Elon Musk came to the defense of former President Donald Trump following an MSNBC interview with leftwing Hollywood tool Robert De Niro.
The interview, hosted by Stephanie Ruhle, saw the 80-year-old actor on an unhinged rant against Trump, likening his leadership to that of Hitler, a comparison Musk was quick to challenge.
De Niro, who is suffering from severe Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), argued that Trump exhibited traits dangerously similar to infamous dictators, like Hitler, claiming his re-election could lead to chaos akin to that seen in Nazi Germany.
The whole segment is an example of “leftwing propaganda churn” from legacy media.
Stephanie Ruhle: Over the last eight years, we’ve heard you talk about the former President. You have called him a fraud, a con artist. You’ve said he’s a New Yorker like you, and you have watched this brand of BS for decades. And despite that, he became President. And now we’re watching him 10 blocks from where we are right now, sitting in a courtroom as a criminal defendant. What do you think about that?
Robert De Niro: I think of how absurd it is, and this might be the one case where that could be it for him. It’s a state case. It’s the least important in many ways, and yet it’s the one that could be tried and finished in a well enough time for people to just take that in.
Stephanie Ruhle: Does it give you some sense not of joy, but of relief, at least, that he’s potentially facing some consequences? Because as you’ve said before, this guy’s a con artist, and he’s gotten away with it for years.
Robert De Niro: No, he’s more than that to me. He’s sick. He is really, genuinely a sick person that somehow has been allowed into our system. I’m not calling him… I’m tired of calling him names. He just can’t be anywhere near the office of the presidency.

Stephanie Ruhle: What do you say to those who say, I don’t like the guy, but I’m going to vote for him? What’s your message to them?
Robert De Niro: I don’t think they understand it. I don’t think they understand how dangerous it will be if he ever, God forbid, becomes President. I don’t think they really understand. And historically, from what I see, even in Nazi Germany, they had it with Hitler. They don’t take him seriously. He looks like a clown, acts like a clown. Mussolini, same thing. These guys, I don’t know why, they look like clowns. That element of society identifies in some ways with them, but it would be chaos beyond our imagination. There’s no mystery about him. He’s right out front, and what he says is what it’ll be if he becomes President.
Stephanie Ruhle: Do you think our democracy is at risk in this election?
Robert De Niro: I think that it is. I always keep saying, democracy is great, of course, but democracy people take for granted. It’s a word that some people don’t even understand. They take it for granted. It’s about right and wrong, period. The guy’s a monster. He’s beyond wrong. It’s almost like he wants to do the most horrible things that he can think of in order to get a rise out of us. I don’t know what it is, but he’s been doing it and doing it, and it’s even scary. Excuse my French.

Elon Musk, in response to De Niro’s interview, took to social media to offer a defense of Trump’s tenure.
“Well, Trump was actually already president for 4 years and his policies bore no resemblance to those of Hitler, so this makes no sense,” Musk commented.
“In fact, with the Abraham Accords, he made some progress towards peace in the Middle East, which was definitely not high on Hitler’s agenda,” he added.
He pointed to the Abraham Accords, a series of normalization agreements between Israel and several Arab nations, as a significant achievement in Trump’s presidency that promoted peace in the Middle East—something decidedly uncharacteristic of the Nazi agenda.

Horrifying video footage emerged this week showing the moment an employee viciously assaulted a helpless autistic child inside an autism center in Burnsville, Minnesota.
The video shows the three-year-old boy at Sunrise Autism Center playing in the corner before the employee suddenly approaches him. She grabs the child by his shoulder and shoves him to the floor.
The woman then shoves the kid down again when he tries to get up. The child lands on his back and starts screaming in pain.
The assault ends with the woman lifting the boy with both hands and throwing him to the floor.

WCCO on Thursday identified, the perpetrator in the video as 25-year-old Arianna Williams. She has been charged with malicious punishment of a child.
Farhiya, the little boy’s mother, spoke with WCCO in Somali following the incident. She told the network she cried and screamed when she first saw the video.
The mom, who is Somali-American, explained that her son was diagnosed with autism last year, and she hoped that enrolling him in the center for a week would get him the speech and occupational therapy he needed. She said her son could not tell her what happened and called Williams heartless.
“You would think she doesn’t have a heart,” Farhiya said in Somali.
Sunrise Autism Center told WCCO they fired Williams immediately and called the police. Charging documents say Williams was a new hire at the center.
Charging documents also show that the incident was on the first day Williams was allowed with children unsupervised. After being fired, Williams reportedly sent a text to a co-worker, claiming “I’d never purposely hurt anyone I was just having a really bad start to the week.”
WCCO reports Williams is scheduled to next appear in court on June 20.

Not long after his declared relocation to Florida, Fox News host Sean Hannity has put his luxurious Long Island estate on the market for $13.75 million, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
The Fox News host has decided to part ways with his North Shore mansion in the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, New York. The listing is managed by Nest Seekers International.

The real estate brokerage Nest Seekers International has listed the waterfront estate in Centre Island for $13.75 million. Fox News conservative commentator Hannity, 62, has moved to Florida, where records show he has a home in West Palm Beach.
The property’s listing agent, Shawn Elliott, president of Nest Seekers’ “Ultra Luxury Division,” said he dealt directly with Hannity.
“I talked to him myself,” Elliott told Newsday. Elliott was unsure when Hannity had moved away, but noted, “He’s moved out and there are caretakers” and security personnel overseeing the home.
The 10,674-square-foot Colonial, built in 2005, is situated between the Long Island Sound and Oyster Bay, and boasts what the listing says is 500 feet of bay frontage and an 81-foot private dock. The home’s seven bedrooms each have an ensuite bath, and there are two additional half-baths. In the kitchen are marble countertops and “a professional-grade gas range,” the listing said, with an adjacent breakfast nook.
In addition to a living room and dining room, there are a den/family room, an exercise room, a wet bar and a three-car garage. The grounds include a swimming pool, a tennis court and a par 3 golf course.
“It’s got six different tee boxes and a putting green and [a] pickleball [court],” Elliott said. “Only a few homes on the Island actually have a deep-water dock,” as this property does, he added.
Hannity’s decision to move to Florida was made public in January when he announced that both his radio and television shows, “The Sean Hannity Show” and “Hannity,” would henceforth be broadcast from studios in West Palm Beach, Florida.
During his first broadcast from the Sunshine State, Hannity expressed his relief at leaving New York. “We are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home and that is in the free state of Florida,” he said on his iHeartRadio broadcast.
His departure from New York was emphatic: “I am out. I am done. I am finished with New York.”
Hannity cited Florida’s lower taxes, less regulatory burden, and shared values with local representatives like Governor Ron DeSantis and Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott as his reasons for his move.
It should be noted that Florida is one of only seven states that do not impose a personal income tax. This means residents can enjoy tax-free pensions and retirement income, as well as no state taxes on Social Security or investment earnings. Additionally, Florida does not levy an inheritance or estate tax, according to AARP.
“For the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I’m living in that share my values,” he added.
“And, I’m not going to go through the whys, the how comes, because it’s obvious this migration out of the blue states with high taxes, burdensome regulation, high crime, horrible school districts is real… And if anything, I’m probably late and behind the curve and many others have made the move beforehand.”

Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar and his wife Imedla Cuellar on Friday were indicted by on federal bribery and money laundering charges.
“An indictment was unsealed today in the Southern District of Texas charging U.S. Congressman Enrique Roberto “Henry” Cuellar, 68, and his wife, Imelda Cuellar, 67, both of Laredo, Texas, with participating in two schemes involving bribery, unlawful foreign influence, and money laundering. Congressman Cuellar and Imelda Cuellar made their initial court appearance today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dena Palermo in Houston.” – the DOJ announced on Friday.
“According to court documents, beginning in at least December 2014 and continuing through at least November 2021, Congressman Cuellar and Imelda Cuellar allegedly accepted approximately $600,000 in bribes from two foreign entities: an oil and gas company wholly owned and controlled by the Government of Azerbaijan, and a bank headquartered in Mexico City. The bribe payments were allegedly laundered, pursuant to sham consulting contracts, through a series of front companies and middlemen into shell companies owned by Imelda Cuellar, who performed little to no legitimate work under the contracts.” the DOJ said.
Cuellar and his wife are facing a maximum of 204 years in prison.
Per the DOJ: Congressman Cuellar and Imelda Cuellar are each charged with the following offenses and if convicted, face maximum penalties as indicated: two counts of conspiracy to commit bribery of a federal official and to have a public official act as an agent of a foreign principal, five years in prison on each count; two counts of bribery of a federal official, 15 years in prison on each count; two counts of conspiracy to commit honest services wire fraud, 20 years in prison on each count; two counts of violating the ban on public officials acting as agents of a foreign principal, two years in prison on each count; one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering, 20 years in prison; and five counts of money laundering, 20 years in prison on each count.
Rep. Cuellar, a nine-term Texas Democrat lawmaker who represents an area along the US-Mexico border, previously lashed out at both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for allowing illegal aliens to pour over the border.
“I’ve moved on from the vice president to say, ‘OK, let’s work with the ambassadors and let’s work with the State Department. Let’s work with the Homeland Secretary,’” Cuellar said before the holidays in 2021.
“I think that’s the way to address it, but I know that the media has put a lot of focus on the vice president, but with all due respect, she was given that title. I don’t think she’s, with all due respect, put the effort in there…We’ve got to look at other folks that have the expertise on that,” he added.
Cuellar was raided by the FBI and subpoenaed in 2022 shortly after he blasted Biden Regime.

On Thursday, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson ran from reporters who wanted answers about reports that his administration is pressuring the family of slain Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca to let the Mayor attend his funeral.
Officer Huesca was killed on April 21 as he returned home from his shift, dressed in uniform, during an alleged carjacking.
According to officials, Huesca shot more than ten times.
ABC News reports that Xavier Tate Jr., 22, was arrested after a 10-day manhunt and charged with first-degree murder, aggravated vehicular hijacking, and possession of a stolen firearm.
While reporters tried to ask Johnson about the allegations regarding the funeral, NBC Chicago’s Mary Ann Ahern reported that the Mayor refused to answer questions and ran away.
Ahern shouted to a rattled and fleeing Johnson, “Mister Mayor, why do you have to run from us, Mr. Mayor?”

According to reporting by Fran Spielman of the Sun Times, Johnson’s team tried to push the mourning Huesca family into inviting him to the funeral of the slain officer. I’ve never seen anything so despicable in Chicago politics and most of you know I’ve seen a lot.
If there’s anything lower than that, it’s running away like a whipped dog when you get caught.
He has a coward’s built-in excuse though, he might say Huesca’s mother didn’t understand the bad Spanish of his police officials and aides who initially tried to intimidate her by insisting he had to attend her son’s funeral, that it was mandatory. That it was all lost in translation. He’s craven enough, with his panic attacks, to try it. And he’ll always play the race card if it doesn’t work.
“At one point, there was an implication that the honors funeral is tied to the mayor’s attendance,” the Sun Times quoted John Catanzara, the president of the Fraternal Order of Police. “That was the guilt trip that we’re laying on this family.”
Ultimately, Johnson did not attend the funeral but tried to joke about his disgraceful and cowardly behavior.

Last week Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed records in Jack Smith’s classified docs case against Trump that revealed Biden’s White House and DOJ were coordinating with National Archives general counsel Gary Stern.
The day before Jack Smith indicted Trump in the classified documents case last June, NARA’s general counsel Gary Stern was at the Biden White House and met with Joe Biden’s White House lawyer Richard Sauber.
NARA’s general counsel Gary Stern was working with Biden’s White House and DOJ as early as August 2021 (one year before the Mar-a-Lago raid).
Furthermore, according to unsealed documents, an unidentified witness told DOJ prosecutor Michael Thakur that after the Trump Administration ended, the General Services Administration (GSA) stored six pallets of boxes in Virginia. They eventually contacted Trump’s team and told them to come pick up the boxes.
These were the boxes that ended up having documents with “classified markings” on them. The boxes were dumped outside of DC in Virginia and then ended up at Mar-a-Lago.
This was a total setup.
Trump went after Jack Smith in a Truth Social post on Saturday night after bombshell documents revealed the Biden DOJ coordinated with the National Archives (NARA).

Trump continued his attack against Special Counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday morning in remarks outside the New York State courthouse.
“You probably saw last night that Jack Smith got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. It was released late last night and it’s a big story,” Trump said. “The documents case is a hoax, created by them for election interference purposes. That one looks like it’s going asunder.”
Trump continued, “The whole thing is a hoax. All of them are hoaxes, including the civil cases. They’re controlled by the White House, they’re controlled by Democrat judges and prosecutors… and the people are getting it.”

An outcast from the British Royal Family, Prince Harry is headed for London, where a festive celebration awaits him. But what does NOT await him, reportedly, is the warmth of a loving family.
To begin with, Harry will be staying in a hotel, since he does not have a London home anymore, and though the Windsor family has dozens upon dozens of houses, apparently no one volunteered to host him.
The Duke of Sussex has been attempting to mend the relationship with his family and undo the mess of his own making that drew them so far apart from him.
Harry has invited all his family to the ‘Invictus Games’ 10-year celebration ceremony in London.
But so far, no senior members of the royal family are expected at the Wednesday event at St Paul’s Cathedral.
His father, King Charles, and his sister-in-law, Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, are both currently undergoing cancer treatment away from the public eye.
Coincidentally or not, the two ailing family members were the ones that the author of Harry’s Biography ‘Spare’ said were the ‘racist Royals’ that asked about how dark would his son Archie’s skin be.
Harry also remains estranged from his older brother, Prince William.

“Prince Harry has invited all of his family to the event to celebrate the Invictus Games 10th anniversary next week – but no senior royals are going. It’s still unclear whether he’ll see King Charles while in London.”
Harry has not spoken to his brother for more than a year.
“A well-placed London socialite who knows the brothers confirmed that Harry had invited William — as well as other members of the royal family — to the event to honor the veterans charity he founded.”
Charles will reportedly invite Harry and wife Meghan Markle to Balmoral castle in Scotland this summer, so that the King can see his grandchildren Archie, and grand-daughter Lilibet.
“Harry and his father last saw each other in February when Charles, 75, was diagnosed with cancer and Harry jetted over from California to see him — but was given just over 30 minutes with the king.”
Instead of the Invictus Games celebration, Charles will have an audience with UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and the first Buckingham Palace garden party of the season.
“As he told ABC News in February, he was ‘grateful’ for the time spent with his father earlier that month, adding, ‘I’ll stop in and see my family as much as I can’.
[…] Harry will be staying in a hotel in London, as he no longer has a UK home after being asked to give up Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate.”
Harry and Megan will visit Nigeria on an invitation by Chief of Defense Staff General Christopher Gwabin Musa.
Megan revealed in 2022 that she had discovered she was ‘43% Nigerian’ after doing a genealogy test.
They will visit military rehabilitation centers and sports facilities, as well as meetings with local organizations working to support veterans’ welfare.

The crowded Republican primary in Indiana’s 3rd congressional district will come to an end next week, on May 7.
Law and order Republicans should know that one of the leading candidates, Wendy Davis, is a soft-on-crime imposter.
Davis’ latest ad features lots of images of President Trump. The ad says “In 2024, we’re taking our country back, but President Trump can’t do it alone.” It touts Davis as a former judge who will work with Trump to secure the border and stop drugs, gangs and violent crime.
But this is not Davis’ record as a judge or deputy prosecutor in Indiana, where she often ensured that criminals and violent offenders received lenient or reduced sentences. Davis is an alternative sentencing advocate, and even created a program for offenders to enter house arrest or traditional housing instead of serving time in prison. The program, Hoosiers Opportunity Probation with Enforcement (HOPE), was based on the HOPE program started in Hawaii by Circuit Court Judge Steve Alm, previously a Bill Clinton-appointed U.S. Attorney. A National Institute of Justice study of HOPE found that the program had “no statistically significant effects on recidivism” and “HOPE probationers had a statistically significant greater number of probation violations.”
It’s no wonder that Wendy Davis never talks about her signature achievement. And it’s not hard to find the negative outcomes of Davis’ soft-on-crime program. In 2012, it was reported that just hours after being released from jail, 34-year-old Vincen Velez robbed a pharmacy seeking the prescription painkiller Opana. He had been in the HOPE program after a previous arrest for theft and resisting law enforcement. In 2013, Ricardo Hood, 33 – a career criminal with prior convictions for theft, failure to return to lawful detention, possession of marijuana, domestic battery, resisting law enforcement, receiving stolen auto parts, drunken driving, and more – was shot and killed by a Fort Wayne homeowner as Hood was attempting to rob his house just a few months after being released from prison into the HOPE probation program.
As a prosecutor and a judge, Davis went easy on criminals over and over again. Here is just a sampling of her work:
As a prosecutor in 2008, Davis handled the case of Adonis Robinson, who robbed a restaurant at gunpoint in 2008. He received a plea agreement that reduced his eight-and-a-half year sentence by one-and-a-half years, despite the fact he had previously been convicted of resisting law enforcement and carrying a handgun without a license. After being prosecuted by Davis, in 2014 Robinson shot a man for being a “snitch” in connection to a gang.
In 2006, Davis prosecuted Jose Martinez after he allegedly broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend, beat her, and attempted to stab her and her boyfriend with a knife. Davis gave Martinez a plea agreement in which the charges of criminal recklessness, domestic battery, and battery were dropped. He received only 100 days of confinement.
In 2007, Davis twice prosecuted Christopher Dirig for stealing a car, receiving stolen auto parts, and other related crimes. After initially being sentenced to 17 years in prison, 12 years were suspended and he received probation. In 2016, Dirig lured a woman into his apartment and beat her over the head with a large, metal exercise bar before robbing her.
Davis prosecuted Tazz Langston in 2007 after he assaulted a man and woman in their home, attempted to strangle the man, and threatened to shoot his entire family before fleeing. Lanston received a plea agreement and one year of probation. After being prosecuted by Davis, Langston shot a man in 2013.
Davis repeatedly prosecuted Justin Pease, a serial thief who had his prison sentence suspended in favor of probation. Davis again prosecuted Pease in 2007 after he robbed a woman at knifepoint, for which he received only one-and-a-half years in prison. In 2016, Pease broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home, stabbed her and another person, barricaded himself in a bedroom, and lit the room on fire when confronted by police. One officer was left in a medically induced coma.

Davis prosecuted Daniel Reynolds for the crimes of battery and domestic battery in 2008. Reynolds had beat his wife, who was 7 months pregnant, and slammed her head into the wall. Reynolds received a plea agreement that saw two years of his three-year prison sentence suspended.
In 2008, Tameka Bratton allegedly stabbed her boyfriend with a knife and a screwdriver in front of her children. Davis successfully sought for the charges to be dismissed.
In 2010, Pedro Perez allegedly forced entry into a man’s home to help Juan Mata assault his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend. Davis successfully sought for the charges to be dismissed.
In 2010, Davis prosecuted Carmen Mentzer, a woman who was using her home to distribute drugs, which were found to be in reach of her 7-year-old son. Mentzer received a plea agreement, with all of her prison sentence except six months being suspended.
When a 27-year-old teacher was caught having sex with her 17-year-old male student, in 2015 then-Judge Wendy Davis gave the teacher, Paige Mostella, zero jail time, giving her only three years of probation.
When 19-year-old Demetrius Eldridge pulled an innocent mother into his Motel 6 room and raped her at gunpoint, Judge Davis inexplicably took 5 years off his 15-year prison sentence in 2013. Freshly out of prison last year, Eldridge attacked his girlfriend, fracturing her jaw, biting her face and threatening to kill her and her daughter, “who he grabbed by her neck.”

In 2019, Judge Davis accepted a plea deal for Michael Moring, 49, that saw him plead guilty to misdemeanor harassment instead of a felony stalking charge. He received only one year probation after sending lewd texts, photos and a video to a woman whose house he had previously painted.
And on it on it goes.
This is not the record of someone who will work with President Trump to stop drugs, gangs, and violent criminals. Davis is a liberal activist for leniency for thugs and offenders who make our neighborhoods less safe. Let’s hope Indiana voters choose wisely on Tuesday.

Shotspotter is a service sold to police departments nationwide to listen in and hear gunshots, and alert police nearly immediately to one in a city. The service involves placing microphones around a city in secret locations. The company claims that the microphones only listen for gunshots and do not passively listen to voices and conversations in the same way that phones and other digital devices now regularly do.
Left-wing media in Minneapolis is now saying that the program of covert city microphones is racist because a law intern at the University of Minnesota’s Legal Clinic, Alexander Lindenfelser, says blacks are three times more likely to live in an area covered by Shotspotter. Minneapolis has used the software for 20 years, spending $2.2 million on it since 2007. One hundred forty cities nationwide use Shotspotter. Minneapolis has 425,000 people, of whom 60% are white and 18% are black.
Minneapolis has some of the highest crime in the country, and just today, members of several gangs were indicted on violent felonies including trafficking in fentanyl and possession of machine guns. Crime is so high in Minneapolis that last month the police chief announced the police were likely to stop investigating property crimes altogether.
Major cities have suffered an ongoing rise in violent crime, facilitated, some say, by far-left policy demands related to so-called ‘criminal justice reform’ that gave light sentences to criminal defendants, provided low or no bonds to defendants causing them to fail to appear for court, and pushed early release from prison sentences and parole policies that kept criminals out of prison. In 2020, Hennepin County prosecutors, which includes Minneapolis, announced they would stop asking for bail, ensuring criminal defendants would be much less likely to show up to court dates, for many crimes.
The media was empowered to amplify this left-wing policy to eliminate Shotspotter after its author, intern Lindenfelser submitted the draft of his law review article to the City of Minneapolis for a “Racial Impact Equity Analysis” last month.
The legal test for whether a government program is racially impermissible is whether it has a ‘disproportionate impact’ upon a specific racial group. This legal theory derives from a 1971 Supreme Court case, Griggs v. Duke Power Co., which said that even if a policy was racially neutral in its drafting and creation if it led to results that were racially unequal, then it was a violation of the law.
The company installing Shotspotter puts 20 to 25 microphones per square mile in the cities where it is installed, in secret locations. Leaked data suggests many of the locations are elementary schools, billboards, hospitals, public housing complexes. The company uses AI algorithms to assist in the analysis of what is and is not a gunshot.
Critics of Shotspotter have also noted that it’s a major step in advancing the surveillance state, giving the government the authority to passively listen to even public conversations and process those statements for its own uses and purposes. The company claims it does not listen to conversations, only capturing gunshots, even though its recordings of conversations have been used by police to solve murders. Other critics complain about the system’s accuracy rate, though the company and some research suggest it has a general 98% accuracy rate.
The far-left American Civil Liberties Union sees no problem with Shotspotter’s wholesale violation of privacy, but says that the system is racist because it disproportionately affects blacks.
In most jurisdictions, the discharge of a firearm within city limits is a crime by itself. A gunshot is typically 140-190 decibels.
The parent company of ShotSpotter is “SoundThinking” out of California with $96 million in annual revenues. The President of the company is Ralph Clark.
In a statement to the Gateway Pundit, a SoundThinking spokesperson said: “SoundThinking’s mission is to enable efficient, effective, and equitable public safety outcomes. Regarding coverage areas, race and/or demographics are never considered when deploying ShotSpotter’s system. ShotSpotter deployments are based on objective historical crime data, with some influence from elected officials who want to protect their communities. All residents who live in communities experiencing persistent gunfire deserve a rapid police response, which gunshot detection enables regardless of race or geographic location. Black and brown children and young men are disproportionately affected by gun violence, and their communities deeply suffer from the physical and mental impacts of gunfire. They deserve a safe, equitable, and fast response in their communities.”
Calls and emails to the Minneapolis City Council and Minneapolis Police Department also went unanswered.

Because nothing answers a spike in crime like taking away those sworn to enforce the law. The latest insanity to come to one-half of the Twin Cities is the possible elimination of ShotSpotter technology in the city. You can certainly guess why.
ShotSpotter is a technology deployed in numerous cities across the country. According to the company, 80% of gunfire incidents are never reported to police. ShotSpotter is an automated acoustic gunshot detection system that immediately notifies law enforcement upon activation and can direct resources to the location of the gunshots.
The system is installed around a city and uses microphones, a machine-learning algorithm, and human evaluators to detect gunshots. Once it is activated, it triangulates the sounds’ locations and alerts law enforcement officials to the activation’s whereabouts.
The city’s contract with ShotSpotter expired in March, and now come in the city is claiming the technology is “ineffective” and “promotes discriminatory policing” against minorities in the city. Proponents of the system, including law enforcement officials, say the technology helps officers more accurately determine the location of gunshots and get to the scene faster. However, none of that matters to activists, who are more concerned with virtue signaling than the safety of its residents.

Milagro Jones, a Black student at UCLA, should be allowed to access all areas of his campus freely.
Milagro, who posts on X as Cupid General, filmed reactions to him walking through the pro-Hamas encampment at the school’s anti-Israel protest.
Protesters surrounded him and attempted to intimidate him, but Milagro was having no part of it.
When one told him, “You’re free to leave,” he dismantled the protestors.
“I am, because I am a US citizen, I’m free to do anything I want. That’s the cool thing about being a US citizen. When you work hard and get into UCLA…I got my GED in prison, so that means less than 1% of us will ever get any college degree. I’m getting a college degree from UCLA, the number one public university in the nation. So I’m free to go anywhere on this campus I want.”

In an interview with CNN, he said, “Our University has a policy, you’re not allowed to camp on our university. If me and my brother wanted to bring the homies and some cases of brews and camp out here, they’d gonna be like, ‘Bro, get out of here. You’re not allowed to do that.”
He was trying to walk through the encampment, but the pro-Hamas protesters didn’t like that. He was surrounded by protestors who blocked him.
“They wasn’t letting me move, period. They had me surrounded, they were saying some weird stuff. They were saying I was an Israeli agitator. I don’t know what that is, bro, at the end of the day, they’re not supposed to be here….that is my number one point.”
“Second point is, I’m a student, I can walk around wherever I want.”

The April jobs report was released Friday morning as Joe Biden slept and it was a huge miss.
Non-farm payrolls increased by 175,000 in April, well below the expected 240,000 estimate.
The unemployment rate moved higher in April to 3.9% (it’s actually higher than this) – this is the highest since November 2021.

While conservatives argue over whether we should vote early or on Election Day, the Election Industrial Complex is adding, deleting, and managing entities that are clandestinely operating behind US elections.
A document produced by Higher Ground Labs entitled the – 2022 Political Tech Landscape Report – outlines what we have labeled the Election Industrial Complex (see document at the end of this article.)
This document begins with an introduction and summary of the results of the 2022 election using the left’s bastardization of the word “democracy” and projection of their communist actions upon those who want fair and transparent elections (emphasis added):
Voter suppression and 2020 election deniers presented onerous challenges in 2022, with active efforts to attack vote by-mail, close polling places, harass nonpartisan election administrators, and spread misinformation in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, and beyond. Technology is playing an increasingly important role in supporting coordinated responses to attacks on democracy, from refining message development to enhancing on-the-ground organizing to informing and protecting voters.
The corruption in the 2022 Arizona election processes, for example, where tens of thousands of voters were disenfranchised was obviously ignored in this document while claiming the election was “an affirmation of the Biden Administration’s focus as well as a rejection of far right extremism.”

Higher Ground Labs created and published its 2022 report that describes its landscape and connections in the election industrial complex. This document outlines the many initiatives, connections and activities it is involved in and the players it interacts with to ensure radical far-left and increasingly communist anti-American Democrats win elections.
This landscape involves “non-profits” and publicly traded companies which prevent the public from requesting information that would be required to be provided by the government in FOIA requests.
In February, Mike Benz was interviewed on Tucker where he outlined the military rule taking place in America today and how it is the opposite of democracy. The Election Industrial Complex appears to be much of the same.
The Election Industrial Complex is professionally designed and thought through. The landscape shows relationships between non-profits and publicly traded companies. It uses the law, money, and influence as weapons in an environment of political warfare.
Evil uses money for engagement because money influences immediately, whereas trust takes time.
Money is used to incentivize. “Trust issues” in a grass roots environment are minimized through the use of money and funding. This landscape runs like a corporation that can add to and delete from at any time at will. Successful ventures get paid, unsuccessful ventures are eliminated. But the money necessary to keep it running doesn’t appear to be a problem.
The heart and soul of the landscape is the Data Analytics and Modeling framework identified in the middle of the diagram above.
The entire landscape appears to revolve around real-time advanced communications which is why the Data Analytics and Modeling framework is so important. Similar to military operations, accurate up-to-date information is the key. This also can be the landscape’s Achilles heel. It’s difficult to obtain up-to-date information in complex organizations.
In the military, operation fusion centers are the hub of information management. With good information, a fusion center can tell you where to focus and where to make command decisions. Authentic information in a military operation is beneficial while inauthentic information can lead to your death.
In the fog of war, if you can present an environment that is believable then you can leverage it to win.
The Data Analytics and Modeling framework lists a number of entities but it omits those that have been identified since the 2020 Election. ERIC, Dominion, BPro, KNOWiNK, CIS and other entities are omitted.
Like a military operation, the placement of the commander is hidden at all times. Critical components in this framework, like the entities mentioned above are not identified in the framework because they are so key. Data Analytics and Modeling relies on these entities for up-to-date information coming from these key entities.
The landscape includes segments and related entities used to manipulate Democrat election wins. This landscape includes the Democrat-owned media and digital content using entities like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and many more. Notably, these social media giants are referred to as “Owned Media”.
The biggest concern of the Left in the report is that messaging about the stolen 2020 Election was allowed on social media. No discussion of the massive Censorship Industrial Complex is mentioned. Also, no discussion of the mountains of evidence proving the 2020 Election never should have been certified is mentioned.
The truth doesn’t appear to be necessary. Trust is not an issue. Money runs the operation and messages that aren’t consistent with the Election Complex Industry are attacked through the Censorship Industrial Complex.
The fundraising landscape includes ActBlue, Stripe and Bonterra. The landscape shares the following about ActBlue:
Once again, ActBlue helped funnel billions of dollars to Democratic campaigns and causes throughout the 2022 cycle. The platform processed $3.5 billion to 27,305 campaigns and organizations. These contributions came from 7.4 million unique donors who, in tandem, made 86 million individual contributions; their average donation size was $40.05. In comparison to the 2018 midterm cycle, the total number of contributions and dollars raised doubled, reflecting both the growth of the Party’s small dollar donor base and the sense of urgency felt across this cycle to take action in response to unprecedented challenges to our long held freedoms.
This document omits evidence that shows that millions in these “donations” are coming from “donor mules” with many of these individuals unemployed and unaware that their name is being used to launder money to the Democrat Party. Of course, this type of information is omitted from this landscape because it is criminal.

The CEO of a male hair loss and erectile dysfunction company caused an online uproar after boasting he is “eager” to hire the pro-Hamas agitators illegally occupying college campuses across America.
As The New York Post reported, Andrew Dudum, the CEO of Hims, posted a disgusting message on X praising the unruly individuals for their “moral courage” and sharing a link for them to apply for jobs.
“Moral courage > College degree,” he wrote. “If you’re currently protesting against the genocide of the Palestinian people & for your university’s divestment from Israel, keep going. It’s working.”

In April, the House of Representatives passed three bills to hand out money to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, and other non-U.S. involved conflict zones around the world.
The Democrats waved Ukrainian flags on the floor of the United States House of Representatives as they voted to send $60 BILLION of taxpayer money to secure a foreign border.
The legislation did nothing to support America’s open southern border.
In the last month, Republicans under Speaker Mike Johnson’s leadership have given up a $1.2 trillion spending bill with more support from Democrats than Republicans, reauthorization for warrantless searches of Americans under FISA Section 702, and funding to secure foreign borders but not our own.
On Wednesday, May 1, Speaker Johnson tweeted out that the Biden Administration is so committed to their reckless open border policies that they are flying in inadmissible aliens from around the world into America.
“The Biden Administration is so committed to their reckless open border policies that they are literally picking up inadmissible aliens from around the world and flying them to our country. Biden’s parole program is illegal and should be terminated right away,” Johnson wrote.
Of course, this was just empty words coming from Mike Johnson.
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) fact-checked Johnson reminding Americans that Johnson funded the open borders and funded the flights of illegals into America.
“Speaker Johnson your omnibus bill funds this. Why are you acting like you oppose it? All you had to do was insert one sentence prohibiting Biden from spending money for these flights. Instead you suspended the rules so we couldn’t even offer amendments to stop this,” Massie wrote.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the concern Joe and co-host Mika Brzezinski shared on Monday’s ‘Morning Joe’ that these displays are going to help elect President Trump.
Joe went off again, this time calling progressives in his audience who don’t see the impact this is having on the electorate ‘stupid.’

Polling shows huge numbers of voters get their information there
A new polling reveals some startling American voter perspectives on the media, and it offers an explanation about why the Biden administration has been so intent on censoring social media.
It was a congressional report just this week that confirmed social media companies had tried to defend the First Amendment against attacks by Biden’s bureaucrats – mostly unsuccessfully as White House demands for censorship have turned into a major component of most online platforms.
Now there’s an explanation why Biden’s advocates are so intent.
It’s because the polling shows about half of Americans rely on social media for their primary source of news.
Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley explained that’s why “it is not surprising that the censorship of social media has been a priority among many liberal groups.”
He pointed out the polling, from the American Press Institute and The Associated Press-NORC Center, revealed that a majority of Americans also are extremely worried or very concerned about bias in the media and the reporting of false or misleading information.
“Only 48% of Republicans and 34% of independents still receive their news from national news outlets and expressed the greatest trust of the media,” Turley explained, citing the poll results.
“The poll shows that 47% of Americans have serious concern that news outlets would report information that has not been confirmed or verified, and 44% worry that accurate information will be presented in a way that favors one side or another.”
Turley explained:
For years, the journalists have sawed on the branch upon which they are sitting. Even National Public Radio, which receives federal funding, is unrepentant in the face of criticism over its overt political bias.
Former New York Times writer (and now Howard University journalism professor) Nikole Hannah-Jones declared recently that “all journalism is activism.” Advocacy journalism is all the rage in journalism schools and on major media platforms.
A recent series of interviews with over 75 media leaders by Leonard Downie Jr., former Washington Post executive editor, and Andrew Heyward, former CBS News president, reaffirmed this shift. As Emilio Garcia-Ruiz, editor-in-chief at the San Francisco Chronicle, stated: “Objectivity has got to go.”
But that objective seems to depend heavily upon what ideology you are advocating.
He said nowadays the mainstream media basically talks to itself.
“So we are left with the variation of a common Zen-like question: if the media reports and no one is listening, does it still make a noise?” he asked.
The actual polling report explained, “Although most adults, regardless of age, race or ethnicity, or partisanship, tune into news about elections, only 14% express a great deal of confidence in election-related information they receive from national sources, and 11% say the same about local news media.
“In particular, people are worried about the news containing misinformation and amplifying divisions. About half of adults say they are extremely or very concerned about news organizations reporting inaccurate information (53%). Almost as many worry news outlets will report unverified information (47%) or focus too much on divisions or controversies (48%).”

Hamas and the pro-Palestine rioters in the US laying siege to campuses are terrorists, by definition, not freedom fighters. They both target civilians with violence and threats of violence to bring about political change.
There is an old saying: “The difference between a freedom fighter and a terrorist is victory.” The idea being that the victor gets to write the history and can convert terrorists to heroes. A similar saying is, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.” The meaning here is that terrorist or freedom fighter is a matter of perspective, and that if you were trying to gain your freedom, you would see the terrorists as freedom fighters. Both of these sayings are wrong, however. Terrorism is a malign methodology, which can be directed at a variety of goals from achieving independence to bringing about Armageddon, or preventing deforestation. The ends do not justify the means, and they certainly do not change the nature of terrorism.
One of the problems with terrorism is that it lacks a single, universally accepted definition. In the US, various federal agencies, intelligence agencies, law enforcement, state and city governments, and courts all operate on differing definitions of terrorism. On a global level, foreign countries and international organizations also have differing definitions of terrorism.
The academic consensus definition of terrorism is one of the most widely accepted, and it incorporates the primary elements present in most other definitions of terrorism used by law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Terrorism involves the use of violence or the threat of violence against civilians or non-combatants. The goal of these violent actions is to achieve political, ideological, or religious objectives. Terrorists seek to intimidate or coerce the government or society into altering policies to better suit the terrorist organization. Finally, terrorism is usually committed by non-state actors.
By the above definition, the American colonists who fought against the British would be freedom fighters, not terrorists. The reason is that they targeted British soldiers, not British civilians. The colonists formed a new national government and created a uniformed army. Consequently, it could be argued that they were not non-state actors.
The 9/11 terrorists, by contrast, did not wear uniforms, were non-state actors (arguably), and specifically targeted civilians. Furthermore, the civilians they targeted had no authority to enact the political changes the terrorists demanded. If US soldiers had targeted British government officials—civilians with decision-making authority—this may not have met the definition of terrorism because the colonists would be attacking the people in power to make decisions. The 9/11 terrorists, by contrast, were hoping to influence those who could make decisions by killing those who could not.
The October 7th Hamas attack on Israel was terrorism because it almost exclusively targeted civilians and those civilians had no ability to change government policies.
There is another saying about terrorism which helps to define its goals and separate them from the goals of a freedom fighter: ‘Terrorism is a few people dying and a lot of people watching.’ In the American Revolution, the colonial army wanted to defeat the British army. Their goal was not to terrorize or wound soldiers in order to coerce the British government. The September 11th attacks in the US and the October 7th attacks in Israel were clearly intended to strike fear and were not intended to significantly cripple the army or to win a military victory.
While some may claim that Hamas are freedom fighters because they want Gaza to be independent of Israel, they qualify as terrorists because the methods they use match the definition of terrorism. They intentionally kill civilians. They also use rape and the taking of hostages. Furthermore, the Hamas Covenant calls for the annihilation of Israel and the Jews, which again, does not match the definition of a freedom fighter. The US colonists never had the elimination of Britain and the British as a goal.
The pro-Palestine protestors are supporting terrorism while also engaging in activities that qualify as terrorism. They have laid siege to universities, threatened and intimidated Jewish students and civilians while calling for death to all Jews. Calls to action are not protected under free speech, and if they are directed at a specific ethnic group, can be considered hate speech. In this case, the intent of these calls is to alter policy; therefore, they should be considered acts of terrorism. The protestors have also engaged in violent confrontations with the police, all in the name of bringing about a change in Israel’s domestic policy.
Under US law, it is illegal to provide material support to terrorists. Consequently, anyone funding these protests should be held accountable. The professors seen linking arms to prevent the police from entering the campus and arresting the protestors should be charged with obstruction of justice, RICO, and aiding terrorism.

Batya, a former liberal from Queens and an opinion editor at Newsweek, shared her journey from hardcore New York leftist to working class supporter. And it was amazing!
On Wednesday Jim Hoft and Batya Ungar-Sargon discussed her new book best-selling book, “Second Class: How the Elites Betrayed America’s Working Men and Women” and the recent violent anti-Israel protests on American campuses.
On her new book Second Class
Batya Ungar-Sargon: Thank you so much for those kind words and for having me. It’s really a pleasure to be here with you. I know that you speak to and for many of the same kinds of people that I spoke to for the book. And so it’s really an honor to be here. And I’m very humbled by your invitation. And I know we’re gonna have a really good time. I wrote second class because I just was fed up with the contempt that the elites have for regular Americans, working class Americans, middle class Americans. There’s never been a country like America today in 2024, just a deeply, deeply tolerant country that just wants to live and let live. I mean, the values that this great nation was founded on, they have simply never been brought to life anywhere in the globe, in the history of humanity the way they are today in America.
And I am just so sick of turning on my tv or looking at The New York Times with Washington Post, CNN or MSNBC or what have you, and just seeing this wall to wall canards, just the contempt for the average American who, despite everything that the elites have thrown at them, insist on being good hearted, on loving their fellow Americans, refuse to be polarized, even though everyone is telling them to hate their fellow American.
So I just. I wanted to give voice to the people that I felt had been silenced. And we never hear from working class people. The media and the political centers of this country are now completely peopled. I mean, 98% by people with college degrees and multiple degrees, you simply do not hear how average people think and talk. And so both their plight and their struggles and their triumphs and their tolerance and everything about them that makes this country special has been erased in the squabbling between the elites on both sides.
And so I wrote Second Class because I wanted to correct the record. I wanted to give working class people a voice in this conversation. I wanted to know, who is the american working class and do they still have a fair shot at the american dream? So I traveled the country for a year. I interviewed people from all backgrounds, all walks of life, all political persuasions. And I’m sure we’ll get into this, but what I found was, like, amazing consensus on the issues, whether people voted Democrat or Republican, because the parties were so bad at representing what they actually wanted, that it was kind of a crapshoot which party they voted for.
On Trump Derangement Syndrome and Present Lower Competence on the Left
Batya Ungar-Sargon: At some point, if you’re an honest person, you cannot sustain the derangement syndrome because you see things that, you know, contradict it. So those, like, sort of my first, and then there was this study that I’ve talked about a lot, but there was this 2018 Yale study. Yale. So we’re not talking about some, like, right wing outfit, right. That came out that found that there was a big difference between how white liberals and how white conservatives talk to black and Hispanic Americans.
And the difference was that white liberals, it’s called present lower competence, which means they dumb down their vocabulary because they assume that a person of color is less educated than them. It’s so disgusting. And I remember when I first saw that study, and I realized it implicated, like, not just everybody that I knew, but our worldview was implicated in that. This worldview that somehow blacks needed our special care, you know, like, our beneficence and our coddling, because they cannot do it on their own. They cannot be expected to, you know, deal with a, you know, white person at their full competence. I mean, it’s so disgusting, but it is so endemic to everything that animates the left. And so that was a really tough thing for me to see, not just the study itself, but the recognition within myself that I was doing that. And I was like, something has gone terribly wrong with me, with my soul, and it must be rectified.
So then I was like, okay, so they’re wrong about this woke stuff. They’re wrong about race relations in 2019. There was this huge outburst of anti semitism on the left. And I was like, okay, well, so they’re wrong about Jews. They’re wrong about blacks. They’re wrong about Trump. Then at some point, you’re like, okay, well, what is the likelihood that they hate Jews but are right about everything else? Right. They’re right about everything else, but, you know, they just accidentally are wrong about Jews in Israel. I was like, what is the likelihood that that is the case? Very, very small. And I think that this is sort of where I’ve ended up, which is you. People ask me why I feel so passionately about the working class. And, you know, I feel truly humbled that I, with my PhD in 2016, was so blind to what Trump was actually doing, which was taking the US economy that both parties had sold out to the elites and single handedly turning that entire ship around.
Jim Hoft: And this is exactly what your book goes into. The middle class, the working class wanted somebody to stand up for them and say, enough. And as a Republican, I’m often, often just disappointed, including recently with the leaders in Washington who seem to have nothing in common with me. Nothing. The fact that they would pass this legislation recently and send this money to Ukraine, a war that appears to be, it appears to be lost in some respects. Nobody wants the peace. They’re just ramping it up. They’re giving missiles that are long-range missiles now to Ukraine. I mean, what is that going to do except escalate the whole situation? So I completely disagree with that. And then they left nothing for the border. And anybody can see that this border is, it’s completely broken. It’s open.
On Open Borders and the Middle Class Squeeze
Batya Ungar-Sargon: Yeah, absolutely. I mean, it’s very much by design. People don’t remember this, but in 2019, during one of the Democratic primary debates, the question was, if you were elected president, would you decriminalize illegal border crossing? That was the question. And on the stage was Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Marianne Williamson, Bernie Sanders, and a couple of others. And every single one of them except one guy, I forget who it was on the far left, but every single one of them raised their hand and said, yes, we would. We would decriminalize illegal border crossing. That is what Joe Biden did. He decriminalized illegal border crossing very intentionally because the Democrats platform is simply a plunder of the middle class. It is a decades long plunder of the middle class. So in 1971, which was the high watermark for working class wages, the largest share of the GDP was in the middle. And today, over 50% of the GDP, it’s not in the billionaires the way that the left likes to tell us. The share of the GDP controlled by the billionaires has not significantly changed between 1971 and today.
So where did all the GDP go? There was a middle class squeeze, and some of it was squeezed up. And so the top 20%, those over credentialed, multiple degreed couples who now marry each other and live on the coasts, the top 20% now controls over 50% of the GDP.
On the Purposeful Destruction of Middle Class Jobs
Jim Hoft: I know that if you’re working class and if put in a new tax hike like I think Joe Biden might be proposing right now, they can’t afford it. They just can’t afford it in the middle class. You know, an interesting thing, when I was younger, there was, of course, meatpacking plants in Iowa. And, you know, with a lot of manufacturing jobs back then for the middle class, those were terrific jobs to have. There was a family I remember had like nine kids also and, and put them all through catholic school. And the only job they had, their father worked at a meatpacking plant. But the manufacturing back then was paying so much higher. So, so you could do that. And today it’s just not the manufacturing jobs. It appears they keep going down, you know, and so it’s, it’s a travesty. And then, of course, they’re moving so many jobs overseas or they’re having manufacturing places like meatpacking plants today where they’re bringing in migrants to work because they can pay them lower wages.
So it’s horrific to see those good paying jobs that used to be middle class jobs. They’re no longer there. And so I understand completely when people are saying, and you see this, you know, we have a writer, Cara Castronuova, who is from New York. And she went down to the Bronx and she talked to the people down there. She was talking to mostly blacks and Hispanics, and she talked to them about how they thought Biden was doing. And these people, they’re suffering because of the inflation and stuff. So all of that really hurts exactly what you’re saying.
Batya Ungar-Sargon: Totally. And I’m so glad you brought up that up about meat packing because the left will often bring up jobs that have been degraded over the last 30, 40 years as evidence that we need illegal immigrants because Americans wouldn’t want to do these jobs, right? Like, that’s their favorite narrative. And it’s like, well, they wouldn’t want to do them now because they don’t pay a living wage and the conditions are extremely dangerous. But that didn’t used to be the case, right? Like that is that it’s a chicken and an egg. With illegal immigration, you bring in millions and millions of migrants to compete with Americans for these jobs. That actually downgrades the wages that they pay because it increases the supply of labor. Like, this is the most obvious, like supply and demand 101, you know, and it’s like they’re in totally on both sides, left and the right. They’re in total denial about this. And you know that the more people you bring in, the less those jobs are going to pay.
On the legacy media’s support for the Palestinians
Batya Ungar-Sargon: It’s so insane. Like, the New York Times just cannot quit Hamas. And you would think after the first time that Hamas made them look insane. Insane and stupid, the second time they made them look stupid the third time that they would have some mechanism in place for not simply regurgitating what like these terrorist rapists are telling them is true. But no, no, they have to repeat, like, there’s something in them that cannot help but give Hamas the benefit of the doubt. These mass raping, child dismembering murderers. I mean, it’s. It’s totally insane. But the reason for it is actually not about Israel and it’s not about Jews. It’s a much bigger problem. The anti semitism we’re seeing on the left and on the university campuses and the publications, which I don’t know if you’ve been reading the New York Times recently, but they are so totally on the side of these anti-Semitic protesters on college campuses.
Like, they’re weeping for them. It’s so gross. But it’s actually a symptom of a much bigger problem. They hate Israel because they hate America, and they hate the Jews because they see us as an extension of everything that makes America great, which they also hate. This is not uniquely about us. Although, of course, like, everybody, you know, hating Jews has its own unique flavor. But, you know, like, this is much, I think this is, at this point, much more extreme than things we’ve seen in other contexts, but it’s not much more extreme than the BLM protests. You know, then the chance they were chanting against the police and against white people during the BLM protests. Right. This is part of a much larger ideology that has taken the difference between right versus wrong upon which every civilized society is founded on. Forget. Forget it. You’re Christian, I’m Jewish. Like, obviously, like, we believe that we, you know, we brought these values into this world, and we could not imagine living without that as our guiding principle. But put aside religion. I mean, you cannot have a civilized society without the distinction between right versus wrong.
The left does not believe in that. They have replaced right versus wrong with powerful versus powerless, oppressor versus oppressed. And they believe that whoever is the oppressor in their model is inherently evil to their DNA and irredeemable. And whoever they deem to be the oppressed is inherently virtuous. Whatever they do, that is the virtuous thing to do. To do it is their law of nature. It’s like the way I believe if I drop this pen, it will fall. They believe that if you have less power, according to their schema, you are virtuous, and everything you do is correct. And that includes Hamas. So to them, because Hamas is in a fight with Israel and Israel has more power, therefore they have to side with Hamas. It is really that simple. And that’s what we’re seeing on the university campuses.

This week, as British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his Home Office led by James Cleverly started detaining illegal migrants to deport to Rwanda camps, many said that timing of the Tories’ launching of the large enforcement operations was meant to interfere with Thursday’s (2) Local Council, Mayoral elections.
One is hard-pressed to deny the validity of the Labor opposition argument, but if that was indeed the case, it certainly did not work out as intended.
As the results roll in, the Conservative Party seems set to have suffered its biggest electoral defeat in the last 40 years.
Daily News reported:
“Rishi Sunak is facing mounting Tory unrest today after a disastrous election night saw his party put to the sword in the Blackpool South by-election – and suffering a bloodbath on councils. The PM is hunkering down for a grim day as results continue to flow in, with experts warning the Conservatives are on track for their worst showing in 40 years.“
In Blackpool South by-election, Chris Webb secured a massive win to become the newest MP in the Commons. That was the seventh parliamentary seat defeat by the Tories since Sunak became PM in 2022.
Labor leader Sir Keir Starmer has never looked so poised to become the new Prime Minister.
In fact, Tories could be on track to lose 500 councilor seats, and critics are already stepping up calls for Sunak to be ousted from Tory leadership.
Starmer demanded that Sunak call a general election.
“The Labour leader said: ‘This seismic win in Blackpool South is the most important result today. This is the one contest where voters had the chance to send a message to Rishi Sunak’s Conservatives directly, and that message is an overwhelming vote for change. The swing towards the Labour Party in Blackpool South is truly historic and shows that we are firmly back in the service of working people. He added: The message to Rishi Sunak is clear. It’s time for change, it’s time for a general election’.”
Conservatives also endured hard defeats in local elections across the country.
“In his victory speech, [Blackpool mayor-elect] Webb said: ‘People no longer trust the Conservatives. Prime Minister: do the decent thing, admit you’ve failed and call a general election.’
The Blackpool South contest was prompted by the resignation of former Tory MP Scott Benton from the House of Commons after he was caught up in a lobbying sting.”
Polling guru Sir John Curtice told BBC Radio 4’s: “Tories could be on course to lose 500 councillors in ‘one of the worst, if not the worst’ performances by the party in 40 years. ‘So far they are basically losing a half of the [local council] seats they are trying to defend. If that continues they may end up losing 500 or so seats, which is the thing they were meant to avoid’.”
Nigel Farage’s Reform Party also beat the Tories in 16 out of the 25 seats being contests on Sunderland council.
“Veteran Tory aide Tim Montgomerie, who has been highly critical of Mr Sunak, told the BBC: ‘Personally I think the results are so bad… I just don’t think he is connected with the voters. I think he should go’.”
The Conservative rebels will reportedly use this catastrophic results to mount an effort to oust Rishi Sunak from ‘Downing Street No10’ in the coming days.

A large group of illegal aliens docked a boat in Newport Beach, California and ran into a nearby neighborhood.
Newport Beach is an affluent, conservative enclave in Orange County, California.
The two dozen illegal aliens tried to hide their faces as they fled into a nearby neighborhood with multimillion-dollar homes.

It is unclear exactly when the video was taken, however, Fox News reporter Bill Melugin reached out to Newport Beach Mayor Will O’Neill.
Mayor O’Neill told Bill Melugin that he is aware of the video and in touch with the Orange County Sheriff about it.

This isn’t the first time a boat full of illegals has come to a California shore.
In December a boat filled with illegal aliens landed on the beach in Malibu, California near the homes of famous Hollywood stars.
The video shows a group of illegals getting off a boat on shore this past Thursday. Approximately 25 people were on the boat which was abandoned afterwards.
Bill Melugin said in his report that these kinds of tactics are common in Europe but would not be common to a location like Malibu because of its distance to the southern border. It is unclear if any of the illegals were taken into custody.

Gen. Flynn told Breitbart News recently that the Deep State is at war with “America and the American people.”

When asked why the Deep State chose to go after him, Flynn noted that “they’re not just at war with Donald Trump.”
“They’re at war with America and the American people. So I want to sort of emphasize that, you know, ‘Why me?’ And I do describe this in the film because you don’t get to leading one of the largest intel agencies in the world, which I did, you don’t get to being the national security adviser, chosen by a duly-elected president of the United States of America, which I was, I mean, you know, without having your act together, and then, of course, I served five years in combat overseas against foreign enemies,” Flynn said. “The biggest enemies that I faced was right here at home.”

The pro-Trump New Gen 47 PAC has announced exclusively to The Gateway Pundit that rapper Waka Flocka Flame will hold a performance at their launch event in Miami, Florida on June 14, which also coincides with President Trump’s birthday and Flag Day in the United States.
The June 14 concert will be held at the NoMi Village in North Miami.
Waka Flocka Flame is an Atlanta-based rapper who, according to Genius, “became a mainstream artist with the release of his hit club-bangers “O Let’s Do It”, “Hard in da Paint”, and “No Hands” featuring Wale and Roscoe Dash, with the latter peaking at number 13 on the US Billboard Hot 100. All were singles included on his debut studio album Flockaveli, released on October 5th, 2010. His second studio album Triple F Life: Friends, Fans & Family was released in 2012 and was preceded by the lead single “Round of Applause” featuring now renowned rapper Drake. His ruthless style of rap governed the genre to how it is today, along with T.I., Jeezy and Gucci Mane.”

The “Hard in Da Paint” rapper’s team told The Gateway Pundit, “Let’s be Frank, the president upon arrival shook things up, said things and made comments that were out of the box, out of the ordinary, and quite frankly surprising to most.” They continued, “However, this is exactly what made him unique and worthy of leading this country. Waka is one of many who may have questioned the approach, but that line of questioning is what led him to such stern support today.”

Founder LJ Fino told The Gateway Pundit, "We're honored." He continued, "We've extended an invitation to the President, and we hope that he can attend."
When asked what effect the first concert in support of Trump by an A-list entertainer will have, Fino responded, "I think it's going to open the floodgates to other artists doing the same. We've seen a lot of artists come out and support President Trump verbally. But when they see the party and the fun that we have at New Gen 47 events, I think everyone's going to want to be a part of making history."
Fino added, "We're in talks with a lot of other recording artists," including other rappers and performers of various genres.
Previously, Fino cited President Trump's Music Modernization Act, "which helped songwriters, musicians, performers, and creators receive fair compensation for their work in the arts and changed copyright law to better reflect the digital era of music."

President Trump’s popularity within the black community continues to grow as racist Joe Biden is losing popularity among black voters. "we're going to ensure that his high polling numbers with minority groups turn into actual votes," said Fino.
Though the rapper was not always a fan of President Trump, Waka Flocka Flame last October came out with the message "TRUMP2024" on X and changed his profile picture to a photo of him standing with the President:

Waka's team further relayed to The Gateway Pundit, "I believe he’s [Trump] changed the minds of many, and Waka is an example of one. Once disliked and questioned, but now admired, revered, and respected by those who once thought differently. As time persists, a lot of stories will come out about 'he said, she said.' The reality is what’s being said now."
Waka isn't the only hip-hop star to come out in support of Trump. Rappers like Lil Wayne, Kodak Black, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Meek Mill, Chief Keef, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil Pump, and others have expressed frustration with the Biden Regime, signaling that they will support President Trump in 2024.
Kodak Black, one of the top rap stars in the world today, endorsed Donald Trump for President in 2024, saying, “We need Donald Trump in office, forever!”
It can be recalled that Lil Wayne also endorsed Trump for President in 2020, and with the way things are going in Biden’s America, he’s likely not changed his mind!

A great deal so far has been written about how President Trump will dramatically overhaul and scale back the administrative state when he becomes President again in November. Such a move, if successful, would restore a great deal of legitimacy to democratic lawmakers, particularly in Congress – and the President himself – who will be less hamstrung by the subversive ideologies and agendas of career Washington bureaucrats.
Of equal importance, though less talked about, is how a next Trump administration might restore integrity and legitimacy back to the fourth estate, legacy and corporate media institutions, which have long ago abandoned any pretext to impartiality. As most Americans know readily well, legacy media does not even attempt to pretend to be unbiased, fair, or neutral: instead, outlets like the New York Times, Washington Post, and even the Wall Street Journal, simply reflexively parrot the anti-Trump, anti-America First talking points of their overlords in the Democratic Party, intelligence agencies, and military industrial complex.
Yet the legitimacy of the legacy media, and the “newspapers of record” I listed, are at historic lows. Many Americans – conservatives, especially – are turning away from these legacy outlets in droves, for alternative channels in the decentralized media space. Part of that has to do with revolutions and developments in technology in recent years. However, an even greater part of it has to do with these outfits themselves self-immolating by their failure to report the truth accurately on a whole array of topics, from the illegitimacy and vote-rigging surrounding the 2020 election, to the false “insurrection” narrative put out by the House January 6th Committee, to the failure to report accurately on the weaponized system of justice and the show trials against President Trump, to the media’s collective failure to report at all on the Biden Regime’s border catastrophe.
As legacy newspapers have turned a blind eye to these critical stories in recent years, they have also doubled down on their censorship efforts – selecting against dissident stories that challenge their received worldview. They have also actively enabled the censorship of stories and the work of brave investigative journalists, like James O’Keefe, Alex Jones, and Laura Loomer, whose careers are dedicated to exposing the corruption at the heart of Washington’s Swamp, which is enabled and abetted by both party establishments.
President Trump has proven himself to be more than just an ordinary politician. He is a visionary, a man who has achieved the pinnacle of success in both public and private life. His latest endeavor, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp, which recently went public through its merger with DWAC, resulting in a multibillion-dollar windfall, is testimony to his visionary eye. The possibilities of what he can do with this latest media project are virtually endless – at his disposal is the opportunity to fundamentally remake the entire media ecosystem, top down, in the image and likeness of MAGA.
One way he might execute this vision is by purchasing one, if not all three of the newspapers of record. At one point in American history, each one of these three papers — the NY Times, Washington Post, and WSJ — were considered authorities for the topics they covered and quality of their editorial commentary. Not anymore. Nowadays, their authority has been deeply undermined by the brazen Leftist (or, at a bare minimum, RINO) propaganda they each parrot daily, and the mediocrity of their opinion pieces and reporting generally.
Journalistic standards have been reduced, if not collapsed, across the board, to accommodate the unthinking, brainwashed hivemind that increasingly characterizes the average Democratic voter. Yet, these newspapers retain their status as “authorities” for most nightly and cable news programs, which still command (to an albeit waning degree) a dominant perch atop the media ecosystem broadly speaking.
The headlines produced by the three newspapers of record nevertheless provide talking points for pundits across cable and legacy media. They remain agenda setters, in other words, because of the demographics of those who consume the most news – which remains, overwhelmingly, older Americans who remain stubbornly attached to the medium they grew up with: television. As the saying goes, the medium is the message: so long as the demographics favor traditional news media, which they will for the foreseeable future, these “newspapers of record” will command predominance as dissimulators of public opinion, for better or worse. Even the commentary on social media sites like X mostly react to the coverage and focus of cable news and legacy newspaper outfits, and thus the secondhand effects of these “newspapers of record” ongoing hegemony remain palpable.
As we have observed, especially in recent years, news media has a powerful influence over politics. Stories shape the issues that lawmakers debate, the wars that get funded, and the crises that get addressed. It is because of the nonstop, wall-to-wall coverage of the conflicts in the Ukraine and Gaza that Washington responded with hundreds of billions of dollars of aid in recent months to those regions. The George Floyd riots of the summer of 2020, which resulted in billions of more damages than the (overwhelmingly peaceful) protest at the Capitol on January 6th, and yet, incredulously, resulted in zero indictments, was largely framed as a spiritual awakening of sorts by legacy news outlets.
The legacy media’s intentionally crafted narrative in response to the George Floyd riots, engineered by all three major legacy newspapers, precipitated a sea change in American life: new holidays were created, sports teams were renamed, election procedures were rewritten, and the policies that have catalyzed the rampant lawlessness most American cities face today were enacted, in large part because of how the New York Times framed “the mostly peaceful protestors” that fateful summer.
The example above illustrates how the news, more so than even Congress or the Presidency, affects policy in terms of the issues that regular Americans talk about, and the priorities that become the focus of lawmakers in Washington. College students, many of them neither Jewish nor Muslim, are rioting now over a conflict in a distant land thousands of miles away, while ignoring their own wide-open southern border, where millions of foreign invaders are flooding their homeland – doing permanent damage to our country’s cultural and economic fabric in the process. That is entirely due to the selective coverage and preferential treatment of legacy news media.
Meanwhile, America’s infrastructure is in shambles: major highways are teeming with potholes, bridges are collapsing, waterways are polluted, and yet nobody cares about these far more important matters because the news coverage is intended to distract, rather than edify, the public and divert attention from those matters which should be given the national spotlight, because they are of existential importance, and will determine the lasting fate — nay, survival — of the nation.
Donald Trump’s movement has operated like a bullhorn that cut through all the legacy media’s gaslighting, misinformation, and distractions like a knife – he, almost singlehandedly, has refocused our national agenda, for the first time in decades, to the policies and issues that would make this country better for all Americans.
Unfortunately, during his first administration, his noble efforts were partly derailed by a countervailing legacy media – driven by the NY Times, Washington Post, and to a lesser extent Wall Street Journal – which encumbered his noble vision, and introduced needless roadblocks into an agenda that most Americans would rally behind if not constantly gaslit and demonized every single day by the news. While Americans are beginning to wake up to that reality, it has been a long nine years in the works.
Americans deserve better from their newspapers of record – and President Trump, through his media company, now has a prime opportunity to restore the integrity of at least one, if not all three major newspapers, by combining them with his fledgling media company. What better way to jumpstart his second administration with the support of a friendly media apparatus, that will finally take its duty under the First Amendment seriously and give President Trump the fair and unbiased coverage he has long been denied, but so tremendously deserves, than to align the legacy media with Trump’s presidency.
By aligning the fourth estate with the second administration, the news will finally synchronize with the policies coming out of the White House – public opinion would shift, almost overnight, to a more favorable view of President Trump, because they finally will be dispelled of the constant negative coverage that severely hampered the 45th President from delivering a truly spectacular set of policies committed to improving the life of every single American citizen, regardless of race, color, or creed, on the first go-around.
Lastly, a Trump-managed New York Times or Washington Post, for instance, would thereby set the agenda for the rest of the legacy media, cable news included, setting the stage for a revival to these now failing institutions. This would also lessen the divisiveness and polarization in our country writ large, because these newspapers have arguably done more to drive a wedge between Americans, by raising the volume on identity politics, than any other organization or institution. Public trust, particularly in the media, is a necessary ingredient for good governance. A press, however, that does not respect the rights and liberties of Americans, chief of all their freedom to speak and debate without censorship, has abdicated its constitutional prerogative and thus demands to be revolutionized to restore its proper and original purpose.
Donald Trump has shown that he can restore legitimacy to government. Americans have therefore good reason to believe he can do the same to the legacy media. It would thus be a service to the press, the Constitution, and every American, if Truth Media expanded its guiding vision to acquire one or all three of the newspapers of record — representing a huge step in the direction of finally creating for the first time in generations, a fair and unbiased press.

In 2021, Joe Biden turned over the Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan to Taliban terrorists in September 2021.
Biden abandoned Afghanistan’s Bagram Airfield after nearly 20 years in July by shutting off the electricity and slipping away in the night without notifying the base’s Afghan commander, who discovered the Americans’ secret departure more than two hours after they left.
The Taliban quickly took control of Bagram Air Base, which is only 30 miles north of Kabul, on August 15th and released thousands of terrorists held at its prison. The Americans and Afghans left the Taliban military equipment, uniforms, rations and even sports drinks.
The ISIS suicide bomber who murdered 13 US servicemen and women and 169 Afghans was released by the Taliban from the Bagram Base prison in July.
ISIS suicide bomber Abdul Rehman was incarcerated at the Bagram prison for the past four years until he was set free by the Taliban terrorists.
Abdul Rehman then murdered 13 Americans and 173 Afghans in a suicide bombing outside the Kabul Airport.
In April we learned about Joe Biden’s most recent foreign policy disaster. The situation in Niger could top the Afghanistan withdrawal – if that is even possible.

Matt Gaetz (R-FL) totally embarrassed the US Army Secretary and exposed Joe Biden’s latest foreign policy catastrophe during questioning this week in the US House of Representatives’ Armed Services Committee hearing. Gaetz exposed the latest Biden foreign policy failure – this time in Niger, Africa.
US troops are trapped in the country allegedly without water and medicine at the time. The Army was likely hiding this to protect itself from the embarrassment. Deployed Americans were in limbo and unable to do their jobs and the Biden State Department was completely outmaneuvered once again.
It now appears the US has a trade offer from the military junta in Niger. The Russian-backed military junta in Niger will release the 1,000 US soldiers trapped at the US airbase in exchange for the keys to the $100 million American airbase in the country.

Russia has moved some troops onto an airbase in Niger where a small number of U.S. forces remain after most American troops left the base in the nation's capital, Niamey, a U.S. official said Thursday.
The arrival of Russian trainers in the West African country about three weeks ago came in the wake of Niger’s decision to order out all U.S. troops. The order dealt a blow to U.S. military operations in the Sahel, a vast region south of the Sahara desert where groups linked to al-Qaida and the Islamic State group operate.
The Pentagon has said the U.S. troops will depart but has not provided a precise timeline.
When Russian troops arrived last month, it wasn't clear where they were staying. A U.S. official said they are now located on the other side of the Niamey facility, known as Airbase 101, and are not near U.S. forces. The base is by the Diori Hamani International Airport, where other international forces — such as the Germans and Italians — also reside.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss troop movements. It's not clear exactly how many U.S. troops remain at the Niamey base.

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R) is at the center of a controversy following a report from The Guardian about her admission in an upcoming book that she shot and killed her family’s 14-month-old hunting dog, Cricket, and a goat after a series of aggressive incidents.
The book, “No Going Back: The Truth on What’s Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward,” paints a stark picture of the hard choices Noem has faced in her personal life and political career.
In the book, Governor Noem describes a troubling incident where Cricket, a wirehair pointer, displayed uncontrollable behavior during a hunting trip, leading to the dog attacking chickens and attempting to bite Noem.
Excerpt from The Guardian report:
By taking Cricket on a pheasant hunt with older dogs, Noem says, she hoped to calm the young dog down and begin to teach her how to behave. Unfortunately, Cricket ruined the hunt, going “out of her mind with excitement, chasing all those birds and having the time of her life”.
Noem describes calling Cricket, then using an electronic collar to attempt to bring her under control. Nothing worked. Then, on the way home after the hunt, as Noem stopped to talk to a local family, Cricket escaped Noem’s truck and attacked the family’s chickens, “grabb[ing] one chicken at a time, crunching it to death with one bite, then dropping it to attack another”.
Cricket the untrainable dog, Noem writes, behaved like “a trained assassin”.
When Noem finally grabbed Cricket, she says, the dog “whipped around to bite me”. Then, as the chickens’ owner wept, Noem repeatedly apologised, wrote the shocked family a check “for the price they asked, and helped them dispose of the carcasses littering the scene of the crime”.
Through it all, Noem says, Cricket was “the picture of pure joy”.
“I hated that dog,” Noem writes, adding that Cricket had proved herself “untrainable”, “dangerous to anyone she came in contact with” and “less than worthless … as a hunting dog”.
“At that moment,” Noem says, “I realised I had to put her down.”

Noem responded to The Guardian report Friday morning, “We love animals, but tough decisions like this happen all the time on a farm. Sadly, we just had to put down 3 horses a few weeks ago that had been in our family for 25 years. If you want more real, honest, and politically INcorrect stories that’ll have the media gasping, preorder “No Going Back.””
The Governor defended her actions again on FOX News with Sean Hannity, emphasizing the necessity of making tough decisions on a farm.
“You know how the fake news works,” Noem told Hannity.
“They leave out some or most of the facts of a story. They put the worst spin on it, and that’s what’s happened in this case. I hope people really do buy this book and they find out the truth of this story, because the truth of this story is that this was a working dog and it was not a puppy.
“It was a dog that was extremely dangerous. It had come to us from a family who had found her way too aggressive. We were her second chance, and the day she was put down was the day that she massacred livestock that were part of our neighbors. She attacked me. And it was a hard decision.
“And the reason it’s in the book is because this book is filled with tough, challenging decisions that I’ve had to make throughout my life. And I hope that people understand from this that what the point of this story is is that most politicians, they will run from the truth. They will shy away and hide from making tough decisions. I don’t do either of those. I tell the truth, and I make tough decisions,” Noem said.

A new poll from Kaplan Strategies shows Donald Trump leading Joe Biden by 15 points in Michigan, a state that Biden won in 2020.
Is this poll an outlier? Other polls have shown Trump with an edge in Michigan, but not by this much.
Either way, this has got to strike fear in the hearts of Democrats.

According to a Kaplan Strategies survey, the former president polled 51 percent to 36 percent in the battleground state. The margin of error for the survey was plus/minus 3.5 percentage points.
The pollster reports Trump’s success is rooted in maintaining the stability of his favorability ratio, writing:
Key to Trump’s dominance in our poll has been his campaign’s ability to stabilize his favorable to unfavorable ratio to a degree better than Joe Biden has.
Abortion remains a major issue, with no consensus on how many weeks abortion should be legalized through, indicating that this issue is best served at the state level.
Other polls have also shown varying results for Michigan. An Emerson College/The Hill poll released earlier this week indicated Biden trailing Trump marginally in Michigan (44 percent to 45 percent), while a Bloomberg News and Morning Consult poll suggested Biden ahead of Trump (47 percent to 45 percent). However, Trump was polling ahead of Biden in six other key swing states, according to the latter poll, and was leasing in all the swing states in the Emerson poll.
This is pretty amazing if it’s accurate.

Now this could truly be educational. Students protesting on our campuses have been offered free scholarships at Shiraz University in Fars. So, while Northwestern has reached a settlement with protesters to give scholarships to Palestinian students and positions to Palestinian faculty, U.S. protesters can now go to Iran for their education.
Mohammad Moazzeni, head of Shiraz University told media that “students and even professors who have been expelled or threatened with expulsion can continue their studies at Shiraz University and I think that other universities in Shiraz as well as Fars Province are also prepared [to provide the conditions].”
This could be the single most transformative educational experience of their lives. Of course, Iran is better known for floggings than free speech.
Iran is particularly prone to such contradictions like executing homosexuals while denying that there are any homosexuals in Iran or objecting to the treatment of protesters in the West while jailing, beating and killing protesters.
Warning: vegan meals are not available at Iranian protests. Instead, it has ordered the arrest and killing of writers and artists while holding such fun events as a cartoon competition on the Holocaust.
The students who are carrying around signs that say ‘queers for Palestine’ might be in for a rude awakening in Iran.
Feminist students might also get quite a wake up call.

Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden released the final investigative report regarding the babies, two boys and two girls, on April 30.
Police were sent to the former home of Alexis Aldamir, 69, in November 2022 after her brother called 9-1-1 to report that they had seen the dead babies while cleaning out the house.
The district attorney’s office explained, “In all, four babies were discovered that day. All were frozen solid. All were found in shoe boxes wrapped in tin foil. Two were male and two were female.”
“All of the babies were full term, which means they were determined to be between 37 and 40 weeks of gestational age. All four had their umbilical cords attached and the two females had their placentas attached,” the report continued. “DNA tests concluded that the babies were full siblings.”
There is no test available to determine how long the babies were frozen. It also remains unknown if they were born alive.
“The autopsy found no signs of internal or external trauma and no evidence of obvious injuries. There were no signs of food, or milk, or formula inside the babies’ stomachs,” the DA’s office explained.
The medical examiner ruled the cause of death for all the babies to be “undetermined.”
Aldamir was located in a residential healthcare facility, and DNA testing confirmed that she was the mother.
However, the DA does not believe she is fit to stand trial. The father of the babies died in 2011.
“In late 2022, investigators visited the healthcare facility where Aldamir now lives. They questioned her about the babies found in her apartment. Throughout the interview Aldamir appeared confused and demonstrated a lack of understanding about where she was and who she was speaking to. As a result, she was unable to provide investigators with any significant information,” the press release explains. “To further assess Aldamir’s cognitive ability, investigators reviewed publicly available probate court records and spoke with a lawyer for Aldamir. The information obtained suggests strongly that Aldamir would be unlikely to stand trial.”
During the investigation, investigators found that the pair had one other baby who was given up for adoption.
“This investigation, which is one of the most complex, unusual and perplexing that this office has ever encountered, is now complete. While we have some answers, there are many elements of this case that will likely never be answered,” Hayden said.
“We will never know exactly where or when the four babies found in Alexis Aldamir’s apartment were born. We will never know if the four babies were born alive, and we will never know exactly what happened to them. We will never know how Alexis Aldamir concealed her pregnancies, or why she chose to do so,” he continued.

A pilot was forced to make an emergency landing on a Long Island beach on Wednesday evening, causing some beachgoers to panic.
On Wednesday, a pilot of a Cessna 152 was forced to make an emergency landing on Cedar Beach in Suffolk County, New York, after his single-engine plane suffered engine failure.
The 60-year-old pilot was seen flying at a low level over the shoreline at Cedar Beach before landing the Cessna 152.
Video of the emergency landing shows the plane safely landing on the sand, but seconds later, the plane nosedives into the sand, causing the plane to flip.
The pilot of the plane, along with the passenger, were both uninjured from the incident.
One beachgoer was able to film the emergency landing on the beach.

This isn’t the first time the Cessna 152 plane was forced to make an emergency landing on a beach.
In 2016, Pilot Robert Keletii was forced to make an emergency landing at Sunken Meadow State Park after the plane suffered an engine failure shortly after taking off.
Keletii and a student he was instructing were both unharmed from the incident.

A bunch of partiers on a boat in Florida were recently caught on camera dumping cans of garbage overboard, directly into the ocean. The trash wasn’t bagged, so as the boat speeded forward, the dumping caused a whole field of floating debris.
The good news is that these people were busted. No arrests were made in connection to the garbage dumping, but they got lots of hours of community service.
You have to wonder what these people were thinking.

The viral video captured the trail of floating debris after the party seekers zoomed off in their boat. An overhead drone pointed at the front of the boat recorded them waving and laughing.
“It just really infuriates you to see someone trash the ocean like that,” a local boater, Rodrigo Samsing, told Fox affiliate WSVN after seeing the video. “You know, nobody else on the boat tried to stop them. Everybody was just celebrating.”
Boca Bash isn’t connected to the city of Boca Raton. Because it’s on the water, it falls under the jurisdiction of the state. In this case, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is the lead agency.

In a unanimous ruling, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that the Maricopa County Superior Court and Arizona Court of Appeals wrongfully sanctioned the Arizona Republican party in awarding attorney fees against them over a lawsuit challenging Maricopa County’s post-election hand-count audit procedures.
“We hold that the attorney fees award was improper because Petitioners’ claim was not groundless, thus obviating any need to determine whether the claim was made in the absence of good faith,” Justice John Lopez writes in the court’s opinion.
“During times of social and political contention and strife, we must be mindful that our courts provide a means of resolving such conflicts when issues are legitimately presented. By sanctioning parties and their lawyers for bringing debatable, long-shot complaints, courts risk chilling legal advocacy and citizens raising ‘questions’ under the guise of defending the rule of law. Even if done inadvertently and with the best of intentions, such sanctions present a real and present danger to the rule of law,” the ruling also states.

The lawsuit was filed more than a week after the 2020 election and argued that the state law requiring limited post-election hand-count audits conflicted with the state’s Elections Procedures Manual, making it illegal to select ballots for the audit from voting centers instead of by precinct.
State law requires each county to hand count 1% of all early ballots, as well as the ballots from 2% of precincts after each election. The Election Procedures Manual issued by the secretary of state permits counties that use voting centers instead of precincts, a list that includes Maricopa County, to hand count the ballots from 2% of voting centers instead.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah dismantled the legal arguments that the AZGOP and its attorneys made. In addition to ignoring the law and the legislature’s intent when allowing for voting centers, Hannah said the Republican Party sought a remedy that the law doesn’t allow and waited far too long to file its suit.
The judge also said the party demonstrated it was not motivated by sincerely challenging a public policy, but instead by making a political case and sowing distrust about Arizona’s elections.
However, the Supreme Court opines, “We cannot countenance the trial court’s rigid delineation between the motives underlying election litigation— ‘political’ reasons, which invite sanction under § 12-349, and ‘legal or factual’ justifications, which are permissible.” It continues, “The desire to vindicate a legal right—even if in the election context and animated exclusively by political motives—is not relevant, much less per se sanctionable. Courts should focus on the legal and factual merits of a claim and the party’s and attorney’s conduct in the course of the litigation.”
“The trial court emphasized in its ruling that Petitioners’ gravest transgression and ‘direct evidence of bad faith’ was ‘[u]ndercutting the election’s legitimacy by raising “questions,”‘ which it characterized as ‘a threat to the rule of law posing as an expression of concern.’ But ‘raising questions’ by petitioning our courts to clarify the meaning and application of our laws and noting the potential consequences of the failure to do so—particularly in the context of our elections—is never a threat to the rule of law, even if the claims are charitably characterized as ‘long shots.’”
They further slam the trial court, writing, “the trial court dismissively described Petitioners’ interpretation of § 16-602(B) as ‘barely colorable’ despite its avowed disinterest in the merits and lack of substantive analysis.”
John Hannah is the same partisan Judge who, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, ordered the Cyber Ninjas firm to pay a $50K per day fine until it turns over records from their review of the Maricopa County forensic audit to the far-left Arizona Republic propaganda rag.

Organizers have launched a second recall effort against RINO Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, citing his ties to the Chinese Communist Party and opposition to measures that will secure elections in Wisconsin.
Robin Vos did nothing about the massive 2020 election fraud as Speaker of The Assembly, and he has fought vigorously to keep corrupt Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) Administrator Meagan Wolfe in office. “We want to get Megan Wolfe out now” before she can fudge with the 2024 General Election, an organizer of the recall previously told The Gateway Pundit.
Recall that On November 4th, 2021, Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling recommended charges against five members of the WEC for committing voter fraud in Wisconsin nursing homes by casting votes for incapacitated or mentally incompetent patients, who otherwise wouldn’t have voted lawfully while Special Voting Deputies, tasked with helping nursing home patients vote, were deemed nonessential under the COVID guidelines and barred from nursing homes to do the job of securing voting rights and preventing elder abuse. Meanwhile, other “essential workers” like food delivery and different first-world service providers were allowed into the buildings.
According to Schmaling, WEC officials knew that they “needed the flexibility to violate the law” and that they “instruct[ed] county clerks to break the law” over a recorded Zoom call.
Vos previously “violated Assembly rules” by delaying a Senate-approved resolution to impeach Megan Wolfe, then sent the resolution to a committee where he knew it would never see a vote on the floor, according to one Wisconsin State Legislator who asked to remain anonymous. Before this, Vos refused to pursue Wolfe’s impeachment and then folded while giving the appearance that he was moving forward with impeachment to appease local media and constituents.
President Trump, in a recent interview, said Meagan Wolfe “should be gone” and slammed Robin Vos for “allowing her to be there.”
The efforts to oust Vos come after it was recently discovered that he sits on the Chinese Communist Party-tied State Legislative Leaders Foundation Board of Directors, which participates in “subnational legislative exchanges” to influence American State Legislators and further the CCP’s interests. Likely because of this, Vos has also “not moved on legislation to hold China accountable when he’s had multiple opportunities to do so,” the Legislator told The Gateway Pundit.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the Recall Vos Campaign’s effort to recall the embattled Speaker, which collected more than 10,000 signatures, far surpassing the necessary 7,000 signatures. However, “‘Robin ‘CCP’ Vos narrowly escaped” this recall effort after “[the] Wisconsin Election Commission threw out over 2,000 signatures without reason and also stated that more than 4,000 were out of the district,” said one of the organizers.
"The Recall Vos organization lacked the full infrastructure to combat the challenges, so we acquiesced and launched recall 2.0 with the Racine Recall Committee. In a new development, State Representative Janel Brandtjen recently issued a press release highlighting Vos' affiliation with CCP-linked organizations and a 2020 warning from then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo of China's infiltration of U.S. politicians on Monday.
"Despite such warnings, Speaker Vos participated in at least two trips under the sponsorship of CCP associates: a 2016 trip to Wuhan funded to the tune of almost $14,000 by the State Legislators Leadership Foundation (SLLF) and a 2023 trip to Copenhagen sponsored by the Energy Foundation China. While based in San Francisco, this nonprofit organization is recognized for its links to CCP initiatives, focusing on climate change discussions between the United States and China," said Brantjen.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken also recently raised alarms over evidence suggesting that China is actively attempting to influence and potentially interfere with the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election.
Recall that Vos previously kicked Brantjen out of the GOP caucus and the Assembly Elections Committee she chaired because of her efforts to get to the bottom of the stolen 2020 Election. Brantjen also slammed Vos late last year for his Assembly rule violations and likely "intent to delay" Meagan Wolfe's impeachment.

Madison – State Representative Janel Brandtjen has issued the following statement in response to Speaker Vos’ compromise with CCP interests:
“Today, I wish to draw attention to the concerning ties between Speaker Robin Vos and organizations linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This relationship not only raises serious questions about potential compromises but also poses a significant threat to our state’s legislative integrity and sovereignty.
In a crucial address in Madison in September 2020, then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo highlighted the CCP's ambitions to sway American opinions towards Beijing's authoritarianism. Pompeo warned, ‘Know that when you are approached by a Chinese diplomat, it is likely not in the spirit of cooperation or friendship. If you’re offered a trip to China when the pandemic travel restrictions are lifted, you should ask who is paying for the trip and if that person is directly or indirectly linked to the Chinese Communist Party. These approaches may happen from Chinese nationals or Americans working with CCP-linked interests.’ He emphasized, ‘We watch the CCP campaigns targeting state-level officials and local interests. We’ve seen them at PTA meetings; they have been in full swing for years, and they’re increasing in intensity.’

Pompeo’s observation that the CCP's influence campaigns are ‘increasing in intensity’ and targeting state-level officials was further exemplified in October 2019. As President of the National Convention of State Legislators, Vos openly praised Li Xiaolin of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, stating, ‘Madame Li has traveled to more than 100 countries on the face of the planet advocating for her special relationship to make sure that people understand all of the things that China is doing to improve people around the world.’
The most alarming demonstration of potential compromise occurred in 2024 when Speaker Vos influenced the legislative process to obstruct AB269, a bill intended to restrict Chinese ownership of Wisconsin farmland. This decision poses a direct question about whose interests Speaker Vos truly represents.
It is imperative that we scrutinize these relationships and ensure our leaders are not unduly influenced by foreign interests contrary to American values.”

Many have warned that the protests on college campuses have nefarious elements behind the scenes pushing their radical agenda.
Like many colleges in the country, Stanford University has been battling anti-Israel protests, including an encampment in the White Plaza area of its campus.
Officials expressed concern over a picture of a protestor on Stanford’s campus wearing a green headband, similar to what is worn by Hamas terrorists.
The image began circulating this week, prompting the University to forward the photo to the FBI.
The New York Post reports:
A photo of someone at the encampment wearing a green headband, a face covering and glasses eventually came to the attention of school administrators.
“We have received many expressions of concern about a photo circulating on social media of an individual on White Plaza who appeared to be wearing a green headband similar to those worn by members of Hamas,” the school said in a Wednesday statement. “We find this deeply disturbing, as Hamas is designated a terrorist organization by the United States government. We have not been able to identify the individual but have forwarded the photo to the FBI.”
Adams has alleged that protests at Columbia University and City College of New York (CCNY) were infiltrated by “outside agitators” affiliated with “terrorist groups.”
In an interview with Vladimir Duthiers on CBS Morning, Adams detailed the city’s response to the chaotic scenes that unfolded at both institutions, where nearly 300 individuals were arrested Tuesday night.
“These were not spontaneous student movements but calculated disruptions by professional agitators,” Adams explained, noting that a significant portion of those arrested had no affiliations with either university.
Those cheering on the anti-Israel protests include Hamas leaders and Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

I would add two things to this. One, I just had some joker who appeared to be wearing a latex old-guy mask, walk by and appear to smear something on my mailbox handle.
