for oil, this assertion doesn’t hold up under scrutiny. Firstly, the US is among the nations with the largest proven oil reserves globally and is effectively energy independent.
Moreover, the US has participated in numerous conflicts in regions with minimal oil resources. For instance, during World War II, the US didn’t take on Japan and Germany because of their oil. Since 1945, the US has been involved in conflicts spanning Greece (1947-1949), Korea, Haiti (1959), Vietnam, Central America, Kosovo, Croatia, and many other countries. The most significant recent wars fought by the US were in Afghanistan, which lacks significant oil reserves, and Iraq, which is oil-rich. However, even in Iraq, the US didn’t seize control of the oil fields. The fields remain the property of Iraq, while they are operated by international companies, with China expanding its share.
Moscow’s interventions in the Middle East and Africa, on the other hand, are primarily driven by a quest to secure resources and strengthen the Russian economy. While the US typically backs the UN-recognized leader of a nation, the Wagner Group aligns itself with whichever strongman or dictator commands valuable resources such as gold, diamonds, or oil, funneling the proceeds back to Moscow through clandestine shell companies.
The U.S. typically ties its economic and military assistance to conditions aimed at enhancing democracy and human rights within a country. While one could argue that these conditions serve U.S. interests, they also contribute to the betterment of people’s lives.
Because Russia neglects human rights and democracy in the countries where it intervenes militarily, Moscow provides diplomatic and military backing for nefarious regimes such as Syria’s Bashar al-Assad, Libyan strongman Khalifa Haftar, or the coup leaders in the Sahel region of Africa. As a consequence of Russia’s support for these dictators, the standard of living and quality of life for the average citizens in these countries sharply decline.
Another contrast between US and Russian intervention lies in the aftermath: when a country aligns with Russia, it often severs ties with the West, as seen in the coup belt of Africa. This termination of Western influence not only hinders potential political and social transformations but also designates Russia as the principal export market, thereby reducing resource prices and exacerbating poverty.
On the other hand, countries aligning with the US effectively align with the EU, G7, and the world’s wealthiest and most developed nations. This alignment enables them to engage in international trade, access funding from traditional lenders like the IMF, World Bank, and Paris Club, and receive aid from Western sources.
Moscow and Washington have cooperated on counterterrorism issues, related to Islamic extremism, but once again, the motivations are different. Putin was quick to join US counterterrorism initiatives after the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the US, however, he was doing so, to cover for his war against separatists in Chechnya and Dagestan. Moscow’s alleged interest in counterterrorism is just the next step in a long history of repression and war against Russia’s domestic Muslim population.
Countries in the Middle East and Africa face a choice between the US and Russia as their counterterrorism and security partner. While the US seeks to balance counterterrorism efforts with maintaining relations with other Middle Eastern nations, Russia takes a different approach by indirectly supporting terrorism through its backing of Iran, which in turn supports Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. Russia provided Hamas with weapons taken in Ukraine and has sold weapons to authoritarian regimes all over Africa. Moreover, due to human rights violations committed by Moscow-sponsored groups, Russia has been labeled a state sponsor of terror by the EU Parliament.
Additionally, in response to the Houthi attacks on ships in the Red Sea, Russia obtained an agreement wherein the Houthis would refrain from attacking Russian vessels. In contrast, the US response involved forming an international coalition to prevent the Houthis from targeting ships of any nation.
The two countries have markedly different approaches to arms control. While the US collaborates with the international community to prevent states like North Korea and Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, Russia takes a contrasting stance by providing technology to Iran that could advance its nuclear ambitions. Russia also purchases missiles and drones from Iran, as well as assorted munitions from North Korea, despite international sanctions prohibiting such arms trade. Moreover, supplying Iran with the means to develop nuclear weapons is banned, but Russia declared last year that it no longer felt obliged to adhere to UN restrictions.
Russia maintains its position on the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and has consistently vetoed interventions against dictators and despots. Recently, Russia vetoed a resolution aiming to ban nuclear weapons from space. This aligns with Russia’s track record of vetoing resolutions related to nuclear proliferation as well as interventions in the Middle East.
While critics may argue that the US seeks to limit the number of nuclear weapons in the world to maintain its military supremacy, it’s undeniable that a world without nuclear-armed states like North Korea and Iran would be significantly safer than the alternative presented by Russian policies. Moreover, in the Middle East, a scenario where the region’s UN-recognized and democratically elected leaders, supported by the international community, aren’t embroiled in endless conflicts against Russian proxies would undoubtedly lead to greater stability, prosperity, and, most importantly, the well-being of the Middle Eastern population.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) discussed the foreign aid package recently passed in Congress on Newsmax, telling host David Harris Jr. that Congress could have solved the southern border crisis with “just a fraction of the money” sent to Ukraine, Israel, and other conflict zones around the world.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The House of Representatives on Saturday passed three bills to hand out $95 Billion in “foreign aid” to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, and other non-U.S. involved conflict zones around the world. Of the $95 Billion, over $60 Billion was allocated for Ukraine.
The handout to Ukraine was sold to the American people as a “loan.” However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, the package Johnson announced Wednesday includes terms that will allow the President to cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt after November 15, 2024, and the remaining 50% after January 1, 2024. It’s no wonder Joe Biden came out “strongly” in support of the package, urging the House and Senate to pass it.
Additionally, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) revealed that only $44 to $47 billion–40%–of the $113 billion that the United States has handed out to Ukraine is lethal aid.” So what was the other 66 to $69 billion for?” Roy asked on Bannon’s War Room.
Two bills from the handout package, the Indo-Pacific Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 and the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024, both passed the House with more support from Democrats than Republicans. This comes after Republicans under Mike Johnson’s leadership gave up a $1.2 trillion spending bill, also with more support from Democrats than Republicans, and reauthorization for warrantless searches of Americans under FISA Section 702.
All 112 “Nay” votes on a bill to send $60 billion to Ukraine came from Republicans, with 101 Republicans voting “AYE” with 210 Democrats. Every single Democrat voted in favor of sending additional taxpayer money to secure a foreign border, more than doubling the number of Republican votes in favor.
Speaker Johnson arrogantly declared himself a “wartime speaker” before announcing the massive foreign aid package to fund multiple countries oceans away — but not the United States. The United States is not even at war with anyone!
Johnson later told the media in a press conference following the passage of the foreign aid bills that he did “the right thing.”
Meanwhile, our border remains wide open, with dangerous criminals flooding into our country. What a shame Johnson turned out to be.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Johnson’s betrayal of the conservative agenda could be explained by the fact that one of his top handlers aides, Policy Director Dan Ziegler, is a former lobbyist with clients who have a financial interest in Ukraine aid.
Biggs said in an X post on Friday, "The DC Cartel’s foreign aid spending bills were only passed because of the Speaker’s coalition government. If we used a fraction of the money we sent overseas for border security, we could end the invasion. But the Biden regime doesn’t want to close the border."

Biggs: The Speaker tried to structure this in four separate bills. More Republicans voted against Ukraine funding than voted for it. So, the Speaker actually actually put together a coalition with Democrats to get the Ukraine funding that was $65 billion or so. The Israel funding, we had a significant number of people vote no, because as you look at it, you'll see that there's $9 billion going to Gaza, and they're going to use that to supercharge some mass migration. They're going to use it for Hamas. Even the Palestinian Authority says that Hamas steals that humanitarian aid. Taiwan got thrown into the mix. They all buy into this because they're told that if any disaster happens, blood will be on your hands as a member of Congress for failing to fund this.
And, you know, I was just down at the border yesterday, the last couple of days, and I will tell you that we can't solve our own border crisis, but we sure could solve it with just a fraction of the money that they spent on this bill if the Biden administration wanted to but they don't want to.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr is not backing down on his support for Donald Trump, much to the dismay of CNN’s Kaitlan Collins.
Barr, who broke with the president over his refusal to investigate the widespread evidence of massive voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election, said that despite his concerns about Trump he remained a far better option than Joe Biden.

His intention to vote Trump was clearly triggering to Collins, who despite starting out at the conservative Daily Caller has now staked out a role as the voice of the liberal establishment.
Here is a transcript of the exchange:
BARR: So it’s not about me. I think that, that I’ve said this all along. If faced with a choice between two people, neither of which I think should be president, I feel it’s my duty to pick the person who I think would do the least damage to the country. And I think Trump would do less damage than Biden. And I think all this stuff about a threat to democracy, I think the real threat to democracy is the progressive movement. And in the Biden administration.
COLLINS: The Biden administration, or President Biden himself.
BARR: Biden’s, Biden’s support for the progressive agenda.
COLLINS: I think a lot of people hear that. And the case that we just talked about that went before the Supreme Court, essentially, and say, how can you see that and say that Biden is a greater threat to democracy?
BARR: Well, where are we losing our freedoms? We have our freedoms being constrained that they’re being constrained by, the progressive government and, you know, democracy especially, you know, from the Anglosphere democracies, the Five Eyes and so forth. The threats never been for autocratic government on the right.
COLLINS: But how specifically, is Biden threatening democracy?
BARR: The threat to freedom and democracy has always been on the left. It’s the collectivist, socialist, agenda. And that is where we’re losing our freedom. Parents are losing the freedom to control, their children’s education. And, you know, people can’t speak their mind without losing their jobs and things like that. This is worse than the McCarthy era. Where is that coming from? It’s not coming from the right.
COLLINS: Those two things that you just noted there, you believe are worse than a president of the United States trying to subvert the will of the people by overturning the results, no question.
BARR: No, I think I think a country well, all the things together, like we’re not enforcing our borders, we have open borders, we have lawlessness, in our cities, we have regulations coming fast and fierce. So telling people what kind of stoves they can use and what kinds of cars they have to drive and, you know, eliminating cars and and so forth. Yeah, those are those are the threats to democracy.
COLLINS: But but President Biden is not in control of what some school boards across the country.
BARR: He’s using the administrative–
COLLINS: You can make that argument, but.
BARR: He’s making.
COLLINS: How is that the same thing?
BARR: Major changes are being made in our country without without the democratic process. And they’re being made by bureaucrats in these agencies.
COLLINS: You, okay? Pause! You cannot argue that Republicans across the country are not doing that as well. My own hometown. There’s a huge fight at the library over which books kids can read. This is not something that is a single-party fight.
BARR: Do you think there are? Don’t you think there should be some limits on on what people are able to read? I agree, young people.
COLLINS: I just think people look at what you’re saying and they don’t. And maybe, maybe even Republicans who have concerns about what’s happening with school boards or, you know, the culture and don’t maybe abortion, even don’t equate that with with January 6th and Trump’s efforts. When you told him the the election was not stolen and he still went out there and said it was stolen and led a lot of people to believe that they don’t, those things aren’t equal. It feels like a false equivalency.
BARR: Well, I disagree, I think, and I think, the country is much more susceptible to losing freedoms by the excesses of the left, and they have been steadily and that’s clear. People lose their jobs. Kids can’t speak out in the classroom. They have to go along with what the professor says in order to get good grades and so forth. It’s become like Stepford Nation being directed by, the progressive elites.

COLLINS: It is what you said recently, which was that, you know, the conduct that was involved with Donald Trump, you said trying to subvert and prevent the progress, the execution of probably the most important process we have, which is the peaceful transfer of power after an election. Name one thing that Biden has done that’s worse than that.
BARR: I think this whole administration is a disaster for the.
COLLINS: Is worse than subverting the peaceful transfer of power.
BARR: Did he succeed?
COLLINS: Only because Vice President Mike pence stood in the way? And now the people who are lining up again say that they will not do what Mike pence did.
BARR: Look, I was very loud and saying, I thought it was a whole the whole episode was shameful. And I’m and I’m very troubled by it. And that’s why it’s not an easy decision. But I think when you have a Hobson’s choice, you have to pick the lesser of two evils.
Earlier this week, Trump thanked Barr for his endorsement but also accused him of letting the country down with his conduct in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

Laura Loomer confronted Fani Willis on Friday night at the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCO) in Miami, Florida.
Fani was attending the event with her lover and former lead attorney Nathan Wade. The two lovebirds are still traveling together on business/pleasure trips. It’s not clear who’s paying the bills.
Willis paid Wade over $653,000 between 2022 and 2023 while the two were dating. Wade was forced to step down from Fani’s case in mid-March against President Trump after the two were caught lying to the court about the timing of their affair. It’s not clear why Wade was forced to step down but not Fani who also perjured herself in court about when the two started their affair.
Laura Loomer confronted Fani on stage at the NABCO event in Miami:

NBC News reports, “In a video on TikTok, students can be seen gathering around the performer in thigh-high black boots and a matching body suit, as the performer is bending over, squatting and dancing provocatively.”
The performer has been identified by local station KOB 4 as “Mythica Sahreen.”
“Honestly, it was really interesting, and I didn’t mind it. But the thing is it’s the place and where it happened, full of minors, you know, it wasn’t very appropriate for prom,” a student told the station.
Another student added, “Could have kept it more on the side of like it being more PG with the fact that they kind of did twerk on a couple students it wasn’t exactly the best, but it was something that did happen. And they did let students twerk on them.”

The drag queen told the station that he works with the school’s Gay–Straight Alliance.
“He claims he did not get paid for the performance, and it went up the correct chain. However, he wouldn’t tell us who exactly that included or who booked him,” the report adds. “There is commentary on one version of the video going around, claiming the performer stripped during the prom. But there is no video showing that to be true, and the students say they never saw that happen.”

Antifa-BLM organizer John Sullivan was sentenced on Friday to six years in prison for his actions on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol.
Antifa-Insurgence leader John Earl Sullivan was arrested in Utah after the US Capitol riots.
As reported previously, Antifa protester John Sullivan was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th.
Footage obtained by the Gateway Pundit from militant Black Lives Matter and Antifa activist John Sullivan’s Discord server shows the so-called “civil rights activist” reveling inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6 as he damaged federal property.
Sullivan has maintained in multiple interviews that he regularly attends protests only to record what’s going on, but did not actively partake in the insurgence in Washington. This was a lie. He is a leader of the Utah Antifa-BLM movement and was previously arrested in Utah.
Sullivan also organized an Antifa-Insurgence rally on January 6th at the Washington Monument at 11 AM before they stormed the US Capitol.
The mainstream media refuses to report these facts.

A Utah man who claimed he was acting as a citizen journalist when he joined Jan. 6 rioters and filmed scenes inside the U.S. Capitol, including the fatal shooting of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt, was sentenced Friday to six years in prison.
The big picture: John Earle Sullivan, who prosecutors said earned more than $90,000 from selling his video footage of the Capitol breach, was convicted in November of several charges including felony obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder.
- The 29-year-old from Salt Lake City was also sentenced to 36 months of supervised release and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution, according to the Department of Justice.
Context: Sullivan, who was wearing a ballistic vest and gas mask when he joined rioters storming the Capitol, was heard on video yelling expletives, including "we're about to burn this s--t down!," "we're f--king s--t up" and "I'm gonna make these Trump supporters f--k all this s--t up," per court documents.
- He told the mob he had a knife and offered it to them as he filmed them trying to break open doors to the House Chamber and the Speaker's Lobby, prosecutors said. Congress members, staff and journalists were inside the House of Representatives at the time.
- Video evidence shows Sullivan climbing through a broken window at the Capitol building and eventually reaching the Speaker's Lobby, where he can be heard encouraging a mob breaking glass panes in the door and telling police officers to "go home" before Babbitt climbs through and is shot, per the DOJ.

For weeks now organized protests by the far-left and anti-Israeli forces have organized protests, encampments and rallies to condemn Israel, Jews, and America, on college and university campuses across America.
We have witnessed Jewish students threatened, chased, and blocked from campus. We have seen Jewish students hide in their dorm rooms and told to stay away from their schools they attend.
Of course, these protests are widely accepted on the left and in the pro-Palestinian communities.
Israeli Prime Minister condemned the open anti-semitism on display by young leftists at US colleges and universities the past several weeks.
Benjamin Netanyahu: What’s happening in America’s college campuses is horrific. Antisemitic mobs have taken over leading universities. They call for the annihilation of Israel. They attack Jewish students. They attack Jewish faculty. This is reminiscent of what happened in German universities in the 1930s. It’s unconscionable. It has to be stopped. It has to be condemned and condemned unequivocally.
But that’s not what happened. The response of several university presidents was shameful. Now, fortunately, state, local, federal officials, many of them have responded differently, but there has to be more. More has to be done. It has to be done not only because they attack Israel, that’s bad enough. Not only because they want to kill Jews wherever they are, that’s bad enough. It’s also when you listen to them, it’s also because they say not only death to Israel, death to the Jews, but death to America. And this tells us that there is an anti-Semitic surge here that has terrible consequences.
We see this exponential rise of anti-Semitism throughout America and throughout Western societies as Israel tries to defend itself against genocidal terrorists, genocidal terrorists who hide behind civilians. Yet it is Israel that is falsely accused of genocide, Israel that is falsely accused of starvation and all sundry war crimes.
It’s all one big libel, but that’s not new. We’ve seen in history that anti-Semitic attacks were always preceded by vilification and slander. Lies that were cast against the Jewish people that are unbelievable, yet people believe them.
And what is important now is for all of us, all of us who are interested and cherish our values and our civilization, to stand up together and to say, enough is enough. We have to stop anti-Semitism because anti-Semitism is the canary in the coal mine. It always precedes larger conflagations that engulf the entire world. So I ask all of you, Jews and non-Jews alike, who are concerned with our common future and our common values, to do one thing.
Stand up, speak up, be counted. Stop anti-Semitism now.

Another article looking at the numbers in publishing, which shows that it is not a business, it is a money laundering operation. Claims all they have to do is publish anything by Michelle Obama, and it will make millions, and that is then given out to a ton of other authors whose books never sell anything. I am beginning to wonder if there is an honest business, where you go out and do something worthwhile for others, and then make an honest profit off it. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has raised alarms over evidence suggesting that China is actively attempting to influence and potentially interfere with the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election.
This revelation comes despite assurances from Chinese communist President Xi Jinping that his country would not engage in such activities.
In an interview with CNN, Blinken expressed concern over the evidence the United States has gathered, per Daily Mail.
“We have seen, generally speaking, evidence of attempts to influence and arguably interfere, and we want to make sure that that’s cut off as quickly as possible,” Blinken said.
“Any interference by China in our election is something that we’re looking very carefully at and is totally unacceptable to us, so I wanted to make sure that they heard that message again,” he added.

Washington has seen evidence of attempts by Beijing to “influence and arguably interfere” in this year’s US elections, the secretary of state has said during a trip to China, also warning that Chinese companies face new sanctions if they do not stop supplying material and equipment to the Russian arms industry.
Antony Blinken told CNN that he had reiterated Joe Biden’s message to Xi Jinping not to interfere in November’s vote – a warning that reportedly received assurances from the Chinese president that he would not do so.
There was no immediate response from Beijing on either the accusation of attempts at election interference, nor the warning on sanctions, which Blinken said the US and its allies could impose over China’s support of the Russian defence industry. But earlier on Friday China’s foreign minister, Wang Yi, said “disruptions” could reverse recent improvements in US-China relations and lead to a “downward spiral” of rivalry, confrontation and even conflict.
Speaking to reporters at the end of a three-day visit to China, Blinken acknowledged there had been improvements in relations since a summit in San Francisco in November between Xi and Biden.
He pointed to cooperation on counter-narcotics, the revival of contacts between the militaries of both countries, and he announced the first US-China talks on the security risks of artificial intelligence development, which he said would take place in the coming weeks.
The Secretary’s comments amplify concerns raised in a U.S. intelligence report last month and last midterm, which indicated that China might be using platforms like TikTok to shape American political discourse and voter preferences.
It is weird because, in 2022, the Biden regime welcomed TikTok into a formal partnership with the Federal Voting Assistance Program, a U.S. government agency set up to help overseas voters in the US elections. TikTok launched their U.S. “Midterms Election Center.”
Users of their App will be fed “election information”, not to be confused with what the CCP labels “Election Misinformation” in 40 languages and hopefully English is one of these. Among other things, the CCP’s TikTok will instruct people here on how to vote by mail in their respective States.
It can be recalled that the U.S. intelligence community has confirmed that the Cuban government, along with Russia, China, and Iran, undertook covert operations to influence the outcome of the 2022 midterm elections.
If these foreign entities interfere in the U.S. presidential election, they are likely to support Joe Biden. During his administration, Trump was known for taking tough measures against certain countries.
For instance, Trump significantly impacted China’s economy by imposing new tariffs of up to 25% on various products, including washing machines, solar panels, steel, and aluminum, as well as a range of Chinese-made goods such as baseball hats, luggage, bicycles, TVs, and sneakers.
Additionally, President Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal, which he viewed as fatally flawed and excessively one-sided. He then reinstated sanctions on Iran, targeting the regime that sponsors terrorism.
President Trump announced further sanctions on Iran’s metal sectors, including iron, steel, aluminum, and copper. This move marks the imposition of sanctions on Iran’s three major exports: oil, petrochemicals, and metals. These measures are the toughest sanctions ever imposed on Iran by the U.S. Administration, driven by Iran’s ongoing destructive and destabilizing activities.
President Trump has adopted a more stringent stance on Russia than his predecessor, Barack Obama. According to The Hill, “President Trump has been tougher on Russia in 18 months than Obama was in eight years.”

The Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA) chapter at UF has vocally opposed the new rules. On social media, they expressed their outrage, alleging that the new regulations were “draconian” and intended to crush their “Liberation Zone.”

At another university in Florida, Florida State University, a fed-up student assisted in giving Pro-Hamas agitators a must-needed sprinkler shower.
members of Tallahassee Students for a Democratic Society set up an encampment on Landis Green to protest Israel’s justifiable actions against Hamas. Other local organizations, such as The Freedom Road Socialist Organization, the Tallahassee Community Action Committee, and the Tallahassee Dissenters, reportedly joined the protest as well.
But campus police forced them to remove their tents, which were set up for only five minutes on the grassy space predawn due to a university rule that bars camping on university lands, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
“As an educational institution, Florida State University welcomes free inquiry, diverse thought, and rigorous debate,” FSU spokesperson Amy Farnum-Patronis told the outlet. “However, these expressions must comply with university regulation and the law.”
During the protest, the sprinklers unexpectedly turned on while the students protested, leaving them soaking wet. The agitators claimed the university deliberately set them off to discourage their protest.

Huw Edwards, the highest-paid anchor for the far-left British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), has resigned this week following a prolonged absence from the airwaves due to allegations involving payments for sexually explicit photos of a teenager.
The BBC confirmed his resignation was based on “medical advice” from his doctors after nearly 40 years with the network.
“Following a period of serious medical advice, Huw Edwards has decided to resign, effectively immediately,” the BBC said on Monday.
The network expressed its agreement with Edwards’ decision, emphasizing that it would allow all involved parties to move forward.
“After 40 years of service, Huw has explained that his decision was made on the basis of medical advice from his doctors.”
“The BBC has accepted his resignation which it believes will allow all parties to move forward. We don’t believe it appropriate to comment further.”
The controversy surrounding Edwards began last year when the Sun newspaper reported that an unnamed BBC presenter had been involved in a scandal involving payments to a young individual in exchange for sexual images.
The allegations initially surfaced in a report that claimed the payments made by the anchor were intended to support the teenager’s addiction to crack cocaine, according to the New York Post.
Following days of speculation, Edwards’ identity was revealed by his wife, Vicky Flind, who disclosed that he was battling “serious mental health issues” and had been hospitalized.
London’s Metropolitan Police investigated the allegations but concluded there was no evidence to support claims of criminal activity after discussions with the alleged victim and their family.
As of his resignation, Edwards had not been on air since July of the previous year.
He was among the highest-paid figures at the BBC, with a reported salary of between $543k and $549k during the 2022-2023 period. The BBC clarified that no financial settlement accompanied his departure.
The mother of the teen involved expressed concern that Edwards’ resignation might prevent her family from getting the answers they need, fearing that no further action could be taken against him.
“In [Edwards] resigning we are worried we won’t get the answers we so desperately need,” she added.
“If Huw has been found to have done something wrong no action can be taken against him.”

Regulators seized Philadelphia-based Republic First Bancorp on Friday.
“Republic First operated branches in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York under the name Republic Bank. It had around $6 billion in total assets at the end of 2023.” – The Wall Street Journal reported.
This is the fourth bank failure since last March on Joe Biden’s watch.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) was appointed as receiver by Pennsylvania state regulators and immediately entered into an agreement with Fulton Bank to assume assets and deposits of Republic First Bancorp.
“Philadelphia-based Republic Bank was closed late today by Pennsylvania bank regulators, which appointed the FDIC as receiver. To protect depositors, we entered into an agreement with Fulton Bank to assume substantially all deposits and assets of Republic,” the FDIC said in a statement on Friday.
“Republic Bank’s 32 branches in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York will reopen as branches of Fulton Bank on Saturday (for branches with normal Saturday hours) or on Monday during normal business hours. This evening and over the weekend, depositors of Republic Bank can access their money by writing checks or using ATM or debit cards. Checks drawn on Republic Bank will continue to be processed and loan customers should continue to make their payments as usual,” the FDIC said.
“Depositors of Republic Bank will become depositors of Fulton Bank so customers do not need to change their banking relationship in order to retain their deposit insurance coverage. Customers of Republic Bank should continue to use their existing branches until they receive notice from Fulton Bank that it has completed systems changes that will allow its branch offices to process their accounts as well,” the FDIC said.

According to a recent poll, President Trump currently holds a lead in six of the seven key swing states that are expected to determine the 2024 Presidential Election.
The results of the Bloomberg/Morning Consult swing state poll are as follows:
Biden only leads Trump in Michigan by just two points with 47%-45%.
Joe Biden won with massive voter fraud in all of these states in 2020 except for North Carolina.
Trump’s lead from a December 2023 Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll has increased by three points in Arizona, five points in Nevada, and one point in North Carolina.

70% of voters in these states said the United States economy is on the "wrong track," and 51% of voters say they trust Trump more on the economy, while just 36% say Biden.
This comes as the GDP dropped faster than expected in the first quarter of 2024 and at half the rate of Q4 2023. Real GDP increased 1.6% after rising 3.7% in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Meanwhile, inflation rose to 3.7% in the first quarter – squeezing consumers who are already strapped in the Biden economy.

Swing-state voters said the economy was the top issue with almost six months to go before Election Day, with 82% saying it will be “very important” in deciding whom they vote for and 34% saying it would be their single most important issue.
Immigration ranked second, with 15% saying it was their top issue, while abortion and democracy were tied for third at 9% each.
Seven in 10 respondents said they viewed the US economy as going in the “wrong direction,” while 57% said the same about the economy in their own state.
The bad poll numbers for Biden come despite his campaign spending $30 million in the month after his March 7 State of the Union address on ad buys and campaign stops in critical swing states — a push that Democrats dubbed the “Month of Action.”
Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt told The New York, “Americans realize if they want to make gas cheap again and keep more money in their pockets, they must vote Trump.” Leavitt added, “Joe Biden’s economic policies are robbing people of thousands every month, and Biden is doubling down, promising to sign the largest tax hike in American history if given another four years in the White House.”

A Border Patrol agent was shot at by armed thugs near El Paso, Texas in San Elizario early Thursday afternoon. The shots were fired from the Mexican side of the border. The agent returned fire according to the CBP while no injuries were reported.
According to a CBP internal alert, the armed thugs never entered the US.
A person in Mexico shot at a U.S. Border Patrol agent during a “use of force” incident near San Elizario, authorities said.
The shooting happened before 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at the U.S.-Mexico border near the San Elizario area.
The agent came “under fire from the Mexican side” of the border, a law enforcement source told the El Paso Times. The shooting was described as a “use of force incident.”
According to Ali Bradley, in addition to Thursday’s incident, another incident happened last week involving an illegal alien who was stabbing other illegals in the El Paso sector. A National Guard soldier that was deployed under Operation Lonestar shot the illegal.

The United States Supreme Court reportedly signaled that they are considering granting Russell Alford, one of the few J6 defendants to refuse a plea deal, his petition for writ of certiorari, a move that only happens for roughly 1% of cases brought to SCOTUS.

Despite walking into the Capitol for just 13 minutes on January 6, where "he mostly stood to the side and observed" and "filmed protestors chanting," then leaving, according to the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Alford was given the maximum sentence for four crimes, including Remaining in a restricted building, Disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building, Disorderly or disruptive conduct in the Capitol Building and parading, and Demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol Building. The Court also ruled that "trespassers in the Capitol during the riot did not need to be acting 'disorderly' or 'disruptive' to be found guilty of disorderly conduct, because such definitions 'are nebulous but time has given them concrete contours in two ways important here,'” per Frontline News.
Alford is appealing the ruling from the trial court and Appeals Court that "passive, quiet and nonviolent conduct can be disorderly.” Though the Supreme Court may not be able to help Alford in his other charges of for “remaining” and “demonstrating” in the Capitol, this could undermine the convictions of thousands of peaceful protesters who were charged with disorderly conduct.
According to Frontline News, "1,156 peaceful January 6 protesters have been charged with engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct. 1,021 have been charged with disorderly or disruptive conduct in a Capitol building. About 1,000 of them have been hit with both misdemeanor charges. These are the most common charges that the 1,300+ total January 6 peaceful protesters have been hit with."
The Department of Justice reportedly waived their right to file a response to Alford's petition, likely because they know the charges are bullsh*t and they will lose!

The Supreme Court has requested a response from the Department of Justice (DOJ) to a petition from a peaceful J6 protestor who is appealing his conviction for disorderly conduct.
99% rejected
The High Court only agrees to grant certiorari, i.e., review a request for appeal, in about eighty out of seven to eight thousand petitions for “a writ of certiorari” each year. Normally, the justices do not give an indication of whether they are inclined to include a particular case in the one percent that get to the next stage, which includes additional briefs and oral arguments, until after receiving a response to the petition and the petitioner's reply to the response.
Confident feds
In the case of J6 protestor Russell Alford, however, the justices may have already signaled that they are inclined to grant certiorari, a decision which would require the agreement of four of the nine justices. Alford filed his petition to cancel his conviction with SCOTUS in early April and the government had 30 days to respond. Instead of responding, however, the DOJ penned a single sentence to the High Court:
The Government hereby waives its right to file a response to the petition in this case, unless requested to do so by the Court.
The justices then announced that they do indeed want the DOJ to respond, giving it a May 23, 2024 deadline, indicating their interest in the matter.
As Josh Gerstein just reported at Politico, SCOTUS requested a response from DOJ in petition for writ of cert filed by Russell Alford, convicted by a DC jury of 4 misdemeanors for J6.

1 act, 13 minutes, 4 convictions
Most J6 defendants, facing multiple charges for the one act of trespassing, waived their right to argue that their entrance into the Capital was an unknowing trespass, fearing the potential for multiple prison sentences. Alford, like America's Frontline Doctors' (AFLDS) Creative Director John Strand, was one of the few J6 defendants to refuse a plea deal.
Alford's trespass was described by the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Alford remained inside the Capitol for approximately thirteen minutes…
While inside, he mostly stood to the side and observed. He filmed protestors chanting “stop the steal” and pounding on a door that led to the floor of the House, behind which sheltered dozens of Congress members. [Emphasis added.]
The court added that Alford left within three minutes of police telling the crowd to leave:
Police arrived within about ten minutes of Alford’s entry and began physically and verbally directing the crowd back out through the Upper House Door. Alford initially moved further down the hallway before turning and making for the exit … He left once someone managed to open the second double door.
For this, the trial court convicted Alford on four separate counts, all stemming from that 13-minute walk during which he did not so much as yell. He was given the maximum sentence for each charge, to be served concurrently, resulting in a 12-month sentence for:
- Remaining in a restricted building
- Disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building
- Disorderly or disruptive conduct in the Capitol Building and parading
- Demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol Building [Emphasis added.]
Overcharging banned; not banned
The DOJ is actually prohibited from engaging in so-called overcharging, particularly in the the District of Columbia Circuit, in which Alford's trial court sits, where the circuit's appellate court has, for more than 50 years, explicitly banned the practice of overcharging defendants where the intent is to coerce a guilty plea on a lesser charge:
. . . the prosecutor clearly cannot have carte blanche to apply whatever tactics he wishes to induce a guilty plea. A policy of deliberately overcharging defendants with no intention of prosecuting on all counts simply in order to have chips at the bargaining table would, for example, constitute improper harassment of the defendant. [Emphasis added.]
Nonetheless, J6 protestors have been uniformly subjected to multiple charges in the absence of separate actions. Technically, though, Alford's case does not fit this classic definition of overcharging, since the DOJ, perhaps sensing a jury pool antagonistic to J6 protestors, did in fact prosecute Alford on multiple charges. But it is not, in any case, overcharging that is at issue in the petition to the Supreme Court.
Not disorderly; disorderly
Alford appealed his convictions on the two charges requiring the government to prove “disorderly or disruptive conduct.” The trial court refused Alford's motion to acquit on those charges, despite the lack of any evidence of such conduct, arguing that he should be held guilty on account of the actions of (a small minority) the other protestors:
Mr. Alford’s mere presence inside the Capitol disturbed the public peace or undermined public safety” and that “his presence was an aspect of the disorder and disruption of the Capitol.” [Emphasis added].
“Even passive, quiet and nonviolent conduct can be disorderly”
The appellate court agreed with prosecutors and the lower court:
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday that trespassers in the Capitol during the riot did not need to be acting "disorderly" or "disruptive" to be found guilty of disorderly conduct, because such definitions “are nebulous but time has given them concrete contours in two ways important here.”
"First, it is well-established that whether conduct qualifies as disorderly depends on the surrounding circumstances," the court wrote …
"Second, it is equally clear from caselaw that even passive, quiet and nonviolent conduct can be disorderly," the ruling continued. [Emphases added].

It is this ruling, that "passive, quiet and nonviolent conduct can be disorderly,” that is at issue in Alford's appeal to the Supreme Court.
High Court may help … others
Should the nation's highest court rule that such peaceful behavior as Alford's cannot be the basis for a disorderly conduct conviction, it may not actually benefit Alford, as his two convictions for “remaining” and “demonstrating” in the Capital would still stand and for each he was sentenced to the maximum prison time, as mentioned above, to run concurrently.
Since the maximum sentence for the charge of merely remaining in a restricted building is one year, even vacating the two disorderly charges would still leave Alford facing a year in prison, though he could argue that, without the disorderly charges, one year is excessive for trespassing.
Alford is far from the only peaceful J6 protestor to be charged with disorderly conduct, however. According to Conservative Zone, 1,156 of those protestors were charged with disorderly conduct despite their peaceful conduct.

None of the people facing these charges did anything violent or caused any property damage. They were welcomed into the building by police officers who were high-fiving them and holding doors open for them, they wandered around for a while, and they peacefully left when asked to do so.

Trump is pushing for more and earlier debates as ‘early voting’ starts in some states before the first debate. The Trump campaign sent a letter to the debate commission on April 11:
Dear Members of the Commission:
We write today in agreement with the pending letter from television networks advocating for presidential debates to occur in 2024.
While the Commission on Presidential Debates has already announced three presidential debates and a vice-presidential debate to occur later this year, we are in favor of these debates beginning much earlier.
Here’s why:
1) Voting is beginning earlier and earlier, and as we saw in 2020, tens of millions of Americans had already voted by the time of the first debate. Specific to the Commission’s proposed 2024 calendar, it simply comes too late. Below are the estimates for how many Americans will have already voted by the date of each scheduled debate:
a. By the date of the first proposed debate, September 16, 2024, over 1 million Americans will have likely voted.
b. By the date of the second proposed debate, October 1, 2024, the number of Americans who will have likely cast a ballot will be over 3 million, an increase of 225%.
c. By the date of the third proposed debate, October 9, 2024, or 35 days out from election day, approximately 8.7 million Americans will have already voted.2) Americans were robbed of a true and robust debate in 2020. There were only two debates, and they happened much too late in the election calendar despite voting timelines having moved up exponentially.
In 2020, the Commission ceded to the wishes of the Biden campaign on every front, refusing to move up the dates of the debates, failing to reschedule the debate canceled by COVID-19, cutting off President Trump’s microphone over and over in the middle of a debate, and in the
case of the first debate, selecting a demonstrably anti-Trump moderator clearly positioned to aid Joe Biden. Fairness in such a setting is paramount and the Commission must ensure that the 2024 Commission-sponsored debates are truly fair and conducted impartially.The Commission must move up the timetable of its proposed 2024 debates to ensure more Americans have a full chance to see the candidates before they start voting, and we would argue for adding more debates in addition to those on the currently proposed schedule. We have
already indicated President Trump is willing to debate anytime, anyplace, and anywhere – and the time to start these debates is now.Former President Abraham Lincoln and former U.S. Senator Stephen A. Douglas held seven debates in their storied 1858 U.S. Senate battle in Illinois. Certainly today’s America deserves as much.

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) on Wednesday sent a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) requesting an investigation into Congressional Democrats’ history of “pressuring private companies to shut down the speech of those with different ideologies than theirs.”
According to Burchett, “In 2021, Congressional Democrats sent official letters to numerous private television companies urging them to take retaliatory action against certain ‘right wing’ media outlets like Newsmax, Fox News, and OAN.”
This led several cable companies to cancel contracts with One America News Network (OANN).
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported in January 2022, Joe Biden and the Democrats ordered the far left Tech Giants and media outlets to banish voices that deviated from the regime’s official narrative. DirecTV then notified OANN that “following a routine internal review,” they would not renew the contract to carry the channel.
President Trump later suggested during a rally in Florence, Arizona, that supporters should boycott woke DirecTV and AT&T, which owns 70% of the cable TV service, for bowing down to their Leftist overlords.
DirecTV later announced they were deplatforming NewsMax in January 2023 but reached an agreement with the company and returned the channel to their platform on March 23, 2023.
Leftist Verizon also dropped OANN later in 2022, claiming the negotiations with OANN were typical and usual and that OAN did not agree to “fair terms.” However, OAN disagreed. The pro-Trump MAGA channel hosts told a different story, insisting NOTHING was typical about the negotiations, and Verizon did not even attempt to negotiate a contract.
"The idea of large, publicly traded companies taking retaliatory action against conservative outlets is concerning. Even more troubling, however, is the continued effort by Congressional Democrats to violate Americans' constitutionally protected rights. That is why I respectfully request an investigation and hearing on the continued censorship of conservative news media outlets," Burchett states in his letter before urging the House Republican Majority to stop letting Democrats "deny our constituents access to information."
Congress must also investigate attempts by the federal government, including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the Biden Regime's army of government agencies, for their continued censorship of conservative media outlets like The Gateway Pundit and One America News Network on social media.

Former Trump-Endorsed Arizona Attorney General candidate Abe Hamadeh spoke to The Gateway Pundit on Thursday to discuss the lawfare by Attorney General Kris Mayes, who stole her election from Republican Abe Hamadeh by just 280 votes, against President Trump and his allies.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on Kari Lake and Abe Hamadeh’s fight against the stolen midterm election in Arizona. The election day anomalies and discrepancies included likely intentional machine failures at 60% of Maricopa County polling locations, misread votes statewide, and illegal mail-in ballots with no chain of custody or signature verification that tainted the results.
Additionally, thousands of ballots were cast provisionally and not counted due to wrongfully canceled voter registrations. After a “significant miscount” of hundreds of votes and uncounted ballots were discovered in rural Pinal County’s recount results, Kris Mayes’ lead shrunk from 511 votes to 280 votes. If the nearly 10,000 uncounted ballots statewide were counted, Abe Hamadeh would be in the Attorney General’s office.
However, then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs intentionally withheld evidence of uncounted ballots, miscounted ballots, and voter disenfranchisement in Pinal County and across the state during Hamadeh’s first trial. Maricopa County also “did not provide provisional ballot information until after trial, information that had it been timely provided, we would have been able to address those problems we found at trial,” said Hamadeh attorney Jen Wright.
Hamadeh is now the Trump-Endorsed candidate for U.S. Congress in Arizona’s Congressional District 8. Still, he continues his fight for justice in the rigged midterm election and plans to take his election contest lawsuit to the Arizona Supreme Court following a 2-1 ruling in the Arizona Court of Appeals on April 9 rejecting his appeal. Judge James B. Morse Jr., dissenting against the majority, noted that Maricopa County and the Superior Court’s refusal to grant discovery and inspection of ballots and the Cast Vote Record was unfair to Hamadeh.
Hamadeh told The Gateway Pundit on Thursday, “This is the first time we had a judge, an honest judge, dissent with his colleagues, and it was a seven-page dissent, but they did reject our appeal asking for a new trial. But that’s not going to stop us because we still have one level to go up to the Supreme Court… There’s 9000 uncounted ballots here in Arizona, so we’re taking it to the next level, Supreme Court. We should be submitting it within a week.”
“By rejecting Hamadeh’s request for the CVR as untimely, the superior court abused its discretion and denied Hamadeh a fair opportunity to inspect the ballots and prepare for the evidentiary hearing. See Johnson, 245 Ariz. at 242, ¶ 11. I would remand this matter to the superior court to determine whether Hamadeh can prove his claim, as alleged pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-672, and establish that a sufficient number of ballots were not properly counted such that the outcome of the election would plausibly have been different,” writes Judge Morse.
The Gateway Pundit reported that the still questionably elected Kris Mayes announced felony charges against 18 Trump allies and alternative electors on Wednesday afternoon for the non-crime of questioning the 2020 election. She defended her witch hunt and the curious timing of the indictment – just months before the 2024 general election.
The charges include nine counts of conspiracy, fraudulent schemes and artifices, fraudulent schemes and practices, and forgery. “Defendants and unindicted coconspirators schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Coconspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona’s voters,” the indictment alleges.

Mayes recently said the quiet part out loud late last month, declaring, “We absolutely have to get President Biden reelected,” before announcing the indictment by an Arizona grand jury in the latest election interference lawfare.
There were still ongoing investigations into voter fraud in 2020 when alternative electors cast their slate for Donald J. Trump, and there is a legal precedent for this so-called crime. Recall that the Arizona Attorney General at the time, Mark Brnovich, released a report on his investigation in April 2022, stating that “between 100,000 and 200,000 ballots were transported without a proper chain of custody,” and individuals would be prosecuted for election fraud. However, the weak, lethargic AG never followed through.
Even the election officials in Maricopa County, which accounts for roughly 60% of Arizona's voters, knew the election was rigged with dead voters, ballot harvesting, and shady machine software and admitted that the County’s in-house audit of the 2020 election was “bulsh*t.” Former Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri previously stated that his colleagues lied because they were too scared to do a real audit.
Hamadeh released the following statement on Wednesday, slamming Mayes for "shamelessly engaging in selective prosecution and manipulating the law to suit their agenda while disregarding justice and fairness." He further vowed to protect elections from the "unconstitutional tactics of power-hungry Democrats" when elected to U.S. Congress.

Now, a mere four months into office, Argentine President Javier Milei has also pulled off another critical - almost miraculous - feat in an economy plagued by systemic inflation: he stabilized the peso.
Bloomberg reported:
"The peso has, in fact, not only stopped plunging day after day but in one key foreign-exchange market […] it’s actually rallying sharply. The peso has soared 25% against the dollar over the past three months in the market, known as the blue-chip swap, which is used by many investors and companies. That’s more than the gains posted by any of the 148 currencies that Bloomberg tracks against the dollar.
It’s a shocking statistic in a country where the currency is seemingly in a never-ending state of freefall. (The smallest annual decline in the past decade was 15%.) And it underscores the lengths that Milei has gone to to rein in bloated government spending, choke off demand for everything in the economy, including dollars, and tame inflation that’s skyrocketed to an annual pace of almost 300%."
The work to tame the economy is so intense, that Milei's claims that his budget cuts are 'the largest in the history of humankind' are only a bit of a hyperbole.
"The cuts he imposed add up to the equivalent of almost 4% of the country’s economic output, an adjustment so aggressive that central bank officials estimate it’s larger than 90% of all those carried out in the world over the last several decades."
The work is far from over, and dangers lie ahead: the political pressure to scale back his fiscal program will certainly mount, but the president is not worried about paying the political cost that comes with austerity.
The peso is performing so well now that the central bank can now buy dollars to replenish currency reserves.
"What’s different now is that Argentines, for the moment at least, have more confidence in the peso, curbing demand for the safety of dollars. (This allowed the central bank to lower interest rates Thursday for the fourth time since Milei took office.) Moreover, with the budget cuts in place, the central bank is no longer directly financing government spending by printing money, bringing an end to a constant source of pressure on the currency."
The economic policy is starting to become rational, and things that were not expected are happening:
"That he’s now overseeing a torrid peso rally is an ironic twist for a man who had deemed the currency so worthless on the campaign trail that he likened it to 'excrement' and said it should be scrapped entirely."

Joe Biden on Friday morning called into “The Howard Stern Show” in an unannounced appearance on the far-left shock jock’s SiriusXM show.
“I think I should leave now,” Biden joked as Howard Stern slobbered all over him.
“I know everyone’s going to think I’m doing a fake interview with you, but you are really here,” Stern said.
The live interview went sideways after Joe Biden absurdly claimed he “got arrested standing on a porch with a black family” during the civil rights movement.
Biden recounted a conversation with his mother: “She said Joey, remember – true story – remember when they were desegregating… the neighborhood, you know, 70 homes built…and there was a black family moving in and people were down there protesting. I told you not to go down there and you went down. Remember that? And you came and got arrested for standing on the porch with a black family and they brought you back, the police? I said, yeah mom, I remember that!”
This is why Biden’s handlers do not allow him to do live interviews.

Of course, this conversation never happened. Biden was never arrested for standing on a porch with a black family.

The Washington Post did a fact-check on this dubious story and concluded there is no evidence to back up Biden’s claim he was arrested on the porch.
Biden never participated in the civil rights movement. He has told a version of this lie many times.
This lie has been repeatedly debunked.

Now, as his party is headed for a crushing defeat in the upcoming European elections, Macron tries to pass himself as a voice for the salvation of the old continent.
He has given what he believes to be a landmark speech, saying that Europe ‘must rise to the challenges of a changed world and scale up its defense’.
He further warned that the EU was ‘not sufficiently armed’ to take on global threats such as Russia’s war in Ukraine.

“‘Our Europe today is mortal and it can die’, said Macron. ‘It can die and this depends only on our choices’, he noted. ‘We need to build this strategic concept of a credible European defense for ourselves’.”
Macron says an ‘uninhibited’ Russia has no longer any clear limits, while also criticizing the disrespect of global trade rules, calling on the European Union to ‘revise its trade policy’.
“‘Our Europe, today, is mortal and it can die. It can die and this depends only on our choices’, said Macron, warning that Europe was ‘not armed against the risks we face’ in a world where the ‘rules of the game have changed’.”
Macron called for ‘European sovereignty’, with an autonomy in defense and the economy.
“‘How can we build our sovereignty, our autonomy, if we don’t assume the responsibility of developing our own European defense industry?’ he asked. Europe ‘must show that it is never a vassal of the United States and that it also knows how to talk to all the other regions of the world’, he said.”
Europe needs cyber defense and cybersecurity capabilities, he added.
A ‘revision’ of EU trade policy is needed, since China and the US are ‘no longer respecting the rules of global commerce’.
“Macron’s speech comes as his party is facing embarrassment in June European Parliament elections, ranking well behind the far right in opinion polls and even risking finishing third behind the Socialists, and as the EU is drawing up its new strategic agenda for 2024-2029.”
Macron’s centrist coalition are polling much lower than Marine Le Pen’s National Rally (RN), while the Socialists are now vying for second place.
RN will call for parliament to be dissolved if Macron’s Renaissance party and its allies suffer a crushing defeat.

Judge Juan Merchan on Thursday afternoon said he will consider four new Trump gag order violations as he weighs whether to hold the former president in contempt.
Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s prosecutors last Thursday claimed Trump violated the court’s gag order ‘seven more times.’
Bragg’s office on Monday asked the court to impose a $1,000 sanction for each of the 3 prior Truth Social posts, order Trump to take them down, and warn him that further violations would result in jail time.
The DA’s office was referring to was related to a New York Post article bashing Michael Cohen as a “serial perjurer.”
Last Thursday, prosecutors claimed Trump violated the gag order seven more times since Monday when he quoted Fox News host Jesse Watters.

Judge Merchan held a hearing on the so-called gag order violations this week but he held off on issuing a ruling.

Judge Juan Merchan said he signed the order to show cause regarding four new violations of a gag order for former President Donald Trump.
He signed the order to show cause from the district attorney for the first 10 violations, too.
This means he will hear the additional four violations they have now added. He hasn’t made a decision yet or held Trump in contempt.
Trump blasted the judge this week as the ‘hush money’ trial played out in a Manhattan court.
“The Gag Order imposed on me, a political candidate running for the highest office in the land, is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Nothing like this has ever happened before. The Conflicted Judge’s friends and party members can say whatever they want about me, but I am not allowed to respond. Authorities are conducting an investigation after a man was captured on live television bizarrely biting a young boy’s ear during the World Snooker Championship at The Crucible in Sheffield, England.
South Yorkshire Police are reviewing the footage following the incident, which was brought to public attention due to widespread concern after a clip was shared on social media.
The disturbing incident was caught in the background as seven-time world champion Stephen Hendry was speaking during a break in the afternoon session on BBC, according to the Daily Mail.
The man, whose relationship with the boy remains unclear, appeared to rub his beard and whisper something to the child before disturbingly biting his ear.
The child seems unfazed and he waved at the camera after realizing they were being filmed. Some viewers suggested the boy’s smile could be a defense mechanism, with one social media user commenting, “And he’s doing it in public imagine what’s going on in private.”
Others are more hopeful, with a comment reading, “That baby was so thankful that camera was there and caught it FINALLY!! It’s our job now to make sure he is okay.”
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police told Daily Mail: “Yesterday, Thursday 25 April at 9.20 pm, we received a call to inform us of a video circulating on social media of a man and a boy at the Crucible in Sheffield. We are aware of the footage and officers will be reviewing the content.”

Over the past few months spent as a non-establishment Republican candidate for US Senate, I have discovered firsthand that if the party does not hand pick you or “coronate” you, they will fight to the death to get rid of you. Because if you owe nothing to the party, you can actually fight for the People. Here in the RINO infiltrated party of New York State, a few in charge “coronate” a single candidate for Senate or other important positions. They then abuse their power and use the judicial system to block any primary challenger from getting a fair shot and giving the actual people a choice in their candidate. There are rare exceptions but the general rule is this – the RINOs choose a mediocre IQ candidate that probably 1) made some nice donations to their committees or 2) proved they know how to “take orders” in some lower level government position. The most important qualification is the person must be part of the “club” and the get the “understanding”.
The understanding is you have sold your soul. You are no longer are allowed to use your own mind. You owe your position to the party and you will behave like a good little lap dog and do whatever it is they command of you. The understanding is “IF YOU WIN, YOU OWE US FOR LIFE.”

The GDP dropped faster than expected in the first quarter of 2024. Real GDP increased 1.6% after rising 3.7% in the fourth quarter of 2023 based on government spending.
Meanwhile, inflation rose to 3.7% in the first quarter – squeezing consumers who are already strapped in the Biden economy.
Zero Hedge described the seriousness of this latest economic news to consumers.
Abysmal economic data released on Thursday painted a not-so-rosy picture for the US economy. In the last 3 post-pandemic years, nominal growth has been positive while quality of life has deteriorated behind the scenes of officially released data, and the latest data continues the trend.
GDP growth slowed from 3.4% to 1.6%—missing economist expectations by 90 basis points (0.9%). Not bad enough? Core PCE inflation has also accelerated (on a quarterly basis) from 2% to 3.7%. I wouldn’t weigh these numbers as gospel, since they are not yearly figures, but the fact remains that nominal growth is sputtering and consumer prices, the most sticky ones, are red hot:

Economic forecasts had called for a deceleration of growth over the previous month, with the expectation that the economy would expand by 2.4%, according to a Reuters report.
Compared to the fourth quarter, the deceleration in real GDP in the first quarter primarily reflected decelerations in consumer spending, exports and state and local government spending and a downturn in federal government spending. This slowdown was partly offset by an acceleration in residential fixed investment…
…The personal consumption expenditures (PCE) price index, excluding food and energy prices — a key metric the Federal Reserve tracks to measure inflation — increased by 3.7% after rising to 2% in the fourth quarter.

Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff had his car was vandalized in San Francisco this week, forcing him to attend a dinner party without the appropriate attire.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Schiff was given a rude introduction to the crime-ridden city as he works to drum up support for his Senatorial campaign:
Hello to the city, goodbye to your luggage. That was Senatorial candidate Adam Schiff’s rude introduction to San Francisco’s vexing reputation for car burglaries Thursday when thieves swiped the bags from his car while it sat in a downtown parking garage.
The heist meant the Democratic congressman got stuck at a fancy dinner party in his shirt sleeves and a hiking vest while everyone else sat in suits. Not quite the look the man from Burbank was aiming for as he rose to thank powerhouse attorney Joe Cotchett for his support in his bid to replace the late Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate.

Schiff’s car had been parked in the garage while he visited the area for a couple of days of appearances, which included a jaunt south to Burlingame for the dinner at Ristorante Rocca. Cotchett said Schiff was unruffled by the kerfuffle, and carried on as though everything was fine.
San Francisco is renowned for its shocking levels of lawlessness, with crimes such as shoplifting, drug dealing and acts of public disorder routinely ignored by authorities and local prosecutors.
Meanwhile, Schiff, a proven liar and conspiracy theorist, remains fully commited to the far-left Democratic agenda and is very likely to become California’s next Senator in November.
Earlier this month, he expressed fear that Donald Trump would throw him in prison if he wins back the White House in November.

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on Tuesday vetoed another bill that would have defined sex as “a person’s immutable biological sex as determined by anatomy, physiology, genetics and hormones existing at the time of the person’s birth” and protected girls’ showers in public K-12 schools.
SB 1182, the Arizona Accommodations for All Children Act, would have required public schools in Arizona to provide a single-occupancy or employee shower room to students who are unwilling or unable to use the shared shower that corresponds to their sex.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Liberty High School in Peoria, Arizona came under fire for allowing a male student to use the girls’ locker rooms and showers alongside the girls. The biological male “had been reprimanded several times for loitering in the [girls’] bathrooms in August of 22,” one concerned parent told The Gateway Pundit.
The legislation would also grant a private cause of action against the public school to a person who encounters a person of the opposite sex in a public school shower room if the school or a school official permitted the individual of the opposite sex to use the shower room.
It also accommodates individuals who are unwilling or unable to use the shower room that corresponds to their sex by granting a private cause of action against the public school if their reasonable accommodation request is denied. Reasonable accommodations include access to a single-occupancy shower room or use of an employee shower room.
Still, Hobbs vetoed the bill, saying in a letter to Senate President Warren Petersen, “As I have said time and time again, I will not sign legislation that attacks Arizonans.”
Similarly, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Hobbs vetoed 2023 Senate Bill 1040, which would have required Arizona public schools to “provide a reasonable accommodation to a person who is unwilling or unable to use specified facilities designated for their sex in a public school building or multi-occupancy sleeping quarters while attending a public school-sponsored activity.”
These reasonable accommodations would include access to single-occupancy restrooms or changing facilities and use of employee restrooms or changing facilities to prevent undue hardship for students who are uncomfortable with members of the opposite sex using gendered facilities like bathrooms and locker rooms.
The proposal last session came after the female students at Liberty High School were forced to share bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers with male students who “insisted on using the girls’ bathrooms.”
However, Hobbs called the 2023 legislation “yet another discriminatory act against LGBTQ+ youth.” She added, “As I stated in my veto letter for SB1001, I will veto every bill that aims to attack and harm children.” SB1001, vetoed by Katie Hobbs last session. would have precluded schools from requiring employees to use a pronoun that differs from a minor student’s biological sex without parental permission.
What happened to women’s rights?
Per Axios, Hobbs vetoed a total of 143 bills last year. In total, she has vetoed 195 bills since taking office last January, shattering Democrat Janet Napolitano’s previous record of 181 vetoes during an entire four-year term.
It can be recalled that during Katie Hobbs’ first legislative session last year, after she stole the midterm election from conservative firebrand Kari Lake, Hobbs broke the record for the number of bills vetoed in a single legislative session, and she did it during her first 100 days in office. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Hobbs was also ranked as the third most unpopular Governor in America, with an approval rating of just 47%.
Hobbs vetoed several common-sense bills on Tuesday, including SB 2581, which would require proof of residency to vote in Arizona elections, and SB 1129, which would protect homeowners by allowing them to remove an unlawful occupant or a “squatter” from their property.

Attorneys for Kari Lake were back in court on Wednesday, fighting to obtain a hearing on damages before a jury in First Amendment-hating RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer’s defamation lawsuit against Lake.
Attorneys for Richer reportedly seek damages amounting to millions of dollars.
Recall The Gateway Pundit’s recent reporting on a 2021 op-ed that Richer submitted to the National Review Magazine, where he reveals that he believes the First Amendment is “the biggest threat to elections and Democracy,” that his constituents are “idiots” and that “it may be time to revisit our First Amendment jurisprudence.” Jack Butler, editor of The National Review, rejected the draft op-ed, citing Richer’s attack on freedom of speech; however, Richer apparently gave a similarly written speech, ironically in commemoration of Constitution Day, to students of the Maricopa County Community College District, which was approved by the district beforehand.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Kari Lake recently pled no contest in the lawfare defamation case brought against her by fake “Republican” Stephen Richer and Protect Democracy – a far-left group of Soros and Obama-linked henchmen who are trying to silence all election critics on the right. Instead of allowing the Soros-linked far-left Protect Democracy to subpoena and dig through her personal communications and campaign secrets and wasting more time or money on the bogus lawsuit, Lake decided it was time to focus on her campaign. Lake is expected to face Soros-backed far-left Marxist Ruben Gallego in the 2024 general election for the U.S. Senate.
Despite Richer and the fake news media’s claims to the contrary, Lake never admitted to defamation. She only conceded that she did say things that hurt Richer’s feelings while still maintaining that nothing she said was defamatory. As stated in Lake’s Motion for Default Judgement, “It is often said that defaulting admits the allegations in the operative complaint. This is a misnomer.” The filing then cites case law, which states, “An entry of default serves as a judicial admission of all well-pleaded facts in the complaint. A party against whom default is entered, however, is not held to admit facts that are not well-pleaded or to admit conclusions of law. If a complaint does not include well-pleaded facts for a required showing, entry of default does not mean that required showing has been made.“
Lake's no-contest plea came after the Arizona Supreme Court, led in part by Vice Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer, rejected Lake's appeal in Richer's anti-American defamation lawsuit.
It can be recalled that Ann Timmer's sister Laurie Roberts, is a rabidly anti-Lake propagandist for the leftist Arizona Republic. And prior to Lake's appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court, Laurie Roberts authored an article titled, "Kari Lake is in deep defamation doo doo after Court of Appeals ruling," where she boasted about Lake's loss and criticized her for using a First Amendment defense.
Roberts, who told The Gateway Pundit she speaks to her sister, Justice Timmer, “all the time,” could potentially be perceived as an influencer in Timmer and the Arizona Supreme Court's opinions on Lake, though she contends that they “never” discuss politics. It looks like a conflict of interest for Roberts' dishonest journalism and for Ann Timmer's position on the state's highest court.
Before Wednesday's hearing, Lake's attorneys sent the following letter to Richer's attorneys on April 15, rejecting a proposed scheduling order and highlighting how Richer's campaign and political image have actually benefitted from Kari Lake's alleged defamation. The letter also showcases statements from Richer, which Lake attorneys say underscore "his exuberance at subjecting Kari Lake and the other Defendants to burdensome discovery."

Lake's lawyers asked the Maricopa County judge handling the case to proceed to a speedy hearing before a jury on monetary damages for Richer.
Neither Lake nor Richer were in court Wednesday for a status conference but their attorneys told the judge they cannot agree on what to do next.
Richer’s side has claimed damages could be in the millions, which Lake’s team has denied in court filings.
Lake’s attorneys want the case to go to a damages hearing, saying Richer's team needs to outline compensatory damages.
Attorneys for Far-left Soros-tied Protect Democracy representing Stephen Richer are still seeking a discovery phase to dig through Kari Lake's records and communications and seemingly interfere with her election for U.S. Senate. This clearly is a hit job on Kari Lake by her political opponents and Soros-backed entities, and Lake's Soros-backed opponent, Ruben Gallego, will surely benefit.
Lake attorney Tim LaSota told the court, "We’ve admitted the facts and this is just a way to try and continue what we think this case has been about from the start… sideline Ms. Lake from the Senate campaign."
Additionally, Richer's attorney claims that this is not only about Richer's feelings being hurt or monetary damages for the elected official but damages to his reputation as well.
However, as stated in an April 20 court filing by Kari Lake's legal team, which is similar to their April 15 letter and again highlights Richer's benefits from her alleged defamation, including a massive surge in fundraising numbers, "Richer’s own social media postings belie any damages to his reputation."
On February 25, 2024, Richer posted on X that he had already fundraised $250k for this election cycle, nearly as much as the roughly $309k raised during the entire 2020 cycle. Additionally, last week, Richer showed his X followers that his campaign currently has more than $261k in cash on hand.
The filing also combats claims that Richer is entitled to punitive damages, that he can prove physical injury, and that he will be able to show proximate cause to prove that Lake is responsible for criticism and alleged threats through discovery.
"Richer also cannot deny that he has publicly made, and continues to make, statements highly critical of Donald J. Trump," the Response from Lake contends to show how Richer is responsible for his own lack of popularity among Arizona Republicans. It should also be remembered that Richer oversaw early voting in Lake’s stolen 2022 election for governor and founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda, and he admits to voting for Democrats last election cycle.

France has started evicting migrants from homeless encampments ahead of the Paris Olympic Games this summer.
According to a report from The Associated Press, authorities are cracking down on illegal migrants lining the streets as they seek to clean up the city’s image and improve security ahead of the games
French police evicted migrants from a makeshift camp in Paris a few steps away from the Seine River on Tuesday, the latest operation in what aid groups call a campaign of “social cleansing” ahead of the Summer Olympics.
Before dawn on an unusually cold April morning, around 30 teenage boys and young men from West Africa were awakened by police and urged to pack their tents and belongings. Most of them were underage and in the process of seeking residency papers.
Left-wing activists are already denouncing the campaign as a form of “social cleansing” against illegal migrants seeking to make their lives in France:
Such evictions and evacuations of migrant tent camps happen every spring after the end of a winter “truce” during which authorities put such actions on hold.
But aid groups working with migrants and other vulnerable people in the Paris region say these efforts are intensifying ahead of the Olympics. They note that people are being sent far away from the capital instead of being offered shelter in the Paris region, where many asylum-seekers have upcoming court dates.
“The authorities want to have a clean place for the Olympics Games. They don’t want the tourists to see Paris as a city full of migrants and asylum seekers,” Elias Hufganel, a volunteer with a group serving refugees and immigrants, said at the Paris tent camp Tuesday.

The White House has introduced a special routine for when Joe Biden departs and returns to the White House on the Marine One helicopter.
According to a report from Axios, advisors to the geriatric president are increasingly concerned that his inability to walk properly is highlighting his old age and declining mental condition.

President Biden has introduced a change to his White House departure and return routine. Instead of walking across the South Lawn to and from Marine One by himself, he’s now often surrounded by aides.
With aides usually walking between Biden and journalists’ camera position outside the White House, the visual effect is to draw less attention to the 81-year-old’s halting and stiff gait. Some Biden advisers have told Axios they’re concerned that videos of Biden walking and shuffling alone — especially across the grass — have highlighted his age.

The White House also has taken steps to prevent the president from tripping, as he did last summer on a stage at the Air Force Academy. Biden increasingly has worn shoes with extra support, including a pair of black Hoka sneakers. His doctor has disclosed that the president suffers from “spinal arthritis” and “mild sensory peripheral neuropathy of the feet” which has contributed to his stiff gait while walking.
Biden resisted taking steps to account for his age early in his presidency, but has shifted gears recently. Besides the different footwear, he now enters Air Force One on a lower level, taking shorter stairs than the ones used on his early trips to climb to the plane’s cabin. Biden also continues to do physical therapy and stretching exercises most days.
Since seizing office back in 2021, Biden has repeatedly tripped, stumbled and outright fallen over while on official duties. Such incidents underline both his declining physical and mental health, amid a growing body of evidence that he is suffering from dementia or some other degenerative illness.

A lesser man staring down a criminal conviction, even on utterly bogus charges, might break under the stress of the event, or succumb to doubt and despair. But Donald Trump, as the saying goes, is made of sterner stuff. This stuff was readily on display Thursday morning in Midtown when he was greeted to a hero’s welcome before a litany of construction workers, representing the Steamfitters Union 638. Close to a thousand union workers, many of them still registered Democrats, arrived at the crack of dawn – before the President’s scheduled court proceeding – to serenade the President with a traditional New York homecoming.
What was especially remarkable about the event, which was spearheaded by the New York Young Republican Club, was not so much the enthusiasm among this traditionally Left-leaning voter bloc. Nor even was the fact that legions of them braved unseasonably chilly temperatures to come out at the crack of dawn, deep in the belly of the beast of liberal Manhattan, to showcase their support for President Trump (of note: their leader, Bob Bartels, said that “President Trump is leading Joe Biden three to one” of their 9,000-member union).
Nay, what was truly remarkable about the largely impromptu meetup was how organic it felt, and how strong President Trump’s support remains, even as he is hamstrung by an illegitimate court proceeding that in large part is preventing him from campaigning in this crucial election year in more important battleground states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Nevertheless, only Donald Trump can make a tour de force out of what was really just a cobbled together side act for a campaign that has been slowed down by a weaponized justice system. Even so, the turnout, media presence, and optics of the union workers event would be envied by many other presidential campaigns (especially Joe Biden) — which would consider an event of this notoriety a main act.
Indeed, since his criminal trial began in New York City, President Trump has utilized the opportunity to experiment with more grassroots-style campaigning methods – making lemonade out of lemons. Last week he strode into a Bodega in Spanish Harlem, to tremendous acclaim, in a neighborhood that was mostly Hispanic and Democratic-leaning. This week he met with Union Workers in the heart of Manhattan. In the coming weeks, he has teased rallies in the South Bronx and Madison Square Garden (and perhaps other locations in New York, too), and will also be campaigning in neighboring New Jersey, where he is already scheduled to appear for a May 11th rally in Wildwood. New Jersey, much like New York, is another deep blue state. And yet, several reputable polls have placed him within a 5-point reach of Biden there, which is even closer than New York, where the President has also significantly narrowed the gap to within single digits in recent months.
In fact, President Trump has been so successful with these less structured campaign events that some pundits have characterized them as more powerful, and effective, methods of outreach than even his now world-famous rallies, which have become a staple of the 45th President’s political brand. However, by taking his message directly to the people, particularly in areas that have suffered true blight at the hand of the Biden regime’s destructive policies – whether through their unwillingness to crack down on crime, or their refusal to manage the border crisis, or their stripping away Americans’ right to defend themselves with a firearm – the message has been a powerful one, activating voter blocs in the process that would otherwise not normally vote for a Republican presidential candidate.
The bottom line is that virtually all Americans are worse – far worse – now than they were four years ago when President Trump was still in office, even during the height of covid. Our economy has been brought to a crawl, weighed down by lingering inflation (which has almost completely eroded the value of the dollar), stagnant wages, enervated supply chains, mediocre growth, crushing debt, and offshoring of industry.
Our border crisis has reached a catastrophic level: illegals flood cities like New York like never before, and government officials are clueless about how to handle it, afraid of being politically incorrect and doing what is necessary – a wholesale deportation – to undo the great damage wrought to our society by the Biden Regime’s suicidal policies.
Our system of justice has been weaponized beyond repair – and Americans feel these effects viscerally, not just vicariously through the political persecution of Donald Trump. Faithful Catholics are being added to FBI lists, while parents who dare so criticize woke public school curricula are treated as domestic terrorists by the Biden Regime’s Department of Injustice — and imposed heavy-handed legal penalties.
Legions of January 6th defendants, whom President Trump rightly terms “political hostages” — are being held in detention, so many of their due process rights denied without even being charged with a crime. Countless more face lengthy prison sentences, all for committing at worst a misdemeanor. They languish in solitary confinement, at the directive of our government, for sometimes months on end in inhumane conditions that we would be ashamed to keep ISIS terrorists or MS-13 gang members, whose crimes cannot even be placed in the same universe as those Americans who peacefully demonstrated at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021.
For these reasons, and many more, once insurmountable Democratic havens like New York and New Jersey are beginning to show cracks. The blue wall that President Trump pierced in the Midwest in 2016 is beginning to trickle over to the northeast, and the west, and other regions of the country that Democrats in the not-too-distant past once retained a formidable grip on. President Trump’s gains are bolstered by his uncanny appeal to working class people, legacy Americans who do not want their fundamental liberties and rights denied by their government – or their way of life outsourced to China, South America, or the Middle East.
The invasion at our southern border is emblematic of a much larger invasion – and subversion – to our national identity, being carried out with impunity by a political elite that includes members of both party establishments, which remains utterly and dogmatically committed to selling America out to the world. President Trump offers the only antidote to preserve our time-honored traditions, those things that made America special and unique for over two centuries, but now is on the precipice of being lost forever – notwithstanding a dramatic course correction.
That course correction can only be accomplished through the movement President Trump first launched in 2016, when he descended the fateful Trump Tower escalator. Make America Great Again gave the President two electoral victories in 2016 and 2020 and will do so again – with even more zeal this time around – because the stakes are that much higher, and millions more Americans have been awakened — and galvanized — to these harsh realities, which affect each and every one of us – regardless of race, religion, creed, or ideology.
It is for this reason, ultimately, that best explains why President Trump has catapulted in the polls and will carry this momentum all the way to victory come November, so long as we the people do our part to help get him there.

Alleged government plant James Ray Epps repeatedly claimed during his leaked interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigations that he stopped on the Ellipse in Washington DC at the Stop the Steal rally on January 6, 2021, to listen to former President Donald Trump’s speech.
“I mean this is what I tried to do. I mean I tried to calm them down,” Epps is heard telling an FBI agent a series of lies on a Jan. 8 2021 recorded phone call obtained by The Gateway Pundit.
“And the next morning we went down to the Capitol, — oh, not the Capitol,” he continued, “the, the, uh, the place where the president was going to speak. And we listened.”
In reality, as Trump delivered the momentous speech on the Ellipse, Epps was on a strange expedition, imploring every person he encountered to go into the Capitol building, where many would later be shot by police, bombed by cops with flash grenades, tear-gassed by law enforcement officials, murdered, entrapped with stacks of federal criminal charges and entrapped by the FBI for trespassing.
“As soon as President Trump is finished speaking, we are going to the Capitol! It’s going in that direction. That’s where our true problems lie,” he yelled at every bystander he encountered on the streets of the nation’s capital during Trump’s speech.
How could Epps have stopped to listen to the president’s speech when he was fixated on a bizarre expedition to direct demonstrators to, “Go to the Capitol!” and relentlessly cajoling the massive crowd to “Go.. in…to the building!”
As exhibited in J6 A True Timeline, the banned documentary showcasing the timeline of the events of January 6, President Trump took the microphone at 12:01 PM. Trump spoke at the Elipse for 40 minutes while Ray Epps, the entire time, was filmed on the streets directing the crowd to the Capitol building.
Epp’s demonstrably false claim about stopping to listen to Trump’s speech is among numerous falsehoods the only “insurrectionist” heralded by the corporate press told the bureau, in clear violation of federal law.
Lying to corporate press and state-run mainstream media primetime on 60-minute or and all access interviews with the New York Times, is one thing.
Flagrantly lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigations is a federal violation governed by 18 U.S.C. § 1001, punishable by up to five years in prison.
The penalty could be extended to a maximum of eight years if the misstatement relates to any act of international or domestic terrorism. The statements do not have to be made under oath to get charged under this federal statute.
Making false statements that violate federal law are related to the crimes of obstruction of justice and perjury, which are penalized under 18 U.S.C. § 1621 and 18 U.S.C. § 1505.
One of the most common ways for someone to face a federal false statement charge involves lying to FBI agents during an interview. Federal prosecutors frequently use the False Statement Accountability Act to indict or threaten to indict someone they believe is not cooperating with a criminal investigation.
Federal prosecutors sought to incarcerate former National Security Advisor Gen. Michael Flynn for violating 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Flynn pled guilty to making false statements to the FBI surrounding the bogus Russia probe then withdrew his plea prior to sentencing and was pardoned by Trump. Trump advisor Roger Stone was dragged out of his home by the FBI in a predawn raid for allegedly providing false statements to the FBI and pardoned by the former president.
But Ray Epps is above the law.
As TGP reported, on Jan. 8, 2021, hours after Epps discovered his photo was published on the Most Wanted List for his role in the Capitol riot, the 62-year-old former Oath Keeper called the FBI and asked a federal agent to remove his picture from the bureau’s website and provided numerous false statements about his actions on January 5 and 6, 2021.
He devoted most of the call to persuading the bureau to target J6 political prisoner Ryan Samsel, whom Epps whispered to and stalked during the riot, and criminally implicating other demonstrators he implored to, “Go into the building!”
TGP allowed Samsel to review the exculpatory evidence prosecutors withheld during his trial in violation of Brady v. Maryland.
“This is all scripted,” Samsel told TGP in an exclusive interview. “[Epps] is a paid agitator and we are going to get to the bottom of it.”
Epps insisted on the call with the FBI that he “kind of put his arm around” Samsel to “try to calm him down. If true, it would have been a sudden deviation from the mission he had been on for hours, walking the streets of DC inciting people to break the law.
“Ray Epps never whispered in my ear to ‘calm down,’” Samsel shot back. “What he said was, ‘Don’t pull you’ve got to push. I got people, or wait until more people. That’s exactly what he said. I’ve challenged the government to this, and I said, ‘Well, why don’t you have me take a polygraph test and have Ray Epps take a polygraph test.’
“They don’t want him to take a polygraph test because he’s lying. He’s lying about so, so much.”
The former Marine at the center of the Capitol attack’s most persistent conspiracy theories and his wife Robyn conspicuously insisted he went to DC to “calm them down” a combined nearly 20 times on the unredacted 27-minute call.
The Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment provides that “in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right … to be confronted with the witnesses against him” at trial. Generally, the right is to have a face-to-face confrontation with witnesses who are offering testimonial evidence against the accused in the form of cross-examination during a trial.
But US district federal judges have trashed the US Constitution under the installed Biden regime. Ryan Samsel has never had the opportunity to face his accuser.
Revolver News’ Darrin Beattie called attention to Epp’s J6 alibi.
“He just, ‘Went to D.C. to defend Trump and to attend the speech on a last-minute thing with his son,’ to attend Trump’s speech on election fraud. The only thing is, Epps didn’t attend the speech,” Beattie noted on Tucker Carlson’s former Fox News broadcast before Carlson was fired from the network allegedly for exposing the fedsurrection.
“Epps travels all the way from Arizona to DC, this ‘big Trump supporter,’ and he doesn’t even attend the speech,” Beattie continued. “Instead, he fixates on this bizarre mission to get everyone to go into the Capitol.”
As police sprayed the crowd with deadly CS gas and flash grenades, Epps boasted to his nephew in a 2:12 pm text message on Jan. 6 that he, “Orchestrated it.”
In July 2021, the FBI removed Epps from its Most Wanted List.
Last Sept., Epps pleaded guilty to one count of engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds. On Jan. 9, Epps was sentenced to a year of probation, ordered to pay $500 in restitution and to serve 100 hours of community service for his role in the riot.
“Jan. 6 violence was not generated by the FBI; it was generated by people like me who supported President Trump and listened to his lies,” Epps told Chief Judge James Boasberg at his sentencing.
A self-proclaimed former Trump supporter, Epps told Judge Boasberg he now “knows Joe Biden won the election and said he underwent a “life-changing reality shift” when the “Trump cult” turned on him and his wife and hope of helping others “learn the truth” of the 2020 election results.
Prosecutors argued several “distinctive and compelling mitigating factors” set Epps’s case apart from other rioters’ cases, noting Epps turned himself in two days after the riot and attempted to de-escalate conflict between law enforcement and rioters at least five times that day.
Epps’s sentencing was underway at the same time Trump was in the same D.C. federal courthouse. Trump’s legal team was arguing before a D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals panel that his federal election interference case should be dismissed because he was acting in his official capacity as president.
Epps gets no prison time.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia has charged Trump with one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, one count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, one count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, one count of conspiracy against rights in Washington, DC for contesting the most ostensibly rigged election in US history.
In the 39 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,385 individuals have been charged in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol.
While Epps walks scot-free, Samsel was convicted of eight eight felony counts for joining the crowd in pushing over flimsy bike racks surrounding the Capitol grounds at the start of the riot, carrying a cop who was toppled over by the protesters pushing the bike racks to safety, providing medical aid to another protester who police shot in the face, protecting the wounded demonstrator from arrest and then getting shot at by police.
Samsel, himself, was almost shot in the face by police at the riot. In footage of the police lacing the crowd with deadly less-than-lethal munitions, an explosion visibly ignites inches away from Samsel’s head and he sustains the scars on his ear from the injury.
The Pennsylvania barber and former MMA fighter questions why Epps continues to be given special treatment by the government when January 6 has destroyed his life and broken and destroyed the lives of hundreds of Americans who went to DC to protest the installed dictatorship that manufactured Covid to murder millions of Americans and stole the election.
FBI agents apprehended Samsel with lasers of their AR15s pointed at his head while raiding his Pennsylvania home on January 29, 2021. Over the past three and half years in pretrial incarceration, Samsel has been tortured and brain injured from beatdowns by federal agents, and repeatedly denied life-saving surgery. In one instance, he was strapped in a four-point restraint chair backward and ruthlessly beaten as officers spat his face calling him “white supremacist” and “domestic terrorist.” Currently detained in MDC Brooklyn, the same jail system where Jefferey Epstein allegedly killed himself, Samsel has been transferred to 19 different correctional facilities 28 times over the past three years.”
“I challenge the government, even if they may retaliate and assault me for exposing the truth like they usually do — you can’t fear, folks. I’m curious as to why I am being treated like this, and guys like Ray Epps are walking around free?”
Samsel provided TGP his medical records substantiating his claims about being repeatedly assaulted, once almost killed by guards in the DC gulag after refusing to cooperate with authorities in a plea agreement, and was nearly beaten to death in Pennsylvania while incarcerated after guards discovered he was surviving on food J6 political prisoner Zachary Rehl managed to “fish” him through the toilet when he was being starved.
“These pictures were taken about three weeks after I was assaulted in the DC jail. Even my hands were bruised, because they were punching my hands, and punching my hands until my hands were literally the color black. Look at the difference between how I am treated, and some of these other guys who went to trial and refused to plea,” Samsel said. “Why are guys like Ray Epps being treated perfectly fine?”
“Selective prosecution? Epps is a free man with his family at home when I’ve been constantly moved to dozens of different jails – I’ve been in New York; Ive been in Philly, I’ve been in Virginia, moved everywhere and each place I’ve gone I’ve been extremely mistreated. Still to this day I haven’t gotten any medical treatment. I put God first. If they want to take my life, all they can do is destroy my body. I want to take care of it as best I can, but if they want to kill it, you can have it. Come get it. The soul — you can’t destroy my soul.”
In an April 2021 in-person interview with the two FBI agents, Epp continues to flagrantly lie to the bureau, even contradicting what he told the FBI on Jan. 8 in violation of federal law.
